"That's not strong-"
"Yes, it is.
You got up in the morning.
You picked yourself up.
You went out today."
"To the local grocery store..."
"So?
You still went out.
You still got sun,
you still walked all that way down.
You got up even though this week has been so taxing for you.
You got up despite everything."
"That doesn't mean anything..."
"Yes, it does.
You're still going despite everything.
You survived another day.
And, most importantly, you're still here.
That's the strongest part of it all.
You're still here.
You're still walking, you're still breathing, you're still with your loved ones.
Even if you think that's not strong, it is.
You're so strong.
I admire that about you."
"Why would you admire that?"
"Because sometimes that's the hardest part of the day.
Just getting up, walking, just getting dressed...
Sometimes, I feel like I don't have the strength to do that."
"But you do, don't you?"
"Yes, but-"
"Then you're strong too..."
"Hah... I guess that's something we have in common don't we?"
"Will it get better?"
"I don't know...
But I hope so...
