and are you referencing the ask about bobby being enby? because if you are, that's why we said HEADCANON, anon. you can vibe with it or not, your choice, but canon is just as written as headcanon. don't forget it's all made up.

and we were speaking from experience. non binary is something that some people might take a while to realize, if they are indeed non binary. or genderfluid. and because of our own gender identity, anon and i were speculating, i don't think there's anything wrong with that.

plus, we only said henrik and bobby... i don't know where you got eVeRy cHaRaCtEr from what we talked about.

also also, talking about bisexuality, LOTS of characters are confirmed bisexuals, pan, fluid, gay at some point. season 2 alone has its majority canonically bi.

canon, "under the bisexual umbrella":

arjun - bi, either mc or elijah;

elijah - bi, either mc or arjun;

elisa - bi

hannah - bi, towards the end of the season, and you can run from the wedding with her. she can also be an li during cmm;

henrik. he confirms he's looking for connections and not girls specifically. that can be a bunch of things, including pan or demi. either way, under the bisexual umbrella;

lottie - bi, just like hannah;

marisol - bi or pan, depending on what mc says she likes, whether 'girls' or 'connections';

priya - bi, she comes out during cmm;

rocco, he says he would try with guys, on the first challenge, as he winks at them, so... fluid;

bisexual tendencies

some people just love ignoring open flirting between boys and call it "friendship" or "jokes". when i look at two dudes openly flirting and exchanging a kiss, i'm not laughing, i'm happy for the representation. y'all are historians!

bobby - melts every time he hears noah's voice and gets all jumpy and nervous, besides complimenting it openly. exchanges a kiss on the lips with noah during the season. openly flirts with noah during cmm;

gary - he can also exchange a kiss on the lips with noah and compliments it, feeling flushed right after. he shouldn't be off the list. granted there's nothing else but i guess you're worried about canon, so i'm giving you canon;

lucas - he gets attached to henrik very early on but no other bombshells behave like that, nor girls or boys. they call each other cute names and can SNIFF THE PILLOW OF THE GUY THAT LEAVES (that goes for both);

noah - he can kiss gary or bobby during the season, compliments the kiss, and flirts with bobby during cmm;

straight, no same-sex romantic, flirty or sexual interaction whatsoever, or are canonically straight:

majority of li's, in all seasons, are bi or gay. and we have people who are non binary or genderfluid that we didn't even count in that ask...

so... sorry to break it to you (no i'm not), but your math is not mathing.

just a quick little thing... if hearing someone saying a character is possibly bi, non binary, or whatever it is that isn't cis or straight, makes you come into my inbox and write that? i feel like you have some stuff to figure out. possibly to understand, and maybe... i don't know, work on ?? it comes across as bi phobic and those types that don't respect pronouns... that's not cute.

I LIKE THAT TRANSFEM IDEA ACTUALLY I also agree it feels icky to HC a character who is a shapeshifter genderfluid - coming from a genderfluid themselves. Like Camilo from Encanto. It was SUCH AN ICK when people HCd him genderfluid and like do what you want I guess but ?? can't he just be a guy who happens to be able to shapeshift. Like Vee. Although I do really really like that NBtF HC I think I'll incorporate that into my TOH knowledge ☺️☺️☺️

I of course don't mind or really care that much about whether or not people HC shapeshifting characters genderfluid it's just personally there's something.. not right there. 🤨 They just. Don't give the vibes.

Disney Say Gay Pt 3

Quite possibly the final installment of Parts 1 and 2. I have enjoyed creating these simple gay works of Disney and as much as i wish i could do more, i currently don’t have any more ideas left in me. All i have are bits and pieces of possibilities that have not come together. So in the potential completion of my Disney Say Gay series, i would like to leave you guys with my final pieces of work.

Pleakley is showing off his new look and thinks it’s amazing. It’s not that Camilo disagrees, in fact he thinks it is fantastic. He’s just a little bit bitter that Pleakley got to it before he did. And he knows for a fact that he could rock the flower better than Pleakley could! A lot of people easily read Camilo as genderfluid/non-binary/not cis and i wanted to play off of that by pairing him with Disney’s most obvious genderfluid character Pleakley from Lilo and Stitch. As usual i have not drawn either of them and Camilo is very much a work in progress. I decided to color his outfit a bit differently, playing off him being genderfluid here by using the deminonbinary colors to reflect how he might be representing at this particular time.

Eugene only had one other wholesome relationship before Rapunzel, and that was when he and Aladdin teamed up to survive the streets and discover their feelings for each other along the way. As opposed to my first attempt at drawing Eugene in Part 1 where i used both Tangled and Rapunzel’s Tangled Adventure as references, i specifically focused on the latter to draw him this time. One of my friends came up with the idea of pairing Eugene and Aladdin together; originally when i started this series and trying to brainstorm ideas one of their first suggestions was Aladdin as ace just out of pure curiosity. I ended up playing off of that idea, in a way going the opposite route of how i did Eugene and Naveen. That if the two of them were these charismatic, flirtatious, smooth characters playing off of each other like that then Eugene and Aladdin would in a way be opposite of that. Both of them are thieves who had been focusing on just trying to make it and weren’t necessarily looking for anything. It just so happened that they shared something and relied on more than just their manuevers to survive. Needless to say, my friend claimed that after seeing this they could not unsee Aladdin as ace now.

Alberto claims that there’s absolutely nothing going on between him and Luca, that they’re just friends. But Priya can see through his crap a mile away and doesn’t have time for his games or denial. She knows gay when she sees it. After watching Turning Red for the first time and especially upon learning that Priya is canonically queer i knew i had to figure out a way to incorporate her. I toyed with a couple of ideas of who to pair her with and i kept asking myself, what about Luca? i have to use someone from that movie. So this became my first, and i believe only, drawing to be specifically Pixar. It was definitely a challenge because although there were a couple of references of Alberto in a more traditional 2d style the same could not be said for Priya. I can’t say i’m completely thrilled with how this came out but i knew i had to give it a try. Needless to say i have learned my lesson and will stick with traditional 2d characters to draw. i opted to use the queer chevron flag as the background. While i toyed with the idea of recoloring Priya in maybe bi colors, i don’t believe anything was confirmed that she was specifically by (although i think that is the popular headcannon?). However the team does admit that Priya is queer. Alberto is, here, probably either questioning or discovering his sexuality but just not quite ready to fully admit that there are more-than-platonic feelings there for Luca. Regardless of the specific label we use, queer is a universal umbrella term and completely acceptable without the need to explain how we specifically identify. And while not everyone has reclaimed the word to use for themselves, it’s still very valid and the Q exists in LGBTQIA for a reason. And i wanted to be able to acknowledge that, especially as someone who uses queer for themself.

Moana and Ariel are finally having their first date. Moana’s having a great time and definitely being on the flirty side. Although it seems to be going just a little bit over Ariel’s head and maybe she’s still kind of in disbelief that she is going out with this incredible girl. From the time i started this i knew i wanted to pair Ariel and Moana together. I love the idea and the possibilities with them (yes i absolutely would love to write them together if i could). My first attempt, however, it was probably my second drawing i tried, it came out HORRIBLE. And i was just, ok i can’t draw Moana to save my life. But i couldn’t let this idea go. And i finally started searching and searching for 2d versions of Moana and then references for Ariel that could be a believable interaction between them. This was the longest of the drawings i worked on, probably in bits and pieces over the course of a week. So it was done very late for Lesbian Visibility Day but it had to be done. The beads on Moana’s necklace are colored to represent the bi flag, which are also a nod to Auli’i Cravahlo. For Ariel i used the colors of the universal lesbian pride flag, it was just a matter of whether the dress remained pink of changed to orange. I thought an orange flower in her hair would blend in too much and her typical pink dress felt way too obvious. The flag i used in the background, to avoid repeating the obvious multiple times, is the sappho-inspired flag.

I have thoroughly enjoyed myself putting these queer Disney drawings together. It’s given me the chance to draw some Disney characters for the first time that i never would have thought to do or have even tried to do. To think outside the box, come up with multiple different headcannons and pairings, to take the suggestions a few people have been able to throw at me and give people a chance to actually see themselves in these has been amazing. And i would love to continue this series if i could. And maybe down the line, if i could come up with other ideas or maybe see the vague ideas through, it’s a possibility. That being said if anyone does have any ideas or suggestions that they wanna see - for characters, headcannons, or identities - i would love the opportunity to try to bring them to life. Thank you to anyone who liked these. And to Disney: i love you. I will always love things Disney. But you screwed up. I see you trying to make progress and i hope you continue to try. So my little sister spends most of her time watching fanmade Encanto videos on youtube. So, of course she came across de genderqueer Camilo headcanon. And one day on the car she goes, out of the blue, "did you know Camilo is binary" My closeted nonbinary heart melted. I explained the word was actually Non- binary, and now she uses the word just so casually. We were playing kinda headbands (don´t know what it's called) and she asked if her character was non-binary. Just like that. Or we were talking about a story about gummy bears and she asked if the characters were a boy or a girl. I just said "i don't know. They are gummy bears" and she inmediatly said "oh, they are non-binary then" and left. I love media

Things I Have Been Harassed Over in YouTube Comments Sections

Idk if anyone else has noticed this but YouTube commenters are so fucking hostile towards anyone who doesn’t share their views...and a lot of times very racist/sexist/bigoted too...it is genuinely hard to put up with sometimes and super annoying as well, they’ll literally just gang up on one person who did nothing wrong and attack and belittle you for disagreeing with them, so here are some stupid miniscule things that I’ve been harassed over just for daring to comment my opinion on YouTube:

* saying that Camilo/Bruno are overrated and get most of the attention in fandom compared to the female characters because of sexism

* saying that NPD doesn’t inherently make you a bad person

* saying that non-binary people exist

* telling someone who ships Kataang not to throw Zutara under the bus(to the point where I was told that shipping Zutara is “shipping a Nazi with Anne Frank”)

* saying that half-Black women and fully Black women have different experiences

* trying to tell someone that no, Esmeralda from HoND is not Black. 😭

* pointing out sexism in shonen anime/manga...under a video about sexism in anime/manga

* telling someone to respect Jazmin Bean’s pronouns(they/them)...spoiler alert, they actively refused to call them anything other than she/her.

* showing support for the Ethan x Diazo scenes in Strange World
