It was movie night in the HOL and mammon was the one to choose the movie. when Mc saw what movie he picked he realized it was a human film but failed to realize he had a role in it

Sobbing in a blanket type of day.

The brothers when you’re just not feeling good.

Boiling point

After weeks of holding himself together and setting clear boundaries, only for them to be broken over and over again, MC snaps.

Dying and somehow living to tell the tale was not exactly in your plans when you decided to help the demon stuck in the attic.

You may still be here, but no, you did not survive Belphegor's wrath and hurt. The sensation of phantom hands pressing down your throat never quite left you.

And Belphegor is nothing but a cruel reminder of the night you died.

First, comes the terror. Even with the pact to protect you, in the days following the event, you can't help but freeze every time Belphegor is in the same room.

As you get used to his presence around the House of Lamentation, as he insists in siting next to you during breakfast and in holding your arm on your way to class, the terror slowly subsides, opening way for a different, less familiar feeling.

“Belphegor…”, you call for the demon that's already laying on top of your lap, with a tense smile hanging from your lips.

This week's movie night was held in your room. It was one of the rare occasions in which all the inhabitants of the House of Lamentation were present. Even Lucifer is here, looking comically out of place, regal and all seriousness, as if he were in the middle of a meeting and not watching a three-hour-long romance anime film.

Mammon got off from his “rightful place” (“DIBS”, the demon of greed shouted as soon as you sat down, throwing himself across your lap), to rip the remote control out of Levi's hands, who kept rewinding the same scene over and over again (“It's really important for the plot!!!”).

At your call, he looks up and blinks lazily at you, with his big eyes and his messy bedhead. And the image should be endearing, really, but your chest feels cold, and you can feel your limbs locking in place. You feel trapped, uncomfortable. Ah, it's fear.

“I need. A bit of space. Could you sit somewhere else?”, you manage to let out, and your voice is the only sound in the room. Quarrel and movie long-forgotten, everyone is watching the two of you. Beel was the one who took over and put the film on pause.

Belphegor blinks the drowsiness out of his eyes. His brow furrows, just a little, and if anything, he looks put off by the question, a little lost.

“I don't want to sit anywhere else. I know Mammon was here just seconds ago, but I'm a better cuddle-partner than him anyway. You can ask anyone.”

And he doesn't move. He lays his head against your chest with a yawn.

“I don't…” want to be close to you. You stop yourself from uttering those words, mindful and considerate, truly doing your best. You don't want to lie either, so you decide to play around with the phrasing. “I'd rather you gave Mammon his place back. Or, you know what? I can change seats myself.”

Your tone is as lighthearted as you can manage, and you start to get up from the couch, with Asmo, who's sitting next to you, moving out of the way to give you the space that you need. The space you very specifically asked for.

But Belphegor's weight is heavy against you and traps you in place. Not only that, but his hand reaches for your arm and pulls, looking at you with the same bewildered expression as before, genuinely confused. When you fall against the couch, still under him, you're reminded of how strong he is. Of how weak you're in comparison.

“Oi, Belphie. No one is better at cuddles than me”, says Mammon after a too long pause. “And of course he wants to be with the great Mammon, everyone does. Now move, we still have, like, two hours left of the movie and if we don't finish it tonight, Levi is going to complain all week.”

Levi, who would normally jump into the conversation to defend himself, is barely visible, half hidden between Beel and Satan. His eyes dart between you and the hand that's holding your arm.

“Well, we are already so comfy, so I won't get up”, you wonder who “we” is. Belphegor talks lazily and moves the hand that isn't holding you in a dismissing manner, as if this was not more than a bothersome request, interrupting his nap for nothing.

Your teeth grind together, and there it is, once again. The ugly pressure that holds your gut in a tight grip, the heavy discomfort in your throat. Once foreign, but now you can tell it apart so easily. Anger.

“Belphegor. You heard him already.” This time, Lucifer is the one talking, and he sighs as he gets up, coming closer in an attempt to pry him away from you.

“Oh, please.” Belphegor rolls his eyes, clearly irked by Lucifer's intervention. “We are okay. Right?”, he looks back at you, and this time around his voice is filled with doubt, bordering hopeful, searching for something in your eyes.

“We aren't.” At last, you say it, flatly, and it comes out sharper than you intended, if the way Belphegor flinches and Asmo whimpers is any indication. You're tired, what little patience you have left is quickly running out thanks to the stubborn remarks and your words falling on deaf ears. “Let me move.”

The demon on your lap has the gall to look affronted, hurt. His bewildered expression does nothing more than increase the feeling already boiling deep within you. You can feel Satan's eyes boring in your cheek, but you refuse to look at him.

“Hey… Relax”, Belphegor mutters, now looking a little concerned too. For you. He's worried about you, and yet he still won't get up. “Are you okay? What's wrong?”

What's wrong.

What's wrong?

You're so taken aback by the question that by the time you react, his hand is already on its way to hold your cheek.

The most violent of flashbacks comes through you, a whiplash that hits you with the force of a truck. His handprints on your neck, trying to catch your breath, feeling cold all over, with the only warmth coming from your own blood ringing loudly in your ears, flowing right next to his voice, so full of hatred.

You can't freeze this time around, you need to move, you need to run, you need to do something, anythi--

“Belphie, I don't think you sh--” Satan tries to warn him, but it's too late.

By the time Belphegors fingertips touch your cheek (and this time they're warm, not dead-cold, you notice with surprise) your fist is already hitting against his nose, punching him right in the middle of his face, with a force you didn't even knew you had in you.

Not that you've ever done it before, but you can imagine this is what it feels like to hit a wall. Your hand hurts and goes numb.

The impact pushes Belphegor against the cushions, his hands flying to cover his nose. And any other day it would have been impossible, your punch would never land (he's that much faster, that much stronger), but right now he was so worried about you, so desperate to stick by you. His guard was as down as it will ever be.

His nose is bleeding, you notice, at the same time as Asmo gets up with a gasp. Levi shrieks in the background, and Mammon let's out this weird noise, a mix between one of his “Oi”, your name, and a scream.

Everything stands still, and, to your credit, you're just a shocked as everyone else.

With the punch, all anger has left your body, and now you're just a bunch of nerves, looking at Belphegor with big eyes. Belphegor looks back at you, so shocked, and you suddenly feel like crying. Oh, how much you hate being an angry-crier.

Satan is the one that breaks the silence, with a heavy sigh. “Told you so.”

Beel comes next, taking two steps in your direction but stopping when you raise your palm. You're trembling, but you come close to Belphegor all the same, refusing to back down.

“Asshole.” It's the first thing you say, and defying the impossible, Belphegor's eyes grow even wider as you tower over him, kneeling on the couch.

“Are you deaf? Wasn't I clear enough? Loud enough?”, and when you raise your fist in the air, Lucifer approaches, but all you do is gently punch Belphegor's chest. Again and again. “I told you to move. Several times. And still, you didn't. I was… I was dying of fear, and you weren't moving.”

“You, inconsiderate shit.” Punch. “You, deaf moron.” Punch.

“You… Stubborn cow.”

Belphegor has let the blood simply flow across his face, and now he's kneeling in front of you, holding his own hands, the same surprised look on his face.

And that's that.

You let your arms fall with a groan and simply sigh. For Diavolo, violence really isn't for you, you are so tired.

“S-Should we separate them?” Levi asks in a trembling voice, frantically waving his hands, unable to decide whether to approach or flee.

“No. He has more to say.” Satan gently holds Levi's wrists, and waits.

That's when you realize that yes, you got more to say. In fact, you've had something to say for way too long, and now you're dying to get it off your chest.

“I gave you my trust, and I knew I was being childish and reckless in doing so, but all I wanted was to help. I cried for you, I felt for you, and I did everything I could to be by your side even though all I had to offer was just. Just me. Mortal, human. And in response, you killed me.” Belphegor recoils at your words, but you go on.

“It hurt. It still hurts, even now. Sometimes I see you and all I can think about is your betrayal.”

Belphegor looks down, biting his lips, in silence. You can see his hands shaking, and you remember your talk under the stars, his eagerness when he offered you a pact. When he gave you the control you needed. His hands were shaking back then, too.

With a groan, you reach out to hold his chin, lifting his face. You take the long sleeve of your pajamas and begin to wipe the blood running down his chin, across his lips. Slowly, with care.

Your fingers run through his hair just to be able to look directly into his eyes. He looks anxious, fearful, and you know that your next words have the power to break or mend his heart.

So you decide to, once more, open yours and leave the rest in his hands.

“I don't hate you. And this isn't me cutting our ties. I understand your pain, I really do. Please, understand mine.”

Your thumb caresses over his forehead. Carefully, gently.

“I need time. I'll let you know when I'm ready.”

Belphegor inhales and exhales deeply, holding your gaze. Slowly, but surely, he takes your hand between his, from his forehead to his lips, leaving the lightest of kisses against your palm. You feel the pact mark that binds you together tremble and sing.

“I'm sorry. For the pain, for my insistence, I just… Wanted to be close. I need to be close. I'll wait for you.”

Straightforward as ever. But you are struck by the sincerity in his voice, in his eyes, and this time around it takes you no more than a second to nod.

“Right. Be good and wait for me.”

Unable to resist, you pat his head, just as you would to a small, rebellious child. He's the baby of the family, after all. He groans, and you laugh, feeling so much lighter. And unbelievably tired.

By the time you remember that you're not alone in the room and turn around to placate the others, you make eye contact with Satan.

He's looking prouder than ever, the little smile on his lips telling enough. “Go on”

The brothers needed no further prompting to launch themselves at the two of you, a jumble of limbs and shrill voices.

“MC, that was, as usual, reckless. From now on, fist fights are forbidden in and out of the house. Evade further conflicts.”

“B-But wasn't MC so cool?!?! Belphie is so much stronger, but he was down with one punch! W-way too op, MC!!”

“Oi! Human, how dumb can ya be?! Tell me before you go around punchin' demons, I can punch them for ya!”

“I knew you were good at controlling your anger, but I never imagined that much. You are full of surprises.”

“Belphie, gosh, your clinginess finally got you in trouble, mh? Your surprised face was so cute! Do you need concealer?”

“Belphie, does it hurt? Do you need ice? We have popsicles in the freezer… Wait, I ate them all yesterday, sorry Belphie… Do you want me to go and buy more? MC, which flavor would you like?”

“We are good, Beel.” Belphegor answers, still looking at you. “Right?”

You laugh at his not-so-subtle search for assurance, and your chest feels astonishingly full. “We will be, for sure.”

Movie night turns right into a sleepover after that, as every single one of the demon brothers refuses to leave your room. Lucifer might roll his eyes, but he still settles on your couch, right next to Satan.

And for the first time in weeks, you're able to close your eyes and rest, feeling safe and at home.

Headcanons when you bombard them with kisses 💖

Lucifer:

For Lucifer I feel like it would work 2 ways:

1. He probably gifted you something that he absolutely REFUSED to let you have before.

2. Or for once, he let some shenanigans slide.

Obviously this rarely happens so you must be his favorite in some type of way.

When you do give him a kiss attack I highly believe it'll be like that one scene where mammon ran into his shower just to hug him.

Definitely feels flustered but also a HUGE sense of pride washes over him since he was the one to get this treatment.

(But mostly flustered)

Will try to act stern and tell you to stop/slightly push you off when he really doesn't want to.

But best believe baby boy will do this wayyy more often.

Mammon:

Would be sooooooo cocky about it

Probably just came to your room and said you "owe him" from him having to watch over you

Either that or he feels like he deserves a reward for giving you a gift he totally got on his own and did not steal from a random demon.

Either way, he's expecting SOMETHING.

So while he goes on and on and on and on about how The Great Mammon is so considerate and kind, you took that moment to surprise him with his gift.

Baby was so flustered, he kinda just froze there and started sputtering his words.

Would be silent for a good moment before going full tsundere on you. From asking what the big deal was to he obviously he needs more for all the things he's done for you.

Over all would not stop smiling like an idiot and would come up with the tiniest of excuses for you to give him a kiss.

Leviathan:

You two would probably be playing video games together and you got stuck on a really hard level.

Eventually you gave up, thinking you would never be able to beat it. But fish boy was able to do it for you and unlock all the items you wanted.

When you gave him a hug, he was so confused that you would ACTUALLY want to touch him.

But OOO boy when you gave him those kisses.

He was more pinker then ruru-chan

Would probably compare the moment to a manga/anime scene and say you two were exactly like the characters.

Afterwards, he wouldn't expect you to do it again but the reactions he has when you do is the absolute best.

Satan:

You were in his room reading the new book of a series he was absolutely obsessed with.

You made a mistake of asking him a question about one of the characters, and just like Lucifer's lectures, he went on and on and on.

It was cute seeing him rant on about his favorite book, but the amount of time that was passing wasn't.

It didn't seem like he would stop anytime soon so you had one special idea.

Man stops in the middle of his sentence and just states at you, trying to figure out your deepest darkest secrets while doing so.

When you ask him if that was ever in the book, he says no but having a real life experience is wayyy better then reading about it.

It'll take him a little while to realize why you did so, and when he does figure out he'll be a little offended.

So as a punishment, he kisses you till you can't breathe. Which seems 100% fair in his opinion.

Asmodeus:

With Asmo being an influencer and all, there's no doubt he'll receive a bunch of new products to try. And recently, a new collection of lipsticks and lip glosses have arrived.

Of course he can't decided which shade looks better on him, so he asks you to help him decided.

Problem is, there's probably over 100 shades to test out, and that's gonna be a real tiring process, so why not spice it up?

You take the first lip gloss and apply it to your lips and give him a kiss on the cheek, then another with another shade and so on.

Definitely was surprised by it but did not at all mind, even suggested he try some on you.

Let's say you guys do a little more then test out lipstick but no one is complaining.

Beezlebub:

You were in the kitchen baking and of course beel smelled the delicious aroma.

He walked in and begged to have a lick of the spoon and bowl, maybe just give him the whole bowl, how needs baked goods anyway? We love salmonella!

Definitely got some on his face.

You try to wipe some off with your finger like a mama would, but he moves away pouting just like a kid.

So you stop and catch him off guard by kissing it off. Each kiss had a little lick getting the batter off of his face.

Beel was so shocked but quickly got an idea.

He got some of the batter with his finger and spreads a little on your face; before you could say something, he does the same thing to you and not both of you are a little messy.

Will absolutely get more and more messy until there's no more batter left and you guys practically ate it before it even got the chance to touch the oven.

Belphagor:

It would be late at night and the both of you would be ready to sleep.

You both say your goodnights, but something about sleepy boy just won't let you have the last word.

So it goes "Good night, Belphie." And "Goodnight, y/n." Over and over again.

Getting really sleepy, and a little cranky, you decide to end this one and for all.

While Belphie said goodnight for the 100th time, you gave him a big dramatic kiss, the one where it's a big smack with it and said goodnight; but you didn't stop there.

For every kiss it was a goodnight until you knew for sure you won.

And for once, he was absolutely speechless.

Eventually, you both fall asleep but best believe that's the only victory you would have cause in the morning, he is gonna let you have it.

But if you dare even once to bring it up, he will pull a Lucifer and lock you in the attack so no one will ever find out how you made the belphagor shut up.

Replaced MC AU/AU - Part 3

A/N: my favourite version of NES and MC by far, I enjoyed writing this a lot. However, my pc came out as homophobic and decided not to connect to any WiFi for this chapter, so I won't be able to update the links nor the masterlist until next week. Also, some people aren't properly tagged once again because I can't find their blogs for some reason?? So so sorry for that, but I don't know what to do about it.

NES was… someone they didn't expect. Unknowingly infuriating, always distracted and too unbothered to care about any of his surroundings. He was a disaster that enjoyed living in disaster and, if they weren't threatened by his presence, Satan and Belphegor would love his insolence.

Barbatos remembered an occasion, one moment from the second week of NES's attendance at RAD, where Lucifer gave him an earful for his ‘impropriety and insulting attitude towards the uniform’. Mammon had been there too, shirt out of his pants and jacket nowhere near closed, backing his brother up.

NES’s pristine appearance lasted only two periods before MC saw him chocking under his tie and laughed at him in sympathy. After that, he'd only wear the uniform ‘the Lucifer way’ if MC was there to eventually mess up the outfit.

And how could the eldest brother object to that?

“They need to loosen up, Lucifer”

MC always had the last word.

Solomon found the situation hilarious. Witnessing the brothers competing against each other in search of MC's attention was one thing, but adding NES to the equation? Yes, Barbatos had to somewhat agree. It was funny.

Who had been cooking for hours in the kitchen if not NES trying to make a quick snack for his fellow human? And who was the first one to leave the House of Lamentation each morning, already waiting next to MC’s seat by the time everyone else arrived?

Mammon called him a simp. Asmo liked to call them both the kettle and the pot.

And while, yes, Lucifer was the one and only Avatar of Pride, none of the brothers were able to admit just how big of a deal NES was becoming.

When would it be too late?

The Demon Prince's birthday arrived and the mandatory celebration was as grandiose as one could expect. Everything was bright and full of laughter, the streets cramped with food stalls, demons and witches alike throwing mesmerizing magic tricks for the children, acrobats, costumes, music…

At one point MC considered handcuffing himself to NES. Even Luke was easier to manage!

Fortunately, Beel ended up finding him playing darts with a succubus and her partners. Unfortunately, MC seemed to be the only one who wanted to check if he was okay.

It was becoming… draining.

Not NES, of course. Sure, he was a handful, but none of his mistakes were intentional. Everything he did came from naiveness and ignorance, being new to the Devildom, and what he lacked in common sense he made up in enthusiasm.

At least he didn't steal his valuables and he’d never threatened to kill him or eat his heart, something MC still thought about frequently. The worst thing NES ever did to him was throw them both to the ground when he tried to slide on the floor at full speed. And he still apologized for that from time to time.

Did the brothers ever apologize for all the things they did or said? The way they used to look at him? He couldn't remember.

Now they were doing the exact same thing to NES. Treating him like an unwanted guest instead of the roommate they insisted on having, turning down every single one of his ideas, including the good ones, and very passively threatening him in a condescending tone, as if they could impress MC with that.

Maybe it was a demon thing? Or rather regular jealousy brought to a dangerous level?

Whatever the reason, MC didn't waste any time sitting them in the living room and chewing the hell out of them, something that enraged Lucifer and put a strain in their relationship, still making it difficult to make small talk, but of course none of them would back down. The rest of the brothers weren't so obvious showing their annoyance, but it was still there.

The good thing was that, as long as MC was there, NES wouldn't be the receiving end of any bullshit. The bad thing was that MC didn't know what was going on behind his back. And NES, bless his soul, was never willing to tell him if any of them made him uncomfortable.

It was draining and NES gave him a sense of peace, but the brothers missed him and they wanted to monopolize his time, but MC wanted to spend time with his new friend and that made the brothers angry and jealous, which made MC anxious, which made NES worry.

Every factor made the situation worse. The brothers were too much, NES was too good for the Devildom and MC was too done with everything.

However, the time passed surprisingly fast as they sang Happy Birthday to Diavolo, eating in the midst of it all, dancing with each other and talking like they used to do before the ridiculous ordeal, albeit with a subtle tension that limited their topics of conversation.

They even ignored NES! Which was better than any other option!

So, once the voices toned down and the guests divided themselves into small groups, MC forced himself to whisk Diavolo away for a moment and have a serious talk, Barbatos following close and listening with a curious glance.

That proved to be nothing but a waste of time.

“It's too soon to take conclusions, MC. I'm sure the brothers just need time. After all, remember your first year here!”

He did remember. That's why he was so worried.

And why did Diavolo talk to him like that? He was 100% sure Lucifer insulted NES to no end anytime he had more than one horn of Demonus. What did they call NES in the privacy of their office? What did they think while they talked to him and faked respect? What were they plotting when they looked MC in the eyes and promised him they wouldn't threaten NES anymore?

Too many lies.

“Alo?”

But then… NES smiled so easily… Like none of that bothered him. Luckily, MC didn't mind caring in his behalf. He wondered if being able to save someone from the fate he had last year was the root of all his actions.

“You look so worried, you're gonna get all wrinkly! Not like you'd look bad, but if you're going to have wrinkles, won't you rather have them in your eyes? Like, from smiling too much, you know?”

He did smile then, imitating NES’s caring expression.

“There you are, handsome! You're gonna be the envy of all in 90 years!”

“Do you really think I'm going to live that much?”

“God, I hope so”

They laughed softly, but it still sounded too loud. MC looked out for the brothers, checking their positions in the ballroom before grabbing NES’s hand and dragging him to one of the balconies. He preferred not having the moment tarnished.

“Good idea! Too hot in there…"

“Don't lie to me”

“Wha…?”

MC stared at him quite sternly, although trying not to look to much like Lucifer, but he needed an answer.

“Do they still bother you? Do they threaten you? Do they ignore you? What do they do?”

“Whoa, whoa, MC. Here comes the frown again…”

He raised his hands, caressing MC’s frown until it softened. His touch was warm and soft and it made MC lean towards him, not wanting it to end. When he opened his eyes again, unknowingly closing them before, NES stayed in that position.

There was silence for a few seconds, interrupted only by the violins, the harps, the pianos and other instruments serenading them under the moonlight. NES could only stare at MC’s lips for a fragment of a second before someone grabbed the scruff of their necks with poorly hidden aggressiveness and brought them back to the ballroom.

MC raised his gaze in fury, bending down to help NES get up again. He expected to see red eyes and black feathers, but, to his surprise, what stared back at him were purple eyes and a long bovine tail.

He wanted to scream at him, to ask what the actual fuck was wrong with him. Would he had acted the same if it was one of his brothers instead of NES? Would he had such hate in his eyes?

But people were staring, very obviously amused at the sight of two humans being put back in place.

MC would have to wait.

“NES! What happened?!”

MC watched as the boy waved at him, hanging upside down where Mammon usually spent countless hours. His arms were tied behind his back and the rope covered his body in a way that surely left no room for the blood to circulate properly. His head already looked dangerously red and MC knew he couldn't leave him there for too long unless he wanted him to have permanent damage.

“I think I failed my last test, but I don't really remember”

“What do you mean you don't remember?”

“Well, I'm very dizzy right now, but I'm sure it's okay. Lucifer will get me out of here soon enough”

Or he won't.

MC sighed, cursing in silence before studying the thick ropes and the tight knots. He knew he wouldn't be able to untie him by hand and he wouldn't be surprised if the kitchen suddenly lacked knives, no doubt the result of Lucifer's pettiness and sadism.

“Wait for me here, okay? I have to get something to cut the ropes…”

“Wait, wait! MC!”

He turned around, patiently staring at his loopy smile and cloudy eyes. He couldn't wait for too long, but maybe he could indulge a couple of minutes.

“What?”

NES briefly looked away, his embarrassment gaining MC’s attention. Now that was a rare sight.

“Have you seen Spiderman?”

His heart stopped for a second and he felt his cheeks getting hot. His hand, previously grasping his hip, fell to his side and made him lose balance.

“You can say no, of course. We can forget about this and I won't get offended. A little sad maybe, but I can manage. I like you too much to stop liking you for a kiss. Does that sound weird? You get me, right?”

His rambling gave MC the opportunity to go down a couple of steps in the staircase and align his face in front of NES’s. The position was weird and staring at his chin was an experience he didn't know he would get the chance to live, but he didn't care.

It wasn't until he finally kissed him mid-sentence that he noticed a figure peeking around the corner, eyes staring without blinking and jealousy ready to made itself known.

Accepting the challenge, MC closed his eyes and grasped NES’s hair, pulling him closer and deepening the kiss.

Dinner that night would be fucking awkward.

Asking OM! (Brothers and Dateables) to bend down and kissing their head

✰ Lucifer

He is naturally suspicious, he has to be with so many brothers trying to cause some type of trouble or prank on him

If you are around others he won't bend down unless you tell him why but if it's just the two of you then he will still ask but fondly roll his eyes and do as you say

“So, can you now tell me why I am doing this-...oh”

As you kiss the top of his head he closes his eyes and melts into the kiss as his heart rate slows down until you pull away then his heart is working overtime to provide the heavy blush on his cheeks

He slowly gets back up and clears his throat still avoiding your eye as he tries to regain his composure

If you want to fluster him further ask if he liked it or if he wants another. He might stutter or let out what sounds like a small squawk but will say that he will ‘allow’ you to do when you two are alone if that would make you happy

Don’t worry he liked it, a lot

With his already limited physical affection, being the eldest, and representing pride this is definitely the first head kiss he has received

He hates how powerless and vulnerable it makes him feel yet he can’t get enough

Finds giving the kisses only slightly less embarrassing so will return the favor if you ask and no one else is around

The best time to do it is when he is overworking himself late at night and is too tired to resist

You make him feel so warm and safe so he guesses he can take a short cuddle break to rest his eyes

✰ Mammon

He will complain but easily gives in without resistance altho he will grumble about humans being weird and how this better not be a trick

“Oi Human, I’m doing your stupid request right, ain't I? What's even supposed to hap-”

He freezes when your lips lightly press on his head, blue eyes wide and unblinking

Even once you’re done he pauses for a couple seconds as his brain catches up with what just happened but once it clicks he goes red and scrambles backward shouting

Despite his blush, he can't look away from you trying to sense your reaction and confirm that, yep you just did that

It takes some convincing especially if there are others around that this isn't some ‘normie tactic’ to humiliate him but he gives in with some reassurance

He is naturally flustered and nervous so before you can do anything he is looking at his shoes faintly blushing and stuttering, asking why you're having him do this

The moment you kiss his head he goes still but internally is repeatedly screaming DANGER!

It doesn’t take long for him to start screaming out loud as he backs away from you and hides his face behind his hands

“W-What- Why did you- It was an accident right, you just, just tripped. …it was on purpose? NO, NO I DON’T BELIEVE IT! …No! Don’t worry I didn’t dislike it or anything, I um really enjoyed it- But I don’t deserve your affections, I’m just a worthless otaku!”

He finally stops when you ‘threaten’ to do it again

Might pass out if you do it a second time but if you hold back he will run away to his room shouting thank you

Give him some time to recover even though he liked it he blushes when your hands brush so he feels like he was tossed from the kiddie pool into the deep end

However, by the next day, he is able to talk to you again just even more blushing and avoiding eye contact than before

If you bring it up he will turn red and stutter but mumble that you can do it again

If you don’t bring it up after a while he might get antsy and have you two watch an anime with a similar interaction hoping you get the message

He doesn't have enough confidence to ask for head kisses but if you keep doing it he will start bending his head down when cuddling or after he loses a game to non verbally request it

Laughs light heartedly when you request for him to bend down and will raise an eyebrow but lean his head down while looking up at you with a smirk

Don’t worry he loses the look when you lean over him and his previous attitude is gone leaving a flustered wide eyed Satan in its place

If you did it in front of his brothers he would be too stunned to speak but his aura gives off the clear warning that he will prove he is the avatar of wrath if anyone points out his reaction

Either way just give him a moment to collect his thoughts which are all over the place

He would request you refrain from doing it in public but quick head kisses in deserted RAD hallways or between library bookshelves are fair game

He will do it in return if you ask but doesn’t think to on his own since the gesture as well as most physical affectionate feels unnatural to him

Not bad mind you but new territory

Over time he gets used to it and only has a faint blush at your kisses

Once his reactions become less embarrassing for him, Satan allows and sometimes encourages your affection in public

It feels nice showing others that he is more than the avatar of wrath and he won’t lie seeing Lucifer’s annoyed expression makes it even better

He was quiet before but when you kiss his head he goes silent

Blinks twice before looking up at you with the biggest grin and huge puppy dog eyes

He holds you slightly above his head in case you want to do it again

As the biggest brother and big by even demon standards, he hardly ever gets physical affection where he is treaty delicately so he quickly becomes addicted

Is not embarrassed by it and will frequently ask for head kisses either leaning over or lifting you up

Assuming you're ok with it he will return the favor by kissing your head especially when you sit on his lap or when you cuddle with your head on his chest

He just sees the top of your head and kisses it because it makes him so feel loved and he wants you to feel loved too

Might give some of his brothers or at least Belphie head kisses too but you receive the most by far

Honestly, you won’t have to ask him to bend down since he is horizontal any chance he gets

Out of everyone, he has the most experience with head kisses mainly from Beel but he has received goodnight head kisses from each of his brothers at some point

However, that doesn’t mean he reacts cool and collected

He still blushes and tries to act annoyed at you for interrupting his nap but will insist you do it again to make up for it

“What was that? Affection? Disgusting, do it again.”

Tries and fails to hold back a smile as he lets the affection slip into his voice

If you continue doing it especially before he falls asleep his brain will start seeing your kisses as an off switch

Like kiss received, meaning we are safe, loved, and ready to sleep, shutting down

He won’t ask for them normally however if he is tired enough his little shame is gone and he will whine until you give him his goodnight kiss

That being said he has no problems asking for them innocently in front of his brothers but the smug look he gives them (with the exception of Beel) shows his true intentions

Honestly doesn’t care who is around he will happily receive any affection from you

In public, there is a part of him that enjoys how you are subtlety claiming him as yours

Won’t do it back unless you ask him to just because he doesn’t think to since he never was on the giving end as the youngest brother

His head kisses are often half hearted and sleepy but always come with naptime cuddles to make up for it

Assuming you're close he does what you ask without question excited to see what you are going to do next

His mouth forms a small ‘o’ and he silently tenses at the foreign feeling before leaning into the touch with a boisterous laugh

“Is this a human custom? I see why, such a small act yet so full of emotion. Could I return the favor?”

Does not ask you to do it but only because he sees it as something you give not something he receives like a gift and thus would be rude to ask for

Like a gift, he is so happy when he receives them and returns the gesture with just as much love and excitement

Acts like a puppy with big smiles, sparkling eyes, and you swear you can almost see a tail wagging

Thrilled for you to do it any time or place despite Lucifer’s loud sighs and Barbatos fondly shaking his head

Will always kiss your head in return if you are comfortable receiving them altho sometimes he gets too excited and will pull you into a hug and pepper your face with kisses (if you're ok with that)

It can’t be helped and will give a bashful apology for getting carried away, he’s just so happy he’s able to be close and affectionate with someone since he never got to while growing up

Also enjoys how it makes him feel delicate in a good way because he was either seen as intimidating and feared or fragile causing him to become sheltered and lonely

He may be the next in line for the throne but he will bow down to you at a moment's notice for some head kisses

✰ Barbatos

Raises an eyebrow but bows down closing his eyes and awaiting the next order

He was not prepared for you to kiss his head

It takes a minute before he can regain his composure and even once his expression becomes neutral there is still a heavy blush

Will ask if that’s all you needed while doing his best to look you in the eyes

You have to ask if he liked it/wants you to do it again if you want a proper response

“It was unexpected but pleasant, you can do it as many times as you want.”

If you aren’t alone he would act the same but keep glancing around

If Diavolo saw he just hopes his young master lets it go but prepares for the good natured teasing that will inevitably come

Prefers if you refrain from doing it in public but won’t stop you

Also prefers if you keep it to just a quick peck when he is working

You notice after a head kiss he continues to work with newfound energy

Won’t do it back unless you ask him to since her didn’t want to assume but might ask if you want him to return the gesture if it becomes a habit

Lightly blushes every time you do it because he always gets flustered when you’re the one showing him affection since he isn’t used to being the one served

Likes that it makes him feel taken care of even if he isn't used to the feeling

It also helps remind him to take time to tend to himself so when he is stressed trying to get everything done it’s common for you to pull him close kiss his head and tell him to take a break while you do some of his work for him

Since he is always moving to the next task your actions help him stop and breathe

✰ Simeon

If it was one of the brothers besides lucifer or a stranger he might hesitate but because it is you he complies with a bow and a smile

He jumps a little in surprise at the unexpected action but relaxes into it with a light blush

Clears his throat to buy himself some time to get his brain functioning again

“I was not expecting that or its uh effect on me but, it was an enjoyable surprise”

When he sees characters giving each other head kisses in human shows or books he will point it out to you with a gleeful smile

You notice his writings start featuring the gesture as well

He just loves it so much a gesture that shows trust and intimacy without being strictly romantic or sexual

He is fine giving them but when he is receiving them, especially in public he gets bashful

That won’t stop him from bending down when you ask even if he has an audience

If anyone teases him or laughs he may get embarrassed and request you only do it in private but will still accept head kisses around others with a whine and furious blush

Another one who doesn’t ask for them but out of a mix of respect and embarrassment

He loves kissing your head almost more than being the one kissed

Anytime or place he will give you a light peck on your head along with a soft smile

If you aren’t comfortable he will obviously stop but if not prepare for this to become Simeon’s default greeting and farewell

Don’t worry you aren’t the only one subjected to this treatment Luke gets almost as many as you do and even on the rare occasions he will attempt it with Solomon or one of the Brothers

You’ve received multiple glares from the others since you introduced Simeon to this but how can you regret anything that makes him smile so bright

✰ Solomon

At first, he refuses since he has played his fair share of pranks and is worried about you getting payback but if you are insistent he will give a small chuckle and bend over

Raises an eyebrow when you lean over him but just accepts whatever you are planning

That being said he wasn’t ready for it

Gets back up immediately surprised and wide eyed

Then he lets out another laugh altho this one is much more endeared

Sadly he is a hard one to fluster so this has little effect on him

He might blush a bit at first but more from the surprise

“Can’t say I was expecting that but I’m not complaining. I actually don’t remember the last time I received one of those so, will you help me make up for lost time?”

Sees it almost as a human inside joke so kisses your head regularly unless you tell him to stop

Enjoys the brother’s looks of surprise and varying degrees of jealousy

Jokes that if the brothers are jealous he can give them head kisses too

Gladly will do it to anyone if they want it but mostly does it to you, Luke and Simeon

Does not see it as anything overly affectionate or special more like a high five or hug

Unless it’s a big deal for you then he is soft when he returns it and gives your hand a squeeze showing he apricates it

Loves waking up next to you, if your still asleep he'll just lay there admiring you while he plays with your hair or caresses your cheeks.

Would most likely use you as a personal body pillow.

Any sleeping position works for him - the closer your body is to his, the better.

Very handsy when he sleeps, he'll cling to you when you two are sleeping together - so be ready to never be able to escape his grasps till he wakes up.

Dates include a lot of night-time activities [yeah, I'm aware that the Devildom is in enteral night] include night walks in the surrounding woods and stargazing either outside of the House of Lamentation or in the Planetarium room of the house.

Would def. find a star close enough to his and Beel's and claim it as yours so no matter how far apart you are, you'll always be close to each other in the stars he loves looking at.

Loves getting pets on the head and when you caress/hold his face in your hands

You are now his personal pillow, he will lean against you anywhere at anytime to take a nap.

In more private settings, he'll lay down on your lap and fall asleep or just chat with you like that till he drifts off to sleep

You bed is now his bed, man would def. sneak into your bed in the middle of the night to sleep next to you

He finds it annoying at first

One day he's doing his work and you ask for his advice and he blows you off

Now that was at first, eventually he finds it amusing especially since he has the height advantage over you

Occasionally he'll take a break from his work and playfight with you

He doesn't try to do anything drastic since he also has the strength advantage over you (He's a literal fookin demon-)

Sometimes will let you win just to see the satisfaction on your face

"Okay okay you win Y/n."

"HELL YEAH I WINNN!!"

He finds it very cute when you win and will overtime make it harder for you to keep challenging you

Will never admit it but he always finds it fun for him and for you.

He'd probably the the person you playfight the most with

And most of the time it isn't you who makes the first move it's HIM

But when you do initiate it he will hold some restraint because he doesn't want to hurt you but will play more rough with you than Lucifer.

Has fun even if he loses and will always think of it as a way to get closer to his human

Tbh would playfight you the least next to Asmo.

Poor boy would be too scared he'd hurt you :(

If you'd initiate it he'd feel more comfortable and wouldn't do anything drastic maybe only tickling

Overtime however he'd probably be more up to doing things! (Only if you do them first-)

Would probably be one of the meanest when you playfight-

When he's at school or reading he'll probably just blow you off

However if you and him are just at the house of Lamination he will happily playfight with you

He can go easy on you, but chooses not to so expect most of the victories to be his

Probably would be the smuggest motherfucker out of all of them-

He would let you win sometimes however

Has one time forgot he was sitting on you and you had to punch his leg to get him to get off of you so you don't break your fookin back-

Since he usually is knife and neck with Lucifer he never really saw the use in 'playtime' but loves the times when you choose to playfight with HIM and he'd definitely warm up to it quickly.

Asmo: 5th Born

Would playfight the least since they think that it'll ruin his beauty

After a while and lots of small tacklings he'll playfight with you!

"heyyyyyy SURPRISE ASMO!!!"

"WAH- Oh you rascal come here you!!"

Since she doesn't want to be seen as a 'brute' he doesn't really fight you- mostly just play around by tickling you or like Satan will sit on you and test makeup on you!

However if you win expect a very cute giggly Asmo

"Okay you win I lose! I'll do whatever you want now sweetie!"

Also would probably be the most fair-

if you lose he gets to do whatever they want to you (Usually makeup and fashion shows)

If he loses they'd let you do anything to her

Even though the fights may not be 'pretty' they still mean a lot to Asmo and they know it means just as much to him as it does to you.

Beel: 6th Born

The gentle giant of the brothers and wouldn't do anything to hurt you

Even tickling would make him nervous :((

Does that stop your chaotic ass? Nope!

However he does see sometimes playfighting as a way to get stronger physically and but he still gets nervous at least the first few times.

"Hey Beel guess what? "

"Hm yea y/n- WHA-?"

"FLYING Y/N ATTACKKKK!!!"

He quickly warms up to it tho and eventually goes along with it tho he does sometimes the same things as you-

"Yes Beel?- WAITWAIT I CAN'T CARRY YOU-"

So if you do that to him and win he will do that to you and win (question mark?)

Will playfully wrestle you too over time (he lets you win tho because he's awesome)

He cares about your wellbeing physically but also mentally and if you find it fun then he's alright with it!

Extra: One way to win quickly is if you climb on him and basically ride his shoulders-

"I'M THE TALLEST IN THE WORLDDDD!!! ME AND BEEL WORLD DOMINATION!!"

Belphie: 7th Born

He will act annoyed and will not playfight... unless you challenge him.

"Well I guess you're too scared to face me Belphie!"

"Is that a fucking challenge?"

Expect most of the playfighting to take place on bed or couch. He needs to be on something squishy and comfy (and so do you because fluffy blankets and pillows)

Lots of wrestling and pillow fights-

"HAHA I WI-" *insert you hitting him right in his face with a pillow*

He'd probably playfight you the 2nd most because he will fight you over everything.

Poke him? You get hit with a pillow.

Try to wake him up? Expect to be wrestled down and a snuggle buddy.

Hit him with a pillow? You will get hit with two pillows on either side. Do not underestimate this man with pillows.

If you lose expect to be slept on and if you win then you'd have to drag him to wake him up-

He may act like he doesn't enjoy it, but him seeing how much fun you have can't make him but smile at how much fun he's having
