Bittersweet Blood
Summary:
What if Sally Jackson was actually Loki Odinson, and as a result Percy is born half Greek god and half Asgardian god?
"A half-blood of the eldest gods." Then, Poseidon loses all the color on his face as realization hits.
Loki sees this and says, "The prophecy doesn't say half-god it says half-blood of the eldest gods, and we are two elder gods from two different pantheons. Our child would be considered-"
"A half-blood." Poseidon finishes grimly, remembering the fates warning him, teasing him, of the fate of their unborn child.
This story will mainly follow the MCU's movies and Percy's quests will still happen, but they will largely be in the background. Thus, this will follow Percy and Loki as they interact in the MCU. Also, how Percy being a half-blood from two pantheons will affect him and those around him, and how different his life is growing up is as a result.

Chapter 1: The Fates' Warning
Percy has known magic all his life, or well most of his life. The way the air vibrates with its whispers, and the plants live and breathe in the world's magic. Magic was all around him, and he was not exempt from the world's magic. However, he truly only gained sight when his mom showed him the realm's magic. Her own magic - green as emerald and humming with hidden power. Percy's mind was blown. He always had this itch, this sense, that he was missing something, as before he would perceive the strange and mystical and magical as a blur, a shadow to his senses, and would forget them in time, but this was what he was missing in all his first 6 years of life.
Before he was too young to understand the way he breathed and lived in magic everyday, and could potentially harm himself or others in attempting to control something he wasn't ready for, so Sally gave Percy a charm to prevent him from truly perceiving magic. If this was Asgard Percy would never have needed such a thing, but this was Midgard, or Earth. Earth, or rather humans, were not ready for a toddler to wield experimental magic. However, now Percy knew how to keep secrets, and he needed to learn his heritage, his right, to magic. It was time for Percy to learn of his Nordic heritage, for Sally is no ordinary magician, they are a deity, a god - they are Loki Sal Odinson and Sally Slyvie Odinsdottir, the child of Odin and Frigga, the sibling to Thor, and Perseus Freyr Lokison's mom.
______________
One day Loki was being mischievous as usual and felt the need to be in a feminine form and dress in a very sexy red swimsuit just to see how many heads she turned. She still kept her tall height and slim body, albeit now more feminine in form. Her face remained angular with high regal cheekbones, and small pouty lips. She, however, turned her dark black hair almond, and her emerald eyes turned turquoise that shifted to the green or blue of waters nearby in order to remain separate from her regular form.
Now she just needs a new name. Hmm, she feels like a princess, so she’ll call herself Sally. She laughed to herself, but then as she headed towards the ocean she met the most stunning man. From his tanned mediterranean skin, to hair as dark as night but still somehow glowing warmly in the sun, and eyes like the very ocean's themselves raw, powerful, and beautiful. His form is sturdy but relaxed, with muscles defined in golden armor. A well trimmed beard on a strong jaw and nose, with full lips, and high cheekbones. This man was a god, Sally was sure of it, as sure as her own mouth was hanging open.
The strange thing was the man seemed to mimic her stunned expression. Well Sally doubted that this man knew Sally was a goddess, since she sealed her magic after becoming Sally to hide her aura from even Heimdal so her father Odin wouldn't notice her, but this man still stood there starstruck.
Sally snickered, and then full blown laughed and her brown curls fell into her now swirling blue eyes. It was like those midgardians shows that she sometimes snuck out to see where it was love at first sight, and here she was trying to be the stunning one but she ended up being stunned as well.
The man’s face became pinched, wondering why Sally was laughing. Sally had to stop herself by laughing, it was unbecoming of a princess of Asgard. “S-sorry,” Sally said after her laughing petered off, “It’s just well in your golden armor and everything, and with how handsome you look, I thought ‘this man must be a god.’” Sally's face then got really red, did she just say that outloud?!
The man had a stunned expression on his face, then smiled, “I’m glad I’m not the only one who had similar thoughts as I thought ‘oh, this person must be a goddess.’ You happen to be right in your thoughts though. Tell me since you can see my armor, you must be a mortal able to see through the Mist, do you know of the Greek gods?”
Sally blushes at his compliment. Then she thought about what he was saying. He thinks Sally is a clear-sighted mortal. Maybe she can play around with him a bit, without having to worry about diplomacy.
‘The Greek pantheon,’ Sally thought surprised. Hmm while this man only appears to be in his mid twenties now, he has an aura of power around him. More so than many of the other Greek gods she had met. The only one that fell close when she attended a meeting between all the gods years ago was the arrogant fool, the king of Olympus, Zeus. Now that she thinks of it, his appearance bares a striking resemblance to Zeus with their strong features and striking eyes. Well, this man’s eyes are the everchanging greens and blues, swirling with power, like the sea. The sea! Is this man Poseidon?! The king of the seas and brother to Zeus!
Maybe she should mess with him a bit, play the foolish mortal, her need for mischief coming out to play.
“I’m quite familiar with the Greek gods, after all the monsters I see roaming this land. Now are you perhaps the king of Olympus, Zeus?” Sally asks, hiding her grin.
The man she is absolutely certain is Poseidon, sputters insulted.
Sally can’t help it but she laughs at his indignant expression, “I-I’m k-kidding, you must be the god of the seas, Poseidon.”
“You know if I didn’t find you so intriguing, I might have smited you for that. For that I must ask what your name is, so I can know that name of one so bold and beautiful.” Poseidon says teasingly with a smile.
Sally blushes again and smiles at Poseidon, “Well if you must know my name is Sally.” She grins sensually then and says, “Well if you find me so intriguing, why don’t you take me out to dinner.”
Poseidon goes to grab her hand, bowing down to kiss her hand, “With pleasure my lady.”
‘H-how can he just turn the tables like that?’ Sally thinks blushing profusely, trying to hide her face away, thinking she must look like a strawberry by now.
Poseidon laughs at her attempt to hide her blush, and holds out his hand. She laughs alongside him and grabs his hand walking alongside the beach with him.
They end up talking about their interests and likes and get to know each other along the way to their destination. Sally doesn’t reveal that she is actually a goddess, since she’s just here to have some fun, but she does tell Poseidon about her family and her adventures, and just makes them seem human. The world seems to fall away as they look into each other’s eyes and hear the enchanting tones of one another's voices. Slowly starting to fall for one another, but they take their time. They do have all the time in the world after all.
Sally ends up staying in a cabin on that very Montauk Beach, and Poseidon and her end up going on more dates and learning more and more about one another.
Sally eventually reveals that she is gender fluid when she feels more masculine again after a few dates. He doesn't change his body to match, because as Sal now, he is still playing the mortal, but wants Poseidon to know. Poseidon just smiles and accepts him, and lavishes him as a prince (even though Poseidon doesn't know yet who he really is, that he really is a prince).
Loki won't admit it, but he cried when Poseidon just accepted him. He never had the chance to really express himself before, and here was someone just casually accepting him for who he wasm
Sally though mostly stays in feminine in mind, as she won't have the chance to be a female once she returns home besides the occasional dressing up in her room, and perhaps feels the need to overcompensate subconsciously. Sally knows her time on Midgard won’t last forever, and she’ll have to return soon.
However, the summer turns to fall, and eventually winter, and Sally still stays in the cabin she bought on the Montauk beach where she first met Poseidon. She fell into a routine of pretending to be the mortal Sally Jackson (she decided on that last name when she lied and said her father's name was Jack and decided to have her last name be a homage to her Norse heritage), and spending time with Poseidon. They eventually fall into bed together, exploring their bodies together, and finding pleasure in one another.
Sally felt that her time was almost up on Midgard and she would have to return to Asgard, as she couldn’t hide from Heimdal and her father forever. She delayed it as much as possible, but now something in the air felt ominous like the Norns were warning her of something to come.
She enjoyed her time here on this planet for as long as she could, but she really didn’t want to leave. Sally fell in love with Midgard, she felt accepted and loved in a way she never felt before. Not even with her mother Frigga. As much as she tried and Sally loved and adored her mother, Frigga never truly understood her.
______________
It was when the year finally turned anew in January and it officially became the Midgardian year 1999, Sally started to feel sick. She was throwing up, and feeling light headed. What was happening to her? Gods don't get sick.
The revelation, however, came upon her shortly when she was telling one of the friends she made on Midgard how she was feeling. She still couldn't believe she made a friend! After all, Loki never had friends on Asgard, people were either too frightened by their status as prince, or thought that they were too weird and strange with their magic and interests in books instead of swords.
Sally became friends though with this person by leaning into her mischief, something no one back home ever appreciated aside from her mother Frigga. Thus, Sally pranked this fifthly scum of a human being, who wouldn’t stop hitting on her with nasty comments, to question his reality. She did this by getting all of his employees (Sally couldn’t believe he even had a job let alone employees) to agree and tell him that the sky was green, and the grass was blue, and so on and so forth. It only took a little bit of persuasion, and money, to do. Sally after all is a princess and is well forthcoming in both. One of his employees though was very enthusiastic, for she was tired of this geezer’s underhanded and sexist and racist comments, but needed the money. This happened to be Malia, a beautiful, tall Hawaiian woman with almond colored skin and dark curly hair who worked three jobs to provide for her three kids, and used to do wrestling in her free time at a gym when her husband was still alive, but had to quit to provide for her family.
Thus, Sally setup all the employees who worked at this man's laundry mat with more money than they’ve ever seen in a month for each day they worked to gaslit the fool into losing his sanity. In just a month, with employees all the more eager to come in and get back at their boss and earn some money, the walrus of a man, who stank worse than trash, cracked and ran outside yelling at people that the world was ending, and everyone was crazy. It was fantastic! All the employees cheered, and ended up making more money than they did in a whole year or years in just a month, and went on to find better jobs and do things and buy things they never were able to before after the laundry mat "unexpectedly" closed down.
Sally doesn't even remember the man's name but it seemed fitting. G-something Ugly, or something similar. Oh, it was Gabe Ugliano, but all his employees called him Smelly Gabe behind his back! Sally really hated that man after hearing and seeing more of how he treated everyone around him, and was glad that he was gone.
Malia was glad Smelly Gabe was gone too, and actually personally thanked Sally, tears in her eyes, and invited Sally into her home. She was going to lose her family’s home, and because of Sally she wasn’t, and her and her kids just wanted to show their appreciation. From then on, Sally and Malia became close friends, and could always find company in one another to talk about their struggles, or anything they needed. (Well, Sally could never bring herself to tell Malia who she truly was, for that would endanger Malia and Sally couldn’t do that to her friend.)
At least Smelly Gabe was good for something though, he got Malia and Sally to become friends after losing his sanity!
In any case, Sally lamented to her best friend Malia when they were finishing up with their food at a café about feeling sick lately and described feeling light headed, having cravings, and feeling more emotional than normal.
Malia had this look in her eyes, that she knew what was what, "Tell me, have you and your lover boy had sex in the last month or so."
Sally looked confused, "Yeah why?"
Malia shook her head, her black curly hair falling in her face, unbelieving at her friend's obliviousness, "Well, you might want to check and see if you're pregnant, sweetie." She swept her long hair back out of her face, and her brown eyes looked into Sally’s blues.
Sally looked at her friend shocked, "Pregnant?!" Sure Sally had a physical female form full time these days, but she never considered that idea that she could actually get pregnant. Heck, even her myths that she heard about her getting pregnant with Sleipnnir was actually because of accidental magic and not… what she heard in the myth. Was she really pregnant? Sally looked down at her flat stomach, thinking of Poseidon and her together all of those times.
Malia sighs, "Oh honey, it's okay. I'm a mother of three, and while kids are a lot of work, they also bring the greatest joy that I could ever have. I'll support you no matter what though, dear." Then she gains a serious expression, "And that lover boy of yours better shape up, or he can expect a beating from yours truly." Malia flexes her muscles to prove the point.
Sally's worried expression gained a small smile at her friend's antics, "I just never thought it was possible." Then she goes to hug her friend, "Thank you for everything Malia."
"Of course, hun." Malia smiles hugging Sally back, "And while I'm 99% sure you're pregnant, why don't you get a pregnancy test back at the pharmacy to make sure."
Sally's smiles and nods, "I'll see you later to tell you the news," and she heads out of the café waving goodbye to her friend not planning on going to the pharmacy, as she had other ways to test if she was pregnant.
The cold brisk air of January hits her. However, like any other time she was exposed to the cold, it doesn’t bother her, it almost seems to energize her. She never dwells on these thoughts though, how different it made her, yet again, from everyone else, as she always distracted herself from these thoughts, not wanting to accept how different she was yet again.
Sally wondered if her child would have her same disposition, if she truly is pregnant, and whether she wanted that solidarity with another being or if she wanted them to be ‘normal’.
Sally shakes her head, it doesn’t matter, she might not even be pregnant, and either way any child deserves to grow up how they wish to be and not be ostracized for being different like she was, no matter if they are like her or not.
She was still lost in similar thoughts though, and what ifs through the whole walk home, worried that by being the child's mother it would doom them to be different and ‘other’.
Even still, she always wanted to be a mother. To care and love for her own child, to be a mom.
Thus, Sally reaches her cabin, not even remembering how she got there, as she was too lost in her thoughts. Was she really pregnant? She breathed out, well only one way to find out. She reached for her magic, knowing intimately how to cast the spell she needed when she helped out in a healing center before.
Her green magic exploded out of her fingertips. The magic that she kept sealed away to hide herself bursting out of her in energizing waves. She knew she would have to hurry before the worlds of Midgard and Asgard aligned and let Heimdal see her. She casted the runes into the air, once again memorized by feeling how alive magic felt and let the runes sink into her. She waited a moment, feeling the magic buzz underneath her skin. If nothing happened then she wasn't pregnant. However, the magic alighted, and she saw green light up all around her. She really was pregnant! She jumped for joy, and proceeded to breathe in her magic one more time before she had to seal it again. The buzz was gone, but her joy radiated in the air.
Oh this is so exciting! She is going to be a mother. Is she going to have a boy or girl? You know what, Sally doesn't care just as long as they are happy and healthy. She wondered if the baby would have Poseidon's ever changing sea green eyes, or her natural emerald eyes. If the baby would take after her in magic, or perhaps the baby would be a fighter like their uncle Thor. Then, Sally's smile fell. Her baby could never go to Asgard and meet Thor, or her mother Frigga because her father Odin would never approve. Would Odin even let Sally have this baby, when not only will she be the mother and not the father, but the baby will be half Greek?!
Sally clutched her stomach protectively worrying about all the unknowns. For now though, she looked longingly at her bed. Deciding that she needed a rest first, before she dealt with reality again. She fell into her bed's comforting embraces and fell into oblivion.
______________
Loki, or rather Sal (the masculine name he came up with for Sally), woke up. Still when Loki was male in mind, he preferred Loki, but well that's a dead give away to his identity, and he couldn't have that.
In any case, Loki groaned remembering all the revelations that happened to him earlier. He really was pregnant. He looked at the clock ticking down on his nightstand, 8:00 pm. Loki breathed out, he must've been exhausted if he 'napped' for 6 hours. Loki steeled his nerves, he needed to tell Poseidon, so he prayed to Poseidon. Loki couldn't delay this anymore and lie to him especially now that they were having a baby together.
Poseidon arrived shortly after in a burst of blinding light. Loki closed his eyes more from the sheer light being emitted, than the actual danger of seeing Poseidon's divine form.
Poseidon looked to Loki frantically, hearing the distress in his tone when he prayed to him. "Sal, what's wrong?" He looked at him searching for any injuries, somehow always knowing that when Loki presented as male, even when his form didn't physically change.
This comforted Loki, in Poseidon's worrying, he in turn felt less nervous, and stated "I'm pregnant."
"W-what?" Poseidon asks, stunned. Then, gained a stupidly huge grin on his face. "That fantastic news!" However, he then thought of the prophecy about a half-blood of the eldest gods. He shut his eyes, feeling the remnants of the fates when he still held the domain of prophecy telling him of his unborn's child's doom. He already felt like mourning a child who wasn't even born. He was brought out of his spiraling condition, though, when Loli brought his hand to Poseidon's arm and looked into his eyes worryingly.
Loki breathed out, unsure why Poseidon's mood took such a drastic turn. He knew Poseidon was like the ever changing sea, from the gentle tides, to the roaring storms, and that Loki fell in love with all of him, but this was something different. However, he loved this man, and he needed to tell Poseidon who he really was.
'Yes,' Loki finally admitted to himself, 'I love Poseidon with all my heart, even though I knew it couldn't last. At least I could have him now, always in my memories, and now a piece of him forever in our child.'
Loki decided to just rip the bandaid off, thinking that the midgardian's metaphor was fitting, "My name is not not really Sal Jackson. I am Prince Loki Odinson of Asgard." He decided to transform externally to make his point clear, careful not to mess with his internal womb, his form changing back to his original wavy black hair and emerald eyes. He looked into Poseidon's eyes searchingly, waiting for rejection. His green magic briefly casted into the air before quickly receding into his skin.
To say Poseidon was shocked would be an understatement, and exclaimed, "I thought you were just an Asgardian, I didn't know you were a god."
"Now I know this looks…" Wait Loki thinks, "You knew I was an Asgardian?!"
Poseidon shakes off his shock, and rolls his eyes fondly, "My star, I knew from practically the beginning. You practically announced it when you kept calling Earth 'Midgard.' Not to mention how little you knew of basic human culture."
Loki sputters and blushes, "I thought you didn't notice."
"I'm not that oblivious!" Poseidon says offended.
Loki raises his eyebrows challengingly, saying 'sure.'
"Are you really okay with this, though?" Loki says, gesturing to himself. "Don't you hate me now?!" Loki shouts, fighting back tears and looking away.
Poseidon sighs, his heart breaking at his love fighting back tears, "I know that we were just treating this as a fun fling, but I fell in love with you. I fell in love with your smile, your mischievousness, and your tenacity. Everything about you I adore, and even though this complicates the matter with the whole inter patheon mixing, I could never hate you, my star."
Loki looks up into Poseidon's eyes, only seeing love swirling in their green depths. Loki goes to hug Poseidon, wanting to be comforted in his large arms. Poseidon accepts. "I love you too," Loki whispers to Poseidon.
They stay in each other's embrace for what feels like hours, but eventually they separate and look at one another.
Loki's face then turns perplexed, "By the way what got you all worried earlier? You almost seemed like you were mourning when I told you I was pregnant."
Poseidon looks like he's been caught stealing a cookie from the cookie jar, if the jar happened to be Asgard's royal vaults, and the cookie was one of its most valuable treasures. He clears his throat, "Well, since I thought you were mortal before," and he continued almost inaudibly, "and there's this prophecy…"
Loki crosses his arms, "I can't hear you. Can you repeat that?"
"There might be this tiny, little bit," then Poseidon quickly rushes out, "maybe- world-ending-prophecy-about-a-half-blood-child-of-the-eldest-gods."
"What?!" Loki yells, practiced in Poseidon speech. "Tell me this prophecy now." Loki demands, his green eyes steely with controlled anger.
"It's fine love, you aren't mortal, so it shouldn't…" Poseidon trails off and gulps when he sees Loki fuming, "Umm well, it goes:
A half-blood of the eldest gods,
Shall reach Sixteen against all odds,
And see the world in endless sleep,
A hero's soul, cursed blade shall reap,
A single choice shall end his days,
Olympus to preserve or raze."
Loki looks terrified, his form trembling, as he processes the prophecy.
"W-what's wrong Sa-Loki?" Poseidon asks worriedly.
Loki looks into Poseidon's eyes terrified and demands, "Repeat the first line again."
Poseidon does so instantly, and processes the request.
Notes:
While Loki is actually a fairly young god, he is still considered an elder god in his patheon.
And for anyone confused on the Sally and Loki/Sal naming, It will for the most part be Sally when female in mind, and Loki when male in mind, with Sal only coming to play in dialogue around and with people who don't know Loki's true identity going forward.
Also, I changed the expected birth year for Percy to 1999 for reasons, reasons which will work for the rough timeline I have for this fic.
Magnus Chase's gods don't exist in this universe (as I don't want to make more split personalities than necessary, and it won't work for this au). However, Magnus himself may make a cameo as a child of an Asgardian and Midgardian rather than Freyr.
Also, when this is posted on ao3, keep in mind that some changes have already been made.

pjo x mcu au where nick fury learns about the mythological world and, in exchange for being gifted with clearsight (because he’s nick fury and not being able to see/know everything is making his paranoia worse), he gives the demigods their own subdivision of shield with the fundings that comes with to take care of mythological threats
did i mention that fury gets to have little to no control over said subdivision? like, he knows what they’re doing, but he knows better than to tell them what to do
cue the avengers being exceedingly frustrated when everyone refuses to tell them what the new shield department is for, and even more so when percy (who is obviously the head of the department what do you mean) starts to tell them (read: order) to leave his team alone

Terrible Fic Idea #87: Percy Jackson, but make it MCU
Look, I didn't want to come up with yet another crazy PJO crossover, but here I am. Because instead of just coming up with the lightest, fluffiest, gayest PJO romance possible - which is what I wanted - I had to turn it into an MCU identity reveal fic too.
Or: What if post-ToA Percy Jackson was Peter Parker's caseworker following Aunt May's untimely death?
Just imagine it:
Tony Stark first meets Percy Jackson in the ICU of Metropolitan General the day after Peter and his aunt are caught in a terrible subway accident. May dies on scene. Even with his advanced healing, Peter is badly injured and taken to the nearest hospital - where it quickly becomes apparent he's Enhanced. It takes about 24 hours for the news to make its way to Tony, who immediately storms the hospital with the intention of taking Peter back to his Tower to heal-
-only to be told Peter's not going anywhere by the social worker assigned to the case.
This is remarkable for many reasons, not the least because the social worker is an unassuming, overworked 27-year-old wearing Finding Nemo socks and a faded Save the Oceans t-shirt. That the case worker - Percy Jackson - stands his ground in the face of Iron Man's wrath is even more remarkable, but Tony is forced to admit the kid has a point: he can't just let someone without any obvious connection to a minor walk off with said minor, particularly when that minor is Enhanced.
It takes Tony a couple days to get his ducks in a row, proving that he is not only able and willing to take in Peter, but is the one his aunt wanted to take care of him in the event something happened to her. During that time he has JARVIS research everything he can on Percy (lives in a Central Park penthouse owned by his long-time boyfriend, a successful music producer; volunteers for a NPO started by his best friend dedicated to restoring the wild; brief stint as the youngest ever on the FBI's most wanted, etc), but finds nothing to suggest he's anything other than a social worker trying to do what's best for his charges.
Percy becomes a semi-regular fixture at the Tower. At first it's just business, checking in on how Peter is doing and facilitating the foster care/adoption paperwork. Later it becomes something akin to friendship, with Percy being utterly unimpressed by Tony's fame but remarkably charmed by his inventions and philanthropic efforts. (He also comes to have strong feelings about the Rogues and their actions during the Civil War once he learns of them, helping Tony to see their betrayal for what it is. This alone makes him one of Rhodey and Pepper's favorite people.)
This goes on for quite some time - though I see this as happening post-CACW, we don't jump straight into the Infinity War, with there being several years wherein the Accords are ratified, the Rogues found and tried for their actions in the Civil War, and for the most part allowed to return to the Avengers on a probationary basis - until Thor finally arrives with news of Thanos' impending arrival.
Only Percy happens to be visiting when Thor arrives and the Avengers naturally have questions after Thor addresses him as Prince Perseus.
The truth of Percy's identity comes out in fits and starts (demigod son of Poseidon, saved the world a couple times, ascended to become God of Heroes, Natural Disasters, and Poison as well as Patron God of New York City; has been dating Apollo since he was fourteen; yes, is actually a social worker, albeit one who takes cases across the country to protect demigods and Enhanced), which is not helped by Thor (who can't help but comment on what he knows of Percy's heroics) or Apollo (who shows up after Percy texts an SOS but can't help but talk up his boyfriend either.)
The Infinity War still happens, albeit rather differently than in canon - perhaps Thanos turns out to be a disgruntled child or sibling of Gaia out for revenge, justifying Greek/Roman interference? But the details don't really matter as much as the identity reveal.
And... that's really all I have with regards to plot. But there should be a lot of character moments leading up to the reveal that hint at who Percy really is but which don't form a coherent narrative until the truth is revealed.
Bonuses include:
The softest, fluffiest romance possible for Apollo and Percy, with the pair more or less falling head over heels at first sight at the start of TTC, having their first kiss at the party at the end of the book, and dating throughout the rest of the Titan War. Apollo goes absolutely batshit insane when Percy goes missing at the start of HOO and breaks out of Olympus to crash the Senate meeting at the end of SoN and check on his boyfriend, and eventually gets made mortal for helping too much during the Giant War. The broad strokes of ToA occur with Percy fighting at his now-mortal boyfriend's side, and Percy ascends to godhood when Apollo regains his. There's some tension (Zeus is not happy about his firstborn son's choice of lover, fearing overthrow; Poseidon fears Apollo will end up breaking Percy's heart, but softens after Percy ascends and his chance of becoming a flower diminishes; many CHB campers think Percy's mad for dating a god, etc) but for the most part it should be as fluffy as circumstances allow.
Percy having been really obvious about his background, but in ways that seem reasonable ("How did you meet your boyfriend?" "I was at a really bad party when a friend ended up calling her brother to pick us up early. I fell in love with his car and then with him.") or like jokes ("Those sea turtles really seem to like you." "I like them too." "I guess they're kind of cute." "Excellent conversationalists too.") until the full truth comes out; and
Thor attempting to make up for blowing Percy's cover in dramatic (and hilarious) ways. This should include the gift of at least one native Asgardian water plant ("Dude, have you never heard of invasive species?") and end in a bakery's worth of Asgardian baked goods.
And that's all I have, though given the way this has been living rent-free in my head all week there may be more. As always feel free to adopt this bun, just link back if you do anything with it.

Can you write a Pjo marvel crossover centering around Annabeth in an au where Tony stark is annabeths uncle or something. I'm im just spit balling.
YES i'm not super into marvel but I'll try.
Tony stark is definitely the uncle that annabeths parents sent her to whenever she was misbehaving or they just didn't want her in the house- and annabeth would LOVE it. Like she's an architecture nerd of course she's gonna be exploring that place too to bottom and playing with all of the machines. Tony starts off being absolutely tired of her shit but eventually maybe annabeth will like help him build something or solve a problem in an invention he was doing and he'll realize like- holy shit this girl is smart. They'd talk about engineering and architecture for hours. But after Annabeth ran away, she didn't see her uncle for a while of course. And no one at camp would believe that tony stark was her uncle. That was until she went on her first quest- and her and percy showed up on the news. Tony would use all his resources to find his lost cousin and reach out to her (somehow, maybe after she went home for the first time idk lmao). Then boom!! Annabeth in the Avengers?? I think she would be more of a side member- she's too busy with demigod stuff to actually fight- she'd help with building suits and battle plans ect. Then, once percy hears that annabeth is literally related to tony stark who's iron man- he'd absolutely go wild. Annabeth probably didn't really know who the avengers were bc she ran away so early on- but percy's definitely an avengers fanboy.

Percy Jackson Criminal AU Fic Recs
Request: Looking for Percy Jackson fanfiction with criminal AU and preferably Percabeth.
Here's a few. They're all crossovers, but I don't think you have to know the other fandom to enjoy and understand the fics. At least, I haven't seen Brooklyn Nine Nine TV but I still really enjoyed reading those crossovers. Posted 14/8/23. Enjoy!

They were used to catching killers in the act, not listening to audiobooks and making strangely coloured cookies wearing gingham aprons but that hardly exonerated the kid. After all, there was a lot about him that just didn't sit right, that seemed far too close to the case to be a coincidence. In which Percy Jackson really isn't a serial killer, he just has terrible luck.

Fic authors self rec! When you get this, reply with your favorite five fics that you've written, then pass on to at least five other writers. Let’s spread the self-love 💗
So. Uh. Part of the reason I didn't want to answer this is because I don't know if I have?? Five favorite works?? But. Uhm. I might as well...try?
In a somewhat arbitrary order,
Tides and Tribulation🌊⚱ is the most recent of my Trickery AU, which is Faer's excuse for rewriting the entire Percy Jackson series, Except I Think Sally Should Take Over The World, Actually. I like this one the most since I give the characters the most autonomy. It doesn't quite beat out the baby Percy chapters in the first fic though.
Quiet! Respite! Quiet! Respite!🕷🦇 Spiderman (MCU) x DC! It's romance and it's mushy and it's tense and also so many people are dead! So many. Once I update it soon, we're about to have a little bonkers turnaround in the plot lol. Just a widdle one 🥺
The Firstborn Son. I wanted to write a traditionalish dp x dc fairy tale, and then I did. It's mostly from the POV of Batman, so if you don't know anything about Danny Phantom, great! More Woe Be Upon Ye. Features a baby Dick!Robin and a literal Baby!Damian.
Yes, Yes, Blister Pack💉👻, we've all heard of her. DCU x DP crossover. I will say that I get headaches trying to reread this though. If I reread key points I get up and walk around from how mad the plot makes me lol.
Listen. I love Drake Manor. But spot #5 goes to goo boy and the gang, and The Health and Wellbeing of Hybrid Entities👻🖤. All this boy's organs are falling out. He Needs Some Milk. He is Going Through it. Dp x Dc.
There are some other things I'm really proud of, like my Percy Jackson reworking of the Kids on Brooms tabletop roleplaying game, Kids on Pegasi, but that's technically not fic, so. I likewise couldn't find space for The Shrimp Fic. But I can only squeeze so much in one of these.
And, uh, hoo, hoo boy...writing this post only took a few hours outta me! 😅

Percy Jackson & the Sokovian Accords
The Sokovian Accords have been activated and all children with powers are the victims, including Peter Parker & Percy Jackson.
Unfortunately, Tony Stark was not able to influence these Accords enough while recovering from being almost killed by Steve Rogers in Siberia and the Accords authority ended up more like a worldwide version of the MRA (Mutant Registration Act) & SRA (Superhuman Registration Act).
The Accords registered and imprisoned all mutants (including children) and began training more combat-oriented powers to work for the government as “special forces.”
Reward money is offered anyone with information on suspected mutants and, unfortunately, many remember Percy grabbing Nancy Bobofit with water in the Lightning Thief and Peter being weirdly strong after the Radioactive Spider Bite.
Both are thrown in a cell together and protect each other, becoming very close.

I have an idea floating in my head. Annabeth Chase as Spider-Man
No gods AU and stuff, regular, arachnophobic, mortal Annabeth is bitten by a radioactive spider and after nearly dying learn she has powers and becomes a vigilante
I thought her name could be something along the lines of like ‘The Weaver’ since spider’s webs and Athena’s the goddess of weaving
Percy calls her ‘Web Girl’
And Thalia is basically SpiderBeth’s big sister and clocks her immediately
I don’t actually know anything about Spider-Man’s villains soooo
And yes SpiderBeth is still arachnophobic after the bite

Prompt #6
Contrary to popular belief, Tony was pretty observant. So when he noticed a kid that happened to be at every single event that a casualty occurred, he found it a bit strange. For instance, if he had a dollar for everytime he saw the kid, he'd have more than 5 dollars. Which was strange that it happened more than once.
So when he saw that same kid, wielding a badass sword might he add, facing off against a bunch of freaky monsters with a smirk on his face? He immediately told FRIDAY to prepare adoption papers.
It's safe to say, Nico was fairly confused when Tony Stark, aka Ironman, asked if he wanted to be adopted.

About:
What if Sally Jackson was Loki Odinson? See Loki and Percy take the Marvel Universe by storm.
First - Previous - Next Chapter
Chapter 2, Part 1: The Sea Protects
Loki wakes up the next day clinging to Poseidon. He sighs, his bloodshot eyes, dried tear tracks, and dry throat greet him as he is raw from crying and sobbing into his lover's arms for most of the night. Poseidon appears to still be asleep (a rarity for the god to actually sleep), and Loki goes to grab some water, once again frustrated he had to seal his magic, but comforted he changed back to his original form for now, so he is in a physically conforming body for once. Especially since coming to Midgard when he's in a male mindset instead of his default as Sally physically all the time.
He gulped the glass of water greedily down, the cool water refreshing and very much needed. He stares at the yellow light of the sun making its way through the cabin's windows as rain lightly drips down the window pane. Loki wondered if his late maternal grandfather Freyr was somehow looking at him, his essence now infused with the universe around him, as is the fate of all faded gods. He was, after all, the god of the sun, fertility, peace, and rain, and all those things were currently present. Loki thought it was an omen, a good or bad one Loki wasn’t sure of, though. Maybe his baby would join his grandfather as well. 'No! Stop, thinking about your baby's death, Loki!'
Ugh, Loki's mood is in the gutter again. Maybe he can grab more sleep before Poseidon wakes up, so he doesn't have to think about anything anymore.
Unfortunately, once Loki got under the covers, careful not to wake Poseidon. All he could think about was his child's doom.
He knew that it wouldn't be easy to have this child, but he didn't think that his unborn child already had a death sentence on them. The child, If going by the prophecy, they will die when they are sixteen! They won't even make it to their first ᛈᚨᛋᛋᚨᚷᛖ ᛟᚠ ᚲᚺᛁᛚᛞᚺᛟᛟᛞ ("Passage of childhood").
They won't even make it anywhere close to adulthood, at least by going how Asgardians age (if the child will even age like an Asgardian!). Asgardians reach adulthood on their 500th birthday (or an equivalent of midgardian's 20th), and ugh Loki himself is only 1036! Equivalent to 25 for midgardians! He's too young to be a mother!
Loki won't even age an adult Asgardian year when this child's birth and death is set (which is every 100 years)! Loki can't breathe! It's too soon, he hasn't even had his child yet and he's going to lose them in a blink of an eye!
Loki thought he was done with his crying last night, but here it is again. Luckily, before Loki can get lost in his sorrows, strong arms wrap around him and hold him steady while he cries. Loki smells the soothing ocean, and he is glad his lover is right here with him.
"Are you alright, my dear?" Poseidon asks once Loki shaking and sobbing dies down.
Loki nods into Poseidon's chest and sighs into his embrace, "I just feel so incredibly overwhelmed, Poseidon. I don't know what to do, and I already feel like I'm mourning a child who isn't even born yet."
"Not to mention all the hardships this child will have to go through by being our child. Will they even have support from any gods aside from us? Or will their very existence have to remain a secret? Their powers and magic sealed away, lest other gods try and kill them?!" Loki yells frustrated.
Poseidon breathes deeply, troubled and worried for his child. However, he knows that not all gods will be against this child, perhaps it's time for Loki to meet some of his family.
"My star, I can't speak for all the gods, but I know not all will be against our child. While I do think the child will be safer with less people knowing their full heritage, as word will be less likely to spread, I know my wife Ampritrite and my son Triton are loyal to the sea, to me, and would never harm any of my children and I know they would help if they are informed of this dire situation."
"Your wife?! Wouldn't she be like Hera, and resent you and my child for being born of unfaithfulness."
Poseidon laughs, "My αγάπη (“love”)," he looks fondly into Loki's emerald eyes, so much like the jewel but more - filled with life and magic of the worlds, "We are Greek. We rarely conform to one lover. When Amphitrite agreed to be my queen, she agreed because she and I got to keep our freedom. We both take our own lovers from time to time. Sometimes we even find partners we both favor. However, we still love one another as husband and wife, as she is forever my queen, as I am her king."
Loki huffs but still feels a pang in his heart. He knew their love was temporary, but he still wants Poseidon’s comforting embraces and nicknames and love. However, he hides his pain by rolling his eyes, "You didn't think to tell me this before?"
"Like you didn't tell me that you were a god?" Poseidon shoots back playfully.
"Fair." Loki concedes.
"And you're sure that Amphitrite and Triton won't mind, and even help?" Loki asks worriedly, searching into Poseidon's eyes and finding the greens and blues of the calm ocean waves to be reassuring.
"Absolutely." Poseidon says with absolute certainty.
Notes:
My chapters here on Tumblr are going to be shorter than what will be posted on my Ao3 account for practicality.
I will link the Ao3 fic as well when I post it there.
Also, for how Asgardians age. They age normally until they reach 12, and then their age slows significantly (and will physically and mentally age a year for about every 61 years lived). Then, they reach adulthood at 500 (or 20 for us humans and will physically age a year for every 100 years lived).

SEA FOAM Chap. 1~ Steven Grant x F!Demigod!reader.
❥ Masterlist Summary: After being fired from her latest job and nearly being expelled from university, the daughter of Poseidon has recently moved to London to try and live a somewhat normal life. However, things never turn out quite how she expects them to be when she runs into a certain museum gift shop clerk.
Warnings: Language, violence, slight gore, crossover (if that counts? please let me know if I missed anything at all.)
*Sorry, that was so bad I'm the worst when it comes to summaries* *and apologies if this is a bit OOC, I literally haven't written in a year.*
Word Count: 3k+
Rounding the corner, breathing ragged, I reached for the small compact in my pocket. Feeling a hand grasp my arm, “This way!”
I quickly open the compact revealing a bronze shield with the same dancing and swirling patterns circling the front, the leather strap biting into my arm from how tightly I grip it against me. I can hear Steven gasp behind me, just as the creature before us launches forward biting at my shield…
☆:☆
My eyes scanned the airport in sheer boredom as a man scanned my boarding pass and gestured for me to move forward. I walked forward and started looking for baggage check. Moving was a real hassle, although I suppose I should be used to it, seeing as though I moved every year when I was still in school. But moving to another country? That was a real pain. It was a year-long journey to successfully move to the United Kingdom, or should I say England? There were so many precursors to moving; getting a passport, a job, (after being let go), getting a work visa, taking a leave of absence from college, then finding a place to stay, and finally shipping my stuff across the ocean.
To be honest, I was more full of dread than excitement, I never did well on planes. I shuddered thinking of the last time I was forced to board one, and quickly made my way to sit down. Surprisingly, there were only a couple of other people sitting at the gate when I sat down. I felt the chill of air rushing past me as someone ran across the linoleum, their clothes in disarray, carrying nothing but a briefcase. I opened my laptop and checked my email, nothing much other than past assignments and job application follow-ups. My lips pursed as a ‘ding’ reached my ears. I looked down at my phone and felt a chill, and my arms were covered in goosebumps. It was from my mother. I tentatively clicked the notification and read;
Hey just wanted to let you know your things are shipping out today, Aleta dropped by, she left a pamphlet, do you want me to mail it with your stuff?
I frowned and responded,
No, you can just throw it out, gods know she’ll find my new address and send more.
I hit send and decided to stare out the window at the tarmac for the rest of the wait.
☆:☆
I jolted in my seat as someone started announcing the flight boarding order and stood to get in line.
I shifted my bag from shoulder to shoulder and screamed at myself for having packed so much.
My eyes scan the aisle and I find my seat easily enough, although my anxiety is through the roof, just sitting here. I check my seatbelt at least ten times and pray nothing eventful will happen this time around. I lean back in my seat and listen to the pilot and attendants go over safety measures and slide in my earbuds.
And despite my caution, I feel my eyes fall shut and drift to sleep.
☆:☆
When I awake, the world is falling, no, I’m falling! I look around only to find that the cabin is gone and there is nothing but the sea below me. My stomach lurches, I’ve been here before, I think to myself, as my body hurls downward. I am about to hit the surface before my body stops, hovering just above the blue expanse, and a voice rings in my ear, I feel it reverberating through my body,
Do NOT make this attempt again, girl, I have no patience for rule-breakers.
☆:☆
I gasp as I shoot up in my seat, cold sweat on my brow, the other passengers look at me warily. I smile nervously as I sit back, only to notice that the plane has landed. I sheepishly grab my things and exit the plane, my body shaking, bile once again rising in the back of my throat.
I walk as quickly as I can to the exit and hail a cab. A friendly man with a wide smile asks me where I’m headed and I relate to him the address.
☆:☆
I quickly open the door to my new apartment and slam it shut behind me, gasping for air. Who knew it would start raining that quickly? Although I suppose I should have checked the weather before I left.
The room is pitch black as I feel the walls for a light switch. I flick it on and brace my eyes as the lights come on. This seems to be the living room, its hardwood floors, and white walls, although the one at the back is brick I note. There is a small fireplace that looks like it hasn’t seen a flame in over a century, and a small window with a seat next to the door. I smile as I see a small vase with narcissus flowers sitting on the ledge, a gift from the realtor maybe. I wander into the kitchen, which is essentially a part of the living room, the only thing separating the two being wood-to-tile flooring. I set my bag down on the island and walk through a short hallway in which there are three doors. One a bright cherry red, at the end of the hall, the one on the left a bright lilac, and on the right a deep forest green. I open the red door to reveal the bedroom, the lilac is the bathroom and the forest green ends up being a small closet. I smile when I notice the walls are a bright canary yellow. To be honest, I kind of like it, even if it is a bit strange.
My phone beeps and it's my mom, wanting to know if I got here safe, I send back a quick
‘Yep, heading to bed now, goodnight.’
It must be late over there because she doesn’t respond right away. I scroll through my email for a bit before my phone beeps again, this time it's my little brother, asking if I’m here yet. I smile and shoot back a quick ‘yep heading to bed now though, I’ll call tomorrow,’ but before I can hit send, he sends another text,
‘Aleta’s already bugging me about you, so you’ll probably get some more pamphlets in the mail.”
I frown, Aleta is my best friend, however, she could be a bit overbearing. And by a bit overbearing, I mean handing me a pamphlet, or talking nonstop about the group she joined a while ago, I blank on the name even though I’ve heard it a billion times, every time we’re together. It’s starting to get old.
I grab my bag and quickly look through it, hoping the compact I had was still in there somewhere.
“Aha!” I shout, clasping it in my hands, its bronze surface gleaming in the kitchen light. I look at the weaving patterns and figures wrapped around the side and I remember that summer. It wasn’t all bad I guess, I did get this out of it. Placing it in my work bag, I sigh and look out the window of my new bedroom. I’ll have to get curtains later, I think as I make a note on my phone. After grabbing my blanket from my bag I settle down on the floor and try to sleep.
The morning sun bears down on me as my alarm echoes across the room. I sit up and rub my eyes, look at my phone and-
“Oh shit! I’m late!”
I run to the bathroom, quickly brushing my teeth and washing my face, no time for a shower, although my hair could use a wash. I almost kill myself changing, slipping and sliding into my pants, and nearly giving myself a black eye on the bathroom doorknob.
I do a mental checklist before going out the door; keys, check, bag, check, wallet, check, laptop, check, phone check. Check check check, and I’m out the door.
After nearly missing the bus, I slide down into an empty seat and let out a sigh of relief. Great, just great, late on my first day, although, I should have seen it coming. My eyes snap open as the bus comes to a halt, and the doors swing open. The driver waits a few minutes before starting to close the door at the same time a man comes running toward us.
“Wait! Wait!” He cries out as he narrowly misses the closing doors. Panting, he walks through the aisle and stops across from me, "Is this seat taken?"
I shake my head and gestured for him to take the seat. He gives a nervous smile back and sits down, wiping his brow before the bus lurches forward.
☆: ☆
The bus comes to a stop and I start to walk towards the doors, glancing out the window at the building of my new job. I practically sprint to the doors but make sure to hold the door for the person behind me. A security guard greets me and a woman clears her throat.
“Late on your first day, are you?” She says shaking her head.
My face burns as I apologize profusely, “I am so sorry, I missed my alarm this morning, it must be the jetlag!” I say, scratching my head, my eyes burning a hole in the ground, wishing I was anywhere but there. “Well, nothing you can do about it now,” She huffed, turning and walking briskly beckoning me to follow. I walked quickly after her, my face ablaze.
“Now, seeing as you’re a new hire, tour guide right?”
“Yeah, I think so,” I said as we walked into what looked like a storage room.
“You can keep your things back here then,” she says gesturing to a set of lockers.
I nod and open a locker, carefully placing my things inside, and taking a deep breath, my heart racing. Please don’t mess up today, please don’t mess up. Don’t set anything on fire, flood the bathroom, or summon a hydra.
“Well, I’ll call over one of our other tour guides and have them show you the ropes, just wait here.”
As the woman left, I stared down at a table with boxes upon boxes, filled with, merchandise? I stepped closer to the table and smiled a bit when I saw a small keychain of a pyramid? I hummed to myself and entertained sending one to Aleta. She’d love it, at least I think, she had been a history major. My thoughts are interrupted as the door swings open, the woman from before, another woman, and a man walk into the room. I smile and back away from the boxes, setting down the keychain.
The doors open again revealing the woman from before, another woman, and a man who looks a bit familiar. I give them a nervous smile and wave, they wave in return.
Donna, I think her name was, introduced the tour guide I'll be shadowing for the day, "This is Kara she’ll be showing you the ropes today,” she paused in thought, “Oh! Don’t forget to clock in, and Stevie,” she gestured to the man at the end of the room, “you’re on inventory again!”
"It’s Steven,” He nodded before starting to move the boxes around on the table.
“And this is the new hire, just so you know,” the woman gestured to me. my lips turned up into a small smile, and he waved back as I turned to Kara.
“Well, shall we get going then?” she said, walking through the door, leaving me to follow.
☆: ☆
After hours of touring the museum with Kara, taking notes while she spoke about each exhibit and answered questions, it was time to clock out and go home. I walked down the stairs and opened the door to the storage room I think it was. I ran my fingers through my hair as I walked toward the lockers. Grabbing my bag and keys I turned on my heel to leave when I noticed the man from before, Steven I think he said his name was? Still scanning the last few boxes left on the table.
"Hey, are you heading out soon?" I blurted out, without thinking, of course, my face heating up.
I must have startled him because he nearly dropped the scanner when he turned to me, "Oh, yeah, after these last few boxes."
And oh would you look at that, my brain's stopped working, I think to myself before more words come tumbling out of my mouth, "Um, I could be totally wrong but, did we take the same bus today? Not the same stop of course! I just thought I'd seen you somewhere and well, I think it was the bus? Sorry, I'm being weird."
I burn another hole into the ground, and I hope, maybe I'll burn it all the way to the Underworld.
"Oh, right, yeah, I thought you looked familiar too, but I didn't want to say anything," he murmured, eyes falling to his shoes.
"Well, I was going to ask if you wanted to catch the last bus with me?" I ask tentatively, wringing my hands behind my back.
"I- that would be alright with me I suppose," he says eyes now on the last two boxes on the table, "I just need to finish these up first."
"Oh, yeah I'll just wait over here then," my lips form into a nervous smile as I take a seat on the steps leading up the basement to the main floor.
☆: ☆
After Steven finished the last few boxes we made our way to the exit, walking and talking a bit about work, which led to discussing various hobbies we had. I learned that he was extremely knowledgeable when it came to Egyptian mythology and the history of ancient Egypt. Along with the gods of course.
"Wow, you know so much," I said boarding the bus after him and then taking a seat across from him. The bus was practically empty, except for a lone elderly woman sitting a few seats down. I turned my attention back to Steven as he rambled on about the gods of ancient Egypt.
"Oh! I'm terribly sorry, I've been rambling on this whole time and you haven't even gotten a chance to speak!"
I shrug my shoulder, "It's alright! I don't mind. And, if I'm being honest, I could listen to you ramble on for hours, you're so," I pause searching for the right words, "interesting."
"Oh, I don't think so," he replied his hair falling in his eyes.
"No, no! I'm serious. I never really thought about it before, but the gods of ancient Egypt are interesting. You're definitely great at explaining everything too," I shrug again, as the bus slows to a stop.
The driver announces the stop and I stand to leave, "Well, I guess I'll see you tomorrow then?"
"Right, yeah I'll see you tomorrow then," Steven says as I wave goodbye, noticing the older woman walking down the aisle.
I let her pass and then exit the bus with one last wave, and begin the walk back to my apartment. Or I would have, had a claw not ripped into my upper arm. I fall forward dropping my bag, head almost slamming into the concrete before I'm lifted into the air.
I hear a snarl and come face to face with... a lion? With three heads... One of a snake, a goat, and of course a lion. It lunges at me, its large paw swiping across my abdomen as I unclasp my necklace. I can feel it materializing in my hand, the smooth wood cool against my sweaty palms, bronze tip shining dimly in the light of the street lamp. I jump back nearly tripping over my bag. It charges, I stab at it with my spear, connecting with its side, my spear is batted away, and run. I look back and see it chasing after me, I keep running when I see an alleyway. I make a sharp left and hear it clamoring after me, its claws scraping against the brick walls and dumpsters. I make another turn and face a wall, a dead end.
I turn around and find it staring me down, the lion's head growling. It lunges and I dodge just in time, as a column of flame nearly burns me alive.
"Wow, you breathe fire too? I am so not going in tomorrow," if I make it out here alive, I think to myself as I strike at it.
I continue striking, but it keeps batting my spear away as if it's a stick. I swing again and this time connect with the lion's eyes. It howls in pain and the head of the snake lunges at me, but I bring my spear up just in time. It connects with the head and I tear it loose, the creature retreating from the alley. I lunge at it again, and another column of flames comes from its mouth, and this time I'm not lucky enough to dodge it.
☆: ☆
The pain is excruciating. I look at the burns that cover my arms, legs torso, and a bit of my face. I reach into my bag, which I thankfully managed to recover and search through it. I find the unbroken bottles of nectar and ambrosia, I slowly take a drink and smile at the taste, but not for long. Glancing at the clock on my nightstand, it reads 4:30:AM. I could scream, and I do.
I grip my hair and throw myself into my newly acquired mattress face first. Guess I'm not getting any sleep tonight. I sigh and close my eyes listening to the rain falling against the windowpane.
☆: ☆
I groan in frustration as I hear a loud beeping noise interrupt my dreamless sleep. I turn over and try to ignore it, but it won't stop. I sit up and rub my eyes, looking around I see that my alarm clock is the source of the noise. I go to turn it off when I see the time. "Fuck. It's eight-thirty."
Running down the street I stop when I see a bus coming toward the stop. I run to it, throwing myself through the door, handing the driver my change. I grab onto a handle just as the bus lurches forward, almost falling on my face.
☆: ☆
"You're late," a voice rings out as I step past security, "Again."
I look up at Donna and force a smile. "Yeah, the battery in my alarm clock died last night."
She turns, "Well, set one on your phone next time you're an hour late so you can help with inventory tonight."
I let out a deep sigh as she walks off, leaving me with my thoughts., as I go to put away my things. As I push open the doors to inventory and put away my bag, and go to start my first tour of the day.
I like to think it went well, albeit I forgot my flashcards and answered stared out into space a bit too much, lost in my thoughts of what happened last night, trying to remember everything about the creature that attacked me. The second tour, however, did not go well. In the slightest, and it must be written all over my face when I push open the door to inventor because Steven is asking if something is the matter. I sigh before plopping in a chair and hold my head in my hands.
"No, it's nothing," I say grabbing a scanner and a sphynx shaped keychain bringing it up for closer inspection.
I reach across the table for another box and suddenly he's right beside my hand hovering over my arm, where there is a now particularly bloody bandage. "What happened to your arm? Let me go grab the first aid!"
Shit! I pull my arm closer for inspection and start to unravel the bandage. In my rush this morning I forget to take it off. Steven is back now gingerly holding my arm examing it.
"It's healed?" He asked letting my arm drop in confusion.
I sigh, I'm seriously not ready to deal with this again. "It's fine, I burned it a while ago and then it got caught on something last night. It's just a scratch it's fine," I try to reassure, a nervous smile coming over my lips.
"Oh, alright."
I hear him sigh in relief, picking up his scanner again.

I am a deep deep lover of crossover fics like baby let’s mix these fandoms right now. And I am right now into pjo x marvel and my one gripe is I personally don’t enjoy when marvel Thor is considered mythological Thor cause marvel movie Thor is not a god? He’s an alien?? That’s like my one beef but like at the end of the day I won’t stop reading them cause I love this shit too much

Percy Jackson and Antonia Stark were private people, even though people liked to believe the latter's life was plastered in scandal magazines.
After all, they had both widely different lives and no one would have associated them with each other, and yet, they should have since Antonia Stark, also known as Iron Maiden had given birth to the Hero of Olympus himself.
Poseidon had proclaimed his love time and time again for the billionaire, going as far as divorcing his own wife to have a shot at love with the genius, yet, she hadn't changed her mind.
None of them had been expecting to be gathered in the throne room of Olympus to find out more about the famous Tony Stark, secret daughter of Zeus, and her son with Poseidon, Perseus, grandchild of the King of Gods himself.
