My HCs for Cabin 10 🩰 🕊 🎀

As a Cabin 10 girlie, I know 100% that these things would happen

They'd definitely be friends with Ares and Hephaestus kids

Ares kids would do their dirty work for them and help them plan ways to get back at other campers who were bullying their siblings

Aphrodite kids always have a Hephaestus friend so that they can build them things like lipstick swords, nail file daggers, a flame-resistant self fanning hand fan like from period dramas

Aphrodite kids are all about ~hacks~ so they'll take a shower then go to visit their Hephaestus buddy and put rollers in their hair since the forge's heat would basically dry and style their hair for them (no need for a blowdryer they can just sit and talk while their hair basically get a perm)

Also, they would def get the Hephaestus cabin to install a huge counter with sinks in their cabin so that they can sit in the sink and do their makeup (IYKYK)

Cabin 10 sleepovers almost every week

Cabin 10 loves love so ofc they're the biggest Disney princess fans ever!

If they hear that another camper hasn't seen them (looking at you Annabeth) they'll practically drag them to their cabin and force them to watch the movies

Aphrodite kids tie dye, bleach splatter, cut up, crop, add corseting to their shirts to make the bright orange chb tees less ugly

I feel like aphrodite kids are all interested in different things so like you have the nature girlies, the theatre kids, the stereotypical Regina George type, pastel goth queens, witchy baddies, fashion school students and the dedicated athletic ones (like dance, ice skating, gymnastics, soccer etc)

The nature girlies in cabin 10 work with Demeter kids to create a butterfly garden at camp that has benches and tall grasses and butterfly bush plants (like this) and they'll go out there and just sit and watch the butterflies

During capture the flag, they'll be in the group guarding the flag because they can charmspeak anyone on the opposite team to turn around and go the other direction

Not everyone in cabin 10 is comfortable with combat so they'll often help with strategy esp. if ares cabin is on the opposite team because they know them so well and can predict what they do

They have a secret cabin groupchat that can't be tracked and they'll ask their siblings to bring them certain makeup/skincare products the next time they come back to camp or to send them

Along this line, they would definitely make a list of products they've run out of and ask hermes cabin to go get the stuff for them

Like "oh you're sneaking out to get takis? Can you get mascara and lip liner while you're out? We need Charlotte Tillbury pillow talk and L'oreal telescopic mascara. Thanks bestie"

I just wanna say also that the way that one Friend’s girlfriend was pressing up against us with her thigh and her foot teasingly rubbing up our leg… I would def have thought she was flirting (and may or may not have folded because Gyaru women are my weakness💕)

I was going for those Instagram baddies type where they always smell great and have those really cool acrylic nails, except somehow their look is a little inspired by American women in the 50s. So they're not completely modern. Though, Gyaru does fit the bill pretty well too.

' Tachi gon whoop my ass after this one..' I thought when reviewing my entre cart, Itachi loves it when I spoil myself or put a dent in his wallet but lately he's told me to spend a little less, I understand it thought I filled up my walk in closet to the max and my shoes is practically covering the wall; when I walk into the closet you'll think it's a mall just full of outfits from the summer time to winter chic to spring flings etc. I delete a few items the cart only depleting by a smidge, I look down at the price...a whopping $640.87 but, I got free shipping! I open my cashapp my balance is $800 buttt I could ask tachi to give me just a bit more, right? I bite my nails and think should I order it with my money and be an independent baddie on nan budget? Or be a baddie with a walking wallet on her with no budget? As I think I hear the door open.

" Baby? Com'er for a second"

' Tachi's home!' I thought as I put on my Ugg slippers and went quickly down the stairs, Itachi now sitting on the couch with his glass of whiskey and his computer; I tip-toe behind him and cover his eyes with a childish giggle.

" Well, I did clean out some but, I got tired, so I took a nap, then I made me a little snack for the hour because I only ate a bagel and-"

" It's progress...You just have to lean into it! See if you look at it from my point of view it very hard for a girl to get rid of -"

I just sighed and nodded, putting my head down and looking away. Itachi sighs and lifts my chin up and kisses my lips.

He airs quotes progress and picks me up from the couch onto my feet and walks to our bedroom while I slowly walk behind him, he's too calm...like Itachi would never hurt me but, he doesn't do the not listing thing. When me and Tachi first started this, he set clear rules that disrespect and disobedience would come with spanking, a short allowance, and no sex for Recognized by supervisors and colleagues for excellent patient care and attention to detail. My legs tighten as I try to explain how I should get away from this one punishment ranging from pleas to bargains but, Tachi just shakes his head and pats his thigh again.

He started counting and I quickly bend over his lap.

" Please me gentle Tachi" I said small and meek

You were pulling up to your’s and megumi’s shared apartment. You had told him you were going to get a bite to eat and do your nails. All that was true but you as well didn’t tell him one little thing. You also got your hair done. You got it done in a fall like ginger color. It made you look so different but surprisingly even better.

You had your makeup all done, ur nails were done in a black French for Halloween. You knew your little emo boyfriend would love them.

As you pulled up you felt your heart patter fast. The nerves were jolting you. What if he didn’t like it? What if he hated it? A text came through that read, “hey babes, r u almost here? Love u.” It took a while for megumi to say those words but now he said them frequently and it made you feel he actually genuinely loved you.

As you entered the bedroom you saw he was playing a horror video game. He had on his headset and already you could tell the opposite voice was yuji itadori. You hadn’t gotten his attention yet so you quickly drew in a breath, playing with your fingers and uttered, “hey baby, I’m home. So I also got my hair done, want to see?”

“Yeah, let me just pause my game here. Alright idiot gotta go, y/n just came home.” He disconnected the call and paused his game. He turned around in his game chair and that’s when he grew nervous. Nervous at how beautiful you looked.

“What do you think?” Your nails fixed your hair more to show him the style and color better.

Megumi just stared but you could see the blush on his face with his wide eyes. You couldn’t see it but you knew his heart was pumping fast. The blush was so cute on his face. You got him all choked up. “Y-y/n you look-wow.”

“Really?” You jumped a little from excitement, “you really like it?”

Megumi nodded, “you are so beautiful y/n.”

You smiled wide as you sat on his lap, staring directly into his eyes. “I love you baby.”

The embargo has been lifted so the first (40 or so) reviews for The Gray Man are in & for those of you that don’t want to read the negatives or are worried about it - please don’t worry. 💙

I’ve seen the movie & fucking loved it, and having read all the reviews (I know I’m crazy 😂), I wouldn’t pay too much attention to the bad. It’s an action movie, they often have flaws that critics take way too seriously. Still, no matter how negative the review, they all still agree that Chris Evans as Lloyd Hansen is pretty fucking amazing. Some highlights under the cut to save everyone’s dash.

The Gray Man Reviews on Rotten Tomatoes

“The best of the bunch is Evans, who bears obvious delight at demolishing of his image as a squeaky clean symbol of American military might. Every movie like The Gray Man needs a villain like Evans’ Lloyd, who’s so plausibly and amusingly nuts that he makes all the mayhem that ensues a lot easier to believe.”

“A dream cast highlighted by a deliciously evil Chris Evans as your new favorite villain.”

“Evans is a delight to see cut loose, acting comically unhinged and still retaining an intimidating presence.

“These lines are all delivered with just the right amount of panache by Evans, who's devilishly electric as the sociopathic villain. “

“As much as I enjoyed Gosling back in this kind of action role, it’s quite evident that Chris Evans was always meant to be a character actor, because he’s just so great in the role of a know-it-all sociopath who doesn’t put up with failure from those he hires.”

Lloyd is basically the funnest bad guy since the last one Evans played (in Knives Out).

Even pre-Marvel, he’d already nailed the role of a weapons-grade douche, back in 2010’s Scott Pilgrim vs. the World.

On top of that he is matched by a game-changing role for Chris Evans, who plays the sociopathic villain of the piece and proves he has the chops to pull it off in style.

Evans’ Lloyd is really just a weapons-grade asshole, who trades in, by his own admission, “bad ethics and zero impulse control”. He’s a ton of fun to watch.

Equipped with shirts one size too small, Evans is great as the film's baddie. He delivers the one-two punch of slick put-downs and threatening physical beefiness with just enough menace and humour.

“The Gray Man” lets Evans deliciously explore his wicked side. Yes, he is the best of the "Chrises," and him doing a complete 180 from virtuous Captain America proves that once again.

Evans seems unleashed here. Playing a vain and impatient but chipper sadist with a quick wit, the actor tears into the role

Chris Evans, who plays a delicious psychopath, m steals the movie from everyone and enlivens every scene he’s in. He’s a treat to watch.
