AN: This technique has worked the best for me. Also you don’t necessarily need to use a technique for manifesting. However, for some people constant affirmations or visual confirmation helps so this is an easy method <3
💗 Take a pic of anything you want to manifest. For example If you want to feel pretty and practice self - love, you should take selfies of yourself.

Even though today was a holiday, I still hit the gym 💪🏽 Consistency is key and I am dedicated to bettering myself daily. Todays workout was light but still worth it.
