ok so this is random but i wrote a screenplay (basically a script) for a short film for my coursework a while ago and whilst i unfortunately lost it 😭 i really liked the idea/concept of it as like a short story and at the time when i wrote it, i wanted to make it even longer but i didn't bc my film teacher said it was too complicated 💀💀
but ANYWAYS i'm thinking of rewriting it and posting it for people to read 🤭 i tried writing a blurb for it below lol‼️
Tumblr media
it wouldn't be a book or anything, just a veryvery short story- like maybe a few chapters.

I think an Actor! Hizashi AU can only work if Aizawa is a Director and they both went to film school together and got famous in tandem but are famous in different ways. Hizashi is famous for being a spotlight star, any film he's in is guaranteed to be enjoyable, he has The Range Darling and Aizawa is famous for the fact that nobody knows fuck all about him. He's a recluse, there are no photos of him online, he rarely speaks to his crew more than is necessary for filming, somehow he's married to Hizashi and nobody knows the story behind it

Im starting the first complete draft of my first movie project, my plan is to continue developing it all throughout university so when I finish my film production bachelor’s degree and start my film direction masters degree I can have it completely finished and polished. The project is named “They we’re supposed to bloom yesterday” and it’s an artistic musical set in a world we’re everyone has a personal magical garden (There’s more than that ofc but I’m gonna be here all day if I explain it all). It’s a work of magical realism with themes of neurodivergency, familiar relationships, dealing with a world in which everyone has their own path while you seemingly don’t have one and how we as a society deal with empathy and compassion. I’m really excited but I’ll have to wait a long time until I’m ok with it.

I read a post by @cryptotheism while on here about how they don’t enjoy fan fiction bc it feels like a film script in a short story and it actually surprised me a bit how I wanted to chew on that a little more!
IMO, fan fiction is I think a different literary genre with different literary priorities. as a writer of fan fiction, description isn’t a big priority of mine when writing, but that’s bc in writing fan fiction I’m writing for people who already know the settings and the characters. that’s fine, but it does mean I get somewhat lost when writing original fiction.
both original fiction and fan fiction have their own merits and their own drawbacks, for writers and readers alike. one isn’t objectively better than the other, it’s all subjective—I have read fantastic books and fan fiction that I still think about years later, and I have read absolutely dogshit books and fanfic that I immediately wished I could forget.

Lukas and the Crystal (The Story That Inspired the Score)
Tumblr media
The last warmth of the afternoon covered the village of Thornedale.  Dust rose from the ground from the bustling footsteps of its residents, and the wagons and street carts rolling by.  A soft, cooling breeze carried the sweet scent of fruit, freshly harvested vegetables, savory meats, and strong cheeses across the streets.  The shine of cheap jewelry sold at a questionable price glistened in that last afternoon light. The clanging from the local blacksmith's open shop rang throughout the small village.  His voice bellowed over the din while showing his customers his newest creations and restorations, singing to himself in a smooth baritone in between.  On each side of the street, the shouts of stand owners and shopkeepers beckoning passersby to come and see what they had to offer. Nothing made Lukas feel more at home.
Within the quaint, friendly, and lively village, the people knew of the legend that tells about a Crystal that lies within a cave deep beneath a lake on the outskirts of town.  Lukas had heard about that story for years.  It is said to have the power to heal wounds, cure illnesses, give immense physical strength, and is also rumored to be able to bring back the dead.  However, no such occurrence of revival had ever been witnessed.  Many brave souls have dived under the water to try and get to the cave and retrieve the Crystal, but every one of them only wanted it for themselves.  They were greedy, a lust for power consumed them, and their hearts cold with hidden selfishness.  No one ever returned to the surface.
The rest of the villagers, including Lukas, were too afraid to try because there is the talk of many dangerous beasts and beings that dwell under the dark water.  A few claimed they have actually seen them.  The other villagers labeled those mad, but under their skin, they still remained fearful and skeptical.  There is the gossip of the beasts surfacing late in the night when the lake is still and reflects the stars.
Lukas knew these rumors were true.  He had once witnessed a monstrous-looking silhouette cast by the moonlight quietly creep out of the water and snatch a small animal from along the bank.  That following morning, his neighbors were looking for their lost pet cat, but to no avail.  Lukas knew the creature from the night before had to have been the culprit.  He didn’t tell anyone what had happened, for he feared the townspeople would think he had gone “mad” as well.   He was sure that there were indeed monsters that lurked within the lake.
Sometimes late at night, Lukas would sneak out and watch for them from the trees.  They would surface for a moment, swimming slowly about.  Occasionally, more than one would appear at once.  They would speak with one another talking in strange voices and deep frightening whispers.  Fearing for his safety, Lukas refused to move any closer to the lake.
One night, after coming home from spying on the creatures, Lukas heard the voices of the village doctor and his mother.  He became nervous, knowing why he was here again, and very quietly went up to his room so as not to be heard.  Lukas’ father had been struck with a rare illness. The doctor was running out of options for a cure, let alone help bring him to a consistent state.  Nothing he had seemed to work.  Due to the sign of there being no cure, The doctor informed Lukas’ mother that her husband had but days to live, and might possibly not even survive the night.
Lukas had overheard this from his room and became very scared.  His heart dropped and his mind emptied of all confidence and hope.  How could he lose the strong, fearless man who had such an impactful influence on him?  So he decided to sneak out of the house and go to the lake.  If his father might not see the sun rise again, Lukas had to at least try to get the Crystal.  He hoped the legends were true.  He snuck out the back door and shut it quietly behind him, and without thinking, ran as fast as his legs could carry him to the lake.  The reality of death was closing in.
The moon shone brightly, reflecting the dew that laid upon the grass. When he reached the lake, he inched slowly closer, careful to watch for any movement on the surface.  He walked on the dock slowly one step at a time, the old wood creaking with each footstep.  His heart pounded with a new fear that tensed his whole body.  Each step closer to the water took effort.  He looked at its surface and saw his reflection in the calm.  At a closer look, there it was; a small, bright, purple and white light emitting from the deep and shining through to the surface. That was the sign.  Following that light straight down would lead to the underwater cave where the Crystal was kept. Or so legend says.  Lukas took one last deep breath, looked back toward his house and said to himself,
“Don’t worry father.  I will not let you down.”  and plunged into the cold water.
Immediately upon opening his eyes, Lukas saw that light shining brighter and began swimming downwards quickly, in fear of losing his breath before he reached his destination.  He began to hear things inside his mind.  Eerily strange and frightening voices and whispers, just like the ones he would hear from the mouths of the beasts when he would spy on the lake late at night.  Lukas could make out words from the mumbling array of voices saying things like,
“You will surely not survive!”
“I sense you are running out of breath…” another said,
“I can smell you.  I can see you.  Your death will be by my jaws.”.
One voice spoke as if it knew Lukas’ intentions, “Your father will die before the sun rises and you will have failed him!”.  Lukas tried his best to ignore the terrifying voices and kept swimming faster and faster out of the fear that held tightly to him.  The voices grew louder and surrounded him completely as he reached closer to the light.  He became so frightened that he nearly turned back until all of the noise came to a sudden stop.  They were interrupted by another voice, a calm, soothing, angelic voice familiar to him.  It was his mother’s.  Lukas heard it loud and clear as if she was right there beside him.
“Lukas, do not be afraid.  Do not let these monsters and their deceitful tongues take hold of you.  I know that you are a strong and brave young man.  You will return to the surface and come home to us with the Crystal.  You will return a hero not only for your father but for all of us.  Reach out and touch the light.”  Lukas stretched his arm out as far as he could before the light engulfed him.
He fell on a hard surface that felt like rock.  He sat up and rubbed his eyes so they would adjust.  As he looked around, a shock of realization overcame him.  He was here, sitting in the very cave that held the Crystal.  With a sigh of relief, Lukas fell backward, laying for a moment and looked up observing the marvelous walls and ceiling that surrounded him.  Magnificent colors covered the walls and reflected onto the ceiling.  Various shades of blue, a deep red, and bright silver shone throughout the magnificent hall.  Lukas stood up and let his eyes absorb the beauty of the cave.  As they wandered down, the sight before him made his heart stop.  His eyes grew wide with both fear and disgust when he saw many bones strewn about the floor, however, they were not whole.  Instead, they were broken into pieces and swept into oddly neat piles.
What on earth could these be from? he thought to himself, shivering at the fear that there must be some ferocious monster down here as well.  He wondered why the bones were cleaned in such an orderly fashion.
At the end of the long hall, Lukas saw it.  The object that would save his father.  The Crystal.  Sat in a niche on the wall, its brilliant colors arrayed across the walls, standing out from the others around the cave.  Right below it, Lukas became puzzled at the sight of a small throne in front of two halls going off in a Y formation, but the throne was empty.  Curious, he made his way towards it, ready to climb on top of it and take the Crystal from its place in the wall.  As Lukas made his way toward the throne, his footsteps seemed to start echoing more than before, they sounded louder than when he first shuffled around the cave.  His heart began to beat faster with the realization that he might not be alone.  He stopped in his tracks.  There were someone else's footsteps.  He froze in fear.  There was nowhere for him to hide.
A tall, thin old man with a long well-kept light gray beard that reached his stomach emerged from the hall on the left.  He had no hair on his shiny head and was clothed in a simple, dark green cloak that was tied at the waist with a rope.  He stopped walking and looked up at Lukas with deep, dark gray eyes that held the knowledge and wisdom of eons.
“Ah, it is you.” he smiled through his beard, making the creases on his wrinkled face stand out even more.  “I thought I heard someone else here.  How was your swim, Lucy?”
“It’s…  Lukas,”  Lukas replied nervously.
“Oh, right, how silly of me.”  The old man let out a small chuckle.  Lukas was quite confused about how this man knew who he was, and that he seemed to be expecting him.
Lukas looked down at the ground with a furrowed brow, then back at the man.
“How do you know my name?”
“Lukas, I know all that reside in the village.  I see all that comes and goes in the world above.  I also know the reason you have come here tonight.  I am truly sorry to hear about your father.”
Lukas was completely stunned.  How was it that this old man knew so much about  people he does not walk the same streets with?
“I want the Crystal to save my father.  He could die tonight.  I cannot lose him.”
“It is a generous and noble deed, to muster up the courage to swim down the dark lake to retrieve the Crystal.  I admire your bravery.”  The old man said.  He continued, “You are unlike those who have come before you, all of which sought the Crystal's power for selfish reasons. The bones beneath our feet are of those greedy men and women.”
“What?!”  Lukas exclaimed, “How could that possibly happen to them?”  The old man’s eyes grew sad.
“Because of their selfishness, their greed, and their desire to only benefit themselves.  I give them a choice when they approach the Crystal.  I ask them if they truly wish to receive its power, and warn them about what could happen.  Blinded by their self-seeking hearts, they snatch it out of my grasp.  Once they have it there is nothing I can do.”
The old man paused, looking at the ground.  He seemed to mourn those who died before his eyes.  Lukas waited eagerly for him to go on.
“The Crystal’s power surges through one’s body as they absorb it.  But, because of their ill intentions, it conquers them and becomes too much for their body to handle, and they explode!”
Lukas’ jaw dropped.  Images of his own body exploding flashed through his mind.  Noticing his apparent fear, the old man took a step towards Lukas and placed his hand on his shoulder.
“Not to worry, Lukas.  I see in your heart your true intentions.  You do not seek unlimited power for yourself, or to be invincible, or rule over others, You do not even want it for yourself for any reason at all.  You only want to save your father.”  he smiled down at him as he said this.
“Because of the generosity, love, and pureness of your heart, here…”  the old man plucked the Crystal from the wall and handed it to Lukas.
“You must take it now and keep it.  I no longer need it here, for the young hero has finally come. One who can save the lives of many and bring peace to them all.  You are gifted with the golden heart of a lion.  I know you are capable of many things.”  he said with a wink.
“Me? A hero? There’s no way,”  Lukas retorted.
“Take the Crystal my dear boy, and you will see how you can be one.”  The old man gave him one last kind, wrinkly smile.  And so Lukas took it carefully in his hands.  Immediately he felt something pulse and surge throughout his body from his brain to his feet.  He felt stronger, faster.  The power of the Crystal was locked inside of him.
“Thank you, thank you, sir, I-- I don’t know what to say, how can I repay you?” said Lukas.
“Maybe you will.  Perhaps we will meet again, but all in good time.  Now go. Go home to your father, Lukas, he is waiting for you.”  The old man smiled at him one last time with a touch of sadness.  Perhaps he really would not see him again.  Maybe, this was the sole purpose of the old man’s existence.
And so Lukas ran off.  Reaching the water he swam up shooting through to the surface with such speed he flew up high above it and landed back on the dock with a thud.  He did not care, he didn’t feel hurt for he was filled with excitement.  He stood himself up and ran to his house as fast as he could carry himself.  He threw open the door shouting “I’ve got it!  Mom, I’ve got the Crystal! I have--”  but his words and excitement stopped cold when he reached the room where his father lay.
Lukas’ mother sat at his father’s cold bed, his pale hand in hers.  His was not gripping hers back.  Lukas heard her muffled, silent grieving.  She sat up and turned to Lukas.  Where her face lay was now a puddle of tears on the blanket.  His mother did not have to say anything, the look in her eyes was all that he needed.  The tears still streamed down her face.
“Lukas…” She whimpered, “Your father, he’s…”
He was too late.  He wanted to yell, he wanted to scream, but the lump that formed in his throat prevented him from saying anything at the sight of his lifeless father.  In an instant, he had forgotten all about the Crystal that was clutched tightly in his right hand.  He fell to his knees beside his mother and sobbed in her lap.
The old man said nothing about the Crystal having the power to revive the dead.  Lukas thought it useless to even try.  His grief began to consume him.
“I- I couldn't do it, mom… I couldn’t save him.  I can’t save him anymore.” Lukas managed to get out.
“No, Lukas, my dear.  You were so brave. You faced your fear and jumped into the depths of that scary lake and did all that you could.  What matters most is your heart’s intention behind your actions.  I could not be more proud of you.” she said in a soft, comforting voice.
Lukas felt a slight shock from his right hand.  He began to feel a strange warmth in his hand that traveled up his arm.  He opened his eyes and knit his brows and looked down at his hand, wondering what was causing this strange sensation.  The Crystal began to dimly glow through his fingers.
He quickly stood back up, eyes fixed on the Crystal.  It seemed to have a mind of its own, for it twitched slightly and strangely, in his father’s direction.  Lukas was riddled with confusion.  He looked at his father, and back to the Crystal as it made another twitch towards the man on the bed.
Pondering the words of the old man, Lukas wondered if the Crystal truly had the ability to bring back someone who has left the world.  He did not recall the old man saying that it possessed that power.  However, the old man had not said that it was incapable of doing so.  As the initial shock began to recede and he could think and process more properly, Lukas thought it would indeed not hurt to try.  So he took his father’s hand and placed the Crystal inside it, helping him hold tightly onto it with his own.  Lukas hoped with all he could muster that this would work.
In a single moment, the Crystal began to glow brighter and felt warm to the touch.  A purple and white light began to travel up his father’s arm, underneath his skin.  It flowed like streaks of lightning to his shoulder and spread out towards his chest, surrounding his heart.  Once it did, the color slowly faded to nothing.
A deep, deep breath was drawn through his father’s nose, it released quietly like a whisper through his mouth.  Lukas and his mother sat stock still, both staring in anticipation at his father, hoping for him to wake and see the both of them once more.
“Where… Where is he?  Where is Lukas?” his father asked with a tired voice, his eyes still closed.
“Father!  I am right here!”  Lukas could not contain his excitement and began crying heavily with a joy he had never felt before.
His father opened his eyes, looked around the room, taking every detail in with slight confusion in his eyes.  They landed on Lukas with a smile that made his heart leap.
“Father!” he said once more and threw his arms around him.
“Oh, Lukas!” his father exclaimed with a beaming smile and laugh as he embraced Lukas back.  “What happened?  I thought I was gone.”
“It doesn’t matter now. You’re alive with us!”  Lukas’ mother said, looking at her husband with loving eyes filled with tears of joy.
“But, how?”
Lukas picked up the Crystal and showed it to his father.  “The Crystal, look!  It’s not just a legend, it’s real!  And you are living proof.”
Lukas began to recall the events from the night’s adventure with great animation and excitement.  His father and mother watched and listened to every detail with wonder and smiles on their faces.
And with that, his family rejoiced together, waiting to tell the rest of the village of Lukas’ courage, determination, selflessness, and of the miracle that happened that night.
To Be Continued..

Hello, Mr. Gaiman sir.
Did Amazon Prime insist that Good Omens 2 be 6 episodes like the first season? Was it a struggle for the writers to have the story meet this demand?
Asking as an aspiring film/tv maker
No, I picked six episodes for Season 1 as it felt about right, and then I did another six for season 2 because it felt right. Fates willing, Season 3 will also be 6 episodes.

Dream life before the EOTS challenge
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
——————————————————————————
Hello beautiful people! I totally get it- as the end of the school year approaches, I understand there's this huge push to finally tap into our dream lives before the beginning of the next school year. But here’s the thing, I don’t want you all to get too caught up in the timing. Instead, I’m excited to share with you a mix of my favorite techniques that can truly help you tap into your dream life, as we should!
Consistency is going to be your best friend here, and naturally, feel free to adjust these to better suit your preferences. I’ve got this strong feeling that this challenge is going to be particularly impactful for those who thrive on methodical approaches and have been searching for their calling for some time now. the journey to your dream life isn’t about rushing or meeting arbitrary deadlines. It’s about finding what resonates with you, applying it with dedication, and allowing your things to unfold in its own way. Use this for anything… your dream life, shifting, the void state, it does not matter ! Just Remember, the journey to your dream life isn’t about rushing or meeting arbitrary deadlines, please be kind and patient with yourself !
——————————————————————————
What we will be using this challenge
1.I am 100% sure technique
2.living in the end
3.reverse psychology techniques
4.Questions technique x SATs
5.optional* lucid dreaming
——————————————————————————
1.This is inspired by @gorgeouslypink ‘s challenge but…
Every morning, as soon as you wake up, either say or write or think "I am sure that I will [insert desire]. Anytime you think of your desire, think or repeat that affirmation to yourself as a reminder. You don’t have to do it a billion times. Once is enough and move on with your life. Another tip is, one of my first shifts was by using the 5 sense method while listening to music. Affirming while listening to your favorite song or sound is basically a hack to get you into your desired state. The key is to do it while listening to a song that makes you feel euphoric and in the morning to revise your mind while it’s in theta state ! Just during those times !!! don’t parrot affirmations if it stresses you out
2. You should be "living in the end" in whatever way inspires you. I encourage you all to create your vision boards on Pinterest if you're a visual person, and really immerse yourself in the joy of knowing this is your life. Those are your pictures.
If you're more of a writer, script your success story that you'll send to me, or write a thank you note to your favorite blogger. In the draft, mention how you used this technique along with whatever else you're doing. Write with the conviction that it's real.
For those aspiring to be YouTubers, film a mock video. If you envision yourself becoming a TikToker, start drafting video ideas. And if your dream is to be an actor, do practice runs of your favorite script, if you’re going to be an entrepreneur, draft your business ideas and proposals and draw inspo from your favorite successful entrepreneurs!
Guys, fulfilling yourself and living in the end should be fun! Embrace your inner child, remember how easy it was to believe in Santa Claus even when you were with your mom buying gifts. To become famous like the kids on Disney, all you had to do was desire it and practice making the Disney sign with a wand. Let's bring that love back to manifesting.
3.If you're someone who likes vaunting or affirmations, instead of just parroting affirmations, use the reverse psychology method! Talk about how tired you are of succeeding, how you want to wake up in your CR not your DR, how you're tired of waking up in the void, how lucid dreaming every night by accident ruins your sleep schedule, etc. Do some of the vaunting in front of a mirror, I don’t know theosucholgy about it but vaunting with convections in front of mirror looking straight into my own eyes always brought me results in days.
4. Before bed, think about what you want, imagine being there, and start asking yourself creative questions. Really picture yourself in that situation and take part in it as you answer. One at a time, slowly, we'll get into each question by thinking up answers and feeling like we're really there.
The whole point is to immerse ourselves in the reality of this state as we paint the portrait. Ask yourself whatever questions, then imagine that scene. It doesn’t matter if you do 40 or just 1. Ask yourself what it’s like to enter the void state every night and have a scene of you living your dream life doing whatever you want. Ask yourself what it’s like to be a girl who shifts reality while people fight over resources in the 3D, and imagine yourself in your WR (Waiting ROOM) or DR (Desired Reality) living your dream life. Ask yourself what it’s like being someone who is wealthy in the top 0.001% and imagine a scene of buying expensive things, checking your bank account, and making lunch with finer ingredients. Again, it should be fun; it doesn’t matter how specific or vague the questions are, how long or short the scene is, whether it’s one scene or 100 scenes. Fulfill yourself in SATS (State Akin to Sleep). Whether we do this before a nap, after you wake up, or before you go to bed, it does not matter. Pair this with a nice Subliminal with good music if you desire
5.Combine this with anything from my lucid dreaming guide that resonates with you, or just assume you’ll have a lucid dream and read all the ways you can shift/manifest/or enter the void through in my LD guide!
I know how busy everyone is; this shouldn't take a lot of time, nor should it feel pressuring or like a task. We all deserve our dream life and, most importantly, we all deserve to feel fulfilled as we embody the people we truly are. During this challenge, be kind to yourself, remember why you’re doing this and who it’s for—it's for you. Be persistent and have patience, not just to be a good follower of the law but to be good to yourself! We all can do it; I know it.

I don’t think people realize how deep Vil’s character goes. Like-REALLY realize it.
I am an aspiring writer, and I would say I have quite the keen eye so when I see people talking bad about Vil—-I get confused.
YES he seems harsh and pushy. And YES he doesn’t seem to act very nice around people sometimes and he acts cocky 24/7.
But there’s a difference between cocky and knowing your worth. Vil KNOWS his worth. And he isn’t just going to hide it because someone says so. Or because it’s easier to be modest and quiet.
And it’s what Vil is constantly encouraging others to do: to not hide.
But Vil also knows how harsh the world is. An actor can be one of the most hated people in the world because they’re constantly being filmed and people jump on their mistakes like lions hunting a limping giraffe.
So he KNOWS that a glass heart will get someone nowhere.
It’s why he acts so tough. And it’s why he gives tough love to others. If he never teaches his dorm members how to survive they’ll roll over and get killed the moment they step onto the field.
Hence, his harsh actions with Epel.
When Epel cries and storms off, Vil doesn’t scold him for it. He tells Epel to show him if he can hold his ground with his words. And how beauty is a weapon to be wielded well.
Vil scolds Epel when he calls dancing ‘feminine’ or ‘girly’ because he knows that mindset will get the boy nowhere. Vil knows beauty isn’t limited only to the female spectrum and tries to get others to see it as well.
It’s why Vil is so annoyed when Epel skips his routine but also because having a routine and ACTUALLY sticking to it is the hardest thing for some people. And Vil talks about this. (When you log in for the day and you get a reward, Vil LITERALLY talks about how routine and effort is the hardest part about beauty) and if you do keep up the effort it gives rewards.
But Vil also knows not all effort is repaid kindly.
That’s the whole reason he overblotted, basically. He felt inferior because no one saw him put in as much effort as he himself did, and people have the gall to scold him for it. That, or they overlook him for something they thought was better(Neige).
When I write, I don’t EVER want to hear someone I TRUSTED say that my work was second best to another author or that my way of writing was wrong and I should have to change it. Because I put time and effort into writing and it’s something I’m proud of. I put my soul into my writing and it honestly really hurts when someone does the exact things I mentioned before. And I’m sure Vil felt the same way.
Not to mention Vil has been through rough things in his childhood. Other children wanted to hurt him because of his talent for acting just because he played a part in a series too well and they couldn’t tell the difference. Adults never thought he could be a hero because he was too perfect and self-confident. Adults wanted someone like Neige to be the hero because he looked pretty and acted kind. (Basic protagonist things)
And Vil hated it. He gained traumas at a young age because other people alienated him. He grew to hate Neige because in the people’s eyes he was perfect and beautiful. And he grew obsessed with beauty because he didn’t think he was good enough for the hero roll.
His overblot was overdue at this point. Sure his actions should not be immediately forgiven, just like all the other overblotters actions, but they’re NEVER entirely to blame.
Because all of the boys who overblot were victims too. Not just Yuu or the others. They were hurting themselves just as much as others were.
And I hate it when someone like Vil is seen as a overly harsh person. Or someone like Leona who is only seen as lazy. There is so much more to them than that.
Vil respects people.
Vil sees how hard the people around him work.
Vil tries his best to show others their beauty in his way.
Vil knows that gems need to be polished from rocks before they can be embedded into a crown. But the work put in to get the gems ready is rough and long. And sometimes it looks harsh.
Vil learned his lesson after his overblot. There is no need to hang it over his head like blackmail. The same goes for the other overblot characters.
Riddle learned his lesson.
Leona learned his lesson.
Azul learned his lesson.
Jamil learned his lesson.
Vil learned his lesson.
Idia and Ortho learned their lessons.

💖 Eddie Munson x Reader Fic Recs 💖
I just wanna show some appreciation for a few of my all-time favorite Eddie fics! Here’s a handful of the series & oneshots that have really stuck out to me in all the time I've been reading - there's A TON of great writers on here who have posted really stellar work :^)
List under the cut!
june baby by @luveline - luveline jade u are a celebrity to me. this was the first Eddie story I ever read and it is so beautiful. it's tender. it's melancholy. it's realistic. it's gorgeous. it honestly makes me feel something I've never felt reading any other fanfiction.
oh, baby by @inknopewetrust - another one of my first Eddie fics! the feeling that this series invoked in me is what I aspire to invoke in others for my own writing someday. it's just so sweet and funny and made me nostalgic, in the same way that watching '80s teen films do, except it's even better because Eddie is in this one. I wanted so badly to just dive into the story and really experience it for myself.
hoping I'll find [a glimpse of us] by @inknopewetrust - this smashed my heart into 1000 pieces, and then promptly glued it very sloppily back together and I've reread it like six times just to reinflict the pain. I love rockstar!Eddie stories that maintain some realism about what that type of relationship would look like, and this fic does that SO perfectly. masterclass in angst right here.
dancing with myself by @ambrossart - this one hits close to home! and even though it hurts along the way, there's a happy ending that it builds so nicely towards! it's beautifully paced & the reader is very funny. you can just tell that the her backstory & relationship w/ Eddie was so carefully thought out, it really feels like this was written with so much love! and I LOVE that it doesn't paint Chrissy as a villain.
10 things I hate about you by @spideyanakin - so glad that we all collectively agree that Patrick is Eddie-coded. and in this fic the parallels are there, without Eddie sacrificing his own unique character - that part is handled really beautifully! and the ST characters are worked into the original movie's narrative so well. it's the perfect mix of fluff and drama!
freaky friday by @jo-harrington - I adore this series! I love this version of Eddie so much I could cry, he is so sweet and selfless, I want to give him the entire world. and an Eddie & Steve body swap? 10/10. lindsay and jamie lee, eat your hearts out.
to know you're mine by @blueywrites - oooohboy. I almost didn’t read this one (just because I would normally avoid swinging/cheating in a fic) but I'm so glad I did, because it was like being on the homer's odyssey of 18+ ST fanfiction. it’s wild. bluey girl u were insane for this. and i mean that as an extremely high compliment. i was so damn invested!
i will wait by @abibliophobiaa, @blueywrites, @breddiemunson, @myosotisa, @fracturedarkness - there's three chapters, it's on hiatus, I don't care, I will literally keep reading these three chapters over and over again and just fill in the blanks myself if I must. it's that good. you guys are amazing. I am totally enthralled.
rumor by @msgexymunson - this is what turned me on to older!Eddie. I love him, and I desire him carnally, and specifically this version of him. when I daydream about Eddie sweeping me off my feet, I think about Eddie in this series. he's everything to me. I even wrote my own older neighbor Eddie fic because of this!
trapped under ice by @munson-blurbs - the iron grip this fic had me in...I'm still going back and re-reading my favorite parts. it's beautifully developed. this version of Eddie is so real and believable. Harris is my favorite kid he's ever been given. an all-time, truly, I can't sing its praises enough.
siren!eddie by @parkermunson - a monster-ish Eddie fic! I'm a sucker for anything that incorporates mermaids and sirens and the like, so I really love this concept. it's a great story, I love our protective, doting fishboy, and hope to see more of him!
use me by @reysorigins - simultaneously the nastiest and sweetest fic ever. smut, but it's interspersed with these moments of such deep-seated love and yearning between Eddie and the reader that it made me want to cry! incredible piece.
mine and yours by @muertawrites - ahhhh this one is so so sweet! dating is so fucking hard, I think we could all use a comforting, reassuring moment with a sweetheart like Eddie, who is especially kind to us in this fic. I love the way he’s written here.
our patron saint of the arts by @storiesbyrhi - I love an artsy, crafty reader! I feel like Eddie would be sooo into someone who’s creatively-minded like him. this is the dream relationship, basically, these two are adorable together! (and Eddie in a dress! 😗)
And this is just a sample of what’s out there! Some of these are fics that I read very early on, even before I started this blog. I was more shy then, too, so I feel like I never showed them the appreciation I should have! You guys are all so talented, these works are very inspiring to me.
To readers: I encourage you to let the writers know how much you enjoy their work! Reblog! Leave a comment, even if it’s just in the tags! Write a reply, or send them a message, even if it’s on anon! I’m trying to get better at doing these things myself, too 💖

Hi, I'm new to BL.
Have watched kiseki, the Japanese drama with the unlucky student, and now Pit Babe. I'm bored with too innocent dramas and I prefer adult story lines with good chemistry. Do you have some favorites from recent years? Would love to look up some titles.
The hornier the better 😉
Uhhh, nice ask! For the answer I made up two categories: the ones with mature storylines and the horny ones. Of course, the two categories overlap in places, but the categorisation was helpful for me for a better horny classification 😅 There are incredibly good series for both groups. And I'm happy to talk about them.
Let's start with the mature ones. And just so you know, this is going to be a very long list 😅
The Mature-List
180 Degree Longitute Passes Through Us
Tumblr media
This series had us under its peculiar spell in 2022. I would rate the horny scale at 1/10, the chemistry between the two mains is terrific and the tension cutting, but that's not what this theatrical masterpiece is about. It's about acceptance, grief, guilt and the fact that all of this can either destroy you or make you grow and emerge stronger. Highly recommended.
Ghost Host, Ghost House
Tumblr media
The series starts off rather funny and strange and develops over time into a profound story about grief, letting go and healing. It's all somewhat broken up by a love story with incredibly good chemistry and very nice NC scenes. These two can kiss! And yet nothing is easy and grief takes time and only when you have been able to mourn you can heal.
Goodbye, Mother
Tumblr media
Nau Van travels back to his home country of Vietnam with his partner. Instead of telling the family that they are a couple, they are caught in the middle of a family drama. The film is very emotional, the characters are well drawn and the story told is touching and well written. If you want to watch something different from the "standard" series, you've definitely come to the right place. Highly recommended, but watch out for triggers such as violence and homophobia.
Happy Ending Romance
Tumblr media
I would go out on a limb and say that the gif may be a little misleading here. On a horny scale, the series would be in the lower range. But it's still quite progressive for Korea. The story is very intricate and you have to be careful not to miss anything. An aspiring writer, disappointed and deceived by the publishing world, hides behind his own walls and those built by his partner, a well-known and celebrated author. Until a young publisher sneaks into our writer's life and tries to lure him out of hiding so that the world can experience his genius. Maybe it's the fact that it's about publishing and writing or because I just think the publisher with his fuzzy head and sunshine smile is so cute, but I loved the series!
I Feel You Linger In The Air
Tumblr media
Horny? At times, yes. Mature? Definitely. A tragic story set in a past in which homosexuality was frowned upon and the male descendant was expected to take over the business and live his life according to the ideas of the head of the family. And that's where our protagonist Jom, a heartbroken young man from the current century, is thrown in by an accident. He meets Yai, a young man with whom he shares a very special bond. The chemistry between these two is outstanding and the characters are so well written. Such a beautiful series!
Innocent
Tumblr media
I must admit, I was a little bit confused when I first started this miniseries. I put it to the side and some time later I started it again. And it finally clicked. It's not an easy series and yet it can give you back your faith in love and trust. Yu Shi has some really bad trauma from his childhood, but chooses to stay witth Wu Zheng and the latter is patient enough for Yu Shi to trust him enough for Noah to accept him in his life.
La Pluie
Tumblr media
This series divides opinion. Some find it consistently terrific and well-written and others may have problems with one or two characters. I belong to the latter group, which spoilt the series for me towards the end, but I would still list it here. Because tastes are different and absolutely subjective. You should form your own opinion here. The bottom line is that La Pluie is about soul mates and whether it's something you choose yourself or something that is predetermined. The NC scenes are delicate and appealing and the basic idea behind the series was actually very interesting. It's thought-provoking and packaged in nice pictures.
Life: Love on the line (Director's Cut)
Tumblr media
Itou Akira and ishi Yuuki meet on their way to school while walking on the white line. They become friends and fall in love. What follows is a portrayal of their lives as they struggle through high school and college and eventually arrive in adult life. And as in every life, there are obstacles and problems and the older and bigger you get, the bigger the problems become. A film well worth seeing.
Long Time No See
Tumblr media
What happens when a contract killer falls in love and the person he's dating isn't necessarily who he claims to be? An excellent film in any case, peppered with a nice story, good NC scenes, great chemistry between the actors, a sister as the best mood enhancer and also very well choreographed violence. In other words, everything you could wish for. And I can't and don't want to say any more, otherwise I could spoil important things and we don't want that.
Moonlight Chicken
Tumblr media
EarthMix with a very aesthetic NC scene right in the first episode? Oh yes! But apart from the fact that the two of them really surprised me in this series, Moonlight Chicken simply blew me away with its storytelling, the depth of the individual stories, the well-drawn characters and the emotions that the individual stories evoked in me. The series tells stories about new beginnings, about letting go of the past, about trust, about acceptance, about grief and anger and about finding relationships where you didn't expect to at first and that love can't cure everything, but it can make life a little more bearable.
Old Fashion Cupcake
Tumblr media
Old Fashion Cupcakes is a story about adults for adults. It's a comforting series that gives you courage and makes you realise that you're never too old to enjoy life. Besides, the two of them eat the most delicious things and I'm constantly hungry while watching. It is so good to see Nozue open up to Togawa and let the younger one lead him back into life.
Rec
I went into the film without any great expectations. And after the first few minutes, I actually thought that it was just a couple who like to film themselves having s'x. But at some point I was so captivated by the depth of the film. I was really touched at the end and understood why the two of them indulged themselves so excessively and filmed it. I can't put the film on the horny list because it would somehow be out of place there.
The Sign
Tumblr media
A current series about two cops who realise that they are connected by past lives. Fate wanted them to fall in love and so they now have to overcome the hurdles that this love entails together. Because in earlier times, this love between Naga and Garuda was forbidden. Yes, there are a few mystical elements built in and they look pretty cool! The two mains have no problems with closeness and the NC scenes are some of the best out there.
Before we move on to the horny list, a few shout-outs for good series, which I didn't want to write about in detail:
Light
Plus and Minus
Manner of Death
Step by Step
Jack o'Frost
My Tooth Your Love
Papa & Daddy
Tokyo in April is...
My Personal Weatherman
The New Employee
To My Star (1+2)
Triage
Our Dating Sim
We are now leaving the mature series and moving on to the horny list (mostly with serious topics).
The Horny-List
Bed Friend
Tumblr media
In addition to really good NC scenes, there is a lot of trauma shown. It's not quite my cup of tea, but many others find the series really good. I'll leave my personal opinion out of it and just say that this series is pretty high up on the horny list. However, you should pay attention to the trigger warnings and there are quite a few of them, especially when it comes to SA in every conceivable form.
Cutie Pie
Tumblr media
I was pretty hyped about the show until the seventh episode or so. God was I obsessed. After that, the magic that Zee had on me left me a bit. The story really isn't the best, but I think most people didn't necessarily watch the show for the story. The two of them have really good chemistry and that kitchen scene still makes me weak in the knees sometimes. Definitely up there on the horny scale.
Dangerous Dr'gs Of S'x
There is no gif for this. Even if I found it here, I wouldn't insert it. Japan has two sides, either innocent and sweet or hardcore (well not really, but sometimes you can get this image). This one is hardcore. It's not necessarily horny and there's even a pretty heavy story behind it, but this film is riddled with s'x… Not necessarily consensual, at the beginning definitely not consensual. If you're over 18 and can take it, check it out. The film is not bad at all. It's just a bit different…
KinnPorsche
Tumblr media
Praised by many, but viewed by me with a somewhat more critical eye, I would still recommend the series if you don't have a problem with dub-con or torture or violence in general. The mafia story is softened somewhat by the love scenes and the slapstick humour is not for everyone. It's a lot about daddy issues and whether you like the characters or not is something you have to decide for yourself.
Love In The Air
Tumblr media
I have my issues with the show, but the more I watch and the more I try not to be quite so critical of toxic and destructive phatasies, the more these issues leave me unconcerned. Will I ever watch the series again? Nope. Can I understand why so many people love this show? Of course I do. That's why I don't want to withhold it from you here. LITA has a total of two stories to tell about two friends and their love life. The second story is definitely not an easy watch. There is trauma and SA and some stalking shit and it really can hit you. But for both parts, the NC scenes are, hands down, some of the best ever.
The End Of The World With You | Love At The End Of The World | Till The World Ends
Tumblr media
We would have a Japanese doomsday scenario, a Filipino one and a Thai one. I'll summarise it under one point. All three are very explicit in their depiction of intimacy. All three are somewhat confusing story-wise. I had fun watching all three. In contrast to Love at the end of the world, The end of the world with you and Till the world ends are definitely still quite restrained.
Only Friends
Tumblr media
The GmmTV actors have taken over and caused a huge mess. A group of friends want to open a hostel as a college project. Whilst in the series this somehow slips into the background at some point and really only served as a location for flings and water adventures, people get to know and love each other and some fall back on old friends to make new loves jealous. Somehow everyone was trying to hurt someone else at one point. I have found a new icon thanks to this series and have cheered for Boston and Boeing in their many endeavours. If I had to say one sentence about the show it would be that it's pure chaos, but damn Boston and Nick... hot.
Playboyy
Tumblr media
Okay. I know the majority don't like this series, but I think it's terrific. I'm always amazed at how artistic the episodes are. How each couple has their own special setting, so you know who's about to appear. Yes, there is a lot of s'x, not necessarily horny s'x. It's often used for storytelling or as a catalyst for what happens next. And Prom and Nont are my little favourites. I find Prom only half as attractive without glasses, unless he swaps glasses for a blindfold… Still, on a horny scale it is up there.
Pornographer aka The Novelist
Tumblr media
A student runs over a writer on his bike, breaking the writer's arm. As compensation (and because he can't pay damages), the student agrees to write down the writer's story he was working on. It is pornographic literature and while the writer dictates to the student, a kind of relationship develops between the two. This is not a romantic relationship in the classic sense, it's not about a cautious approach and getting to know each other, but about the psychology of lust and manipulation, about loneliness and the desire for more. It's pretty deep shit and I can only recommend it. But always with the warning that it's not going to be an easy watch.
Sweet Curse
Tumblr media
Here's a short film for a change. I love short films! And Sweet Curse is one of them. Min-woo is jealous of one of his closest friends Ha-joon and wants to curse him. Too bad when the haunting spirit falls in love with the handsome and kind-hearted Ha-joon. When Korea has the freedom, they go all out. There are some short films that you wouldn't have expected from South Korea. And this here it's quite high up on the horny scale.
Wedding Plan
Tumblr media
God, I love this series. No matter what anyone says, it was so good to watch these two fall in love and slowly let their walls down until the clothes followed. A very amusing series in which both mains know what they want and, above all, that they want each other, even if the planned wedding of one of them got in the way a little beforehand.
Why R U
Tumblr media
The series may lack a bit of story, but if you want it horny, the Fighter x Tutor storyline is definitely for you. You have to hand it to Zee, the man can kiss. It's not the most adult series, set in college, but the topics are sometimes a bit heavier and the NC scenes are definitely worth watching.
I hope I haven't bored you and that there's something suitable for you in this small selection 😊 It was so fun making this list! Thank you again for this ask!
