low cal meals/snacks <3
cheese egg roll about 46cals each:]
ingredients- 1 egg white 18 cals , half a dairylea cheese slice 28 cal and any seasoning u would like to add i preferer salt , paprika , thyme and pepper on mine ,
how to make , put eggwhite on plate and salt (salt is optional ) mix egg till slightly fluffy on top then put in microwave for about 15 seconds check if the egg is cooked do that till it is cooked just before its fully cooked use something to get egg off plate so it dosent stick tho , then when u have done that add ur chesse rip it up and place around the the egg white evenly add sesoning then put back in microwave for another 5-10 seconds then roll it up so the chess in on the inside add salt if u want and seasoning on top then enjoy

1/4 cantaloupe
i also had iced tea with about 1/2 tbsp honey this morning. I don’t feel guilty cuz I had already decided to eat that. Today is going well!

Quick "Crab & Cucumber Toast" Recipe (130 cal, 1 serving)
Transcription: [Lunch: 1 slice Rye toast (80 cal), 1/2 tbsp. Dill dip (28), 5 slices cucumber (>5) , 1 crab stick (20 cal); total= roughly 130 cal]
Directions:
-Lightly toast rye bread
-peel crab stick into thin strips (save red strips for later)
-spread dill dip (Marzetti) onto toast
-place crab stick (Seafood Snackers) strips
-slice and place cucumbers
-optional, layer more dill dip on cucumber
-add final red layers of crab stick (Seafood Snackers)

Night 1: I'm craving ramen, so so badly. It's really not good for me but I want my stomach to feel full. Water isn't going down well and I'm scared that I'm not being myself. That I'm being lazy. My body feels off. But it low-key feels
Good.
The hunger it's there. It feels like a burning sensation. My stomach feels sore, I can hear my body asking for something, anything. I can just hear my stomach gargling, asking to digest something solid. The idea of being empty makes my body scrunch up with annoyance. I've done this before. I've been here before. Only this time, I will succeed.

4-Ingredient Blueberry Mousse - 82kcal/2g protein

Servings: 2 - 82kcal/2g protein per serving
170 g frozen blueberries
1 tablespoon caster sugar/granulated sugar
1 large egg white (approx. 40g)
50 ml whipped cream optional
Add frozen blueberries to a food processor and blend a rough puree. Add sugar and pulse to combine. 
Add the egg white and blitz again until the mixture is smooth and fluffy. It will take about 2-3 minutes and the mixture will at least double in volume. You may want to stop the processor once in a while and scrape the sides down if the puree is sticking to the sides. 
Spoon the mousse into glasses. You can layer it with some whipped cream if you wish. Serve immediately before the blueberries start to melt release too much water.

I am once again pissed at diet culture. I just watched three tiktoks in a row. how to cook dairyfree. How to meal prep without carbs. How to make healthy snacks without sugar. I keep getting (and stupidly clicking on) those articles that are like "ten things you shouldn't eat if you want to lose weight" and "why xy foods are bad for you" and wouldn't you know it last week i got recommendated articles that said those specific foods were super healthy and great for weight loss and now i should "never eat" them?? Is there any food we're still allowed to eat without being made to feel guilty?

ok so I tried to kms in November and I went to the psych ward for a while (like two months) and I stopped counting calls while there and I gained weight. I was at 116 and I went up to 128 and not I’m at 130 so I’m getting back on here (also gonna be on twt cuz they’re better at meanspo) and I want to lose everything. My go is 105 and my ugw is 95. I’m 5’8 btw. My biggest issue is binging in the middle of the night so I’m probably gonna post lots of meanspo. Also I’m not gonna count cals for now cuz if I make myself something that’s 200 cals I’ll eat the whole thing but if I make something tiny but untracked I can feel full after a few bites so yea. Gonna make another post later about all the details!
