i love that the whole of that final ep is just all these characters setting themselves on the path of healing, that none of them are magically fixed, but instead are all committing to creating a world where not only they can heal, but where they can stop others from hurting. because it was never about a single person’s journey, it was about how a system managed to hurt and repress and ignore everyone in it, and how it’s only them wanting and fighting for better, for themselves and for the people they care about, that has the ability to destroy that system, and set in place a community that includes everyone. it’s only after the sun and moon have crossed each others passed, once the world has been shrouded in black, that clear blue skies can be seen again.

Since there's a little timeskip between the destroying of the moon and goodbye in those several hours the whole Amphibia had grand feast in honor of our girls.

Before Marcy moved out the trio watched her favorite movie AND THEY LOVED IT.

Because girls missed the adventure thrill after their return to Earth they started playing DnD with Marcy online. After two years when their campaign ended they wanted to start another one and girls were so excited to play but they had no time to play so after some time they kinda forgot about it.

And then they played that campaign as adults.

Polly went to Newtopian university and became Amphibia's most renowned engineer.

Sprig and Ivy became explorers on the quest of drawing the map of the world .

Anne never gave Marcy her jorunal back, same Sasha with Anne's jorunal, they kept it as a reminder of their days in Amphibia and whenever they feel down they read it.

She felt extremally guilty asking her for favor after months of silence but Anne came to her house immedietaly and she was super excited to help Sasha and thanks to Anne's help the date was a success.

When Marcy ended up in hospital after a little accident medical staff was terrified to learn that she's partially an amphibian (YES SOME SPECIES OF AXOLOTLS HAVE GREEN BLOOD I GOOGLED IT).

Olivia and Yunan adopted a kid and named her Marcy.

I’ve always loved this anime <3

The very first time I watched this anime was with my baby sitter and I loved it immediately! My first character I adored was Honey (he was just so sweet and at the time I loved bubbly characters like that!),

As a younger kid I always loved tamaki (his personality and tomfoolery yet love for his friends on top of his home life),

As a slightly older kid I appreciated Haruhi for what she represented to me (someone who breaks gender norms, and as a gay girl that made me feel so seen),

When I was in the middle of middle school (almost the worst time of my life) I relates to the twins (how they felt alone, how they could only rely on their sibling, that sort of thing),

As someone in high school I now have an adoration for kyoya (how he feels less than despite his hard work, how he is a motherly friends, everything)!

And I’m sure in the future I’ll love Mori (his selfless instincts, his parental tone, his putting up with brats lol).

This is just a funny and amazing show that has followed me throughout the ages and I’m sure will continue to follow me as I get older. This show is utterly amazing and I’m not sure how I haven’t talked about it until now!!

the funniest part of any Robin meeting the JL is that every Robin is so distinctly different from the previous one in terms of personality and vibes that the league literally gets backlash. and like, I don't blame them. not to mention that they are non-meta children that dress as a traffic light and fight crime alongside batman in gotham on a nightly basis. i'd also be a bit concerned.
