After that edited version of the correspondence earlier today I decided to go actually get a screenshot of the real correspondence from Gortash's chest upstairs in the Flymm house.

So here's the deciphered correspondence back and forth, notated down. I am still of the personal opinion that Enver Gortash and the Dark Urge were using the Sending spell (or was it the message spell? brain fog be fogging) to send their cipher coded messages back and forth easily, as you could send 25 words at a time. I honestly wouldn't doubt if Gortash had to sometimes send his messages in two parts, or took extreme time composing them, because he is quite verbose. But while I was in there I noticed a few other items, and now I'm wondering if they are randomly generated or if they are there every time, because if they were CHOSEN SPECIFICALLY to be paired with this little journal of their discussions, well.

The journal itself, which I do adore being called a scrapbook.

This potion. Throughout the game, the Dark Urge has had a LOT of commentary on poisons, and knows oh so much about them. It makes absolute sense that his closest associate would have lots of antidotes on standby, just in case. With the kind of planner Gortash is, he would of course be prepared for anything.

This though. I actually ignored all the items in the chest except the book initially, but the fact that it was a red gemmed ring really kept gnawing at me, so I waltzed my ass back upstairs to go look closer at the chest's contents and I nearly choked on my drink. "A ruby like a drop of blood sits at the center of this ring." My heart almost stopped. It's so simple, but so Bhaalist coded. What other sort of jewelry would the Chosen of Bhaal give to someone who proudly calls them their "nearest and dearest"?

I wonder if he locked it up and hid it away after he found out what happened, and because of how beset he'd been gearing up for the Coronation, when he found out that the Dark Urge was not actually dead, he had no way to safely retrieve it.

Like they would bond over the amount of Trauma they have. They were all bullied/Discriminated against in some way, you cant tell me otherwise. Shinsou for his 'Villainous' quirk, Midoriya for their lack thereof, Hatsume for 'being crazy', Monoma for their 'Weak' 'Villainous' or 'might as well be nonexistent' quirk, and Nezdu for being a quirked animal.

Like, I'd love for them to be beasties and terrify everybody in UA when they're together. Like it's fine when Shin & Mono are walking in the hallway, or Mido & Hatsu, or Hatsu & Nez, but Mido & Shin & Mono & Hatsu together leaves students splitting like the Red Sea trying to get away from the 'IzuCrew', the 'Gremlin Group', the 'Chaotic Course Reps'.... Man I really wanna write a fic now...like, ShinMonoMido, Quirkless Mido, DadMic, BakuBark Bashing, Gen-Ed Mido until the Sports Fest, where the four of them DOMINATE the second round together, The Garbage Grape gets expelled, UGGH!!

I'll write more on this. I will.

I love this. So much.

So I am not the biggest fan of writing Vampires AUs. I LOVE reading them but I don't think it's my style of writing?? So I never do. But-- But THIS??? Changing my life, honestly. Considering things. Thinking thoughts.

And it's extremely easy to make a plot for this!!!!!! The Vinsmokes are a family of vampires but Sanji is the only human thanks to Sora. Etc etc etc. Wano happens. Don't ask me WHAT happens but SOMETHING happens and Sanji starts slowly turning into a vampire. Worst time of his life for a variety of reasons (from not feeling human to being scared of hurting others and also all the bad things that come with being a vampire. Except for the sun thing because. Well. I want him to be able to be under the sun. Let's just say he's a mix between Vampire and Human).

It'd be so good to see Sanji starving because he refuses to drink blood and he wants to hide this from the rest of the crew. But Usopp inevitably finds out, of course, and he offers his blood to Sanji. And I am. Losing it because now I want to write a super homoerotic bloody scene in which Sanji is refusing to drink Usopp's blood because he doesn't trust himself but Usopp won't stop walking closer and closer to him saying that if he doesn't trust himself it's fine because he trusts him instead... And he says the whole "You cook for us all the time, so it's just fair. You feed me, and I'll feed you. Now drink before you are the first vampire to die out of stubbornness" thing.

I mean, vampires are like. Inherently romantic and erotic so this is just. Woah. Having a million thoughts. I need a MOMENT.

Also??????? Usopp being THE Vampire Hunter™ of the crew??? Imagine Thriller Bark Usopp x Vampire Sanji I am LOSING IT. Brain isn't braining. Maybe I die.

Putting aside the obvious nasty emotional bloody sex these two would have, Usopp would be,, So sweet to Sanji. Because he absolutely hates his situation and he isn't sure if he is ready to tell the others yet. Usopp is always offering him his blood and staying with him when he can't sleep and-- Adding little bat Sanji here??? Can Sanji turn into a bat??? Please yes yes. Ok so, theres a part of the song where it's like two voices fighting, one saying to jump off the roof and the other saying it's not worth it and we know that canonically, Alec deals with this sort of conflict of not wanting to be alive anymore. And I was thinking, what if there was a strangers to lovers au where Magnus finds Alec about to jump and talks him down from the roof, and there's that moment of "do I listen to myself or this total stranger?" and then Magnus gets Alec help bc he's too scared to tell his family and OUGH my heart couldn't handle that. Someone who doesn't know you telling you your life is worth so much more than you know, and you find yourself LISTENING TO THEM?

Danny is tired.

Jason is losing his shit.

Miles defeated spot but not before losing his dad. His friends aren't there when he needs them the most, and he feels ashamed to stay with his mom. So he goes to Gotham.

Saiki K AU where Saiki is the protagonist of "Save Me! Lollipop"

BASICALLY:

It follows the regular events of Saiki K, HOWEVER...

Kusuo breaks his limiter and goes to Kusuke

Kusuke finds the Crystal Pearl and fixes Kusuo's limiter with that (left side probably)

He has always told Kusuo to protect it with his life, but after making this special limiter, he means it fr

Kusuke ofc knows that its the Crystal Pearl, he just wants to see Kusuo play his little game of course. 🙄

Saiki is oblivious to this, and he becomes a target for sorcerers as they are taking a magical exam

After getting his limiter fixed, he teleported home and went to a cafe and ordered a delicious cake

Barely a minute later, he senses danger. Looks up to see hundreds of people flying at him. Poor Saiki was trying to enjoy his desserts

Two people fall from the sky and shield him from the flying people. the idiot Zero, and the ikemen Ichii

They suspect his hair pins at first but then dismiss it, asking him if he has seen a pink ball

They use their tracker and see that the ball indicates that it is right in front of them, they realize ☠️

They swear to protect him and Saiki is like "wtf who r u and i dont need protection"

So now he just has two sorcerers protecting his life and they attend his school

Saiki fails to get them to leave, and now he has to deal with two bodyguards while also dealing with other magical examinees

It's fascinating looking at how Gortash works to fabricate the public image between himself and the Dark Urge in his memoir (knowing full well that if their plan goes off without a hitch, no one with a brain to think on their own will be reading it). Who is it for, Gortash? Who are you lying to? Yourself? Or perhaps for the Dark Urge, should they ever come back with memory loss issues???

Here we see, in his order of events, the Dark Urge and himself both being named Chosen of their respective gods after the heist from the House of Wonders. That's curious, considering there is a journal entry from the Dark Urge, referring to preparing for this same heist, and they refer to Gortash as Bane's Chosen.

Commentary to expand upon another time, but the way the Dark Urge uses Enver Gortash's full name sounds as though they have known one another for at least some time. In the few examples we get of the Dark Urge's writing-- well, the two others, let's be honest here-- we see the Durge's notes about Orin, in which they never refer to her by name. And then in the Prayer for Forgiveness, again we see Enver Gortash-- directly after stating admiration. In the rest of the letter, the Dark Urge refers to everyone by last name only. This writing samples also show, quite clearly, that the Dark Urge had their head together quite well and were actually somewhat eloquent as a writer before getting an Orin Lobotomy and tadpole. Again, something for me to rant on another time.

So my question is, when Gortash approached the Dark Urge about the heist, was he already Bane's Chosen? Was he presenting himself as Bane's Chosen for his own advantage in the exchange so there was less of a power imbalance going into things, perhaps even as a potential safety measure? Or is Gortash manipulating the timeline purely for the memoir to make it seem like they rose to power together, at the same time, always as equals?

ventus approaching terra in the middle of the night when he's like twelve with his bloody sheets because he got his period for the first time. but he thinks he's injured. terra asking him where he's bleeding and then explaining to him what a period is and ven is so embarrassed and ashamed that he starts to cry

m on a cruise ship so i haven’t done much posting but have this concept i came up with. and expect things when i come back from the high seas :D

Steve Harrington was born with three soulmarks, littered across his body as randomly as his moles. They had always been there, faint lines etched into his skin.

The first one the doctors saw was on his wrist. It glowed a faint blue, signifying that this person was already alive and out there somewhere in the world. The second was on his shoulder, a thin black line that began to glow when Steve was about one. And the third was on his knee, staying dim until he was five.

They were all shaped into sleek X’s, staying that way until Steve was 17 and started dating Nancy Wheeler. That was when the one in his knee turned from and X into a check, glowing a like green when he first spoke to Nancys little brothers friend Dustin.

The second changed when Steve started his job at Scoops Ahoy, the moment he talked to his new coworker Robin. It had lit up a bright neon green, and he was so excited to have finally met his soulmate…. until Robin told him she was a lesbian.

And the third? The one on his shoulder that was already blue when he was born? It lit up the day Eddie Munson came walking into the Family Video with Dustin on his trail to get a movie for a “Hellfire Bonding Night” whatever that meant. The moment Eddie said his first words to Steve, the mark lit up a deep green color, shining so brightly through the store that Steve was almost blinded.

So Steve had three soulmates. One was a child, one was a lesbian, and one was the Town Freak. That was how Steve learned that not all soulmates were romantic. Some were platonic, some were familial. And some? Some told you things you didn’t know about yourself. Like how you could fall in love with the last person you expected.

AU in which the MC is out of the equation

Hmmm, the urge of write an AU where Juliana/Florian didn't exist (a new student was suppose to move in, but apparently there was a change of plans.) And Nemona ends up doing the Titan and Starfall quests.

Basically Nemona went home because she has been feeling lost ever since she became a champion; nothing feels like a challenge anymore, as exciting. Director Clavell talks to her, and tries to encourage her to find new challenges "you have all gym badges, right? Well, there must be other type of challenges in Paldea" or "Maybe you would be interesting in mentoring? Who knows, maybe with your guidance, you could find a true rival."

Coming back home, she decides to take the long road to see if there may be anyone interesting to battle, when she hears a strange cry, she finds Koraidon.

(Look, I first played Scarlet, and is honestly the version I prefer, so I will go with that.)

Things follow like in canon, she falls, makes a quick sandwich for Koraidon.

When Houndoom comes, Nemona quickly finishes the battle before Koraidon can decide if it wants to do something or not; Nemona just smiles at Koraidon while saying "Don't worry about me, I can handle it!"

Koraidon ends up taking Nemona up, but is not in a rush like it was in the original version. Even if there was no battle, apparently Nemona's sandwich wasn't enough, since Koraidon slumps afterwards.

On the lighthouse however, when Nemona tries to asks about Koraidon and what's going. Arven frowns and says "Why you curious about it? Do you want to take care of it or something?"

Nemona well, would like to either battle Koraidon or fight with it, but most importantly, wants to help him out, feeling it needs to pay the favour for helping her get out of the cave.

"Yes, I actually want to."

Arven is surprised by this, yet after thinking it for a moment says; "You know what? Fine by me, I had seen your pokemon, you take good care of them. Aaaand now its your problem!" Runs away before Nemona can say anything else.

She immediately tries to read Koraidon's stats- and realizes she can't, because the pokeball isn't register to her (Sorry, I don't know how else explain that she can't see anything the same way we couldn't in canon.) And it doesn't take much longer to realize that Arven is right, Koraidon can't battle like this.

Then she apologizes, saying she must be more considerate to it, and it must be suffering if they can't battle; she feels it must be horrible for a pokemon be unable to do so.

She goes back to the Academy, and sees team star, stopping them when she thinks they are harassing Penny. She hastily says thank you, and moves away.

The rest goes like canon. Sada asks Nemona help with Koraidon. "Cassiopeia" hacks Nemona's phone when she asks for her help, and Arven surprisingly enough, asks Nemona for help with the titans.

Arven tells this much to Nemona "Look, you are crazy about strong pokemon, right? Well, I think I found the toughest, meanest that they are out there; I can show you where they are, and in exchange, I get some herbs I need for some dishes, sounds good? Think about it!"

While Nemona didn't really want to get involved with team star, and wondered if there was something else going on with Arven; she realizes all of these challenges feel like what Clavell was telling her this morning, "find your own challenge."

She decides, however, she could get more out of this.

So, she declares to Cassiopeia and Penny, that if they want her help, they will need to work to become her rival.

She will help with a squad or a titan if they can defeat each time, to make things fair, she will start a new team, and go slowly on them. (After all, she wants a challenge, and being able to one shot everything from the beginning isn't one.)

Arven accepts, annoyed, but at least this guarantees he will be prepared for the titans. Cassiopeia says she will sent someone in her behalf, and look at that is Penny.

Maybe Penny and Arven start taking on the gyms to make sure they are strong enough (imagine Penny either has a weaker team, or the gym leaders actually scale this time around.) It would be funnier that since Nemona battles team before a Titan or a Star Base, it takes a moment for them to realize they are doing this for the same reason.

Wonder what types of adventures this could bring.
