--- A light and low-effort meal ^-^ It only takes a few minutes to make and the protein, fat and fibre help keep you full for a good while ! ♡
The salad can be made with whatever vegetables you prefer! I love lettuce very much, so I made that my base before adding in the cucumber, onion and tomato. I boiled the egg for ±7 minutes, but the time will vary based on how you like your eggs ! ^-^ I seasoned it with salt, black pepper and sesame seeds ⊹ ˚.

low cal things I like to eat (under 300 kcal)
it’s important to eat enough protein!! otherwise u get the skinny fat look instead of toned :)
-carrots when I’m on the go
-hard boiled eggs
-protein bars, protein pudding, protein yogurt, protein shakes whenever I crave something really sweet
-berries + yogurt
-pickles
-shrimp & salmon but it’s so expensive
-Shakshuka: basically eggs + tomato sauce + paprika in a pan with a lot of spices
-i slice up an apple/pear in very thin slices, put some cinnamon on top and put it in my airfryer to make apple/pear chips!
-zucchini/carrot fries that I made in my airfryer without oil
-air fried chicken drums with a lot of garlic and spices
-zucchini boats or stuffed bell pepper

--- This was honestly a hugeee salad and so so sooooo good and filling !! ^-^
Chop up vegetables of your preference for the base of your salad,,, try to use vegetables you genuinely like since this is the bulk of it :]
Top with additions of your choice to make this a satisfying meal! Olives, corn, chickpeas, black beans, feta cheese, etc are all options ₊˚⊹
I seasoned the chicken with salt and pepper, used cooking spray on a baking tray and roasted in the oven for about 15-20 min until it was fully cooked (my chicken pieces were pretty small so just make sure yours is cooked well, as in not pink at all in the middle, before you eat it !!)
The dressing was simply plain yogurt mixed with cayenne pepper, black pepper and salt ^-^ I added sesame seeds and more black pepper on top to make it look pretty :3

Ingredients: ୨୧ 300 g of cauliflower; ୨୧ 50 g of cheese for the dough; ୨୧ 1 egg; ୨୧ tomato paste; ୨୧ filling of your choice; ୨୧ salt, basil, spices to your taste;
Сooking process: ୨୧ Preheat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius; ୨୧ Grind the cauliflower in a blender to crumbs; ୨୧ Add an egg and finely grated cheese; ୨୧ Add salt and spices; ୨୧ Form a pizza shape ~1 centimeter thick; ୨୧ Bake for ~15 minutes until golden brown; ୨୧ Spread with sauce, add filling and bake for 15 minutes;
