finally taking the time to write this out and finalize all the deails so maybe ill actually do it.
Also I'm going to add how many cals everything burns next to it, however I want to clarify that these numbers will only be acurate FOR ME. It would only be acurate for you too if you have the same hight and weight as me.
I am 5'7/170cm tall and I weigh 122lbs/55.3kg

gonna leave some tips that really help me workout and not quit early on so I can hold myself to them 馃Ζ
1. Act like your a model while walking or running, it makes the burn worth it when you think your Gigi on the runway.
2. Listen to ana music or music about eating disorders
3. When an exercise is getting to hard DONT just lay there for a break, get up and keep moving, your resting and also keeping your heart rate elevated (aka burning calories)
4. Develop a new walk, or way to present yourself for when your skinny. I DONT know if this is universal, but most bigger people had to develop a certain type of personality to be liked, now that you are going to be thin you need a new personality, something that shows off your daintiness and hard work that you put into the new you.
5. DONT think of it as a punishment, this of it as an award. You are rewarded with working out so that you can be thin, you should be grateful you have the ability to work out to lose weight unlike some bigger people that can鈥檛 move a lot and have to wait a longer time to lose weight.
6. Do just dance in between your workouts. after being so serious a little dancing would be fun, but not only that you can still burn calories!

i rlly like the YouTube trend that happened of 1,000 crunches a day but i found it hard to complete
i found this instead and realised that if you do 30 of each exercise even with only 1 set of each it adds up to a total of 1080 so the results ppl got from the 1,000 crunch challenge should also be the same or even better for this because it targets all parts of your core.
30 reps for each exercise
30x36
30secs-1min break between each exercise
its tough but the different exercises makes it easier and it should be fine as long as u take breaks. im going to try and do this 3-4 times a week alongside some cardio
at least 3 days a week of the whole chart and half the chart on other days
ill get a chart of my cardio and lower body workouts and post them this week

ed vent!!
One thing I've been realizing for a few days is that I've never had a problem with my 3D or with food, I've always eaten what I wanted in the right amount without "overdoing" or "overeating"
But now that I started f4sting and looking from the "other side" whenever I finish a f4st I have compulsions, and they are not compulsions that go away because I keep eating and chewing all day long even if I'm not hungry I just simply can't control it, and I've NEVER had a problem with it but now I'm realizing it's getting out of control.
My last fast was 62 hours and I haven't stopped eating for two days and I actually felt sick. Yesterday I went to sleep at 4:30am because I had chest pain that was worse due to the food and almost 3 days without eating.
Even so, I'm going to wait for another opportunity to do more long f4sts because I was better off without eating than I am now.
I'll try to take control again!

Never really used to smoke but I got so many vapes gifted that I often smoke during lunch break or when outside
The nicotine gives me the dizziness that I used to get from not eating but if I smoke enough it also makes me nauseous and that means I won't eat or the food that I ate comes out again
Wasn't on purpose but I take the side effects
