vitamins & supplements i take as someone with a restrictive ed
i find that eating less and putting my body through certain stress affects a lot of mental and physical factors —like hair loss and brain fog— and studies show its usually because of vitamin deficiencies…
so this is what vitamins i take daily to make everyday life a little easier and to keep up with my health :)
morning/first meal of the day
vitamin C: immune system + skin elasticity
collagen: skin elasticity + hair + nails + muscle mass
biotin: self care^ + nervous system (only a few times a week because i find it causes my pores to grow larger if taken too frequently)
vitamin B complex: cell health + energy levels + digestion & appetite + brain function
vitamin D3: bone and muscle health + immune system
iron: red blood & cell health + energy levels + brain function
omega-3: brain function + cancer & other disease prevention
evening/before bed
magnesium: improved sleep + mood + energy levels
taking vitamins wont counteract or necessarily fix any serious damage being done to one’s body, but it is still very important to keep maintenance with one’s bodily needs!

In case you want to binge, here’s what I did today. I bought a chocolate cake because chocolate cake is my favorite, ready to eat it all by myself because I didn’t eat anything yesterday and the day before yesterday, and I counted the calories. Then I took two more bites and I realized that my favorite cake isn’t even that good. And the icing was literally quite disgusting. But I kept eating because I simply couldn’t stop at that point. And then I ate all of the cake and of course it wasn’t even good, so it wasn’t worth the 1700 cal that I wasted on it. This is your sign to not eat that cake or those chips you’ve been dreaming about because once you taste them you’ll only sense shame and guilt, and it’s not worth it ❤️‍🩹
P. S. Also, my stomach hurts like a bitch rn 💔

I am determined to lose as much weight as possible for when I host a Halloween party at the end of October.
this means that I have some new rules.
☁️my rules☁️
when a meal has been cooked for you, bring it to your room and put in plastic bags. later dispose.
if placed in a situation to buy food (eg. lunch time) buy a drink.
always take the stairs or walk.
if you must eat, make it under 200cal.
move as much as you can every day.
use the waiting as time for video games, studying, drawing and watching tr1g3ring content
ALWAYS be preoccupied.
go on walks to listen to music; dance in your room if its raining.
never eat alone.
