Random but- uh... pro and cons of using Photoshop or MSPAINT as an Art Program.

Strictly personal opinion that probably shouldn't be taken as advice:

Photoshop:

Pros: 1. Has layers! Omg yay :D

2. Very nice color wheel

3. Layer modes, and extensive color editing, and has brush modes too. You ALSO can add cool brushes and MAKE cool brushes

4. Gradients...

5. Filters go brr! Also the tools are Decent

6. Technically u can make gifs n animate, good luck figuring it out

Cons: 1. MY PC GOES EEEE immediately. me no likey :/

2. Expensive. That gets fixed by pirating the shit outta adobe. AND ALSO PHOTOPEA (the site)

3. SLOW. AS HELL . defeats it in a cool battle

4. It's hard to grasp :/ you gotta have experience w PC art programs. It's also better suited as a photo editing tool, so perfect for editing a finished work, not making one

5. No stabilizer! Good luck

6. Shit fill tool

Ms Pain:

Pros: 1. FAST. ITS SO FAST N EASY :D And intuitive ofc

2. It's like crunching a lil snacc but art... sometimes you eat a lunch's worth of snacks and then regret it tho lmao

3. FUN.

4. Funny Manga black+white mode

5. Pixel art!!!!!

6. Brush fills for shapes are super fun for bg,,,

Cons: 1. FFFFUCK there's no good brushes. Fuck around find out draw with a pencil or with a funny brush but fill EVERYTHING with it

2. No brush pressure aside from FEW CHOSEN brushes and tablets. They are literally mostly incompatible w ms paint

3. Shit tools

4. No layers!!!!!!!

5. No layer modes, brush modes, filters OR gradients GOOD LUCK SHAWTY

6. Art tends to look crunchy due to canvas size and brush physics :p

7. Serious art requires a lot of effort to look good. I mean it. It's a doodley space!!!

Warnings/TW: Maybe a lil bit of angst, mentions of depression?, crying, swearing Gender neutral

hi- This is, once again, kinda a vent since I tend to get really sad even if just a second ago I was wheezing FVERHBHJR cause ✨mental illness luv✨ GFEJFRBEJ to my purple heart anon and the anon who requested for collot, I promise I’ll work on those after this! I’m very sorry if I take too long!

💥BAKUGOU KATSUKI💥

You guys were taking a walk in the park (it was Mina’s idea)

You were being your happy self, eating (random snacc)

The rest of the group were walking alongside you both

Bakugou was being his tsundere self, secretly staring at you

you looked so cute🥺🥺

Bakugou started talking to Kirishima

Everyone was talking to at least someone, besides you

You didn’t mind, so you just smiled softly and started humming

After a while you stopped humming and suddenly felt really sad

Katsuki noticed this

You were trying not to cry

You didn’t know why you were sad :(

You were having such a good time, why were your dumb emotions getting in the way? (YOUR EMOTIONS ARENT DUMB BTW >:(() “Uh, I’m going to sit here for a bit, you guys can keep walking” You said as you sat on a cream colored bench, smiling fakely. The group (besides katsuki) kept on walking after they acknowledged what you said. Bakugou huffed and sat down next to you. “Hey idiot, what’s wrong?” He grumbled, making you look at him. You started tearing up and just shrugged, really not knowing why you were sad. “I-I don’t know..” You said softly, your voice sounding strained and quiet.

After that you both went to the dorms

You felt bad that you had ‘ruined’ the day for Katsuki :(

Katsuki just shushed you RBFHJER

You guys went into his dorm and cuddled, Bakugou rubbing circles into your back

You were crying, not sobbing but not crying quietly either

Bakugou didn’t mind you getting his shirt wet

You eventually fell asleep

Bakugou kissed your forehead but you didn’t hear it from me HJFEFRJ

You and Midoriya were laughing, just watching a shitty movie

You both were having a great time!

Until you weren’t :(

You suddenly felt really sad

You pulled your blanket over your head, trying not to tear up

You laughed with Izuku, trying to act happy for him (he deserves everything)

You soon didn’t have the energy to laugh

So you just buried your face into a pillow you were holding, crying silently

Izuku didn’t hear you, he had thought you had fallen asleep

He was going to ‘wake you up’ so he could ask you if you wanted a snack from the fridge or something

But then he heard you sniffling :(

Mans literally went D: You didn’t notice little babi Izuku being right in front of you, frowning. You just wanted to go to your own dorm and cry, not wanting to ruin the moment for Izu. Izuku gently put a hand on your covered head, trying to comfort you the best he could. “H-hey.. What’s wrong?” He asked softly, slowly and gently hugging you. “I don’t k-know..” you sobbed out, gripping his shirt.

Izuku comforted you for the rest of the afternoon

He liked knowing he was making you feel comforted, so he didn’t mind not watching the movie

You both fell asleep

In the end Izuku didn’t get snacks :((

But he was happy that he made you feel better :)

And if you’re happy he’s happy

If you’re sad he’s sadder

You reassured him it was nothing, you were just tired

Shoto and you soon decided to go back to the dorms

You plopped down on his bed and shoved your face into his pillow, trying to seem like you were sleeping

Shoto frowned softly and sat next to you, putting a gentle hand on your head (SHOTO JUST PUSHES YOUR HEAD ON THE PILLOW HJFREHJFEJRW JK JK-)

“Is there something you want to tell me?” he decided to ask You shook your head and shrugged, finally turning your head to face him. “I don’t know..” You said softly and wiped your teary eyes. He understood the feeling of sadness coming out of nowhere. He didn’t need you to tell him more. “It’s okay.. Come here”

He pulled your head to his chest and laid down on the bed with you

He whispered small reassurances, running his hand up and down your back

It made you feel a little better at least :D

You thanked him softly, kissing his covered chest and saying a small ‘I love you’ then falling asleep

He smiled softly and kissed your head, muttering a small but heartfelt ‘I love you too’

What does nostos mean? What language is it in? 🤔 also I of course loved it, mind blown as usual queen

it’s ancient greek! it means homecoming, the idea of a triumphant return home for the hero after a long journey. i found it through looking at the root of nostalgia. in this fic of course it’s kind of a grim tongue in cheek play on it. the reader’s coming back to the mountains, but she’s running away after a bad breakup, and the welcome she gets is... shall we say less than ideal haha

First of all as a person who reads monster shit- hell ya. Mhm. That’s some good shit right there. That was DELICIOUS horror. It actually had me a bit nervous and afraid to read what was gonna happen next 😳

Secondly- omg I wanna know what happened next (at the end) 👀 know what I mean??? 😼

ty nonnie!! i didn’t have the right space for it, but after kohsuke was ripped apart and eaten kuroo stayed by the reader’s side until late in the night, only disappearing when he heard the reader’s parents/search party approaching. they found her lying in pools of blood (and scattered half eaten body parts), shaking and unresponsive – they knew no animal could’ve done something like that. so they knew something lurked in those woods, but considering the reader had repressed the memories, her mom couldn’t just come out and say it <33

GHFJDK so the monster in this is kind of based off the nekomata spirit in japanese folklore - they can appear like people, torment victims by reanimating the corpses of their loved ones, they’ve been blamed for forest fires, so it was just fun to use that as a basis and then go buck wild haha. anyway thanks for the ask bby!

Like, you loved it.

So color him surprised when you came into the girls bathroom shoving a pink goodie bag in his face.

"Here! It's a new recipe i whipped up, would you mind critiquing it? I want it to be perfect!"

And it was on that first bite he knew, ya'll were going to have the best baking dates.

But not just dates!

At some point Kou made the mistake of boasting about how much his sister and big brother loved his cooking.

the kitten raised his head when he heard that and started licking your hand as if he was giving you little kitty kisses

Bellemere

If you don’t already know how, Bellemere would teach you how to fight (barehanded, with a knife or sword, how to shoot, etc.) Most of your sparring matches end up turning into something more romantic though, especially if you manage to beat her and pin her to the ground.

When there’s a particularly full harvest in the orange grove, she’ll take some of the flowers and give them to you. The bedroom you two share in the cottage is filled with years’ worth of dried flower bouquets, crowns, garlands, etc.

She’s always there to listen to you vent, be a shoulder to cry on, etc. Initially she’ll offer to kick the ass of whoever’s got you so upset, but she also offers genuine advice and assures you that you don’t have to deal with anything alone.

Absolutely uses pet names around you, especially “honey/hon” and “darling”. She also uses cheesy pick up lines, but with her level of confidence they actually come off as pretty damn smooth. Nami and Nojiko always groan whenever she talks to you like that when they’re around (that feeling when you’re minding your own business eating breakfast and your mom says that the only thing sweeter than orange juice is your other mom’s kisses) and it just makes Bellemere do it even more.

Baby 5

I think Baby 5 falling in love with another woman would (at first) be a lot like the dynamic that Pearl and Rose Quartz had in the past from Steven Universe. If you haven’t seen the show, Pearl is clearly in love with Rose but that love plus her nature as a servant-type Gem causes her to express that love in somewhat unhealthy ways: throwing herself into the line of fire, initially refusing to accept that she kept secrets from her, heavily priding herself in being Rose’s sole confidant, etc. I think Baby 5, because of her canon subservient nature towards the people she falls for, would be very similar.

You wouldn’t be able to do anything without Baby 5 insisting she do it for you to help; opening doors for you, carrying your stuff, carrying you so that you wouldn’t get tired walking…even if you’re just walking down the hallway…

Baby 5 would fight anyone for you, and I mean anyone. If for whatever reason, Doflamingo wanted to get rid of you, she would actually defy Doflamingo’s orders and insist that she be exiled as well. If it got extreme enough, she would heavily consider leaving the Family and running away with you.

She also won’t stand for anyone talking badly about you, even as a joke. People have learned that even lightly teasing you or joking around with you (and she just happens to hear something out of context) will likely lead to a gun-arm being pointed at their face as she challenges them to defend your honor. (pictured below: Baby 5 slapping Law’s shit because he looked at you in a way she thought was rude)

Bonney

Expect groping and PDA. Like, LOTS of it. Your ass and chest is gonna feel like a pincushion with how much pinching and grabbing there is. Her favorite way to celebrate a victory in a fight is to raid a restaurant, steal some shit, and stick her tongue down your throat while the two of you party with the rest of the crew.

She usually calls you stuff like “Babe” and “Hot stuff” when there’s other people around, but if you’re alone together her nicknames are a little sweeter. Once when you two were cuddling, she called you “Cupcake” and her cheeks immediately turned as pink as her hair as she tried to backpedal and cover up calling you something so affectionate and cutesy.

“I…Uh, you know, because you’ve got such a sweet ass! Like the frosting on a…a cupcake…Quit smirking like that, dammit!”

If anyone wolf-whistles at you or a guy yells for you two to make out in front of them, she will beat their ass without hesitation. Bonney engages in heavy PDA because she wants to, not because some lecherous asshole tells her to. She’ll punch them until they’re unconscious and then make out with you, just out of spite.

She’s constantly giving you jewelry and stuff she thinks you’d like from the loot she gets from various raids and adventures. She also likes to give you flavored lip balms and glosses just so she can kiss/lick it off of you (you’re her own tasty lil’ snacc)

hello im back bitches because apparently im gonna write eveeeryyydaay here because i wanna know what this bitch mind of mine is thinking because its good to read past thoughts like wwwwhhheaattt i was thinking shit??? like either cool shit or not cool shittt. anyways i think typing thoughts out is a good catharsis. its a release. im tired of telling individual people how i exactly feel. its like im giving them too much privilege AND also sometimes they give remarks that turn the situation worse so might as well type em all down here instead they have same effect anyway. but then someday i hope i meet someone who is wise enough to know what i NEED to hear. that’s what i need.

so today me was a productive bitch.i feel healthyyy kinda. so i had a short nap. doesnt matter how long it went but i felt not sleepy anymore after that. i always feel sleepy by the dayyy so we need to change that!!!!! so eon i went to wake p again and then i cooked rice for lunch and then washed dishes. had a short workout for my posture and bloated bitch stomach, and also i drank lotsa water. additionally i ate milk and brownies for merienda snacc and i ate dinner on time. dinner wussgud it was like this uhhh grilled squid. very fantastique!!!! i thank ate conz they go beyond what her job is for. kinda bad butshe does it out of love for us and all that shit. thanks ate conz!!!! sometimes she also cleans the bathroom but liek that was just once. but it was likeee hellaaa clean. it kept the bthroom clean for weeks it was THAT clean. i never cleaned the bathroom like that it was very thorough. anyways everyone say THANKS AAATEE CONZZZZ.!!!!

Plus!!!! So yean i felt pretty too so i made my light makeup. only bb cream and uh eyeliner and uh liptint’s all i got. idk what else to add. couldnt find my eyelash curler and also im aspiring to buy a concealer but testers arent avails because of the virus so its kinda hard yenno?

Also i scouted for like goth gf fits from jupiterspace mnl and THEY HAVE A NEW COLLECTION except sum of them only are kyuewt for me. but what i really want to buy from them are their combat boots. like full glory goth gffff!! but then idk it might be a hassle if it doesnt fit because sometimes 35 fits me sometimes 36 and seldom 37. so i think its safe to stick to 36. i can use pads or shit.
