😭😭 so a couple months ago(before I relapsed again) I invited my friends over for a sleepover which is gonna be today💀that’s why I can’t fast today. The only reason I even invited them was just so I could talk to one of them. I think one of my friends also has an ed I’m not sure though.. maybe we all have EDs lol. We’re all thin. One of them is a small portion Queen💅 the other told me at are last sleep over that she actually feels guilty eating around other people and that so feels even more guilty if she doesn’t finish her plate if everyone else does. Also once I told friend A(guilty girl) that I was 89 lbs and she said she weighed less than me in a shocked voice. Could have been some way to make me feel bad but idk she might have been lying. But then again you probably don’t expect to see someone 19 inch waist and you weigh less then them. Anyway, at the last sleep over me and friend A stayed up all night and shit. And we had a somewhat deep conversation. I wanted to continue it tonight(I can’t do it during the day cuz friend B(small potion queen)will try to turn every deep conversation into a silly one)and since my parents don’t know friend A’s parents very well, she can’t sleep over(friend B can tho) friend A is just gonna stay over for a bit ig. It’s kinda annoying cuz I have more in common with friend A, but I’ll live as long as friend B doesn’t get to comfortable and start acting like a 5 year old all of the sudden for literally no reason. Otherwise friend B is somewhat pleasant to be around(sadly no deep convo’s tho☹️) but that’s not the real problem. Eating is… I got to choose the food cuz it was at my house duh, but my mom acted like I was trying to starve them when I made our meal 300cal so now it’s 500cal. It’s a lot more than I would like and my mom still wants to get them soda. If they do actually have EDs they’ll hate that. Plus they can also have bread(I don’t like bread) I’ll probably try to pick at my food and shit and not finish anything I eat. It’ll be hard but i really don’t want binge, and i try eating normally I will. I will also give options for the calories tho. I’ll let them choose what and how much they want(I hope it doesn’t cause to much stress) they can choose between a 200 or 300 cal ramen or just have bread or just fruit or whatever. I’m honestly scared that I’ll binge(when I eat in front of others I tend to get super nervous and binge which makes them think I have a super metabolism lol, I hate when they make jokes like “you’ll eat anything” or “wow that’s a lot” or “you eat a lot for your size” though) funny enough another friend of mine used to skinny shame me a lot like “your so skinny” or “that’s because your so skinny” or “you don’t eat(me literally eat ten buckets of candy I don’t even like)” that shit ya know? She stopped now, either she realized it was rude and pointless or I’m not skinny to her anymore(I did gain 10 lbs but also lost 3 inches of my waist) so idk. Anyway I just invited friends A and B to my sleepover. And I’m kinda dreading it, I didn’t lose enough weight so I’m dry fast until 3:30pm and eating at 5:30pm (which will mean a 24 hr water fast and a 22 hr dry fast). I really hope it helps me lose weight today 🤞also I can’t purge cuz one of them will be sleeping over💀💀😭😭😭

Ingredients: ୨୧ 300 g of cauliflower; ୨୧ 50 g of cheese for the dough; ୨୧ 1 egg; ୨୧ tomato paste; ୨୧ filling of your choice; ୨୧ salt, basil, spices to your taste;
Сooking process: ୨୧ Preheat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius; ୨୧ Grind the cauliflower in a blender to crumbs; ୨୧ Add an egg and finely grated cheese; ୨୧ Add salt and spices; ୨୧ Form a pizza shape ~1 centimeter thick; ୨୧ Bake for ~15 minutes until golden brown; ୨୧ Spread with sauce, add filling and bake for 15 minutes;

Have you ever tried the korean cucumber salad? A few days ago I've made it for the first time and I'm currently OBSESSED with it ^^ Today I wanted to at least try to make a proper meal out of it and personally I think it came out great! Here's the recipe:
100g of konjac noodles - 9kcal
127g of cucumber - 18kcal
0.5tsp of soy sauce - 2kcal
1tsp of Gochujang paste - 20kcal
2 cloves of garlic (minced) - 15kcal
0.5tsp of chili pepper powder - 0kcal
0.5tsp of vinegar - 0kcal
(TOTAL: 64 calories!!)
Cut up your cucumber, place it into a bowl, rub it with salt and put in the fridge for 30-60minutes. Then get the cucumber out of the fridge and rince it with water at least 3 times. In a seperate bowl, mix your soy sauce, garlic, chili, Gochujang, vinegar and a little bit of water(the original recipe asked for chili/sesame oil but I replaced it with water) in order to make the sauce. Prepare the noodles according to the package and add it to the cucumber, then pour in your sauce and mix well. Enjoy!!
(Just a reminder that you DO deserve to eat, you NEED to eat to survive and function properly, you are beautiful just the way you are and you don't need to change anything about you and your body <3 I know how dangerous eating disorders are and how they can ruin your body. I know how hard recovery can be, so please don't force yourself and take it one step at a time. Eating disorders are NOTHING to brag about and I'm not romantizing them in any way. 220cal Fruit (ice)cream bars

(i made two portions ,16 pieces in total, the calories are for 8 pieces, about 30 per piece)
okay first of all…sorry that i was gone so long! depressions got a bit worse and i also found some new hobbies that took a lot of my attention but i try to post every once in a while:)
and nowwww these kinda icecream bars are actually soo good for the summer i absolutely love them!
you need:
-60g of fruit (doesn’t really matter which one, couls change the texture tho)
-2tbsp of yogurt (i used skyr) |22cals|
-2tsp coconut oil |90cals|
-1tbsp cream cheese |90cals|
how to:
just combine everything in a blender,blend until snooth and then just freeze for about three hours:)
i made mine with strawberries and blueberries and i must say that the blueberries made the whole thing a bit more „icy“ becaue they had more juice!
i let them freeze overnight but 3hours should be fine as well:) i also think a chocolate kind would be tasty.
cals might be a bit off because i forgot to weight correctly but ut shouldn’t be too much! maybe 10cals +/-

MAJOR ED LIFE HACK: Hot Chocolate
Idk how it took me this long to discover this but I just made amazing hot chocolate and it was only 57 cals for a whole mug!!! LIFE HACK OF THE YEAR
Craving something sweet? Want to feel full at a low cost? Need something warm? HOT CHOCOLATE BABEY
I Used Low cal plant milk/almond milk to make mine and of course calorie-free Stevia/sweetener instead of sugar.
Most cocoa powders are between 300-400 calories per 100 grams but you only need like 10-20 grams for a mug depending how thick and rich you want it. So that’s like 30-50 calories at most.
Also BONUS POINTS if you have a milk foamer/steamer, frothing the milk adds SO much dimension to the texture + easily heats up your milk.
Here’s my REIPE FOR LOW CAL HOT CHOCOLATE!!!
Recipe:
10 grams hot chocolate or cocoa powder (approx. 36 cals for 10 g)
Almond milk/your favorite plant milk ~ 100-200mL or as much as you desire ofc (approx. 44 cal per 200 mL for almond milk)
Low calorie Sweeteners e.g stevia, saccharine (0-5 cals)
Spices i.e cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, vanilla (optional)!
Milk foamer/steamer
Total cals: 50-80 cals per serving depending on amounts and products used
The Process:
Add desired amount of cocoa powder into your favorite tall mug
Pour in your milk of choice
Steam or froth your milk with the cocoa powder to heat it up and make it velvety
Add in sweetener to dissolve well + froth some more to mix it in
Add hot water (if more volume/less thickness is desired)
Add spices (optional)
Voilà - ENJOY!!!

This smoothie is my holy grail for getting rid of bloat and there’s only two ingredients!
2 cups Whole Foods ginger lemonade 90 cal
Frozen cherries
30 cal
Mix in a blender and enjoy!
