Everything you write about Omori is just so wholesome and cute, I love it so much! I’d love to see a Post-Good ending hc of Kel comforting a depressed Basil with Tickles, hugging, and cuddles, if that’s alright of course? I hope you have a wonderful night!

You're so sweet thank you so much!! And I am SO sorry this took forever I have a hard time maintaining writing motivation for long periods of time

But this is TOTALLY alright, these two are my second favorite duo after Suntan :D Also! I hc Basil as using he/they pronouns, so I switch between those when referring to him.

-COMFORT CUDDLES AND TICKLES!! R SO IMPORTANT

-Also RW Basil and Kel's dynamic <33

-I imagine that after being isolated for so long, ofc Basil is touch starved but he's also very jumpy and anxious about it, and we all know Kel is probably all over every1 all the time so! It's a slow process

-Kel is actually surprisingly gentle (he's not as dumb as he acts), and he's the main one who slowly gets Basil more accustomed to positive physical touch

-(Also AU where everything is okay after good ending bc I SAID so !!!!)

-It mainly starts as like an arm around the shoulder, bumping shoulders or legs, ruffling hair, etc.

-As Basil gets more comfortable and confident they start initiating as well (which makes Kel so happy bc Basil has made sm progress and he's so proud of him wtf)

-Bc Basil also has a really hard time asking for it

-Slowly Kel kinda re-introduces tickling as a form of affection bc they all used to do it a lot when they were younger just as a form of play and whatnot and Basil was especially fond of it (mainly being on the receiving end)

-And Basil sort of picks up on the fact that that's still one of Kel's love languages (platonic and not, they mainly see him and Hero engage in tickle fights and it makes them feel very warm bc. they really are the same kids :( )

-The tickling thing takes even longer but Kel notices that when Basil initiates/is more clingy he never tries to get away from Kel's mindless fidgeting with his clothes and what not (<- ADHD haver) even tho Kel notices their quiet exhales and smiles

-Anyway they spend quite a lot of time together after Sunny moves, and naturally Basil takes a bit longer to get accustomed to Aubrey's company (but he does eventually dw)

-So Kel is his main support a lot of the time, and Polly LOVES Kel so it's never a problem when he comes over often (he gets into the habit of helping her w dinner whenever he stays late bc he is silly)

-And ofc Basil is very welcome in Kel's house, he's a bit more hesitant at first bc Kel's parents can be a lot but he loves playing w Hector and he's surprisingly good w babies

-ANYWAY !!!

-Ofc Basil still struggles w their mental health a LOT but they see a therapist once a week, and they're on medication that helps stabilize his moods well and let the hallucinations subside and whatnot

-But he really isn't a fan of the dark

-Whenever the two have sleepovers they fall into the habit of falling asleep holding hands or touching somehow as a form of comfort, and Kel always tries to make sure a closet light or small lamp is on

-Nightmares also aren't rare for Basil unfortunately

-So. one of the first times comfort tickles happen is during a sleepover; they try to have them at least biweekly, switching off houses and sometimes Aubrey tags along too when she can

-The two are just relaxing together on Kel's bed, w the lights off but his bedside lamp on

-He scrolls through his phone w his arm around Basil, who has their arms wrapped around his waist and is laying their head on his chest

-Kel is just rambling about whatever, laughing at the videos and stupid memes coming up on his feed and just filling the silence in a way he knows comforts Basil

-(Forgive me but I am going to project bc I am writing most of this based off experience NNJSCS)

-Except Basil is having one of those moments where he begins to space out, dissociating somewhat but not quite

-At first Kel doesn't notice because he's used to Basil going quiet and just sort of listening

-But when he goes to glance at Basil while showing him a goofy ass photo he found, he notices their eyes have kinda glazed over and they're just staring at nothing while still laying on his chest/side

-So he gently goes "Basil?" and they blink really fast and come back for a moment, going "O-oh, sorry."

-Kel is like "It's okay! Is... something wrong?"

-Basil goes quiet for a moment, letting out a hum to let Kel know he heard him, and then he quietly responds "I'm... not sure. I just feel... weird."

-Kel nods and responds again with "That's okay." A tad calmer than he normally would because he knows he needs to be a bit more gentle now, "Is it bad brain stuff again?"

-Basil nods and their eyes are still partially unfocused due to the disassociating

-He just sort of tucks his face into the crook of Kel's neck and his voice is muffled as he says "Sorry..."

-Kel sets his phone down and hugs Basil back, squeezing him for comfort

-He goes "You don't have to be sorry, Bas. Is there, uhm, anything I can do to help?"

-Basil goes quiet for a moment again, before slightly untucking his face to respond "The hugging helps…"

-So Kel just nods and keeps Basil close

-Their positions shift a tiny bit as Kel moves from having his back to the wall to facing sideways so him and Basil are facing each other

-He's got his arms around their waist and their arms are bent so they're pressed into his chest along w their head

-Kel has a hard time just sitting still so at first he sorta rubs comforting circles into Basil's back, but once he stops that his hands drop down and he just kinda fiddles w the edge of their pajama shirt around their lower back

-(Y'all can see where this is going)

-Everyone and their mom knows Basil is the most ticklish of the group by far like. Come on

-So he sort of starts squirming a bit and lets out a huff and at first Kel doesn't notice bc he's sorta daydreaming

-But Basil squeaks a little when Kel's fingers brush underneath his t-shirt around the sides of his back and Kel sorta snaps out of it

-Basil lets out a quiet whine bc. He's comfy and he's trying not to squirm but the feather light touches are SO bad for them

-Kel quietly (as quiet as he can be, being Kel) goes "Oh! My bad, hehe..." and stills his hands again bc he doesn't know if Basil is in the right headspace (ba dum tss) for tickling

-But Basil buries their face even deeper into his neck (if that's even possible, and Kel can even feel how hot his face is from the blush) and mumbles out "Can you... keep, uhm- y'know..."

-Kel smiles softly and goes "Tickling you?" like as a genuine question but Basil squeaks a bit at the word bc he's a DORK. And he's feeling really soft, and wants a distraction from the nasty brain moment

-Plus the sensations are honestly kinda grounding like it sorta brings their attention back to his body

-Anyway they nod slightly and Kel goes "Liiiike... this?" in a slightly teasy voice and lightly drags the tips of his fingers up the sides of Basil's back, making them yelp and fall into bubbly giggles

-He lets out an embarrassed "Kel!" bc of the teasing and Kel just can't help his fond smile

-"Mmhm?" He hums softly but still teasingly, not actually expecting a response

-Basil just keeps softly tittering in response, clinging to the front of Kel’s shirt to have something to hold on to

-While they aren’t a huge squirmer (unlike Kel, who will flail and kick very hard), Basil is definitely very jumpy, and that got a lot worse after everything that happened; so try as he might, his body still isn't great at handling the sensations

-This is why they’re grateful Kel is pretty strong because he makes sure Basil doesn't accidentally leap out of his lap LMAO

-Kel just can't keep the huge dorky smile off his face bc like I mentioned before tickling is like a big love language for him he LOVES physical touch, plus being able to make the ppl he cares abt smile/laugh means so much to him

-He tries to keep the tickling relatively tame since this is meant to help ground and relax Basil, and they've never really been a fan of rough tickles anyway (their tolerance for it is very low if at all)

-So Kel just continues to trace random shapes and lines around Basil's lower back, sometimes straying to his sides and upper ribs which makes his giggling much louder (I'm telling you this kid is TICKLISH like all caps)

-They don't talk much aside from Kel's occasional compliments/comments, like "Heh, I forgot how ticklish you are here!" or "Are you alright? You look like a strawberry!'

-Which of course Basil can only respond to with either higher pitched giggles, "Nohoho!"s, or a squeaky "Kel!"

-After a little bit (they don't know how long they aren't paying attention), Basil's giggles start to taper off and Kel feels them relaxing more and more

-So in turn he tapers off the tickling, just resting his hands on Basil's back to make sure he's okay

-Kel goes "...Bas?" in a soft but loud enough voice, and all he gets is some sort of "Mhhh…" noise in response, so he grins, because that means Basil is like falling asleep

-Kel removes his hands from under Basil's pajama shirt, rubbing it firmly over the fabric to make sure the tingly sensations have subsided before adjusting himself to move Basil's face off of his chest

-He feels all fuzzy when he sees Basil's super drowsy expression; they still have a small smile as they look up at him half asleep and their features aren't nearly as darkened and tense as they were before

-Kel goes "Ready to sleep?" And Basil just responds with another sleepy noise and a nod, letting his head fall back onto Kel's chest

-Kel adjust both of then so that they're laying down properly, making sure to bring the blanket up over them both before squeezing Basil slightly while they're cuddled together

-He nuzzles his face in to the top of Basil's head and it doesn't take long for him to conk out

-Basil takes a tad longer to fully fall asleep, but he listens to the sound of Kel's slowed breathing and thinks about how they can't wait to wake up tomorrow next to one of their best friends

i've been thinking of cherry and marcia SO MUCH i wanted to share my hcs of them in here ü

first of THEY'RE GIRLFRIENDS no it's not up to debate this is just a bunch of headcanons of them as girlfriends bc i'm Obsessed

maybe i just have this specific image of cherry and marcia on my mind based of what i've read in the book, seen in the movies AND pure delusion so i'm sorry if these are a bit out of character

that being said

sunshine marcia and sunshine protector cherry (marcia is so protective over cherry too, but overall she's like this ball of energy and joy, and she's happy and laughing all the time, i know you're seeing my vision)

cherry was the one to fall in love first, but she thought that marcia probably wasn't into women, so she just tried to get over it and hide her feelings

.. but cherry is SO BAD at hiding how head over heels she is for marcia

so marcia eventually walks to her and it's like

marcia: hey cherry, you like women?

cherry: ... yea

marcia: yea i noticed, me too

and somehow after that they begin dating

marcia is so open about her feelings, she's laughing at every single joke and blushing and kicking her feet the second she gets back home from a date

marcia's love language is Mostly physical contact and words of affirmation, so she's love-bombing cherry all the time and she's used to being the one who begins the touching

AND MIND YOU bob has no love language AT ALL (sorry he hasn't grown on me yet) CHERRY IS OVERWHELMED

and sometimes it's hard for her to tell marcia she loves her, so instead she shows her love mostly by doing acts of service and giving her gifts based on little details she notices

if marcia says she wants to eat brownies, the next day there are brownies on the table for breakfast

I can imagine this specific situation of marcia LOVING this shirt, it looks good on her and it makes all out her outfits so cool, but she hates the feeling of the fabric it's made of, it makes her skin feel bad and by the time she's home the first thing she'll do it take off the damn shirt. and cherry HATES to see marcia feeling uncomfortable, so she goes through hell to find a shirt that looks exactly like marcia's but made with a different fabric that's comfortable for her

cherry has trouble sleeping, she knows it, marcia knows it, everyone does. but actually sleeping with marcia helps a lot

because marcia is so warm and careful when she cuddles with her, she keeps cherry hugged against her chest, to let her hear the sound of her heartbeat. marcia is gentle as her fingertips go through the red hair, she might even humm this song she heard on the radio the other day, and it doesn't even take five minutes until cherry's asleep

cherry feels so secure and relaxed when she's with marcia :-(

they're everything to me i'm gonna throw up

totally unrelated to the ship itself but marcia has curly hair but she doesn't like it so she straightens it, so she's not a big fan of having her hair touched ?? if that even makes sense

but she adores any other form of physical contact

not only hug and kisses

but for example cherry is a pretty big fan of doing her skincare before sleeping, it always helps her feel clean and relaxed. so she asks marcia "hey you wanna tag along?" AND OF COURSE SHE DOES

cherry does two cups of tea and grabs the things, she asks marcia to keep her hair out of her face and then sits down in front of her

marcia adores to look at cherry as she stops focusing on her for the smallest second to open the package of a product

and the way cherry is sooo gentle and so focused as she spread it over her face. marcia loves the feeling of cherry touching her face She adores it

it's the only way cherry will Not feel shy about physical contact

but moving on from that little detail

marcia just takes those seconds that cherry isn't fully focused on her to drop a comment like

you know, your eyes a blue but there's a bit of green in them, it's like van gogh painted them

and cherry's cheeks turn red as she just makes this face that marcia loves so much because she has that look on her eyes that goes like: "you're such an idiot. but you're my idiot. and i love you so much"

this what i think bts love language is

a/n: this just my thoughts besties i ain’t do no formal type of research or nun just let my lil imagination sprint 🥸🤪

namjoon:

physical affection/words of affirmation

okay so i said physical affection for one bc like he seem to like initiate contact with people around him a lot

like in interviews he be having his hand on whoever next to him thigh or like when he be performing if it’s someone next to him he throws his arms around them a lot

not to mention like whenever jimin or jk or whoever start feeling up on him he never rejects it or makes a face or anything like yoongi does he just accepts it

like there’s so many stage clips where jimin will come and rest his chin on joon’s shoulder and he just lets him

or jk will just start touching on him some way grabbing his arms or sumn and it doesn’t phase him at all

another example is like on day 2 of sowoozoo when tae randomly came and linked arms with him and hobi during mikrokosmos hobi was like 🥴🥴 but joon was just 😌

and then there was that magic shop muster moment when jk was talking about how much he loved joon and how he was his beginning you know as president of the joon fan club does and namjoon couldn’t help but to go over and give his number one admirer a hug you know the moment

same thing with compliments he lowkey be eating them up

like you know how whenever hobi gets complimented he be like “😶 don’t say those things” joon don’t do that

like when they was asked to take their jackets off during the butter shoot and namjoon was like yeah okay and everyone started hyping him up and he was just 💁🏼‍♂️😜

and again on day 2 sowoozoo when he pushed his hair back from his forehead and everyone went OHHHHHSWJJSJS SEXY NAMJOON and then he decided to murder us all by tilting his head back on top of that adding insult to injury i would insert the picture but for my mental health i will not

and again whenever they talk about him being such a great leader he never shies away from it doesn’t cringe always accepts it so you know it must mean a lot for him to hear those things

aside from that tho he’s such a poetic person

like he is definitely involved in an intimate affair with language so there’s no way he wouldn’t appreciate you verbally telling him how he makes you feel

like just think about how many times he’s said he wants to sit down with each army and listen to their story

that being said if this was your man i think you’d definitely have to both show and tell him how you feel

like if he was about to head out for work you definitely got to kiss him before he leaves

and if you on the phone with him the last words you’re saying are i love you

and he’s definitely gonna cherish it each time always gonna have that cute little smile dimples caved in his cheeks bc you love him and he feels it

seokjin:

alright so ngl the reason i said acts of service for seokjin is like almost 100% based on his reaction to tae setting up that birthday event for him where he had his friends send him messages

he talked about it for WEEKS like he was genuinely so moved that i just like he has to love it

and then there’s like how much he bothers jk to like do simple stuff like i’m specifically thinking about that one moment in bon voyage 4 when he was sitting down at the table and called jk to help him up

and then there’s also little things he does for others like when he peeled tae’s tangerines for him or when he offered to feed yoongi bc he was driving or how he always offers bites of his food before even gets a chance to taste it

now i say words of affirmation bc he always searching for a compliment

my minds going to when jk hurt his foot and jin was pushing him in the wheelchair and kept feeding him lines to say about how he was such a good hyung and how he loves him

or in the behind the scenes for the boy with luv video and he kept tryna get tae to compliment him for being witty

and my boy never misses a chance to introduce himself as worldwide handsome

even though he does a lot of those things jokingly there are moments when he’s serious too about giving compliments and shy when he receives them like in those be interviews when he called jk a singing genius and jungkook was talking about how he had the most range and he got all ☺️☺️

or that moment from in the soop when he was comforting yoongi about like not having regrets and when yoongi told him he wanted to be like him just those kinds of moments let me know words are important to him

which just made me remember how hard he tries with his lyrics and how important they are to him like when he was writing awake and he talked about how he kept getting rejected but he was super insistent bc it was important for him to sing the words he wrote and don’t even get me started on moon i just-

anyway jin done said many times he is a man of the present so if you’re with him you gotta actively show/tell him

if you’re at the store pick him up some gummies

if you know he’s got a long day ahead of him maybe pack him some snacks to take with him in the morning

if his hair looks nice tell him

send him messages throughout the day even if he can’t respond immediately

he claims he’s a man of the present but whenever he takes a moment to reminisce the past he’ll look back and know just how much you care about him

yoongi:

quality time/acts of service

listen as much as this man loves spending time alone the time he spends with others means a lot to him

like how he always go fishing with jin even tho he ain’t particularly fond of it

or how like in in the soop he had made plans to play games with jimin and did so extensively

also from in the soop when he had spent most of his day outside reading but then he had heard everyone starting to make the theme song and immediately ran to get his equipment to record and what not

not to mention his poem from the end of that one run episode where they went on like a mini trip or whatever and he was like “what a relief that we have seven members. what a relief that we have each other.”

like being all together is important to him

like i just think about that one scene from one of they movies ion remember which one but they were all gathered around the table and it was when he had told them how he actually hurt his shoulder and they was talking about how they was worried about jk and how he need to come out his room and it’s not even the content of the scene but just like the fact that he ain’t have to be there but he was

and also can’t neglect to mention how he whined for y e a r s about how ain’t nobody come to visit him on set when he was filming the videos for his first mixtape like mans wouldn’t let that go and then how touched he was when they made appearances on his daechwita set even if he couldn’t express it properly

and how he begged for them to make cameos in the video and how happy he was when jin and jk did

and he doesn’t ever forget to mention whenever him and hobi hang out he’s like yeah we went for a drink and dinner and talked and blah blah

he loves it when people make an effort to be around him

now acts of service i got this all on a whim okay like… listen… we all been there we have all watched an ideal type video on youtube don’t lie okay

and up there it be like he want someone to bring him food in the studio and take care of him and stuff like that and in this case the math maths

you really can see that in how he treats others

like just the other day i saw a gifset somewhere and the boys were like yeah yoongi always takes care of us he don’t make eye contact tho

not to mention how he always cooks for them when they go on trips

and even though he ain’t give seokjin his song yet we know it’s coming! eventually!

and whenever they be ganging up on jungkook yoongi always the first one to be like “stooooppp you gon make him cry”

my baby just always be doing little things for others to show he cares okay 🥺

so if you got with my baby you gotta take care of him 🥺🥺🥺

he really needs someone that understands him bc he not gonna say anything

if you’re all hanging out together make sure you’re by his side so he knows you want to be there with him

if he’s busy stuck in his studio drop by even if you just end up laying on the couch he’s gonna appreciate you just being with him

receiving gifts

i really had to think about this one but once i connected the dots yeah it makes total sense

like he looooves shopping loves getting stuff so when other people give him stuff i know he just 🥰🥰🥰

hobi lights up when he gets gifts they don’t always have to be big but i know he very much appreciates them

like how in the army corner store festa video when asked to bring something meaningful to them he brought those figurines which was the first gift a fan gifted him

which makes me think about how those limited edition figurines dropped and hobi was like i need to get one for namjoon and then namjoon was like i need to get one for hobi and so they ended up with like two of them or something like that

also from festa in the little photo booth mission every time he won a prize he was like yaaasss omg and was thinking of ways to put it to use like when he got that picture frame he immediately stuck them film strips in it he probably got it hanging in his room or in his studio by now tbh

and i think it was on the canada run bts episode where jk bought him those slippers and he was super happy

even when they were in hawaii and him and jin were hungry on the bus and he asked jin for gummies like ofc jin had to get on his nerves first but when he finally gave him his snacks he went from 😐 to 😚

or how he still has that change purse that namjoon bought him in malta (probably still got the money in there too tbh)

speaking of malta got me thinking about how tae went out of his way to win hobi that flamingo bc he said he’d never seen one and when tae gave it to him he went parading it around telling everyone that tae won it for him and then said he was gonna put it in his studio

and he got that chicken leg pillow they gave him from you quiz on the couch in his studio

and i think it was from the 2020 winter package he was so happy when jin bought him those ugly little troll elf things with the hat you know what i’m talking about

and he commented like three times when jungkook drew that picture of him for his birthday

and we know mans be giving gifts too

like how he got yoongi that coffee truck on the set of daechwita

and when they were on the speak yourself tour and he went out shopping on a day off and bought jin a sweater or something

and how he slaved through like 2 or 3 lives making bracelets for the members and then gave it to them on the bang bang con live

and the most devastating one of all when they had to give each other gifts i think it was on the run episode with all the water games but i could be wrong anyway and like most of them gave each other gag gifts like their merch or whatever but hobi gave jimin (and the rest of the members) a cd for his song promise it had a little photo book in it and everything 😭😭😭

so like whoever gets with this fine specimen gon have to throw a few dollars together to make sure this man is kept

not really i’m sure he doesn’t expect you to sell your car for a gucci peacoat or your soul for a rolex

but if you did decide to save up for some time to get him a little extravagant gift i know he’d more than appreciate it

more often than not though it’d be the little things that got to him like if you bought a simple t shirt from the store but then kinda like upcycled it drew little doodles on it wrote “i’m your hope” somewhere on it there would definitely be a picture uploaded of him on weverse or twitter wearing it

or if you decided to compile the pictures of you two together into a scrapbook or something he’d keep it somewhere accessible like in a drawer in his desk in his studio and flip through it with a little smile on his face when he’s missing you

and even if it was something even smaller than that like say he mentioned in passing that like idk he was out of eggs or something and you bought him some he just might marry you

jimin:

physical affection/quality time

the first thing that comes to mind with this for jimin is how he comforts his boys

like there’s so many behind the scenes clips from tour where like jk or tae will be upset with their performance and crying and jimin would be the one to come up behind them and hug them and wipe their tears

same concept for that one moment in bon voyage 3 when they told him that tae was crying and he just kinda hugged him and wiped his tears and hovered around him to make sure he was okay

or when they left hobi at the gas station in bon voyage 4 and then went back to pick him up he still hugged hobi even as he was laughing evilly

also in bon voyage 4 when they went on that helicopter tour and they was on the mountain and him and tae tackled each other and was rolling in the snow

and he is just like always in jk arms like he just jumps on him for no reason like in that video where lee hyun is acting as one of bts’ management

also in the behind from i think when they were practicing for the 2019 bbmas i believe at some point jungkook was holding that man spinning him in circles or sumn like that

and there’s also that one comeback show when him and tae were in the comic book cafe and they were just cuddled up together looking at tae’s phone practicing english i think

and on that one joon live when him and tae crashed and just caused a whole lot of commotion i’m pretty sure at one point they were cuddled on the couch and then jimin told tae his breath stinks and tae proceeded to open his mouth over the air purifier

anyway clearly he is a man with hands

but he also is someone who loves to spend time together it’s important to him

like i just think about how when they had their “break” back in 2019 he talked about how he just traveled the entire time and he went with various friends and family

and i’m pretty sure it was bon voyage 3 when they were doing their friendship trips and trying to make fresh pairings or whatever he was like i don’t think there’s any surprising pairing with me and it’s like… that’s true

like you got minimoni, minimini, jikook etc… all tried tested and true man gets around his band

and he’s the main one who’s always like “yeah bro we should live in the dorms until we’re 50”

and he always talks about how he can’t be alone and how he’s always gotta be doing something with someone

and his lives!!! his lives!!!! when he spends time with us it’s always so intimate and personable

like you can’t tell me that i ain’t have dinner with him and jin after a show in the hotel room and we drank off camera even after the staff told us we couldn’t 😤🤚

there’s also that time he went live and someone said they had some kind of condition and then he took it upon himself to look it up and try to find treatments

just liiiike whenever he goes live every minute counts bro and yes this is me trying to summon him bc we ain’t had a solo jimin live since october and i know they super busy but i miss 😓😓😓

so for this mans i just feel like you just gotta really be with him

lots and lots of teasing in the relationship. gojo would never miss a chance to make fun of you or tease you in some way, shape or form. it’s always light hearted, and it always puts a smile on both of your faces.

gojo is super flirty. the flirting and teasing go hand in hand. but if you ever flirt with him back, his brain short circuits and he gets super flustered. one of the rare times you will see the gojo satoru blush.

he shows you off a lot. he’s super proud to be dating you, and he wants to make sure that everyone knows that you are his, and he is yours.

big on pda affection. he does not care about what other people think at all, and is always down to just kiss you in the middle of nowhere, catching you and everyone else off guard.

you guys are always laughing. gojo is pretty funny, and he definitely always has some sort of good joke up his sleeve. he will never fail to make you smile or laugh.

gojo is always buying both of you sweets. he has a major sweet tooth, and whether you like sweets or not, they are always involved. if you know how to bake, he will absolutely praise your baking skills, and he is always willing to taste anything and everything you make.

when you guys cuddle, you are probably laying on his chest, while he has an arm wrapped around you, his other arm holding up his book. sometimes he will read out loud to you, and you just listen to his soothing voice, and you eventually fall asleep.

nanami smells very nice. he has this certain cologne that he uses, and it’s not too strong, not too dull. it’s just perfect. when you guys are not together, his smell will linger on some of your items.

nanami is definitely a foodie. he’ll take you out to nice restaurants, always giving you a good time. he probably knows how to cook really, really good food. so sometimes, you guys would have dates at home. a night where nanami just cooks for you, brings out fancy whine, and you guys enjoy the night together.

he’s probably not used to much physical affection, so when you guys first became a couple and you would hug him, he would be very stiff. but eventually, once he gets used to everything, don’t be surprised for him to actually be the one to engage in physical touches.

a lot of long late night walks. he enjoys the silence, and finds them relaxing.

you guys would study together, and megumi is the type of person that would push you to work harder, and always wants the best for you. if you are having trouble with a certain subject, megumi will try and help you as much as he could, even if he didn’t understand it all that well either.

megumi’s love language is probably acts of service and quality time. so you guys will be in each other’s dorms a lot. megumi would be doing his own thing and you would be doing yours, your presence is just soothing to him.

we all know how megumi is basically a punching bag in fights. (my poor baby) so you’ll see him come back all bruised up and battered, and you’d instantly worry about him. he tries to brush off your worry, saying “it’s fine” or “it was just a few hits” but you both know it’s worse than that, he just doesn't want to worry you.

but secretly, megumi loves being able to come back to someone who would fuss over him and worry about his well being. it makes him happy, and makes him love you all the more. not that he would ever admit that to your face though.

megumi is probably really warm, so cuddles with him are the best. he would either be the big spoon, or the little spoon. he loves it when you run your hands through his hair.

he really loves that he finally has someone that sees past the “tough” act and just appreciates him as a person

that also makes him really appreciate you as a person and you’re so special to him

honestly, kyotani isn’t that talkative but when he does talk it’s most likely about you!! he actually loves bringing you up in random conversations, it makes him feel like you’re there with him

for example, if he’s silent and off to the side while the team is talking and they mention your favorite movie in their conversation, kyotani will just kinda be like “oh, that’s y/n’s favorite movie” and the entire team is just ⁉️

this is actually how the team found out about you 😭 kyotani mentions you in a conversation and oikawa is just like “whos y/n” and kyotani is like “my s/o” and the team goes ballistic

(kyotani saw oikawa’s jealous reaction to him having a s/o and now makes sure to mention you whenever he can just so he can piss oikawa off)

for physical touch, it’s not always the obvious ones like hugs + kisses + cuddles, and i think he silently prefers to be on the receiving end, but he loves randomly touching you too

absentmindedly running his fingers through your hair or drumming his fingers on your shoulder/thighs/whatever while he does things are some of his favorite things to do <3

he also loves having you close to him while he’s walking in public places! he likes subtly touching you, like a hand pressed against the small of your back

he’s terrible with words, will almost always use actions to express how much he loves you

that’s why it takes him a while to actually tell you flat out that he loves you, but when he does he means it, and gradually it gets a bit easier (he’s still so awkward about it though)

honestly a bit overprotective of you, he just would hate seeing you get hurt. most people tend to avoid you and him because of his intimidating appearance though, so it’s never that much of a problem

Was rewatching secret of the lost kingdom on my friends huge tv after like 8 years and honestly there is so many rivusa crumbs I never noticed and that just heals my inner child🤪 like there’s the scene where after they rescues the boys from the rock eagle and she just runs and straddles him like pls they are too cute and theres also the part where after he wakes up at alfea where she hugs his arm after she sees he’s ok😭 just fits with my hc and the season 2 finale the Musa loves to hug rivens forearms and biceps🥺 omg after they manage to free domino right and blooms family is having a reunion, and Musa just grabs rivens hand after seeing them reunite😭 there’s also the part during the transition zoom out before the royal ball where everyone is clapping EXCEPT rivusa Bcs they’re in their own little world and she just looks up at him and he looks down at her and smiles while he wraps his free hand around her waist (would have never noticed this if it weren’t for the big screen)😭 then during the royal ball scene at the end after sky “proposes” to bloom and it shows the shot of the rest of the girls and guys (including nabu which like ??? Where was the man throughout the movie) riven just wraps his arms around her waist😭 I know it’s probably not that deep but to me every moment after the stabbing part is just their offscreen reconciliation we were robbed off Bcs I would love nothing more than to have seen smth of them talking out what happened and stuff (and worst part is I can’t find any fanfics of it too🤡) and also the fact that she basically got impaled and there was never any injury always bothered me (ik u had a drawing of matching scars from these 2 idiots sacrifices and honestly I like to hc that riven likes to kiss that scar Bcs it’s technically his doing but oh well kids show things🤪) like I like to think that him holding her waist is kinda like a protective instinct and a subconscious act Bcs of guilt of smtb from his actions

All in all secret of the lost kingdom has so Many whacky plot holes and yet movie rivusa always serves everything. The cuteness the angst (like stabbing ur loved one Bcs you weren’t in control of your own actions and Bcs they wanted to protect the innocent party?? Peak angst) and the small moments. I just believe that in movies: rivusa is always superior

Yesssss I feel like Riven actually managed to fight off the body puppeting spell for a while, matching how Riven broke out of a spell to save Musa in s2, but he couldn't hold on long and Musa was using the fact that he didn't want to hurt her to stop Matorgora form using him. Basically putting Riven into a situation where he has to fight as hard as he can because Musa refuses to move and if he doesn't he'll majorally injure the person he loves the most. There is just SOO much emotion, like most of him feels guilty because Musa was steadfast in the idea that Riven could hold off the spell and he tried his best but he couldn't

Oh im so obsessed with that, he gently tries to protect her injury so she doesn't get hurt again

I have a hc that he does the same thing when he's feeling anxious or depressed unintentionally making himself feel way worse by reminding him of the worst possible scenario

Ok so obviously Marinettes love language is gift giving but I can not, for the life of me, think of what Adrians could be

Maybe physical touch but idk

Hmm yeah could be! He tends to initiate physical touch a lot (he often puts his hands on LB or Marinette’s shoulders, leans in close, etc) but he also seems hesitant to accept it sometimes—like how he doesn’t always hug back when she hugs him bc he’s surprised. Probably bc he doesn’t get any physical affection at home and isn’t used to receiving it 🥺 but I think it’s really important to him for that reason

But actually I feel like he’s more of a words of affirmation guy! He is constantly reassuring LB that he trusts her and reemphasizing that he loves her and complimenting her. And he heaps the compliments on his good friend Marinette too :) i mean he gave a whole speech about how she was an everyday ladybug lol. I think verbally expressing his care for the people he loves is super important to him.

And the validation of hearing reassurance/praise from those people also means a lot to him. Like when LB told him “you’re irreplaceable” and when she uses pet names and says he’s a great partner and stuff. I think that underneath his chat noir bravado adrien is kind of insecure, which is why he got so upset in syren when he was kept in the dark about master fu, and why he was worried about being replaced by carapace, and why it hurt him so much in the NY special to hear LB say “I can’t trust you anymore.” He needs the verbal affirmation that he is trusted, loved, and valued.

So yeah, words of affirmation is my vote for him!

well, it wouldn’t stop him from working harder or feeling bad for himself but it would definitely bring him some relief in the moment

and sometimes when he is practising, you’ll tell him that he’s doing amazing - just to boost his spirits - and it works

he’ll be thinking about you for the rest of the day

sometimes when he’s especially insecure, the thought will arise that perhaps you’re just complimenting him bc you feel bad for him

but the sincerity in your eyes assures him that you’d never lie to him about something like that
