🎀Total Life Reset🎀
Hello Loves!
So I've been sick for about a week now, and I've taken this time to take a step back and reevaluate my life's current trajectory. And I don't like what I'm seeing!!!
My goal has always been to live a healthy balanced life; particularly balanced between a Comfort mindset and a Growth mindset. However, my personality type, (And maybe a bit of my mental illness) causes me to take things too far to the extreme. I actually deleted my previous blog because I took it too far on the growth side of the coin, and was driving myself absolutely crazy by not seeing results fast enough.. But unfortunately, in the past year or so I have gone completely in the opposite direction, and have been stewing where I am comfortable.
Here are the steps I plan on taking to attempt to regain balance in my life:
Routines
Morning Routine:
Wake up before 6am
Wash Face and Brush Teeth
Morning stretches or workout
Shower
Skincare / SPF / Make-Up
Breakfast / Greens / Supplements
Night Routine:
Night time Movement (exercise, walk, stretches)
Dinner / Greens/ Spplements
Remove Make-Up / Shower / Skincare / Haircare
Brush Teeth / Floss / Whiten
Meditation
Read a Self Improvement book
Sleep
Continue my current cleaning routine as it's working for me for now.
Develop a better weekly and monthly Self-Maintenance routine after doing some more research.
Therapy
Now that I have insurance again, I need to restart my therapy and psychiatry journey.
Hobbies
Reading is a good healthy hobby, AS LONG AS IT'S IN MODERATION. Just because I can read 3 books in one day, doesn't mean that's a healthy thing to do. I need to prioritize my well-being.
I need to find a hobby that involves movement. I'll utilize ClassPass to take new classes until I find something I enjoy.
Work
I need to maintain a healthy work-life balance while maintaining a priority on the career I'm manifesting instead of the career I have.
