People really don’t account for how “sassy” (for lack of better words💀) Johnny and Pony are and honestly it’s funny as hell, like his sarcastic remarks are rare in front of the gang but hilarious when they happen

I think because he’s so tough starved he really appreciates any physical contact from you even if it’s just a simple hand hold or resting your head on his shoulder

He loves cuddling, he’s def the little spoon most of the time, but when you first cuddle he’ll try to be the big spoon because it’s just what he expects to be the normal he figures that he should act like how Dallas and the guys he sees in movies are the way he should behave with a girl because he’s never really had anyone else to base a relationship off of

You’re the first person he comes too after being in a fight with his parents, if he’s hurt real bad you’ll always clean him up and spend the night comforting him by cuddling him and talking to get his mind off of it, though I think it might be harder for him to be touched after a fight because he’s just so nervous and shaken, but he warms up too it after a few minutes and it definitely does help him afterward.

He’s always real nervous about messing something up and you being made at him so he needs a lot of reassurance

He’s honestly real good at comforting people himself, like when your sad he knows exactly how to comfort you and make you feel okay or at least safe.

He’s always anxious about pda but I think he does like to at least hold hands in public at I don’t think he’s all that against hugging you or laying his head on your should in front of the gang even if it means he’ll have to deal with two-bits dumb comments, dal’s taunting smirk egging him on or everyone else’s stares even if it does make him pretty nervous he’ll always accept your touch.

Johnny cares a lot for people and never wants to see those he loves hurting which is a pretty obvious fact but because of this anything that happens to you stresses him out so bad

He doesn’t like fights and it’s rare for you guys to get into one, he’s not the best at communicating but eventually will tell you if somethings bugging him before he’d ever let himself get angry about it, I don’t see you guys getting into screaming fights either, it’s possible but it has to be something really bad

If you got together before he was jumped by those socs I’d think the change of him becoming even more quiet and nervous would be the hardest to watch

He doesn’t have a lot of money pretty obviously but he does like to sneak into the drive-in and save up to take you out whenever he can because he just can’t get enough of spending time with you

watched ep 3 & 4 of the pjo show. here are random thoughts:

ep 3

ive said before that ive put off watching the pjo show after episode 2 because the pacing seemed like a rush of getting from story checkpoint to story checkpoint and it never sat in one place long enough to actually grip me. episode 3 started off like that too, before the trio went on the quest. i only started to really like it when they were on the bus together and more of their dynamic was shining. theyre so funny bru.

i like all the acting but leah jeffries and aryan simhadri are CARRYING SO HARD. its like they took annabeth exactly how i imagined her out of my head and plopped her on screen and im so shocked at the accuracy??? her attitude and side eyes and sass is perf. and simhadri’s grover is insane because (dont come for me) i actually like the show version of him better than i did in the book 😭 perhaps reading him was rocky and i interpreted him wrong but seeing him on screen makes me SO attached to him. like in the books he always seemed like a sort of third wheel and annabeth and percy were outshining him so much but he’s actually slaying the show. i love him lots.

i like the dichotomy between percy and annabeth. their dynamic is already so juicy, especially with how they view both their godly and mortal parents. you can see some of their fatal flaws already shining through UGH i love them

i like medusa WAY more in the show. she seems so menacing yet classy and much more multifaceted. my only complaint was that she died way too quickly. there was so much build up in tension only for her to get one-tapped and it was honestly disappointing.

echidna is slaying so hard. sorry but the villains are actually eating the whole dish up. mwah no balls.

its giving “im not a monster, im a mother” 🔥

fight scene annoyed me again but at least the mother of all monsters wasn’t ONE TAPPED. but i was annoyed because the monster was not thrashing him around as much as it had the opportunity to and it was giving plot armour im so sorry. might be cause of budget or target audience/rating though idk. the commentary of the show seems more mature however.

anyways yurr those are my observations. i like these last two eps more than the first two so maybe i should let this series cook.

This wasn't asked for because nobody in their right mind would ask for this but this is a fic rec list of fics I cannot stop rereading

Just started yet another reread of Inimitable Verse by deniigiq and I fully plan on rereading their into the multiverse series which occasionally crosses over also - this is a Spider-Man/team red focused series, think comics canon infused early mcu-spidey since only homecoming had come out for a non substantial amount of time they were working on the series and the daredevil stuff is explicitly tv show AND comics. Also the multiverse series is how I got into Murderdock and therefore how I got into Spider Gwen

Unpretty's Sorrowful And Immaculate Hearts series which is just a loosely interconnected series of DC fics. My personal favorites are Empty Graves, in which Martha Kent keeps killing time travelers trying to kill baby! Clark; any of their clois fics but especially Third Wheel; and Anti-Social, which is a social media fic mostly about Tim and Bruce that made me cry laughing. Catch Bruce trying to get Walmart's employees to unionize. Also shout out to unpretty's only fic with Jason in it, it looks awesome but is tragically incomplete

This particular Reverse Robin AU which put in the work to reverse every single younger generation and is chef's kiss I LOVE this version of Tim he's wild

Both of Shoalsea's fics are in constant rotation for me I talk about Into The Brighter Night all the time in the tags of reblogs and stuff it truly lives in my head rent free. Anyway Tim gets kidnapped by aliens and the batfam have to watch as yj98 saves him and it's angsty and funny and such a good take on what could have been if the new 52 hadn't happened. And Compassion Builds No House is about Tim and Pru from Red Robin. Ugh they're both so good

Speaking of Clois (I did you've just forgotten this by now) brilliant (like a confession) by kathkin (penny-anna on the hellsite) is so fucking good I'm. Okay. Anyway it'll be listed as inspiration if/when I finally post my two person love triangle fic for them

I'm too anxious to catch up on this before it's done but jumble sale chic is hands down the best spideydevil fic series despite and because of the omegaverse

Make A Little Birdhouse In Your Soul is my favorite take on Jason, period, and has a lot of fantastic Damian stuff going on too. It's updating every few weeks still! Sometimes more often! I love you bacondoughnut it's me JustGail the person who will not stop commenting on your fic you're stuck with me forever

I lied above Rumspringa Murderdock is what got me into Murderdock but that series is second place. I found this one while scrolling through the tv show's mattfoggy tag, thinking I was safe

Speaking of Murderdock mattfoggy, The Lawyer All the Wickedness was written early on in spider-gwen's history and so diverges from canon really early in ways that I think are super interesting and creative

Oh also straight on 'til morning by merils (Tumblr url mamawasatesttube) does SUCH a great job unpacking Kon's trauma and building up healthy relationships around him including a budding timkon romance and yeah it makes me sad and happy at the same time

Hunter obviously had no idea who your brother was and upon hearing that Wooyoung was his favourite member you knew that you HAD to prank him and well, knowing Jung Wooyoung you knew he'd say yes to help you prank your innocent and adorable boyfriend. So the sequence of the plan was to tell Hunter that your brother wanted to meet him and see if he was good enough for you and when they finally meet Wooyoung would pretend to be unamused and surprised that you chose him as your boyfriend.

Of course, when the day did come and when Hunter met Wooyoung. Jung Wooyoung the Supreme Prankster could not bring himself to go with the plan when he saw the nervous/scared look on Hunter's face. Well, so did you...when you had told Hunter and met him you already regretted ever thinking of this prank.

So Wooyoung broke off the cold atmosphere with a groan and told Hunter everything and gave him a hug.

"I CAN'T DO THIS! OMO I am so sorry! This was supposed to be funny but you look so nervous! I didn't want our first meeting go go like this!" Wooyoung said as he held the not-so-little boy's shoulders.

"Huh...." Hunter just stood there confused as Wooyoung patted his shoulder.

"Me and my sister wanted to prank you but you looked so nervous that I couldn't bring myself to prank you!" Wooyoung said as Hunter's jaw dropped.

"But in all seriousness...you're a good boy. You're perfect for my baby sister." Wooyoung said and well let's just say you had a wonderful time that day when Hunter came to your apartment feeling super clingy and peppered you with kisses.

Yechan

Mingi was already super happy with the fact that he had a cute and adorable little sister like you and then he finds out you're dating Yechan and he couldn't be any happier with the fact that he now has a little brother too. When Yechan and Mingi meet each other away from the work environment as your boyfriend and your brother respectively Mingi already gives him his blessings to marry you in the future.

Then on both Yechan and Mingi become besties with you always being the topic of their discussion. You were more than happy to see your favourite boys getting along really well. Their friendship and bond also brought along a string of unofficial collabs. The first time you get to hear their songs is on your birthday when they performed a rap number composed specially for you.

"Aww that was amazing!" you say as you move to give both of them a big hug.

"I'm glad you loved it! Me and hyung stayed up all night making this song!" Yechan said making you tear up as you gave him a big hug.

"Stoppp! I'll cry! You guys are so cute! You better get married in the future!" Mingi coos and picks the both of you off the floor for a group hug.

It's safe to say that your brother and personal hype man approves of your relationship and both you and Yechan were forever grateful for it.

Floyd and Jade Leech headcanons :) Its super messy, I wrote it on a whim. Please don’t think all of my writing is like this, this is just for fun! >:6

warnings: mildly Sexual content, but no explicit mentions of sex | mentions of polygamy, but it’s not explored or meant to be taken at face value | swearing | Canon divergent and armchair diagnosing them :) I’m new to TWST, please don’t take these super seriously.

Floyd and Jade “date” you together, not in a polygamy, brother-husband way, but they genuinely, happily share everything. It’s not sexual, but you often find yourself hanging out with your “boyfriend’s brother” who’s a little too comfortable being on all of your dates. It’s not entirely on them, really, you’re not actually positive which one you’re dating either. They switch off between head boyfriend and clinger monthly. You find out years later that the other twin wasn’t “third-wheeling,” he was also on a date with you, which is why he paid for everything and tried- and failed, to hold your hand. Too nervous :(

They also talk like Akira and Ryo in the Devilman OVAs like this video when they speak privately. The voices they project to others aren’t forced, but intentionally different. Only they know each other’s true mannerisms and speech patterns. They're constantly, even if it doesn’t seem like it. Also it’s just funny. Floyd talks like Akira and Jade talks like Ryo. When Floyd hits puberty, he talks like Akira post transformation. His voice doesn’t deepen, but he embodies his more abrasive speech.

J: His corpse weighed twice as much when he died... meaning he wasn’t the only thing to die...

F: Oh my god- what do you mean he wasn’t the only thing to die?

Autistic and ADHD... on opposite ends of the spectrum. Floyd definitely picks up on social cues, but he has to remind people that his brain isn’t wired to care. :D He talks loudly about taboo subjects or says off color things, but most people find him endearing or funny. He’ll be in the mostro lounge telling Jade about his wet dreams and laughing loudly. He points at the regulars sitting at the counter and laughs like, “Haha you were there! HUHUHU like the wizard of oz!” Jade just nods and smiles. He’s lucky he’s a big scary guy because anyone else would’ve been beaten up :( Jade hyperfocuses on learning the ‘rules” of society. He’s incredibly polite because it’s easier to follow the script than deviate from it and have to face the consequences. He comes off as passive, but only in comparison to Floyd. He expects other people to know social etiquette to the same degree he taught himself. Not blessing him after a sneeze? A thousand years Jail.

Floyd is also clingy and always wants to be connected to Jade’s hip at all times. Jade can’t stand physical contact, but if it’s you... it’s okay. *defeated* SAD 4 yuu! Whatever, there is another tweel. Jade will show him something on his phone, or in a book, and Floyd will get increasingly close to test those boundaries with him. He’ll look up and realize that they’re temple to temple when Floyd starts giggling. Jade tolerates this since he realizes that Floyd is somewhat holding back, even if it’s not as much as he would like.

I think Jade is older, and Floyd’s a very minor case of big little brother. It doesn’t matter to floyd, as far as he’s concerned they probably hatched at the same time, with little difference in their individual development. Although I think Jade is older, I don't think he's smarter than Floyd, I feel like they’re both average students intellectually, but Jade can actually turn in assignments. I think he’s older because he has more mature sensibilities,

They don’t understand how some people can’t tell them apart. To them, they look wildly different as people. As eels, and other fish, the details begin to blend together, Jade couldn’t tell you where his gill ends and Floyd’s begins. As humans, it’s night and day. (And it really is, like let's be real)

They feel a deep sense of ownership over one another, and the thought of putting someone else in their dynamic makes them both uneasy. Floyd’s fear is that they’ll like Jade more, Jade fears that another person would try to pit them against each other. Unless they have equal stake in that person, they likely won’t make an effort to get to know you. :( You have to woo both of them, luckily they’re very easy to impress. He screamed when Silver gave him a hiking rope girl... It wasn’t even wrapped

Showing Jade any interest in his hobbies will make him yours. He likes mushrooms, hikes, and dolls. Floyd likes basketball, drawing, and dolls. Literally that’s all. They fell in love with dolls like you fall asleep... quietly, slowly and then all at once... They don’t collect them because whatever, but you know exactly what Jade is looking at in the Antique shop...

As for the media they consume... These girls are readers, they spend most of their time reading. Jade reads about etiquette and social customs obsessively, but it’s not fun for him. Floyd reads manga exclusively, and will have in depth conversations about any and all things manga. His favorite genre is sports shoujo, he thinks shounen is too gay. (KIDDING!! HES GAY) He likes romance, and clumsy heroines, and sultry villainesses, like his all time crush... That’s the only time his mood won’t change drastically, there’s so much to cover. He’ll ask you questions about things that are seemingly random and then bring the most depressed, ran through manga you’ve ever seen. Obviously it was well loved. He’s a walking Uquiz.... Give him a color, a quote, and a 90s pop starlette and he’ll give you a manga rec. He doesn’t care for anime though, neither of them watch a lot of tv. ADHD girls know the feeling of wanting something to just end already, and reading allows them to go at their own exaggeratedly fast pace.

“Shrimpy... would you rather be born to a parent who wanted a (opposite sex) baby and raised you as a (son/daughter) which ends up actually being okay because you pass well enough and you’re gay.. or would you rather live in a world where hamsters can talk?” And Jade enables him, “Please answer honestly Yuu-chan.”

Their guilty pleasure is otome games. They start each one by picking a ML for the other and then compare it to who they actually prefer by the end of the game. Jade is predictable, Floyd is always right about who he ends up with. He chooses them based on the traits each time... someone tall and strict. Odd. Jade is baffled how he’s never right about Floyd. He tells him that the heart wants what it wants!

This is so stewpid but I love you Jade and Floyd.

This was inspired after I saw a few panels of Iske being so sweet and seeming to be having a hard time holding himself back whenever he witnesses Ruby being her adorable self. It's not a fic, but more like word vomit. As per usual, this contains a few spoilers, and plenty use of the word 'wife' (I may or may not have some certain likings for that word. A little too much, maybe, its not even funny) so please read at your own risk.

This post is nothing but a fruit of my imaginations of how I'd picture him act towards Ruby based on my observation of him through canon (both novel and manhwa). Another thing I might add is that this post hasn't been edited yet so- LMAO. Enjoy!

I feel like Iske isn't one for PDA. Yes, he's quite the affectionate one. But I feel like he'd be more comfortable doing so in private. He's not really one who likes to show off to people, but that doesn't mean that he minds or even cares about what people think about him. If he wants to, or when he thinks that his wife is being much too adorable for him to bear, he'd just go for it. Be it a kiss on the forehead, on her hands, wrist, or temple. Heck, Andymion's canonically became their third wheel. And it's only because Ruby put a stop to it, so he did. I think there's even a high chance that Iske had already noticed first that they still had a company at the time but still chose to ignore it. I mean, c'mon, he's a knight. He probably has a high sense or something. There's no way someone as obvious as Andy (and his horse) even managed to escape his detection. And at the time, Iske had only looked a little pissed at him. Not because he was caught, of course, but because Andy had just ruined the atmosphere for them! And Andy wasn't even trying to hide his presence! So yes, I'd like to think that he just doesn't really care about others. It was either that, or because he was just too busy at the time to be focusing on kissing the daylights out of his wife to even care to pay attention to his surroundings.

After all, rather than wasting his time thinking about what others have to say to him, he'd much rather spend his time spoiling or paying attention to his wife, Ruby.

On formal occasions or situations where he really couldn't do whatever he wants or go wild (in case he'd get another stern reprimand from his father about decorum and propriety), all he'd do is place his hand on the small of her back, sometimes shoulder. Acting as if he were guiding her in a gentlemanly manner, and if he couldn't hold her hand, then he'd hide it by taking her arm to get it entwined with his. Acting as if he were merely escorting her. Ruby would often catch him on his scheme; but in the end, she'd just shake her head or giggle because, really, it wasn't like she was any better than her husband or anything anyway.

However! It's totally different when they're in the privacy of their own room. That, or if there's no one around to catch them being their lovey-dovey selves. Then no restraint needed! ><

And because this is SFW only, I shall try to keep it PG-rated only, lmao. But anyways!

If they really got the privacy to themselves, then there'd be no hesitation for his touch. A hug would be given, a kiss (which often ended up turning as a full blown make out), and some caresses that would last longer compared to how he did in public. If it's in his office, then he'd either hug her while standing at first or move somewhere else to find something that Ruby could sit on. He's just attentive like that! Or if he happens to enjoy their hugs so much that he'd hate to break them apart just to let Ruby rest her legs, then he'd just sit her on his desk. Or the meeting table, really. He doesn't care. He'd let her sit there as he leans forward to either rest his head on top of her head or bury his face in between the junctions of her neck. It depends on how needy he currently is, really. Sometimes if he couldn't find anything for her to sit on, he'd just lift her up with his strong arms. Causing her to yelp before wrapping her arms to his neck for balance as he lets himself to rest his head to either her collarbone or chest, all while he still standing on his 2 feet, listening to her heartbeat and basking to the comfort of her warmth.

It's not really a fixed thing, but occasionally, if he finds himself to be much too touch starved, he'll simply go for the crook of her neck where he can feel her pulse and inhale the sweet scent that's wafting from her. All while keeping a tight grip on his hug before slowly loosening it down after he finally could gather his bearings. If it's just any other day when he needs a quick recharge of her, he'd just bring her to his arms as he placed his head on top of hers. All while enjoying the scent that was so uniquely hers before heading off somewhere to attend to his duties. Not before giving a few light pecks or a kiss after saying his goodbye, and see you later (possibly at dinner or in his bedchamber; it's theirs now; he had officially refused the notion of them sleeping separately, like ever, if he could help it).

I'd like to think that once they really have some time to themselves, he'll spend it all either relaxing or doing anything that Ruby wants. Be it just a casual walk together in the garden, reading some books, listening to her ramblings about her activities and recent shenanigans (sometimes cutting her words with few light teasing that would cause her to blush and gets flustered), going on dates, or just plain hanging out side-by-side in silence within their room! All while doing nothing but bask in each other's presence as he sits her sideways on top of his lap, leaning back on the huge couch rest as he lets her rests her head on his wide shoulder. One hand perched safely around her waist while the other is either playing, fiddling, or gently stroking on her much smaller hands, before he proceeds to lift his hand up to gently caressing her long strands of hair.

He'd listen to her calm breathing, stroking her arms, and giving light pats of comfort. Something that tends to make her end up feeling drowsy sometimes even makes her barely have the strength to keep her eyes open. Meanwhile, Iske would just stay there, watching in amusement as Ruby continues her futile effort to fight the sleepiness away. And eventually, if she does end up losing and falling asleep, he'd watch her there, perched on his lap, safely within his arms, as he lets his mind truly wander about the fact that he really gets to have this. Witnessing Ruby, his wife, who is currently at peace, free, and unbothered by the nightmares and trauma that used to haunt her in the past. He thinks about that, all while praying at the same time that he'd like for it to remain like that, always. Ruby being her happy and cheerful self while he stays in the back or her side, watching and supporting her in doing whatever she wants. And just before the drowsiness managed to finally get hold of himself too, he looks around to make sure the throw blanket has really done its job properly to cover his wife to avoid her catching a cold after waking from her light nap, Iske finally closes his eyes. Thinking right before he finally let sleep overtake his consciousness, that yes, he's finally at peace and happier than he's ever been.

OH MAN good question. and funny question. me and cap talk about so many batshit aus that some of the ships we have make no sense without reams of context but. lets dive in!

-lilanette is a classic which i dont feel like i have to explain -lila and nino but like in a qpr way. in this specific scenario, nino and alya are properly dating, but nino and lila live together and are incredibly close friends and shes kind of their professional third wheel. the kind where alya was super worried at first but after getting to know her realizes she is no threat to their relationship whatsoever. she is too busy running pyramid schemes to worry about romance. but they're also inseperable and very important to each other. deeper than friends but not to the extent of romance. basically described as "and they were roommates". also aro lila. -lila and juleka but specifically in a toxic way. unhealthy relationship goals. -lila and mireille, but specifically for comedy. the most interesting, chaos riddled person to walk the plot has been neutralized by dating The Most Boring Person On Earth and its really funny. Lila loves her boring girlfriend even if all they do is go to cafes and order bottled water or watch friends on netflix. Marinette wants to organize a rescue mission to get lila out of there. but lila has resigned herself to her boring fate. mireille is akuma proof as well because shes a Background Character so lila is safe from any further hawkmoth influence.

-lila and max, both in an ace way, where lila drives him crazy and irritates him on purpose and max cant figure out why he still doesn't hate having her around. both crazy geniuses in their own right. they compliment each others strengths and make up for their weaknesses. and i think they're cool. a powerful team.

-lila and adrien, but in the kind of bond they'd have in the future where like. "we were hurt and used by the same cruel person, and then we hurt and used each other, but its easier to just blame him and reside in this kindred feeling than confront the problems that are still here" kinda way. yaknow?

-theres a case for lila and nathaneal here too, but also probably in an unhealthy way where she inevitably rejects him (sorry nath to do that to you. again.)

-i know felila (felix and lila) is very common, and while i do see the potential, for some reason, it just doesnt catch anything for me

Why not both?

For Pip:

Sexuality Headcanon: Gay, no doubt about it. Idk where else to put this but an interesting tidbit is that in the 19th century left-handedness was a sign of homosexuality, and Pip uses his left hand as his dominant hand a lot in the show, so make of it what you will.

Gender Headcanon: Cis, never really thought about it tbh.

A ship I have with said character: Bip, my soon-to-be 9 year old OTP, aka Butters x Pip. I have a lot to say about this ship but I'll make it brief. This ship,while seemingly saccharine on the outside, is extremely bittersweet not only in a meta context(Butters indirectly killed him not only in a meta sense, but also in being the first one to draw attention to Tom Cruise in 200), but in-universe as well, in the sense that even if they get beat up,insulted or abused, they still have each other, but how long until Butters realizes he wouldn't be getting so much mistreatment if he wasn't dating Pip in the first place?How long until Pip lets Butters take his repressed anger out on him because "there's no other way", or maybe he'd let him do anything because he's that desperate for attention, any kind of it?There's just a lot of things you can do with it and you could nurture it into a good ending against all odds or a gritty grimdark ending. Also it'd be funny to see Butters' parents react to seeing him date a more passive version of him.

Besides Bip though,Cartip aka Cartman x Pip is just a very entertaining ship for me, purely because their scenes together have a lot of dom/sub tension to them and also for its comedic value.

A BROTP I have with said character: Pip and Dougie are a good pair and it'd be fun to see what interests they could have in common, but it's super weird that they didn't interact once in Two Guys Naked in a Hot Tub, though that's probably because Dougie's kind of a third wheel in that episode. Pip and Stan might be very unlikely and Stan wouldn't want it for the life of him but I can see it as a one-sided thing.

A NOTP I have with said character: I really don't have one I think?

A random headcanon: His parents were killed in a home invasion by a frenchman, which is why anything french related is a trigger and why he hates french people so much, to him they took away his one chance at having a decent life, though he doesn't remember that his own parents hated him too.Also it'd be super funny if he was a Barbra Streisand fan so yeah.

General Opinion over said character: Pip's tied with Butters(my opinion on him is pretty complicated though) and Dogpoo as my favorite characters, so there's a lot to unpack here. He's a repressed Victiorian orphan child put into an uninhibited 90s setting, someone whose purpose is to be really cringe and annoying,but on the other hand the cringiness is what makes the gimmick with him funny, how deep can the cringe go and how much will his abuse escalate, and what does he truly think about it?(tbh this entire gimmick with him would most likely culminate in death so that was pretty obvious in hindsight)At the same time there's a sense of pity or worriedness about him as well,and it's really nice when he actually has friends who like him back in Butters and Dougie. In terms of his death it's so inconsequential and blink and you'll miss it that I normally don't think about it much when analyzing him, but ig it's interesting to think about where he'd go after dying?(the obvious fanon answer would be Hell, but Heaven was recruiting more people in season 9, but also his death was unnatural so maybe Limbo?)

Now onto Clyde:

Sexuality Headcanon: I'd say Bi but knowing Clyde he'd label himself as Questioning or Heteroflexible for a very long time.

Gender Headcanon: I view him as cis though maybe he'd question his gender identity too?I could see that but can't pinpoint exactly what he'd question himself as, maybe agender idk.

A ship I have with said character: Cryde, I'm really a sucker for "doppleganger" ships so this one fits the bill, but also if you look deeper into it you'd see that amidst the superficial similarities they have a lot of differences too. Also I really just love the bro vibe they'd give even after they'd start dating, they seem like they'd just be super chill together and wouldn't have many worries about big arguments. I think both of them could also benefit from one another?Clyde would let his insecurities go after he sees that Craig has no problem with how he actually is, and Craig'd probably like being with someone who doesn't mind being mundane.

A BROTP I have with said character: Cryde again, for the bro energy that I mentioned above, but also Twyde, they can be conspiracy bros together and talk about how the government wants to control everyone, though Tweek would be on the more supernatural side(like the Underpants Gnomes) while Clyde would go for the more sci-fi side(he didn't believe in supernatural zombies existing but had no problems believing Covid and QAnon conspiracies).

A NOTP I have with said character: Nobody really, at this point idk if I have NOTPs anymore lol, but Tyde when used just for the "Pair the Spades" trope maybe?But that's just how I feel about people doing Pair the Spades in fics in general.

A random headcanon: Even though Clyde is a naturally emotional person, his mom's strictness over rules made him supress said emotions and indirectly made him ashamed of being emotional and not the Cool Popular Guy he wanted to be(that and probably toxic masculinity in general). Because of this, he idolizes Craig, especially his attitude and coolness, and he's his ideal on what the Cool Popular Guy should be, so even though he had his own brand of deadpan and snark before, he started to imitate Craig's mannerisms more in an effort to seem cooler.

General Opinion over said character: Even though he's kinda inconsistent in the show, Clyde's a pretty interesting character to talk about and analyse on, I like him a lot though my interpretation of him is probably more of an Outsider Artist's view on things. For me, he's someone who is more middle of the road academically and socially, not that smart but not that dumb either, and even though he can be easily misled into a fall from grace and said downfalls might cloud his judgement until someone knocks him out of it, he's normally not ill-intentioned. However, he often lets his insecurities and self consciousness get the best of him, so he's at his best when dealing with said issues(Lice Capades is definitely my favorite Clyde episode).

Okay so i realised im a fucking idiot and that i’ve been sending you shit through “?” And i have no idea where those messages go through so whoopdy doo ig but in my defence i wasnt able to send anything any other way bc.. uhh.. yeah my email wasn’t confirmed n all that. Im telling u man i’m a whole ass boomer rn🤦‍♀️ can’t even remember how to send an ask smh.

Anyways i only now finished reading svs because i’ve been putting it off in favour of reading different fics (works from other fandoms and… ooc soukoku fics. Listen i hate mischaracterisation as much as the next guy but i find them very entertaining okay) and AAAUURGGHH WHAT A BANGER. The way you write is immaculate if svs was a food it’d have a savoury taste like i’d be liking my fingers n shit. I found out about it when you posted on twitter you updated it (it was the smut chapter, by the way) and i was like “huh” and decided to read it and my god am i glad I didn’t skip over that tweet.

Idk if this was on purpose or not but verlaine is kinda cringefail in your fic and i love it. I am a firm believer that as badass as verlaine is he is undeniably embarrassing and i need MORE of that.

My one criticism for svs is that we needed more adam scenes. He should have been added like really, unnecessarily early on in the fic and act as a third wheel in the fic. But like a third wheel soukoku did not want or ask for but he’s just kinda there they can’t really get rid of him. Chuuya and dazai in their divorce arc arguing and adam is in the background thinking “i could crack a really funny joke from this” (on that note i added the lines “Adam’s blabbering makes more sense now, so they act as if nothing has happened. “When I lift this veil, you will seal the deal with a kiss.” He can’t stop himself from laughing, “I hope you enjoyed that joke too.” “We didn’t,” Verlaine says from across the shrine. “Paul be quiet.”” In my “collection of fanfic lines I chuckled at” in my notes. He’s so silly i love him. I love how he laughs at his own jokes he just like me fr.)

Anyways here are like two extra svs doodles. I keep thinking about how you said that chuu can fluctuate between genders (literally) and its so… zamn.

And reading the scene where verlaine is brushing chuuya’s hair inspired me to draw this

I have no idea how long chuuya’s hair is supposed to be like idk if it’s “yeah his hair is a little longer than it is in canon haha” or “yeah mf got some LONG ass hair looking like rapunzel”. Also I don’t remember if his lil ribbon was red or blue but.. i jus went with blue and i didn’t know if the pearls were supposed to be like on his head or woven into his braid so i just went with the latter. And again ALSO i know he was barefoot but i’m not drawing his fucking dogs okay.

Chuuya's literal genderfluidity is something I'm glad people like cause when I imagine divinity I think of someone not bound by sex or gender and whatnot plus I just don't think he'd give a fart. so like....world's most wonderful tits...but he's shorter.

the character everyone gets wrong

neo 3's little buddy, and salmonid's in general tbh. they're sentient beings with their own (admittedly a bit problematic in execution) culture! the devs are like going back on this little so, not sure if it still counts but, little buddy isnt neo 3's dog. as funny as that interpretation can be sometimes, he's their friend, and canonically an agent, too. also, salmonids arent wild animals. tired of people assuming that. if youre offended by how the culture is presented because of its basis on a real one (i dont remember the exact one ATM, curse my bad memory, but theres a lot of posts out there going over how salmonid culture was inspired by it, for better and for worse) then i understand, but pretending that the salmonids are wild beasts is so so dumb. they canonically have a trade deal with octarians iirc. i beg people to look up salmonid lore so much but, alas.. inkfish dominate

12. the unpopular character that you actually like and why more people should like them

SHELDON!!!! this is a recent development for me but i actually really like sheldon. he has fun dialogue. he gives out good info on weapons. he's a nerd (very good!! love nerds) and honestly? he is very autism/pos. projecting my autism onto him rn.

also his inclusion in the splatoon 2 storymode is cool. getting weapon info for him is lovely. i cant lie about sheldon hate anymore

18. it's absolutely criminal that the fandom has been sleeping on...

i can say a looot for this one but ill just say.. big man. people kind of ignore his existence soo much but he has so much to his character. ive seen like no discussion on the fact that he's a loz nerd, but that has a lot of potential. id be the change i want to see on the world if i wasnt so tired loll. also people need to include him more in deep cut drawings.. he's left out a lot despite being just as close to shiver and frye as they are to each other. maybe im just not looking in the right places but he's always treated like a third wheel, but he isnt.

25. common fandom complaint that you're sick of hearing

this might be outside of tumblr fandom, BUT twitter fandom is just, quite the place. maybe this isnt fandom lmao but its the only thing i can think of really. but, the constant complaints about the weapon meta. like. what happened to just having fun? competitive is a Beast i dont even want to touch with a 10ft pole, but im tired of people just saying the exact same things over and over. makes me question if some people even have fun with this game.
