The Boy in the Gang. Keisuke Baji
Tumblr media
Day after day, the group sat outside the school gates. It was strange enough that one kid on a bike would sit outside, but now there was a whole group. Dark gang uniforms and bikes revved up while everyone was trying to head home. A teacher was out there by the time you walked out, scolding your smiling boyfriend.
"You cannot loiter and be loud with these bikes. It's not respectful." Your teacher had her hands on her hips. There was no doubt that, if it was a male teacher, Baji would've landed a decent punch by now. Afterall, Baji turned his bike off if it wasn't about to be moving, so there was no need to lecture him about it. "That's nice, teach, but check this out!" Another boy revved his bike loudly, making you giggle as you approached the teacher. "Ignore them. I'll make sure this doesn't happen again." You bowed a little and watched as the teacher walked away. Being an A+ student helped you sometimes.
"Thanks, babe. I was about to lose my cool." Baji held your hand as you jumped on behind him. Immediately, there was another person wrapping a jacket around you, giving you something to cover with since your school skirt wasn't exactly the clothes to ride in. Baji walked the bike a few feet from the curb before starting it, "We have a meeting again. You mind coming along?" The Toman meetings weren't anything you couldn't handle, so you didn't mind going along. Baji always kept you right next to him, arms around your waist or over your shoulders while he paid attention to whatever it was Mikey was saying. Which was fine, you paid attention to the meetings, too. And Chifuyu always showed you pictures of Peke J after everything was done.
"Yeah, I'll go. But remember that we're still going over your math homework later." You felt more than heard the growl from your boyfriend. He wasn't the greatest with scholastics, but at least he had you and his vice-captain to help when things got a little rough.
Baji was always a little reckless when he drove, and it was no different with you as his backpack. He took turns sharply, hit the brakes a little too hard, and wove between the cars and trucks around you both. The rest of his squad was no different, as they all had to keep up with him. You'd learned to hold on tight if you wanted to keep from being too loose during the ride. It was a relief when he finally pulled into the shrine. His group surrounded the bike, backs to you while you got off so that no one would see anything as you stepped off the bike.
"Thank you all." You gave them a light bow before following Baji up the stairs. Mikey and Draken were already there with the other captains and vice-captains, waiting for Baji, who was always late. They greeted you happily, all smiles and kind hellos, while Baji was chided over his late appearance. But this wasn't anything new.
Baji had told you before you agreed to be his girlfriend that this was how it would be. He would have gang responsibilities and some of them he wouldn't be able to shirk off. You understood that, and it wasn't sour when you had to join in the meetings. Everyone was kind to you, and you struggled to understand how other girls thought these boys were bad and evil to their girls. Baji was kind, if anything he hated arguing with you, even raising his voice at you was taboo for him.
"You alright, babe?" Baji whispered in your ear as Mikey discussed a current problem with the others. You craned your neck to look at him and smiled, "Yeah, I'm fine. Just a little bored." Baji nodded, reaching around your waist and pulling you closer, "How about after this we go and get some lunch?"
"Sounds good to me."

The Introduction
A (possible) brand new series featuring Robin Buckley x Reader set in ST4
Tumblr media
Summary: When Vecna comes to town, Robin and her friends need all the help they can get in the final battle. The gang searches for an old friend she's never met before. But what Robin didn't know, was that the help would catch her attention in more ways than one.
Word Count: 4.1k
Warnings: canon deaths (mentions of vecna killings), reader appears at the end it is mostly a set up for the series, nothing really to report here tbh
[A/N: well hello there. I have *finally* storyboarded a new series that would be an episode by episode ST4 fic where Reader and Robin are endgame. It's something new and something I've been dying to create for a while now so I wanted to test the waters and see if anyone would be interested in reading this? I will literally take one person's yes and go with it, I am very persuadable]

The Introduction
Since when was it too much to ask for a normal spring break?
Robin had enough of the excitement in Hawkins last summer when she ended up in a secret Russian lab, tortured and shot full of some serum she was sure was unsanctioned.
The horrors of that day were flushed down that bathroom toilet along with those drugs, some kind of wave of reality hitting her hard when she realised she didn’t want to be alone anymore. She confided in her new friend, her closest friend, and hoped that it would end a horrible day with a weight off her shoulders.
And then she was crashing a car into a possessed guy and hurling fireworks at some freaky flesh monster. So, nothing good lasts forever.
But after that, it all had been pretty quiet. Robin worked Family Video every other evening and weekends, had Steve drive her to school for the first couple of weeks before it became a habit, secured her place in band and forgot that anything ever really happened. She didn’t want to remember. She wanted to graduate, to have that silly little crush on her bandmate, to save enough money to get out of Hawkins for good.
Then the first day of spring break hit. The first day. And she was stood there staring up at that TV, feeling nauseas in her uniform, knowing that the brutal death of a high school student wouldn’t be as simple as murder.
“So we got, uh, some good news and some bad news.” Dustin says awkwardly and Robin’s lips tighten, looking at where Eddie sat munching through Honeycomb cereal like it was his first meal in days. “How do you prefer it?”
“Bad news first, always.” Eddie responds with his mouth full.
Robin shifts on her feet. It would be dishonest to say that Dustin and Max dragged her into this. All they had done really was show up demanding their computers and a name. She didn’t have to help, or find the address, or go with them anywhere.
The urge to be a part of something always had been a habit of hers. The only reason she joined the marching band was because she figured she’d be safe there. The Russian radio communication was only of interest because she craved involvement. And now she had Steve, her best friend. Where he went, she followed. Which is why she was stood here now, contemplating her decisions.
She was scared, afraid that last year would have only been the baby of all problems she would have to face in Hawkins. And it was understandable, she wasn’t built for pressure situations. If anyone could take a look inside her brain, they’d be questioning why she was even here in the first place.
She has this theory where her mind and her body act completely differently. She’ll rethink everything until she’s overthinking it, but her body will never not react immediately. Whether its her mouth rambling or her legs running, her mind and body haven’t been in sync for a while now.
“Alright, bad news.” Dustin shifts in his seat and Robin exchanges a wary look with Steve. “We tapped into the Hawkins PD dispatch with our Cerebro, and they’re definitely looking for you.”
Eddie’s face falls and Robin hates seeing the way the light in his eyes dim even darker.
“Also, they’re, uh, pretty convinced you killed Chrissy.”
“Like, 100% kind of convinced.” Max chimes in.
“And the good news?” Eddie looks for Dustin’s answer but Robin spoke first.
“Your name hasn’t gone public yet.” She says, resting her arm against a shelf. She really felt for him. He didn’t deserve this. “But if we found out about you, it’s a matter of time before others do, too. And once that gets out, everyone and their shallow-minded mother is gonna be gunning for you.”
“Hunt the freak, right?” Eddie spits and Robin feels that little stab in her chest. Hunt the freak.
“Exactly.” She says and Eddie curses under his breath.
“So, before that happens, we need to find Vecna, kill him, and prove your innocence.” Dustin tries to bring a positive note, Eddie’s face remaining unswayed.
“That’s all, Dustin? That’s all?”
“Yeah, no, that’s pretty much it.” He concludes, the older boy looking very unconvinced. Robin can’t help but think that Dustin almost was as bad as she was in these situations.
“Listen, Eddie, I know everything Dustin is saying sounds totally delusional, but we’ve actually been through this kind of thing before. I mean, they have... a -a few times, and- and I have… once.” Robin adds, hoping that somewhere in her ramble there was a coherent message that he shouldn’t be afraid. “Mine was more human-flesh-based, and theirs was more smoke-related, but bottom line is, collectively, I really feel like we got this.”
“Yeah, see, we usually rely on this girl who has super powers.” Steve follows her direction and Robin nods, “But, uh, those went bye-bye, so…”
Everyone’s faces start to scrunch in realisation.
Robin searches for words. “So, we’re technically in- in more of the…”
“Kinda…”
“Brainstorming phase.” Max decides and they all hum in agreement.
“Brainstorming.” Steve snaps his fingers.
“There… there’s nothing to worry about.” Dustin splutters and Steve nods along with him.
If Eddie had been following on at all before, he was completely lost now, looking at them like they were maniacs. They tried their best, Robin thought just as a high-pitched noise started approaching in the distance. Sirens.
“Tarp.” Robin immediately says, pointing to Eddie. “Tarp. Tarp.”
Everyone starts scrambling to their feet and rushing to the windows, Robin’s heart rate unusually high. She hadn’t even experienced what she would assume to be the worst of it yet and she was already hating every second.
Her eyes follow the police cars and the ambulances drive directly past the boathouse, further down the road. Towards the trailer park.
“Trailer park.” Steve mutters, on the same page as her.
“They might have found something new.” Max suggests, looking at her friends in worry.
“Or someone new.” Robin grimaces and they all frown. “The ambulance.”
“Shit, okay, we need to-” Steve turns around, “Hey, Eddie.”
The tarp comes flying off once again, his hair looking a little dishevelled as he still tightly hugged the cereal box.
“You gonna be alright here?” He asks, and the boy simply shrugs.
“We’ll be back when we find out more.” Dustin promises, nodding. “With food.”
Either he didn’t mind or was too freaked out to argue, but Eddie remained impartial on their decision. It was a matter of time before they’re all clambering into Steve’s car, following the same route the police had taken earlier.
“What if the place is completely cornered off and we can’t see anything?” Robin voices her worry, Dustin’s eyes flickering to hers in the rear view mirror.
“It’s too early for that. Plus Max lives there, we can just say we’re dropping her off.”
The girl in question nods her head, her bottom lip stuck between her teeth.
“Doesn’t look like we need to worry about that.” Steve says and everyone’s heads turn to look ahead, focusing on a familiar girl stood among the cops, looking like she wanted to be anywhere else.
Once the car stops, their doors are opened and they all stand, patiently waiting. Even from a distance, Robin could see Nancy’s face light up with gratitude that she wasn’t alone.
Just as Nancy makes an excuse to walk over, Robin’s eyes are already scanning the place, actively ignoring the sheet covering something on the ground. There was this pit in her stomach, an unsettling mix of regret and panic. Whatever they were dealing with this time, she knew it was going to take more than an array of fireworks.
They were alone now, any help shipped away to California, and she was still barely caught up with their previous battles.
Tumblr media
Robin really didn’t remember life before sitting around a picnic bench discussing freaky incidents that always seemed to link back to the Upside Down. Maybe that day in the lab had ruined her brain chemistry in a way that reduced her life before as meaningless. Or maybe her life before just wasn’t any better. Either way, a police report of a dead student wasn’t normally followed by a theory of some weird mind wizard from an alternate dimension. Then again, anything was possible in Hawkins.
“So you’re saying that this thing that killed Fred and Chrissy, it’s from the Upside Down?” Nancy asks, but it wasn’t the same scepticism Eddie had.
“If the shoe fits.” Steve raises his brow with a sigh.
“Our working theory is that he attacks with a spell, or... a curse.” Dustin says, “Now, whether or not he’s doing the bidding of the Mind Flayer or just loves killing teens, we don’t know.”
“All we know is this is something different.” Max frowns. “Something new.”
“Doesn’t make sense.” Nancy mutters beside her, looking down.
“It’s only a theory.” Dustin defends but Nancy shakes her head.
“No, Fred and Chrissy don’t make sense. I mean… why them?”
Dustin shrugs. “Maybe they were just in the wrong place? They were both at the game.”
“And near the trailer park.” Max cuts in.
“We’re at the trailer park.” Steve comments, looking around. “Uh… should we maybe not be here?”
A shiver rolls down Robin’s neck as she peers around, the wind picking up at the worst moment. It was eerie here, even without the knowledge of two murdered kids.
“There is something about this place.” Nancy shares, “Fred started acting weird the second we got here.”
Robin’s heart jumps. “Acting weird as in…?”
“Scared, on edge, upset.” Nancy explains, her brows permanently scrunched together.
“Max said Chrissy was upset too.” Dustin looks at her.
“Yeah, but not here.” She frowns. “She was crying in the bathroom at school.”
Robin’s mind began flittering around with theories, nonsensical ones for the most part until she pulled out something that felt comprehensible to their case.
“Serial killers stalk their prey before they strike, right?” Robin begins, forcing herself to reduce the speed of her words to ensure they were properly heard. “So, maybe Fred and Chrissy saw this Vecman.”
“Vecna.” Dustin corrects and she represses the urge to roll her eyes.
“I dunno about you guys, but if I saw some freaky wizard monster, I would mention it to someone.” Steve expresses.
“Maybe they did.” Max theorises, “I saw Chrissy leaving Ms Kelley’s office. If you saw a monster, you… you wouldn’t go to the police. They’d never believe you. But you might go to your-”
“Your shrink.” Robin finishes and the younger girl nods. “They keep files, right? Maybe something in Chrissy’s file will point us in the right direction of who, uh… Vecna is.”
“It’s worth a shot.” Max says and Dustin nods.
“But how are we meant to get it?” Steve frowns, “It’s the counsellor's office, wouldn’t they be locking that thing up tight? The whole school, even.”
“I can get the key.” Max says with confidence, “Ms Kelley said I could come to her house out of hours if I need it, maybe I can find where she keeps her keys and sneak out before she realises.”
Rather than question her alibi, it seemed like everyone was in agreement. They were off that bench in a second flat and following Steve to his car. Robin was trying to push away that fear of the unknown, the anxiety that they would find an answer they wouldn’t like.
She always loved puzzles, brain teasers, classic crosswords. Solving that Russian broadcast was a riddle she enjoyed, assuming it would be nothing but a small summer project to cure her boredom of the ice cream slinging world. But beyond games and word scrambles, she felt completely useless.
“Woah, woah, Nance.”
Robin snaps out of her haze to turn back around, her hand still steady on the passenger door.
“Nance!” Steve calls out and Nancy guiltily turns around from where she was straying from the group. “Nance, where you going?”
“Oh, there’s just something I wanna check on first.” She dismisses, her footsteps still leading her back to her own car. She looked like a woman on a mission.
“Something you maybe wanna share with the rest of us?” Dustin says and Nancy scrunches her face.
“I don’t wanna waste your time, it’s a real shot in the dark.”
“Yeah, okay. Are you out of your mind?” Steve expresses and Robin’s eyebrow raises. “Flying solo with this Vecna creep on the loose? No, it’s too dangerous. You need… you need someone to…”
There’s a pause and Robin’s mind is already drifting when keys are suddenly being hurled at her, only catching them in the last second.
“Here. I’ll stick with Nance, alright? You guys take the car, check out the shrink.” Steve says and she blinks at the metal in her palm.
“I don’t think you want me driving your car.” She points at it.
“Why?”
“I don’t have a license.”
“Why don’t you have a license?”
“I’m poor.”
“I can drive.” Max suggests and Steve is quick to protest.
“No, no, never again. Please. Anybody but you, no.” His eyes drift to Dustin’s smile. “No chance.”
“Look, if it helps, I’m not gonna be alone for very long, okay?” Nancy interjects with a smile. “I… I need to call in a favour.”
“Call in a favour?” Steve frowns, “Who?”
Nancy purses her lips and looks down, shrugging. Robin notices Steve’s stance shifting into one she had labelled ‘the annoyed babysitter’; hands on hips, a slight furrow in the brows and a pouty lip. She had to refrain from pointing it out as she had done many times before, usually resulting in a random object thrown at her head.
“Y/n.” Nancy eventually says and Steve groans.
“No, come on. Literally anyone else.” He protests, shoulders dropping in defeat.
“What’s wrong with Y/n?” Dustin frowns, shaking his head.
“She’s just…” Steve sighs, not bothering to finish the sentence. Robin mouths your name, no familiar face ringing a bell.
“Whatever she is, she’s saved our asses on multiple occasions.” Max spoke up, Dustin nodding in agreement.
“It’s…” Steve starts, shaking his head. “She’s not even in town, is she?”
“She’s visiting her grandparents.” Nancy shrugs. “Look, we don’t have time to argue about it, I’m heading to the library.”
“And what if you don’t make it there, huh?” Steve objects, “What if Y/n is busy? Do we really want to drag another person into this?”
“We need all the help we can get.” Nancy says.
“Do we really want to drag Y/n into this?” He rephrases and Robin watches Nancy’s eyes dart away. Whoever you were, you were a sore subject it seemed. But they didn’t have time to be arguing about this.
“All right, okay. This is stupid.” Robin finally breaks, snagging the exposed radio from Dustin’s backpack and thrusting Steve’s keys back at him. “Us ladies will stick together. Unless you think we need you to protect us.”
Steve pulls a face at her and she laughs, already walking away.
“Be careful!” He shouts after her and she throws up a peace sign.
In all honesty, she was relieved to be heading to a library instead of sitting around in a silent car with her own thoughts. Anything but that.
“So, um… who’s Y/n?” Robin queries as Nancy starts up the car.
“An old friend.” She explains briefly, waiting until the others had driven off before following them out.
“She wasn’t at Starcourt, right?” Robin frowns, repeating your name in her head over and over.
“Uh, no. I don’t think you would’ve met her. She was with me and Jonathan, at the hospital, and…” Her voice trailed off, lips tightening.
“And?” Robin prompts but Nancy simply shakes her head with a smile.
“It doesn’t matter.”
As she looked over, she could just read a hint of guilt on her expression, a hard stare on the road ahead as she turns towards the public library. Robin wasn’t always the greatest at reading social cues, only when she was rambling and paying more attention on getting her thoughts out than how people were receiving them. There was something different about the way they were talking about you, however, like there was something unspoken.
Tumblr media
The first thing Nancy did was find a phone.
Robin could just make out Nancy’s expressions in the payphone as she stood waiting by the car, her brows scrunched and mouth constantly moving. When she finally hung up, she wrapped her arms around herself and headed back to the Robin, nodding.
“She’s meeting us in a few minutes.” She explained, and Robin figured she didn’t want to talk about it any further. So, as she made a turn to the library, Robin decided on a different bugging query.
“Okay so, help me get this straight.” She starts as they climb the steps, the bell tolling above the building. She was recalling Nancy’s brief summary on the drive over. “Eddie’s uncle, Wayne, thinks that Victor Creel escaped from Pennhurst Asylum and that he’s the one running around Hawkins committing all these murders?”
“Pretty much.” Nancy responds with a tight-lipped smile. Robin wasn’t finished.
“But Victor committed the eyeball murders, like, way back in the ‘50s.” Robin frowns and Nancy pulls open the door.
“Well, ‘59.” She says.
“So, that means these murders predate Eleven in the Upside Down by about 30 years?” She continued as they walk up to the librarian’s desk.
“Yeah.” Nancy responds bluntly.
“Which makes spooky Victor Creel like 70 years old.”
“Yep.” She reaches out and dings the bell.
“So…” Robin keeps talking, occupying her brain with this theory so she didn’t have to worry about anything else. “He’s a grandpa murderer who can turn invisible and lift people into the air.”
Nancy takes a breath. “It doesn’t make sense. I know. That’s why I said it was a shot in the dark.”
She rings the bell again and, once again, Robin doesn’t catch the hint Nancy’s throwing her way.
“I know. I just thought that by ‘shot in the dark’ you were being modest or hiding something super solid up your sleeve that you were gonna wow us with later.”
Nancy rings the bell twice this time but Robin barely registers it.
“But this is really, truly a shot in the dark. Like, we are snipers with blindfolds on who’ve been spun around 50 times.”
She starts ringing the bell rapidly and Robin looks down at it with a frown, finally realising she’s yet again talked too much.
“Coming!” The librarian calls out, carrying a stack of books.
“Hi, sorry, we’re in a bit of a rush.” Nancy smiles apologetically at her, “Could we get the keys to the basement archives?”
“Of course. Give me one sec.” The woman nods, turning away.
Robin stares down at her hands before the anxiety takes over.
“Did I come off mean or condescending or something?” She blurts and Nancy hesitates.
“No.”
“Right.” Robin sighs, still staring at her, “Sorry. It’s just, you seem annoyed. You don’t know me very well. I don’t really have a filter or a strong grasp of social cues.”
“Okay.” Nancy whispers.
“So if I say something that upsets you, just know that I know it’s a flaw. Believe me, my mother reminds me daily.”
Nancy nods quickly, pretending to be interested. “Got it.”
“Alright, ladies.” The librarian returns with a smile, holding out a set of keys. “Here you go. Have fun.”
“Yep.” Nancy accepts them, forcing a smile. “We’ll… try.”
She starts walking away while Robin remains there frozen, earning a grin from the woman opposite. Robin simply shrugs and begrudgingly follows Nancy.
The archive room was… dusty. A little too dusty to Robin’s liking. Everything was old and smelt weird. Nancy starting looking over some books, inspecting the covers before spotting the Microfilm Readers.
“We should probably get a start while we wait for Y/n.” Nancy says, sitting at the machine and Robin hesitantly leans against it, pursing her lips. Nancy notices and looks up at her, already anticipating another ramble. “Yes?”
“So… Y/n?” Robin holds out her hands, “I don’t want to keep being nosy but, uh… how does she fit into all of this?”
Nancy reluctantly turns towards her with a smile. “She’s been a part of our, uh, group for a while now. Since Will was possessed.”
Robin blinks. “Right.”
“She was the one who figured out heat was their weakness – the things that live in the Upside Down. I’ve known her since we were kids and she’s always been amazing at…” Nancy searches for a term, “Detective stuff.”
“Detective stuff, right.” Robin nods and Nancy slowly turns back to what she was doing. “So, like…”
Nancy sighs and Robin shuts her mouth.
“Sorry, I’ll shut up.” She raises her hands in surrender and Nancy scrunches her face.
“No, I’m sorry. It’s just… I haven’t seen her in a while so I… I’m not trying to be rude, there’s just a lot going on.” She explains apologetically, surrendering her attempt at scrolling through the machine. “I can’t believe I’m dragging her into this.”
“Why are you?” Robin asks genuinely and Nancy tilts her head in contemplation.
“She did a project a few years back on the Creels.” Nancy begins, resting her chin on her hand. “She was researching into small town murders. Y/n was obsessed with the unexplained ones. She likes uncovering truths, solving the mystery. I don’t remember how far she got with this but she’ll have more than enough information to get us started.”
“Right, right.” Robin slowly nods, thinking it all over. You weren’t the new addition she assumed you would be. In fact, she was the only one here who was really new to everything.“Should I be here?”
“Sorry?” Nancy frowns.
“I mean, it sounds like you two are pretty close. And I- I don’t want to ruin the reunion or whatever, I don’t even know how to- I suck at meeting new people, basically.” Robin stresses, holding up her hand when Nancy tries to protest, “I already know. Everyone I meet pretty much hates me from the get go. I’m already ruining it with you and we’ve literally met before. Briefly. But still, I- I don’t know this Y/n and I don’t want to annoy her out of helping you-”
“Robin.” Nancy laughs, “It’s fine. Y/n isn’t like that. To be honest… you’ll probably get along.”
“What does that-”
Her words are cut off by the sound of the door opening and slamming shut, the wooden steps creaking beneath the weight of descending footsteps. They both whip their heads to the noise to see someone stood there with a folder in their hands.
“Got here as fast as I could.” You say, letting out a breath and smiling Nancy. You quickly notice the girl standing beside her with a startled look on her face. “Oh, sorry, I didn’t mean to interrupt.”
“No, you- we were, just- I’m Robin.” She stuttered, her face flushing with embarrassment before she turns away from you. Calm down, she begs herself.
Nancy looks at her in confusion, “Are you-”
“I’m good.” She insists and Nancy shakes her head, getting up from her seat.
“Hi, Y/n.” She smiles, walking over to you. “Thank you for coming.”
“Of course.” You say, but your heart didn’t really feel in it. “I brought the project you wanted. It’s got the newspaper reports from the original killings. If that’s of any help.”
“It is, thank you so much.” Nancy takes it from your hands and starts flipping through, carefully reading each of your headings and findings.
You shift on your feet before glancing at Robin, her eyes widening slightly when you look at her.
“I’m Y/n.” You offer and she nods quickly.
“Yeah, I, uh, I know.” She laughs awkwardly, “Nice to put a face to the name.”
An incredibly gorgeous face, Robin screams inside. Of all the problems she was facing today, this shouldn’t be one of them. Monsters, Russians, that was pretty much up her alley right now. Sudden introductions of pretty girls that literally took her breath away? Not on her bingo card.
Robin noticed the tension in the air between you and Nancy, that same unspoken theory recycling in her mind. What happened last year? Why weren’t you there at Starcourt? Why were you back?
She didn’t really know if she would regret knowing the answers. All she knew was that you had been here all of two minutes and Robin already felt like you were going to change her life.
Because, you were. In more ways than one.

Hello ! I adore your LMK AU‘s and your writing style. The stories are so captivating and make me excited for the next chapter.
I wanted to ask what your favorite AUs are :) I know you have great taste and I would be grateful if you could share some LMK au/comic/fanfic recommendations with us :))))
Hello! Oh my gosh thank you so so much! That makes me so happy to hear ;-; Thank you!
I got a lot of favorites out there, let me tell you :3 Alright alright~
AU'S:
The King and his Cub By: @theweepingegg : This au is so cute and I love little MK with his Papa~ It's adorable and the humor just has me rolling! Plus the wholesome Father and Son moments + an uncle Macaque?? It's amazing! Literally just melts my heart with every new update.
Cursed Au By: @winterpower98: This Au consumed my life and continues to do so. The drama, the redemption, the growing bond between Wukong Macaque and MK?? I love it alll~ The whole universal set up of this growing Au is so full and wonderful.
Literally, ANY AU that is made by @journey-to-the-au ! This artist just- STEALS all of my attention. They got a lot of different Au's, and so many amazing ideas. There is action and romance and betrayal and platonic love that is so wholesome and sweet and AHHHHH. Taking a long tour through their entire tumblr page is 100% WORTH IT
Very similarly, anything by @rebeltigera! They also have so many different au's that are all AMAZING. Something about their style also- ahhhhh <3 It's so good. I definitely suggest taking a dive into their tumblr too. Their Macaque is honestly probably my favorite version of Macaque!
Forged Faith by @swagginmun Gosh the anxiety but also the pure adoration I have for this particular Au?? Definitely follows a more canon storyline but has one HECK OF A TWIST. The expressions that are done are amazing and I really really can't wait for this one to continue as its current chapter just ended on something INTENSE.
Fan Comics!
Eclipsed Apprentice by @journeytomonkiekid : I've been following this one for a while. I LOVE IT. There are so many talented people in the LMK community and this comic takes an interesting turn to the canon of LMK. Has some great Oc's and the storyline has me hooked! Lots of drama, and redemption, and so far the character growth is *Chef kiss*
Even Rainfall Has Shadows By @linklefr : Another fancomic that takes it's own path and turn from the LMK canon. Oc's are so cute and I just wanna squeeze them! It's really growing to be its own thing! It's got a lot of talk about self-worth and toxic habits and overall overcoming those that the characters need to grow from, and I can't wait to see where it goes!
FANFICS: (I have way too many. My gosh. And honestly if folks have more recommendations, please put them in the comments! Or if you have a story you wrote yourself I would love to read it!) I would mark their Tumblr creators if I knew them, but I don't know all of them ;-; So I'll put the link to the fanfic instead
SunBreak : First LMK fanfic I ever read. It is the rabbit hole that dropped me into loving Macaque and parent Macaque to be more precise~ Goes way off canon and I'm LOVING IT

Dear Jack (Series)
Tumblr media
Chapter Four: Dojo Day Afternoon
Summary: The group is introduced to Arthur, who shows interest in Y/N. When Y/N tells him no, he starts causing chaos around the dojo. Jack retaliates.
Word Count: 3.6k
Warnings:Canon-typical violence
After their argument Y/N was avoiding Jack as best she could. Only seeing him at the dojo.
When they walked in that following Monday, there was a pile of concrete rubble in front of the others.
“I’m going to get a smoothie.” Eddie grumbled, “Hey, Y/N.”
“Hey, Eddie.” Y/N greeted
There was a muffled flushing and then plunging noise coming from Rudy’s office.
“No, don’t you die on me! It’s not your time!” Rudy’s muffled voice insisted
“What’s going on in there?” Milton asked
“Rudy’s fighting with his toilet again.”Y/N sighed, walking up a rapping on the door, “Rudy stop plunging Myrtle!”
He stumbled out of his office in full plumber gear, “Poor Myrtle, I almost lost her. Twice I had to plunge her back to life!”
“How do you know if a toilet’s a boy or a girl?” Jerry asked
Rudy gestured, “Well, you take the top off the tank and reach your arm in and feel around-”
“Stop!” Milton insisted, “I think I’d rather hear about this in an awkward conversation with my father!”
“Rudy, focus!” Kim snapped, “The new owner of the mall is gonna be here any minute!”
Eddie ran in, “Hey! You guys gotta check this out! These brochures are all over the place! This new owner is making some big changes!”
Y/N took the pamphlet from him and glanced over it.
Kim looked, “Hey! They finally took the baby changing area out of the food court! And if you ask me, that was a big step in the right direction!”
“No way!” Eddie exclaimed, “They’re bringing in a Captain Corndog!”
“Oh snap! That’s a classy joint!” Jerry said, “Yeah, my sister got married in a Captain Corndog! The captain walked her down the plank himself!”
“Look at that huge new parking lot!” Milton pointed out
Y/N took the pamphlet back, “Where’s the dojo?”
Eddie looked over her shoulder, “There’s a parking lot where our dojo should be!”
Y/N sat down on a bench and kept looking over the pamphlet. There was no other area for the dojo. It wasn’t just being moved, it was being destroyed. After a while, Kim sat down next to her.
“What are we going to do?” Y/N asked
Kim shrugged, “Rudy will figure something out.”
Rudy had headed into the locker room to change to meet the new owners. And he came out soon after, looking way more presentable. Not five minutes later, the new owner strolled in with a boy who seemed to be the rest of the group's age.
Rudy stepped forward extending his hand, “Mr.Turner! Welcome to my dojo!”
Mr.Turner smiled, “Nice to meet you, Rudy! This is my son, Arthur!”
“Hello, sir!” The boy said, eagerly shaking Rudy’s hand, “What a wonderful dojo you have here! Let me ask you: How do you do it? A sensei, a businessman, and obviously a male model!”
Rudy got flustered, “Uh, yeah... I don’t know-totally, it’s-well- Look at me!”
“Arthur, go make some friends while Rudy and I talk!” Mr.Turner told his son
Arthur smiled, “Yes, daddy! You and Rudy go have a good talk, alright? I’ll just be out here with the gang!”
Mr.Turner and Rudy went into Rudy’s office. As soon as the door shut, Arthur’s entire demeanor shifted. Jack was the first to greet him.
“Hey, I’m Jack. How ya doing?”
“So!” Arthur interjected, “What do you losers do all day around this dump?Sit around and pretend to know karate?”
He punctuated his sentence by flailing his arms around.
Jerry puffed his chest, “Pretend to know karate? Check this out,”
Jerry readied himself, and Y/N finally stepped forward to join the group. Jerry stepped back.
“Go ahead, show him Jack!”
Jack rolled his eyes, but turned to a practice dummy. The group started cheering him on. He did a roundhouse kick and knocked the head off the dummy. Arthur rolled his eyes, he glanced at Y/N and smirked.
“That was nothing!” Arthur insisted, “You guys want to see some real karate moves?”
He took the bow staff from Milton.
“Watch this!” He proclaimed
He swung it around wildly while shrieking. Y/N looked away out of embarrassment. He broke one of the trophies.
“Uh oh.” He panicked, before throwing the bow staff back to Milton
Rudy and Mr.Turner emerged from the office.
“What was that?” Rudy demanded
“I can’t believe it, sir! That kid just busted up all your trophies!” Arthur lied
“Milton you are in big trouble!” Rudy scolded
Jack stepped forward, “What? It wasn’t Milton, it was Arthur!”
“Oh,” Rudy softened, “Well, accidents happen. And thank you for showing us what a dangerous place that is to keep trophies! Now, everyone give our newest member Arthur a big Bobby Wasabi welcome!”
Mr.Turner started clapping and so did Jerry. Y/N slowly joined in to not seem rude. Meanwhile the rest were just standing there, in shock.
The next day, Kim was whaling on a practice dummy as Eddie held it. He groaned as he let go of it.
“Kim, take it easy!” Eddie whined
Kim sighed, “Sorry, I’m just tired of being looked at as just another pretty face.”
Jerry nodded, “Welcome to my world, sister!”
“I mean, what’s the point of being a reporter for the school TV station if Margaret Bork just thinks I’m some airhead southern belle who can’t do real news?” Kim vented
Arthur came in laughing, dragging Jack along with him. Y/N glanced their way as they hit a training dummy again.
“OH, you guys should have seen what we just did!” Arthur cackled, “It was a riot! It was like taking candy from a baby!”
Jack rolled his eyes, “That’s what you actually did, Arthur. You took candy from a baby.”
Y/N laughed, Jack glared at her.
“Hey, uh, can I get in on that?” Jerry asked before taking a piece of licorice, “Thanks, nothing tastes better than something stolen from a baby!”
Jack stormed off into Rudy’s office, and the others went back to what they were doing. Y/N approached Arthur.
“Hey,” She greeted
He seemed surprised, “Oh, uh, hey.”
She nodded at the licorice, “Can I steal a piece?”
He nodded and handed her one. Y/N bit a piece off and chuckled as she chewed.
“What’s so funny?” Arthur asked
Y/N shook their head, “I just think it’s funny that you got Jack to just stand there while you nabbed this.”
“It’s not like he was gonna do anything,” Arthur replied
“So true.” Y/N chuckled, “Hey, do you wanna go get something to eat?”
He seemed even more surprised at that but nodded. Y/N smiled and grabbed their things.
Jerry quirked a brow, “Where are you going?”
“Arthur and I are going to get something to eat.” Y/N replied as they headed for the door where Arthur was waiting
After the two had left Jack came out of Rudy’s office. When he didn’t see Arthur or Y/N he immediately approached Kim.
“Where did Y/N go?” Jack demanded
Kim looked at him, “She went to get something to eat with Arthur.”
His face got slightly red, “She can’t do that!” Kim turned on him, “Why can’t she!” “None of us likes him!” Jack tried to defend, “She can’t just take hiim out on a date or whatever!”
“So, you’re jealous?”
“No, I am not jealous!”
“You so are.”
“I so am not!”
Kim chuckled, “Whatever, Jack.”
Meanwhile, Y/N and Arthur were sitting at a table in Falafel Phil’s laughing. Y/N took the wrapper off their straw half-way and blew through to shoot the other half at Arthur.
“So, let me get this right?” Arthur chuckled, “You and the pasty kid sumo wrestled a professional sumo wrestler because you felt guilty?”
“Oh yeah,” Y/N affirmed, “I had a bruised back for like a week. Milton had to help me down stairs.” Arthur perked up, “Oh! I got you guys a gift, do you want to see?”
Y/N nodded and Arthur pulled out his phone, showing them the new pristine practice dummy he had ordered and was meant to get to the dojo the next day.
“That’s really nice Arthur!” Y/N complimented
They checked their watch, “I have to go, but we have to do this again sometime! I’ll see you tomorrow!”
Y/N left with a wide smile on their face. On their way out they ran into Jerry, who was also heading home.
“Hey,” Jerry greeted
“Hey,” Y/N replied
“How was your date?”
Y/N smacked his shoulder, “It wasn’t a date! And it was good. Arthur isn’t too bad.”
The two parted ways, to go home. The next day, when Y/N entered the dojo Arthur was sitting there with the new dummy. The rest of the group exited the locker room. And Arthur stood, shooting Y/N a smile.
“What’s this?” Jack asked
“It’s a gift!” Arthur answered, “I know I’ve been a little bit of a jerk.”
“A little bit of a jerk?” Jack asked, “That’s like saying Jerry’s a little bit confused.”
“What?” Jerry asked, “Wait, what did I miss? I’m confused.”
“He’s trying to be nice, Jack.” Y/N snapped
Arthur smiled at her, “Look, to show that I’m not all bad, I got you guys this brand new state of the art punching dummy!”
“You know what, Arthur?” Jack said, “Maybe I had you wrong. If Y/N trusts you, I guess I do too.”
“Now that’s more like it!” Jerry cheered, “I think I should be the one to break this bad boy in!”
Jerry punched it in the face and the stomach opened letting out a spring punch. Y/N went to his side instantly.
“Oh my god, Jerry are you okay?” Y/N asked
Jack and Kim helped Jerry off the floor as Y/N rounded on Arthur.
“What the hell,Arthur?” Y/N shouted, “I gave you the benefit of the doubt! I thought you were alright! And now you do this!”
She punctuated every sentence with a poke to his chest.
Jack stepped forward, “Alright, that’s it-”
Kim stopped him, “No, Jack, you promised Rudy... but I didn’t.”
Eddie stopped Kim, “No, Kim, I want him all to myself.”
Milton stopped Eddie, “No, Eddie, this one’s all me.”
Milton turned on Arthur, then back to the rest of the group.
“Wait, why can’t Jack do this?” Milton pleaded
Y/N glared at Arthur, “It’s fine guys, let’s just start practice.”
Jack looked at her, and her eyes pleaded with him. Until he nodded in agreement. Arthur pushed Y/N out of the way.
“Woah, woah, woah, Jack!” Arthur prodded, “ I got this! Since Rudy’s not around and I outrank everyone, I’ll lead the class!”
“Are you nuts?” Eddie demanded, “You don’t outrank Jack!”
“Really? See, I don’t know if you noticed...” Arthur taunted, “But, I’m a green belt!”
“Yeah,” Kim snapped, “Because your daddy bought it for you.”
Arthur stepped forward, “Jack, you don’t know anything about karate. You’re nothing but a scrawny little skate rat.”
“Arthur, would you just shut up?” Y/N demanded
Jack glowered at Arthur, “And you’re nothing but a spoiled little poser.”
The group chuckled at that.
“Poser, huh?” Arthur snapped, “That’s it.”
Arthur ran at Jack.
“Jack don’t!” Y/N insisted
But, Jack hadn’t heard her and had already thrown him into the wall.
“You’re gonna be sorry you did that!” Arthur shouted
Not a moment later Rudy and Mr.Turner entered the dojo.
“What’s going on?” Mr.Turner demanded
“It’s a good thing you’re here, dad!” Arthur cried, “I was just saying my prayers and eating my vitamins when Jack threw me into this wall!”
Mr.Turner turned to Rudy, “We had a deal, Rudy! You said this was a warm, safe environment where Arthur could learn karate and make friends!”
“Jack!” Rudy stumbled, “Did you throw Arthur into our wall of friendship?”
The group hesitantly nodded and agreed with what he said. Rudy ran to the wall and helped Arthur out of it.
“They don’t do that to just anyone!” Rudy insisted, “They must really like you! Don’t you, Jack?”
Y/N stepped forward, “It wasn’t Jack’s fault. Arthur came at him first.”
Jack looked at Y/N with thanks in his eyes.
“He came at Jack, Jack came at him, it’s a big coming atcha party!” Rudy continued, “Alright, back to practice you lovable, scamps!”
“Rudy,” Mr.Turner snapped, “This is unacceptable, I want Jack and Y/N thrown out of your dojo!”
Y/N turned on her heel to look at the two. Glancing quickly at Jack, who was also frozen in shock.
“What?” They all asked
Arthur smirked, “Buh-bye, Jack and Y/N”
Rudy stood his ground, “I’m sorry, Mr.Turner, but that’s not gonna happen.”
“Alright then,” Mr.Turner stepped forward, “You have two hours to get out. You’re standing on the site of my new parking lot. Come on, son.”
Arthur was ushered out of the dojo by Mr.Turner. Tears brimmed Y/N’s eyes, one way or another she was losing this dojo. Rudy argued with his toilet for a second.
Jack and Y/N decided to kick themselves out. Rudy stopped Jack.
“Put your stuff back, you’re not leaving.” Rudy insisted
Jack sighed, “If we don’t go, you guys lose the dojo.”
“We lose it either way.” Y/N said, “We’re not going to take it away from you guys.”
Rudy placed his hands on one of each of their shoulders.
“No, you;re not going.Sometimes in life, a man has to decide what’s really important,” Rudy said, two men started to carry his toilet away, “Oh hey! Not the toilet, take the kids instead!”
“Rudy!” Milton protested
“I’m sorry, but you’ve never sat on her.”
Jerry stepped up, “We’re not gonna take this, man! We gotta fight the power, yo!”
Jack dropped his duffle, “Jerry’s right! We’ve got to fight back! Like that guy on Meyer Avenue!”
“He chained himself to that old tree so that it wouldn’t be cut down!” Y/N continued
Kim nodded, “He stood his ground and saved that tree!”
“Until it fell over in a storm, destroyed my Aunt Verna’s house and she had to move into my room!” Milton complained, “I’ve seen things no boy my age should see.”
“You know what, you guys are onto something!” Rudy agreed, “What Turner’s doing is wrong, and we gotta fight back!” “What are you saying, Rudy?”Jerry asked
“I’m saying they can’t tear down the dojo if I’m chained to that post!” Rudy clarified, “And I will fight the good fight for as long as it takes! So chain me up!”
The group all cheered encouragement for him.
“Get these things off of me! I can’t take it! I’m going crazy!” Rudy shrieked after he’d been chained up
“Rudy! It’s only been three minutes!” Jack replied
Kim stormed out of the side room, “Yeah, well if it’s such a great story then why not report it yourself?! That was Margaret, apparently Taco Tuesday is becoming Fajita Friday.”
“Yes!” Milton praised, “You slip the lunch lady $10 and a cat calendar and you can move mountains, baby!”
Eddie sighed, “All this talk about food is making me hungry, I’m gonna go over to Honeybuns to hook us up!”
“No!” Jerry protested, “You can’t go out there, man! That’s just what they want! You go out that door, it’s like we’ve given up!”
“Well, eventually we’re gonna need something to eat!” Kim reasoned
Eddie looked up, “You know, our air vent connects with the nail salon. Those ladies are always snacking on something.”
“Yeah!” Jack stood, “He’s right!”
Jerry nodded, “Yeah, but who’s skinny enough to fit through that vent?”
All their eyes went to Milton.
“Oh.” Milton said, before the realization hit him, “Ohhhhh!”
Milton stripped his over shirt, leaving him in a  wife beater tank top. He threw the over shirt and hit Y/N in the face with it.
“Agh! Milton!” Y/N complained
Jack and Jerry hoisted Milton up to the vent. And there was a humming noise. Y/N glanced around.
“I think the exhaust vent just turned on!” Y/N announced
“What makes you say that?” Jerry asked
Then Milton was sucked up into the vent, Jack chuckled.
“Oh nothing in particular.” Y/N continued
They all sat together, waiting for anything to happen. About half an hour later, Turner showed up. Jack was the first on his feet.
“Look, Turner just showed up with some people!” Jack pointed out
The man had a megaphone and made an announcement.
“Attention dojo squatters, you have five minutes to get out.” Turner hollered, “We are bringing in a wrecking ball.”
“You don’t scare us, Turner!” Rudy shouted, before lowering his voice, “That whole bringing in a wrecking ball routine is the oldest trick in the book!”
Y/N kept their eyes outside, “That is a very real wrecking ball.”
“What?” Rudy demanded, “Unchain me, you fools!”
“Dude, we can’t!” Jerry said, “You gave the keys to Milton!”
Rudy panicked, “What? No! It can’t end like this! I never sat in a hot tub full of pudding! No wait, yes I did... no that was custard.”
Jerry peeked outside, “Nothing brings in a crowd like a wrecking ball! They’re totally on our side. You can feel the love!”
A muffled chant of “Knock it down!” began. Jerry glared outside before sticking his head out.
“Why don’t you guys shut your pie holes!” He shouted
Y/N slumped on the ground across from Rudy. Kim stood up straight as she got an idea.
“I just realized I’m in the middle of a huge story!” Kim announced, “Five kids from our school fight a great injustice!”
Jack glanced outside, “Well you better get out there, because it looks like your friend Margaret just showed up.”
“Oh no she didn’t,” Kim stormed out, “Not today, Margaret! Not today!”
Turner pulled out his megaphone again, “In two minutes we’re turning this place into a parking lot!”
Jerry looked at the four who were left, “I’m going out there.”
Then he stepped outside.
“Alright, now I got some demands, people,” He started, “Now, we’re gonna need a big bag of cheeseburgers, some fries, some juice boxes, and throw in some of those glow in the dark straws! They make drinking fun, yo!”
A guy in the crowd shouted, “Your demands stink!”
“Bro I wasn’t finished!” Jerry whined, “And I’m also gonna need a couple of helicopters flown by supermodels!”
“Now those are some demands!” The same guy shouted
Jerry got the crowd to cheer Wasabi.
Y/N looked out the window, and saw Arthur climbing into the wrecking ball control center.
“Guys!” Y/N shouted, “Look!”
The wrecking ball started swinging around.
“I got this,” Jack insisted before running outside
Y/N was quick to follow but stayed in front of the door. They blocked it with their body, if anything was happening to this dojo they were going with it. The ball swung toward them, and they leaned back.
“Y/N get out of the way!” Jack shouted
Pushing the door in slightly as the wrecking ball lightly tapped them and the dojo. As soon as it stopped, Y/N went inside.
“That was horrifying.” Y/N gasped out as Jerry pulled them into a tight hug
“You’re insane.” Jerry replied
Turner was the next person in the door.
“Is everyone okay in here?” He asked
Rudy sighed, “Look, Turner, you win. Alright, just go ahead and take your dojo back! Put up your parking lot! But, you know what? We’re proud! And we will hold our heads high!”
Rudy lifted his arms and the chains fell from around him.
“Really?” Rudy whined, “Hands over the head, that’s all it took.”
Jack ran inside pushing Arthur in ahead of him.
“I think this belongs to you.” Jack said
Once they were both in he ran to Y/N. Doing a once over to make sure she was okay before pulling her into a bone crushing hug.
Turner rounded on his son, “Arthur, how could you do something like this? You endangered Y/N’s life! I’ve given you everything!” “Maybe that’s the problem.” Rudy said
“What do you mean?” Turner asked
“Well, this dojo might not be much,” Rudy continued, “But it’s built on the principle’s of discipline and respect. A couple of things Arthur obviously doesn’t have.”
“Blah, blah, blah,” Arthur groaned, “Look, can we just knock down the little dump now, dad?”
“No,” Turner snapped, “He’s right. I’m sorry, Rudy. Your dojo can stay.”
“Yes!” They all cheered
Jack picked Y/N up in a hug and spun them.
“Arthur, get in the car!” Turner snapped, “You’re grounded!”
Arthur quirked an eyebrow, “Grounded? What does that even mean?”
Jack smirked as he set Y/N down, “I think you’re about to find out.”
“Buh-bye, Arthur!” Y/N mocked
Turner pushed Arthur out of the dojo, leaving only the gang inside.
“Jack, what you did was incredible!” Rudy complimented
Jack shook his head, “ It wasn’t just me! We all did it!... Wait a minute, has anyone seen Milton?”
Once everything was said and done the dojo was empty. Rudy was in his office and everyone else had gone home. Y/N sat on the bench, rubbing the spot on her sternum where the wrecking ball had tapped. A few moments passed before she felt a weight next to her.
Jack glanced at her, “You shouldn’t have put yourself in harm’s way like that.”
“You jumped on top of the wrecking ball,” Y/N replied with a chuckle, “I am far from the one who was in the most danger.”
There was a moment of silence and Y/N looked at the ground.
“About what happened after the thing with Truman-” Jack started
Y/N stood, “Can we just forget that it happened? I’d rather things just go back to normal.”
Jack sunk in on himself a bit, “Yeah. Of course, yeah, it never happened.”
“Awesome. I’ll see you tomorrow, Jack.” Y/N said before leaving
Jack watched after her before mumbling under his breath, “I have a crush on you too.”

"Mr.(lastname)!" (Sons name) squealed out as he got out of the motorcycle car seat and onto the ground, rushing to the teacher "oh hello! How was your weekend?" (Name) asked crouching before the pup who swayed his body happily "it was good! Papa took me to work!"
"Really that must have been fun!"
"It was! He and uncle Iza took me to a fancy redront!"
"It's restaurant bud" Mikey said walking up to the two from his motorcycle with a lopsided grin, raking his hand through his hair as he tried to look cool...only to trip over the little backpack his son dropped a few feet away.
"Mr Sano! Are you alright!" (Name) rushed to the tattooed man with the tiny pup "I'm alright... Just fell for you I suppose" Mikey tried playing it off but his bloody nose said other wise.
The gang leader was not looking really cool infront of the pretty omega who led him into the nurses office "the nurse isn't here yet so let me fix you up--here (sons name), why don't you help me by counting these stickers so we have enough today"
"Ok Mr.(lastname)!" The pup loved helping as he immediately tried counting, the two adults knowing he would not get far as he was still figuring out numbers past 7.
"Ok let's clean you up" (name) said getting the things needed and gently began cleaning the blood off Mikey's face, getting close and the Alpha could smell the pharamones off (name) and it took everything in him not to press his face into his neck for both the reason of that would be embarrassing as hell and he was covered in blood.
"Now we only have (cartoon) and (other cartoon) bandaids so what one do you want Mr. Sano?" (Name) asked with a smile and Mikey pretended to give it deep thought before pointing to a box "Excellent choice!"
(Name) gently patched the Alpha up "there, good as new!"
Mikey watched as (name) grabbed two lollies from a bowl and handed one to Mikey and one to the pup who squealed at the treat "Mr.(lastname), why aren't you also my papa?" The little boy asked curiously and (name) didn't know how to respond to the boy "well usually it starts with a date before it can get to that bud" Mikey said to his kid who slwoly nodded "well why you guys not dating!" The boy asked frustrated "I'm working on it kiddo" Mikey said "go to class yeah? I'll return your teacher in a second"
The toddler huffed and wandered off to class, giving his dad a look before closing the door "kids really just say whatever" Mikey said, feeling as if his chance was ruined and (name) just smiled "if you don't wanna see me again that's fine"
"Hey now, can't give my verdict till we go on this so called date"
"Really?" Mikey asked and (name) couldn't help but find the man cute covered in Band-Aids and a slight black eye and (name) just shrugged "here's my number, call me?"
Mikey was so down bad for the Omega who wrote his number on Mikey's hand and wandered out.
He was gonna fucking marry him.

Turtle Tricks
Tumblr media
Summary: The gang is out and ready to get the whole Halloween experience. Sadly your girl group ditched you. Luckily you have your boyfriend with you!
P.S: Hello! Halloween season is officially over. Christmas is comin up! But before that, here is part 2 to Turtle Treaters. I hope you guys enjoy it!
The streets of New York are almost always full of pedestrians walking about and going with their day. But this hallows eve, and on every holiday really, that number of people always doubled. The Halloween fair had stalls lined up on every block. Some sold candies like chocolate and candy corn, while others sold desserts like pumpkin bars and pies. Others even held games where you could win prizes. The scents that came from the sugary goodness wafted in the air giving the stale New York wind a Halloweeny sweetness. Each one of you could feel your mouth salivate from the sights and smells. It was almost a sensory overload. And of course, being a gang of eight, everyone wanted to go in different directions and eat as much candy as they can stuff in their faces. Cassandra wanted to go for the, according to Donnie, strangely anatomically correct skull cookies. April and Sunita went straight for the stall selling gummies shaped like everything Halloween. That left the boys, your boyfriend, and you to figure out how to split up.
Raph
"Raphie, you smell that?" How you were able to smell anything through the material of your hippo suit is a mystery in itself, but yes Raph did smell that.
"Is that, chocolate?"
"Yeah! Come on!"
Letting you pull him through the crowd of New Yorkers, Raph follows you to a small stall with a fairly large crowd selling hot chocolate. Apparently, this was hot choco with a "twist" which made it extra special. Some of the customers walked away with horrified faces, while others with giggling with joy. If the smell wasn't enough to buy you in, curiosity definitely did.
"Ooh~ We have to get some!"
"I don't know. The line is pretty long. Might take us a while."
"Pretty please~? It's cold."
That was an absolute lie. Sure the November wind may have been cold but inside your hippo suit, you felt like thanksgiving turkey on slow cook wearing it. Was that gonna stop you from Halloween hot choco? Definitely not. Raph didn't know how, but he could feel your puppy eyes from underneath the suit. And with or without seeing it, he would always be weak to it. Always.
"Alright fine, let's get in line."
Happily, you skipped in line with Raph standing beside you. And, luckily enough, the fairly long line moved surprisingly fast. The wait only lasted five minutes tops before it was both your turn. Soon enough, you were both sitting on a side bench with your hot chocos in hand. With a pop, you remove the head of your suit with a sigh of relief. Raph never looked like he was baking inside wearing this, maybe it was a mutant turtle-ninja...thing.
"I thought you said it was cold?"
"It is now."
Taking a sip, you were surprised by the spicy kick you felt in your mouth. Not cinnamon spicy, more like cayenne pepper spicy. It was yummy. You were about to take another sip when Raph shrieked beside you. You turned to look and find your boyfriend looking at his cup, horrified.
"Why, what's wrong?"
"There's…something…very wrong with mine."
Glancing at his cup, you spot three eyeballs floating in his hot choco. All looking upwards, glassily at him. And you since you were looking down at his cup of hot choco.
"Ooh~ those are good."
Raph gave you a look before you had to explain that they were marshmallows filled, usually, with strawberry jam. You suggested he pop one in his mouth and, although reluctantly, he did. It tasted good, but he still felt icky about it though. You only laughed at his squirmish expression, which made him huff, before taking another sip.
"Hey, you have something on your face."
You couldn't even react before he kissed you on the cheek. Out of nowhere.
"You had some whipped cream there."

Seeing as your girl group ditched you with your boyfriend and his brothers, you decided to have a look around. See if anything caught your fancy. And sure enough, something did. A horror house. Filled with the screams of horrified teens who thought they were brave enough to traverse the maze-like corridors of the nightmarish attraction. You tugged at Leo's Lou Jitsu sleeve to get his attention. Once you got it, you gestured to the attraction. Raising your eyebrows in a challenge.
"Babe, the first one who screams loses. The winner gets pizza rights."
Leo, being the champion turtle that he was, grinned mischievously and pulled you to the ticket booth.
"One for me and my fine partner here, if you please."
"Please follow Frankenstein to the house entrance."
The ticketer said, gesturing to the staff dressed as Frankenstein who stood just to the right of the booth. Quickly, you two followed after them and entered the horror house with determination. After all, extra pizza slices were in the line. Thirty minutes in, and no one has made a single noise. Outside the subtle jumps, sweaty palms held tightly in each other’s sweaty grip, and the hardly unnoticeable inching closer together, not even a silent gasp left your mouths. Immediately after a turn, written on the wall in wet and drippy red paint were the words 'Keep running! You're almost there!' Naturally, this prompted you both to speed walk towards the almost-there exit. And, like a light at the end of the tunnel, the way out was in sight. That was until... something sprung out from the shadows. It was big. It was slimy. It was...
"EEEEEEEEK"
'flash'
"That's going in the album!"
"...piebald?"
"Hey there, honey! It's been a while!"
"What are you doing here?"
At this point, Leo, who somehow got behind you peeked out all fidgety still.
"Well, I figured that this would be the ideal part-time job. Tryin' to earn some money for my new tank. The place is nice, but needs some feminine touches."
"Ooh~ that's great! Say, you wouldn't mind sending me that pic, would you?"
You walked out of the horror house with a smug smirk directed at your defeated boyfriend. And he, he didn't like that. Not only did he look super lame, but he also lost! He LOsT! So he did the next most logical thing. Grabbing your slick, black blazer he gently yet quickly tugged you upwards. To his beak. Kissing you. Your first kiss. On the lips.
"Wipe the smug smile off your face."
"Hmm, I dunno I'm gonna have to think about it. Give me another and I just might."
Donnie
"Am I hallucinating? Or is that stall just west of us, selling automatons to unsupervised children on Halloween?"
Looking toward the direction you indicated, there was indeed, a stall filled to the brim with mechanical trinkets and gizmos. On the center stage of the stall was an intricately made wooden robotic cat. And being the pair of science nerds you and Donnie were, you both immediately squeezed through the crowd of people and toward the stall. Upon closer inspection, the stall was filled specifically with animal and insect-themed robots such as spiders and bats. All were intricately made with various materials ranging from wood to silver to copper.
"The machinations within also seemed to be incorporated properly as well. Tell me, good fellow, did you make these all by yourself."
The vendor enthusiastically replied yes. Stating that each piece was handmade and, literally, took them days to accomplish. Understandable, considering the meticulousness that came from both building and designing such creations.
"May we take a look at this one, please?" You said. Pointing at the cat that had drawn you to this stall in the first place.
The vendor nodded and gently removed the mechanism from its case and onto the table in front of you.
"So tell us, how does this exactly work?"
The vendor gave the both of you a long look before smiling and said, "Well for a start, you'll need a knife."
You and Donnie nodded in unison.
"And then you cut it."
...
"eXCusE uS?!"
"Will you be buying this one? I would like to demonstrate if so."
Let's just say that you and Donnie had to dish up all your Halloween candy money to buy it. Was it a worthwhile spend? Short answer, yes. After having paid for it, the vendor proceeded to unsheathe their knife and cut into the robot. First came the crunching from the exterior. Then came the strong smell of...chocolate? There was no wheezing of cut-in-half gears or the static of also cut-in-half wires. Just very, very, gooey chocolate cake. They then proceeded to push the slice toward you and Donnie. Unsurely, he took a piece of the cake and into his mouth. Don't get him wrong, the cake was heavenly, almost divine. But his brain just could not comprehend what just happened.
"d!...D!...Donnie!"
Donnie turned towards you. Eyebrows raised in confusion. How were you not phased by this?! Apparently, his expression was very readable since you said, "Hyper-realistic cake. I've never seen it in person but they have been going viral. Also, you have some chocolate on your face. Mind if I?"
Donnie only nodded. Still completely out of it when you gently wiped a napkin across his bottom lip. Swiping at the gooey chocolate. You giggled when, despite being so obviously rattled to the shell, he still reacted shyly to your touch as a soft blush started to dust his cheeks. It took a while before the two of you could arrive at the meeting point i.e the same place where everyone split up, only to find the rest of the turtles still arguing about which direction to go. Raph, having been facing your general direction, saw you and Donnie and the expensive cake placed in a transparent plastic box in your hands.
"Please don't tell me you used all your Halloween money on that."
"It was a worth it buy."
Mikey
"Mikey! Look!"
You excitedly poke Mikey's paper mache pumpkin as you point toward the line of stalls selling jack-o-lanterns and carved candles.
"It's our people!"
As fast as you both could in your jack-o-lantern costumes, you waddled toward the stalls hand in hand. You both first went to the candle stalls, becoming immediately drawn to the details and colors of each one. Some had solid colors. Others had layers of black, white, and orange. All of them were carved in elegant petal-like designs that curved sometimes inward, sometimes outward, till they reached the bottom of the candle. They even had cats and witches carved into them. There was one in particular that caught your eye. It was a scented cinnamon candle with a green outer layer with the inside being an arrangement of oranges and yellow. It would look perfect in Mikey's room aesthetic.
"See something you like babe?"
"Oh, nothing much. They're all so beautiful."
You were definitely buying that behind his back. Of course, you couldn't forget about your fellow jack-o-lanterns on display. There were small ones, ones as big as your head, some smooth and others rough. There were even some that you could use like a mask and some that sold them as candy buckets filled with Halloweeny goodness. You both definitely bought a matching pair of buckets. There were some pies in your buckets that Mikey just had to get the recipe too.
"I'll be right back. I gotta know the secret to this pie."
"Alright, I'll be waiting here.
Of course, you weren't. While Mikey waddled back to the bucket stall determined to get that recipe, you waddled back to the candle stall. And, to your luck, it was still there! You excitedly beckoned to the vendor for it. They gladly wrapped it up for you. Like they really wrapped it up. Bubble wrap and all.
"It's very fragile. So be very careful with it." The vendor advised as they handed you the bubble-wrapped candle in exchange for your money.
"I will! Thank you!"
Very, very carefully, you placed the candle in the deepest pocket of your soft crocheted jack-o-lantern costume. Were you glad you decided to crochet those in. Quickly, well as fast as you could, you waddled back to where Mikey left you just in time to see him waddling back to you.
"Someone is making pumpkin pie tonight! Come on, we better get back."
You giggled at his excitement. The candle you gave to him at the layer. He never did use it. "Art too precious to tarnish" he would say. He definitely asked Donnie for the meaning of tarnish.

Sensitive revenge//Hazbin hotel Fic ♡
Tumblr media
Hello, I'm new to writing tickling fanfics, I hope you like this and you can leave me ideas for next fanfics and recommendations in the comments.
Warnings: this is a tickle fanfic if you don't like it keep scrolling (contains bad language)
.⭒☆━━━✰━━━☆⭒.///////
It was a day like any other at the Hazbin Hotel, although something was irritating Charlie and the gang. Today, Nifty was more hyperactive than usual. Seeing the entire house so clean made her nervous because she didn't know what to do to pass the time. So, she spent her time wandering around the hotel or bothering her friends.
Ángel Dust: Nifty! What the hell are you doing?!
Nifty had left dead cockroaches on Ángel's bed as a joke.
Nifty: Ángel, don't worry, they're dead. See? Nifty touched one while laughing maniacally.
This wasn't the first time she had done something like this. Whenever she felt bored, she did things like these. Yesterday, she had wet Husk with water, and she used to watch Vaggie and Charlie sleep to scare them at night.
Ángel Dust: Hey Husk, we have to do something to stop Nifty. He said approaching the bar where his feline friend worked.
Husk: But how? What prank would work on her?
Alastor: There's something much better than any prank that could work. Alastor said coming out of the shadows.
Alastor: Why do you think she never does anything to me?
Ángel Dust and Husk looked at each other with a smile because finally they could get back at Nifty.
Husk: And what do we have to do?
Alastor: You just have to tickle her, and she won't bother you.
Ángel: Tickle her? I once squeezed her sides, but she didn't seem to be sensitive.
Alastor: She's complicated, but when you find her spots, it'll be quite simple.
Ángel Dust: Alright, this is the plan...
.⭒☆━━━✰━━━☆⭒.///////
Ángel Dust: Hey Nift, can you come to my room for a second? I think it's full of cockroaches, and I'd like you to help me kill them.
Nifty: Of course! She said excitedly running towards Ángel.
Nifty: Hey Ángel, there are no cockroaches here...
Suddenly she felt Husk grabbing her and taking her to bed for greater comfort for the little demon followed by Ángel holding her arms above her head and Husk squeezing her sides.
Nifty: GUYS! WHAT ARE YOU DOING?! I DON'T HAVE TICKLISH SPOTS! She said nervously.
Ángel: It's too late for that, darling. Alastor already told us everything.
Husk: Hey now that I think about it, how many ribs do you have? You're so small that I don't think so many fit in you. He said in a mocking tone.
She was just silent, clenching her lips tightly. Husk he started poking her ribs quickly although for Nifty it felt like an eternity. Husk noticed that when he reached the last one Nifty made such a slight squeak that it could barely be heard.
He squeezed it again on purpose but nothing happened. After a while Nifty broke down, letting out a small giggle.
Nifty: Hehehe
It gave Ángel and Husk a flip in their hearts; they had never heard her laugh like that; it was adorable.
Ángel: Aww your laugh is adorable Nift.
Nifty:Nohoho, ithishi is nohot
Husk giggled, he thought this was adorable, he wondered why they hadn't done it before. Ángel took out two more from his arms and went for his armpits, Nifty's giggles rose and turned into laughter.
Nifty:HAHAHAH NOHOHO YOHOU ARE BAHAHAD BOYS
Ángel: Yes, we are very bad boys and now I will eat you, Ángel said playfully, motioning to Husk to change places.
Nifty got nervous when he said that, he knew what it meant, it was what tickled him the most.
Ángel Dust gave him a loud raspberry in the belly making him kick and scream.
Nifty: HAHAHA pfff HAHAHA Angel and Husk stopped suddenly with their eyes open.
Husk: Aww, did you just snort?
Ángel: YOU SNORT?! That is so cute. ♡
Nifty turned red with the comments, finding this whole situation ridiculous and embarrassing.
Ángel tickled her feet and Husk scratched his neck, he tickled him for a few minutes until he decided it was time to stop.
They released Nifty and she did not move from exhaustion and remained trembling in the place.
Husk: Nifty, now that I think about it, you never told us to stop..
Nifty: She stayed blushing trying not to look them in the eyes out of embarrassment. Ángel: Did you like this, right? “Admit it,” he said, laughing.
Nifty: NO, I just don't know, it's been a long time since I felt something like that...
She fell silent for a moment
Yes, I think I liked it a little... Thank you, Dads.
Ángel and Husk's hearts skipped a beat again.
Nifty: SORRY, if it bothers you I won't call you that.
Ángel: No, the nickname is perfect. The three of them hugged in silence for a while.
Nifty showed a big smile which was very cute to the other two demons.
Ángel: Hey, let's go play something Nifty, so you don't spend your free time making jokes, I'll teach you some things so you can learn to relax.
Husk: If you give him drugs I'm going to kill you, son of a bitch.
Ángel: haha, don't worry, nothing like that.
Ángel, Husk and Nifty spent the afternoon playing board games and watching movies, from that day on Nifty regained his smile and really smiled again.

Before You Go // Ethan Landry // Ch.4
Tumblr media
Masterlist Word Count: 1429 Warnings: Mentions of injuries, swearing, trauma Author's Note: Hi you guys are gonna get a couple chapters this weekend you're welcome
After moving to New York with your friends after the Woodsboro killings, you try to leave all of it behind you and start over. You become friends with Ethan Landry, but after Ghostface returns, you start to become suspicious of everyone, especially him
The paramedics decided to take you to the hospital, mostly due to the fact that you were the only one in the gang who needed stitches. It had taken almost ten minutes to convince Ethan that you would be alright on your own, but he relented and they drove you away.
Despite the adrenaline still coursing through your veins, you fell asleep on the drive to the hospital and slept until they unloaded you into a bed in the emergency room. The nurses were kind, keeping you occupied with conversation as they stitched you up and wiped all the blood from your skin. You managed to change into a hospital gown and crawled under the blankets the staff had provided.
You were almost asleep when your phone rang. It was Mindy attempting to video call. “Hello?”
“Hey, just thought you’d wanna see all of this.” She turned the camera and you let out a gasp.
The others were inside an abandoned movie theater full of mementos from every Ghostface killing since the beginning. You recognized a few things, like the TV that killed Stu Macher. It was incredibly detailed, with sketches of all the murders and some crime scene photos. The worst part was the glass cases containing all of the Ghostface costumes.
“Are you guys in someone’s fucked up murder shrine?” You asked. Mindy nodded.
“Gale found it. It’s pretty freaky.”
“Why are all the masks gone?” You tried to look closer at the mannequins. “Is our current Ghostface using them?”
“He’s leaving a mask at every murder.” A young blonde woman stepped into view. “Like a super twisted trail of breadcrumbs. We think he’s counting down to something.”
“Sorry, Y/N this is Kirby Reed. She was a victim of the 2011 Ghostface attacks.” Sam added. “You okay?”
“Yeah, they stitched me up and gave me some pain meds.” You nodded. “I can leave soon, they just want to make sure I’m not in shock or anything anymore.”
“Do you need someone to pick you up?” You can see Ethan’s curls just out of view. You smiled. He was really worried about you.
“Sure, as long as you bring me a change of clothes.”
“Okay, I got it!” Ethan practically knocked Sam to the ground as he ran out of the room. Mindy shook her head.
“We’re gonna try to catch Ghostface, so we’ll keep you and Ethan updated. Don’t let him go all serial killer on you.”
“Mindy, I’ll be fine.” You laughed. “Besides, I don’t think Ethan’s the killer.”
“None of us thought it was Amber either and yet…” Mindy raised her arms. “We’ll see you later.”
It only took Ethan about ten minutes to get to you with a fresh pair of jeans, a beat-up pair of tennis shoes, and one of his old t-shirts. They ushered him into your room and he ran to you. He looked you over and then pulled you into a hug. You leaned into him, his warmth coursing through your body. He felt like safety, like home. Despite all of Mindy’s warnings, you wanted to stay in his arms forever. She had to be wrong about him. Ethan was your lifeline.
“I’m so sorry I wasn’t there.” He murmured, his lips pressed to your hair. “God, I’m so sorry.”
“Ethan, I’m alright.” Your fingers traced up and down his arm, following the maze of veins under his skin. His heartbeat quickened at your touch. “Apparently Ghostface isn’t interested in me.”
“I’m glad you’re okay.” He glanced down at you. Your eyes met and you were suddenly very aware of how close your faces were. You couldn’t help but feel mesmerized by his deep brown doe eyes. His curls brushed your face as he looked at you, his eyes studying every centimeter of your skin.
“Ethan…” You whispered. You could feel your heart pounding as you stared at him. His fingers slowly entangled themselves in your hair. “Ethan…”
“Hm.” His breath feathered across your lips. Slowly, he raised his one of his index fingers and traced a line from your left temple down your cheek and across your top lip. You let out a shaky sigh, your eyes fluttering shut at his touch. Maybe Sam and Tara had been right in their teasing: you had feelings for Ethan Landry. Sure, you had always thought he was attractive and his smile would give you butterflies every once in a while, but you never thought it was anything serious. Now, with his hands in your hair and on your face, you weren’t sure. Fuck it, you could die any day. With a deep breath, you opened your eyes and leaned in.
“Miss?”
Fuck. It was the nurse with your discharge paperwork. Ethan scrambled off the bed, his face bright red. “Yeah, hi.” She gave you an apologetic smile and set the clipboard next to you. Ethan busied himself with gathering up your dirty clothes, clearly avoiding eye contact. You shook your head. Dammit.
Once you signed all the paperwork they had for you, you left with Ethan in tow. Neither one of you mentioned the moment that had passed between you.
“So where is this place? The weird shrine?” You asked.
“Some abandoned movie theater. It’s tucked back in an alley, really sketchy.” He wiggled his eyebrows. “It’s like a lair.”
“This is all super fucked up, isn’t it?” You sighed. “Twenty years of screwed-up psychopaths trying to be more sadistic than the original Ghostface. It just needs to be over.”
“I’m sure they think they’re doing the right thing.” Ethan shoved his hands in his pockets. “In whatever twisted way that may be.”
You stopped and turned to face him. “They THINK?”
“Well, doesn’t every murderer have some sort of weird motive? Some kind of justification for why what they’re doing is the right thing.” Ethan couldn’t meet your eyes.
“Ethan, that is such a fucked up thing to say.” You could feel anger rising in the pit of your stomach. “I was almost killed because Richie wanted to make the ultimate Stab film. What kind of justification is that?” He opened his mouth but you cut him off. “No, there’s nothing anyone could say that could justify their actions.”
“I’m not trying to!” Ethan grabbed your arm and pulled you off the sidewalk into an alley. “Y/N, all I’m saying is that every single behind Ghostface’s mask is a human being who made some really screwed-up choices. That’s all.”
You wrenched your arm from his grip and backed away. “I can’t believe you.” Choking back an angry sob, you turned and disappeared into the crowd. You could hear Ethan shouting your name, but you kept going. It was foolish to run off, to be by yourself, but you needed to be alone. It felt like you were going to fall apart.
Ethan’s words didn’t help your overwhelming sense of dread. It almost felt like he was… defending Ghostface. Mindy’s voice kept shouting in the back of your mind: don’t let him go all serial killer on you. What if… what if Ethan was Ghostface?
You paused, leaning against a wall. It couldn’t be him, right? He was so sweet and he had always been kind to you. Sam and Tara used to tease you about him, saying that he had a crush on you and that he followed you around like a puppy. He was kind of like a puppy, with his floppy curls and his big brown eyes. It couldn’t be him. You had seen him help others with no resistance, even stop traffic for a hurt dog during NYC rush hour.
The presence of Ghostface in your life was enough to drive you into hysterics, but the idea that Ethan, sweet Ethan, was the person behind the mask was almost too much to bear. Hell, you’d almost kissed him. You could barely breathe and you had started sobbing almost as soon as you had left Ethan’s side.
Suddenly, someone grabbed you and pulled you out of sight from the crowded streets. You tried to scream, but the figure covered your mouth with a gloved hand. You couldn’t tell who it was, but they were certainly strong.
“Aw, little Y/N. Something the matter?” The figure mocked. You choked back tears and desperately clawed at the arm holding you. “I’ve got a surprise for you.”
The figure pulled back its hood to reveal a familiar head of red hair. It was Quinn with a knife to your throat and a vicious grin on her lips. “Hey bitch.”

Wanings: Mentions of blood, wounds, “death”. There will be sexual themes at some point. Fluff. Just make smart choices. MINORS DNI.
A/N: Ah! This first little chapter of this series is a bit dark, sad and angsty. So I apologize in advance. I needed to get my backstory going. BUT there will be cute moments. Truly this is inspired by a tiktoker named ars.de.elysium, who does animations of BAT EDDIE. They are my heart and soul right now and I wanted something in writing of the shenanigans of Bat Eddie and the gang, and reader of course. If you have the tiky - toks, you should go follow her! She also has a tumblr so I will be tagging her as well. Hope y’all enjoy!
Comments are always welcome! Please let me know what you enjoy! (:
Tumblr media
The world seemed a bit less bleak. You had all survived the perils of the Upside Down. Mentally, you all were a hot mess and physically, some of you were doing - alright; but you were standing on two feet and making the best of what the after effects of the Upside Down had handed you.
Standing on your two feet meant something different to everyone currently. You were a family, of course, bonded by the trauma that only the Upside Down could cause, but everyone was doing and dealing with something different.
You had decided to take on the role of caregiver, to a “dead” Eddie Munson. Hidden away in the woods of Hoppers cabin, you laid in the pitch black darkness. Thick sheets covered the windows, the sound of an air conditioning unit running on full blast was your background noise, along with the small snores of a sleeping Eddie.
—-
[Then]
After what you assumed were his last breaths, begrudgingly the team had rushed out of the Upside Down, the cracks in its foundation ripping away and seeping into the Rightside Up; your small town of Hawkins.
You had refused to leave Eddie there, alone in the cold of that Hell. As soon as you knew everyone else had made it Rightside Up, you ran. You ran back to Eddie. He deserved a proper burial, he deserved to be mourned. You gripped onto his wrist, pulling up his body with whatever strength you had left. It was when his body had collided with yours you heard it, the sound of faint breaths. He was breathing. He was alive.
“Steve! He’s alive! Steve, please!” You screamed into the void of the bright red sky. Steve, who hadn’t gone far. Steve, who was trying to console a fragile Dustin, came back. You watched as he placed his index finger on Eddie’s wrist. The look of shock covering his features, before he pushed you aside so he could scoop up Eddie under his arms.
“Grab his legs, come on. He’s barely there. We’re getting him out of this shit.” You two, with the future help of Dustin, dragged Eddie’s slowly dying body out of the Upside Down and took him to the only place you knew he could be safe from the ridicule of Hawkins.
Hopper’s Cabin.
With the help of Murray, Joyce and Nancy, they had managed to clean, sew up and bandage most of Eddie’s worse wounds. It was then, a waiting game. You, Steve, Robin and Dustin had all taken shifts. You would sit and watch his chest, slowly rise and fall. He hadn’t  woken up in two weeks. Two whole weeks. You were starting to lose hope, that is, until that rainy Sunday afternoon. When you heard the horse rasp of a familiar voice that you hadn’t heard in weeks.
“H - hello?“
You were slowly drifting asleep when you heard it, thinking that your mind was once again playing tricks on you, you closed your eyes once more.
“W - where am I? H - hello? Is anyone -“ a loud thud snapped you out of what you thought was a daydream. You scrambled off the couch and ran into the direction of Eddie’s room, flinging the door open your eyes landed on him. Fallen on the floor, face flat on the ground, was Eddie. He was awake. He had moved. He was on the fucking floor.
You moved as fast as your shocked body would allow. Immediately lowering yourself and gripping Eddie from under his arms, lifting him up slowly.
“Holy shit. Eds, are you alright? What hurts? How can I help? Are you hungry? Do I need to change your bandages, again? Do you need wa-“ your ramblings cut off as the cold and calloused hand of Eddie covered your mouth. Your eyes bounced around until they finally landed on his brown ones. Or, they used to be brown. Now, they were more a dark crimson.
“Listen, Starshine. I’m glad your concerned about my well being, but I need about point five seconds to figure out what the fuck is up with my body. It’s hot as hell in this house. Where are we even? And, I’ve never wanted liver in my life, but it sounds good?” The rasp in his voice rattled your ears and though it sounded like your Eddie, something was different - he had changed.
——
[Now]
You watched as the clock on the nightstand turned to 9:00pm. You figured he’d be awake soon. Wanting his new favourite dinner item, liverwurst. Your skin crawled at the thought, but as he had informed you it was a better option than actual blood. You shivered at the mere idea of Eddie killing someone just to drink blood. That wasn’t your Eddie. He would find other ways to sustain himself in his new body.
Your knuckles rapped on his door, before a silent “come in” floated through the air. You pushed the door open slightly, peeking your head inside. Your eyes fell on Eddie, who was sitting in bed, shirtless and drawing in his sketchbook.
“Are you ready for dinner? If not I can just wait, it’s no biggie, I don’t wanna rush you. I know you probably just woke up and -“ he was in your direct line of sight in what felt like seconds; it probably was. Super speed, as Dustin called it. Vampire things. You blinked, looking up into those crimson eyes you had slowly gotten used to looking into.
“Stop rambling, Starshine. I can eat. Maybe we can watch a movie? I’m getting kind of lonely here, by myself.” He scratched the back of his neck nervously, his scars stretching out over his paler skin.
He watched as you nodded your head in silence. It was a yes. It was approved. Something he felt like he hadn’t had with you since that day. You had volunteered to care for him as he adjusted to this new life and yet he felt like he was losing you at the same time. You were so close and yet, eons away.
In silence you two made your way into the kitchen, Eddie’s bowl of liver sitting on the small table, and your bowl of HoneyCombs cereal sitting by the sink. You both ate in silence for a while, watching silently as Eddie’s pale skin slowly regained some colour, he began to look - alive.
“Man, I miss the taste of those.” He mumbled aloud over a fork full of liver. He watched as you rolled your eyes, shaking your head softly.
“You aren’t missing much. This box is older than dirt. So it’s stale and would probably taste good with milk, maybe…but that went bad yesterday and I already succumbed to a mouthful of curdled milk earlier this morning so - dry as sand cereal it is.” You shrugged, pointing your spoon towards his bowl.
“I’d rather take this, then liver though.”
You watched as Eddie shrugged, taking another bite of the liver, his newly developed fangs poking past his top lip, “I didn’t ask to become undead, so, win some lose some, right? Least I get to hang out with my favourite, Starshine. Don’t tell Dustin that though, I think he’ll actually cry.”
Your eyes found Eddies, shaking your head and letting a chuckle past your lips.
“I don’t call him that by the way, just to clarify. That name is only reserved for you.” He stated  putting a hand up defensively. Knowing he was in the clear as he watched you laugh softly. “He’s been asking about you, by the way. Really want’sta come see you. I told him I’d ask you first before letting him, and probably the rest of the gang just barged in here. You know they come as a package deal.” You shrugged, tapping the spoon on the edge of the plastic bowl.
Eddie’s eyes watched your spoon, as if it was telling him some secret. He muddled over the idea of Dustin and the gang coming to see him. He knew you had told them about him. The whole being part vampire and living like a recluse. He missed them terribly. He missed the interaction. He missed being awake before 8pm, he succumbed to depression. Lied and said it was from being undead and only being able to come out after the sunset , but he had opened the window up enough when there was light to figure out - unlike the horror novels he had read - he wasn’t going to catch on fire if he went outside.
He heard you clear your throat, he’d obviously been unfocused for a minute.
“Sorry, yeah. I - I’d like to see them.” With a huff, his head fell, “I miss them. I miss being normal.” He began to play with the rings on his fingers. He may have felt not normal, but the old Eddie was still there, nervous ticks and all.
“Hey.” He felt your hand, warm, lay on top of his and gave it a squeeze. His eyes find yours, the source of comfort.
“I’ll tell them. Dustin and Steve honestly haven’t stopped calling and asking about you for weeks now. They’ll be ecstatic. As for you not being normal. You're still Eddie, our Eddie, my Eddie.” Your hand gestured to his body.
“You may be as pale as my thigh now, and your pretty brown eyes are now a pretty shade of red. And -” you leaned in, poking one of his exposed fangs, “you have these cute little fangs, but you're still The Dungeon Master, metal music loving, overdramatic, Eddie Munson.”
With a smile, and a soft fall back into your chair, you squeezed his hand once more.
“We can figure this out. Never forget who you are, Eddie. It’s just another challenge, but we’ll face it together.” Feeling the warmth of your hand retreat, he watched as you held out your pinky finger towards him, “Pinky promise me.”
A small smile crossed Eddie’s features as he leaned in slightly, wrapping his pinky finger around yours. “Promise, Starshine, now - how bout that movie?” A toothy smile covered his features.
Jumping out of your chair, you picked up your two bowls and dumped them in the sink, turning your head in Eddie’s direction.
“Lucky for you, I already had Steve bring me some movies. I already decided, we’re watching ‘Little Shop of Horrors’, it’s payback for having to cook you liver for the last two weeks.” You announced to him, making a disgusted face of the mentioned liver.
“Told ya, Starshine. It’s either you feed me liver, or I’m going to have to pull a scene from ‘Interview with the Vampire.” he mentioned as he quickly removed himself from the dining table and next to you, his face mere inches from yours. You made a mental note that you would never get used to the speed. “Until we find another alternative that is. Sadly, Yoo-Hoo doesn’t taste the same anymore and brings me no substance.”
“You and Yoo-Hoo.” You laughed, pushing his chest softly to push him away, “Come on, Lestat. It’s time for you to test your vampy patience with me while I serenade you.”
For the first time in awhile, Eddie allowed himself to grip your hand and lace his fingers with yours. He watched as you looked behind you, looking at your interlocked hands and then smiling back up at him. He saw his girl back. Not just his caretaker, his girl. Normalcy.
“I’m all vampy ears, Starshine. I’ll retreat back to my coffin if it gets too bad.” His ears picked up on the laugh that escaped your smile, maybe he could adjust - be the old Eddie.

A/N: what have I done \(-ㅂ-)/ ♥ ♥ ♥
@xinxiaojie
I’m thinking this follows the Mob AU.
Madam Ling is dying and she knows it, even if her loyal and beautiful son won’t acknowledge that.
“Mother, here.”
She thanks him, patting the back of his hand as he helps her fluff up the pillow and sits her up against it. There’s a breeze wafting in through the open windows, carrying in the scent of waffles from the street stall across the street. Oh, wouldn’t it be nice to have some?
“Mother, I brought someone to come see you.”
Ah, this again.
Madam Ling glances briefly at her son. The censure clear in her eyes and it is enough to have him flinching. Good to know that for all her Shangjue has taken on the mantle of the head of the household and is carrying the prestige of being the Boss of the Jue gang, he is still her son.
Her gaze flickers to his left shoulder and the man who stands there. This one’s a little too young to be anywhere near the level of expertise the kinds of doctors her son drags to her bedside with the singular purpose of curing her.
What does catch her eye is the epiphyllum pattern on the left shoulder of the young man’s tailored shirt. Gold thread against black, it’s as if the shirt was made for someone with a broader build.
“His name Yuanzhi, Mother.” Shangjue steps aside and this jolts the young man enough for him to shuffle forward. His brown eyes turn to Shangjue for a beat before looking back to her.
Madam Ling has to stop herself from chuckling at the almost puppy dog way Yuanzhi seeks Shangjue out.
“Hello Yuanzhi,” She eventually says, beckoning him close. “And where did my beast of a son kidnap you from?”
Without missing a beat, Yuanzhi grumbles. “He dragged me from my bed without so much as a hello and didn’t even let me have any breakfast.”
The laugh that escapes her is followed quickly by a series of body shaking coughs. But the amusement lingers and she reaches over to pat at Yuanzhi’s hand, tugging him down to sit on the side of her bed.
“Don’t worry. You’re with me now and he won’t dare bully you,” She assures him, gratefully taking sips of the cup of water Shangjue gently hands to her.
“Mother…”
Madam Ling clicks her tongue, blinking at Shangjue. “You bring me a new doctor and won’t let me even talk to him. What’s this then?”
Shangjue sighs helplessly. Before he can speak, Madam Ling gestures to her purse. “Take some money and go buy some waffles from the store across the street. I never taught you to have bad manners with your guests.”
“Yuanzhi isn’t a—“
“Go,” Madam Ling shoos. Shangjue blinks a little lost and she spies the way Yuanzhi seems to panic when Shangjue takes some coins and heads out but not without one last look back at him. “Oh good, I thought he would never leave.”
“Madam Ling…?”
“None of that,” She laughs. “Call me Auntie.”
Yuanzhi flushes adorably at that. “A-auntie.”
Clasping his hands between her own, she casually says, “You’re not really a doctor, are you?”
Yuanzhi stiffens.
“It’s alright. You’re not in any trouble,” She assures him softly. “Shangjue never brings anyone to see me unless they’re very important. And I think you’re that to him, hm?”
Eyeing the flower pattern on his shoulder, she smiles pleasantly at Yuanzhi. The young man worries his lips, looking shyly up at Madam Ling. “He said you would know.”
“His father was like that too. Showing more than telling. I think it’s in the genes, so you’ll need to be very understanding of that if you want to stand by his side.”
Yuanzhi doesn’t speak, turning her left hand with her palm skyward, he slides his fingers over her pulse point.
Madam Ling stops him.
“Despite my son’s best efforts, I’m dying and I am at peace with that. If nothing else, I’m quite looking forward to it.”
“Shangjue gege told me about that,” Yuanzhi says. “He’ll be heartbroken.”
“He’ll have you,” She corrects.
Yuanzhi wrestles with his thoughts before he quietly asks, “Why are you alright with this?”
“Because all I ever wanted was for my son to be not alone.” Madam Ling lifts her hand to run a thumb over the threads of the embroidery. It’s bay flower twin is in Shangjue’s closet. She would know. She embroidered them herself after all.
Mentally, she calculates how much she needs to take it for the shirt to fit better. Not by much, she reckons. She’ll need to work on feeding Yuanzhi up a little. God knows she can’t rely on her son to feed his little wife properly.

Victoria’s eyes flutter open and she sits up. The blood rushing to her head gives her a bigger headache on top of the one she already has. She looks around, seeing if anyone else is around. An old man in a suit is sitting near the door. He doesn’t seem to realise she’s awake.
“Hello?”
“Ah, Miss October!” He seems happy she’s alright. “You’re awake! Are you feeling any better?”
“A little… um….who are you?”
“I am Alfred Pennyworth, the butler to Master Wayne.”
“Wayne as in…”
“Bruce, yes.”
“Got it… He brought me here… right?”
“Indeed he did.” The events of that afternoon are coming back to her.
“Is he here?”
“Not at the moment, no. Master Wayne is preoccupied tonight.” The disappointed look on Victoria’s face is subtle but Alfred sees it. “He did, however, tell me to give this to you.” He stands up and walks over to her, holding his hand out to her.
“My wallet!” She takes it from his hand and goes through it. “Nothing was taken!”
“But perhaps, something was added?”
“What do you mean by--” Victoria notices a white paper and takes it out. “His business card…” She sees a phone number written in blue pen. “Is this… his personal number?”
“Master Wayne would appreciate it if you call him tomorrow.”
“The Prince of Gotham wants me to call him?” She looks up at him. “Why?” Alfred shakes his head.
“Master Wayne is quite the complicated person, I wouldn’t try to understand it if I were concussed earlier today.”
“You make a good point.” She feels her head with her hand. “Oh, Mr. Pennyworth, could you…could you turn on the news?”
“Please, call me Alfred.” He bows slightly.
“Alright then, Alfred, could you please turn on the news?”
“Any particular reason, ma’am?”
“I’ve been following the news stories surrounding the Batman,” She explains, catching Alfred’s attention.
“The Batman, ma’am?”
“Mhm!” Victoria nods. “He’s fascinating!”
“How so?”
“The man dresses like a bat and fights crime! In what world is that not fascinating?”
“You make a good point.”
“Also, he’s done more for Gotham than the police ever could! He goes straight to the source! Like with the Scarecrow?” She gushes. “The police tried arresting him for the crimes. They spend more time and effort looking for Batman than the real threats.”
“You seem to know a lot about him.”
“He’s just cool, I guess.” She shrugs, tucking her black hair behind her ear.
“I see.” He nods, turning on the television. Sure enough, it was a broadcast of a gang of thugs, tied up to be found by the police. Victoria is suddenly more awake and alert than before, watching the broadcast with such a strong intensity, Alfred could feel it standing next to her.
The Batman is such an inspiration for her, and with a little work, she could become him! She will become him, not just another copycat.
Victoria doesn’t know how long she was watching the news, but gives Alfred a glare.
“What the hell?”
“I apologise, Miss Victoria,” He nods his head. “I’ve been informed by the nurses that the broadcast is bothering other patients.” She looks sad. “Perhaps you can find this broadcast on the internet!”
“Not a bad idea,” Her voice is quiet, yawning after speaking.
“Tired?”
“Mhm…”
“I’ll let you get some rest then.” Alfred turns to walk off.
“Hey, um…Thank you, for ... .you know,” She shrugs. “Keeping me company!” Victoria smiles at him.
“But of course, ma’am.” He bows towards her. “Sleep well.” He leaves after turning off the light. It doesn’t take long for Victoria to fall into a peaceful sleep.
The next morning, she’s woken up by a nurse pressing some buttons on her vital machine.
“Good morning Miss October.” She smiles.
“Morning,” She mumbles, sitting up and rubbing her eyes.
“You’re being discharged this morning!”
“I can go home?”
“After a visit to the front desk, absolutely!” The nurse nods. “Just give me a moment and I’ll leave for you to get dressed!”
“What ” She finishes up whatever she’s doing and leaves the room.
Victoria’s clothes are folded neatly on a table against the wall. Did Alfred do that? She gets out of bed, taking a minute to adjust her bare feet on the cold floor.
It only takes a couple minutes before she’s dressed in what she wore the day before, a black blazer, white button up, black slacks, and black ankle boots. She didn’t have a bag, so she puts her wallet back into her pocket and makes her way to the desk to check herself out.
“Hi, um, I was told I can leave?” Victoria asks the woman at the desk.
“Yes, of course!” She nods. “Can I get your name?”
“Victoria October.” She crosses her arms.
“Alright, Ms. October,” The woman types something on her computer. “Let’s get you set up with your--Oh!” She exclaims.
“What? What’s wrong?”
“Well, Ms. October, it seems as though your medical bill for this visit has been covered!”
“Someone covered my bill?” Victoria is confused. “Who could have--” It sets in for her. The very man who brought her to the hospital.
“I’m afraid he requested to remain confidential. A guardian angel of sorts.” The woman looks apologetic.
“That’s fine,” She smiles. “Is there any paperwork I need to do before I leave?”
“Yep!” She takes a packet of papers from her desk and places it in front of her. Victoria quickly fills them out and hands them back. “Alright, Ms. October! You’re good to go!”
“Thanks,” She nods, walking out of the hospital, and turning in the direction to her apartment. Before heading that way, she decides to try the number Bruce Wayne left for her. When the phone starts ringing, she starts walking.
“Hello?” Victoria asks, hearing someone pick up.
“Yes?”
“Hi…It’s Victoria?” She’s worried she dialled the number wrong. “Bruce Wayne?”
“Victoria!” He exclaims. “How are you feeling?”
“Fine, I’m actually on my way home now!”
“That’s great!”
“Yeah… um, you paid my medical bill?”
“Do you not appreciate the gesture?” A slight tinge of fake hurt is apparent in his voice.
“No, no!” She backtracks. “I absolutely do, it’s just… You don’t even know me!”
“Sure I do!” He laughs a bit. “Your name is Victoria October, birthday October 4th, 1983, Computer Scientist at Wayne Enterprises--”
“Okay okay, I get it. You went through my stuff.” Her mind races, hoping he didn’t find a previous name.
“Not exactly,”
“No?”
“I looked at your ID at the hospital yesterday and talked to Fox last night.”
“Are you trying to prove a point?”
“You claimed I don’t know you.”
“And I still don’t! A-and you don’t know me!” She exclaims. “You can’t just pay for my bills like that.”
“And why not?” Victoria takes a deep breath.
“Because I don’t know you! Other than the fact that you’re the Prince of Gotham!” She lowered her voice when she was describing him.
“How would you feel about changing that? Maybe over dinner?”
“Are you asking me out?”
“If that’s what you want to call it!”
“When were you thinking?”
“Tomorrow night, 7:30. Alfred will pick you up.” He states.
“I keep on forgetting my address is on my ID.” Victoria sighs. “Alright, Bruce, it’s a date.” It feels weird calling him by his first name.
“I’m looking forward to it.” She can almost hear his slight smile over the phone. “Oh! And wear something nice.”
“Will do. Bye!” After she hangs up, it takes a minute for her to process what just happened. She’s reached her apartment building and is in the elevator when it dawns on her.
She has a date with Bruce Wayne!

“Uh… sorry…”
You were expecting a nice quiet morning hike, hearing the sounds of nature and breathing in some fresh air. Instead a loud hum interrupted the peace. You looked around for the source, finding this sort of drone in the air. You were confused, this was technically private property, so there shouldn’t be a drone around. It slowly began to approach you, causing you to take a few steps back. You wound up tripping over an exposed root and falling back, then there was a bright flash of light. You lost your vision for a while, crawling around, and when it returned you found a very peculiar sight.
Somehow you had crawled towards the edge of a property line as you stared at a mid size mansion, five boys out in the yard. They seemed to be holding sports equipment, a golf club, a bat, maybe a cricket one, overall they just seemed very confused. Then they all turned towards you, having noticed your presence. For a moment you remained frozen before scrambling to your feet and making your way back to the trail and back to the rest of your friends. They were all very surprised to see you back so soon, especially given you were out of breath. They crowded around you to make sure you were alright, offering you some water and having you sit down.
You explained what happened, how you accidentally wandered off the hike trail and wound up in their yard. You ran off before anything could happen. Misu explained that her father had sold off some land and the new owners built a home out there, something she forgot to mention before you went out. Lill asked you if they were cute but Johnny was already shutting that down, not wanting to know or go introduce themselves. You had all come out here to hang out for the weekend and you’d do just that. It was breakfast time and everyone was pretty hungry so you all started figuring out what to make.
You and Haechan were on egg duty, mostly you. If anything you were babysitting him since the last time he was allowed to cook he set things on fire, still no idea how he did it. Kun and Yuta were working on other breakfast foods, while Kia and Lill set the table, and Johnny got the drinks together. It wasn’t long before the smell of delicious food was in the air and everyone’s stomachs were rumbling. Once everything was ready you all sat down to eat, catching up and also deciding what to do for the rest of the day. Of course you made use of the pool and all the other games to be played. It was a fun day, but you all had your lives to get back too.
When you got back to your apartment you threw your weekend bag on the couch and collapsed in bed. The memories of the day lingered in your mind, but you needed to clean up. You got up to shower and change before tucking yourself into bed. You made sure your alarms were all set and let yourself drift off to sleep. Thankfully the exhaustion of the day made it so you could fall asleep easily, although you didn’t get much rest. You felt yourself sinking into your bed, the softness and warmth swallowing you up, only to slowly disappear. You began to feel cold and you opened your eyes, seeing that you were no longer in your room.
You found yourself on a tile floor, getting colder by the second. You quickly sat up, wrapping your arms around yourself. You managed to get up, taking in your surroundings. There were some plants in the room, seeming to grow out of the ground. As you walked around you soon found a wall, a glass wall. You followed it, only to find another, and another, discovering that you were in some glass case. You tried to look beyond the glass, but a lot of plants were in the way and the lights were dim out there.
“Hello…”
You swear you heard footsteps and stumbled back for a moment, before getting close to the glass. There seemed to be some shadows moving around and you called out again, but you got no response. Instead hearing voices.
“This wasn’t the plan.”
“Obviously.”
“What are we supposed to do now?”
“Patience. We have all the power here. It’s only a matter of time.”
“And what do we do until then?”
“What we always do. That hasn’t changed.”
There were voices, there were people, so you tried to call out for help again, even banging your palm against the glass. You heard nothing though, instead starting to feel exhausted. You lost your footing and fell to the ground, your vision starting to fade to black. You kept trying to call out for help, but it became nothing but whispers and mumbles as you fell unconscious.
♥♥♥♥♥
Your eyes shot open to the sound of your alarm going off. You quickly scrambled to shut it off, your heart pounding from the sudden jolt. You laid in bed for a moment to catch your breath, trying to process whatever fragments you had left from that weird dream. Either way you had to get up and get ready for work, so you did. As you were about to make some breakfast you heard a knock at your door, curious as to who it was. You carefully opened it a bit to see who was outside, surprised by your findings.
“Oh… you’re…”
“Hello. We didn’t get to properly introduce ourselves before.” The gentlemen bowed. “I’m Taeyong, and these are my friends, Jaehyun, Doyoung, Ten, and Mark.”
All the boys bowed to you, Taeyong actually holding out some flowers. By then you had to open the door properly, but you were still startled by the whole thing.
“I… I’m sorry, I don’t quite…”
“We asked Misu who was the lovely girl that stumbled into our yard without saying hello. We felt that we should formally introduce ourselves.”
Your eyes went wide with realization as you began to recognize them, and then you were hiding your face in embarrassment. The memory was bad enough, but having these guys actually show up at your place was far worse. Then you had another thought.
“How… how did you find me…”
“We asked Misu to let us know where you live, and coincidentally you weren’t far.” Doyoung explained. “We actually live in the penthouse above.”
“Oh… wow… what a small world…”
“We wanted to meet you properly.” Ten added. “So we thought to stop by.”
“Please take these.”
Taeyong put the flowers in your hand, leaving you with no choice but to take them. You politely bowed, trying not to be so awkward.
“Well, it was very kind of you all to stop by, but I do actually have to get ready for work and-”
“Actually we were hoping to get some help.” Jaehyun said. “We actually just arrived to this… place, and since you know us, we were hoping you could show us around.”
“Uh… well the thing is-”
“We can accommodate you for your troubles.” Taeyong added. “Money, or whatever else you may need.”
“Hm…”
If they were living in a penthouse, and owned land out by where your friend did, you could believe they had money. At this point it was up to you whether or not you were going to call in sick or not. Now that you could see them up close, you’d definitely call them handsome, and honestly, you didn’t really want to go to work. You took a moment to smell the flowers, finding the aroma nice.
“Why don’t you all come in while I put these in a vase and then call in sick for work.”
“Excellent.”
They followed you in, taking in your place. You found something to use as a vase for the flowers, making sure they were in water, and taking another whiff before going off to your room. You sent a message into work about not feeling well, hoping to be alright by tomorrow. Since you weren’t going to work you figured you should dress in something more casual, quickly changing clothes and heading out to meet the boys.
“So, is there anything you had in mind?”
“Why don’t you show us around?” Mark suggested. “What kind of things does this place have to offer?”
“A lot. I guess we should start with the basics. Have you all had breakfast yet?”
“I don’t believe we have.”
“What do you guys want?”
“Whatever you suggest. We’re here to learn.”
“Alright, well I know a great place just down the block.”
They eagerly followed you out of the apartment complex, excited for breakfast. As it was early the place was mostly empty, almost having it all to yourself. When they got the menu they asked you a lot of questions about what was good and what you recommended they have. It honestly felt like you were with a bunch of children, but you were more than happy to let them know what to have for a good experience. While eating they asked about you, curious about your life and what you did with it.
“Oh I live a very boring life. Well, work is boring, but it pays well. What I do with my free time is what’s worthwhile.”
“And what would that be?” Ten asked.
“It depends. Sometimes I just sleep and watch TV to rest, or read, or just go out to enjoy the weather. Little things that just make me happy.”
“Do you travel?”
“Uh… not really. I don’t think I’d want to go somewhere myself. Although I like where I am.”
“What about your friends?” Doyoung questioned. “You were out with them before weren’t you?”
“That’s just our monthly weekend outing. We are all pretty busy so we don’t see each other too often, so we agreed to reserve a weekend to hang out. Sorry again for stumbling onto your property.”
“It’s fine. We got to meet you. Sort of.”
“Yeah.”
After eating you showed them around a bit, taking them to some of the tourist attractions around. Although you felt like you were having more fun than them. Even if you had lived here for years now you hadn’t done all the tourist things available to you. What mattered was that everyone enjoyed themselves, and you hadn’t had such a good day in a while.
“Thanks for showing us around.” Taeyong mentioned. “That was really nice of you.”
“No problem. I had fun today, and I hope you guys did too.”
“Why don’t you join us for breakfast tomorrow? Before you leave for work that is.”
“Ah…”
“I’ll come down for you, don’t worry. Have a good night.”
“Night.”
Now that you were back in your apartment you felt like you could finally breathe and just take in everything. You really had just spent the day with a bunch of rich foreigners who treated you to anything you wanted. It was putting the biggest smile on your face and you couldn’t believe it. You immediately plopped down on the couch and facetimed Misu, telling her about your crazy day. She couldn’t believe it either, let alone when you mentioned breakfast tomorrow morning.
“You’re like their sugar baby or something.”
“What? No way, they’re just being nice.”
“Who treats someone to a whole day of activities and food and then offers them to come over to their penthouse the next day! They like you.”
“All of them?”
“Sounds like a dream, right? You should let me have one at least.”
“You gave them my info, you could have made a move then.”
“I tried! But they really only seemed interested in you. Makes sense, they just see some random pretty girl stumbling out of the woods, that screams fairy tale.”
“I probably looked messed up.”
“Attractive enough to get their attention.”
“So then what if… what if they want to date me?”
“Why the hell would you say no? Five sugar daddies, you could have whatever you wanted. You could save up and quit working within a year or something.”
“Why do you work if your dad has a lot of money?”
“He’s my dad, not my sugar daddy, so I gotta work to earn money like everyone else, but these guys, they’re giving it to you for free.”
“But nothing is actually free. They’re gonna want something in return…”
“Then ask about it before anything is official. I’ve heard these things are kinda like a contract thing, and sometimes guys just want company.”
“The sounds kinda lonely.”
“Well they have each other so might not be the case. Could just want a nice person to take care of, or could wanna fuck you too. Although that begs the question, individually or all at once.”
“Or both.”
“See. You like the idea.”
“I… it’s not a bad thing…”
“Then just enjoy your time with them regardless.”
“Still, you should have told me before you gave them any of my info.”
“Just tryna set my girl up, can’t be mad at me for that.”
“It’s not like you thought.”
“But did anything bad come of it? No, so you’re welcome.”
“You’re ridiculous. Anyway, I should get to bed.”
“Yeah me too, sleep well, and tell me how breakfast goes.”
“I will, good night.”
“Night.”
You showered and went through your routine before laying in bed, feeling refreshed and relaxed. Falling asleep was fairly easy, but once again you had actual trouble resting. After a moment you opened your eyes, feeling uncomfortable, only to discover you weren’t in your room anymore. You sat up, quickly recognizing the glass prison from your previous nightmare. You got up to look around, seeing less plants around, getting a better view of what was beyond the glass. The first thing you noticed were similar glass cases around, the layout of the place kinda looking like a museum. A few cases were empty, but others had things you couldn’t really describe.
Some things were moving around, other things just looked odd, either way you felt this was very much a dream. Once you were past that you tried calling out for help, thinking there was some kind of mistake, but there was no answer. You took a moment to collect yourself, reminding yourself this was just a dream, you were in control, and you could wake up. You closed your eyes and focused on trying to wake up, but nothing really happened. Now you were starting to think this was a nightmare, meaning you had to wake up soon. You tried pinching yourself, but you remained in place.
“Fuck… fuck… how…”
“Are you sleeping well?”
You heard a voice, which startled you half to death. You looked over, although in that moment your vision went blurry and you collapsed. You were vaguely aware of the silhouette of a person watching you from the other side of the glass, but there was nothing you could do as darkness swallowed you whole.
♥♥♥♥♥
You woke up feeling dizzy, starting to wonder what these dreams meant, but you had other things to focus on. You were obviously nervous for this morning, knowing very well what you had agreed to. Then again you didn’t have much choice, but you weren’t going to reject them now. Around the time you finished getting ready there was a knock at the door, and just as promised, Taeyong was there to take you up to the penthouse with him. Honestly you never even knew your apartment building had a penthouse, and you never thought you’d get to see it. You took a private elevator up, seeing an incredible view as soon as the doors opened. Taeyong let you look around before having you follow him to the dining room.
“Good morning.” Jaehyun greeted, pulling out a chair for you. “Did you sleep well?”
“I did, thanks, and you?”
“Good too.”
The table had already been set, a variety of food set out. Everything smelled so good, you didn’t even know what to have first. They all waited for you to have the first bite though, wanting to make sure it was good and you liked it.
“When do you get off work?” Ten asked, making conversation.
“Uh, usually around five, but I don’t get home until six, or six thirty the latest.”
“How come?”
“I take the bus to and from work, so the commute takes a while.”
“You don’t drive yourself?”
“I can’t afford a car right now, but I am saving up for one.”
“I can drive you to work.” Doyoung offered. “It’s no trouble.”
“Oh no, I can’t ask that of you.”
“I don’t mind, besides it means you can stay longer cause you don’t have a bus to catch.”
“True… I guess this once I can’t refuse.”
“Excellent.”
Breakfast was nice, and getting a ride to work just made things all the better. You walked into the office with a smile on your face, having more energy to get through the day. When your shift came to an end you were very surprised to see who was outside.
“Your ride.”
“Jaehyun? What are you doing here?”
“Well, you said you get off at five, so I figured I’d come pick you up.”
“You didn’t have to.”
“I have nothing else to do.” He opened the door. “Shall we? Maybe pick up some takeout on the way.”
“That sounds like a plan.”
You happily got into the car, the slight dread of the commute home washing away. You suggested a place for some good take out, Jaehyun was more than happy to get you whatever you wanted. Since he ordered for everyone it was only right for you to go up to his place and eat with the rest of the guys. One thing led to another, and you found yourself talking with them about anything and everything over a couple of glasses of wine. A lot was you complaining about work and just getting a lot of that drama off your chest. You didn’t even realize how late it was until Misu texted you, asking about breakfast.
They were more than willing to have you stay the night, but you said you had work tomorrow, and would like to sleep in your own bed. Besides, all you had to do was take the elevator down so it was no trouble at all. Mark escorted you down, wishing you a good night. You thanked him and got ready for bed, still beaming from the great day you had. You texted Misu that things went well and promised to give her more details tomorrow since it was late and you did need to sleep. You drifted off with a smile on your face, unaware of what would await you in your dreams.
♥♥♥♥♥
This time things were different. Or at least it seemed that way. You looked around to see you weren’t inside that glass case, but instead on the outside. You were immediately curious to look around and see what you would find. As you knew dreams tended to have meanings, although this all seemed indecipherable to you. Although you didn’t get to look much before your attention was drawn to a gentle tap on your shoulder. You jumped and turned around to find Mark smiling at you.
“Hi.”
“Hello… what are you doing here?”
“Me? I should be asking you that. Wait, what does you being in my dream mean…”
“You must like me, a lot.”
“No, no… do I… I barely know you.”
“But you want to get to know me more, don’t you?”
Mark stepped closer and closer, causing you to step back until you were pressed against one of the glass cases. You hadn’t noticed someone in it, hearing a small tap and looking back to see Ten smiling down at you. It made your eyes go wide, bringing up way more questions that you could think of.
“You… you…”
“Sh, you don’t want to be late.”
You blinked and found yourself standing at your front door. You took a moment to collect yourself before checking your surroundings. This was your apartment, it was early morning, and you were still in pajamas. You chalked up the whole thing to sleepwalking, heading back over to your bedroom just as your alarm went off. Even if dreams were supposed to fade, things were starting to stick in your head. You found yourself in the same place, and now you were seeing random acquaintances there. There was something there, something your subconscious was trying to tell you, but it seemed a complete mystery to your conscious mind. It was something to focus on later, right now you had to get to work. As you stepped out the door you found Taeyong leaning against the wall, offering you a smile and a coffee.
“Morning.”
“What’s this?”
“Your wake up call.”
“You know you’re usually supposed to call me to wake up, right?”
“Is coffee not also a wake up call here?”
“Technically, it is.” You took the cup. “Thanks.”
“Sleep well?”
“Uh… I think so.”
“What does that mean?”
“I had a weird dream, but I still feel well rested. It’s very strange.”
“Is it?”
“Yeah. Repeating dreams tend to have meaning, but I have no idea what’s going on with me.”
“Stress?”
“I doubt that all things considered.”
“Well. I’m here to take you to work.”
“You don’t have to. I don’t mind the commute.”
“Then I guess I’ll just drive you around for a while. Come on.” Taeyong took your free hand. “I insist.”
You hid your smile as he pulled you along to the elevators and down to the garage. These boys were all too much. Honestly a morning drive with some fresh coffee definitely felt like a dream. You could enjoy the city without being on a crowded bus, or worry about possibly missing your stop. It was nice, and you thanked Taeyong for the ride.
“Hey.”
“Hm?”
“How about next time, you think about not getting out of my car.”
“I have work.”
“And I have money. Just a thought, have a good day.”
“Thanks.”
They certainly gave you motivation to get through your days. You did try to get them to stop driving you to work and all that, but they insisted, even on the pick up. You did feel like you were taking advantage of their kindness, but they assured you they loved doing this, it let them know you were safe at all times. So it was only natural you got to know them better, spending more time with them, both in real life and in your dreams. Although you started to get used to that, somehow.
“Do you like it?”
“It’s… pretty…”
You stared at a giant plant. It looked like some kind of flower, except it had a rainbow of colors, occasionally changing all on its own. Wherever you were was certainly some sort of museum, full of all kinds of exotic things your imagination had come up with. At least the company was great.
“I guess I was a piece of art at first.”
“Huh?”
“I was in a glass case.”
“Ah, yes, just a precaution.”
“What?”
“Nothing.” Taeyong chuckled. “Do you like it here?”
“The museum? It’s interesting, but I don’t know what it is.”
“Hm?”
“I could never create something this incredible, or at least I thought I couldn’t. I’d just like to know why.”
“Why what?” Doyoung asked, finding you two.
“This place. Maybe I visited a place like this as a child. An old memory resurfacing, but I don’t get why you’re here.”
“To keep you company.”
“I appreciate that.”
You no longer woke up confused or weirded out, just calm and with a smile. It felt like you lived another life in your dreams, even if it was so short. Things were actually good with boys, but things eventually took a turn, although you weren’t entirely sure why.
♥♥♥♥♥
Ten made his way down to your apartment, knocking on the door. It took a moment before you got to the door, only peeking it open instead of welcoming him in.
“Hi, Ten.”
“Good morning, is everything alright?”
“Yeah, yeah. I’m afraid I’m gonna have to rain check on that ride to work.”
“What? Why?”
“Don’t worry. A friend of mine came over for breakfast and he’s gonna take me to work.”
“Who?”
“Me.” Johnny pulled the door open. “And you are?”
“Johnny.” You hissed. “This is my neighbor, he lives upstairs. He’s one of the guys who lives by Misu’s cabin house.”
“Ah, I see.”
“Nice to meet you.” Ten lightly bowed. “You’ll be taking her to work?”
“Yup, so you can go about your day.”
“I see. Take care of her then, I’ll see you later y/n.”
“Yeah.”
You waved at Ten and returned to your morning donuts and coffee with Johnny. He kept staring at your door, as if something was going to happen.
“You good?”
“Does he come down everyday?”
“No.”
“Good.”
“Sometimes it’s one of the others.”
“What?”
“Yeah. They take turns driving me to and from work, it’s very nice of them.”
“Are you dating them? All of them?”
“What? No, we’re friends. They just like giving me a ride… and I’m not gonna refuse you know. I get to sleep in a bit more thanks to them.”
“Have they made a move on you or something?”
“What does that mean?”
“Have you fucked them?”
“Johnny!”
“It’s a valid question.”
“… no…”
“Okay.”
“Why did you have to make this awkward?”
“I was just asking.”
“Right.”
Your morning chat with Johnny certainly gave you something to think about. You had talked with Misu before about something more happening with the boys, but nothing has happened so far, and by now you had known them for a good couple weeks. You didn’t know if you should feel disappointed or relieved they weren’t like that. It bothered you all day, so much so you forgot about your afternoon pick up.
“Y/n?”
“Huh?”
You had been mindless walking towards the bus stop when Jaehyun got in your way, snapping you back to reality. You apologized for forgetting, getting into the car with him.
“So… Ten told me about this morning.”
“What about it?”
“You and Johnny… are you guys a thing?”
“What? No. He’s just my friend.”
“And us?”
“Us?”
“Me and my guys, are we just friends too?”
“Uh… well yeah, aren’t we?”
“…”
“Jaehyun? Did I miss something? Did you think-”
“No. Just curious. So how was work?”
“Ah… it was good, a slow day, so that was nice.”
“That’s good.”
Jaehyun had changed tones with you, and that made you nervous. You weren’t sure if he was upset or something, but he wasn’t the only one. Things seemed to be different with all of them, and you started to feel guilty, wondering if you had somehow led them on without meaning too. You wanted to ask, to clear things up, but you had no idea how to bring up the subject without possibly making things worse. Even things in your dreams got quiet. You were still in the museum, but you were alone, even if you spent all your time looking for them. Every day that went by just made you more anxious.
“Taeyong…”
“Hm?”
“Are you mad at me?”
“What? Why?”
“You guys have been… different…”
“Have we?”
“Did I do something wrong?”
“Why would you think that?”
“You’ve all been so… is it about Johnny?”
“Who?”
“My male friend… the one who took me to work that one morning?”
Taeyong laughed. “Are you saying we’re jealous?”
“No! Not at all I just… we’re friends, right?”
“Are we? Is that what you think?”
“Are we not?”
“That depends, if I kissed you right now, how would you feel?”
“Uh-”
Taeyong leaned over and quickly pressed his lips to yours. You were left stunned for a moment, unsure if that had just happened.
“Stay.”
“What?”
You realized the car had stopped, and you were outside your office building. Taeyong had yet to unlock the door, instead staring you down. You couldn’t hold his gaze, looking away and reaching for the handle. He quickly reached over, his hand on yours.
“Stay.”
“I have work…”
“And you can call in sick.”
“Taeyong.”
“I told you to think about not stepping out of my car next time.”
“…”
“So, what will it be?”
“I have to go…”
“Hm. Okay then.”
Taeyong reached over to unlock your door, moving away so you could get out of the car. You still thanked him for the ride and hurried inside, not sure why your heart was racing. Now you were actually somewhat dreading who would come to pick you up. You tried not to let it bother you, but it lingered to the point you were somewhat scared of stepping out of the building. You told yourself you were overreacting and that things were fine. Doyoung was there to pick you up, a soft smile welcoming you.
“How was your day?”
“Weird, not in a bad way, it just was.”
“Hm, well I hope I can make you feel better.”
“A ride home after work is good enough.”
You followed Doyoung when you got to the apartment, not realizing you had gotten into the private elevator till you checked the floor you were on.
“Oh, I thought…”
“We wanted you over for dinner.”
“I’m not really hungry.”
“You should still eat something. We can provide something light for you.”
“Okay then.”
The boys were all happy to see you, getting you a drink and having you sit while things were prepared. They talked with each other before realizing you were very quiet.
“Is everything okay?” Mark asked. “You seem down.”
“I’m just… very tired…”
“Do you want to take a nap?” Jaehyun suggested. “You can borrow one of our beds.”
“No, I should just go down to my place.”
“It’s okay. I promise it’s very comfy.”
You felt like there wasn’t much choice as Jaehyun took your hand and led you to his room. He sat you down on the bed and gave you a smile.
“I’ll come wake you in like two hours, okay?”
“Okay.”
When he left you looked around a bit. You did want your room, but you were here now so might as well rest. You laid back on the bed, taking in a few breaths and closing your eyes. It was a really comfy bed, and you definitely felt like it swallowed you up in comfort.
♥♥♥♥♥
You inhaled softly and opened your eyes, back in the museum of your mind. You had been laying on the floor, slowly getting up and looking around. Since none of the boys were in sight you figured this was gonna be another solo dream. You looked around, finding another peculiar item in one of the glass cases. It seemed to be some kind of whistle, which was rather strange. You couldn’t recall any memory that involved one, no sport or type of instruments. As you tried to figure it out you suddenly began to hear a sound, something that would probably come from the whistle itself. It grew louder and louder, overtaking everything. Your vision blurred before you collapsed into the void.
♥♥♥♥♥
You jumped up in bed, gasping for air. That sound kept ringing in your ears, setting your senses off balance. You got out of bed, stumbling out of the room, relieved the sound was staring to fade.
“Y/n, are you okay?” Mark had found you. “What happened?”
“I’m fine, just a weird dream…”
“You sure you’re alright?”
“Yeah. I should get going. It’s getting late and-”
“We did want to talk to you about the weekend.” Ten said, coming in with the others. “We could make plans-”
“I’m actually booked.”
“Huh?”
“This weekend is my monthly get away with friends. So maybe when I get back we can talk and stuff.”
“Are you-”
“I gotta go, so I’ll see you later.”
You managed to dip before any of them could offer to take you down. You had a lot on your mind and this get away should actually help you clear your head. You packed up your things and texted Johnny that he can pick you up in the morning. Instead of going to sleep you just watched TV, not wanting to hear that whistle thing again. You dozed off on occasion, but nothing too serious that you’d wind up dreaming. Time passed rather quickly and you had a message from Johnny saying he was here. You grabbed your things and stepped out, finding Taeyong.
“Good morning, did you sleep well?”
“Uh, yeah. I gotta get going.”
“I know, I thought I’d offer-”
“It’s okay, Johnny is here for me. Thanks anyway, I’ll see you next week.”
You excused yourself and made your way down to the front of your building, Johnny honking at you stepped out. You offered a smile and got into his carz throwing your bag onto the backseat.
“You look like shit.”
“Thanks.”
“No problem. You can take a nap if you want, and don’t worry, you’ll have plenty of fun this weekend.”
“I hope so.”
Despite his suggestion you couldn’t really fall asleep, so you just talked. Although he eventually steered the conversation in a certain direction.
“So… those rich boys…”
“What about them?”
“They still take you to work?”
“Yeah, why?”
“And are you okay?”
“What are you getting at?”
“Things aren’t free y/n, not from strangers like them.”
“They haven’t asked for anything…”
“Yet. Honestly you should stop hanging out with them, you don’t know what they might really be like.”
“And how can I do that? We live in the same building.”
“Tell them. I can help if necessary.”
“But you won’t stick around.”
“You can stay with me while they get the message.”
“Hm…”
“Just think about it. I don’t like you around those guys.”
By the time you arrived at the house the others were all there, happily greeting you both. You set your things down in your room and joined them for snacks and games as the fun getaway weekend began. Being with them made it easy to forget about your troubles back home, and you truly enjoyed their company. When night came you gathered in the yard for roasting marshmallows and hot dogs.
“So… y/n… how are the guys?” Misu asked.
“Not talking about that.” Johnny cut in.
“Wait, who are we not talking about?” Yuta wondered.
“It’s those boys from the house down the road.” Lill explained. “They live in y/n’s apartment building.”
“Oh, seriously? Are you friends now?”
“I said we’re not talking about this.”
“I wasn’t asking you!” Misu countered. “So, y/n, how are things?”
“Uh… fine…”
“They haven’t… excited you?”
“They’re just… nice.”
“That’s it?”
“I don’t know what you want from me…”
“Changing the subject.” Johnny said. “Haechan, your marshmallow is on fire.”
Nothing was brought up again about your neighbors, and the rest of the night went fine. You didn’t get to bed until morning, just cuddling the pillows and drifting off to sleep. When morning came Kun was knocking at your door, telling you breakfast was ready. You rubbed the sleep from your eyes, slowly realizing you hadn’t actually dreamt. It brought a smile to your face, feeling like you had a good nights sleep for once. You joined the others and had another fun day, but the second night things weren’t as peaceful. In your dreams you were in the museum again, except you were back in a glass case like before.
“Hello! Is anyone there!”
You didn’t hesitate to scream for help, not liking the situation. At first it had been fine, but now that you hadn’t been on the outside, you didn’t want to be trapped again. You got no response though, not even sure if you could be heard outside the glass. You were scared, wrapping your arms around yourself and slipping down onto the floor. You had started sobbing, but tried to calm down when you heard voices.
“We’re running out of time.”
“I know.”
“Then what are we supposed to do? Start over?”
“It’s too late for that, we’ve gone deep.”
“More extreme measures are needed. We can’t keep things slow.”
“Fine. We do whatever is necessary.”
♥♥♥♥♥
Your eyes shot open, leaving you with panic until you remember where you were. You pinched the bridge of your nose as you calmed down, trying to think of something else, anything else, to forget the dream as soon as possible. It was still pretty early, and you didn’t want to go back to sleep anytime soon, so you figured you’d go out for a morning walk. You left a note that you had gone on the hike trail and would be back later. The morning air was nice, as was the sun against your skin. You were lost in thought when you heard someone calling for you.
“Johnny?”
“Mind if I join you?”
“Not at all.”
The two of you walked together. It was quiet for a bit, but Johnny could tell something was on your mind.
“Couldn’t sleep?”
“Yeah… I’ve had some weird dreams lately, don’t know what to make of them.”
“Need help?”
“Well, I could use a second opinion.”
You told Johnny about your dreams, the bits you could remember. You really had no idea what it all meant, but you figured he’d give you some other possibilities, no matter how absurd.
“That is weird…”
“I know.”
“And you’ve seen those guys there?”
“A few times now…”
“Sounds like you’re worried.”
“Huh?”
“You say you’re in some museum, have you ever tried looking for the exit?”
“I… I never thought about that.”
“Honestly though, it sounds like you feel trapped.”
“Trapped? By who?”
“Those guys. You said you don’t recognize anything in the museum, as if it wasn’t your place to begin with. You even said you were in a glass case.”
“I… I guess…”
“Come stay with me for a while.”
“But will that make the dreams stop?”
“Maybe.”
“I can’t just run away from my problems. I have to face it head on.”
“Look at you, being all brave and cute.”
“Shut up.”
You eventually made your way back to the house, greeting the others and deciding on the days events. After lunch it was time to part ways, Johnny giving you a ride back into town. Despite his own advice to you, he drove you back to your apartment. You stared up at the building, starting to feel unsure of yourself.
“I can just take you to my place.”
“May-”
You were scared when the door suddenly opened, seeing Mark peeking his head down. He had a big smile on his face.
“Welcome home.”
“Ya!” Johnny yelled. “The fuck are you-”
“We missed you.”
Mark leaned in to take your seat belt off, pulling you out of the car. He thanked Johnny for looking after you before pulling you along into the building. You were still in shock over the whole thing, stumbling behind Mark. At some point you heard Johnny, probably chasing after you, but you got into the private elevator, so you were trapped. You kept your head down, and any attempt to get your hand back was met with Mark’s grip getting tighter, so you stopped.
When you got to the penthouse he pulled you inside, calling to the others that you were back. Every moment made you all the more nervous, and you wished you could run, but Mark hadn’t let you go. The others were happy to see you too, asking about your weekend but nothing was registering. It all became too much and you collapsed to your knees. That’s when Mark finally let go, all the boys huddling around you. If anything they were making things worse, and somehow you managed the strength to push them away, trying to calm yourself down.
“Y/n-”
“Leave me alone!”
You had tears building up, slowly moving away from them before hitting a wall. You hugged your knees to your chest and started sobbing. You didn’t know for how long you cried, but they waited, quietly sitting around you, not wanting to make things worse. Once you started feeling better they carefully got closer.
“Are you okay?”
“I don’t know…”
“What’s wrong?” Doyoung asked. “Was your trip bad?”
“No… no that’s not…”
“Then what?”
“You…”
“Us?”
“I don’t know… what you want from me…”
“Huh?” Ten wondered. “What does that mean…”
“You’ve been so nice… for no reason… but there… there has to be…”
“We just want to be friends.”
“Friends don’t… you’ve been very… friendly…”
“Did we confuse you?” Jaehyun said. “We thought you liked attention?”
“I… you’re scaring me… guys aren’t… nice… not usually…”
“Y/n… have you been hurt before?”
“No… not like… what do you want from me?”
“We just want to get to know you.” Taeyong explained. “And help you anyway we can.”
“What else?”
“There is nothing else.”
“Are you sure?”
“Do you want something else?” Mark asked. “I know there are different types of attention.”
“Uh… I don’t…”
“You can be honest with us. Is there something you want.”
You hadn’t noticed Mark coming closer until he was resting his chin on your knees. He gave you a cocky smile, winking. Your heart skipped a beat, and you hated yourself for that. A moment ago you had been sobbing and feeling scared, no way was he going to excite you right now. After a moment he grabbed your legs and spread them apart.
“You’ve been with others, haven’t you?”
“I… yes…”
“Was it good?”
“Uh…”
“I bet… we can do better.”
“We?”
“Does that excite you?”
Mark leaned forward and kissed you gently. You should have stopped him, should have pushed him away, but you didn’t. It was like something deep down was telling you this was okay, that you wanted it, and you’d like it. Without really meaning to you kissed back, his hands grabbing your face. When he pulled away he used his thumbs to wipe away the last of your tears.
“We’re not gonna hurt you, never.”
“Is this… what you wanted?”
“And what would you do, if I said yes?”
You weren’t entirely sure what your response would be, but you moved your legs up immediately. Mark chuckled, and then you felt hands grab your ankles and pull them apart. Mark was about to go for another kiss when a hand got in the way, Taeyong.
“She’d be more comfortable in the master bedroom.”
“True.”
The boys helped you to your feet, although neither of them let go as they lead you to one of the rooms. They sat you down, Jaehyun leaning in for his kiss. He pushed you back until you were lying on your back, his hands trailing down your sides. He grabbed the end of your shirt, pushing it up. You tried to stop him but Ten grabbed your hands and pinned them above your head. You squirmed a bit from the sudden chill you got. For a moment nothing happened and then you were flipped on your back while someone unhooked your bra. You couldn’t hide your shyness fast enough before you were flipped back over, your shirt and bra removed. If you could cover yourself you probably would, but Ten held your arms firm.
“You’re very pretty.”
“Tha… thanks…”
“You must be cold.” Jaehyun’s hands started playing with your nipples. “We’ll warm you up soon.”
“I… I…”
“Sh, we got you.”
Jaehyun leaned down to suck on one of your breasts, a slight moan escaping your lips before you realized Ten had leaned over to do the same. His grip loosened a bit but you couldn’t move with the way they had you pinned. You bit your lip, trying not to make too much noise, but it got harder as you felt hands getting you out of your pants.
“… wait… wait!”
The boys stopped, all eyes on you, realizing the others were already in various states of undress. You swallowed nervously, trying to get up only for Ten to grab your arms again and hold you down.
“What’s wrong?” Taeyong asked. “Did they hurt you?”
“No… no I… I’ve never…”
“Had so much love and attention?” Taeyong chuckled. “We’re gonna take care of you, that’s all you need to concern yourself with.”
“But-”
Your words cut short as you felt Taeyong stick his hand down your pants, not even being a tease and going straight for your bare cunt. He watched you squirm from his cold touch before moving his fingers back and forth. You bit your lip again, only for him to grab your face.
“None of that. You give us everything, okay? You’re ours.”
“I-”
“Sh, we’ll take it slow.”
He moved your head so you’d nod, but at the moment you did understand what he was talking about. You were literally trapped by them, so there was nothing you could do to back out now. Jaehyun got you out of the last bits of clothing you had, leaving you completely naked before them. You tried to curl up from the cold, but your legs were grabbed and held apart. You swallowed nervously, not wanting to do anything to upset them. At some point Taeyong deemed you were ready, pushing a finger in. You couldn’t remember the last time you had been with someone, let alone like this.
“Do you like it?” You nodded. “Good. Just checking, how about another?”
You didn’t get a chance to say anything before he added another finger, stretching you out. A raggedy moan escaped your lips, your eyes rolling to the back of your head when he found your sweet spot.
“Oh, hyung, what did you do?” Mark asked. “Did you hurt her?”
“Did I?”
“No…” You mumbled. “That just… felt really good…”
“Oh, you like that?”
“Hm…”
“If I do it again, and again, what would happen?”
It was really a rhetorical question as he began to move his fingers in a manner that would repeatedly hit your sweet spot over and over again. You quickly became a babbling mess, moreso as the others started kissing up and down your body. You had closed your eyes, the visual of it all would have been too much, but you weren’t resisting anything anymore. Ten had let you go by then, joining in on the fun as well. The only time you had regained any sense was when you felt Taeyong remove his fingers, making you whimper.
“Hold on baby.” Jaehyun cooed. “He’s gonna give you something better.”
“Hm?”
They had lost all clothing as well, and you glanced down just as Taeyong began to rub the tip of his cock against your entrance. You were already so wet down there he was practically lubing up as he mixed his precum with your juices. Any past experience you’ve had in the area was very straightforward, rarely leaving you satisfied. This was the first time you could actually look forward to getting off by someone else’s hands. You got no warning as Taeyong pushed into you, only able to watch a moment before you threw your head back in bliss. He was bigger than you expected, and he just felt so nice. He went slow, steadily getting deeper until you had swallowed up everything.
“You good baby?”
“Yeah…”
Taeyong leaned down to give you a kiss before he started moving, finding the right angle so he could rub against your sweet spot everytime. You grabbed the sheet below you for a moment before the other boys offered their hands for you to hold, peppering you with more kisses, suckling on your nipples, another hand on your clit, twisting it around. Your senses were overloaded and you certainly couldn’t keep your eyes open for long, a string of moans spilling past your lips. Although while you were lost in euphoric feelings you began to hear a soft hum. It grew louder and louder, drawing your attention. You opened your eyes, seeing you weren’t in the room from before.
The color of the atmosphere told you immediately that this was your little mind museum. Your body was still burning with heat as you sat up, but none of the others were around, or at least you thought. The hum from before had subsided when you realized where you were, but it was growing loud again. You looked for the source, seeing the five boys behind the glass, bathed in red light. You thought to call out to them, but a moan came out instead and you collapsed to the floor, shaking. You shut your eyes, trying to understand why your body felt like this, and upon opening your eyes again you were back in the bedroom.
Your head was in Doyoung’s lap, getting soft pets. You were about to say something when you felt an orgasm wash over you, your eyes rolling back in your head as bliss coarse through your veins. Taeyong hadn’t stopped either, trying to push your orgasm to last as much as he could. Even as you came down he kept at it, stimulating your exhausted body until he reached climax as well. For a moment the thought of using a condom crossed your mind, but as you felt something warm filling you up you knew it was too late for that. Taeyong kept thrusting his cum back into you, resting his head on your chest, breathing heavily as he came down from his own high, pressing soft kisses on your flesh.
“Taeyong…”
“Yes baby girl…”
“You… you…”
“We can’t get you pregnant like this.” Ten explained. “Don’t worry about that, just enjoy yourself.”
“What?”
You didn’t get more answers as Jaehyun shoved Taeyong off of you, wanting to get a better view of your messy cunt. He started rubbing your clit, seeing how you whimpered, still sensitive. He didn’t want to wait too long though, pushing into the mess, making cum spill out of you to accommodate him. You grabbed someones hand, not entirely ready to get filled up again but a smile was still on your face. Jaehyun reached over to caress your face, seeing your hazy eyes and chuckling.
“You like us.”
“Hm…”
“I’ll take that as a yes.”
As he began to move you shut your eyes again, only for a moment, and then finding yourself back in the museum. You were still shaking from the orgasm, trying to stand up, but your legs weren’t up for it. The hum was still ever present, except this time it was loud and consistent. A blur of images flashed before your yes, starting to form a headache. You collapsed to the floor, shaking, a mixture of pleasure and pain over taking you. In the blink of an eye you were back in the bedroom, finding Ten atop you, eagerly thrusting into your exhausted body. You tried to say something, only to shut your eyes in the wake of a powerful thrust and opening them in the museum.
This time things were a bit different. The boys stood around you, staring down at you, eyes glowing red. Your eyes went wide in fear, although that feeling couldn’t do much as it was quickly overwhelmed by an orgasm shaking your body. In just a blink you were back in the bedroom making out with Doyoung as he held you in his arms, thrusting up into you. Everything felt good with a vague soreness below the surface. Although you weren’t entirely sure where you were anymore, everything started to blur together. One moment you’d be in the museum, the other in the bedroom, finding yourself with a different boy every time. You had no way of knowing if you were living the moment or if it was all just blurred together as a memory.
There was so much to worry about, especially in regards to the museum, considering you were only ever there when you were asleep, aka unconscious. Logically it made sense five boys could knock you out with their rotating stamina overstimulating you far beyond what your body and mind could handle. Of course in the moment you couldn’t keep a thought for long, let alone a whole train of thought, so you were just riding out the motions and slipping between two states of consciousness until you got some sort of relief. Even when that came you weren’t all there to register it. The only thing you were truly aware of in the darkness of the inbetween state was the humming, and then just a soft whisper.
“Open your eyes.”
♥♥♥♥♥
You inhaled softly, opening your eyes, exhaustion still very present. Your vision was hazy as you looked around. You could feel that you were on a bed, but slowly the sounds of machines beeping caught your attention. Then you began to feel the needles in you, realizing you were in a hospital bed. As your mind processed the heart monitor started going crazy, and you were rightfully freaking out.
“Y/n, you’re awake.”
“Johnny?”
You suddenly felt someone grab your hand, seeing Johnny at your bedside. He had been asleep in a chair a moment ago when he heard the machines, almost in disbelief to see you awake. Feeling his hand holding yours helped you calm down, giving you something to anchor you to reality.
“What’s… what’s going on… how did I end up here…”
“Y/n… you’ve been in a coma for a week.”
“What? What do you mean? What happened?”
“I… I don’t know. I went out to join you on your morning hike and found your unconscious body off the trail. The doctors ran all kinds of tests but they don’t know what happened. You didn’t have any severe injuries or illnesses that could cause a coma… I’m just glad you’re finally awake.”
Johnny hugged you tight, and you could hear him sniffling. You didn’t move, still processing the news and trying to make sense of it. Before you could ask anything more a doctor had come in, needing to check on you, and ask you questions. They had no idea what had caused your coma, or what woke you up, but you seemed fine overall. They suggested some more tests be run, but you weren’t listening, Johnny asking for a moment.
“A week… it can’t be a week…”
“Y/n, what day do you think it is?”
When you gave your answer Johnny stared at you dumbfounded. He showed you his phone, revealing the actual date, and now it was your turn to stare. Your memories were nearly a month into the future. You even recalled what you did on some days that apparently haven’t happened yet.
“I stayed up late that day having drinks with the boys…”
“Boys? You mean us?”
“No. The ones who live in the penthouse of my apartment building. They’re Misus’s neighbors out in the cabin house.”
“Y/n, what are you talking about?”
“On our monthly trip, I stumbled upon a house off the hike trail. Misus’s dad sold some land and-”
“I don’t think-”
You used Johnny’s phone to call up Misu. She was overjoyed to discover you had woken up, saying she would rush over immediately to see you. Although you cut her off as you began to ask about the boys who bought the land outside of the city, only for Misu to tell you that wasn’t true. Her father hadn’t sold any land.
“Y/n, are you okay?”
“I…”
“I’ve heard stories about people who were in a coma having elaborate dreams and-”
“It wasn’t a dream! I… I was living my life… they were my friends… and… we…”
Just think about that night, which was technically last night in your mind, your body began to shake. Although it also brought on a headache, memories of the last month that you were told weren’t real flashing through your head. Johnny’s concern shot through the roof, asking you what was wrong, but you were in your own head.
“This isn’t real…”
“Y/n-”
“I have to find them.”
“Y/n-”
“Something happened last night! They did something to me and now… I’m here… in the past and…”
“Okay, y/n, deep breaths.” Johnny instructed. “How about we calm down and talk about this.”
“No, I have to go… I have to see…”
You had gotten out of bed, shoving Johnny to the side, and pulling out the wires in your arms. You noticed your clothes folded off to the side, getting out of your gown and getting dressed, not caring that Johnny was in the room. He turned away, although he kept suggesting you stay, but you weren’t listening. By now the nurse swarmed in to check on you, but you only moved past her, intending to leave. Johnny was soon chasing after you, trying to get you stay but you weren’t having it. He stopped you as you were about to get into a cab.
“Okay, okay, my car is parked over there, where do you want to go?”
“Home.”
“Okay, I’ll take you there.”
You went with Johnny, the ride over was silent. You were still processing, trying to figure out what happened, there was no way it had all been some coma dream, not when your body ached, not when everything felt so real. When you got to your apartment you rushed out of the car. Johnny did his best to keep up with you.
“Where is it…”
“What?”
“The private elevator to the penthouse?”
“Penthouse… y/n your building is an apartment complex, why would there be a penthouse?”
“That’s where they live!”
“Who?”
“The boys… they’re from outta town and I…”
You got into the elevator, hitting the button for the highest floor. Johnny followed you, his concern growing by the second over your mental state. When you got to the top floor you looked for the stairs, heading up and finding yourself on the rooftop. There was no penthouse, but you swear there was one. You walked over to the edge, staring at the view, vague memories of seeing this behind glass surfacing.
“It was here… it was…”
“Y/n, we should go back to the hospital. They have someone you can talk to and-”
“I’m not crazy!”
“I know, but a lot has happened and-”
“The cabin, they have a house out there, surely-”
“Misu said her father hadn’t sold any land out there.”
“Maybe he didn’t tell her!”
You rushed back down, managing to ditch Johnny at the elevators, going down by yourself. If he wasn’t going to help you and call you crazy, you could get to the bottom of this alone. As you made it down to the lobby you headed for the front door only to get grabbed and dragged into the stairwell, a hand over your mouth. You were ready to scream when you noticed a familiar face before you, Doyoung.
“Found you.”
“Hm?”
You didn’t understand what he meant, but then his eyes glowed red, and he started humming a familiar tune. Whoever was holding you did the same, and you started to feel oddly calm, everything slipping into a haze. You were slowly released, but you didn’t move or say anything. Doyoung merely smiled and took your hand. You caught a glimpse of Mark as Doyoung led you down the stairs, taking you down to the garage, Mark right behind you both. He led you through the garage to a car, and you saw the other three there.
“Here she is.” Ten cheered. “We’ve been looking all over for you.”
“Knew we’d find her here.” Mark added. “We just had to wait.”
Ten wrapped you up in his arms, kissing your head. He hummed happily, rocking you gently side to side.
“She’s much prettier in person.” Jaehyun commented, going over to kiss your cheek. “I bet you missed us.”
“Huh?”
“Don’t worry, everything is going to be okay now.”
“It’s time to go.” Taeyong ordered. “We have what we came for.”
Jaehyun took your hand, leading you over to the car and opening the back door for you. As you were about to get in you heard a voice call you out.
“Y/n!”
You saw Johnny running towards you and the boys, partially out of breath. He didn’t like the site he had stumbled upon, making an attempt to get near you, only to be stopped with a hand on his chest.
“What a coincidence it’s you again.” Ten hissed. “Now get lost.”
“Who the fuck are you? Y/n, what are you-”
Ten didn’t hesitate to shove Johnny back, quickly turning his hand to fist and punching Johnny to knock him away. Johnny stumbled, nearly falling to the ground, but keeping on his feet.
“What the hell-”
Mark had stepped up as well, kicking Johnny down to the ground. Seeing your friend hurt seemed to snap you out of whatever haze you had been in. You moved away from the car, trying to get to Johnny only for Taeyong to grab you.
“None of that.”
Taeyong’s eyes started glowing, his humming filling your ears. Instead of a fog, this time you felt a darkness creeping into your head, swallowing you whole. You collapsed into Taeyong’s arms, and he gently picked you up. He carried you over to the car, getting you into the back seat, so Jaehyun and Doyoung could look after you.
“Ya, let’s go.”
Mark and Ten had been stopping any attempt from Johnny to get up. Now that they had the all clear they backed off, getting into the car. Johnny could only watch as the car drove off, leaving him with questions he might never get the answers to.
♥♥♥♥♥
A soft hum drew you out of the void, and you slowly opened your eyes. It took a second to register where you were, and to notice Mark offering you a hand to get out of the car. You took it, stumbling a bit in your steps. You looked around, seeing you were out in the woods, but something about everything felt oddly familiar.
“Sorry this took so long.” Mark explained. “This shouldn’t have happened from the start.”
“What do you mean?”
“No point in explaining.” Doyoung said. “You’ll be alright now.”
Mark kept a hold of your hand, having you follow him and the others through the trees. You had questions, but they all seemed trapped in your head. So you just walked with them. You weren’t sure if this was a dream, or reality, or something else entirely. You suddenly began to hear a hum, but it wasn’t like the ones from before. You looked around, seeing a drone approaching your group. Instinctively you stepped back, getting a chuckle out of Mark.
“It’s not gonna hurt you. It’s just scanning us to make sure we have access.”
“Access?”
“You’ll see.”
When the drone got close you got shy, remembering the flash of light that had happened before. Except it didn’t happen this time, it just flew off. You watched it go off until it simply disappeared from view.
“Welcome.”
You looked over at Taeyong, seeing something you hadn’t noticed before. He stood at what appeared to be the entrance of some kind of ship, except you couldn’t see the ship itself, it was more like some portal. Mark pulled you along, and your legs seemed to listen to him. As you got closer you began to feel something familiar about it, and then it hit you, it was the museum.
“I… I’ve been here before…”
“In your dreams, yes.”
“My dreams…”
“Don’t worry, we’ll get rid of any confusion.” Jaehyun assured. “This doesn’t usually happen, but you’re here now, that’s what matters.”
“I… I don’t understand…”
“You don’t have to.” Taeyong stated. “You’re ours, that’s all the matters.”
“But-”
“Ours.”
His eyes glowed again, a soft hum growing louder and louder. You stumbled back a step, but Mark was still holding your hand, pulling you close to him. His eyes were glowing as well, all of them were, and they surrounded you.
“Wait… what…”
You pulled away from Mark, grabbing your head, feeling a strange mix of dizziness and exhaustion. It was hard to keep your eyes open, let alone fight whatever was trying to drag you under. You fell into one of their arms, vaguely aware of being carried off before you sank into darkness.
“Put her in her case and let’s get off this planet.”

hello! hope you’re having a good day so far 🧡 unfortunately, i haven’t had the best day. when i came home from college this afternoon, my dad told me that my mom sadly passed away 😞 it’s already been hard trying to process her passing ‘cause everytime i see photos of her, i can’t help but tear up (one part of me even wishes that this was all some horrible nightmare and i’d wake up to see her healthy and happy) and it’ll definitely take awhile before i can fully move on. i was wondering if i could have some headcanons of the bucci gang comforting their crush or (s/o) whose mother passed away? if this is upsetting/triggering for you, feel free to ignore this <3 ty anyway!!
Bucci Gang Comforting their S/O Whose Mother has Passed Away
/𝐍: Hi there, I’m so sorry to hear that. Lose can really be tough and you should take as much time as you need for yourself. Of course you can request this, and while its small, I do hope these hcs help you. Thank you hun, and sending love your way!
𝐖𝐚𝐫𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠(𝐬): Mentions of passing (for reader and bucci gang)
Tumblr media
Bruno Bucciarati
- He understands the difficultly of loosing a loved one, especially with the life he and the others live. They’ve all lost someone important to them in some regard, and so he wants you to know first off that they will never judge you for your reaction and how long it takes for you to move on.
- From then on, Bucciarati will naturally gravitate to your side, taking your hand in his and gently holding it as you walk, grabbing your favorite comfort items while out and giving them to you when he gets back, holding you and letting you talk about whatever it is you’d like to share about the situation.
- He’s not one to push for you to share information on it either. He understands your mother passing could be something you would need to talk about, or something you’d prefer not to share, so he stays patient and allows you to decide. Still, no matter what you choose, his arms are always open for you, and he’ll stroke your hair and whisper to you on how strong you are or what you all could do to honor your mother.
Leone Abbacchio
- The minute he hears the news, his first thought is to hold you, ground you and make sure you’ll be there in his arms. He’s gone through loss as well, his partner, and he knows just how bad he coped with his death. He doesn’t want you to go through the same hopelessness he once felt.
- Abbacchio isn’t one for words, so he settles on mostly physical affection with the occasional comfort gift to you. He doesn’t want to bombard you with nice things just to make you feel better, he knows that won’t help with the loss, so most often he just holds you. If you don’t want to speak of it, that’s alright, and if you do, then he’ll let you talk for as long as you need to. He may even ask a few questions as well.
- Lastly, he is going to stick by you a lot. It is an instinct of his, one that’s also gotten more prominent with the gang. He understands you may need privacy however, and wants you to let him know if he ever is being overbearing, or if you ever want to be comforted by someone else. He promises he won’t take it personally, he knows he can’t be able to help all the time, and will always give you a kiss on the forehead whenever you part.
Narancia Ghirga
- I feel like Narancia is the type of partner who feels that sharing the pain of situations helps. He trusts you, trusts you and has shown his vulnerability. He’s told you of his own mother’s passing, and how that affected him, so when he hears you tell him the same he will immediately feel just as you are in the moment.
- He, like the others, also shows his support in physical affection, he’s always been that way. In the following months, you know you can always come home and collapse into his arms. He’s often got a tendency to be loud too, but he stays quite in case you want to talk or just want some peace and quiet.
- While Narancia is still limited in what he can do, I do feel like with your permission, he’d do something nice to honor your mother. Perhaps he gets a favorite item of hers nicely displayed for you, or maybe he dedicates a seat to her at the restaurant they always would get together at. He regrets not being able to take her there much, if at all, but hopes maybe in a way she’ll be with you in spirit that way
Guido Mista
- Mista’s family was never around, the gang was all that he had until you came around, and then you and the rest of your family became his as well. When he hears from you how your mother’s passed away, he can’t help but let the tears fall.
- I feel like he’d be good at comforting with his words. He’ll hold you if you want and he’ll let you know just how much he loves you and your strength in dealing with the situation. If it gets too serious though he may switch to funny stories involving your mother and him. He’s good at lightening the mood, and doesn’t want the only thing that comes to mind when you mention your mother to be sad thoughts.
- He’ll definitely surprise you with something your mother actually gifted him. What it is really depends on what your mother was like, but I feel like he would have kept it all this time just to show you. He keeps it somewhere safe, but special, and if you ever need comfort he’ll grab it, sit with you and let you relax or speak.
Pannacotta Fugo
- While family is a strange concept for Fugo, he knows just how upsetting it can be to experience lose. His immediate family may have been distant, but his grandmother was his everything. When she passed it felt like his world was falling, and he doesn’t want that for you, not one bit.
- He’s awkward in his words and is iffy on touch, but he knows you, and so he gets over his insecurities because he knows you may need him. He’ll place a hand on your back and let you lean on his shoulder, asking you how you’re feeling and if you’d like to talk. Its fine if you don’t want to either, he’ll just gently rock you both for a while.
- I feel like he’s the type of person to habitually pick up the things you mentioned about your mother after her passing and keep them with him. Say for instance you mention a book she liked, Fugo will pick it up from the library, read it through, and give it to you, or if you mention a dish she liked, then Fugo may suggest you try and prepare it together. He figures maybe finding the things she loves will help to remember and honor her.
Giorno Giovanna
- Giorno hasn’t exactly had the best family situation growing up, but when you introduced him to your own family, they took to him almost immediately. Your mother in particular adored him, and so he’s just as heartbroken as you to hear she’s passed away.
- Definitely there for you whenever you need him. It doesn’t matter if he’s got important business with Passione, he’s handing off whatever task it is to the others so he can be by your side. Of course he’ll respect if you want to take care of things on your own, but expect lots of texts from him asking if you’re alright and if you need him and the rest of the gang to get you anything/do anything for you.
- I feel as though Giorno would actually be one to comfort you with gifts mostly. However, they’re not super extravagant things or anything superficial. He gets you gifts from the heart, gifts he gets because he remembers a comment you made passing a shop how a certain item reminded you of your mother, or gifts he remembers you said your mother loved. While he’s not the best with touch, his remembrance serves him well in this, and he does hope these gifts can in a way keep your mother with you.
Trish Una
- She may not be the best with words, but she understands. Her own mother had raised her her entire life, and when she died and Trish was thrust into a dangerous and unfamiliar world it was terrifying. She knows your mother passing can’t be easy, and so she’s there with you every step of the way.
- I feel like Trish is also one to surround you both with things your mother loved after her passing. If she’s ever dropped the name of her favorite flower, then you’ll start to see vases of it pop up around the gang’s base. If she mentions her favorite meal, expect it waiting warm on a plate for you when you get back, and if she’s ever mentioned a favorite show or movie, it’ll be on for you both to watch with the lights dimmed. Trish hopes it’ll helps.
- Lastly, she definitely asks if you need any help going through belongings, especially since items can be hard to sort through and she hopes to find an heirloom from your mother to you. She likes being able to see your family’s history through stuff you have, and you two definitely have fun imagining what am item was used to do or make or when it was from. If your mother has any clothes then Trish will be very particular in saving them. She washes them delicately and hangs them up with protective covers, and whenever you want to see them she’ll be more than happy to take them out for you! She loves keeping items from your mother to cherish.

The whole world knows
tasm!peter x reader
hi lovely people ! i had this plot in mind for the past month or so, and i definitely went crazy with the word count. anyhoo, i hope you enjoy this as well
love, ace 🌷
also please feel free to comment your thoughts about it <3
The party was in a couple of hours, and the usual I’m not sure I even want to go phase was beginning to set in. Your best friend Claire was throwing the first party of the new school year, and begged you to come.
“Come on… I promise it will be fun. Not a rave, a chill gathering I swear.” she pleaded while holding your hands. “Plus the whole gang will be there, Amy, Pheebs and Simon… even Peter agreed to come.”. She wiggled her eyebrows suggestively. You really should pick less observant friends. Ever since she picked up on your underlying feelings for Peter, she hadn’t let it down.
“You really have no excuse to decline. I made sure to plan it early in the semester so you won’t have too much of a workload.”
“Alright alright, you got me, I can’t come up with any lame excuse. I’m in.” Claire squealed and hugged you tightly “Oh thank you thank you thank you !”
“I do have one condition.”
“Shoot”
“Promise me you won’t plan some devious plan to set me and Peter up.” Claire could be meddlesome, although it always was with your happiness in mind.
“Oh I can promise you that now, not sure if I will actually follow through that promise tho.” she said laughing.
You loved her to bits so you knew you couldn’t cancel on her at the last minute. And knowing Claire, she would drag you there herself if it came to it.
So here you were, analysing your wardrobe, trying to choose an outfit that would compliment you and be suited for the uncharacteristically hot September weather. You finally landed on a jeans skirt and a square neck cream blouse you absolutely adored.
You were applying your lipstick when your phone rang. For heaven’s sake Claire, I am not ditching you...you thought. You went to pick up, not even bothering to look who was calling you.
“Yes Claire I will be there at 7:30 sharp as promised. You know sometimes you can be worse than my mom-”
“Not a nice way to talk about your lovely mother.” Peter’s voice surprised you. “And I would know that since I met her many times already.”
“Oh hey Pete”
“Hey you”
“Sorry about the mishap...” you said chuckling.
“No worries dear. Now, I was calling to let you know I am on my way to your place-”
“I...Did I forget we agreed to meet at mine ?” you asked confused. Surely you would have remembered if there was any sort of plan to see Peter more.
“No no don’t worry. I just thought it would be nice to go to the party together.”
“It’s very nice of you Pete. Thanks.” you were smiling so hard right now. He always was so kind and considerate. In the many many years you had known him, he always had had a nice gesture towards you. Whether it was flowers on your birthday or holding your hand when the street was busy, he made sure you were happy and safe.
“I will be at yours in about five minutes okay ?”
“Yep sure, see you then.”
And sure enough, Peter knocked on your door about five minutes later. You childishly ran to open the door, hating the fact that he might had to wait for you. There he was, standing on your doormat and looking ravishingly handsome. He did dress up a bit for the occasion, but without abandoning his original skater boy style. He was grinning when he entered your home, and he placed a kiss on your forehead.
“Hello bug”
“Hi” you muttered. You were somewhat distracted, relishing in the feeling his lips left on your forehead. “Thanks again for picking me up, I appreciate it.”
“You don’t have to thank me. I selfishly enjoy walking with you.” There goes my heart, you thought. “Ready to go ?” he asked while handing you his arm to take. You stopped your heart from melting too much and got your senses back. “Sure. Lead the way Parker.”
The walk to Claire’s place was rather short, but it did allow enough time for Peter to ask you “So what made you cave ?”
“I’m sorry ?” you looked up at him with a confused frown look on your face.
“The party...” he chuckled, “I know you. You like outings with us, but not so much college raves. So what did Claire tell you that convinced you to come ?”
“Well, she planned it today because she knew I couldn’t use the I-have-to-study-card, and I thought it was sweet of her, so I said I’d be there.” you shrugged. You. You being here is what convinced me. “It’s always nice to have someone that cares about you.” you added while meeting his gaze.
“It is indeed.” he smiled back.
The rest of the walk was filled with you and Peter sharing your latest small life events and jokes along the way. You were about to knock on Claire’s door when it sprang open, revealing a very messy and stressed Claire.
“Oh god finally ! I desperately need your help, I can’t choose an outfit and the food is slowly burning-” she grabbed you by your forearm and dragged you in the apartment, before realising Peter was standing right here too, “Oh hi Peter, didn’t see you there.”
“Hi… want me to oversee the whole kitchen area ?” he offered instantly.
“Would you ? That would actually be perfect ! Thanks Peter !”
And with that she took your hand and lead you both to her bedroom. It was a mess, with her whole closet thrown out on the floor.
“Wow…okay, remind me again who’s coming tonight ? Or let me rephrase that : who do we want to come specifically ?” you asked while looking at the scene around you.
“What ? Why do you think I want to impress someone ? I’ll have you know, I could simply want to look nice for myself-”
“Oh trust me I know that.” you laughed at her rambling, “But I also know that this-” you were pointing at the chaos around her “-this is on another level. Even for you. So spill.”
“Okay okay, but no laughing alright ?”. You nodded. “It’s Simon...”
“What ?? Simon, as in our Simon ? When…? How…?”
“I don’t know alright. We talked a lot this summer and it was nice. He makes me laugh and I actually came back early from vacation to hang out with him. Then classes started and seeing him everyday… it just clicked. I like him, like really like him.” She was pacing through her room and then sat on the bed next to you. “You know what I mean ? I mean of course you do, you have Peter.”
“Shuuushh, would you ?” you whispered. “Yes I get what you mean but no need to tell the world about it !”
“The world already knows you fool. You guys look at each other like you are the only two people on earth. The world just wants to know who will take the plunge first.”
“Well it’s not going to be me… at least not now.” you mumbled
After choosing an outfit and catching up on the Simon situation with Claire, people started to arrive. You finally made your way back to the kitchen, nudging people out of your way. Peter was still there, beer in hand, in deep conversation with Simon.
“Hey guys, what’re you up to ?”
“Not much. It’s kinda hard to hear anything over the thousand of voices here.” Simon answered.
“Yeah Claire really outdid herself.” you chuckled, not a rave, my ass.
“Speaking of Claire, have you seen her ? It’s been an hour since I last saw her.”
“She’s on the couch with Pheebs… I think. At least that’s where I saw her 15 minutes ago.”
“Thanks guys” he said while leaving.
Peter leaned in to be more discreet, “I feel like I have missed a whole season here. Claire and Simon…?” Peter asked while looking at you inquisitively. You simply nodded, unable to come up with a full sentence when he was this close to you.
The party was going strong and you found yourself seated next to Claire and Amy, when a clearly tipsy Claire decided that it was time to never have I ever. Her statement created a huge commotion and people began to happily gather around her to play. You, on the other hand, were petrified by the idea.
Taking advantage of the chaos in the living room, you sat up and decided to find somewhere as remote as possible. You sneaked your way out of the apartment and decided to get a break from the crowd altogether by going up on the rooftop.
Peter was still at the party, passively drinking from time to time, to look somewhat interested in the game. He scanned the room looking for you, but couldn’t see you anywhere. Immediately, he stood up and began searching the whole apartment.
He was beginning to loose his cool, and tried to rationalise everything in his head. You had been gone for at least 20 minutes, and you weren’t in the apartment. You couldn’t have left the party like this, he asked Claire and she said she didn’t see you either. Come on Peter, you know her better than anyone else. And then he knew.
“There you are.” Peter’s voice startled you. You turned to look at him from where you were sitting. He looked so relieved, like he had lost the most precious thing he owned. “Never disappear like that again.” His tone was firm but soft as he walked to join you on the floor.
He really was a sight to behold, brown hair dishevelled and his shirt sleeves rolled up.
“You were looking for me ?” you asked, voice soft, surprise in your tone. You didn’t think you had been gone that long to be honest.
“I was ready to call the police and tell them to start a kidnapping investigation.” he joked.
“Now that seems excessive.”
“You’re right, I would have put on the suit and looked for you myself. I am better suited for the job anyway.” he quipped.
“I meant I was gone for barely half an hour.” you said laughing. “I didn’t think anyone would notice.”
“Come on bug, it’s you. Of course I notice.” he said while taking your hand in his.
Flustered, you looked right in front of you, trying to not loose your mind over the fact that Peter noticed you were gone and that he was holding your hand. Peter was also trying to think things clearly, but you looked like an angel next to him and he had been really scared when he couldn’t find you.
“You look breathtaking” he whispered.
“Stop it” you looked away from him, a blush creeping on your face.
“We definitely gotta work on your ability to accept compliments love.” Peter said with a smile.
“I don’t think calling me love is helping.”
“That’s a shame because I don’t intend to stop. You are my love.” He said it so simply. Like it was the most obvious thing ever. Your heart was about to implode and without a second thought, you placed your hand on his cheek and leaned in.
“I love you Pete.” There. Finally. You said it. You didn’t care about the possible consequences of those four words, you cared about Peter, here and now. He was looking at you like you were his whole life. You could only hope yours conveyed the same ardent feeling you had for him.
Peter closed the space between you two, kissing you so tenderly like you were made of glass. He then pulled back enough to utter above a whisper.
“I love you too, love.”

((Note: Their will be grammar mistakes and errors in this drabble as others have this warning. But like I state before, this is written for fun. So I hope you like it and my friend too. Enjoy))
In the main lunch hall, Warden Joshua Star was shocked seeing this but he was nervous seeing no one moved. Given the information from officer Vanessa that Officer Maggie was trying to calm inmate T-bone down but almost ended up burning everyone else. Right now, he was tense seeing the head gang member of T-bone calming him down.
Her name was Ashley Butterfly, gang leader of the Shallow butterflies. And baby sister to Rex oxford mIlls. A dark skinned woman with honey yellow eyes. She hand long black hair down her back while having a black choker around her neck. She was still wearing the prison jumpsuit but she was seeing T-bone relax while she pets his head. The other inmate, her second in command Hiroshi kai was beside her but seeing that he was fine.
"Goodness, you just had to go crazy again didn't you? I thought Ash told you to take it easy." He said to his teammate with T-bone grumbling.
"I was taking it easy! Not my fault some jerk tried to grope officer Maggie."
"But she thought you were trying to start something resulting in this." He said but he rolls his eyes to look away before he looks to Ashley before she stops.
"..A..Are you okay now?" she asked but T-bone nods to slowly stand up but bows his head.
"Sorry Ash...I didn't mean to lose it." he said grumbling but she only looks at him then down.
"I..It's fine..at least your calm now." she mutters quietly while holding some blanket around her that was kept with her at all times. The other officers, even officer Maggie and Officer Hellmare was silent not expecting to see this.
'Well, this is new. Seems it was true when the files spoke about Ashley being in this prison. I figure it was something of a older file...' Hellmare thought but she was seeing the inmate she was keeping an eye on Hiroshi standing by Ashley to insure she was safe.
As Ashley saw he was fine, she looks around seeing the other inmates tense but looks away before she looks down herself. "I..If everything is c..calm now, should we go back to eating l..lunch?" she asked her two teammates before they go and do that.
"H..Hey! You three can't just-"
"Let them go, Maggie. It's fi..fine." she stops hearing Joshua speak but looks to him. It was fine!? A fight just happened and he was alright with that!?
"I know what your thinking and honestly, it's still strange. At times, that inmate tends to help with calming things down. That or using her pants in herb medicine to do it-"
"Hold on, isn't she a demon?"
"Y...Yes, she is but she and warden Joshua have some agreement. That involves calming down the most violent inmates here in his prison." Eli said to the two.
"I see.." Hellmare hums to herself thinking about it but Maggie was still shocked.
"So you let her just go about in the prison?!" Maggie said to Joshua shocked.
"Well, no and even if I did, she stays in her cell. Out of all the inmates I've had, she's the less violent. Unless one don't anger her. She can be very dangerous when she is but most times, she's well...l..like that." Joshua saw Ashley sitting down now but slowly was eating her food now with the other two.
"It's a lot to take in we know. We were at first too when Joshua told us about her. Honestly, I see why most are afraid of her. Sweet and caring on the outside but hidden behind that is a dangerous person ready to lash out at anyone."
"Though, it leaves a question." Hellmare got the knights attention. "You said she was well known for her plants? Does this mean she also helps with medicine here?"
"Yes. We also heard from her file she was really good with plants, medicine, toxins, poisons, etc. She knows a few of them. I know because when we had a recent break out riot, Angel got heavily sick with something. Somehow, she knew what it was and made a medicine thanks to her doctor Hex. He's at Kinie's prison right now helping with the recent event that happened there." she explains.
Both Maggie and Hellmare didn't know that! Just how dangerous was this woman!? The two looks to Ashley again who was eating but her honey yellow eyes looked so empty but gentle at the same time.
"And I take it Joshua is the one assigned to keep a eye on her?" Hellmare said seeing him nod.
"Hon...Honestly, it's been alright. Even when she first came here, she didn't start any trouble or anything. I didn't know much about her till I got her file and the teams own. I heard they had another but their other member is in junior police headquarters. Given the fact she is the most calm here..it's..well..something." he said rubbing the back of his head.
"......."
"So even if a riot happens, I don't worry since she either tries to remain away or stop it." He said.
"..I.....geez." As Maggie thinks, it was time for the inmates to return to their cells. "Though, it also explains most of the men being scared of her?"
"Well, yes but theirs another reason.." the group looks seeing some male inmates admiring her but they were under some trance while behaving. "Because of her demonic nature, It was said she's a succubus too."
"A what!?" Maggie shouted.
"How could a succubus be here!? And around guys! You do know what they do to males if given the chance right!?" Maggie said. "What if one of them tries to hurt her given the fact that others or some of the officers are females too!?"
"Theirs another reason for that." Vanessa said but with arms crossed looking to Joshua.
"It's because Joshua made a pack with her to insure she don't eat anyone nor harm anyone. In return, she keeps him safe and the prison if needed be."
".......Eh?!?"
~~~~~~~~~Meanwhile with Jaron~~~~~~~~~~~
He was sitting outside taking time to clear his head. The jackals were around him worried. He has never yelled at her like that before but it was because of Bradley. He was the reason this happened and to his anger. Now he gone and made her upset. Right now, he was petting one silver lung dragon's head while it was curled up.
"..........." He looks about thinking again but that's when some inmates were still inside so it was just him out here. Clearing his head helps so it was something.
'*Sighs* I didn't mean to yell at you like that, Melinda. I hope your alright..' he thought to himself but one Jackal named Sid lays their head on his lap poking his hand. He blinks to look down but gently pets their head.
"I'm alright. I guess it's just not a good week for me is it?" he asked even if the other jackals were wagging their tails being giant puppies right now. They always want to ensure their leader was alright but happy too. Seeing him like this was unlike him.
However, he looks ahead again while seeing cars passing by the prison but his thoughts were still on Melinda. When he left he heard crying in her room but he didn't mean to upset her. He just was caught in the moment even feeling a bit down when going somewhere else before coming out.
~~~~~~Flashback~~~~~~~
"Wait, so that's true?" Jaron asked to look at the window speaking with a doctor who had some medic results from the females under the aphrodisiac what was tested from one of the spiked cakes was positive.
"Though, it was one that had no smell to it. Even if another demon would sniff it out, you wouldn't be able to." he said showing the paper results to Jaron.
He reads them for a moment but looked worried. Even if he had his jackals sniff it out, they wouldn't find it?
"It's said this type has a effect on demons that it's harder to trace showing it is most used for demons in the case. So whoever eaten the cake wouldn't know." he explains. "It's been said this traces back from the black market but other troublemakers have copied the recipie."
"......"
Hearing this, he even calls Ophelia and she tells him the same even the other doctor Hex explains to.
"Yes, given that fact I'm shocked they measured it carefully. This type of plant is very very strong and very unstable even when it's put into food like that. They could have seriously made someone sick." Hex said on the phone while checking a sample of the plant they had there at Kinie's prison.
"So this plant was that deadly?"
"In short words yes. I already seen this sort of plant in action and the results were.....disturbing to explain. Even so, this plant should always be avoided because it heavily effects demons without them knowing, Mr. Jackal."
"I..I see.."
"Though, I can't believe that sort of plant was there in the first place but Dr. Hex said it was from the black market indeed before that business was taken down. This drug should have been destroyed way back." she said.
"I think I got ya." Jaron said looking at the ground still on the phone.
"Though, was their anything else Jaron?" Ophelia asked.
"No that was it. Thanks you guys." he said.
"Of course Jaron.." she said before the she hung up. Jaron lowers the phone but looks down to sigh.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
So even if he could have gotten it checked, he wouldn't know about the cakes being spiked. Even worse, Melinda didn't know. She nor the other female officers knew about this till it was too late. Looking down, he felt even more bad now and wanted to find a way to say sorry to Melinda. He looks quiet only to feel his jackals close around him with one licking his face that he chuckled to pet their head.
"Easy now. Like I said, I'm alright. I'm sorry that I am worrying you all now.." he said as they look to him even seeing the lung dragon floating up a little to boop his nose.
"And sorry for worrying you too. It's just I wanna be sure she's safe..even from the thought it worries me. I can't believe I yelled like that and I've always been known to keep my cool. That's so unlike me." he sighed shaking his head but he sees the others now around him but tilts their heads.
"Well....at least I got that jerk to learn I wasn't joking and will leave her and the other female officers alone." he mutters. "Though...seems they had to update security because of that and it only might get worse later down the road." he said and yet, he only remains focused with Melinda in mind. How was she doing? Was she alright? Right now, they needed time to clear their heads but looking down, he hopes to talk to her and hope to see if she was alright. Later this afternoon, he'll indeed check on her.
~~~~~~Timeskip: Later that afternoon around 3:45pm~~~~~~~
Jaron was back inside the prison seeing the inmates must have already eaten lunch since they were back in their cells. The guards were standing watch but insuring things were calm right now. However, he was heading back to Melinda's room to see if she was there or wished to speak. As he gets to the door, he knocks and waits.
"............"
No answer? He wonders if she was there but when he was about to knock again...
"Hello?"
".....Ummmm, Melinda? It's me, Jaron...."
"........"
He heard nothing from the other side but he hears a click, knowing the door was unlocked to show her. Melinda was standing there and it seems she was quiet while looking to him. Her arms were folded.
"Ummm....."
".....Yes?"
"I......*Sighs* M...may I come in?" he asked gently but she looks to the side but sighed to move so he can come inside. Jaron walks in but he saw her close the door. Everything seems the same except the tea stain on the rug from before. Before long, she turns to walk over and offers a seat for him on the couch while he walks over to sit down after removing his shoes but she was quiet while he was too.
The only noise heard was the ticking of the clock. They just sat in silence right now with one another that it leaves them unsure on how to talk. So, Jaron starts first.
"Melinda, I'm......Listen, I'm so sorry about what happened this morning. I didn't mean to shout or yell at you. I was just concerned about what happened that night. After what happened I just...felt really angry given the fact Bradley could have done something horrible to the women...and you." he looks down but she was listening to him.
"I know I shouldn't have yelled at you and I'm never like that. It was wrong of me to do that. I didn't mean the hurtful things I've said to you. I shouldn't have....." He shook his head with eyes closed to sigh but Melinda looks ahead but she was resting her hands on her lap.
"....I'm sorry too." he heard her speak but looks seeing her just looking to the wall. "I didn't mean to get mad at you either. In that way, you were right. I should have done better in picking up the drug in those cakes but I didn't know about it honestly. It was like it was masked so I couldn't detect it. Even now, I don't know even if I feel better with no side effects..it still upsets me that it happened."
"......." She was touching her shoulder where Bradley bit her but then sighed closing her eyes then opening them half way looking down. "I know the dangers and risks of being a officer as you do too. Their are things that will happen but even now we have to stay focused on it....." she said after that Jaron looks to see her grip her pants.
"But still....I got you worried over me because of that slip up. It makes me feel like I'm still keeping things from you huh? Even when we are older adults now...it still keeps happening." she said only to laugh at herself bitterly. It was like she was stupid for not noticing that but it wasn't her fault. Jaron knew that thanks to the doctors but she didn't know that.
"Melinda.." he reaches to almost touch her cheek to explain but stops to look. He saw tears running down her cheeks again that she was looking upset again.
"Even after I became I demon, I still act like I'm just as before when I was human. Heh, I bet it's so embarrassing to you huh? Having a partner that still tends to act like her old self." she laughed but she reaches up to clear some tears off but he sees her look in his direction. She was crying and yet, her eyes were closed with a small smile seen.
"I bet even now I look like some cry baby because of this. Even if I'm a demon I should have done better right? I should be smarter than this right? If that's the case then none of this would have happened...." She said but hicups now that Jaron said nothing but he only looks down hating to see her cry like this. Now he wishes that argument never happened. Even hearing the shouting in his thoughts, he wishes they would go away but he knew it would remain with him knowing that.
"Melinda....." Looks at her again frowning slightly.
"I'm s..sorry for being such a idiot Jaron...I'm so sorry.." she mutters but he had heard enough.
"Shhhhhh...shhhhh......" he was hushing her softly but gently, resting his hands on her own. Jaron then carefully pulls her to him so their foreheads were pressed against one another, their noses touching as well.
"It's not true. Your not a cry baby because of this. I know this job is dangerous for everyone and us. We know that dealing with dangerous criminals would do. What it might endanger us to." he said but his eyes were closed.
"I never meant to hurt you like this. I never wanted to be the one to make you cry like this." he said but she was shaking now only to him pulling back but kissing her forehead.
"B..but after all the things I shouted back at you. I don't deserve you. You..it's like I'm the reason you get angry. I'm the reason your a bit more violent now a days....was it because of me?" she asked.
"No no no no..it's never you. You never did anything wrong."
"B..but.."
"Melinda Brooks, the reason I got mad was because someone else tried to hurt you. I don't want another sick person harming you. True, I said I don't resort to violence but for my friends I can let it slide. For you, I would do that too. I'm how I am because I Just want you to be safe....and alive with me." he said looking to her.
"Even after our fight, that won't stop me from being at your side. You mean everything to me Melinda. Even with a argument that won't change anything...." he said now upset himself.
"......"
"I never wanted to say such horrible words to you and yet I did. I never wanted to show violence towards you. I never wanted to make you cry. I never wanted to cause anything that would make you not wish to be with me.." he said that he slowly looks down but as Melinda looks her own silver eyes widen. A few tears shows from his own eyes too?
"J..Jaron?"
"I know your a strong woman you showed me that. You care and loving to everyone you hold dear even me. Your not stubborn at all only if it involves helping and protecting others and me. You...your one of a kind to me Melinda and I don't want to lose that!" he said.
"........."
"I don't want to be the reason I lose the only woman that's been by my side for so long. I won't let that happen! I'm sorry I've said all those hurtful things to you but I do care about you. I want to stay by your side and I want you by my side too! I..I just......" Before continuing his words were stopped as he was pulled into a hug as Jaron was quiet while laying against her on the couch. She said nothing holding him close not wanting to let go of him. He knew tears were running down her cheeks.
".....M...Melinda-"
"........Please j..just....don't talk." she said now crying more. "L..Lets just be like this for a while...p..please......" she held him gently but he only remains quiet before wrapping his arms around her body not wanting to let go as he was crying too. He felt her hand stroking the top of his head since he didn't have the officer hat on.
"..I'm still so sorry Melinda..." He said.
".......I know..*sniffles* I'm sorry too. I'm so sorry Jaron for worrying you..." she said back.
"...It's fine. I forgive you...I hope you forgive me." he said softly but Melinda only closed her eyes.
"..I do..I forgive you." she said back softly. "And...I'll try harder to open up to you more, d..deal?" she said before Jaron looks to close his eyes.
"Y....yeah...Deal."
For now, he believes staying here with her is better for now till she calms down. And honestly, Melinda didn't mind that. The officers from before hopes things worked out but they informed warden Fin that officer Jaron is on break for a while till he is ready to come back.
They needed this for right now.
