I started running again last night! 2 miles in 18 mins… I burned 210 calories. I’m going to try to be running off any calories I eat through the day. I’m only eating small diners right now… I HAVE to loose this weight before the end of the month. I need to look good for meeting someone I really like. Gonna try and be more active on here to keep myself accountable
Also like she’s such goals.

Let’s clarify one thing before we get started. This whole “negative calorie foods” thing is a myth. Yeah. Sorry to disappoint, boys and girls. The idea that any food takes more calories to digest than what is actually in the food is barbaric. The closest thing to truth in this theory is celery, which will take roughly half a calorie to digest. Cold water burns very, very slight calories as your body attempts to warm it, so I could imagine the same would apply to popscicles (sugar-free, of course). Beans of most any kind have so much fiber in them, your body will only halfway digest the food, meaning you can cut the caloric content of beans in half. Outside of that, you can trash the negative calorie foods list you have tucked away. Here, we have a list of what most anas and mias would deem to be safe, reasonable foods to eat.

Safe Foods
Apples, 75-116 calories (depending on size)
Baby carrots, 30 calories in 8
Baby food, between 20-100 calories a container, depending on what you get
Bananas, 75-120 calories per banana (depending on size; eat after a purge to restore potassium)
Blueberries, 85 per cup
Blue corn tortilla chips, 90 in 10 chips
Broccoli, 50 per cup
Bullion, 5 a cube
Cabbage, 40 a cup
Carrots, 25 in one medium-sized
Celery, 6 calories a stalk
Chicken, 80 in a drumstick and 120 in a small breast
Crackers, about 60 in 5
Cucumber, 10 calories per medium-sized
Edamame, 65 calories in 2/3 cup (label says 1/3 cup; see above)
Egg whites, 15 per egg
Fat-free or sugar-free yogurt, about 80 per container
Green beans, 70 a can
Kiwi, 50 in one medium-sized
Lettuce, 5 calories in 1 cup shredded
Non-fat turkey or chicken slices, about 20 per slice
Pickles, 5 in a whole pickle
Popcorn, microwaved or air popped as plain kernels without toppings, 36 calories a cup (use salt)
Quinoa, 85 calories in 1/3 cup (quinoa is like rice and is a good, healthier substitute)
Red kidney beans, 85 in 2/3 cup (label says 1/3 cup; see above)
Red rasberries, 65 a cup
Rice cakes, 15 a cake
Salsa, 60 calories per cup (pair up with blue corn tortilla chips)
Spinach, fresh in bag, 7 calories per cup
Squash, about 20-25 per cup
Strawberries, 45 calories a cup
Sugar-Free Jello, 20 a box
Tea, 0 calories
Tomato, 30 calories in one large tomato
Tomato juice or V8, 60 calories a cup (although it’s never recommended that you drink any calories)
Watermelon, 90 calories in 2 cups
Whole wheat bread, 35-100 per slice (check brands)
Sweet potato, 55 calories in one small sized
Vegetable soup, about 90 in one cup
Veggie burger or tofu burger patty, 90 calories (without bread or dressing)
Yam Noodles, 0 calories (and high in fiber, so eat up)

—breakfast • choose between:
oatmeal (no toppings): 160 cals
fruit bowl: 50-70 cals
iced coffee: 40-60 cals
yogurt bowl: 130-150 cals
smoothie bowl: 100 cals
cheerios w/ almond milk: 140-160 cals (eat w/ caution, as it is easy to b!nge with cereals)
—lunch • choose between:
plain rice cake w/ hummus & cucumber: 110 cals
shirataki ramen: 20-80 cals (depending on toppings)
iced coffee: 40-60 cals
spicy cucumber salad: 10-80 cals (depending on sauces)
HALF tuna fish sandwich: (not sure on cals but good for protein and feeling full)
—snacks • choose between:
rice cake: 40-60 cals
yogurt rice cake: 80 cals
tea: 0 cals
diet soda: 0 cals
airpopped/organic popcorn: 35 cals per cup
mini pretzels: 100-120 cals (my favs)
pickles: 5 cals
—dinner:
HOME COOKING : small portions!!
EATING OUT : have both veggies & protein and have full knowledge of what you are taking in
—dessert:
avoid ice cream & dairy at all costs
always go for the lowest cal option
~ tips :
* just because everyone else is, doesn’t mean you have to either. stand out because you’re doing what they don’t have the courage to do
* never let free, open food be the opportunity to b!nge.
* overate in public? no worries! excuse yourself to the bathroom.
* keep the sweet treats as TREATS. bad dogs don’t get treats remember? don’t be spoiled either.
