I’ve just seen impressions of her so scattered. (I saw your post on how she will NOT be treated as a pet, and I so appreciate that.)

I will say, for me the ‘old gal’ vibes are so strong and I’m here for it. Like when Goji blasts his atomic breath into the sky at the end and she’s looking at it with such awe and her cute super gummy smile, it reminds me of when a grandma gets shown some common piece of technology that the rest of us are used to, but she just can’t heckin believe it because she lives in a damn cave??? I loved that.

shimo my beloved💙 i appreciate most interpretations of her, besides people who are just straight up caling her a dog. and like, not in the way i’d compare goji to a cat? for me it's more mannerisms based, so for goji my main expression/mannerism inspirations are cats, wolves, and komodo dragons (obviously), and for mosu it's owls and cats, with a crumb of horses because of their 'ear' communication so i use that with her antennae.

sorry for tangent but anyways. i dont need someone barking at me that i call goji a cat/draw him acting like a cat so calling shimo ‘kong’s pet dog’ is fine. i think its the difference between goji having the personality i characterize him with + mannerisms inspired by other animals, vs. him having no personality besides Being A Cat. like, he’s a dumbfuck but he’s clearly an intelligent creature capable of communication and understanding. i make a lot of shitposts but truly in my personal hc i’d never reduce him to ‘pet level intelligence’

i think i’m extra touchy about people calling her ‘kong’s pet’ because like. dawg. did you watch the movie? she was JUST freed from being skar’s slave/beast of burden/abused pet whatever you wanna call it. why would you want her to become another creature’s pet again?(obviously minus the abuse) idk mannn it just feels…. reductive somehow. she clearly shows intelligence and understanding when she realizes what’s happening during the fight and helps to kill skar. i just refuse to reduce her entire character to kong’s pet status bcuz that makes me uncomfortable asf.

as a disclaimer, you’re welcome to have whatever hc you enjoy. me expressing my personal thoughts on the matter isn’t an attack on anyone who characterizes her that way, i’m just not interested in engaging with it in the slightest.

i’m seeing mixed info about her age so idk where she actually sits there?? i remember seeing something like she’s the First Titan but i also think the novelization of the movie said she’s only 3 million years old?? when im p sure they’ve said goji is 250+ million years old so…. i have no clue there lol. personally she feels less jaded and grumpy than goji does to me so my brain automatically sees her as similar or younger bcuz of my Grumpy Old Man bias.

i’m still workin out my ideas for her but based on how the movie ends i like to think she helps kong with relocating the apes to a better home, and they mostly live in HE. her n kong venture up for surface dates bcuz she gets what she fucking deserves 💙

goji nearly has an aneurysm the first time they come up, since mosu literally takes them for a lil tour of monster island. bro standing there clenching his fist like the arthur meme, he begrudgingly knows she’s right and eventually he gets used to it

AOT headcanons part 2

We’re doing more random Attack on Titan headcanons to go along with my first post. Most of them are still in a modern age btw

It’s been like 3 months I’m sorry y’all 💀

Includes: Reiner, Bertholdt, Annie, Marco, and Historia + Ymir

Reiner

Reiner 100% give his friends noogies. He’s known as the big brother type too and it just kinda comes naturally to him. He doesn’t do it for any specific reason he just does it randomly. The only time he really does them is just to show that he’s happy for someone and it’s a urge he has to give into

Sticking with the big brother thing. Reiner definitely slaps the back of Connie’s head simply because he’s bald. In Reiner’s defense look at Connie and tell me you wouldn’t slap his head isn’t slappable. Like I just want to pop it and that’s how Reiner feels as well.

Reiner sings randomly. I feel like if he honestly got bored and had nothing to do he would start singing the most random as lyrics. Like it can be any song that’s on the top of his head. If he doesn’t have a song he’ll just start make up a song as he looks around

He drinks from the milk jug. I have no reason behind this only that Reiner seems like the type to and simply does it just because he can

He is a big horror fan. He probably loves the classics like Jason, Freddie Krueger, and Cujo. At the same time he doesn’t min the newer horror movies but he just feels like he’s gone back in time when watching the older ones.

Bertholdt

I feel like he’s a big animal lover. After all, Bertholdt may be big but he’s a gentle giant. Dogs are probably one of his favorite animals especially Great Danes because they are gentle giants like he is

He works as a librarian. He seems like the type to work in a quiet and peaceful space because it’s not a taxing job and all he really does is organize books all day or I see him as a yoga teacher because of those poses he makes when he sleeps.

He did dance when he was younger. That’s my only reason on behind why he was so flexible when he sleeps. Ballet specifically. Like have you seen those ballerinas and how flexible they are. I’ve done ballet before and trust me the flexible is long lasting so after Bertholdt stopped he just remain flexible as a rubber band.

I feel like he cooks in his off time. Like he keeps him at piece and it’s easy. Bertholdt probably has anxiety over new things so it’s for him because all he has to do it follow a recipe with cooking. Because of him cooking all the time he is probably a amazing cook

He puts out food and water out for all the stray dogs and cats. Like Bertholdt’s house is probably a literal safe haven for all strays. Bertholdt tries his hardest to try and find them all good homes and so far he’s been successful but there’s still more animals to help

Annie

It’s known that Annie like sweets so I feel like her favorite drink to sip is hot chocolate. She drinks it a lot more during the colder months to have something that can warm her up

HEAR ME OUT BUT ANNIE AS A PROFESSIONAL BOXER. She would literally be so good and win tons of championships. Like as soon as her opponent gets word of them fighting her they usually drop out because they are terrified of Annie.

I feel like she goes to the gym 24/7. If she’s stressed she goes to the gym. Needs to think? Goes to the gym. Bored? She’s going to the gym. That’s the reason behind her being so muscular and just JDBSKJXJS in general. Yes I am Annie simp

If Annie were to ever have pets I feel like she would have tons of reptiles. She seems like the type to have tons of snakes and lizards mostly. She walks around in her house with them just hanging on her. It’s normal to see her walking around her house with a Bearded dragon on her shoulder and a python curled on the other and is sitting on her head.

She paints her nails every so often just to feel feminine. They are never any drastic colors like a neon pink or bright green. She prefers softer colors like maybe baby blue and light lavender. Sometimes she’ll be different and paint them in a pattern just to be different

Marco

Because of his freckles, I feel like Marco has mistaken one as something that was on his face only to figure out it was one of his freckles and felt stupid afterward

I feel like Marco has small scars all over his body. Like he’s a clumsy person but most of them stemmed back from when he was a kid. Back then he was way more clumsy then he is now and it was normal for him to have bandaids in several places at a time.

I can’t imagine Marco holding his alcohol very well and he isn’t bad when drunk he’s just extremely cuddly. Like you have to watch him because he just wants to hug about everyone simply because he thinks everyone deserves a hug.

This mf is terrified of spiders. If you ever see one of those baby spiders crawling on him don’t say anything or Marco will actually flip. There have been several occurrences where Marco is in a chair or on top of a table because there’s a big ass spider on the floor

If he were to ever have a job I feel like he would be a florist that decorates peoples backyard and weddings. I don’t know how to explain it but he simply seems like he would be so great at it. Like you have a ugly ass backyard hire Marco and he will bring you to tears at the beauty of what he’s done

Historia +Ymir

(I can’t see them apart so they are together)

Historia likes forcing Ymir to go on cute dates she saw on the internet. Of course Ymir called them dumb and didn’t like going on them so after some negotiating they go on one once a week. Ymir says there still dumb but Historia can tell she’s enjoying them.

When they lay in bed together Historia will deny it but she hogs the covers and snores extremely loud like Ymir got really confused when she first realized it was Historia. Ymir isn’t any better because she talks in her sleep constantly

They have been caught making out numerous of time. Ymir can literally give to shits about what anyone says while Historia gets all panicked about them getting caught.

Your can’t tell me they wouldn’t go to a pride parade together. Of course it was pride month and it was Historia’s idea to go to the pride parade. You can bet Historia’s dressed herself in complete rainbows. Ymir was not as flashy but wore rainbow bracelets.

Honestly Historia probably has a strict skin routine and Ymir makes fun of her for it but once Historia did it for her and she’s been obsessed since. She loves how soft her face felt after Historia massaged essential oils into it. They now both do skin routines together

I might do a part 3 and then that’s probably gonna be it 👩🏽‍🦯

and finally, what are you up to today? it’s spring break! but my spinal surgery blah blah is still healing so i’m relaxing at home while my mom takes my kid to the arcade and candy shop! they’ve been gone four hours, so i can only assume they’ve had a good time lol

your current fandom(s): My Hero Academia, Shameless, Stranger Things, Attack on Titan. . .I actively read for about 5 other fandoms other than those (Supernatural, Witcher, FMA, LOTR, Star Trek), but I’m currently actively writing in these.

how did you first get into fandom? Back when I was living in Glasgow, Scotland, it was my 21st birthday, and my friends and I were going to see a horror movie. Turned out, the tickets were sold out, so we decided to see Star Trek XI. I’d NEVER watched Trek in my life, didn’t know a thing about it, and when I walked out of that theater I was a totally changed human and now I am a Trek Encyclopedia LOL

how long have you been engaging with fandom spaces? Since 2009, so like 14 years.

how often do you read fanfics? Every day, if my brain is healthy enough that day! I sometimes take breaks of a couple months and only read published books though, I feel I get a different experience from both that I can equally appreciate.

top 3 characters from your current fandom(s): Mickey Milkovich, Bakugou Katsuki, Billy Hargrove. Angry disaster babies, I guess.

have you ever written a fic for a fandom? I’ve written 167 fics, not including those on my Patreon. So, over 170 fics, at least.

have you ever drawn fanart for a fandom? No! Funny that I got accepted on scholarship to NIU for Theater & Art, partially on my art portfolio, but I never create any art for anything!

share a personal headcanon that you feel very strongly about: Ian loves his mom more than he feels comfortable saying, because he feels like it's a family and even personal betrayal. I think it’s impossible to accurately describe how to feels to grow up with an abusive parent who vacillates wildly between adoring and abusive, but there’s no feeling quite like loving and hating your parent, desperately wishing you could be what they wanted so they’d stay, and hoping you never see them again. I know we’ve seen Ian follow Monica more than any other kids, but I think that any time he curses her out to his siblings or whoever else, each bad word is also like a self-cut.

you’re trying to convince a friend to get into your current fandom(s) If for My Hero Academia, I would have them watch the Heroes Rising movie, for Shameless I don’t even KNOW where I’d begin tbh LOL

and finally, what does fandom mean to you? Fandom is family! I’ve been in fandom for fourteen years, and I have so so so many real life friends who have been with me through literally the hardest parts of my life. My divorce, my ex husband going to prison, the birth of my child, me being a single parent, moving back to America, my coma, my kidney transplant. My fandom friends from across the world have uplifted me and been my support system through every single high and low. I don’t know how I’d be here without them, quite literally.

Once again thinking about how Jason and Reyna are Obscenely Young to be praetors of an entire legion--Luke was nineteen and head counselor! Clarisse and Beckendorf and Silena were all at least a year older than Jason/Reyna when they were head counselors!--and yeah, there's a whole Child Soldier thing being done with New Rome right there, to combine with it.

But the more I think about it, the proximity to Othrys plus the fact that Luke definitely took one look at New Rome and Had Feelings about it, there's, uh, something to be said for theorizing that the only reason Jason and Reyna are praetors instead of over-achieving centurions is that literally everyone else who would be ahead of them is Fucking Dead (Or Octavian, depending on how you headcanon it)

Anyway, as long as we're all here, my hottest take about Heroes of Olympus is that Luke's ghost should've been it.

And I don't even mean him him (Though, Gaea resurrecting those who died fighting for Kronos to fight in turn for her would be. . .ugh. Give it to me). Just. . .his legacy.

Percy struggling as he starts to come closer to the age that Luke was when he first decided to steal the Master Bolt and start the war all those years ago.

Annabeth trying to figure out how to come terms with her relationship with Luke, how he hurt her but did all this so that she could live to adulthood, how he let her take the sky but never stopped trying to save her life.

He should've been echoing throughout every book. Everyone from the Titan War, who died in it, should've haunted the narrative as the survivors struggle to define what it's like to live in the aftermath, especially with yet another apocalypse bearing down on them and they're manipulated by the gods.

Dates spent writing short stories or poems and sharing them with each other. Poe get’s sappy and writes most of his poems and stories about you.

Poe definitely tries to find new songs in your shared favorite genres. He’ll send you frantic messages with links to songs and will impatiently wait for your response once you’ve listened to his latest discovery.

Anime dates where you slowly rope him into watching your favorites. I think Poe would be particularly fond of Death Parade. Once he’s hooked, he’d also branch out and watch other stuff like Death Note and Tokyo Ghoul as well. Anything dark and dramatically emo is right up his alley.

Enjoys watching you play games, especially the horror ones like Resident Evil. He’s not too fond of playing games himself but he likes watching you enjoy yourself.

I know! I’m surprised as well!

At first I was leaning towards Reiner but the truth is neither of you would trust each other fully. So not a great pair.

But then, I realized, Connie may actually be a good choice. He’s pretty reliable and he’s some you would be able to trust.

In a modern!au setting, I can see you and Connie spending a date laying on the floor somewhere listening to the bands you like. Even if he’s never heard them before, I think he’d be super open to discovering new music (and I have a personal headcanon that Connie is a fan of My Chemical Romance and Fall Out Boy).

You two would definitely spend time gaming together. Connie’s a major scaredy cat when it comes to horror but he’s into basically every video game genre under the sun (even the ones that make him fall out of his seat).

Hmmm, good question! I don’t think I’ve ever done a Pacific Rim AU post, so let me give it a try (all Shepherds work in the Jaeger program):

Blade: a powerful but vengeful and brooding Jaeger pilot who’s known for being one of the few pilots to solo-fly a Jaeger for several missions. Has refused to take on a co-pilot since his older brother (his first co-pilot) was killed beside him in battle. Known for using lightning/plasma attacks, making him popular with the public--however, he refuses to appear in any public-facing PR campaigns, preferring only to fight and kill kaiju. 1st Jaeger: Coyote Lightning

Trouble: a reckless and headstrong hotshot pilot known for having a death wish and zero fear of kaiju. He was born into a family of Jaeger pilots and is eager to make his name distinct from his father’s, who is a veteran war hero of the First Contact Wars. His Jaeger is specially equipped with more explosive weapons than most. He was voted to have the best smile among the Jaeger pilots for three years in a row. 1st Jaeger: Atlas Striker

Tallys: a solemn and no-nonsense pilot known for her refusal to employ flash and cool maneuvers in battle, and for her refusal to join the celebrity culture surrounding Jaeger pilots. Few know this, but her family was killed by kaiju during the First Contact Wars and she joined the program out of revenge. She is motivated solely by bloodthirst for kaiju, and her Jaeger employs long-range attacks, making her an effective defensive pilot. 1st Jaeger: Echo Hydra

Shery: like Mako Mori, she is the daughter of the current director of the Jaeger program and therefore relegated to secretarial and administrative duties only. In the academy, she became known for her abilities to drift with almost any partner; however, she freezes in combat situations until she is paired during an emergency crisis with Riel, whose ruthless determination forces her into action.

Riel: a scientist and financier of the Jaeger program, he uses his vast wealth and expertise to work to develop better and more efficient technology (and weapons) for the Jaegers. He knows every Jaeger’s components from top to bottom and would be an extremely efficient and tactical pilot, but is adamantly a non-combatant until the kaiju attack the outpost he’s staying in, necessitating his becoming a sudden pilot alongside Shery as a last resort.

Chase: a former thief/criminal who had his prison sentence commuted in exchange for becoming a Jaeger pilot. He was initially forced to fly solo because other pilots didn’t trust him and thought he would either run during battle or would refuse to put himself in danger to save innocents. However, he is one of the most popular “Jaeger Idols” in the public eye, earning fans everywhere with his sense of flash, fashion, and flair. He pilots as if he has a death wish, and his Jaeger has two blades installed into its forearms. 1st Jaeger: Lucky Corsair

Red: initially a scientist and academic who wanted to study kaiju behavior and the Breach from which they came, he was eventually recruited to the Jaeger pilot program due to his excellent combat abilities and due to the wishes of his friends, Pan and Neon, who became their own drift-partners. He is working with Riel to develop technology to allow Jaegers to either become invisible or to teleport very short distances. The prototype of this technology has led to the development of his signature move in battle, the Flashstep. 1st Jaeger: Garnet Dawn

Ayla: a headstrong pilot initially known for deviating from orders, she was also known for developing friction with her partners, leading to a never-ending roulette of pilots who would join up with her and then quit shortly afterwards. She is famous for a technique in which she spins her Jaeger at such velocities that she creates devastating whirlwind attacks. It’s rumored that she was trained in a secret Jaeger facility in a foreign country and later defected, leading to supposed assassination attempts by rival government agents. She always carries a bo staff with her in the Jaeger outpost, even in the canteen. 1st Jaeger: Cyclone Banshee

Halek: one of the first-ever Jaeger pilots, he initially flew and fought with his twin, Naolin, as his co-pilot. However, their many fights took a toll on Naolin’s body, leading to him retiring from the program. However, Halek continues to fly (even to the detriment of his own body) in order to avoid returning to civilian life, where an arranged marriage to a wealthy socialite awaits him. Thus, he is desperate to take on any partner, leading to... well, you’ll see down below. 1st Jaeger: Willow Titan

Briony: one of the most resilient and powerful Jaeger pilots to exist, she is known for fighting so effectively that she can push her body past the limits of most other Jaeger pilots. Her signature move is a superpowered punch that can send a kaiju flying more than a mile away. She performs body slams, punches, kicks, and whirling chain sword attacks with her Jaeger. However, she can have trouble controlling her own strength and momentum, a flaw little-known to the public until the strength of her will accidentally overrode her co-pilot and wreaked massive damage on a city she was protecting. As a result, she has become hesitant and fearful of her own piloting, as well as afraid to fly with others. 1st Jaeger: Valiant Orion

Lavinet: a surprise Jaeger pilot and former model, she is the heiress to a massive construction empire: her father is in charge of building the Pacific Wall, a last-ditch effort by humanity to protect the coastlines from the invading kaiju. Although she could live in peace in one of the few safe zones left on Earth, she has decided to throw her hat in the ring and become a Jaeger pilot, attracting media attention and fan adoration everywhere. Due to her father’s fortune and massive donations, her Jaeger is one of the fastest and sleekest to exist. To the horror of her superiors, she ordered her warmachine to be painted in pink and lavender. 1st Jaeger: Wildcat Renegade

Croelle: a Jaeger pilot who professes to only be in it for the money. Despite his selfish attitude and mysterious background, he is one of the most skilled and powerful pilots in the program, allowing him to stay on despite his loud insistence that kaiju will ultimately destroy the world. Few can manage to pilot with him for more than a few weeks due to his utter lack of respect for others. However, he proves his valor while running am (ultimately unsuccessful) mission to destroy the Breach, earning him a medal and a promotion to being the liaison between pilots and the people who run the Jaeger program. 1st Jaeger: Crimson Rogue

MC: idk who they would fly with, but my headcanon is that they would be a new pilot of mysterious origins who turns out to be able to communicate with and/or control the kaiju. Turns out they were developed in a secret genetic lab to be the first-ever human-kaiju DNA hybrid!!! And they have mutant superpowers as a result!!!

Drift Partners:

Blade-Briony: It turns out Blade’s total sense of control and dominating precision is a good match for Briony’s chaotic and uncontrolled power; her bubbly and almost indomitable determination also thaws his aggressive solitude and stoicism. Their Jaeger is named Coyote Sakura and its signature attack is charging a chain sword with plasma lightning and launching an all-out flurry of superpowered moves!

Tallys-Lavinet: Despite an extremely rocky beginning, these two mature and tactical pilots form a well-coordinated team focusing on long-range defense and rescue, with Lavinet handling close-quarters combat and Tallys handling ranged attacks. Despite their extremely different backgrounds, their measured ways of thinking and steely determination give them a lot of common ground. Their Jaeger is named Lattice Electra and its signature attack is throwing a huge Jaeger lance that is strapped to its back, spearing two kaiju at once!

Trouble-Chase: Trouble is the only pilot fearless enough, reckless enough, and daredevil enough to take on Chase as a partner without caring about his criminal background and reputation. Together, the two of them have a balanced mix of bravery and evaluation, although they are also both impulsive enough to completely disregard orders, leading to a friendship for the ages. Their Jaeger is called Spitfire Eden and specializes both in blades, fisticuffs, and guns!

Red-Ayla: Red is patient and well-mannered enough to tame Ayla’s brash temper and abrasiveness, forming a powerful and balanced team that becomes known as one of the fastest-moving Jaegers in the program. With Red’s speed and ability to teleport, paired with Ayla’s agility and wind attacks, their Jaeger is named Whirlwind Dawn, and they are often called in to rescue or defend the coastline.

Halek-Croelle: Although Halek is initially paired with Tallys, his general passivity and laziness chafes against her thirst for revenge. He floats from partner to partner, eventually being informed that the next partner will be his last before he is ejected from the program. To his horror and dismay, he is paired with Croelle, and they get on like cats and dogs. However, Croelle’s utter lack of fear and pleasure in violence activates Halek’s berserk battle-rage, causing them to become an extremely formidable (if violent and unpredictable) team. Their Jaeger is named Redmoon Danger, and they are only called in as a last resort, as they will not stop fighting until every kaiju in the area is dead.

Riel-Shery: The kaiju discover the Jaeger outpost in which the team resides, developing a two-pronged plan that requires keeping all of the active Jaegers away from base and preoccupied in battle. In the meantime, more kaiju attack the outpost base, threatening to destroy all of the superiors who run the Jaeger program, as well as all of the non-pilot personnel who reside on the base. Left with no fighters and reinforcements and faced with no other option, Riel and Shery climb into a Jaeger under repair, becoming pilots when they drift together for the first time. They manage to repel the Jaeger attack single-handedly and later join the team without academy training, meaning they are only deployed as a plan B. Their Jaeger is named Fox Spirit Rho and is known for its excellent analysis capabilities, targeting a kaiju’s weak spots and deploying a swarm of drones to help attack while the Jaeger fires powerful laser-cutter beams usually used in the construction of rockets.

what was Raven doing when she passed through the portal ??

having just gotten done with patrol, raven had decided it best to just teleport back to Titans Tower. ( It was Pizza night after all. ) but. . . that was defiantly a mistake seeing as once her feet touched the ground, there was the slight sound of guns being cocked and the telltale sign of boots scratching against cement. and on top of that the ground beneath her own feet felt off. so, she just raised her hands up in surrender. nothing would get her anywhere if she didn’t know exactly what was going on. and maybe this ‘ S.W.O.R.D ’ organization would give the answers needed.

where is she living ?? is she living with anyone ? ?

one of the first things raven did was scout out locations that could be used for a escape from the hustle and bustle of the busy streets. and as such, she was lucky enough that sword offered an accommodation. no roommates as of yet, but in all honesty she’s okay with that. but if any of the other titans come through like she had, she sure they’ll all try to pitch in to help each other out.

why is she affiliated with who she’s affiliated with ? ?

a costumed wearing woman comes out of thin air? plus being surrounded by a group of armed men and women from a world unknown? it wasn’t really her choice. with an organization that is foreign to her, there was only one way to go about it all. learn their ways and their aim in order to understand her surroundings. though, hopefully, raven will be able to find a certain familiarity to this new world.

who are her major friends, allies, and foes ? ?

the only friends she’s ever known would be the likes of the TITANS. without them there would be a telling as to where she’d be right now. and raven owes them her life. she has few friends from outside the titans such as John Constantine. but the Outlaws would be a close second. allies would be the likes of the JUSTICE LEAGUE, the SENTINELS OF MAGIC, and the JUSTICE SOCIETY INTERNATIONAL.

as for who her foes are? that’s an easy answer. anyone and everyone who believes in her father TRIGON. as well as those who are in league with BROTHER BLOOD. though, those who hurt her friends would also be considered a foe.

whose hands does Raven believe the country should be in ? ?

the people, plain and simple. raven’s been in the seat a few times where she herself has had to overcome the temptation to rule over those of less standing. and she believes that those with powers should lend aid to those who do not.

what’s Raven’s current mental state at ? ? her physical state ? ?

mentally? Raven is almost always in control of her mental state, though after passing through, she’s had her hands full with not going into another state of panic. being able to feel others emotions as well as having to hold back her own due to her own powers has mentally drained her. physically though, she’s at top condition. well, except for the tiredness from having to stay awake due to nightmares. but that’s a whole other story.

1. assuming your muse has changed in some way, be it internally or as a result of a change of the external factors around them, how is your muse different? these can be as small as an opinion on a song they hadn’t released previously or as big as a major change in their background.

probably the biggest changes of duri, comes from the fact that he now is aged down to being born in the year of 1994. i always felt like it would be better for duri to be younger, but because he was already well established, he continued to be in his hag days. however, thanks to the restructure, i was able to finally make duri part of maknae line of his group, in this case being titan. it’s a little change, but it really makes me pretty happy.

with this change, as well, comes some slight background changes. duri has now become a trainee in january 2009, training for two years until january of 2011, which was when titan had debuted. before, duri had only trained for about two months, before he had debuted as the member of a group. this change also removes him from completely his military enlistment before debuting, due to age - which is fine, because i have future headcanons involving enlistment that are in my head, that probably won’t be shared, but they’re there!

opinion wise on things, i think the only opinions that duri has is a bit of a favor for the infinite releases, over the other releases. that might just be the second gen stan in me, but infinite is one of my ults (shinee and cassie still taking the first two spots, of course,) but they’re definitely tied with exo. however, overall, duri really enjoys their discography, and has no completes about it whatsoever.

one small thing that changed as well as the name of people in his life. i changed the names of his parents, as well as his uncle and aunt. now, his father is bonju, his mother is aeri, his uncle is bongki, and his aunt is choa. this is a small change i wanted to reference as different, just because i mentioned them all often and they had different names before.

one last change that i think is important to mention is that even though duri has never had a scandal attached to himself - he has had a saesang issue, which simply just comes with titan - it also doesn’t help that he’s always been clean from scandals, so more seemed to attach themselves. however, duri is a titan member that bc entertainment decided to protect from them, so it’s a problem that doesn’t really stick around for him.

2. what does your muse think of their company and their group?

bc entertainment is seemingly a bit of a mixed bag - at least, that’s how it feels to duri. he feels really lucky to be in bc entertainment, as they’re considered to be the best of the best, and they’re probably the reason why titan became “the kings of kpop” in the first place, nonetheless. not the mention, bc entertainment has given duri so many great opportunities for his career outside of however, he wonders if bc entertainment fully cares about their artists in general. since he’s struggling himself with mental health and bc entertainment has a bit of a problem with overworking duri, he can’t help but to wonder if they cared if he came to them? or if they’d notice something wrong with him? generally, he’s a bit on the fence.

when it comes to his group, titan, duri really loves titan. he enjoys the music that they have put out thus far (of course, give or take a few of their later years tracks, but it’s nothing major) and believes that he’s been a great fit for titan. generally, duri has no problems with titan at all. even though he may be a member that doesn’t have any scandals, whereas other members may (based off of the group description), he believes that things simply happen and don’t believe any member of the group is really at a fault for getting caught up in something. simply, things happen, that’s how to put it. however, duri did have a hard time with titan at first because a lot of people believed he didn’t fit the concept, so he had to work really hard to prove that he was able to handle the concept. now, fans and netizens see that duri is able to fit himself into whatever concept is needed based off his charisma and stage presence. in general, he loves titan as a whole.

3. is your muse on their first contract or their second? if they’ve renewed, what were their feelings around that at the time and what were their hopes for their second contract? if they haven’t renewed, what are their current thoughts on the end of their eventual first contract?

duri is currently on his second contract with bc entertainment and titan. when it came to renewing, duri was more than happy with renewing because bc entertainment was still treating them rather well. he can’t say he felt anything negativity towards bc entertainment, simply because of the fact that he was getting work in and out of titan itself. though, there was a bit of a wish to have some solo songs. of course, maybe there’s the same wants of more of a break because titan is one of the hottest groups on the scene and it’s clear that even with things that have happened, titan isn’t going anywhere. the group still has a hold on the industry and truthfully, he hoped that’s something that would continue to happen with the second contract. so, when it comes to hopes for his second contract, he was hoping to finally see a solo debut within the midst. thankfully, that was something that had come the next year, and he had gotten his hope for the second contract. another hope had been to get more than one solo project a year - at this time, he had only gotten either a brand ambassadorship or variety show main cast a year, with nothing else happening to him, and bc entertainment seemingly wanting duri to mainly stay within the realms of titan itself. this was something else that came to fruition, with him getting more projects each year, essentially working more into that realm of “overworking.” but, duri is rather happy and wishes he could be gay in the open - but, that’s clearly something that he has to continue to wish and is just that, a wish.

4. what are your muse’s goals and motivations?

duri’s most personal goal/dream is probably be get married and have kids. of course, this is something that can’t happen right now, and probably won’t happen for a good while, since there’s still so much to do as a member of titan and as a soloist, so he has to continue on simply just not doing. however, it’s something that’s just really up there and something that he really wants for himself. for now, though, he’ll settle with dogs and a cat as his children, his fur children - they’re just as much of family as humans are.

another more personal goal that duri has is to do more for charity. for the longest time, he’s always done charity work. however, he feels like he could so do more, and would love to maybe become an ambassador for something of that sort. however, bc entertainment seems to not push for it all that much, so he assumes he’ll have to advocate for it himself. though, maybe they think his own person works of charity is more than enough, instead of gaining a ambassadorship for that.

career wise for goals, seems to be a bit more extensive for duri. of course, duri would really like to release more music wise. it would also be cool to chart higher than he has with his music, but he’s not complaining because he’s still done rather well. not to mention, the chance to do more osts for dramas. besides for that, he’d like to have more main cast variety jobs. this is something that he has a lot of fun with, where he really just gets to show off himself some. he enjoys making appearances on shows, but he’d love to have something a little bit more permanent once again. he’s sure he’ll manage to get there, of course. following that, duri would also love to have some more brand ambassadorships. however, he’d really enjoy some brighter ones, like what he has done for baskin-robbins and coca-cola, as a few others were seemingly not as bright.

5. what is one conflict, internal or external, that your muse is currently dealing with, has recently dealt with, or will need to deal with in the future?

the one conflict that duri has been slightly dealing and needs to deal with in the future is his mental health. due to the car accident that occurred when duri was five years old, he suffers with post traumatic stress disorder. when he was younger, this was something that was dealt with and he even kept up with it as a trainee. however, as duri got really busy with titan, as well as the established career claims, he seemingly fell off in treatment. this caused him to have a relapse with his mental health, sometime down the line. currently, it’s probably at it’s worst, and something he’s slightly dealing with. however, because it’s something that he’s really managed to ignore for a bit, pretending that he’s perfectly okay, and telling people that he’s okay - it needs to be dealt with in the future, but he continues to really just ignore it. not to mention, he also has insomnia that goes along with the ptsd, so more often than not, he’s exhausted, rather than well rested. he treats it with multiple cups of coffee, which definitely just makes it worst - but, that’s how he has to get through a schedule. simply, there seems to be a lot that really goes along with this, along with often being haunted in his dreams with the scene that changed constantly, before he’s waking up sweating and sobbing. will he figure out how to ask for help? or will he continue to suffer? it’s most likely the former, simply because he’s rather embarrassed that he has gotten bad all over again.

6. if your muse has established career claims, what are their thoughts on their career so far? if they do not, how do they feel about not having individual activities yet? what would they like to do in the future, if anything? if they don’t have ambitions for individual activities, explain why.

duri has an established career in modeling, variety, & songwriting. thus far, he’s really happy with his established career. it wasn’t something that he was really expecting, thinking that he’d have more osts or something along those lines, with bc entertainment most likely wanting to use his voices - since they did keep him hidden when he was a trainee, due to his voice and not letting him do anything during those two years. however, it’s a bit interested they wanted to use his face and his likeness for both modeling and variety instead. however, duri can’t really complain because he really liked being the ambassador for both beanpole and baskin-robbins - arguably he liked being the ambassador for baskin-robbins a bit more, since he felt it fit himself a bit more. but, he does understand getting a beanpole ambassadorship. when it came to being placed on main casts for variety, he did really enjoy those as well, especially cool kiz on the block. sure, he’s not really sporty (besides for being an avid gym-goer.) but, he really did enjoy doing the neighborhood sports and this was what had gotten him really more comfortable with variety, and it proved he was a good accent for variety. however, his next main cast wouldn’t come till 2018 with dunia: into a new world. truth be told, he didn’t really get it at first, but once he did, it was clear there really was something there. he had fun with the concept and the whole being brought back to life in the game was a cool addition. of course, duri really, really enjoyed getting to write for titan. he has full writing credits for b-sides: light, playboy, she’s dreaming, and lights out. he also had full writing credits for one title track, kokobop.

in the future, duri would like to continue this track of modeling, variety, and creative claims. of course, he’d also like more solo musics, but those are givens. in general, his career will be completely focused on music, modeling, variety, and creative claims - keeping himself to those 4 areas mostly.

Hair dying: you guys have times where you each dye each other’s hair. He always complains that green is a weird color but in reality he doesn’t really mind the beautiful green blending in smoothly with your dark copper brown hair. Whoever dyed your hair must have been good at their job.

Personality: all and all I feel like you guy’s would be the most funniest couple ever. Like literally you guy’s will back each other up. I feel like it will go something along the lines of:

Likes: I have this headcanon in my head where Dabi like has this fostering system for cats so you guy’s would get along fine. You where always sad to see them go to their forever home’s but Dabi always made sure that you always had some cats to keep company. Along with Netflix Dabi is quiet confused about it. Like you would be there late at night watching some Netflix and Dabi is over there with a cat crawling up his shoulder and he stares at you like “are you f***ing kidding me?” With anime he is a TOTAL fan of it. I mean who wouldn’t want it watch anime it is just the best thing in the world. He likes watching Attack On Titan or Death Note while you like watching Haikyuu and Ouran High School Host Club. For the makeup likes he is your Humber one hype man. But he will tell you when you look ugly and then you blend a banana and look at him with a knowing look while the rest of the League cowers in fear and just looks back at Dabi as he has a cocky smile plastered on his face.
