For this Italian bruschetta inspired goodness u need:
250g tomatoes 38kcal
1 burrata ~260kcal (best cheese ever)
chives, garlic, salt, pepper
1.) cut up ur tomatoes & chives
2.) press the garlic into a bowl
3.) mix tomatoes, chives, garlic and herbs
4.) add Burrata on top and enjoyyyyyyyyy

tomatoes are so good for ur health and skin! they contain a lot of water, as well as a lot of vitamin c and potassium.
burrata is the best cheese ever (in my opinion). it’s creamy and delicious. it contains 12g of protein which makes this meal satisfying and filling.

im back everybody! <3
the festival was great but i am so scared of weighing myself now 💀 I really want to starve for a few days to get back on track but i got two big food occasions coming 🥲
on the last day of the festival my bf got extremely drunk and started a fight (I swear to god I didn’t do anything). He said the worst things anyone has ever said to me, insulting my personality, telling me that his exes had much better bodies than me and were tall and blonde. That he only downgraded to me because he loves me, he touched my belly while saying I look like a big fat jellyfish.
the next day, he apologized profusely and said that he didn’t mean any of theses things. I thought about leaving him but he is always very loving and cute to me, so I guess I am going to give him another chance.
That fight proved to me tho that he always secretly thought I was fat. It breaks my heart but that’s the best meanspo one can get, right? :/
i was doing so well with my mental health the last few years, i am afraid that this is going to take me back. i feel the depression slowly coming back. I’m scared. I don’t want this

okay friends, i will be gone for a week now because I‘m going to a music festival! I‘m so excited!! Sunny weather, techno music, beach and i lost almost 3 kg in the last 3 weeks <3 I am so happy to see myself being in the 50s again on the scale and I fit in some of my old jeans <3
I will gain weight this week, i will drink alcohol and eat greasy shit. I’m kind of anxious about it but let’s see how it goes :)

yesterday I felt weak and sick, so I ate some real meals again. I ate half of a chicken burger, chicken and selfmade fries, also some sour gummy bears. I think i ate around my maintenance calories and I felt so so so much stronger and healthier afterwards.
I didnt gain any weight! So my weight is still at 59.9kg.
Today I’m back on track tho. I‘ll go watch my bfs football game today, so I meal prepped cucumbers + 2 eggs (protein is so important) and some protein pudding with berries :)

ok wow yesterday my bf basically admitted that I need to lose weight. he saw me tracking my calories in the lifesum app and saw my caloriesdeficit. he said „wow a deficit of more than 500 is so good!“ 💀
all this time i kept this weight loss thing hidden from him and now he congratulates me for it. Idk what to think

i tried out the bodypump course at my gym today! it’s good for beginners and horrible for weight lifting beginners at the same time. let me explain: it’s good because it targets the whole body with light weights. ok now to the bad parts hahahah the trainer did not explain good form at all and her form was so bad :( it was painful for me just to watch all these beginners doing deadlifts with round backs and pulling the barbell to their faces during bench press my god. also it’s stupid to train big muscle groups like the back and chest area as long as small muscle groups like biceps? there should be more of a focus on the bud muscle groups rather than isolation exercises imo
