what i think the 141 + vaqueros, könig eat for breakfast
price 🥃: a cigar. sits outside on the small balcony outside his flat, taking drags from his lit cigar before having another. maybe, he'll make some bacon, usually something salty and bitter.
soap 🧼: scrambled eggs on toast. i don't know why, but he probably does. catch him burning the toast and getting pissed off, angrily eating it. he'll have some orange juice or a lucozade with it. definitely drinks a lot of energy and carbonated drinks.
ghost 💀: everyone knows it, he has a cigarette and some tea. sugary tea. true believer he drinks tea with 2-3tsp of sugar and some milk, it's only one cup — till it's not and he's drinking his third today... opens his window and stands by it while watching people walk in the streets. definitely lives in a flat/apartment, finds it comforting knowing there's people around, and appreciates the sounds of cars driving past.
gaz 🧢: either eats something healthy, or something super unhealthy. like, açai bowl or nutella on a toast. definitely likes bananas, mangos and strawberries. or maybe he'll have a smoothie or something, otherwise he's eating peanut butter and chocolate on a sandwich...
alejandro: savoury breakfast bowl and dark coffee. probably doesn't enjoy sweet stuff very often, but loves stuff salty and bitter, especially black coffee. he won't admit that it tastes bad, drinks multiple cups a day and feels energised. doesn't understand the people thet eat chocolate cereal.
rudy: greek yogurt, i'm not sure why, but maybe something with strawberries in it — something alejandro would gag at. also enjoys dark coffee and will gladly drink it, just not as religiously as ale. rodolfo adores yogurt and fruit.
könig: something salty and a home dish. i done some research, and couldn't find a lot but i saw tiroler gröstl on a list and i think it might be something he'd enjoy. i can definitely see könig enjoying salty/savoury food more than sweet, although he does enjoy it a lot. he likes potato, bacon, onion and eggs and would eat it every now and then he can while on leave... probably enjoys eating leftovers from dinner or a takeaway.

Regulus likes strawberry ice cream (or mint, like a freak) ICE CREAM SANDWHICHES!! Usually eats in a cone or a cup
Remus likes chocolate or cookies and cream ice cream. He eats straight out of the tub
Sirius likes vanilla with toppings(gummy bears! Sprinkles! Chocolate syrup!) He also likes ice cream w/peanut butter. Bowl cuz of all the toppings!
Lily likes banana splits ( with pineapple and strawberries and all the messiness 🤤) bowl cuz how u gonna eat a nana split in a cone? Exactly.
Pandora likes strawberry or Napoleon! Strawberry in a cone and Napoleon in a bowl! No specific reason why, she just likes it that way
James...James is an ice cream monster. He likes all of them and makes a mountain of scoops. Chocolate, cookies and cream, sherbet, vanilla, strawberry and it's always falling over. If he likes it a scoop will be added to his bowl/cone. His cone never survived so he has to put it in a cup/bowl mostly if he wants a bunch of flavors. On days he puts a few flavors he uses a cone tho!
Peter likes sherbet or vanilla! In a cup. Oh he loves drumsticks too!
Evan likes coffee tasting ones, like with layers! Or bubblegum cuz he's nasty! He eats it out of the tub ofc! Gelato.
Barty likes mint. But! He redeems himself, he likes those ice cream with chunks in it. Like waffle cone chunks, brownie chunks, cookie dough chunks! He also eats out of the tub bc who even serves it in a bowl.
Dorcas is a frozen yogurt girl IDK. She likes black cherry or raspberry! And in a cup ofc. She likes coffee ones as well!
Marlene eats twix ice cream bars or Luigi's shaved ice!
Mary loves the birthday cake one. I don't make the rules, she's obsessed. She likes ice cream cake too! Chocolate mostly Cheesecake ice cream.
Can you guess who I am in this?

healthy foods and recipes that i use on a daily basis(>•<)💭🍣
these r just some recipes for foods that i eat every single day, and they r healthy and easy to make. they r also great if u have a busy lifestyle bcuz they're super easy and quick to make <3
remember to eat yummy food that fuels u 💗
Tumblr media
SALADS -
carrot salad - carrots! carrots r an amazing source of vitamin A and isn't only beneficial for ur skin, but also ur eyesight, and ur immune system; for the recipe i'd wash a carrot and shave it, then add one cap of apple cider vinegar and olive oil, with salt and pepper and i'll eat that as a side dish along with my meal
cucumber salad - cucumbers r also an amazing source of hydration and is great for ur skin. just slice a couple cucumbers and add olive oil, salt, pepper, and chili flakes
meditteranean salad - dice cucumbers, tomatoes, red onion, and make a vinaigrette using lemon, olive oil, and salt and pepper and add those all together with some basil for a hydrating delicious salad
SNACKS -
pan con tómate - its simply toasted bread with oil, grated tomatoes, garlic, salt and pepper
apple slices and peanut butter
frozen grapes with lime juice on top
literally any assortment of veggies with lime juice and salt
sliced fruit bowls with lemon juice
DINNERS -
how i make tofu - so i always use firm tofu and i'll dry it with a paper towel just to make sure that its dry (make sure to drain the excess water) and on a separate plate i'd add some flour, and seasonings of my choice. then coat the tofu in the flour and put it on a hot pan (approximately 5 min per side of tofu) or until its crispy, and then i'll make a sauce, usually with soy sauce, ginger and honey.
cucumber sushi - i'd wash and shave cucumbers, then take the shavings and lay them out as though it was wrapping paper (if that makes sense) then dry it with a paper towel so that the ingredients can stick onto it. then i'd fill it with sticky rice, sauces, tuna sometimes, or literally anything u wanna fill it with and then roll it up like u would do with sushi and cut it into pieces.
SANDWICHES -
sandwich one - take a hard boiled egg and break it down in a bowl, and add some mayo and mustard (trust) to create a paste like mixture. spread all that onto some bread. then add some lettuce, tomato, and cucumber.
BREAKFASTS -
overnight oats - in a container, add some oats, greek yogurt, chia seeds, honey, fruits of choice (i often use strawberries or blueberries) and almond milk and then shake that up and let it stay in the fridge overnight for an easy breakfast in the morning.
chia seed pudding - add three tablespoons of chia seeds into a container, half a cup of almond milk, one teaspoon of vanilla extract, and some honey (add coco powder if u like chocolate) and then put that in the fridge overnight.

For my warmup and cool down I did some at home yoga.
10 MIN STANDING YOGA STRETCH | Yoga Without Mat | Yoga with Uliana (youtube.com)
10 Minute Yoga For Beginners ( EASY Morning Stretches ) (youtube.com)
For breakfast I had a yogurt with dark chocolate chips in it and a hot cup of chai tea. For a snack I had an orange and diet cranberry juice and a few left-over Christmas cookies. For lunch I am having lentil soup with a rice cake with peanut butter and bananas. And for dinner I am having pasta with a salad. 😊
I also cleaned my house. I will finish a scholarship application today, read a few chapters from my book, and work on my upcoming conference presentation.

Please be careful when preparing some of these on your own! Some things involve heat or cutting, so please make sure you're big *enough* to properly handle what's needed, I don't want anybaby getting hurt!
Popcorn- be careful with the microwave or stove!
Cereal- be careful pouring kiddo!
"Ants on a Log"- celery or carrot sticks with peanut butter(a very delicious log), with raisins or chocolate chips across the top (those are the ants!)
Parfait - yogurt with granola, fruit peices (be careful if you need to cut them up!), granola, and any other yummy adds like chocolate or banana chips
Rice Krispy treats - if you don't want them prepackaged, you can buy a box of any type of crispy rice cereal, a stick of butter, and a bag of marshmallows (or two, if you're like my angel and eat them all before you can use them!). Be careful melting the butter with the marshmallow, and please let it cool down in the fridge for at least an hour before you enjoy your snack!
Penutbutter and jelly / fluff - please be super careful with any knives you use!
Mini bagles- watch out for the hot toaster / oven please! Use oven mits if you need to!!
Pizza rolls - be careful with the oven lil one!
Toast with fruit - please be careful using toaster/oven and knives!!
Waffles - please watch out for the hot toaster/oven buddy!
Oatmeal- you can make this in the microwave or on the stove, make sure you handle it carefully and blow blow blow before you take your first bite
Apple slices and peanut butter- be careful with the knife lil one!
Cookie dough - PLEASE DO NOT USE RAW EGGS OR FLOUR!!! There are tons of edible raw cookie dough recipes online, but please please pleaaaase do not eat raw flower or eggs, it can cause some serious tummy issues! Please be careful kiddo!
Cinnamon toast - I like to make my own cinnamon sugar, with a mix of half ground cinnamon and half white sugar! You can also buy pre-mixed cinnamon sugar, or make it with whatever the right cinnamon-sugar ratio for you is! Be careful of the oven/toaster and any knives used!
Please remember to be super duper careful if you're making snacks, and feel free to reblog with more easy ideas for kiddos who don't have a CG around to help out!
You deserve to be happy and healthy kiddos, please remember food is a friend and snacks are important to keep your energy up. These are (mostly) healthy and kid safe snacks, and I hope you get to enjoy these easy little foods sometime soon!

Tf2 frozen yogurt audacity scale
Spy 1/10
He eats like a gentleman. No toppings, no mixing, no creativity.
He gets a single cup of a single flavor like pomegranate or coffee and eats it. Then he throws his cup and spoon away.
He doesn’t even like frozen yogurt that much.
The only reason he’s not a zero is because he tries several different flavors. Never stuff like birthday cake or cotton candy, though.
Pauling 2/10
Girl just wants some fro yo. She deserves it too.
She’s nice to the workers and polite and happy when eating.
She likes plain vanilla but with lots of fun toppings. She tries out different topping combinations each time. She’s careful to keep it balanced so she can still taste the yogurt, though.
Sometimes, when she’s getting it by herself, she makes faces with the toppings.
Heavy 3/10
Very similarly to Miss Pauling, he’s nice and also happy to be here.
He likes getting flavors with chocolate in them like cookies and cream or just plain chocolate. He doesn’t usually get toppings but prefers the fresh ones over the candies when he does.
He’s got more of a savory tooth than a sweet one.
The uptick in points is because he has and will destroy people in an eating contest if challenged. Scout was dumb enough to do this once. Scout had a stomach ache for a week and a very broken pride.
Scout 5/10
Eats exclusively carnival flavors like birthday cake and cotton candy. Often gets several flavors and stirring them into some marshmallow-y mixture.
He usually just gets plain rainbow sprinkles as a topping. He’s here for the ice cream, not the toppings.
You’d think he’d be higher on the list but honestly most of his audacity comes from his attitude, not his order.
That being said, he is very much his usual self while out eating. Zero manners. He talks with his mouthful and he talks a lot. Pastel spots end up everywhere and his shirt always gets stained, no mater how hard he tries. Even when he’s consciously being careful trying to prove a point to spy, somehow something ends up on him.
He also will get multiple cups.
Demoman 6/10
His usual is pistachio, coconut, or lime.
He douses it with alcohol. You know what “two shots of vodka” vine? That’s him with his fro yo.
He stirs it until it’s a liquid and chugs it rather than eating it with a spoon.
All together, it’s a pretty ordinary and good confection. If he weren’t making it right there in the middle of the restaurant + doing it every single time there’d be nothing audacious about it.
Soldier 6/10
Blueberry, strawberry, and vanilla. Every. Single. Time. He has not eaten any other flavor of frozen yogurt in his life.
Demo tried to get him to try coconut or pomegranate (to keep the red/white/blue) but he absolutely refused.
He gets white sprinkles on top as well.
On occasion, he eats his cup. (This accounts for about 80% of his grade.)
Sniper 7/10
He just likes fruit. He gets every flavor of fruit and eats them all separately as he can, no mixing. He gets fruit toppings on the side.
The reason he’s so high on the list? He takes a spoonful and dips it into coffee before eating it. He doesn’t get coffee flavor; he brings his own cup of actual coffee and dips a single spoonful of a single fruit flavor into it before putting it into his mouth.
Points off because this man eats like a shadow. He is the quietest most inconspicuous eater in the world. Not exactly because he’s polite, just because he’s used to keeping himself unnoticed.
Engineer 9/10
He only gets one or two flavors, usually something along the lines of peanut butter and/or caramel.
His costs over double the amount of everyone else’s once it’s weighed.
He builds a castle of frozen yogurt in his cup. He is putting actual architectural math into his creation. It’s gotten ridiculous. Like, several feet tall ridiculous.
He then stacks hard toppings on top of his mountain to make it even taller. It isn’t even wobbly. It’s a structural masterpiece.
He never finishes. He doesn’t need or want that much, he just thinks it’s fun to see how much he can fit inside one cup.
Pyro 10/10
Contrast to Engie, Pyro’s costs half as much as everyone else’s just from how much of their cup is full of toppings. It’s so light.
They’ve got everything. Every version of sprinkles, chocolate, boba, whipped cream, candy, and marshmallow. Every offered sauce and syrup. It’s not frozen yogurt so much as it is sugary soup with a tiny dollop of yogurt on the bottom.
What flavor they get—if they get any yogurt at all—doesn’t even matter. It’s been drowned beyond recognition.
The kicker? They eat it hot, often times burnt, heating it up themself with their torch. IF they even eat it at all. Sometimes they get carried away and are happy focusing on the fire. The employees are too scared to kick them out despite (and because of) the open flames.
Medic 12/10
This man is a monster.
His cup is filled with flavors that should never go together. His cup is full of flavors they don’t even serve. Nobody knows how he gets them.
His concoction smells like scented hand sanitizer.
He delightfully eats the whole thing pleasant and polite scoop by pleasant and polite scoop as if it were an ordinary cup of frozen yogurt and not something that could be used in chemical warfare.
He likes to sprinkles a bit of peanuts on top. If Archimedes is with him he’ll get a small side of them for him.

Hello! Do you mind sharing the edible cookie dough recipe you tried ? I've been trying to find it on IG but I trust you more than the 500 random videos I've seen.
yeah doesnt help that they implemented the new "ask meta ai!" shit instead of a proper search
this was the video that kept showing up in my feed in fb AND insta. I did see the original vid too but ignored it because fitness bullshit but I stumbled across enough of Liams videos to think hes pretty decent and transparent.
I did not follow that recipe because I hate almond flour and also peanut butter. I used oat flour instead and vanilla protein powder and nestle mini chocolate chips. I tried the m&ms and it was awful do not recommend tbh even if it WAS that our m&ms were Bad the acid in the yogurt melted the dye off the m&ms and made the mixture soooo gross looking (and if you can taste the dye like i can then its also a bad time!)
I also made a batch this morning without any sugar at all and found i dont need it so will be leaving it out in the future. Oh i had been using brown sugar which i think gave it more of that cookie dough flavor than maple syrup or honey would.
I don't pay too much attention to measurements, I go by consistency, but roughly I use
2 cups of old fashioned oats (i use bobs red mill gluten free oats)
2 scoops of vanilla milkshake protein powder (i honestly just grabbed the smallest container my grocer had, but recently bought the quest brand and will try that next time)
fage greek yogurt, plain, 5% fat (because fuller fat yogurt tastes better! fight me! I'm not doing this for ~healthy~ uwu im doing this for Please Get Protein In Your Body I Beg), this is where I eyeball it. I add more yogurt if it's too thick, a large spoonful at a time.
I put the oats and protein in a food processor, and then add the yogurt, but if you use preground alt flour you can jhst use a bowl. I recommend adding everything a little at a time into whatever is thickest (so if you use peanut butter, add yogurt to that, and then the flour and protein).
Also a friend tried this with regular flour and a non whey based protein and a non dairy yogurt and was. Non enthused. I'm sure if you play around with the flavors YOU like you can find something but I don't think this can be made dairy free tbh but I also tried every DF yogurt I could find and they were all disgusting. So. (also ifnyou use regular flour pls bake it first. but tbh i dont really recommend it bc raw wheat flour just. doesnt add the same flavor oat or nut flours do.)
I'm also curious about using chocolate protein powder and nutella I think that'd taste gr8. Outside if the absurd cost of protein powder, this really is a good base recipe to use if you wanna try messing around with recipes you find online. People may give me flack for drastically changing this recipe but pls I based it off my moms oatmeal cookies all it was missing was coconut flakes lol

hi acti. i just read the answer to your last ask and was wondering what brand of protein powder you're using? my protein levels were a bit low the last time i had a blood test so i'm thinking of starting to use a protein powder regularly but i'm not really sure what to look out for. do you or any followers have any advice on how to choose a good plant based protein powder?
I use Protein Works, which is 25g per scoop. The chocolate and vanilla are both really nice but I’d recommend using a blender and experimenting with water volume to get your desired thickness. It is quite sweet, so I like to balance it out with oats and seeds. I have the vanilla one in my morning shake. Sometimes I have half a scoop of the chocolate one in a glass of soy milk in the evenings as well, if I’ve not had much protein or I’ve done a lot of exercise that day.
There are cheaper options but I go for that one because the protein is derived from a good balance of different sources, which makes it more nutritious. It has pea, soy, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds and brown rice. I use one scoop in my morning shake, mixed with half a cup of oats, 1tbsp of peanut butter, a banana and 1tsp of chia seeds. That’s about 35g by itself which is far more than you’d get from a typical breakfast, you can leave it overnight in the fridge so it’s very convenient, and it tastes really good.
If you’re looking for protein bars, Misfits are really nice, 15g each but are expensive, much cheaper if you buy 12 pack online but still not cheap. I just keep a box in the cupboard for occasions when I know I’ll be out all day and can’t control my food so much. Trek do protein oat bars which are much cheaper but also less protein (8g). I tend to go for those for more regular use but you could make your own in batches too, they don’t take long and last about a week in the fridge.
Huel is also really good as a meal replacement shake, a single serving (2 scoops) of the Black Edition is 40g, which research suggests is about as much as we can digest in one meal. It’s also only 400 calories for two scoops if you’re trying to maintain a deficit. Again, it’ll keep in the fridge overnight or at room temperature for a few hours, so it’s a great work/school lunch option.
You can supplement your intake with high protein snacks too like air fried chickpeas, nuts, Greek yogurt (there are a few oat/soy options) and hummus. If you’re not doing a lot of weightlifting or cardio you won’t need to incorporate even half of these options, but protein powder/bars are very easy ways to up your intake without changing your regular meals. Even just consciously making sure you are working protein into your meals and snacks will go a long way to upping your intake.

genuine question what does whipping cream taste like? i see a lot of ppl talking ab chugging it but i cant imagine it tastes good. unless it does? im assuming it tastes like milk but thicker and i hate milk, so maybe im just biased
I'm not sure tbh, I've never drank it straight. The closest I've gotten to that was when I made hot cocoa using it, i think it tasted closer to butter than milk. Similarly, it's a great note when mixed into things, but you would never want to eat butter straight (well... folks on here might xD).
I've found that I handle it best when it's at a 1:4 ratio with whatever I'm making. In my recent shake chug, I used 1 cup of HC in the 4 cups of shake. At that ratio, it made it taste a lot like ice cream, or an actual milkshake. My full recipe is as follows:
1 cup Heavy Cream, 1/4 Cup Peanut Butter, 1 hefty handful of frozen strawberries (you can are more for desired consistency), 2/3 to 1 cup Cabot triple cream vanilla bean greek yogurt (or similar yogurt that tastes ridiculously sweet), a good squeeze of chocolate syrup, milk to the 4 cups line.
I used this recipe, without the Heavy Cream, to first get into the shake-scene, increasing the PB to ~1/2 cup and adding a banana. This sort of guideline is a tasty base for anyone getting into chugging, and if using Heavy Cream, is a good ratio to get a high calorie punch without feeling sick afterwards.
