A few months ago (August) I started going on daily walks, drinking more water, and cutting my latte consumption in half. It was disheartening at first bc I wanted results immediately but I am starting to feel better! I notice the difference
I had another great water workout this morning. ππ¦β£οΈ
I struggled Monday: froze up and went into tremors with cognitive impairment, but luckily was near the edge and able to get myself back out after it passed (I'm shaky & weak & have vertigo after those episodes). π΅βπ«
I was in a pretty harsh crash all week but thought the cool water would help with the muscle fatigue & joint pain. π¬π€¦ββοΈ
I went to acupuncture Thursday and got a great reset π and was able to enjoy a good half hour of physical therapy / exercise yesterday and today. π
I'm so proud of myself for getting back up and trying again, over and over, and doing what I can - when I can. And also knowing when to rest & recover, which is a lot of trial & error: figuring it out as I go. π
I wanted to go swim early this morning at 830am but I had a whole respiratory flare-up that set me back... but once that passed, I still went. β¨οΈπβ¨οΈ
It's been almost 3 years now, but I'm still hopeful for a full recovery, and doing everything I can to be the happiest healthiest version of myself I can be today (every day) - and for my future self.

Sometimes it can be difficult having that mental motivation to eat healthy or even being active, but if you find a fun and healthy way to enjoy what you feed yourself and be productive it doesnβt have to be so hard.

A Daily Dose of Green Goodness: My TonicGreens Experience
Feeling sluggish and lacking in energy had become my new normal. My diet wasn't terrible, but I knew I wasn't getting all the essential nutrients my body craved. That's when I stumbled upon TonicGreens, a daily powder supplement boasting a blend of greens and superfoods. Here's why it's become a staple in my morning routine!
Nutrient Powerhouse in a Scoop
What initially drew me to TonicGreens was its focus on providing a concentrated dose of essential vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants. Unlike some supplements with a limited range of ingredients, TonicGreens boasts a powerful blend of greens like spinach and kale, alongside fruits, herbs, and digestive enzymes. This comprehensive formula promised to fill any nutritional gaps in my diet and support overall well-being. Knowing I was nourishing my body with a diverse range of nutrients instilled confidence in the product's effectiveness.
Easy Integration into My Routine
Incorporating new habits can be tricky, but TonicGreens' convenient powder form makes it effortless. Each morning, I simply scoop the provided amount into my water bottle, shake it well, and enjoy a refreshing green drink. The taste is surprisingly pleasant, with a mild earthy flavor that blends well with water or even a touch of fruit juice. This ease of integration into my daily routine ensures I don't miss a dose and allows me to reap the full benefits of the supplement.
Gradual But Noticeable Shift in Energy Levels
I wasn't expecting overnight miracles from TonicGreens, but within a few weeks of consistent use, I noticed a subtle yet significant improvement in my energy levels. The afternoon slump became less intense, and I found myself tackling tasks with renewed vigor. This wasn't a jittery, artificial energy boost, but rather a sustained and natural increase in my overall stamina. I began sleeping better at night, waking up feeling more refreshed and ready to seize the day. While everyone's body reacts differently, TonicGreens seems to have addressed a nutritional deficiency that was impacting my energy reserves.
A Gut Feeling: Improved Digestion and Immunity
One of the welcome bonuses of taking TonicGreens has been its positive impact on my digestion. The prebiotics and probiotics in the formula seem to have improved my gut health, leading to a more regular and comfortable digestive system. This, in turn, has given me a lighter and more energized feeling throughout the day. Additionally, the inclusion of immune-boosting ingredients like Vitamin C and antioxidants makes me feel confident that I'm providing my body with the tools to fight off illness.
A Natural Path to Overall Well-being
TonicGreens has become more than just a green drink in my morning routine; it's a commitment to overall well-being. The combination of essential nutrients, improved digestion, and a natural energy boost has significantly enhanced my quality of life. While a healthy diet is crucial, TonicGreens provides that extra layer of nutritional support my body needs to thrive. It's important to remember that what works for me might not yield the same results for everyone. Consulting a doctor before starting any new supplement regimen is always advisable. However, if you're looking for a convenient and effective way to boost your energy levels, improve digestion, and support your overall health, I highly recommend giving TonicGreens a try. For me, it's been a game-changer in my journey towards a healthier and more vibrant life!
I had a pretty great week π₯°π but then I rest in between so I haven't had a chance to post much. π
I had a good PT workout Tuesday in my friends pool after my acupuncture appt, and I found a great video online for full body lymphatic massage - plus started testing magnetic therapy (anklets, bracelets, acupressure ear magnets, etc).
I can definitely tell a BIG positive difference adding in the MLD & magnets this week!! π
Friday the kids took me to Nashville so I could see a band I like, and I was even able to dance a little. π
Wednesday I spent a couple hours at the creek near my house πβ£οΈ and Saturday I did a full hour of exercise at the city pool (PT) with gorgeous clouds and an amazing breeze. πββοΈ
I can still only do maybe one thing a day, or a few things a week really, and taking it slow & easy, but I call that a GREAT week!!! π
* It requires advil and a knee brace to get out with lots of elevating my legs & resting in between, but I'm SO happy to be able to do a little more than before. π₯° That plus working, too...
How are things with you, and what are you into this weekend?
We have storms rolling in here, and I need some recovery time after dancing & swimming, so I'm in for the weekend to enjoy the storms from the back deck. ββ‘οΈ I love a good storm!
I look forward to getting well enough to get back out for my solo adventures again soon. πΆ π¦
I'm thinking I'll be able to hit the (easy) trails later this fall - hopefully! π£
I'll post some photos & videos from my week as soon as rest up. I look forward to sharing the highlights with you! π
After my swim yesterday I stopped at a little local place and had a bunless cheeseburger with spring greens on the side. π
I'm craving seafood lately so I may do some grilled shrimp & salmon this weekend.... What about you?
