Restricting feels so surreal. Like, you can chug a diet coke or something and the hunger goes down but the bodily feeling of weakness doesn't. Legs weak, arms weak, head and feet. Something as mundane as walking is a chore, and you feel like you're pulling this decrepit thing around.
But man, does it feel good.

went from 133 to 124 in a little over a week, then got stressed and have to start over again
New Routine and Rules
every morning do 1 min plank, 50 jumping jacks, and 10 burpees… repeat every night
keeping the 25 every time i go to the bathroom
hot showers only so i sweat
under 800 cals a day, fast every tuesday and thursday
stay safe and may the weight loss fairy forever love you 🧚 💕💕💕
