STAYSafe The Community Project
What is STAYSafe?
STAYSafe is a collaborative project aiming to tackle the rampant content theft prevalent within the fandom. Content theft across various genres, fandoms and communities has been allowed to go unchecked for too long, an issue STAYSafe plans to tackle with extreme prejudice.
What does STAYSafe do?
STAYSafe will primarily focus on:
Making content creators aware of when their content has been stolen and where.
Reporting any and all stolen content and accounts based on content theft, trolling or malicious community behavior.
Educating STAYs on respectful ways to engage with existing content, content creators and how to prevent and stop content theft.
Publicly announcing content theft and thieves with supporting evidence to encourage accountability and awareness.
Assisting content creators with advice, guidance and support for protecting their content, getting content theft removed and other matters.
How can I support STAYSafe?
Tell us when you find content theft. The more details and evidence you can provide the better. You can DM us or tag us directly.
Report any and all content theft you come across, including troll blogs who maliciously repost stolen content.
Raise awareness about respecting content creators and their content ownership. Most content theft is casual, without deliberate or malicious intent, but its still unethical.
Check your own profiles and blogs to make sure you won't end up on our watchlist.
Use #STAYSafe on your posts and help the project with prolific presence.

Here's another low calorie breakfast idea: mini pancakes :D
Tumblr media
Ingredients: 20g of all purpose flour - came out to 69kcal for me (haha, 69) 40g of egg whites - 19kcal 5g/1tsp of sugar - 20kcal (if you don't have any sweetener like I do, then don't be scared of adding regular sugar instead <3 it's a very small amount) 1/2tsp of baking powder A pinch of salt A few drops of vanila extract (Optional) 1/2 tsp of powdered sugar to add on top - 10kcal
Total - 118kcal
Mix dry ingredients in a bowl before adding wet ingredients. In a seperate bowl, slightly whisk your egg whites until they become a bit foamy. Add your egg whites and vanilla extract to dry ingredients and mix until smooth. Fry your pancakes on a dry pan, flip when bubbles start to appear on top. Decorate your pancakes with powdered sugar and you're done! You can also use some honey or fruit to make the pancakes more interesting ^^
(Just a reminder that you DO deserve to eat, you NEED to eat to survive and function properly, you are beautiful just the way you are and you don't need to change anything about you and your body <3 I know how dangerous eating disorders are and how they can ruin your body. I know how hard recovery can be, so please don't force yourself and take it one step at a time. Eating disorders are NOTHING to brag about and I'm not romantizing them in any way. I'm just posting simple recipes while learning how to cook. Please stay safe <333)

So...how old were you when you started hurting yourself? How old are you now?
I am curious of people's stories. I would love to read all.

have you heard of bambi sleep? if so, what do you think?
Yes, I’ve heard of it and I encourage every single one of you to avoid it like the plague. It’s like meth: not even once.
We all need to remember where the line rests between fantasy and reality. That can be difficult with hard kink as is, but doubly so with hypnosis. I think all the time about impact play scenarios that would leave me requiring medical attention afterwords; that doesn’t mean I actually want my ribs broken, or that it would be ok for someone to do that to me.
Bambi sleep is the hypnosis parallel. A good hypnotist will set boundaries within commands, “you will do x, until I tell you to stop.” Or “you will want, be, think, do x when it’s appropriate to do so,” ect. Bambi sleep doesn’t set parameters. Which means the files leave their mark.
That’s just one way they skirt around consent. I would encourage every single one of my followers to take precautions, especially when listening to files online.
1. Most YouTube hypnofiles will have a transcript in their description. Read it. Make an informed decision about whether or not you actually want to listen to that. If there is no transcript, please, DO NOT LISTEN.
2. Be aware that with files you can’t set limits. You have available to you what already exists. That doesn’t mean everything available to you is good for you as an individual.
3. Do your research on content craters. Ask trusted subs/tists what they think. Go to Reddit. Google. The comment sections of their videos. The more information you have, the better. This ask is a great example.
4. Even videos with transcripts can have other conditioning/brainwashing techniques. Bambi sleep, for example, has a barely perceptible subliminal voice the in the background. You don’t have anyway to know consciously what it’s saying, especially without watching the video. Which means you cannot consent to it.
5. Avoid videos/creators who promise to be addicting. This is a rabbit hole that can ruin your life, just like any other addiction. Hypnosis tends to release a hormonal flood into your brain that’s already pretty addictive. You don’t need someone else trying to amplify or manipulate that.
Please, all of you, ask me any more questions you have.

Quick Reminder On Love Magic!
Hello! Since it is Valentine's day, I thought I would make a quick reminder of something that I see a lot of on here regarding Love, sex, and general magic practices.
Please remember that any spells that take away a person's free will are immoral and unethical!! I see a lot of places where people are suggesting or posting love potions, spells, or related material to force/make someone fall in love with you, or have sex with you and that is Never ok. Spells that promote self-love and confidence, or booster spells for yourself are alright, but it's never ok to try to make someone like you against their will
Spells that involve spraying things onto a person, hiding things, or violating someone's space or personal property without them knowing is not a good thing. (neither is taking anything from them or their body without permission) Please respect people's space and things! It can come off as creepy, weird, and violating to pour, touch, spray, or put things on or into another person's stuff and in some cases it can be illegal. if you need to do so, please ASK THE PERSON BEFOREHAND
3. As someone who is sensitive to perfumes, certain scents, or things you can inhale or smell, please be cautious if you are applying or using something on yourself, giving food or perfume to someone, or if you are doing something in a public space. Please be considerate of others and their allergies!! (applies to food allergies too) 4. Please do not bury anything that does harm to the area around it, including glitter, plastic, glass, trash, sharp things, SALT or chemicals, or anything an animal can get trapped in There are alternatives to burying, and alternative materials you can bury that will decompose rather than becoming litter or a hazard to others. Show some love to the earth and the people in that area too!! Please remember to stay ethical and wise when doing magic, be kind to those around you and remember everyone is not the same or sees the same way you might. Spread and show love, not more problems for others!

STAYEducated: Plagiarism 101
What is plagiarism?
“Presenting work or ideas from another source as your own, with or without consent of the original author, by incorporating it into your work without full acknowledgement." - University of Oxford
Reposting content instead of reblogging/retweeting/sharing it.
Reposting content without asking the original creator for permission, or doing so even if they deny permission.
Sharing or reposting content without giving full, proper credit to the original creator.
Taking someone else's original work and claiming it is your own creation or content.
Why is plagiarism bad?
Plagiarism is unethical. While most general content plagiarism will not be pursued legally, plagiarism is lazy, demoralising, disrespectful and selfish.
Someone whose content is frequently stolen might be dissuaded from creating content at all, or might choose to make their content more inaccessible. It also emotionally harms the content creator.
Plagiarism can often have pretty serious consequences, even if you weren't maliciously plagiarising. Your account could be deleted, your details banned from creating further accounts, certain features on your account(s) being blocked, and it could garner you an ugly reputation within your community which can stick around for a long time.
Plagiarism essentially tells the original creator you don't respect them or value what they do. They're just a tool for you to benefit from.
Plagiarism can also harm the original content creator, who might have to go through undue process to prove they own the content you've stolen from them.
How can I avoid plagiarising?
Link to, share, reblog/retweet or tag people in content you want them to see rather than re-uploading the content.
Give proper credit, even in private spaces. If you send someone's art to a private group chat, tell them who made it and where to find it, or better yet, only send them a direct link to the original post.
"Credit to the original poster" and "not mine" are NOT proper credit.
Avoid sharing content from Pinterest and similar 'sharing' websites. Pinterest's entire model is based on people re-uploading things that do not belong to them and their DMCA process is a nightmare. Use the reverse image search or check the Pinterest post for the original content link and share it straight from the source.
If you're unsure who made something, don't share it or use it. Often it takes me less than 10 minutes to find out something is stolen and who it belongs to originally. If you need to, ask around! Often other people will know if something has been re-uploaded or if its safe to share.
Do your due diligence, always.
I found plagiarised content, what should I do?
Alert the original creator. On many websites only the original creator can get stolen content removed unless you can prove you're acting on their behalf.
Alert others the content is stolen. Be wary that on some sites the uploader can choose to hide or remove your comments, so its often best to take screenshots and make a separate post in conjunction with leaving a comment.
Report the content where possible. In some cases you can use flagging it as spam or stolen content to make a report or you can contact customer support directly and alert them to stolen content.
Don't positively engage with the stolen content. If you have, do your best to remove your engagement by unliking it, deleting your reblogs, ect.

This isn't really a recipe, more like a breakfast idea/mealspo, which is a 209 calorie joghurt bowl
I used:
❤️150g of vanilla flavored skyr (123kcal)
❤️Green apple (about 30kcal)
❤️A little bit of vanilla cereal (46kcal)
❤️A dash of cinnamon
Remember that I do NOT promote ana or any other eating disorders, you deserve to eat, you need to eat to survive, I don't encourage you to get yourself into an ED if you don't have one (don't do it. It's not just a diet, it's dangerous), I'm just sharing some of my low calorie recipes/meal ideas to help you and perhaps encourage you to recover because you do deserve to recover, you deserve to be happy and eat without feeling guilty ❤️
Please stay safe ❤️❤️❤️
