Okay so: you had your zero day. Now it’s time for a reset.
Get in the shower/bath. Clean the previous week off of your body.
Do some skincare if that’s something you do. I like to use an oil cleanser with some facial massage tools.
Clean your desk. A tidy space is a clear mind.
Look at your assignments for this week so you know what you’re doing.
Organize your schedule on a physical or online planner. Write down due dates.
Set your alarm for tomorrow morning so you don’t wake up late.

Sunday Reset Routine for Busy 9-5 Working Baddies
This routine is designed to help you recharge and prepare for the upcoming week:
Step 1: Wake Up and Hydrate
Start your day by waking up at a consistent time to maintain your sleep schedule.
Drink a glass of water to hydrate your body and kickstart your metabolism.
Step 2: Morning Movement
Engage in a short workout, such as a brisk walk, yoga session, or quick home workout routine.
Exercise can boost your energy levels and improve your mood for the day.
Step 3: Healthy Breakfast
Prepare a nutritious breakfast that includes a balance of protein, whole grains, and fruits or veggies.
A healthy breakfast fuels your body and brain for the day ahead.
Step 4: Review and Plan
Take a few minutes to review your schedule for the upcoming week.
Create a to-do list or set priorities to help you stay organized and focused.
Step 5: Cleaning and Organizing
Spend 15-20 minutes tidying up your living space. Decluttering can help create a calming environment.
Organize your workbag, prepare your outfit for Monday, and gather any essentials you'll need.
Step 6: Meal Prep
Plan and prep some meals or snacks for the week ahead. Chop veggies, cook some proteins, or assemble easy-to-grab options.
This saves time during busy weekdays and encourages healthier eating.
Step 7: Self-Care Break
Take a break to engage in a self-care activity you enjoy. This could be reading, taking a bath, or practicing mindfulness.
Step 8: Digital Detox
Consider taking a break from screens for a couple of hours. Disconnecting helps reduce stress and improves sleep quality.
Step 9: Reflect and Journal
Spend a few minutes reflecting on the past week. Note your accomplishments, challenges, and lessons learned.
Write down any thoughts or intentions for the upcoming week.
Step 10: Relaxing Evening
Wind down with a calming activity, like watching a movie, reading a book, or spending quality time with loved ones.
Step 11: Pre-Bedtime Routine
Prepare for a good night's sleep by following a consistent pre-bedtime routine.
Avoid screens, dim the lights, and engage in relaxation techniques like deep breathing.
Step 12: Get Ready for Monday
Lay out your clothes for Monday, gather work essentials, and pack your lunch if needed.
Having everything ready reduces morning stress and helps you start the week smoothly.
Step 13: Early Bedtime
Aim for an early bedtime to ensure you get enough rest for the week ahead.
Establishing a consistent sleep routine supports your overall well-being.
Remember, the key is to adapt this routine to your preferences and needs. Each step doesn't have to take a lot of time, but collectively, they can help you feel more organized, relaxed, and ready to tackle the work week ahead.

'*•.¸Sunday Reset Routine¸.•*'
My sunday reset routine is very important for me because it helps me feel organized and put together for the upcoming week. Monday is a very hard day for most of us but we can make it a lot easier with a little more preparation! Today i will share my routine with you so you can make your week a little better too:)
Cleaning
Vacuum floor
Wipe off surfaces
Put on new bedding (not every sunday)
Water plants
Clean mirrors
Choose one place to deep clean
sometimes it's overwhelming to clean up and clean out your whole room at once. if you deep clean a small area every week, it doesn't take that long and still the whole room stays tidy
Clean Bathroom
Planning
Meal planner
i always waste a lot of time thinking about what i could eat, buying unnecessary food or eating unhealthy because i don't know what i could eat. since i plan this on sunday this doesn't happen anymore
Plan Outfits for the week
just like eating, it saves me a lot of time when i plan my outfits. especially in the morning it helps me to have less stress and to be able to sleep a little longer
Self Care
Journal (recap of week)
Face mask
Everything shower

end-of-semester reset / rejuvenation
🌸 how i want to spend my break so it's productive, restful, and rejuvenating... 🌸
clear and clean all the surfaces and things i use that should be cleaned!! (e.g. desk, piano top, night table, water bottle [try to get into the habit of washing it every day 💧], washroom)
vacuum
get outside as much as possible. the soul needs fresh air 🌬️🥺
all the tasks i planned for the rest of the december study challenge (note to self: see journal index)
back up my files
digital clean-up (e.g. delete unnecessary files from desktop, unsubscribe from things i don't read)
fix the closet mess and organize it for winter ❄️
all. the. laundry.
change bedding
work on figuring out a proper wind down routine that works for me (ideally it should start after dinner and gradually decrease in stimulation level 😅)
fix! my! sleep schedule! (i have 2 weeks to move my wake time from 9am to 8am...or a few minutes before bc i hate the sound of zesty's alarm which nearly always wakes me up with a start 🚨😂 )
journal to answer these questions for 2024: where is my life going? where do i want it to go? what milestones should i be setting for myself? what should i prioritize? (i.e. setting/revising my goals)
set up bujo for next year and figure out how i'm gonna keep track of all the things i wanna do
read a short article on moral philosophy so i have a better idea of what i would be getting into if i take a course on it...
read a vaccinology article

I am the embodiment of femininity 🎀 ; captivated by my own irresistible beauty and aura. I’m literally like the light of this world ✨ I’m the main character of my life & I’ve got full control. I’m so pretty like a swan, and so irresistible 🦢 I’m looking at the world through rose-colored glasses. I’m so sickly sweet, not caring about the potential nausea it may cause others. I see life in pink 🌸💖 I’m my own dream girl. I’m my own muse.

Healthy Morning habits 2023
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
• sticking to a morning and night routine. One of my goals for this year is to stay consistent and productive and get as much stuff as I can done daily instead of procrastinating as it doesn’t get me anywhere so having a routine has helped me as well a using a to-do list
• Doing some sort of daily exercise has helped me SO much honestly I’m in love with just moving my body whether that being going out for a walk or doing at home workout I love growwithJo workouts and Shirlyn Kim they have helped me a lot but I would really love to get into pilates and do something new. Exercise has increased my mood and just makes me feel good honestly.
• Sundays are reset days for me where I take a breather and relax where I clean my room get everything ready for the new work and just focus on self care and my skincare to help my mind, body and soul.
• Journalling I didn’t think that journalling would really help me but wow it does. I journal every morning and night if I don’t I feel somehow out of routine I always journal my affirmations for the day, daily intentions, gratitude etc. To help me get ready for the day.
• Schedule I love to schedule my day and try to incorporate studying as I have exams coming really soon I need to try to incorporate time for school each day which is why I’ve made a revision timetable which has helped me as I have a certain time to do one subject then I switch to do a different subject instead of doing the same one.
• Listening to more podcasts lately I’ve been listening to podcasts or watching educational channels instead of watching boring videos or listening to music I would rather like to educate myself some more also some podcasts that I recommend the mindful mentor, theplaygirldiaries, growing with jo (spotify) and lynette adkins.
• Gut I’m trying to have a balanced diet and incorporate healthy greens to my gut as well as trying new foods and to cook more this year.
• Burn out it may be tiring always staying on top of things but it’s OKAY to take a break it can be spending time with friends or family or with yourself trust me take a BREAK.
• Stay consistent with my skincare routine.
Bye girlies have a good day/night/morning love ya! 🎀
