Wanna get worse?
1. Visual absorption of thinspOOp side by side your own body. Pinterest, Tumblr, Tiktoks, YouTube, Twitter...
2. Think about your skinny friends/colleagues/etc, look at their socials, look what at they can wear, compare.
3. Skip one meal/two meals/start up a base level rule set/calories for yourself that won't be tooooo hard to follow. This gets you going without failing from the start.
4. If you really want to feel uncomfortable, wear unflattering and tight clothes that show all the fat area for a couple of days/week
5. Start creating your dream life, draw, write, window shop, collage, post etc
6. Look at Meanspo
7. Repeat and up the intensity as you feel worse
