help/advice

does anyone have any advice for dizziness and/or nausea from fasting/restricting?

i can’t stand with out having to sit down shortly after. i want to shower but i am scared i am going to pass out.

also i was eating my dinner last night and got too nauseous to where i couldn’t finish even half of it. it makes me sad because i was really looking forward to it. i had to drink a protein shake instead.

(note: i’ve had an ed for about 10 years now. this dizzy/nausea symptoms have just been really bad lately. anything to help dissipate this would be great.)
