100g chicken breast (108)
20g corn (18)
1-2 tbsp hot sauce (11)
60g broccoli (20)
60g cauliflower (15)

--- Volume eating is such a savior omgggsss,,, it makes meals so much more satisfying !! ♡
For the chicken, season with salt and pepper, grease a pan with cooking spray (optional tbh) and bake at 200°C for 15 minutes or until it's cooked all the way through. I buy frozen corn so I defrosted it in the microwave and tossed it together with the chicken. Add any sauce you'd like (Sriracha, Nandos etc) and it's done ! I added sesame seeds just to make it look pretty ^-^
For the vegetables, chop up or break apart broccoli and cauliflower and steam it for 10 to 15 minutes. Add salt and black pepper on top! ₊˚⊹
This was filling and I absolutely love how quick it was to make ! If you'd like to make it more satisfying, add a base of rice <3

how to make my safe meal :3
(im in 3d recovery, and aut¡st¡c)
the ones i make are >150cals. it will depend on what you add to it. i make these for my bodybuilder bf and he eats like 6 🤷‍♂️💙 he adds salmon to his (meaning i do but yk)
you need:
•egg
•rice paper
•salt+pepper
stuff that makes it way better :]:
•green onion (1x)
•sauces :] (like kewpie, siracha)
•practically anything :] i add cheese sometimes
•cherry tomatoes
•chilli flakes
prep ur ingredients first :]
method:
1]cut green onions/chives/whatever you can mix in with egg
2]get a cup, mix egg and onion/whatever
3]make sure you have whatever else your gonna add already ready
4]turn a non-stick pan on medium/low heat
5]place rice paper on it. pour egg mixture and evenly distrubute it with the back of a spoon
6]once egg is mostly cooked, turn heat lower. add everything else on top, including sauces and seasoning.
7]wait until egg is cooked (it should be whiteish/yellowish and not liquidy)
8]turn off pan, use a flippy thingy (im brilliant at explaining) to fold it in half
9]plate it, you can cut it if you want :] it can be very messy to eat, but it tastes good

Friday: mango-mushroom-cabbage mix salad (134) and a green smoothie bowl (spinach, kale, frozen banana & mango topped w hemp, peanut butter and pomegranate seeds) (249)
Saturday: citrus fennel salad (203) and a berry mix quark smoothie (301)
Sunday: zucchini noodles (22) w raw green pasta sauce (spinach, avo, lemon, basil, garlic) (136), roasted paprika chickpeas (no oil obv) (122), an apple (51) and a sugar & sweetener free protein drink (150)

Musiałam wszystko ostatnio przemyśleć i trochę mnie nie było
Będę od dzisiaj robić coś w stylu vlogmasow i wstawiać to co jadłam i jakieś ładne zdjęcia
Wczoraj zaczęłam się interesować roślinkami i przesadzałam moje kwiatki
Dzisiaj rano robiłam owsiankę która jest na zdjęciu u góry
Była bardzo dobra polecam
Cały dzień sypał śnieg więc odsinierzalam drogę i byłam u dziadków
Miałam też w planach iść pobiegać ale w taką pogodę to trudno wykonalne niestety xd
U góry macie też jakąś ładną tapetę na tel xd

--- omgs this was so so good, I can't even explain how much I love it! :D Literally dessert for breakfast !!
I boiled the strawberries for about 15 min (until they kinda just.. disintegrate?) then added the oats and cooked it for another 15 min before finishing with some milk (not necessary but does make it yummier!)
It made a much bigger bowl than I was expecting and was perfect for my sweet tooth! ^-^ You can add zero-cal sweetener but my strawberries were already so sweet so I didn't need to! This can be made with other fruits too (blueberry, apple, pear, banana etc) if you prefer it! It tastes absolutely amazing!

I was trying to limit my caffeine intake esp since I started working at Starbucks again but FUCK THAT I forgot it's such a good appetite suppressant and gets rid of water weight
I drank 3 cans of diet coke last night and lost 3 lbs IDC IF ITS NOT HEALTHY I NEED TO BE SKINNY AND CAFFEINE HELPS
Will be drinking quad americanos with cinnamon powder again

Od dzisiaj postaram się jeść normalnie i zdrowo ale dalej będę liczyć kcal na fitatu i ćwiczyć chcę być taką fit girl i te sprawy
Postaram się też utrzymywać moją aktualną wagę czyli około 48
