Eating a low carb diet means your diet is low in carbs but high in proteins and fats as in the ketogenic diet.

Satiety is the state of feeling full after eating a mess, with a supressed appetite.
The malnutrition you get with a reduced input of food leads to lower sweet input as well.
There are several explanations as to how low carb diets help control appetite.
One possible explanation is that low carb diets generally have advanced protein content.
In one exploration, scientists noted that eating proteins before a mess can lead to a significant reduction in the total sweet input( 8).
Low carb diets are more effective than low fat diets in suppressing jones
for sweets, adipose, and junk foods as shown in the graph below( 9).
Also, low carb diets have a significant effect on your hunger hormones.
A exploration conducted at the University of Melbourne set up that weight loss leads to a considerable increase in hunger promoting hormones like ghrelin and private appetite scores.
still, this changed if the subjects were on a ketogenic diet. Ketogenic diet leads to a significant reduction in private appetite and ghrelin situations( 10).

IN SHORT IF U DONT WANT TO READ MY BULLSHIT ,,ANY ANA TIPS BECAUSE I KEEP GAINING WEIGHT EVEN THO I EAT LESS THAN 900CALS OR ANY EXPLANATION ON WHY THIS IS
I keep gaining weight I never eat over 1200 calories in fasting right now but I can't stop gaining weight, sinse I got back on my diet normally eating 700-400cals per day often less I've gained almost a kg Its so frustrating and nothing I do seems to work if any of you ana girls could leave me some tips I will pray for 25kgs weight loss for u and kiss ur skinny butt. im not joking this is literal hell idk what to do, idk if I should restrict even more, because when I ever I restrict to much I feel like absolute shit and can't do anything.
in doing the absolute best I don't eat untill the end of the day so intermittent fasting and I eat less than the lowest you need to loose weight idk if it's just waste weight bc SORRY TW WARNING KINDA GROSS,, bc I'm us ana girls legit poop once a week but still surely it's gotta be just general weight gain, but I'm so confused on how I'm gaining weight when I should be losing weight.

I know how lucky I am for the life I have now. There have been many times in the past where that most certainly was not the case. Very difficult times, for different reasons.
But what matters most is the "here and now". Even with the chronic health issues I live with, I live to my best ability. I work with what I've got, and I'm thankful for those things. Because, I've worked my backside off for them over the past ten years.
Anyway, I'm very happy to be back home after a week away. Life as usual resumes.
Early walk, which always sets me upwell. I have been doing this for a few months now, andwill continue to do so for as long as it feels right.
Then back home for a new Fiton workout.
Full body strength. No surprises, just a routine I haven't tried before.
Both the walk and the workout were fasted, of course.
Then I broke that with salted peanuts, plain mixed nuts and a change to my usual breakfast fruit - strawberries.
I'm having apple with my afternoon snack.
I have had a very full laundry basket to get through, so I've been busy washing and hanging out to dry. Four full loads by the time I'd finished.
Plus I'm organising a local outdoor HIIT class, starting this Saturday morning. Might go nowhere, might get a few regulars.
Just an idea I've been toying with recently. So I decided to just go for it.
I've been pretty busy with home and work stuff today, so not much exercise. A good, active morning though.
Plus lovely food, excellent macros and chill time too.
It's good to be home, and I'm feeling ok!
