As the new year comes around everyone’s setting goals, but not all of them will achieve them. Some stay consistent and some forget them. I’m sure everyone wants to reach their goals, as I do to and I’ll show you how.
- INSPO
I personally love taking characters from my fav movies and shows and make them my reality. Such as having Blair’s confidence and brains like hermoine granger. It makes things easy to romanticise and to enjoy.
- VISION BOARD
Having a vision board of everything you want to do the next year let’s you bring in ideas and new energy. Making a vision board helps manifest it into your reality to. Look at the board when you wake up or before you go to sleep, imagine what it’s like when you live your dream life.
- LIVE IN THE FUTURE
Imagine what it would be like if you were the best version of yourself, you are the it- girl now. Think and start remembering what it would be like in the future when you reach your goals, keep that as your motivation.
- SET YOUR GOALS
This brings time to my next point wich is writing down achievable goals. You cant write goals wich take a couple years to get through and expect them to tick them off the next day. Write reasonable goals to get you going. Here’s a list of my goals to help you with yours.

- remove fake friends from my life
- academic validation and pass my exams

Reading
-Rory always has a book on her wherever she goes, in the park, before bed, in a bus she always has one. Reading is also beneficial and fun to read.
Asking for help
- Whenever I’m doubt the only way to fix it is asking for help. Rory is never afraid to ask her teachers or anyone for help. Always ask a friend or a teacher for help
Schedule
- Rory always sticks to her plans and knows what she has to do. Making a schedule for the day helps you keep focused and reminds you of what to do. Create your days ahead for less stress.
Notes
- Rory always has her notes done and is constantly writing them when needed. Writing notes helps loads when it comes to studying, start practicing to write notes in classes.
Atmosphere
- Rory is always dressed in comfy clothes with a warm atmosphere, she’s always got a nice atmosphere around her while she study’s. Get comfy, have a candel lit if wished. Make sure your table is clean to create a nice environment
Sticking to your goal
- Rory always has her goals and always stuck to them no matter what. This helped her through her first year at Chilton. Be bright and do not let your obstacles bring you down.

Lucky girl syndrome
In todays world we’ve always been told that luck only comes from time to time and never a permanent thing. Having lucky girl syndrome is basically being lucky all the time.It does sound a bit crazy but guys THIS CAN BE YOU.
The way you achieve this is from your head and your thoughts. Lucky girl syndrome is believing that everything will work out in your favour. In your head your not going to speak about negative things such as β€œthis will never happen to me” or β€œI’m going to fail”. Thinking these negative affirmations in your head will become your reality.
Being lucky is taking risks that you may never take before. If you take a risk you are automatically 100 times more likely to achieve your goals then not even trying. Replacing your thoughts with affirmations such as, β€œif it comes to me it was meant for me” or β€œI will achieve my goals”.
Let’s start with an example. Let’s say you really want to become a model. As for someone who doesn’t believe they can become one, will never be one. As for someone who takes the risks and believe they can will actually be lucky enough to actually become a model.
Another quick thing to add is visualising or using affirmations. Make a vision board on how you would like to be in the future and stick it somewhere you can see it. Also in a calm space, visualise your future and what you have. Repeating affirmations such as the ones down below are also great help.

Hii so sorry it’s been a while but I am bacck and this is my routine to my β€œWorking, That- Girl routine”.
1- Waking up, when I wake up I fix my bed and do a few stretches before heading to the bathroom. Please make sure you get enough sleep and get up early to the things you enjoy!
2- Health, eating a healthy diet is very important as we all know! Learning what your body needs and eating to what you need, and remember to balance things out! No need to eat greens 24/7, have a sweet once a while and listen to what your body needs to avoid binging.
3- Clean space, Clean space = clean mind. Change your sheets every 2 weeks. Clean your room every week. Your desk space can be neat and tidy, whatever it is make sure your area is clean.
4- Skincare, taking care of your skin is very important to avoid break outs and further problems, find out your skin type and work from there! A cleanser, serum and moisturiser is the most important parts of my skincare routine. It is different for everyone of course.
5- Bodycare, this needs to be said more taking care of your body is just as important as skin! A scrub, Body wash, body creams and a mist that come in the same scent make the scent last longer and have you smelling AMAZING. This is my routine.
1- Loofah
2- scrub
3- shave
4- body wash with my desired scent.
5- body lotion
6- Moving your body, to avoid body problems, muscle pain and weight gain. Moving it is a must. This can be placed anywhere in your routine, whenever you time. Running, a workout, the gym, pilates or a sport are great ways to do so.
7- Mindset, you can never be that girl without the mindset of one. Realise who you are and what you wanna be because after all it is your life, do what makes you feel best. You can also check out this page.
8- Yourself, find your sense of style, new hair, makeup routine that suits you best! There are so many combinations so find one that will make you look the best and fit you, for who you are!
9- Surround yourself with good people. By doing this you will gain positive energy from your friends and you’ll feel great! Don’t bother spending time with people who make you feel miserable, you deserve to live your best life. It takes time but trust me it’s so worth it.
10- A night time routine. For both your morning and night do not use your phone during these times. The night is the time to shut off and get into your snooze zone. Meditation, journaling and reading are things I recommend doing during these times.
Hope this helped anyone who’s wanting a that- girl routine. Remember everyone’s is different and the point is for this routine is to be productive and be you!

Why care?
β€œIs she talking behind my back? what if she talks about me to that one girl, she's staring at my eyebrows!!!”
Really? that's not how we are gonna be this year and that's not gonna help you in any way and it's just gonna make you way more self-conscious. I mean it when I say your school life is way too short to care.
I myself have also had this thought, but I had to get rid of them.
β€œOk but like HOW”
It's all about the mind let me tell you.

β™‘ The way you view yourself, and the way other people view you will start from the mind. And I'm not saying β€œYou should actually try and be pretty inside and out” for people to stop judging you, no. The beauty from the inside actually does matter the most. As long as you are nice to everyone that’s all that matters. But what everyone needs is confidence.
Maybe that person wasn't even talking about you. And if they were, so what? You're never even going to see them in a few years’ time. They aren't going to keep holding on to that one bad thing they noticed about you. People have other things to do than think about that, and if people actually do bother to even think about you then boo them they're obsessed with you.
β™‘ I'm like 1000% sure they don't even like themselves if they talk about you so much, they’re literally obsessed like hello, you have fans. Yep FANS of course people who have fans spend a nice time of the day looking, thinking and talking about them. Even their haters, think, look and talk about them on Twitter saying how much they hate them. Well like they're still getting paid after someone bashed them trust me, I would care more about the money than the hate.
If anyone ever gives you the looks or even does say something bad about you. Don't even watch them or look at them. They wanna play a game, well so can you. Pretend you don't notice them at all!
β™‘ Literally one of my fav things to do, I can't go looking at everyone I only look and talk to the people who actually care. And good for them if they're taking a good portion of their day talking about me, they are my obsessed fans after all. #Fanbehaviour.

have a really good friend to chat with, you won't even notice your hater is there
Keep in mind you are instantly better than them
Remind yourself you are beautiful, like I mean it, start reminding yourself that.
Taka care of yourself. Both mentally and physically, not for them of course but for you.
Ego: Remember from this blog how I told you guys you should have an ego? Well, bring them out!!! you are that ego you named and I'm sure that ego is confident
This is something that helps me and can maybe help you. Academic validation. You're in school to learn anyway, get your grades up, make that teacher tell you that you are the smartest person, and get a sticker or an award from them. Trust me once you get that compliment, nothing will stop you. Like today I got 2 stickers from the two subjects that matter the most, yeah I will be walking around the school and showing them off. My haters will 100% be jealous. Plus it gets you smarter and your grades up. Win-win right?─────────────────────
β™‘ Trust me, only ugly girls talk unreasonable shit. So there is absolutely no reason to care and be self-conscious.

Make jealousy your motivation

β™‘ I’m not sure where I saw this but I did see someone say to make their jealousy and anger their motivation. Now I was like β€œWhy would you wanna do that”, but when I saw how, it was definitely motivation.
We all tend to be jealous of people because of something they may have. Then we get mad because we want the same things they want, and it continuously stays in your head for a while and so on.

For example (imagine this)
Your in class and this girl walks in, she has the perfect body, your dream body. She walks so effortlessly and has everyone turning heads. You don’t even realise your staring at her, she has it all! The flat stomach the slim arms. β€œYou have really nice arms!” Someone compliments her. Suddenly you come back to reality, you don’t have what she has. Your suddenly mad and jealous of her body, because you want that to.
Now this is the trick
β™‘ You go home and decide that you wanna have all that to, your kind of mad and ready to take on anything it takes. (Don’t over do this though). You do you own research on it, find new workouts. Your all set and it drives your dream, you don’t stop until you have what you want and whatever else that you may not have.

Here is another example for you to get the idea.
You are in class (wich ever class you prefer) and the teacher is handing out everyone’s tests. All your friends are giving each other high-fives to one another. You look at yours and oh, 40%?
The teacher is calling out the top three grades and their names and yours isn’t called.
β™‘ Reminder you do have another test coming up in a few weeks. You study as hard as you can, take breaks, memorised everything. And you feel confident for the first time!
And best of all you got the highest grade in class!

β™‘ See. You get jealous and angry and it drives it to your success. Someone who’s jealous will get what they want than someone who doesn’t care as much.
β™‘ I personally actually find this so useful because it’s not gonna be fun standing there mad, like might as well get what I want to. I believe anyone can do this, but remember it’s gonna take time.

β™‘ You wanna be that-girl? Well it starts of with you

β™‘ I have heard a ton of people not knowing where to start so here is a guide on how to start yourself. Being that girl means loving yourself, and being the best version of yourself in a way that you love. Whether that's being aesthetic, fit, or even love. It means different to everyone but really overall, it's being the best version of yourself.
We all have an ideal version of ourselves, which can mean exercising and losing/gaining weight. Having a glow-up, gaining money or popularity. The main thing is starting to get what you want.
β™‘ If you don't start now then when will you start? You have had this idealised version in your head and you wanna be her, well you can.

β™‘ Knowing what you want + alter ego
You have to know what your ideal version wants. Do they eat healthier? Do they have a set timetable? Are they smart and study?.
After knowing all the things you want, what are you going to do to achieve them. Are they going to pack their lunches and plan their meals? How is their routine designed? how are you going to get yourself there.
β™‘ Yes knowing what you want but acting plays a pretty big role. The way you act is seen by other people and those who are around you. For example you’re going to an event and you’re really scared, you don’t know anyone ect ect. How would Β you’re ideal version do in that situation. They would walk in the room with confidence, with a smile on their face, they greet people and are approachable. You have to start acting like this in order to become her. Make an alter ego, give them a name if you want. And your going to act exactly like them

2. β™‘ Habits.
β™‘ You are changing yourself to become the it-girl of your dreams, its time to change things around. Yes changing things around is stepping out of your comfort zone, but you have to step out to become comfortable because if you dont, then when? Staying in your comfort zone is obviously the easy way of life, but I learnt there isn’t a easy way. Success isn’t meant to be a easy path, it’s not a comfortable procedure.
That could mean waking up earlier, trying new things, finding a new routine, studying for extra hours. Do whatever it is to get you to your goal and make sure your confortable with the big change.
There are new things that you are going to change but its going to be worth it, you will steps closer to becoming your alter-ego.

β™‘ To summarise. That-girl mindset starts of with you. You’re going to know what you want and get what you want, make an alter-ego and start acting like them. Changing habits and stepping out of your comfort zone is a big thing but its going to be better once you do.

β™‘ Another few reasons I have made this routine is so I can feel accomplished like I completed something great, As I have said this is relaxing too! It keeps stress levels down and improves my mental health and anxiety. It takes control of my day and keeps me on the right track.
I 100% recommend this if you live a busy life or even just to tick things off!
I know this was short and school has started for me so I've been busy (literally just did a chemistry exam).
And remember hot girls take care of them self. and don’t forget to set yourself a routine!
