who can use it?

everyone with a personality disorder! it was mostly made for anonymity purposes, beings with PDNOS, and beings with PD-TS, but it can be used for other purposes.

this is not a gender, do not tag as such.

I think I saw some more, but these were the ones I could find. The fourth one only exists in archive and screenshots because it was deleted due to negativity.

I think they are all distinct from each other, so they don't have a pattern I guess. so it depends on your perspective to decide which one is the best for you.

you know. i wish more people were open about PDs. i wish more people joked about it and just popped it into a convo all casually. i wish it was accepted, i wish i could just mention it and then keep going without people never looking at me the same way again. i wish PDs were treated like how anxiety is. how, for the most part, i can casually mention it and people would laugh and relate, i wish all my disorders were treated like that

Narcilix - an NPD experience in which your NPD affects how you show affection, social bonds, love, compassion, and/or care in general. It may feel dull, inconsistent, or otherwise different from how those without NPD experience these things, and may cause issues in forming relationships or bonds. May or may not be part of the user's orientation and/or considered aspec.

This was coined to serve as an NPD version of Anisolix (link).

Before you define yourself as being anti-self-diagnosis and pro-psychiatry or therapy remember,

to search about psychiatric hospitals and how is the treatment of the disorders outside the US, in third-world countries (like where I live),

listen to people traumatized by therapy, especially kids,

and if possible search up the about how's education of neurodivergences and the approach of neurotypical to neurodivergent people in countries other than US again,

acknowledge that MANY therapists won't respect you and your choices, and they don't need to choose for you what you should and shouldn't do about your life choices, it makes some people suffer,

the majority of doctors and a lot of people even neurodivergent ones won't respect your spiritual beliefs if they're about how your neurodivergence originated and it's wrong because it also hurts people, and in countries other than US there are more types of religions/spiritualities that don't see some things as a disorder,

and in the end remember that no it's not because they're doctors that means that they're always right or know about your brain better than you, you should explore yourself more.

Do it all with empathy, sympathy, and kindness

you aren't evil for not feeling love, hating showing or receiving affection or not caring. it doesn't make you a bad person, or less deserving of respect.

An alternate version of the NPD Awareness flag by npdsafe.

There's nothing wrong with how the original awareness flag for NPD looks, I simply wanted to take my own spin on it. The colors are mostly the same, with the exception that I tried to tie them together a little more. The stripes hold the same meaning as npdsafe's flag. You'll notice there's a symbol in the middle; I thought that, due to Narcissus being the namesake for NPD, that the flower of the same name would be very fitting as a symbol for the disorder. Victiorians considered the narcissus to be the egoist's flower, but aside from that, it also symbolizes rebirth and renewal. I believe that this is important, and could show that people with NPD are capable of change and recovery.
