❦ PRO HEROES/VILLAINS FAVOURITE POSITIONS
cw: mature, gn!reader
Tumblr media
—aizawa
you on top. 100%. no debate. not only because he’s always tired, but because he wants to look up to you like the deity you are. he wants you to take control, use him to make you feel good. he does not think he deserves you, but he would do anything to keep you happy and satisfied. that’s his favourite position, but if you want anything else, he moves in a snap.
—hawks
missionary. now, this position is incredible when you’re in love, for hook ups its meh. despite his flirty attitude, he absolutely adores you. he wants to hold you close, admire your pleasure stricken face, and kiss you all over. he wants you all to himself, all day, every day. and when your fingers trail up his back, dragging across his shoulder blades and wings meet, it has him shaking.
—dabi
doggy style. man has trust issues, commitment issues, intimacy issues, you name it, he has it. he can’t look at your face, the haze in your eyes from pleasure and love are too much for him. give him time, be patient, and he will come around. but there’s nothing like the jiggle of your ass as he thrusts into you that will always hold the title of his favourite thing.

their favorite place to kiss you ; multiple bnha boys
summary: bnha boys and where they love kissing you most.
word count: 1.6k
includes: gn reader, katsuki bakugou, izuku midoriya, shouto todoroki, denki kaminari, eijirou kirishima, tamaki amajiki, keigo takami, touya todoroki, hanta sero, & tenya iida.
warnings: suggestive on dabi's part, but not really. its def sfw so no need to worry abt that. also a small amount of cussing.
Tumblr media
katsuki bakugou
katsuki loves kissing your lips. he doesn't do anything "half-assed," as he'd say, and kisses to your lips are always full of affection towards you. whether it's a quick peck or a kiss that turns into a make-out sesh, there's always love and passion within katsuki's kisses.
when he kisses your lips the tension leaves from between his brows, the irritation that might've built throughout the day is leaking away, and all his focus is on you and your pretty, pretty lips
keigo takami
might sound odd, but keigo likes kissing your shoulders and back, specifically between your shoulder blades. after a long day of flying around and patrolling the streets of japan what he wants most is to come home to your shared apartment and into your warm arms. he'd tell you about his day, whether it was eventful or not-- he likes seeing you pay attention to him. you wonder aloud what it'd be like to fly around japan all day.
keigo kisses your shoulders and insists on some cheesy shit like, "baby you already know how to fly-- hell, y'flew into my heart and made it soar." you can't help but cringe and giggle at his dorkiness but he totally meant everything he said.
touya todoroki
touya can't get his mind off of the soft skin of your neck whenever you kiss. he feels the need to just sink his teeth in and show you how much you make him burn. it's not too often that he kisses your neck but when he does, he makes the most of it. he'll kiss every inch, from the top of your neck, near your jaw, all the way down to your collarbone.
if you ever ask touya why he likes kissing your neck he'll probably reply with something vague or suggestive. the real reason? he loves the smooth skin of your neck and loves feeling you warm at his touch, squirming when his lashes tickle a certain spot. this close to your chest, touya can feel your heartbeat get quicker and just loves it. no matter how tough a mission or how roughed up he got that day; if he gets to come back to base and indulge in you like this, every injury was worth it.
shouto todoroki
shouto, in his soft and loving moments (almost all his moments) will kiss the side of your head, right at your temple. he isn't the best at expressing himself, but he loves you more than anything and wants to take all your worries away. when shouto kisses your temple, he acts as if he's pulling all the negative thoughts from your head, trying his best to pull together his own thoughts and voice them against your temple, filling your head with his adoration for you.
bonus: the hand crusher likes kissing your hands. they're so beautiful to him and if he had to save one pair of hands from his "hand destroying curse" they'd be yours no doubt."
izuku midoriya
izuku's body is stacked with scars and freckles and he knows how they might make one insecure, but yours are so beautiful and empowering that he makes it an effort to kiss each one of your scars and moles/freckles/blemishes whenever you need it. except, to him, they not blemishes per se, more like your story. they say your moles are where your lover in your past life kissed you the most, i don't think izuku would genuinely believe that, but he still loves to kiss the moles scattered on your body saying something like, "i'll be yours in every life, love." and your scars, he knows all of their stories, he'll kiss them and comfort you, telling you how beautiful and strong they make you.
and if you reciprocate? kiss izuku's scars and freckles?? oh, he'll melt in your arms right then and there. you've sent him off to cloud nine. you'll physically see his soul ascend, he just becomes the happiest man alive.
tamaki amajiki
tamaki loves your cheeks, the plush skin of them always warm against his lips. the innocence of it just takes you out and makes you melt. the way he just takes your face in his hands and presses kisses to each of your cheeks. or when he kisses the middle of your cheek and pulls away to look at you, tracing the curve of your face.
even better when you're looking back at him with those pretty eyes of yours, full of affection. he'll get so flustered and shy, crumbling right at your feet.
hanta sero
hanta loves your lips too, even more so the corner of your lips. the little jerk likes to tease you, kissing the corner of your mouth until you get worked up about it. only then will he finally press a sweet kiss to your lips.
when you complain about hanta's teasing he'll laugh, kissing the edge of your lips once more. "so greedy, my love. good things come with patience." he thinks he's soo cool and wise but he's really just a lovable bully
hitoshi shinsou
in your presence alone, hitoshi is a different person. in those moments when it's just you two, hitoshi'll always have his face buried in your neck turning to kiss your jaw every once in a while. it started as a sleepy habit, he couldn't quite reach your lips, so he opted for your jaw. after that it became a normal habit
even if your jaw is farther than your lips when he's standing over you, he'll just lean down further to kiss it. or he'll tip your face up to his for him to smooch. and if you're taller than him? even better! he won't have to lean down, and if you're that much taller, he'll simply take your face in his hands and pull your face down to his.
eijirou kirishima
eijirou is the most supportive lover ever. this man will do quite literally anything to make sure you feel loved. he always finds himself kissing your stomach. might sound weird but when you guys are cuddled up somewhere and eijirou's head is resting on your torso he'll just start pressing a million kisses to your stomach out of nowhere, if you ask why he'll be like, "i just love your stomach, something wrong with it, babe?" and he's being serious, if you've ever mentioned being insecure of your belly, whether you feel to skinny or too chubby. he'll be like, "uh, no. my significant other is not gonna feel unloved and ugly while i'm around." and shove his face onto your stomach and over-dramatically kiss it everywhere with the little smooch sounds and everything.
and if you tell him to stop he will, but if you're joking he'll take it as encouragement to show you even more love.
tenya iida
tenya loves feeling strong and protective, and kissing your forehead makes him feel just that! especially if he's taller than you. if not, he doesn't care, he can still protect you nonetheless. he'll kiss your forehead millions of times over just to feel like he's your boyfriend. because what is a boyfriend if not caring and protective of you? tenya takes his position as your boyfriend as if it's a job he had to apply for and gets paid for, except this job isn't a nine-to-five. it's a full twenty-four hour business that he is more than happy to take part in.
he’ll take your face in his hands and either pull you down to him or lean down himself to kiss your forehead, depending on your height difference. and he’ll just caress the sides of your face as he does. and tenya is the biggest simp for you ever. if you’re a hero like him, he’s your biggest fan. if you’re not a hero, he’s still your biggest fan ‘cause who cares? you may be a civilian to everyone else, but you’re sure as shit his hero.
denki kaminari
it’s hilarious if you think denki can only pick one place on your body to kiss as his favorite. ha, no. this down bad dork can’t stop and won’t stop kissing every part of you whenever and wherever you let him. like he’ll pepper kisses all over your face, trail kisses down your arms, scatter some more of your neck, and once he’s placed a kiss on every bit of skin you allow him to, he’ll smack a giant kiss on your lips. no, seriously. all the boys are simps, but denki? he’s another category of the word simp. he’s down bad, down astronomical, even.
he’s a very physically affectionate guy, and if you are too, awesome! if not, he respects that and will hold back to make sure you’re comfortable. and if you’re cool with pda he’ll never be far from you, practically attached to your hip. and very often placing casual kisses somewhere on you, be it your shoulder, head, cheek, wherever! so long as you’re comfortable with it, denki is all over you.

You sit there, alone in the last row, or in the first row. Always alone. Hunched over. Vacant stare. People don’t even try to make polite conversation with you anymore. They just avoid you.
He sees you, sitting there. He has always seen you with your friends or giggling away with random people. To see you like this, was new for everyone..jarring for him.
He likes this new class. He’s a popular kid for once in his life. Who knew the coolest kid in university is always the nerd? High time! He thought to himself. You on the other hand, went from popular and happy to a shell of a person in a matter of weeks. It’s not like he didn’t try! He did. He would, every day if you let him. But you just brushed off his questions with ‘I’m okay. I just need to be alone for a bit.’
You- you woke up and did whatever you absolutely had to do and nothing more. You were skipping meals, sleeping whenever you could, your assignments were shit but it was all you could manage right now. You barely even registered the days passing. Your best friend, your only friend thought you were a burden. When asked why he wasn’t dating he said ‘i can’t, not while I still have her in my life’
You were so clingy and high maintenance that he couldn’t even be dating people. Being the sweetheart he is, he put his dating life on hold for you. You knew you weren’t meant to hear it and that he’ll never say it to your face- primarily because you’ll react poorly- so you spared him the trouble and distanced yourself from him.
You see him occasionally-everyday but you only register things occasionally. He’s happy. He’s popular now. They recognise his intelligence and your classmates and professors love him. He’s got many friends now, many women crushing on him, many people looking to hang out with him. He’s fine. He’s more than fine-he’s thriving…without you. You intend to keep it that way.
He keeps tabs on you.
Is she eating? He invites everyone to share his lunch, some of the older classmates force some food in you.
She skipped class again today. He asks a mutual friend to pass on his notes to you (but you don’t know that they are his notes)
What? She’s sitting where?! Alone? He finds an excuse to turn up nearby and keep an eye on you.
His friends know he’s into you and tease him about it all the time. He’s told them that you are not into him. They asked him, multiple times, to move on, to date other people and live a little. He can’t bring himself to do that.
No, I can’t. Not while she’s in my life.
He didn’t have to spell it out for them. He’s in love with you and he can’t move on. He does not want to. He’d love you forever if you let him.

7 MONTHS LATER
Lying in bed, the white sheets felt crisp against your skin, almost blinding when you first opened your eyes. A gentle smile adorned your lips as a powerful, calloused hand reached out, delicately brushing a strand of your Y/H/C hair off your cheek. Turquoise eyes, wise and filled with affection, met yours. Touya smiled, his long fingers tracing the contours of your face.
"Do you know you're the most beautiful woman I've ever seen in my life?" he rasped, his voice carrying the remnants of a fading dream.
You nodded, recalling the numerous times he had expressed the same sentiment before.
"I mean it," Touya insisted. "I always thought Christian women were average, but you, my love, you're beyond beauty. You're a goddess. I can't take my eyes off you."
A soft smile played on your lips as you took his hand in yours, bringing it to your lips to kiss the place where scarred skin met healthy flesh.
Touya hummed, his gaze fixed on you. "I still can't comprehend why you love me. I held you captive. I ripped you out of your land. And I look like a monster."
Frowning, you moved, sitting up with a quilt pressed to your naked chest. "Stop it. You're not a monster in any way. Yes, our beginning was rough, but looking back, I am grateful you did it. There was nothing waiting for me there but an arranged marriage to some older man and a life of ordinary domesticity, taking care of kids and a homestead."
Touya grinned softly, his turquoise eyes holding a warmth that spoke of relief. "I'm happy you're not holding any grudges."
Shaking your head, you moved closer to him, laying your head against his scarred chest adorned with staples. "You're not only my lover. You're my best friend," you whispered, pressing a tender kiss to his chest.
His arm wrapped around your shoulders, fingers slowly rubbing the naked flesh, his quiet hum resonating within his chest with every breath he took. "So are you. You're the only one I trust."
Feeling his fingers lift your chin, you met his gaze before he pulled you even closer, brushing his slightly chapped lips against yours.
"Always," he whispered after breaking the kiss.
Tilting your head, you looked at him quizzically. "Hmmm?"
"I'll always love you, no matter what," he declared, his words filled with a sincerity that lingered in the air.
Leaning in to kiss him again, you felt his arm, still wrapped around you, suddenly go limp. Frowning, you looked down at him, only to find a pool of blood where Touya, your beloved man, once lay. He vanished like a fleeting mist.
Your heart pounded within your chest, a sudden fear gripped you as you called his name with all your might. "Touya! Touya!!!"
The room darkened, as if happiness had fled through the window, replaced by an ominous void. A sudden, searing pain gripped your abdomen. Clutching your stomach, you clenched your teeth, hissing as the unbearable pain washed over you. Trembling with waves of agony, you began screaming, choking on your own tears. "Touya! Save me, please!"
And then, abruptly, you woke up, gasping for air, the vivid nightmare fading into the recesses of your mind.
You looked aside, your gaze settling on Shoto sleeping peacefully by your side, one hand slipped under his head.
A scornful glare crossed your features as you pondered the man who had used you so many times, who hadn't hesitated to raise both hand and voice at you, the man who forced you to become his concubine. It baffled you that he could sleep so soundly.
How could he find peace in slumber when his hands were stained with the blood of his own father and older brother? The memories of his mistreatment of Natsuo, treating him like a discarded piece of trash on a daily basis, flashed before your eyes. You couldn't comprehend how he managed to find solace in sleep, bearing the weight of so many innocent souls on his shoulders. He had killed his own warriors, loyal to his father, without a second thought. The toll on Skjaldvargr was evident, with the population dwindling by half in the past month alone.
Shoto's apparent solution, letting cutthroats and offscourings from other settlements live among his subjects, only fueled your frustration. The ease with which he dismissed the lives lost and the suffering inflicted upon his own people left you in disbelief. As you watched him sleep, a bitter taste filled your mouth, knowing that the man beside you was responsible for a cascade of pain and death that stained the land.
With a heavy sigh, you touched your round belly, feeling the slight kick from your unborn child. "Hush, hush, my sweet child," you whispered, a tinge of sadness adorning your voice. "It's okay, we're good."
The revelation of your pregnancy had shaken your world. Torn between love for the life growing beneath your heart and a deep loathing, your emotions were a tumultuous storm. Shoto, forcing you to lay with him shortly after you lost your innocence to Touya, clouded the paternity of the child. The uncertainty haunted you, and you couldn't be sure whose blood flowed through the veins of the little one.
Praying dearly to Freya, you wished the child belonged to Dabi, not Shoto. The complexities of your emotions were woven into the fabric of each whispered prayer, as you cradled the tiny life within you, caught in the tangled web of past choices and an uncertain future.
Shoto stirred by your side, slowly opening his mismatched eyes, casting you a cold glance. "Why are you not sleeping?" he asked with an air of indifference.
Rubbing your belly, you spared him a brief glance. "The baby was kicking," you lied.
With a growl, Shoto sat up and pushed your hand off your belly, replacing it with his own. He rubbed soothing circles around the bump. "It's okay, little one, daddy's here."
A gag reflex surged within you upon hearing those words. Excusing yourself, you pushed his hand off your tummy and swung your legs off the bed, slowly getting up. "I need fresh air," you said simply, wrapping a thick bear fur around your shoulders.
Shoto scoffed. "You should be resting, Y/N. If you don't want to care about yourself, that's fine. I couldn't care less. But my baby needs some peace. Don't be fucking long," he growled, laying his head back on the pillow.
Without another word, you left the room as you sought solace in the cool night air, the thick bear fur offering little comfort against the chill that now surrounded you.
The guards in the throne chamber greeted you with acknowledging nods as you passed by.
The night air was cold, and tiny snowflakes swirled on a chilly northern breeze as you made your way through the Great Hall.
With a heavy sigh, you rested your back against the wall of the longhouse, your breath visible in the cold air with each exhale. The silence of the night surrounded you until a familiar voice broke through.
"My lady? Are you okay?" The figure emerged from the shadows, and before you could see his face, you nodded.
"Yes, Keigo. It's okay."
"Shall I wake the earl up?" the blonde-haired man asked, finally stopping beside you.
You shook your head. "No. We just talked."
As much as you harbored resentment towards Hawks for blindly following all of Shoto's orders, you knew the young man didn't have much of a choice. Natsuo had shared stories with you. Hawks, being older than Shoto and one of Endeavor's most loyal warriors, spent a significant amount of time around the young prince. He taught Shoto how to wield an axe and sword, how to fight, and how to survive in the cruel world. Endeavor's lack of time for his own children made Shoto grow fond of his older "colleague," and vice versa.
"You can't sleep again?" he asked, noting the weariness in your eyes.
You nodded quietly, your expression revealing the traces of a restless night. "Yeah, another nightmare with Touya," you confessed softly.
At the mention of Touya's name, a wave of emotions washed over you, and a few tears rolled down your pale cheeks. In an effort to regain composure, you bit your own knuckle, a physical anchor against the overwhelming memories.
Hawks watched you with a heavy heart, his concern deepening. “My lady, maybe…”
You shook your head in response. "Keigo, can I ask you for a favor?" you asked him.
The blonde-haired man furrowed his brows upon hearing your words but nodded slowly.
"Keigo, can you take me to the place where Touya died?" you asked, your voice steady but carrying the weight of the emotions you had long suppressed.
Hawks looked at you, concern etched across his features and a slight frown crossing his forehead. "Why would you want to go there, my lady?"
Taking a deep breath, you met his gaze. "I need closure, Keigo. For months, I've been haunted by the memories. I can't move on until I confront the reality of where it happened. I just... I just need to see this place. I want to pray there. I just... I just need it."
He sighed, realizing the depth of your pain. "Are you sure about this? It won't be easy, my lady, as the earl surely won't let you go."
You nodded, your eyes reflecting a mix of sorrow and resolution. "I have to do this. It's the only way I'll find the closure I've been seeking for months."
Keigo stood before you, torn between his loyalty to his earl and the plea you bestowed upon him. The weight of your words seemed to reopen old wounds that he had long tried to bury. "I'll see what I can do, my lady," he finally said, nodding his head with a conflicted expression.
He left just like that, leaving you alone in the quiet night.
Alone, you rubbed your tummy softly, seeking solace in the warmth beneath your hand. "Save us, Freya," you whispered as you hoped for protection and guidance in the tumultuous journey that lay ahead. “Save us from Shoto.”

7 MONTHS EARLIER
When Touya woke up, all he could think of was pain. Unbearable, burning pain that seemed to spread all over his body, with a particular intensity in his legs, even though they mostly felt numb.
The first moment he opened his eyes, he found himself in an unfamiliar place. Strange faces surrounded him, leaning down, their hands touching his face and shoulders. A potent herbal scent enveloped him, making him want to cough and vomit.
The women treating his wounds seemed a little scared, their eyes betraying a mix of apprehension and discomfort at his appearance. This made Touya not only feel uneasy but also fueled his desire to leave this unfamiliar place as soon as possible.
One day, when Touya awoke to find Earl Yagi Toshinorison by his bedside, he immediately understood his surroundings. He was in Toshinorison's settlement, known as Hvinverjadalr.
"It's good to see you awake," Earl Toshinorison greeted with a warm smile as he approached the young man lying in bed. "Are you feeling well today?"
Dabi, still recovering, looked up at the earl and responded with a hint of sorrow in his voice, "I feel pain, my lord. The wounds are healing, but it will take time."
Earl Toshinorison gazed sternly at Dabi, his eyes betraying a mix of curiosity and authority. He raised his hand, gesturing to the maids who were tidying the chamber. "Leave us," he ordered with a commanding tone.
The maids exchanged uneasy glances before hurriedly exiting the room, leaving the Earl and Dabi alone in the dimly lit chamber.
Silence lingered for a moment before Dabi broke it. "What happened?" he asked, his memory clouded with fragments of being sent north by his father, along with his younger brother and a contingent of warriors.
Earl Toshinorison, known for his calculating mind, cocked an eyebrow, considering Dabi's question. The earl regarded the injured man with a measured expression, his voice calm. "You were found by two of my warriors under a cliff, accompanied by the lifeless body of a massive wolf," he disclosed, his eyes studying the scarred features of the man before him.
The revelation hung in the air, a puzzle waiting to be solved. The details surrounding the scene raised Dabi's questions. "I... I don't remember..." he whispered.
"I need you to tell me everything you remember," the older man commanded, his voice firm yet tinged with curiosity.
Dabi, looking perplexed, met the earl's gaze. "The only thing I remember is being sent by my father north, along with my younger brother and our warriors, my lord."
The earl cocked an eyebrow, a calculated look in his eyes. "And who's your father?"
"Endeavor is my father."
Toshinorison jolted up from his chair, a frown crossing his forehead as he processed the unexpected revelation. "Endeavor? You're Endeavor's son?"
Dabi nodded solemnly. "I am. My name's Touya. I'm Endeavor's eldest son."
The revelation lingered in the air, casting a shadow over the room. The gravity of the truth seemed to echo through the walls.
Toshinorison sat back down, his gaze focused on Dabi's face as he spoke, "I'd never thought in my wildest dreams I'd have one of the most skilled warriors of Denmark under my roof." A soft smile played on the earl's lips, a genuine appreciation for the warrior's capabilities evident in his eyes.
Dabi nodded, acknowledging the earl's words. Gratitude shone in his eyes as he thanked Yagi. However, he wasted no time in getting to the pressing matter on his mind. "When will I be able to return back to my settlement?" he inquired, his tone a blend of eagerness and caution, uncertain of what the future held.
Earl Toshinorison looked down at Dabi, a solemn expression clouding his features. "Touya, your injuries are serious," he began, his voice carrying a weight of concern. "I won't allow you to leave until your body is fully healed."
Dabi met the earl's gaze, a mix of defiance and frustration in his eyes. "I appreciate the hospitality, my lord, but I've got responsibilities back at my settlement. I need to return."
The earl nodded understandingly. "I comprehend your predicament, but I cannot permit you to depart in such a state. Your health is of utmost importance. Once you're well, I'll personally ensure you're escorted safely back to your settlement."
Dabi's scowl deepened, but he couldn't deny the genuine concern in the earl's eyes. "And how long is that going to take?"
Toshinorison sighed, his gaze unwavering. "As long as it takes, Touya. I won't risk your life by sending you out prematurely. Your well-being is my priority now. With broken legs that would take several months to heal."
Dabi's frustration erupted. "A few months?!" he exclaimed, sitting up with a grunt, his face contorted with pain. "I don't have that much time, my lord. They must've thought I died."
Earl Toshinorison gently pushed the scarred man's shoulder, compelling him to lay back down. "Easy. I promise I'll send an envoy to let your people and father know you're alive," the older man reassured. "But, as I said, you need to stay with us a little longer. Once you'll be able to walk, I'll admit my best warriors to help you regain your fighting prowess."
Dabi nodded gratefully as earl Yagi got up. "Thank you, my lord."
Earl Toshinorison smiled faintly, nodding his head before he exited the chamber, leaving Dabi alone with his thoughts.
Tumblr media
It took Hawks a few days to set everything in motion for the trip with you. The blonde-haired Viking hesitated to bring it up with his earl, struggling to find the courage.
Fortunately, the situation became more manageable when Shoto departed to meet earl Gizzor, who resided in the northern part of Sweden.
This afforded Hawks the opportunity to make the necessary arrangements without drawing undue attention to your impending journey.
Natsuo attempted to dissuade you from the idea, expressing concern about the risk involved in such a trip given your advanced stage of pregnancy. However, you were adamant and chose not to heed his advice.
One afternoon, the thralls assisted you in donning warm clothes, while Natsuo helped Keigo prepare a horse – a stallion that had once belonged to Touya.
"Don't try anything," Endeavorson snarled quietly, ensuring the proper placement of a snaffle on the stallion.
Keigo frowned at the younger man. "What was that supposed to mean?"
"I don't trust you," Natsuo replied, his expression tense. "I expect you to take good care of Y/N during this trip."
"Of course I will," Keigo retorted, his brow furrowed. "I serve the earl as best as I can."
"Of course, you do," Natsuo growled, his gaze intense. "If a single hair falls off her head..."
"Then what, my lord?" Keigo asked, his tone challenging. "What will you do?"
"I'll kill you." The words hung in the air, a stark reminder of the seriousness of the responsibility Keigo now carried for your safety.
Keigo scoffed and casually walked closer to Natsuo. "Don't forget, my lord, that earl Shoto ordered me to take care of his concubine," he reminded with a wry tone. "So, do not fret, she's under good care."
As Keigo delivered his reassurance, you left the longhouse and headed towards the stable, where you found the men. "I'm ready," you announced, a sense of determination in your voice as you prepared for whatever lay ahead.
Keigo assisted you onto the horse, ensuring you were comfortable in the saddle. Soon, he mounted his own mare, a skilled rider at ease with his steed.
Natsuo walked over to you, his touch soft as he stroked your knee. "Be careful, Y/N. Stay close to him," he urged, casting a glance towards Keigo.
The hawk-eyed warrior, however, shook his head disapprovingly, silently expressing his disagreement with Natsuo's wry comment.
You nodded at Natsuo, promising to stay out of trouble.
Endeavorson acknowledged with a subtle nod and moved aside.
Hawks took the reins, urging his horse forward, and you followed closely behind.

The ride stretched across nearly two days, each passing hour marked by your repeated requests to halt. The biting cold gnawed at your bones, and bouts of dizziness swept over you, making it challenging to endure the relentless journey. The unforgiving weather seemed determined to test your resilience, forcing frequent pauses as you battled against the elements.
The landscape unfolded before you in a blur, a monotonous panorama of snow-covered terrain and desolate wilderness. The horses pressed on, their breath forming misty clouds in the frigid air. The repetitive rhythm of hooves against the frozen ground echoed the weariness that settled in your bones.
Each break served as a temporary respite from the relentless cold, a chance to regain your bearings before the journey resumed.
The trip passed mostly in silence, a thick tension hanging in the air. You found yourself at a loss for words, unsure of what to tell Hawks. There were things you assumed he knew, things you suspected he did, and the unspoken assumptions lingered between you like a heavy fog.
The rhythmic sound of the horses' hooves filled the air as Hawks finally mustered the courage to breach the unspoken divide. "How is it between you and earl Shoto?" he asked, his voice cutting through the chilly silence.
You glanced at him, the weight of the unspoken hanging in the air. "Complicated," you replied, choosing a word that barely scratched the surface of the intricate web of emotions.
Hawks raised an eyebrow, a mix of curiosity and concern in his gaze. "Complicated how?"
You scoffed at his question, a bitter laugh escaping your lips. "Are you seriously asking me how it is with him? You well know how. He's ruthless, and it doesn't change when we're alone. No, instead, he's even worse than when we're around people. I know he doesn't care about me. All he cares about is power and the fact I might be pregnant with his child. If it turns out it's Touya's, I'm sure he'll order his men to kill me and the child. So, nothing good is awaiting me," your voice carried a heavy burden of sorrow. "Even if the child is his, I'm sure he'll take the kid away from me and exile me," you added, resignation coating your words. "Either way, I'm fucked up, Takami."
He nodded thoughtfully, the lines on his face deepening. "I see."
The quiet lingered again, the horses' hooves maintaining a steady rhythm. The unspoken truths hovered in the air.
Hawks finally stopped his horse and dismounted.
Your horse halted as well, and Keigo, with a silent understanding, moved to assist you off its back.
Hawks pointed his chin north, indicating a small prominence in the distance. "It's there," he said, gesturing with a subtle nod. Without further words, he began walking in that direction, and you followed, the crunching of snow beneath your boots filling your ears.
Hawks stopped at the top of a small hill, near a cliff. "That's where he fell," he explained, his gaze fixed on the spot below.
You hesitated, feeling the strength drain from your knees as you slowly approached the edge. As you looked down, the world seemed to blur, and a wave of emotions crashed over you, a mix of fear and sorrow.
Hawks reacted swiftly, rushing to you with concern etched on his face. He wrapped his hands around your frame, providing support and shielding you from the potential of falling.
The warmth of his touch and the protective embrace offered a fleeting sense of security amid the storm of uncertainties that surrounded you.
“Y/N,” Hawks whispered quietly. “Do you want to sit down?”
You shook your head, hot tears streaming down your cheeks. "I can't, Keigo... How... how could that have happened?" you asked him, your voice choked with disbelief as you clutched his forearm. "He is... he was a great warrior..." Strong sobs shook your body, the weight of the loss pressing down on you like an unbearable burden.
As you shook your head, tears streaming down your cheeks, he felt the weight of your grief and the burden of his past deeds pressing on him. The realization of the consequences of his actions began to dawn on him, and he started to rethink the choices that led to this moment. A somber silence settled between you, echoing the heaviness of the loss and the reevaluation of past decisions in the cold air.
You slowly sank down to your knees, not minding the cold snow beneath you. Pressing your hands to your heart, you gasped for air, the freezing wind ruffling your Y/H/C hair. "I know I shouldn't be crying over a man who ripped me off my land, but I forgave him long ago, and I love him so dearly... I forever will," you whined, the weight of conflicting emotions pulling at your chest as grief and love intertwined in a tangled dance. "I just wish I could tell him how much he means to me... to us," you added, gently rubbing your baby bump. With an empty gaze, you looked into the white void surrounding you. "I don't exist without him. I don't want to live without him." The words carried a profound ache, echoing the depths of your love and the fear of a future without the one who had become an integral part of your existence.
"Y/N..." Hawks whispered, placing his reassuring hand to your shoulder. "We should go back."
You looked at Hawks, your eyes demanding answers. "What happened here, Keigo?" you asked directly, the urgency and concern evident in your tone. "I know... I just feel in my bones you're not honest with me."
Hawks hesitated, reluctance painted across his features. "It was nothing," he replied vaguely, avoiding direct eye contact.
"Nothing?" you scoffed, frustration lacing your words. "You can't just stand by and watch Shoto destroy your settlement. Are you blind, Hawks? Blind to the destruction he causes, the lives he ruins?" The disappointment in your voice was palpable. "I may not be one of you, I'm a foreigner, that's true, but even to me, Skjaldvargr became home, and it truly hurts to witness it sinking under the spearheading of Shoto. Keigo, we need to stop him," you dared to say through sobs, raising your head to look into the man's golden eyes.
You saw Keigo hesitating, and deep inside, you sensed that a part of him agreed with your words. However, he remained silent.
Lowering your head, hot tears gouged trails in your pale cheeks, falling to the frozen ground beneath you. "He's going to get rid of us all once he doesn't find a purpose for us anymore. Mark my words," you whispered, the weight of your foreboding sinking into the cold, silent air.
Keigo suddenly opened up, his usual guarded demeanor faltering for a moment. "Look, Y/N, it's not that I can't see the destruction. It's just... I'm bound by loyalty. Loyalty to Shoto, even to his father Endeavor, may Allfather let his soul rest. As a warrior, it's not easy to defy the orders of those you've sworn allegiance to. I've known Shoto for a long time, since he was a little child, and I watched him grow. He's a fierce leader, a warrior of unmatched skill. And I swear to my life that I'll protect him." He sighed, conflicted emotions evident in his eyes. "But I do see your point. I can't ignore the destruction, the pain he's causing. It's tearing me apart too."
You slowly got up, looking up at the warrior. "Keigo," you whispered, your voice filled with a newfound understanding. "At first, I thought you were just a dumb marionette in the hands of Shoto, and I hated you with every fiber of my being. But now, I understand. There's only one way you can be freed, and that's by defeating Shoto. Do you think that's what Endeavor would want for his people, for his home?"
Keigo lowered his head, a heavy sigh escaping him. "Y/N, I've questioned my loyalty before, but it's not that simple. Defeating Shoto would mean betraying everything I've known, the code I've lived by. It's not just about me; it's about the years of service, the bonds forged in battles. But," he hesitated, glancing at you, "I can't ignore the destruction he's causing."
You looked up at him with sparks of hope in your eyes. "We need to do something. I don't ask you to stab him in the back. All I ask of you is not to stand in my way when I finally get a plan."
Keigo shook his head, and after a heavy sigh, and a moment of silence, he nodded, a subtle agreement to support your efforts.
You rubbed his shoulder gently. "Thank you for showing your true self, Takami," you expressed, a subtle gratitude in your touch. Glancing back above your shoulder, you shivered, not only from the overwhelming cold but also from the uneasy feeling building within your gut. "Let's get back home, shall we?"
Keigo nodded, and you both slowly descended the little hill.
However, you suddenly stopped. "Can you wait by the horses? I want to make a prayer," you asked, looking at him earnestly.
He agreed with a solemn nod, giving you the space you needed for your moment of reflection.
You found yourself in a white void, tiny snowflakes swirling in the cold breeze all around you. As you began to pray, your words were carried away by the frigid wind. "Oh, Allfather, hear my plea," you whispered, your voice merging with the stillness of the snowy expanse. "Grant my beloved Touya the rest among his ancestors in Valhalla. May he find solace and honor in the halls of the fallen warriors. Allfather," you continued, the words escaping your lips in the icy stillness, "grant Touya and Endeavor a reunion among the hallowed halls of your kingdom. Let them feast among the brave warriors, reunited in the afterlife. May their spirits know peace and camaraderie beyond the troubles of this world. I beseech you, Allfather, heed this prayer and let their souls find solace, together."
Your gaze shifted to the heavens. "Freya, goddess of love and guidance, lend me your strength. Guide me through the tumultuous path ahead. Even though I used to be a Christian, I am willing to pay with my life if needed. I believe in the power of your wisdom and protection. Help me, guide me, as I navigate the challenges that lay ahead. In your names, I find strength and solace."
With that, you let the silent void envelop you once more, the cold winds carrying your earnest plea into the vast expanse of the unknown.
Keigo waited for you and walked you back to the horses. With a gentle assist, he helped you mount Dabi's stallion, and soon, the rhythmic beat of hooves echoed as you headed back home.

The wind howled through the icy landscape, biting into the skin of Bakugo and Kirishima as they sat outside their hut.
Suddenly Bakugo scoffed loudly, his eyes fixed on a figure limping through the dirt path towards the longhouse of earl Toshinorison.
The man, using wooden crutches, struggled with each step, pain etched across his scarred face.
Bakugo's disdain was evident in his voice. "Tsk! Look at that cripple! He's not even able to walk without wincing like a pathetic bitch."
Kirishima shot his friend a sharp look and retaliated by throwing a tiny rock in his direction. "Quit it, Bakugo. He's not a cripple, and stop calling him names. He's Endeavorson, one of the best warriors of our times. That's not manly, calling someone names just because they're facing a tough time. It's only been three months since we found him, and he's already escaped death, man. Give him time," Kirishima huffed, turning his attention back to polishing his battle axe.
Bakugo rolled his eyes, a smirk playing on his lips. "Did you fall in love with him, huh, shitty hair?"
Kirishima shot him another glare. "Quit it, I said."
"Or what, idiot?!" Bakugo raised his voice, challenging his friend.
Kirishima rose from his spot, attaching his axe to his thick, leather belt. "Or I won't let you sleep near the fireplace tonight, man."
"Oi! Don't get offended at me just because of some stranger, Kirishima!" Bakugo retorted, but the red-haired man paid him no mind. Determination gleamed in Kirishima's eyes as he made his way towards the man walking with crutches.
"Hey," Kirishima called out, his voice cutting through the icy air. "How are you feeling, Endeavorson?" There was a genuine concern in his eyes, a stark contrast to the disdain Bakugo had shown earlier. Kirishima's approach was both unexpected and kind, catching Touya off guard.
Touya, unused to such warmth, stopped in his tracks, wooden crutches supporting his weakened frame. He looked at the red haired, tall man, surprise mingled with a hint of suspicion in his eyes. "I... I'm fine," he mumbled, unsure of how to respond to someone who wasn't avoiding him or hurling insults.
Kirishima didn't seem deterred by Touya's guarded response. Instead, he persisted, "No need to act tough. We," he pointed his head to the blonde haired man sitting near a little hut, "found you under those snowy cliffs, barely hanging on. Must've been a tough journey, huh? How's the healing going? You're not pushing yourself too hard, are you?"
Touya blinked, the concern in Kirishima's words sinking in. A small, appreciative smile tugged at the corners of his lips as he replied, "It's been... challenging. But I appreciate your concern. Not many here bother to ask how I'm doing, but I understand. They're afraid of me."
Kirishima nodded, a determined glint in his eyes. "Well, we're not all heartless. If you need anything, don't hesitate to ask," he smiled. "So were you able to remind yourself what happened on that cliff, man?"
Touya's gaze flickered with a mix of gratitude and hesitation as he continued to walk, Kirishima keeping pace beside him. The snowy landscape seemed to stretch endlessly, mirroring the uncertainties that clouded Touya's memory. "I... I've been trying," Touya confessed, his voice carrying the weight of the struggle. "But it's all foggy, like trying to grasp onto a dream slipping through your fingers, you know? I remember the biting cold, the shadows, and then... nothing. It's frustrating."
Kirishima nodded understandingly, his rugged features softened with empathy. "Must've been a hell of an ordeal. But you made it out alive, and that counts for something, right?"
Touya offered a faint smile, appreciating Kirishima's attempt to find a silver lining. "Yeah, it does. I'm grateful for the second chance, even if the details are elusive. Maybe with time, the memories will piece themselves together."
Touya's gaze lingered on the vast, snowy expanse, contemplating the unknown that lay ahead.
Kirishima, sensing Touya's internal struggle, placed a reassuring hand on his shoulder. "We're here for you, Endeavorson. Whatever you're going through, you don't have to face it alone," Kirishima spoke with sincerity. "I most likely won't understand fully what you're going through, but you have a friend in me."
Touya nodded appreciatively, grateful for the unexpected ally by his side.
The path to the longhouse was accompanied by a comfortable silence, broken only by the crunch of their footsteps on the dirt path.
Kirishima decided to broach a topic he had heard from Earl Yagi. "Hey, Touya," Kirishima began, a curious glint in his eyes. "I heard from earl Yagi that you were eager to depart as soon as you woke up. What's the rush?"
Touya's gaze shifted, his expression momentarily distant as he recalled the urgency that had fueled his desire to leave. "Yeah," he admitted, a hint of vulnerability in his tone. "My family... they must've thought I died. I just wanted to see them again, let them know I'm alive."
Kirishima's grin widened, sensing there might be more to the story. "Is it just about family, or is there a special someone waiting for you, too?"
Touya's cheeks tinged with a subtle blush, and he averted his gaze. "Well, there is someone. I want to see her again."
Kirishima chuckled heartily, clapping Touya on the back. "Ah, love! Now it makes sense. A man's got priorities, that's so manly! You're not alone in wanting to reunite with your loved one. We all have something or someone worth fighting for."
Touya's embarrassment transformed into a bashful smile, appreciating Kirishima's understanding.
The imposing structure of the Great Hall loomed ahead, its massive doors beckoning them forward. Kirishima came to a stop, turning to face Touya with a determined expression. "Just so you know," Kirishima began, his voice carrying a tone of sincerity, "I and my best friend Bakugo, that forever-offended blonde you saw earlier, were assigned to help you regain your prowess in fighting once your legs work well again. And just don't mind Bakugo, he has an awful personality, but he's a great and skilled warrior."
Touya nodded appreciatively, grateful for the information and the support he was receiving in this unfamiliar place. "Thank you, Kirishima. I appreciate the help."
As they approached the heavy doors of the Great Hall, Kirishima stepped forward, taking the initiative to open them for Touya. The creaking hinges echoed through the hall as the doors swung open, revealing the grandeur within.
"Go ahead," Kirishima gestured, a courteous smile on his face. "Take your time. And you can call me Eijiro or Red Riot, whatever suits you better."
Touya nodded again, his gratitude evident in his turquoise eyes. He slowly made his way inside, the warmth of the hall a stark contrast to the cold exterior.
Kirishima remained at the entrance, waiting patiently until Touya had safely entered the hall. "Good luck in there," Kirishima offered a parting wish, his voice filled with genuine encouragement. "And if you need anything, don't hesitate to ask. We're here for you."
With that, Kirishima bid farewell to Touya and turned to go about his duties, leaving the Great Hall behind him.
The heavy doors closed with a resounding thud, enveloping Touya in the welcoming embrace of the earl's domain.
Earl Toshinorison, immersed in the weight of his responsibilities, looked up from the documents as he noticed Touya entering the room. A warm smile played on his lips, and he beckoned for Touya to join him. "Oh, Touya, come here, come here," earl Yagi greeted, his voice carrying a sense of camaraderie.
Touya, despite the lingering pain in his legs, slowly made his way to a long table and took a seat on a wooden chair with a heavy sigh. "Any news from the envoy, my lord?" Touya inquired, his tone laced with concern. "Forgive me for asking about this repeatedly, but it's already been several days, and we haven't heard from them yet."
Earl Yagi placed a paper on the table and set the metal stylus aside, giving Endeavorson a knowing glance. "You're impatient, son. I'm sure we'll hear from them soon. Don't forget your settlement is nearly four days away from here," he reminded, attempting to assuage Touya's worries.
Despite the reassurance, an unfamiliar, unpleasant feeling lingered within Touya whenever he thought about his home. He hoped for the well-being of everyone there, especially Shoto, praying that he had managed to escape the looming threat they apparently faced together. And then there was you, his beloved woman, whose name rolled off Touya's lips every relentless night.
Touya nodded in acknowledgment of earl Yagi's words, yet the unease persisted. The distant wait for news from his homeland weighed heavily on him, and the yearning for assurance about the safety and happiness of those he left behind lingered like a shadow in the depths of his thoughts.

Shortly after returning from your journey with Hawks, you began feeling unwell.
A day later, Shoto returned from his own trip, only to find you in considerable pain, experiencing contractions.
The burden of sorrow and sadness weighed heavily on you, prompting an untimely and challenging childbirth.
You lay on the bed in earl Shoto's room, the sheets already stained with your blood and tears. The midwives bustled around you, their faces etched with concern. The pain was unbearable, like a thousand knives stabbing you with each contraction. You screamed, the sound echoing through the room.
Shoto paced back and forth near the bed, his face contorted with worry. "Help her!" he screamed at the thralls, his voice filled with pure rage. "Help her or I'll hang you by the dawn!"
They scurried to your side, wiping your forehead with a damp cloth. The pain was indescribable, a searing, burning sensation that threatened to consume you.
Shoto's face was pale as he watched the scene unfold. He glanced between your legs, his eyes widening at the sight of blood and gore.
Shoto's eyes darted away, an involuntary reaction to a scene that was unbearable even for someone who had witnessed his fair share of hardships. The weight of the sights he had seen in the past seemed to pale in comparison to what lay before him now. "Do something! She's in pain!" he roared.
"Push, my lady," one of the midwives urged, her voice gentle but firm. "You need to push!"
You bore down, your body shaking with the effort. You could feel the baby's head crowning, the sensation both terrifying and exhilarating. You gritted your teeth and pushed. You had never felt pain like this before, but you knew it would all be worth it in the end. "I... Can't..." you whimpered, your head rolling back to the pillows.
"Again, push now," the midwife said, her voice soothing. "You're doing great, my lady. Just a little bit more, and the baby will be here, my lady."
You pushed once more, using all of your strength, feeling the baby slip from your body, and you screamed in pain again.
The midwives rushed to clean the baby, their faces alight with joy. "It's a boy," one of them said, and you felt a surge of love and happiness as the first tears rolled down your flushed cheeks.
But your pain was far from over. The afterbirth needed to be delivered, and the contractions continued to rack your body. You screamed, the sound primal and raw.
Shoto's face was a mask of worry, but he remained silent, knowing that there was nothing he could do to ease your pain.
The midwives worked quickly, delivering the afterbirth and cleaning you up. The pain slowly began to subside, leaving you exhausted but relieved.
Shoto approached the midwife who was holding the newborn. After the baby was cleaned, it was passed to the young earl. He scoffed loudly, growing angry upon seeing a white down on the little boy's head and the pair of perfectly turquoise eyes slowly opening from time to time. "Fuck," Shoto growled with anger.
You begged the midwife to pass you the baby, and she took the baby from Shoto after he passed it with anger.
The baby was placed to your chest, and you slowly stroked the little head. It was Touya's child. Shoto's anger was now painfully clear.
You hesitated to meet Shoto's gaze, apprehensive of the storm brewing within him. His face was etched with pure rage, and for a moment, you feared his reaction.
Shoto, after a moment of tense silence, finally spoke, his voice cold and measured. "I should expect you to bear my deceased brother's child," he stated, his eyes locked onto yours. “Pathetic whore.”
As you glanced at him with a mix of fear and uncertainty, Shoto's expression softened slightly, yet you noticed a twisted grimace curling his lips. "However," he continued, "I'll raise this boy as my own son. Once you recover from childbirth, we'll lay together again. And again. And again. I'll ensure you give me my own heir."
You trembled at Shoto's words, the mere thought of having to lay with him again sending a cold shiver down your spine. The weight of his expectations, the complex emotions surrounding the situation, and the uncertainty of your future left you paralyzed.
Before you could manage a reply, Shoto simply left the room, leaving behind a lingering coldness in his wake. His parting words, a sharp and indifferent command to his thralls, hung in the air. "Clean that fucking mess."
You looked down at the crying baby nestled in your arms, his tiny features a poignant reminder of the complex emotions swirling within you. Gently, you pressed a tender kiss on the tiny forehead, feeling the warmth of your affection seep into the fragile being. "My little boy. My beautiful boy," you whispered, your voice a mixture of love, gratitude, and a tinge of sorrow. The tear that rolled down your cheek bore witness to the intricate tapestry of emotions woven into this moment.
With a heartfelt sincerity, you turned your gaze skyward and silently thanked Freya, the goddess who had guided you through this tumultuous journey. Gratitude filled your heart for the gift of Touya's son, a precious life that now depended on your love and care.
In the quiet moments that followed, the room seemed to echo with the soft cries of the newborn, a testament to the fragility and resilience of life. As you cradled the baby close, you vowed to navigate the challenges ahead with the same strength and determination that had brought you to this moment. And in the stillness of the room, you found solace in the love that already bloomed between you and the tiny soul entrusted to your care.
Meanwhile, Shoto sat heavily on the throne in the grand throne chamber, the weight of recent events evident in the furrowed lines on his forehead. The air in the room seemed thick with tension as he grappled with the tumultuous emotions swirling within.
Hawks, having learned from the guards that the child had been born, stepped into the chamber cautiously. "My lord?" he inquired, bowing respectfully to Shoto.
The red-and-white-haired earl glanced at his most trusted warrior, his expression a mix of frustration and agitation. "It's his," Shoto snarled, the words escaping his lips with a venomous edge. "He won't stop hounding me, even from the afterlife."
Hawks, recognizing the gravity of Shoto's words, remained silent for a moment, his keen eyes studying the earl's troubled demeanor.
"Is that Odin trying to punish me for my deeds? Apparently, the past never dies," Shoto's voice cut through the somber air, a question directed more to the invisible forces than to anyone present in the room. His mismatched eyes remained fixed on some distant point, as if seeking answers in the unseen. "All I ever wanted was to make Skjaldvargr strong like never before, so everyone would fear us," Shoto continued, his voice carrying a mix of determination and introspection.
As the room absorbed his words, Shoto's thoughts seemed to wander into the realm of self-doubt. "Maybe I made a mistake letting Touya die? Killing my father?" he whispered, the words almost lost in the echoes of his inner turmoil. A moment later, he shook his head, as if attempting to dispel the doubts that threatened to take root. "No. All these decisions were good."
Before the heavy silence could stretch further, a guard interrupted, stepping into the room with news. "My lord, an envoy from Hvinverjadalr pleads to see you."
Shoto's frown deepened, exchanging glances with Hawks, who maintained his silent vigil. With a reluctant nod, the earl acknowledged the envoy's request, setting aside the internal struggle for the time being to face the external challenges that awaited him in the form of the visiting envoy.
The guards led the older man into the throne chamber, where he was forced to kneel before Shoto, the earl of Skjaldvargr. Shoto, in a gesture of casual indifference, rested his chin on his hand, which was propped against an armrest of his bespangled throne, his mismatched eyes keenly observing the envoy.
The older man bowed respectfully and identified himself as an envoy from Hvinverjadalr, bearing a message from Earl Toshinorison.
Shoto's expression tightened slightly at the mention of the earl's name. All Might, known by that call sign, was a formidable adversary of Shoto's deceased father, Endeavor.
"What message are you bringing to us?" Shoto inquired, his tone measured and unwavering.
The envoy bowed once more before revealing the content of the message. "Our earl wants to let you know your brother, Touya Endeavorson, is well and alive in our settlement."
Shoto's eyes widened slowly, the weight of the revelation sinking in. The news was like a sudden gust of wind, sweeping away the hopes of his carefully crafted plans to turn true. A mix of disbelief and hope flickered in Shoto's mismatched eyes, and for a moment, the throne chamber seemed suspended in a profound silence as the implications of this unexpected revelation unfolded. “Is that so?” he ground his question out.
The envoy nodded his head, offering an explanation for the delayed revelation. "We didn't let you know earlier, my lord, as Touya was in a very serious health condition. Thankfully, Allfather helped him to survive and slowly regain his health."
Shoto's gaze shifted to Hawks, the unspoken understanding between them echoing in the charged silence.
Hawks felt his heart quicken within his chest, a mix of surprise and worry coursing through his veins. The news, while unexpected, carried a glimmer of hope, a flicker of a possibility Hawks hadn't dared to entertain until now. Perhaps Y/N words were prophetic?
Shoto's features remained composed, but the intensity in his mismatched eyes betrayed the emotions churning beneath the surface.
Shoto, with practiced ease, managed to summon a smile that did not reach his mismatched eyes. "Thank you for the news," he said, his tone wryly polite. The revelation about Touya's survival had stirred a tempest of conflicting emotions within him, and Shoto struggled to conceal the storm behind a veneer of civility. He leaned back into his throne, feigning casual interest. "Did my brother share any details about what happened?" Shoto inquired, a facade of genuine concern in his voice.
The envoy shook his head, "No, my lord. Touya doesn't remember much."
Shoto's grin, though slight, carried a complexity of emotions. It was a bittersweet acknowledgment, for while Touya's survival brought threat to all of Shoto's plans, the memory loss shielded him from the painful truth of Shoto's involvement in the events that had transpired.
"And for that wonderful news, you deserve a reward," Shoto declared, a saccharine smile playing on his lips. His gaze shifted to a guard, and with a small nod, the envoy's fate was sealed.
In a swift, merciless motion, the guard slit the envoy's throat, and the dying man was unceremoniously pushed onto the stone floor. The chamber echoed with the grotesque sounds of a life seeping away.
Shoto nodded at his guards, his demeanor betraying little emotion. "Clean the mess and dispose of the body," he ordered, rising from the throne.
Hawks approached the earl, his eyes reflecting a mixture of curiosity and concern. "What are you planning to do now, my lord?" he inquired, his tone laced with a sense of anticipation.
Shoto regarded him with a pointed look, his expression unyielding. "We are preparing for war," he declared, his voice carrying a resolute edge. "I won't allow our people to rally behind Touya. The truth of his survival will inevitably surface, that much is certain. So, we'll take the initiative. We'll inform them that my eldest brother, dear as he may be, has chosen to form an alliance with our notorious adversary, Toshinorison. It will serve as a perfect pretext to launch an attack on Hvinverjadalr, and sever the head of my beloved brother for his betrayal."

Todoroki boys x Cow Hybrid Reader
Hybrid AU
In this AU, Enji wasn’t an abusive father, instead of being a hero in this world, Enji is the proud owner of Endeavor Farms. His farm is home to Hybrids that he breeds and sells. He’s trained each of his sons on how to handle the hybrids and how to care for them. The farm sells milk, wool, produce, etc. Enji had heard of a mistreated and very skittish cow hybrid that was rescued from an underground hybrid ring. These rings are notorious for either being a sex ring that makes money off of people’s kinks or fetishes using hybrids or for being fighting rings where hybrids are made to fight each other and people bet on them. Enji decided that this would be a perfect first hybrid for his sons to experience. So he brought the hybrid to his farm and put them in the barn in their own stall.
Enji:
Despite his intimidating demeanor and appearance he’s actually very kind and gentle with his hybrids and animals
He treats them all nicely since happy animals means better produce
He’s tall and muscular so you thought he was some kind of hybrid, especially since he smelled like them but since it was nighttime when you arrived at his farm, you couldn’t tell
He checked your hooves and made sure to trim them since he has the most experience with it
Surprisingly he’s one of the first people you were comfortable around
He prefers the machines since it’s a faster milking process but he’s not opposed to milking by hand
Touya/Dabi:
He teases you
He was the last person who you let milk you
You learned to trust him when he saved you from coyotes one night. They had somehow gotten past the dogs that protected the farm and were about to attack you when Touya got in between you and them. Seeing him get bit by them, you charged the coyotes and drove them away
You both were bitten and had several scratches but you didn’t care, you wanted to make sure Touya was safe
Touya doesn’t have a preference but does enjoy the noises you make when the machine milks you
Natsuo:
Natsuo had gone to medical school to learn how to treat hybrids and became a licensed doctor for hybrids
He gives check ups on all the hybrids and animals
He gave you a check up when you got to the farm, making sure you were healthy and that you didn’t have any underlying health issues or conditions
He was the third person you trusted
He’s very gentle and is kind of a clown
He’s constantly making jokes since that’s how he learned to help his patients nervousness
He’s pretty funny
He doesn’t have a preference when it comes to milking by hand or using the machine, whichever one you’re more comfortable with is what he uses
Shoto:
He was the second person you were comfortable around
Since he’s still rather young, you tend to view him more as a child or a smaller animal
His aloof personality is what makes you feel safe around him
He was the first person who was able to milk you since you’re a dairy cow
He often takes walks around the farm with you
He sometimes takes naps in the barn with the animals. Since you’re more comfortable around animals than humans, you stuck with the cows on the farm. When you saw how comfortable they were with him and how they trusted him, you decided he was trustworthy too
He spoils you the most, he gives you treats more often than anyone else
He prefers to milk you by hand instead of using the machines

todoroki shoto x fem!reader.
genre: just tooth rotting fluff!
warnings: bad english/grammar :p
words: 2,3k
_
shoto was new to all of this.
pain and sadness was all he knew while growing up, he absolutely despised his father, he even hated calling him that. his mother also hated him, well that’s what shoto believed, seeing his two siblings was the only good part of going home for the young boy.
shoto didn’t have any friends while growing up, his father thought it was a waste of time and strong heroes didn’t need friends. he put that thought into his youngest’s head, making him believe that he was unworthy of love and friendship. so when shoto joined ua, and met everyone, met you. his view on life took a drastic turn.
his first awakening was during the sports’ championship, you had cornered him after his fight with midoriya, resulting in the green haired boy to loose and spend the next few hours at recovery girl. he was surprised to see you, he didn’t expect you to come find him. he had to admit that you surprised him during the championship, he never deemed you weak but he wasn’t expecting you to go that far, respectfully though. you sadly lost to bakugo and his bad temper, but you earned everyone’s respect during that hectic fight.
"you’re holding back." you stated, bandaged arms crossed on your chest, you also had a bandage wrapped around your head and shoto wondered if you didn’t leave the infirmary too early. your statement took him aback, he frowned and glared at you. "mind your business." he started to walk away from you, slightly bumping your shoulder with his. you grabbed his bicep, making him look at you with widened eyes. "it’s your quirk, todoroki, not his. bakugo won’t be happy if he sees you holding back." you quickly let go of his arm, almost running away from him, you couldn’t believe you spoke like that to endeavor’s son.
but your words kept ringing into shoto’s mind. all his life, he addressed his fire quirk as his father’s quirk and his ice quirk as his mother quirk. he never addressed it as his, he never even thought about it belonging to him. his father had engraved into his mind that shoto and his abilities belonged to him. but you were right, this quirk might be a curse to shoto, but at least it belonged to him and only him. after that day, shoto kept looking at you in class, watching you from afar when you were having lunch with your friends and wondering why your words were still haunting him. why did he listen to you of all people? why you?
"hey todoroki! wanna go to the mall with us, after school?" you offered to the young boy. he looked up from his book, slightly surprised that you thought of him. "ugh? hell no! i don’t want icy hot to come with us!" bakugo screamed from his seat, his hands glowing with small sparkles. you rolled your eyes and used your air controlling quirk to make bakugo spin in the air, a funny sight, really. "well, i want him to come, so deal with it bakago!" shoto didn’t know why he felt something strange tug in his stomach when you said that. he looked at you for a minute before nodding, if you wanted him to come then he’ll come.
hanging out with his classmates wasn’t too bad actually, aside from bakugo’s getting them kicked out of a shop and kaminari attempts at flirting with some girls, shoto had a great time. at first, he stayed behind, silently walking and observing his surroundings, but his eyes kept coming back to you. you were talking with mina and jiro, throwing your head back as you laughed loudly, making the weird sensation in shoto’s stomach reappear. when you noticed that shoto was walking alone, you felt bad, you wanted him to feel included and you hated the fact that some classmates didn’t like shoto because of his closed off behaviour. you left your friends to hang out with shoto, hands behind your back.
you did most of the talking and shoto listening to every single word that left your mouth with attention. you made sure to avoid anything to do with his father or even the championship. you learned a lot about shoto, and he learned a lot about himself too. he liked soba, cats, going to the library, watching tv and late night walks. when everyone had to go their own separate ways, shoto grabbed your hand, making you blush, when he saw the red tinting your cheeks he frowned. "are you okay? why is your face so red? are you sick?" he put his hand on your forehead but your temperature was normal. "o-oh, uh… i’m just hot! it’s getting hot here, ehe…" you stuttered, mentally slapping you but also grateful that everyone had left and no one could see you embarrass yourself in front of shoto. "oh." he simply said, before holding a hand next to your face and activating his ice quirk, making the air cooler for you. "are you feeling better?" you could only nod, still shocked at his sudden action. "i wanted to thank you for inviting me today, it was… fun." he looked down, slightly embarrassed. but you could only think about how gorgeous he looked, with the sunset glowing behind him.
after that, you and shoto kept being paired up together, for a school project, during practice, even during the internship you crossed path with him. you got scouted by gang orca and you were going home when you saw mirodiya, iida and shoto being attacked by the infamous slain. of course, you immediately went to help them, flying in the air while you sneaked an attack towards the villain, slamming him against the wall, full force. "y/n-kun!" midoriya yelled, happy to see you but also very worried that another of his friend could get hurt. you landed next to the group. shoto didn’t say anything but his mind was going crazy, you shouldn’t be there, you should be at home or with gang orca. you should be safe. shoto couldn’t risk anything happening to you, he wouldn’t allow it. his eyes were focused on slain, but he couldn’t help the small glances he threw your direction, just to make sure you were fine. everyone ended up being okay, except a few scratches you got on your face. shoto wasn’t even paying attention to what his father was saying, he simply walked away, towards you. "are you okay?" he gently asked, eyes full of concern. you smiled at him and nodded, you were getting your face wounds treated. "of course! stop worrying for me." you slightly pushed his shoulder. but he couldn’t get rid of that damn feeling in his stomach, what if something had happened to you?
since getting close to you, shoto had felt a ton of new emotions that he couldn’t name. when you were next to him he felt hot but cold at the same time, he couldn’t think straight, his hands were sweating, he was stuttering when you were looking at him with your big doe eyes. shoto was lost to say the least. "fuyumi, i think i’m dying." he blurted out to his sister, while she was making dinner. the poor woman almost cut her own finger at her brother’s statement. "w-what?" the todoroki siblings sat down, fuyumi eager to know what was going on. she was also surprised to see shoto open to talk to her about himself, that never happened before he joined ua. "there is this girl in my class, her name is y/n." the blush of his cheeks when he said her name made fuyumi chuckle slightly. "i don’t know what’s wrong with me but whenever we talk or she’s around i feel something weird in my stomach, and to the contrary when she’s not around or talking to someone else i feel almost… sad? or angry when she’s talking with another boy." he said, his face and voice empty of any emotion. fuyumi was stunned to say the least, out of everyone in this house, shoto wasn’t the one she expected to fall in love. "shoto, she grabbed his face with her two hands, making the boy frown. you are in love."
in love. you are in love. these words kept ringing in his ears, haunting him when he closed his eyes to sleep. he heard them when he looked at you, in class. he couldn’t shake them away, he kept thinking about what his sister had said. shoto didn’t know anything about love in general, the only type of love he ever received were from his siblings and maybe his mother when he was still a baby. shoto never loved anyone because he didn’t know what it felt to be loved by someone. fuyumi made him watch a ton of romcom that night, so he could understand better. she felt bad for her little brother, she wanted him to be happy and understand that loving someone wasn’t a curse, it wasn’t something bad, it was something beautiful and pure.
"shoto! truth or dare?" mina asked, a huge smirk on her lips. the whole class stayed late at night at the dorms to play some fun games and spend more time together. they had gone through some pretty fucked up things since the attack at the training camp and bakugo’s kidnapping. "truth." he crossed his arms on his chest, drinking his cup of water. "do you have a crush on anyone here?" the poor boy almost died from choking on his water. "w-what?" he asked, looking at mina with pleading eyes, anything but this question. but mina saw right through his act and repeated the question. "um… shoto looked up at you, you looked like you were dreading this question and you were, what if your feelings were one sided? what if mina was wrong and shoto didn’t like you back? "i do." he mumbled but mina heard him, she jumped from her seat and winked at you. "i knew it! who is it?" shoto shoved her away from him and lowered his head. "one question at the time, ashido."
shoto made a ton of research on love and confessing, he looked it up on the internet, read blogs, listened to some podcasts and even watched a few romcoms, fuyumi had requested him. and it all came to one conclusion: he had to confess to you. but he didn’t know how! he still didn’t understand why he was feeling like that and saying it out loud was still hard so confessing to you? impossible. but shoto had to do with, he wanted you to know and he wanted to know if it was one sided or not. he wouldn’t be mad at you if it was, after all, he had nothing for himself except childhood trauma and issues. "ashido, where is y/n?" he asked the pink girl, she blinked at him and immediately jumped out of her seat. "oh my god! i knew you liked her!" she jumped at his neck and hugged him tightly, making shoto panic slightly as he wasn’t used to pda. "sorry~ mina had noticed shoto tensing at her touch, and backed away. "anyways! she’s outside with jiro and momo, who knew you were that much of a romantic!" she beamed and shoto couldn’t be more lost. "what do you mean?" mina couldn’t believe this guy. "today is white day! boys are the one to confess to their crushes with flowers, chocolates, anything! what did you get for y/n?" shoto’s eyes couldn’t be more wide at mina’s words. he didn’t know today was white day.
you were having lunch with jiro and momo on the school’s little park. it wasn’t too crowded with students which you enjoyed. "seriously yaomomo, how many confessions have you received?" jiro rolled her eyes at her friend’s huge pack of letters, chocolates and flowers. "tons. i don’t even know how i am supposed to get these home." she blushed, which made you laugh. "don’t laugh, y/n! you got a lot too!" she added, pointing at your bag full of letters. you sighed while looking at them, you may have received a lot of letters, none of them were from the boy you loved. "oh, todoroki?" jiro looked behind y/n, making you turn to see. and there he was, shoto was sweating and panting as he was holding something behind his back. you stood up, concerned for him. "shoto? are you-…" he cut you off, handing you a bunch of flowers, who seemed to have been picked out from the school’s garden. "for you." his cheeks were flushed and he couldn’t look at you. "i like you, y/n. a lot, but i forgot today was white day so if you consider that i am not worthy of your love, i understand. you deserve someone who won’t forget such an important date." he finally looked at your eyes and you swore your heart would stop beating. you grabbed his flowers, tears starting to burn your eyes as you smiled. "idiot." you mumbled, before jumping in his arms while jiro and momo clapped and cheered for the love birds.
shoto was grateful for a lot of things in his life, he was grateful for his professors, who helped him improve and learn more about his quirk. he was grateful for his friends who made him understand that friendship wasn’t useless and was one of the most beautiful thing to experience. he was grateful for his siblings who always stood by his side. and he was grateful to you, for saving him.
he wanted the world to know that there was a woman named y/n l/n, who saved him by making him realise that he was worthy of love.

Dabi was… different.
You’d given up what little hope you’d had of Touya still being there, but you didn’t expect there to be such a vast change in his personality.
How could someone who was once so obsessed with the idea of being a hero, of overtaking All Might, become this horrible? And really, there was no other way to describe him but horrible.
From the very first day that you’d been there, he’d done his utmost to isolate you from the other members of his group, whisking you away if they ever got too comfortable around you.
To their credit, none of them had laid a finger on you, though they hadn’t said anything when they saw the freshly burnt handprint on your shoulder either. It felt like a branding mark, a sign of ownership.
You remained wary of them, forever on edge. It became exhausting after a while – never breathing too loudly when one of them was near, hardly eating or sleeping. It got to the point where you nearly passed out from sheer exhaustion.
If he cared, Dabi never said anything.
The isolation was probably what got to you the most. The fear, the anger, the exhaustion – none of it felt as torturous as the loneliness. You weren’t allowed to talk to anyone but the leader, Shigaraki, and Dabi. Who’d decided that, you weren’t sure, but it ate away at your psyche day-by-day until almost nothing remained.
Most days, the only interaction you got was someone bringing your food to you. It was usually the man in the mask who had taken you – Mr Compress, or, you’d learned his name was, though sometimes it would be others in the group.
It was awful. They’d open your door and set a tray of food on the desk next to your bed.
They wouldn’t look at you.
They wouldn’t talk to you.
Nothing.
And you tried. You tried so hard to hold a conversation, to get them to say something, to look at you, but still, nothing.
Shigaraki’s visits were few and far between. Most days he came to see you, it would be to accompany the doctor he brought with him.
You didn’t like that man. He was cold and harsh, and he left bruises that would take weeks to fade away. He’d take samples of your blood too, poking you harshly with the needle if you squirmed too much.
Shigaraki said nothing. He only stood in the corner, silently staring at you.
It was the same when he came to see you alone. He’d come in quietly, sit down by your desk and stare at you for hours.
Sometimes he would speak, but those days were rare.
He’d ask you about your life before they’d taken you, before you’d gotten your quirk.
Originally, you had ignored him, but after weeks of isolation, you’d told him what he wanted to know. He smiled that day. It hurt.
Dabi’s visits were even rarer.
You thought you might dread his visits more than you did being alone.
He told you stories. Stories about his life – both while he’d been living with you, and after. You weren’t sure which you hated more.
While you’d understood how horrible your father was, to hear it first-hand, to hear from Touya himself what he’d gone through… it was almost more than you could handle.
Though right now, you’d take your father and his anger and violence. If you had a choice, you’d choose him over Dabi in an instant.
How pathetic – that you’d choose a monster like your father over your own brother, one who you’d looked up to, one who you’d mourned.
But that sort of thought had become surprisingly common. You’d been missing your family – Shouto, Fuyumi, Natsuo, even your father. Though you couldn’t bring yourself to miss your mother, and you were sure the feeling was mutual.
You tried as best you could, but nothing could stop your gradual descent into despair. You were so lonely, so scared that they’d decide you’d outlived your usefulness.
It was a shame that you were nothing like your family – you lacked Touya’s resolve, Shouto’s strength, even your father’s tenacity and anger. That would surely have helped you, but you were weak.
You were weak and scared, and even gaining a quirk had done nothing to change that.
****
If you had one complaint about how your days went, it had to be about the food they gave you.
It was plain, bland. Not to mention, you received the same thing every single day.
Plain oatmeal for breakfast, plain, dry bread for lunch, and plain, flavourless ramen noodles for dinner. If you were lucky, they’d occasionally throw in a bruised, overripe fruit, or give you of the takeout they’d had for dinner.
You’d gotten to the point of having to choke it down, trying not to gag whenever you saw the same food day after day. You wouldn’t call yourself ungrateful, but it was pretty obvious that no one knew how to cook. After the first two weeks, you’d liken the experience to eating cardboard, taking hours to pick at the plain, odourless lump on your plate before giving up.
That’s how Dabi found you thirty minutes after Mr Compress had bought you your dinner - picking at your plate with half-hearted interest, doing nothing more than moving the now solid pile of ramen from one side to the other.
He shoulders the door open without knocking, kicking it shut behind him with no regard for the slamming that rings out in the corridor beyond. Members of the League knew not to bother him when he was with you - everyone except Shigaraki.
A brown paper bag is chucked your way as he slinks over, slumping down in the chair next to your bed.
The sigh he lets out is one of exhaustion, and if you actually cared about him, you might’ve shown some concern for the weariness in his eyes and the weight on his slumped shoulders. But you don’t.
Instead, you stare down at the paper bag next to you.
“Well?” he asks when you make no move to touch it. “Aren’t ya gonna open it?”
You shrug, still staring.
“That depends.”
He huffs. “On what?”
“If I open it, do I get to leave this room?”
He lets out a frustrated groan, head leaning against the wall as he rubs his hands over his face.
“Fucking hell,” he mutters. “This again?”
After about the first month and a half of being cooped up in the room they’d shoved you in, you’d decided enough was enough. Seeing the same four walls all day, every day, was driving you insane. So you’d begun asking Dabi if you could be let out, even for a short ten minutes, just to walk around the base, to the end of the hall - anything.
Unsurprisingly, your request had been denied.
So you’d asked again. And again. And again.
It had become routine at this point, and though he had yet to agree, you felt as though you were slowly wearing him down.
Asking Shigaraki didn’t have the same effect. He’d fix you with this eerie, wide-eyed look, sitting in silence until you looked away or changed the topic.
So you stuck with asking Dabi instead, refusing to go along with whatever he asked of you unless you got what you wanted.
It seemed as though the two of you shared the same stubborn streak, and neither of you had given in yet.
“Yes, this again,” you say stubbornly, jutting your chin out at him.
“I’ll go crazy in here if you don’t let me out. It’s not as if I’m asking for a kidney, I just want to take a walk. Blindfold me if you have to, just let me out for a few minutes.”
He says nothing, staring at you for a moment.
“Please?” you ask – no, you plead.
He rolls his eyes, leaning back in his chair.
“Fine,” he says, sighing heavily, nodding slightly.
“Fine. I’ll let you walk around for a bit. There – happy?”
You perk up at that, nodding eagerly, happy for what you consider to be a small victory.
Honestly, considering the circumstances, it’s a massive victory. Any amount of autonomy is cause for celebration, and this was as good as it was going to get for a while.
“Are ya gonna open the bag or not? Or should I change my mind?”
“No! No, I’ll look.”
You scramble to grab the brown paper bag, ripping it open in your haste.
“A… burger?”
Indeed.
It’s a burger, and the smell makes your mouth water. You want to eat it, but you don’t. Instead, you look over at him, quirking your brow in question.
“Eat up, Cupcake,” he says with a smirk.
You scowl at the nickname. It was one in a sea of many – he seemed to sense how much it annoyed you, so he took great time and care in finding different nicknames for you each time he came to visit.
His smirk flattens into a scowl when you don’t immediately respond or go to eat.
“What’s this about?”
“Huh?”
“You only ever bring me food like this- You’re only nice if something’s about to happen. So, what is it?” you ask suspiciously.
He brings his hand up to grip at his chest, gasping in feigned horror.
“Oh! My own sister doesn’t trust me. Whatever shall I do?”
He rolls his eyes.
“Can I not just be nice? Why’re you so suspicious all the time, huh?”
You squint at him. “So… you really don’t want anything in return? You're not going to knock me out and move me to another room or something? You’re not going to run some kind of painful quirk test on me?”
His palm still rests on his chest, right over his heart. He bows his head and closes his eyes.
“Cross my heart. Come on, eat up.”
He stands with a huff, slinking over to your bathroom as you hesitantly begin eating.
There are some clattering sounds as he moves around the bathroom for a moment before it falls silent. He emerges fifteen minutes later, right as you finish the burger.
“Ah, you’re done. Great. Put this on.”
He hands you a jacket and a pair of shoes. You slip them on without question.
“Okay, let’s go.”
“Go where?” you ask, palm rubbing contentedly over your full stomach.
“For your damn walk, what else?”
“Now?” you ask, mouth open in shock.
He hums, coming up to you and grasping your forearms before hauling you up.
“Come on, I don’t have all day.”
You stand and trail after him.
****
“Still nothing?”
Hawks hums, shaking his head. “Sorry,” he says with a shrug.
Endeavour lets out a frustrated huff, slamming his hand down on the desk. Everything atop it rattles.
His frame remains tense for a moment before his shoulders slump.
“We’ve checked everywhere,” he says in an even, measured tone. “Why, after six months, have you still not found my daughter?”
Hawks gives him a good-natured smile, eyes crinkled in the corners. “Hm, dunno. Maybe she doesn’t want to be found.”
The temperature of the room steadily climbs the longer Hawks talks.
“After all, it’s been a while. Surely if she wanted to get away from wherever she is, she would have by now, what with that nifty new quirk and all.”
At the mention of your strangely acquired quirk, Endeavour finally cracks. His fingers melt through the surface of his desk, the ornately carved wood caving beneath his warm grip like butter. The look on his face betrays his emotions – it’s a look of pure pain, what with his furrowed brow and quivering lip.
The mighty Endeavour did have a heart after all.
He slumped down into the seat behind him, roughly swiping over his face with calloused palms.
“I–” his voice cracks.
He clears his throat, sniffing and straightening up before he speaks again.
“Hawks, please, be honest.”
Keigo tilts his head to the side, eyeing the redhead curiously.
“Have you done everything in your ability to find my daughter? Does she– does she truly not want to be found?”
He lets out a heavy puff of air, carefully taking a seat across from the distraught man. After a few long, quiet minutes, he finally settles into a seemingly comfortable position, leaning back with one leg propped up over the other.
“I’ve done everything I can,” he says, looking directly into the other man’s eyes. He places his hand over his heart – a gesture of his sincerity. “I haven’t seen her – she really doesn’t seem to want to come back. That, or…”
He shrugs. “Never mind. I’m sorry Endeavour, but there’s nothing more I can do. I’ve helped as much as I can because we’re friends, but I can’t keep neglecting my own work for this.”
The chair scrapes harshly against the polished tiles as he stands, dusting off his jacket while he strides to the door.
“I’ll let you know if I find anything. For now just… relax.”
Hawks leaves the man to wallow in his ever-growing despair.
****
Your legs burn slightly from the stretch, but you welcome it as you pace each corridor eagerly, Dabi trailing a few steps behind you with a slouched frame and barely concealed scowl.
He’d made it clear that he thought your eagerness to go for something as silly as a walk was stupid, but he’d kept many of his comments to himself, choosing instead to mutter under his breath as he directed you through the dimly lit base.
“Left here.”
You turn left, trying to keep yourself from skipping like an idiot. It was one thing to be excited for a walk, but to skip like a child? Dabi would never let you live that down.
The corridors are as dingy as the rest of the building, flickering lights, cracked tiles, chipped paint on the walls. It truly looked like the prison it was.
Oh well. It wasn’t as if you expected any better from a group of villains, especially those that had kidnapped someone without a second thought.
“So, what exactly do you do?” you ask, eyes still flitting from one side of the corridor to the other, taking in as much as you can while you have the opportunity.
“What?”
Dabi sounds bored. He drags his feet as he walks, shoes scuffing against the worn tiles.
You shiver. It’s freezing out here. A part of you was thankful that Dabi had given you the shoes and jacket. Not that you’d ever mention it.
“I mean, I get that you guys are villains and all, and you spend your days coming up with ideas on how to take over the world, but like – what do you do?”
You chance a glance over your shoulder.
He looks perplexed, lips pursed as he stares at you.
“What a dumb question.”
You splutter out in indignation.
“Hey, it’s not a dumb question!”
He hums, staring at the ceiling.
“Take a right.”
You do, waiting in silence for his response.
“We make deals, gather intel, threaten a few people – fun stuff like that.”
He shrugs, shoving his hands into the pockets of his pants.
“I don’t know, that’s about it I guess.”
You pause.
“Sounds boring,” you say with a shrug.
He grunts, prodding the small of your back with his fingers to urge you forward.
“Keep walking.”
You walk past a familiar looking door.
There’s a slight stumble in your step and Dabi has to grab your arm to keep you from landing on your face.
“Come on,” he says, shoving you forward roughly. “Don’t make me regret this by acting all stupid.”
You nod in apology, eyes lingering on the door.
That day you arrived is still stark in your memory – the way they all laughed at you, the fear and anxiousness you’d felt.
Shigaraki and his touch.
The way he’d turned your jacket to dust with a simple brush of his fingers.
Dabi.
Touya.
The mark seared onto your shoulder.
You shiver again, though not from the cold.
The memory of your first night there opens the floodgates, and you’re forced down memory lane as you walk, Dabi’s hand still a warm fixture between your shoulder blades.
You remember the first time Shigaraki came to visit you. You remember the first time he truly hurt you.
You remember what he made you do with your quirk – the quirk shoved upon you, one you’d give up in a heartbeat for the chance to escape this place, to go back in time and be thankful for your lack of quirk.
But would you?
Yes, everything that had happened to you was horrible, and you woke up everyday praying it was some kind of sick nightmare, but would you really give up your quirk in exchange for your freedom?
It was something you’d battled with for a while now.
Would you rather be here, locked up and used as a lab rat, or would you choose to go back to your family and crawl back into their cold, unaccepting arms?
No matter how you looked at the situation, there was no lesser evil amongst the two.
The thought made you laugh to yourself whenever it crossed your mind.
Had you truly reached the point where you lumped your family, your own flesh-and-blood, together with a group of villains?
Yes.
They were one and the same.
Your father, your siblings – your mother.
Everything about them shunned your existence.
If they weren’t overwhelming you, they acted as if you didn’t exist.
You wondered, not for the first time, if they were looking for you – did they miss you? Did they even realise you’d been kidnapped?
Thinking about it - them - got you nowhere.
Your family.
Family.
The word didn’t exactly fit.
The League… They treated you similarly.
They hurt you, physically, mentally, emotionally. They ignored you when you served no purpose to them or their cause. They overwhelmed you, they controlled you when they felt like it.
Dabi – he was the epitome of both.
Both your family and the League, but especially Dabi – they had a certain intensity about them when they looked at you, when they thought you couldn’t see them.
It scared you more than their insults, more than their fists, more than their distain.
They looked at you as if they wanted to consume you. If you didn’t know any better, you’d say it was a look of crazed, unwavering mania. Obsession. But if that was the case, you wouldn’t be beaten and bruised, or locked up in a cage like some sort of pet meant for display.
You shake your head, trembling hands clutching at the bottom of the zip up Dabi had given you.
When did it get this cold?
Dabi distracts you from your thoughts, fingers harshly digging into your side, guiding you roughly down a corridor towards your right.
He tuts at you.
“Pay attention.”
He comes to walk beside you, reaching his arm around you to lay it over your shoulder.
You stiffen up.
The palm of his hand sits perfectly against the scar that sits in the juncture between your neck and shoulder – the one he’d given you.
Having a doctor on hand to run tests on your quirk wasn’t as reassuring as you might have hoped. It meant that no matter what any of them did to you, it could be fixed, and you’d be left with nothing but the mental scars as proof.
The scar Dabi had given you though – that they let you keep.
It had taken a while to heal enough for you to touch it, and you’d spent a few days after delirious with pain. But now, months later, it was fine.
Or, it should be.
But the mental scars from Dabi ran far deeper than anything else you’d been through since they’d taken you.
You hated it when people touched you.
It was the only scar you were allowed to keep, but you wished they’d rid you of it like they did with everything else.
The floodgates of your mind seem to open, the palm on your shoulder acting as a key, and you’re helpless to stop the painful barrage of memories you try so hard to suppress.
****
The first test they’d ever run on you had been the most painful to date. A large part of you had blocked out the memory, too overwhelmed to remember it in anything but short snapshots and glimpses.
You’d been strapped to a medical gurney, probably the most uncomfortable one the League could find.
The cold metal left you covered in goosebumps and shivers that had done nothing to deter the panicked sweat enveloping you, leaving your palms clammy and shaking.
Worse than being restrained and prodded with needles had to be the duration. They’d left you like that for three weeks.
Evidently, they hadn’t felt it necessary for you to eat either, deciding instead to shove a thick feeding tube down your throat. Similarly, you weren’t allowed to sit up or use the bathroom. You weren’t allowed to do anything.
They left you in a drugged haze after the third day, growing tired of your struggles and cries.
And that’s how you spent the first three weeks with the League. Completely exhausted and mentally checked out, staring blankly at the ceiling day in and day out, never so much as twitching a finger as they performed invasive surgeries you were too delirious to feel.
You’d flatlined more times than you care to remember, your heart rate dropping to a monotonous beep.
Blood filled your lungs after they’d punctured the thin membrane.
Your face turned blue from the lack of oxygen after you’d choked on the feeding tube.
You’d had multiple seizures mid-surgery from a number of malpractices.
In the end, you don’t remember much of what had happened. All you recall is waking up out of a daze surrounded by cold, impartial doctors, and being forced to carry on as if nothing had happened.
It was probably better that way. You had a feeling you didn’t want to know the entire truth of what had happened while you were all but comatose.
And beyond that, the training they’d put you through to improve your quirk was just as bad, if not worse.
You imagined that training with your father would have been similar, in that you received painful, unwarranted punishments for failure of any kind.
The only saving grace was that your quirk had improved significantly since the League had taken you.
You clung to that when despair crept up on you. You had a quirk.
Somehow, it didn’t feel as wonderful as you’d hoped it might have years ago.
****
Eventually, Dabi drags you to a halt and out of your thoughts, grasping your forearm with a grip so harsh you’re sure it’ll bruise. If they’ll allow it.
The two of you have stopped before a large set of metal doors. They reflect the flickering lights and make your eyes water. You’re confused – this isn’t your room. Why did he not take you back to your room?
Had he lied to you?
Stupid question.
Of course he lied to you.
You turn to glare at him, heart pounding wildly.
“You liar,” you spit, flinching back in vain as he reaches for you.
He rolls his eyes.
“Yeah, yeah. I am a villain. And I didn’t lie. This is part of your walk – the walk you wanted. So,” he prompts, giving you a slight shove that nearly sends you crashing into the double doors.
“Keep walking.”
****
You hardly dared to breathe.
Not that you could even if you wanted to. It felt as though the air had been sucked out of the room.
Your brain buffered for another few seconds before you could process what you were seeing.
The room, a large assembly hall, was, as you’d expected, filled with people. Members of the League. Villains.
But there, near the front of the room, looking far too content in a room of people he was supposed to be against–
Wasn’t he–?
Hawks.
The pro-hero Hawks.
Wasn’t Hawks a hero?
Shouldn’t he be fighting? Running? Trying to rescue you?
Why did he look so content? Why was he laughing, smiling next to Twice?
You take a step back, searching blindly for the door handle.
Consequences be damned, you weren’t about to wait around. Whatever was going on here, you wanted nothing to do with it.
Swallowing thickly, you tried to slip out of the room while the villains before you mingled about, as if this was some type of meet and greet or a party.
You weren’t ever really the type of person to feel any degree of self-righteousness, or think yourself better than those around you, but it became difficult when the only people you were surrounded by were villains. You didn’t feel bad about what you thought of them. It wasn’t as if they’d ever find out.
“Ah ah,” someone tuts behind you. “Where do you think you’re going?”
Dabi.
What was he getting at? What kind of sick game was he trying to play?
He lightly shoves at the small of your back, pushing you forward. You stumble back into the room, straightening up.
Glancing around cautiously, you all but meld into the wall, praying no one notices you. That hope is dashed as soon as Dabi seizes your forearm and yanks you towards him, walking with an air of ease towards Twice and Hawks.
A million thoughts race through your mind as you try, and fail, to pull away from Dabi. All he spares you is a warning glare before the two of you come to a stop before the winged hero and his animated companion.
Something flickers in Hawks’ eyes when he spots you, a slight glimmer of recognition. It’s gone a moment later, so fast you almost think you imagined it.
“Who’s the kid?” he asks with an air of nonchalance, turning to Dabi. Your brother, if you even still considered him that, spares you one more quick glance, a dark look in his eyes, before responding.
“Tomura’s new experiment.”
That hurt, more than you’d care to admit.
You knew it was true, but that didn’t make it any less hurtful to hear out loud. You’d been denigrated to nothing more than an experiment. Not a person, not a child, but an object to be tested and prodded at. You were little more than an oversized labrat to these people.
Something in your expression must convey the hurt and irritation you try so hard to bury, because Dabi scoffs and wraps his hand around the back of your neck, jerking you closer to him as he tilts his head down to whisper to you. His breath is hot against your ear and it makes you cringe back awkwardly, though you don’t get far.
“What? Did that hurt your feelings?”
You clench your sweat slicked hands into fists, trying to hold your anger at bay, though it does nothing to curb your frustration. And with your frustration comes the familiar feeling of your quirk, unnatural and monstrous, bubbling up in the pit of your stomach as you try so hard to shove it back down.
“No. No, I’m just… tired. From the tests.”
He scoffs, a patronising smirk tugging at his lips. “Aw, of course. You’re tired.”
Twice and Hawks watch silently from the sidelines, not intervening, even as you wince, Dabi’s grip tightening on the nape of your neck.
“Behave. Be a good little lab rat and I won’t have to fry your face, okay?”
His tone is gentle, as if he were talking to an infant, punctuated by the soft strokes of his fingers against your cheek, but his words send a shiver of panic down your spine, locking you in place.
Satisfied with your fear induced obedience, he releases you and turns back to the pair before you, chattering away about some or other plan the League was in the process of reviewing.
None of them pay you any attention for the rest of the night.
****
Hawks seems to linger around base a lot more after that first encounter.
You see him every time the door to your glorified prison cell opens. You see him when the doctor visits to poke and prod at you, when Mr Compress drops by to deliver your meals, even when Shigaraki appears for his rare visits.
The only time he doesn’t appear is when Dabi visits, though that’s rare enough in and of itself.
He never stops to talk, or even stare, only sparing a fleeting glance at you from the corner of his eye, posture tensing slightly, before he continues down the corridor.
You feel a strange tension with him around base. The anxieties you felt before seem to be amplified, your heart rate picking up every time you catch sight of him. A part of you, deep down, hopes that he’s here to help you - to save you. But it’s a childish hope, one you’re sure to squash down as soon as it arises.
The first time he stops and lingers, around three weeks after you first meet him, is to drop your dinner off in place of Mr Compress. It’s a surprise, seeing him instead of the masked villain.
He’s silent the entire time, staring at you with a look of bored curiosity, as if he’s waiting for you to do something entertaining.
You don’t.
You force down the bland food in silence, never once taking your eyes off of him.
He leaves just as silently and quickly as he arrived.
After that day, it slowly starts to become a routine. At first, you rarely see him, but as the weeks turn into months, he becomes one of the only people you interact with. You start expecting to see him instead of the others, and you find out in passing one day that the other members of the League had shirked their duties of caring for you off on to him.
It didn’t bother you as much as it should have - the fact that they viewed you as little more than a chore.
You form a tentative bond with him, one that feels fragile and strained, but it’s better than anything else you’d had up until that moment. He’s the closest thing you have to a friend, to someone that cares about you.
His apparent care for you becomes obvious in the small things he does - the meals he brings you become more edible, something you actually look forward to instead of having to force it down. He visits more often, the short periods in which you see him seemingly becoming longer than they were before.
Four months after that first tentative encounter, Hawks had solidified himself in your dreary daily existence, establishing himself as your sole source of what could only be described as happiness.
You’d, somewhat unwillingly at first, become far more relaxed in his presence, even going as far as to enjoy his company. Some days, you might even say you looked forward to his visits.
Not only did he act as a reprieve from your never ending boredom, with both his company and the gifts he bought you, but also his interventions.
Mr Compress had, on one of his now rare visits, not at all subtly told you that Hawks had convinced the League - specifically Shigaraki - to quote unquote ‘take it easy on you’. His tone had been tinged with something you couldn’t quite identify at the time.
Even Dabi had begun to unironically refer to Hawks as your ‘new best friend’.
He didn’t seem too happy with the new development.
A week later, Hawks, or Keigo, as he’d asked you to call him in private, had paid you one last visit, and you hadn’t seen him since. He’d gifted you one of his fluffy, scarlet feathers the last time he’d visited, for ‘when he wasn’t around’.
It sat waiting neatly on the centre of the singular pillow on your bed one evening, easily catching your eye as you slipped out of the bathroom attached to your room. There was no note left with it, but you didn’t need one. You knew well enough what it meant, and it filled your empty, aching chest with a sort of warm feeling that left you breathless.
After that day, you kept it with you, tucked into your shirt, positioned right over your heart, and at night, you placed it under your pillow. You might’ve felt embarrassed at how much it meant to you, or how attached you were, but it felt like your only lifeline in the miserable four walls of your little room.
In a strange, cosmic joke kind of way, he almost felt like the family you’d never had.
****
The day Shoto had been scarred by your mother had been an odd day. It was one of the rare days since Touya’s death that you’d felt loved, accepted by your family. Everything felt normal. Two months after your fifth birthday, the snow had melted into clear, fresh streams and flowers had begun to bloom.
Sakura.
Your family had spent the day in the park, wandering around while you and Shoto played with Fuyumi in the dewy grass, in awe of the delicate pink blossoms. There’d been a strange tension between your parents that day, one you’d been too young and oblivious to notice.
After a long Spring day spent outside, your family of six had returned home and resumed life as usual. Dinner was a quiet affair, as it usually was, and you’d hurried about your evening routine after you’d felt your mother’s distasteful gaze trained on you for longer than usual.
Fuyumi had, for reasons unknown to you, attached herself to you that evening, insisting on helping you bathe and get into your pyjamas. You’d gone along with it all, happy and unquestioning of her attention on you.
It felt good, having someone care for you - the first person to do so since Touya’s passing.
She’d laid next to you in your bed, reading a children's storybook to you, her fingers gently carding through your hair - the same hair she’d so caringly brushed out an hour before, carefully working each knot out with a patience and kindness reminiscent of a mother.
In the peace and stillness of the moment, you’d failed to notice Rei's shadowy figure in the doorway, watching the two of you through the slight gap in the doorway. If you had bothered to peer over Fuyumi’s shoulder, you might’ve noticed her blanched face, or her hands, clenched into fists so tight her knuckles turned while. You might’ve noticed the wide eyed, crazed expression that had washed over her face, growing in intensity with each passing moment.
But you didn’t notice her.
What you noticed was the commotion not long after she left. You heard her panicked shrieks fifteen minutes later. Shouto’s pained screeches and sobs followed soon after, echoing eerily down the long corridor to your room.
You heard your father’s thundering steps and bellowing rage, felt Natsuo and Fuyumi’s panic, their trembling hands on your shoulders, steering you away from the sight of Shouto’s raw, burnt face.
And you definitely felt the shiver of dread dripping down your spine when your mother turned her crazed eyes on you. She looked almost demonic in that moment, eyes red rimmed and wide, face nearly as stark white as her hair.
She’d tried to approach you, hands outstretched, fingers curled into cruel claws as she reached out for you, and only your father’s firm grip kept her in the kitchen as you were ushered to your room while Shouto was rushed off to the hospital.
You didn’t see much of any of them after that, and in the months following the incident, you felt even further ostracised from your family.
Rei had been institutionalised not too long after that, and the remainder of your family had kept you at arms length ever since, reminding you constantly of your insignificance to their lives - to the family.
****
The scent of soba and egg rolls fills the room, its occupants silent as they eat.
Hawks halts for a moment, the noodles dangling from his chopsticks as he glances to his left, to the hulking flame hero sitting beside him. He hides a small smirk, tilting his head down and clearing his throat before speaking.
“I looked into that lead you told me about - the one about your daughter? It’s a deadend.”
Endeavour tenses, shooting Hawks a pointed look, but it’s too late. Natsuo and Shouto pause, exchanging a tense look across the table, and Fuyumi perks up, her grip tightening on her chopsticks.
“You’ve been looking for her? And you didn’t think to mention it to us?” Natsuo sounds outraged, his hands tightening into fists on the tabletop. “You didn’t think to ask us for help?”
Endeavour’s jaw tightens.
“I didn’t think it was necessary. Allowing you three to help would’ve done nothing but give you false hope and allow you to interfere with my work. You’d do more harm than good.”
“Ah, Endeavour, so harsh! Don’t shoot them down yet,” Hawks interjects, cutting off whatever scathing remark Natsuo was about to spit out. “More eyes and ears are always helpful. I’m sure they could help out in some way.”
His tone is light, but something about the look in his eyes has Endeavour cautious, and his tone becomes firm.
“No. You three will not get involved. That’s final.”
Hawks shrugs, going back to his soba with a quick final quip.
“Well, that’s that. Dad has spoken. Don’t try to help find your sister.”
His words hit their intended mark, evident in the barely concealed rage on Natsuo’s face.
“...yeah. Figures, you wouldn’t want us helping. You don’t actually want to get her back, do you? You probably wish she’s dead in a ditch somewhere, don’t you?”
The silence that rings out after Natsuo’s rant is deafening, oppressive. It makes the air feel stifling and heavy, and no one dares move.
“You know nothing,” Endeavour spits, his eyes alight with a look akin to pure fury. Heat radiates off of him in waves, turning the once cold soba on the table scalding in mere moments.
“I know you scared her off. We all do. We know you’re the reason she ran away in the first place. We know that if she’s hurt, or dead, or worse, then it’s your fault. And I know that I won’t stop blaming you until the day I die.”
Before the situation can escalate further, Fuyumi intervenes.
“Okay, um– Everyone is clearly feeling overwhelmed, and we all miss her, so… so let’s just take a deep breath and calm down, okay? Getting upset with one another won’t bring her back.”
Her half-hearted interference, surprisingly, seems to work, just enough for everyone to cool their tempers slightly. Natsuo lets out a long, deep breath, standing and leaving the room without another word.
Shouto follows close behind, pausing at the threshold for a moment and turning to glower at his father.
“Find her, or we will.”
****
You’re rudely awoken in the middle of the night, sweaty and tangled up in your sheets with someone shaking you harshly by the shoulders.
“Hey, wake up– Wake up.”
You jolt upright, forehead banging against someone else’s. Wincing, you massage the bruising skin of your forehead and shoot a glare to whoever had woken you up.
Hawks.
“Wha-? What’s going on?”
Your words are mumbled, sleep clouding both your mind and your vision.
Kiego firmly grips both your wrists, pulling them away from your face and yanking you to your feet, out of the bed. Your sheets pool at your feet, tangled up between your legs on the cold concrete floor.
“We’re leaving. Now.”
A quick tug towards the door accentuates his words, and you feel your heart drop to your stomach. You put up some resistance, pulling back slightly, trying to ignore the roiling in your stomach.
“Hawk– Keigo, what–? Why are we leaving? Where’s Dabi?”
His expression, from what you can see in the imposing darkness of the room, is hard and guarded, and his grip shifts to your bicep, tightening to an almost painful extent.
“None of that matters. I said we’re leaving, so start walking before I make you.”
You’re thrown off by how short off and rude his words are. He’s nothing like the man you’ve come to consider a friend, and a part of you is almost scared of him at that moment. Something in your expression must give your feelings away, because moments later, his eyes soften alongside his grip, his voice lowering to a whisper.
“I’m getting you out of here. Away from the League. Just… trust me. Please?”
Something about his gaze, his tone - it sways you. Convinces you to believe him.
So you do.
A slow nod is the only confirmation you give, but it’s enough for him to start pulling you towards the door again. You hesitate for only a moment before going along with him, pausing only to grab the scarlet feather laid carefully beneath your pillow.
It’s the only thing you take with you. The only thing you have to your name, the only possession of any value to you.
The low light disguises Keigo’s small smirk when he spots the feather clenched tightly in your grip as you trail after him, though he makes no mention of it. Similarly, you make no mention of his bruising grip.
You don’t encounter anyone in your silent, swift escape, and you almost feel as if it’s too easy, but you don’t point it out to Keigo.
Maybe a part of you is scared of jinxing your good luck.
Or maybe you’re terrified this is some sort of elaborate, cruel trick he’s playing on you.
Regardless, you stay silent, sticking close to his side as you both exit the seedy bar. He immediately scoops you up into his arms, crouching down, powerful thighs flexing beneath him for a moment before he takes flight, soaring out of the alleyway in an instant.
****
“She’s gone.”
The entire League sat gathered around the bar, tense and silent as Hawks speaks, leaning casually against the bar, wings splayed out behind him.
“I dropped off her breakfast this morning and her room was empty. Bathroom too.”
The group looks to Shigaraki, waiting for his reaction.
He’s still, expression blank and guarded. The only sign of tension in his body is the tightening of his hand, clasped into fists at his sides. His jaw works for a moment before he responds, muttering to no one in particular.
“Ruined. All ruined. Those stupid pro heroes are always ruining my plans.”
His agitation becomes obvious as he begins pacing in front of the bar counter, hands clawing uselessly at the pale skin of his neck. Welts form within seconds, raised and red and angry beneath his frantic fingernails.
“It’s Endeavour. It has to be. How did he find out? How?”
The words are muttered below his breath as he paces, not meant for anyone but himself, eyes wide and fretful when his head snaps up. His gaze narrows and sets itself on Dabi.
“Did you know about this?”
Dabi raises his eyebrows, expression cool, seemingly bored as he drawls. “Me? Now, why would I know a thing about this?”
His gaze flits momentarily to Hawks, narrowing.
“If anything, you should be asking bird boy over there. He seemed particularly comfortable around her. Wouldn’t he know something about our little escapee?”
Shigaraki groans and turns on his heel, kicking his leg out and toppling a table in the process. The room is silent for a long while, the only sounds piercing stillness is the resounding clatter of the table striking the floor, and Shigaraki’s own rage filled panting.
Silence stretches out for a few moments as he schools his rage, recomposing himself after his explosive tantrum.
“Bring her back - I don’t care how. I need her. My experiments aren’t done yet. Father won’t be pleased. She’s my experiment. Mine.”
He turns his cold glare to Hawks, then Dabi, eyeing them both suspiciously.
“Find her.”

Sometimes, you wonder what life would’ve been like if your mother hadn’t been around. Your siblings too, for that matter.
During the more peaceful moments of your life, you fantasised about life far away, often imagining what it’d be like if you’d been born into a different family entirely.
Maybe you’d be an only child, living in a small rural town by the beach, or on a farm.
It would’ve been peaceful, you think. Calm.
Your parents would dote on you, their only daughter, and they wouldn’t care about your lack of a quirk.
Imagining that sort of kindness made your stomach turn.  How would it feel?
Or maybe you’d be one of many children. The oldest child.
You’d protect your younger siblings in the ways you never were. You’d be part of a big happy family, one where you had big Sunday lunches and went on annual vacations. You’d have a family pet, a cat or a dog, adored by everyone in your make believe family.
Or maybe you’d be an orphan.
How sad, that being an orphan without a home was preferable to your own situation.
But you’d be surrounded by other children like you - children without homes, without families.
The thought of a different life left an aching hole where your heart should’ve been.
There were times that you felt bad about wishing for a different life. You’d look at family photos, gazing down at your siblings smiling up at you, their faces joyful and free of concern.
Why couldn’t your life have been like that? Was your lack of a quirk really the only thing that made you so different?
Maybe if you’d been born as Fuyumi instead, with her soft eyes and kind disposition.
Or maybe Natsuo, with his unwavering strength, that glint he got in his eyes when he looked at you - the one that meant that he loved or hated you.
Most often, you imagined what it would be like to have been born as Shouto.
The golden child.
Would you have been grateful? Or would you have hated your family as much as he seemed to hate yours?
What reason did he have for hating them? They treated him like a king. Like their own saviour.
You wish he’d been yours. You wish he’d never grown out of his kindness, like he did when you were five years old and desperate for some kind of connection.
Perhaps things would have been different.
You try to imagine a world in which he took over the role Touya held in your life. You try to imagine a world in which your family protected you, in which they didn’t look down on you like you were scum.
The picture is blank and fuzzy.
You can’t imagine such a world.
But amidst the mess of self-pity and poorly disguised hatred in your mind, you remember small glimpses of happiness in your life with them. It rarely happened, but since you’d been taken by the League, it was as if the floodgates had opened. Memories you’d long since repressed came back in bits and pieces, and surprisingly, they weren’t all bad.
When you were seven years old, your father had hit you. It wasn’t out of the ordinary - in fact, you’d come to expect it.
But it hurt nonetheless. It bruised both your face and your feelings, so you’d escaped to the greenhouse in the garden for a reprieve - somewhere you rarely went.
It had been your mother’s sanctuary, but she’d long since been hospitalised, so you had no fear of seeing her through the thicket. You spent far longer there than you’d thought, and eventually the setting sun illuminated the room, filtering through the glass roof and overhanging foliage. It looked as if the room was on fire, bathed in the warm orange afternoon glow.
That’s where Natsuo found you, huddled up under a counter with your knees to your chest, careful not to jostle your bruised cheek.
He didn’t say anything, or try to coax you out of your shelter. Instead, he sat down next to you with a huff, slightly hunched over beneath the table. He, despite being only ten years old at the time, was already a lot taller than you, and most other children his age. The two of you sat in silence for a long while, not acknowledging one another as you sat side by side.
The memory replayed itself in your mind, almost as clearly as the day it happened.
Some time passes before he speaks.
“When I’m older, I’ll protect you. Like Touya did.”
The words give you pause, and you don't look at him. Thinking back now, you wish you had.
Would his expression have told you what he was thinking?
You’d never know.
“I’m not strong enough right now, but one day, I will be. And then he’ll never hurt you or Sho again. We’ll leave - us and Fuyumi.”
He pauses, bumping his shoulder against yours. You glance up at him and see his mouth pulled tight, his throat bobbing as he swallows.
“...I’m sorry for being a bad brother. I… I know I don’t act like it often, but I do love you. I worry about you too.”
You swallow around the lump in your throat, averting your gaze. The words, however true they may or may not be, make you feel… wanted. As if he actually sees you as a member of the family, a little sister, and not some pesky waste of space or a punching bag.
“Do you really mean that?”
“Of course.”
The conversation lulls into silence after that. He sits beside you in silence, staring blankly at the wall of ivy opposite the two of you, and you sit there, still curled up tightly, fighting back tears.
He glances at you for a moment, reaching out to rest his hand on your shoulder. The gesture feels comforting, in a way. As comforting as it can be, coming from him - someone who’s a strange combination of both your older brother, and a complete stranger to you.
The sigh he lets out is heavy, weighed down by an emotion you can’t quite put your finger on, and his thumb gently strokes your swollen cheek. He pulls back as you wince, recoiling as if you’d struck him.
“Come on. Let’s get you some ice for that bruise.”
It felt both strange and pathetic - the fact that that was your fondest memory with Natsuo, at least from what you could remember.
But it felt soothing, in a way, to know that he didn’t completely hate you. Not as much as you’d thought.
It almost gave you hope that your family actually cared. Maybe they were looking for you. Maybe they were worried about you.
And maybe, they even felt remorseful for how they’d treated you.
Or maybe not.
****
“There’s been a… development.”
Endeavour tenses, the vein in his jaw ticking as he eyes Hawks.
“What do you mean?”
Hawks takes a deep breath, his brows scrunching into a faux sombre expression. The hand he lays on Endeavour’s shoulder is meant to be reassuring, but it feels like a death knell, settling heavily on his mind.
“I looked into it, and… she isn’t with the League. I don’t know if she ever was.”
“So… What? She just disappeared? People don’t just vanish off the face of the earth Hawks!”
His temper is boiling over now, despite his attempt to keep it under control. Hawks takes a step back, cautious as he shows his palms in a placating gesture, attempting in vain to calm the quickly growing fury of the man before him.
“I don’t know. I haven’t found a single trace of her. Maybe…”
Hawks schools his features, taking another step back, preparing for the inevitable backlash he’s about to receive.
“Maybe you should let it go. She’s gone, and she’s clearly not coming back.”
The large mahogany desk, once anchored to the floor, flies across the room, slamming against the wall of shelves with a resounding boom, its contents scattered across the office.
Endeavour is the picture of barely restrained rage, shoulders heaving with each panting breath, posture hunched and shuddering, his face red and twisted beyond recognition. Even his voice is barely recognisable.
“How dare you? How dare you suggest I give up? She is my daughter! She might be dead or worse, and you think I should just give up?!”
The air sizzles with each wave radiating off of the flame hero, and the plastic office chair behind him melts like butter, dripping to the floor in a sticky puddle, marring the once perfectly polished tiles.
Hawks quickly backtracks, eyebrows raising at the display of unbridled fury.
“Woah woah, no! I’m not suggesting that at all! I mean… maybe I was, but I can see now how upset that makes you so– Let’s just take a break, okay? Just take some time to… rethink things.”
His eyes flicker to Endeavour’s face, searching for something for a moment.
“Maybe consider allowing your kids to help?”
He shows his palms again before Endeavour can interject.
“I know, I know! It’s just a suggestion. Many hands, and all that. Just… give it some thought, okay? I’ll keep looking and let you know if I find anything.”
He leaves without waiting for a response, a small smirk playing on his lips.
With Endeavour lost in his own self hatred and personal musings, and the League preoccupied with their plans and separate search for you, no one would be looking his way.
****
Keigo was surprisingly wealthy.
Not that you’d expected him to be living in squalor - he was a Pro Hero, after all. A good one too, if his position as number two was anything to go by.
But the blatant decadence of his apartment shocked you.
He’d landed on the balcony smoothly, after a long forty minute flight, gently setting you down and leading you inside.
While he may have been accustomed to flying, you weren’t so lucky, and you felt as though you’d left your stomach back at the League’s base. Or maybe you’d lost it mid flight.
He seemed to pick up on your disorientation, guiding you to the plush couch with an unexpected tenderness. He’d allowed you to gather your bearings, bringing you a fuzzy blanket to stave off the odd chill in his apartment, and a tall glass of water, the condensation beading down the sides.
You’d been thirstier than you’d expected, chugging down the contents in mere moments, gulped down in six seconds flat.
Evidently, you’d been more exhausted than you thought too, dozing off less than fifteen minutes later. You felt Keigo there, his gentle hands helping you lay down and covering you with the blanket.
Now, when you wake up hours later, dazed and drooling, in a bed far too large for one person, Keigo’s gone, and the only indicator of his presence were the few scarlet feathers strewn across the fluffy duvet.
You spend a while combing the apartment for him, tentatively calling out his name as you wander the wide halls, but he’s nowhere to be found. Likewise, you note, at the back of your mind, the distinct lack of a front door.
There’s an off-kilter niggling at the back of your mind, but you brush it off, shifting your search to the kitchen after yet another unsuccessful ten minutes of searching. Evidently, exploring after hours of surprisingly deep sleep made you thirsty. You stand there, leaning against the marble countertop, chugging a tall glass of water, then another, and a third, until you feel bloated and almost sick. Only then do you set your glass down in the sink and move on from the kitchen.
His apartment is large, far too extravagant, but you suppose that must’ve been his taste.
You wander around the space aimlessly for a while, longer than you expected.
Why did he need this much space? Did he live with someone else?
The three tall glasses of water you’d chugged catch up to you far too quickly, and you shuffle to the first bathroom you find, paying no mind to your surroundings.
After taking care of your business and washing your hands, you exit the bathroom and stop short when you spot Keigo standing in the doorway of the bedroom, his face blank. Neither of you move for a long while, but eventually he blinks, eyes clearing as he assesses you.
“You feeling better?”
His tone is light and airy, the same Keigo you’ve grown accustomed to. It sets you at ease, the tension you hadn’t noticed in your shoulders melting away, trailing down your spine like a trickle of water.
“...yeah. Much.”
There’s a long pause, neither of you moving or saying anything. You clear your throat.
“Um, I never thanked you. For helping me, I mean. So… thank you.”
You incline your head slightly, straightening up. He stares at you for a long moment, sighing as he shifts to the side, a clear indication for you to leave the room. You do, shuffling past him awkwardly and making your way back to the living room.
The ceilings are tall, nearly over twelve feet, making the room seem larger and more exposed than it truly is. You sit back down on the couch, shifting about for a moment, settling down as Keigo seats himself down near you.
After a while, when it becomes apparent that he has no plan of breaking the simmering silence, you decide to take it upon yourself.
“I– Can I go home now?”
Home.
You didn’t know what that was. Not anymore.
It wasn’t with your father, on his sprawling estate. It wasn’t your four walled prison cell with the League. It certainly wasn’t with Touya.
The realisation that you had nowhere to go, no one to care for you… It was startling, and left a bitter taste on your tongue.
Keigo stares at you, head dipped forward so it appears almost as if he’s leering at you through his lashes. His golden eyes are alight with a strange intensity, and he takes a deep breath, seemingly thinking over his words.
“About that. See… I think it’s better if you stay with me for a bit. Just to… acclimate. You understand, right?”
His tone leaves little room for argument, but you try nonetheless.
“What? But wouldn’t– I don’t want to impose. I should really get back to my… family.”
The words die out on your tongue.
Now, out in the open, free from both the League and your family, you’re not so sure you want to return to the Todoroki home. You’d never had a choice before. It felt freeing, in a way, finally having the power to decide what you wanted without someone else breathing down your neck, trying to influence your decision.
Keigo raises a brow, the look that he gives you filled with a mix of pity, and something far more calculated and knowing.
“Do you? Do you want to go back to them? To him? The media may not be privy to what happens behind closed doors, but I’ve worked around Endeavour long enough to recognise the fact that he has a bit of a hot temper. Are you really willing to leave one prison cell for another?”
His words are like a stone dropped in your stomach, settling heavily in your already uneasy gut.
It sparks something inside you, a deep seated realisation. Keigo was offering you a way out. Freedom. True freedom. Or, at least, as close as you could get to it. You wouldn’t have to be subjected to the whims of others, of what they wanted for you.
Keigo was offering you a choice.
Maybe not in so many words, but the offer was there. You’d be a fool not to take him up on it.
Your throat bobs as you swallow, fists clenched tightly in your lap as you meet his gaze.
“I’ll stay.”
He smiles, eyes filled with light, seemingly glowing in the early morning rays that filter through the tall windows, gaze intense and trained solely on you. You shiver, wrapping your arms around your midsection as goosebumps dance over your skin.
It’s so cold in here.
“Wonderful.”

(The Paranormal Liberation War Arc)
Nana’s POV (Three months later, at the end of March, the day of the Paranormal Liberation War)
Three months had passed since the boys and I started our internship at Endeavor’s Agency. The four of us had worked our asses off ever since day one. During weekdays, we all would go back to school and give practical reports on our internships and share what we gained from our experiences with my old man Aizawa and All Might. So far, everyone in our class had improved their techniques and skills and become even stronger than they were before.
Working under Endeavor for the last three months really did help me a lot. He advised me to focus more on my Ghoul quirk as my Gravity Manipulation quirk was already quite strong and powerful in his opinion. Endeavor quoted that as my Ghoul quirk was one of the rarest quirks out there in this quirk-based society, I was blessed with incredible lightning-fast speed, unparalleled monstrous physical strength, and remarkable regenerative or healing ability. And for that reason, during the whole internship, I focused on improving my Ghoulish speed and strength alongside my other abilities.
Endeavor said to me that the lightning-bolt projectile firing ability of my Ukaku Kagune was quite powerful and was really useful for long-range offensive attacks, so he kept pushing me to use this ability of mine more and more, saying that I had to generate more powerful electricity and lightning-bolt projectiles from my Ukaku Kagune. He even advised me to try and fire crystallized bullets and lightning-bolt projectiles, both at the same time for it might give me a great advantage during battles. Besides that, I also worked hard and improved the skills and techniques of using my Rinkaku Kagune, excelling in its brute strength and striking power.
Besides the internship training, Endeavor arranged special training sessions for me where he hired experts in martial arts, especially Taijutsu and Jujutsu, and swordsmanship. He already knew that ever since I was a little child, I had been taking hardcore training on martial arts and swordsmanship from my old man Aizawa and Yomo sensei, and also knew that I used my scythe as my weapon during fights. So because of that, he made all those arrangements for me in order to improve my hand-to-hand combat and swordsmanship skills and techniques.
Endeavor even made special arrangements for my lunch and dinner. As he was already aware of the fact that to keep my Ghoul quirk all-time active and strong, I needed to feed myself on human flesh alongside normal human foods, Endeavor always made sure that I was getting my proper meals during every lunch and dinner. I never knew Endeavor could be that kind and generous, so even though a part of me hated him because of Touya, I still had to give him the respect he deserved for going all out like this for me.
I was also told to strengthen the powers and abilities of my Kakugan even more, so I had to frequently use my Kakugan eyes during every single training session. During the internship, Endeavor advised me to always keep my Kakugan activated and use them to read people’s every single move because, in combats, my Kakugan allowed me to see fast-moving objects and offered me the predictive capability of anticipating an opponent's next move based on the slightest muscle tension in their body and acting accordingly to dodge or to intercept. Endeavor said that this ability was really helpful as it gave me the opportunity to always stay a step ahead of my opponents.
Also, my space-time teleportation or swapping ability got even more upgraded which now allowed me to move, dodge and attack faster than ever. Under Endeavor’s instructions, I always used this ability on Bakugo, Midoriya, and Shoto in our internship training to deliver surprise attacks and strikes on the villains by swapping each other’s places. And now thankfully, the boys and I would always move in sync and swap places with each other whenever we had to make a surprise attack on an opponent.
Today, it was the end of our spring break, which meant the day had finally come; to fight and stop the upcoming threat of the Paranormal Liberation Front. Right now, students from every Hero school in Japan had arrived and gathered around the center of the Jaku City in Kyoto for the upcoming battle.
We all met up with Burnin who told us that we the students were ordered to evacuate the residents from the rear of the city while the pro heroes split up into two groups and took their positions at two different places; one was at the foot of a mountain while the other was at the Jaku General Hospital.
The Jaku General Hospital and the mountain were eighty kilometers away from each other and that hospital was the place where Shigaraki was apparently hiding the entire time for months now while the rest of the Paranormal Liberation Front was taking their shelter on top of that mountain in the Gunga Mountain Villa.
Determined to deliver the first blow before the villains put their plans in motion, the Hero Public Safety Commission organized this large assault force made up of us the students, the pro heroes, and the police to take down the Paranormal Liberation Front.
The assault force was divided into three teams; the Hospital Raid Team, the Villa Raid Team, and the Evacuation Team.
The Hospital Raid Team which was led by Endeavor was in charge of storming the Jaku General Hospital as it was the place where the Nomu were produced and where Shigaraki was also located. The Hospital Raid Team was divided into two groups where one group was tasked with evacuating visitors, staff, and inmates while the other group consisting of Endeavor, Aizawa, Present Mic, Mirko, Ryukyu, Gran Torino, and Detective Tsukauchi was tasked to infiltrate secret hospital labs to dismantle Nomu's production, arrest Shigaraki and a doctor named Kyudai Garaki.
Next was the Villa Raid Team and they had the mission of storming the Gunga Mountain Villa, the headquarters of the Paranormal Liberation Front and arresting all of its members. Here in the Villa Raid Team, the UA students were divided into two different groups.
The first main group was on the front line of the battlefield with the other pro heroes (Keigo, Midnight, Kamui Woods, Mt. Lady, Fat Gum, Edgeshot, Cementoss, Gran Orca, and many others) which consisted of Jiro, Kaminari, Tokoyami, Tamaki senpai, Komori from Class 1-B and Honenuki from 1-B.
The second group was the Villa Backup Team, a group made up exclusively of trainees whose job was to catch any villain who slipped past the front line. This group was placed in the forest, just a few meters away from the foot of the mountain which consisted of Yaoyorozu, Kirishima, Mina, Sero, Sato, Shoji, Hagakure, Ojiro, Mineta, Aoyama, and a few others from Class 1-B alongside many students from other hero schools.
Finally, there was the Evacuation Team which was led by Burnin, and the function of this team was to evacuate the inhabitants of Jaku City, near the hospital and move them to safety, and this team consisted of me, Bakugo, Shoto, Midoriya, Uraraka, Tsu, Iida, Koda, Nejire senpai and many others from other hero schools.
Also, although they were not part of any of the three groups, there were also some heroes deployed in different cities to capture the traitorous heroes that had allied with the Paranormal Liberation Front.
Two hours passed since we started the evacuation.
“If anyone in this neighborhood can’t get up and out on their own, please let us know!!” Burnin announced. “There’s a chance that this entire city will soon be a counter-villain battle zone!!”
“Shuttles will take you from here! Get out of this city!” Bakugo shouted.
“Thank you, young man.” A kind elder lady smiled at Bakugo. “Here have a chocolate bun.”
“It will just make my mouth dry! Forget that crap and get going!” Bakugo responded.
“Might as well accept her generosity.” Uraraka muttered, sweat-dropping.
“You just want a freaking bun for yourself!” Bakugo yelled at Uraraka.
“He even treats old folks that way.” Tsu commented.
“There is a manuscript on paper that I haven’t submitted yet… So, don’t destroy my workplace, okay?!” a man pleaded worriedly.
“We will preserve and protect your precious manuscripts, sir!” Iida responded, helping the man to move.
“The fifth ward is completely evacuated!” Koda announced through the comms.
“Our group is finished too!” Nejire Senpai announced from afar.
“We are going to check every single building to ensure that nobody has been left behind in senior homes and apartments!” Iida stated.
“Please, calm down! No running please!” Burnin called out to the civilians. “We are going to have you folks ride these vehicles to a shelter outside the city!”
Suddenly, while I was helping with the evacuation, I sensed something unpleasant from afar with the help of my Ghoul quirk which made me quite worried. I noticed Midoriya looked worried as well. I quickly walked up to him and put a hand on his shoulder.
“Izuku?” I muttered.
“You sensed it too, haven’t you, Nana-chan?” Midoriya mumbled.
I simply nodded my head in response.
“Nana, Midoriya, what is it?” Shoto asked, eyeing us worriedly.
“Slacking off, huh?! What's your excuse this time?!” Bakugo asked.
“Guys… The hospital…” I said.
“Huh?” Bakugo raised an eyebrow.
“Guys!!” I called, making my other friends look at me. “A huge shockwave of Shigaraki’s decay will head over toward this direction any second now! Quick, everyone, move away from here!!”
With that, I quickly ran over to the direction where Shigaraki’s wave would come from while my friends started to move the remaining civilians away as fast as possible. Just a few seconds later, the ground under us started to shake violently and I looked up to see that Shigaraki’s huge strong decay wave was flowing down from the peak of the mountain while destroying the mountain and the path it was flowing down in the process.
“Get these people moving!!” Bakugo yelled.
I quickly used my repulsive force and pushed back the huge decay wave.
“Endeavor?! Hey Endeavor?!” Burnin yelled in comms.
“Everyone run!!”
“The wave is extremely strong!!” I yelled through my gritted teeth, using all my force to hold back the wave. “Everything is going to crumble to dust!! I won’t be able to hold it back any longer!! Hurry up, everyone!!”
When I noticed that all the civilians were moved away from there and my fellow hero friends and I were the only ones left, I called out again.
“I’m releasing my repulsive force!” I shouted.
And as soon as I released my force, I quickly altered my and my friends’ gravities and we all flew up in the air. I looked down and saw that Shigaraki’s decay wave started to crumble down buildings, roads, and everything it touched. I along with my friends quickly flew away and landed at a spot where Shigaraki’s decay wave won’t reach us.
“Is everyone okay?!” I asked.
“Yeah!” they all responded.
“We need to evacuate the other side of the city as well!” Iida noted.
“What’s up at the hospital?! Somebody, please respond!!” Burnin shouted. “Endeavor!! Ryukyu!! Anyone!!”
“What’s going on at that hospital?!” Uraraka asked.
“The hospital is completely destroyed.” I responded. “There’s nothing left at the place.”
Then all of a sudden, Burnin was able to contact Endeavor.
“Endeavor?! Hello?!” she called. “Huh?! One for what?! Whatever, I am on my way to assist you!!”
Midoriya, Bakugo, and I went rigid on our spots and looked over at each other, giving each other a knowing look.
“He’s heading for the shelter!!” Endeavor announced this to us through the comms. “We’re expanding the battlefield!! Order them to evacuate another side of the city!!”
“Hurry!! He will be here any moment!! Whatever he lands next is done for!!” Iida yelled.
“Are you kidding?! That punk is… how?!”
“Cry about it later!! For now, we have to evacuate!!”
“You need to get away from here, Izuku.” I whispered to the green-haired boy.
“But, the town’s people’s safety is a priority!” Midoriya whispered back.
“Listen up!!” Bakugo called, making Midoriya look at him. “These people are going to look out for you… because being a hero means protecting everyone!!”
“Kacchan…” Midoriya trailed off.
“That’s been the only option since the beginning after all… Just knowing he is coming here right after one for all was mentioned, it's difficult to be certain that's the reason  why…  but the one thing's for sure, you need to move!!” Bakugo stated.
Midoriya went silent for a moment before nodding his head at us. Bakugo and I nodded back at him and the three of us blast up in the air and started to head southwest.
“Hey!! Where are you going?!” Shoto shouted at us.
“Ah! There's something I forgot!! I’ll be back in a flash!!” Midoriya responded before he tried to contact Endeavor through his comms. “This is Deku!! Please excuse my use of the private channel!! There's a possibility that Shigaraki is after me! Though I don’t know if I can lead him to a place with no people around!!”
“I'll destroy him!!” Bakugo grumbled under his breath.
“Please hear me out for a moment!!” Midoriya added.
“What are you saying?!” Endeavor asked.
“I’ll explain later!! I’m too far away to spot Shigaraki now cause of all the dust and smoke!! Please let me know if he suddenly changes courses!!”
“Like I have got time for that!!” Endeavor responded before he went silent for a moment. “Dammit!! He altered course!! He’s heading southwest now!!”
“Thought so!” Midoriya responded. “Thank you! I can buy the evacuation effort sometime! I will try to lure him away!!”
Midoriya disconnected the line and looked at us.
“Hear that?! He's coming our way!!” he stated.
“Of course, I heard!!” Bakugo responded. “Were you listening?! That total scumbag has turned into some kind of monster!! All the more reason to play keep away!!”
“Why are you two following me?!” Midoriya asked.
“Want me to kill you instead?!” Bakugo snarled.
“No!!”
“Use your freaking head! We are short on time and are the only people who know your deal without needing some long-winded explanation! Me and Nana, duh!!” Bakugo yelled.
“Katsuki’s right!” I added. “Shigaraki has grown really powerful now! I felt that power when I held back his decay wave! You can’t face him on your own, Izuku!”
“In that case, thank you!!” Midoriya responded.
“Don’t get a big head about it!!” Bakugo growled. “Follow you? You think you are the main character now or something? I have got unfinished business with that piece of crap. Since I’m the guy who put an end to All Might. One For All is just the bait… ‘cause I am the one who will get payback for that day!! It's the perfect chance to rack up a win!! Get it?! Good! Just keep it together and don't trip me up!!”
“Got it!”
As we flew up through the air, I suddenly felt two different presences coming in our direction at high speed. My eyes widened in fraction. I immediately recognized who they were; one was Gran Torino and another one was Shigaraki.
“Guys!!” I yelled in bewilderment. “Shigaraki is here!! Move away!!”
“Hand over One For All, Izuku Midoriya!!” Shigaraki yelled as he flew directly at us.
Wasting no time, I quickly used my repulsive force and pushed Shigaraki far away from us. And right on cue, Gran Torino appeared at the spot and grabbed the boys before he and I quickly flew away from there in a flash.
“When I heard One For All over the comms, I had a real bad feeling.” Gran Torino stated. “Were you kids looking to scrap with that thing?! Shigaraki's decay obliterates anything he touches and then some! Even getting hit with a piece of stray rubble will kill you! As you are now, you don't stand a chance!!”
“But!!” Midoriya cried.
“Listen, us, heroes aren’t out of the picture yet!” Gran Torino added. “Hang on a second! That thing will be brought down by everyone who is left!!”
A few seconds later, the four of us landed somewhere safe.
“Should be good here.” Gran Torino said, putting down the boys.
“But old man Aizawa is down there!” I stated worriedly. “I just saw him now!”
“Yeah, he’s sealing off Shigaraki’s quirks.” Gran Torino responded.
“We’re still pretty damn close, Gramps!!” Bakugo noted.
“This is as far as we go, Bakugo.” Gran Torino explained. “That thing is capable of moving quicker than any of us expected. There are only so many heroes who can give chase and since our comms are jammed, luring him too far away would actually give Shigaraki free rein. He already got that thing away from the people and into Eraser’s line of sight! Now I’m heading back to help keep Eraser mobile.”
“Are you saying we should just hide?!” Midoriya asked.
“At least let me go with you!” I pleaded.
“Word is All For Once quirk was transferred to Shigaraki.” Gran Torino muttered.
“What?!” Midoriya and I gasped.
“Yes. If he manages to steal One For All from you, well… what's worse than the worst-case scenario?”
Suddenly a huge explosion went off and we turned to look around. We noticed that as all the heroes started to charge for Shigaraki, several Nomus emerged from the wreckage of the hospital, leaving everyone confused as to how they survived.
“The Nomus are still alive?!” I gasped.
Then I noticed that Shigaraki was about to charge at Aizawa.
“Dang, it! He’s heading right for Eraser!! You three keep hidden!!” Gran Torino yelled, before dashing away.
Even though Gran Torino told us just now to stay hidden, his words didn’t reach up to my brain. Without thinking twice, I flew up and charged straight at Shigaraki.
“Nana!!” Bakugo and Midoriya called out, following me from behind.
“There’s no way I can let my old man die!” I shouted.
“Got your eyes on me, huh?” Shigaraki yelled, charging at Aizawa. “Well then, who is watching you? You are in the way Eraser Head!!”
“No, you are in the way!!” Aizawa yelled back.
Before Shigaraki could even touch Aizawa, I came in and punched Shigaraki square in the face, making him fly far away from us.
“Get the fuck away from my father, you scumbag!!” I snarled.
“It's our turn to save him!!” Bakugo yelled.
“As long as Shigaraki’s quirks are erased, we can join the fight too!! The worst case is… we, losing our teacher and Nana, losing her father!! The teacher who has watched over us all the time!!” Midoriya shouted.
“The man who took me in and raised me as his own child!!” I added. “We can’t lose him!! I can’t lose him!!”
“Nana… Midoriya…Bakugo…” Aizawa trailed off, looking completely puzzled.
“Let’s do this rationally!!” Bakugo smirked before he attacked Shigaraki with his epic move. “A.P. Machine Gun!!!”
A huge explosion went off, but nothing much happened to Shigaraki.
“Cute fireworks show there!” Shigaraki mocked Bakugo as he was about to attack the blonde. “But sorry. You are not on my radar anymore.”
But right on time, Endeavor came in and blast Shigaraki away from Bakugo.
“Endeavor!” Midoriya gasped.
“Where is Shoto?!” Endeavor asked.
“It’s just the three of us here!” I responded.
“That body is beyond human at this point!” Gran Torino noted.
“And keep that scum away from us!” Manual stated who was supporting Aizawa to stand up.
“As powerful and sturdy as All Might.” Endeavor commented.
“As All Might?!” Midoriya gasped.
“But as long as I don’t blink, that power is all he has got. And I will hold on for a good long time.” Aizawa stated.
“For whatever reason, you three are here now…” Endeavor looked at me, Midoriya, and Bakugo. “Let's save the ‘why’ for later! We are giving Eraser the support he needs! Bakugo, you cover Deku! And Nana, follow me!”
With that, both Endeavor and I started to charge at Shigaraki. I quickly unleashed my Ukaku Kagune and was ready to attack. Shigaraki also started to charge back at us and grab Midoriya.
“Acquire One For All…! One For All!” Shigaraki mumbled to himself with a crazy grin on his face. “You will be mine, little brother…!!”
Endeavor unleashed his Hell Spider flames while I fired powerful lightning-bolt projectiles from my Ukaku Kagune altogether at Shigaraki, making him fly back and crash hard on the ground again. When he got up and was about to charge at Midoriya again, Gran Torino came in and kicked him in his face.
“Hitting back can be the best way to avoid dying! After all, I did train a crazy super guy!” Gran Torino noted. “Now quit trampling all over Shimura’s memory! You even existing hurt Toshinori so much… It had made everyone suffer!!”
“Not on your radar, huh?! You total piece of crap!! He was just a bait!!” Bakugo smirked before unleashing a huge explosion from his gauntlets.
“It’s over!! Tomura Shigaraki!!” Endeavor yelled as he charged forward and used a new super move called Vanishing Fist and struck Shigaraki square in the chest.
After taking so many powerful strikes one after another from Bakugo, Endeavor, and Gran Torino, Shigaraki was now having a bit problem standing back on his own two feet.
“You heroes hurt your own families just to help complete strangers.” Shigaraki stated. “Dad told me that… You want ideals? I have it! No, I had it!”
“What did you say?” Gran Torino asked.
“Heroes have been pretending to protect society…” Shigaraki stated. “How many times in the past throughout multiple generations have they turned a blind eye to things they could not protect? Or silently swept the filth of society under the rug? It’s been building up so frivolously… the resulting rot emanates from within and decay ensues…It’s the small accumulation of this rot… the trash coddled by being protected all the time… the role players who only serve the spoil… a meek society... The destruction that will ensue is merely the result of all the reckless grandstanding you have accumulated… that’s how the muck gets cast out…That’s how they break can retaliate… that's how it loops back again and again and again… simple, right? You don't need to understand! In fact, you are incapable of understanding! That's the dichotomy of heroes and villains!!”
“Thanks for your monologue! But you are already dead!! Give…” Endeavor yelled before shooting a blast of fire in Shigaraki's direction, but Shigaraki dodged the attack by jumping into the air. “How is he able to move?!”
Gran Torino tackled Shigaraki to the ground but Shigaraki turned to face Gran Torino as he tried to jump away and grabbed Gran Torino's left leg and crushed it before slamming him into the ground.
“Gran Torino!!!”
"I can't forgive the likes of you!! I don’t forgive any of you!!” Shigaraki screamed.
Midoriya charged at Shigaraki and tried to strike him with Blackwhip, but Shigaraki rushed past him and Bakugo as he aimed for Aizawa. Ryukyu and I quickly stepped in as I used my Rinkaku Kagune while Ryukyu used her dragon-clawed paws and we grabbed Shigaraki together before tackling him on the ground. Midoriya then quickly joined in and also grabbed Shigaraki with his Blackwhip. Even though Shigaraki was now stronger and faster than us, we had to make sure that he couldn't escape from our restraints. Midoriya even struck and karate-chopped Shigaraki with his 100% Wyoming Smash, but nothing happened to the said villain leader.
“Maintain that exact position, Nana, Deku!!” Endeavor yelled as he and Bakugo charged forward.
“Hurry up!!” I yelled, using all my power to grab Shigaraki and pin him down, who was struggling under our restraints.
But then I suddenly noticed something in Shigaraki’s hands as he pointed that thing in Aizawa's direction.
“Wait, that's...!” I gasped, realizing that they were Overhauls’ quirk-destroying bullets, and I quickly looked over at Aizawa. "Shigaraki has Overhaul's quirk-erasing bullets! Old geezer, get out of the way!!"
Immediately, Shigaraki then pierced his hand through Ryukyu’s claws, making her scream out in pain. Midoriya and I punched Shigaraki, trying to hold him onto the ground. Bakugo came just in time and destroyed almost all the bullets with his AP shot explosion. However, Shigaraki still had one left and before we could do anything, he quickly shot the bullet from the palm of his hand and the bullet hit Aizawa’s crippled right leg. But before the drug could even spread throughout his entire body, Aizawa quickly pulled out his knife and cut his right leg off.
“Old geezer!!” I yelled in worry.
And right on cue, Shigaraki pushed me away and bit down on Midoriya’s arm, before he suddenly unleashed a shockwave to break free of Ryukyu and Midoriya’s grip and flew straight for Aizawa, getting rid of Ryukyu and Midoriya and also dodging Endeavor's blow. Shigaraki was about to grab Aizawa’s face, but before he could do that, I dashed forward and kicked him away.
“Didn’t I tell you to stay away from my father, you bastard?!” I shouted.
“Nana!”
I looked around and saw Shoto running towards the battlefield.
“Shoto, right on time.” I noted.
“After you protect him, then what?” Shigaraki chuckled. “Even if you so desperately try to delay it, the only thing that awaits you is destruction!!”
“Shoto!!” Endeavor called out.
“I’m late because I was helping Ryukyu's team!! Cool off, I will help you out in the meantime!” Shoto stated before dashing towards Shigaraki.
“That fucking bastard!!” Bakugo growled at Shigaraki. “Deku, you must get out of here!!”
“I will never!!” Midoriya responded.
Shigaraki then announced that it was time for everyone to die, but just at that moment, his body ripped and spouted out blood.
“What the hell?” I raised an eyebrow.
“Huh? But just now oh I see… surpassing my limits must have put a strain on my body…” Shigaraki mumbled to himself.
His body…
Gran Torino warned us that Shigaraki has been transplanted with All For One's quirk…
His body can't keep up with that overwhelming power!!
But nevertheless, Shigaraki's regeneration finally kicked in again.
“One touch to finally end this!!” he announced, attempting to use his decay quirk on the ground again to finish everyone off.
I quickly altered everyone’s gravity and made them fly up in the air while I dashed forward and punched Shigaraki right in the face.
“You’re right!!” I shouted. “We're ending this, Shigaraki. Right here, right now!!”
If Shigaraki touches the ground, there will be another huge wave of destruction…
He has to be dealt with in the air…
I quickly altered his gravity and made him fly up in the air before dropping others back on the ground again. I also flew up in the air and dashed forward to attack Shigaraki.
“I’m going to help Nana-chan!” Midoriya announced. “Please take care of Gran Torino, Aizawa, and the others!!”
“Shoto, deal with the injured!” Endeavor ordered.
“Hold on, Deku!!” Bakugo yelled out. “You are the one who should be furthest from that guy! ‘Erasure’ is already gone!!”
“Then who else is going to keep Shigaraki up in the air?!” Midoriya yelled.
“Me you idiot! Get away from here, Izuku!” I scolded.
“Let’s fight together, Nana-chan!” Midoriya stated.
“Fine! But you better not die on me!” I responded.
And with that, both Midoriya and I charged forward to attack Shigaraki.
“If you both like the sky so much, then I will cut off your hands and send you straight to heaven!!” Shigaraki smirked, charging at us as well. “And I will make sure those old geezers down there keep you both company!!”
“Leave them alone!” Midoriya growled.
“Don’t you dare hurt anyone else!!” I snarled.
“Endeavor, you better not miss this time!!” Bakugo yelled, before grabbing Endeavor’s wrist as he was getting ready to blast off into the air to charge at Shigaraki.
Midoriya unleashed his Blackwhip and grabbed Shigaraki, while I kept on striking Shigaraki with all my Ghoul quirk strength while firing crystallized bullets and lightning-bolt projectiles at him, all at the same time. Shigaraki then broke free from Midoriya’s Blackwhip and was about to attack him, but I again quickly came in and punched Shigaraki away. Midoriya again grabbed Shigaraki with his Blackwhip and continued to drag him through the air as he started his assault on Shigaraki, striking him with Detroit Smash, Wyoming Smash, St. Louis Smash, and finally Texas Smash. I kept my distance from Shigaraki and Midoriya while still keeping both of them high up in the air with my Gravity Manipulation quirk as we couldn’t let Shigaraki touch the ground under any circumstances.
“That’s incredible!!” Manual gasped.
“No, he’s going to get destroyed at this rate!” Bakugo responded. “He is using his legs and Air Force to avoid the recoil while already controlling several quirks. Deku is pulling every move he is learned until now just to keep Shigaraki in the air. Since he could not completely take him out with the first attack it has turned into a war of attrition, just wearing each other down… in that kind of situation, there is no way he can hold out against a guy with regeneration! Within minutes he will get his ass kicked and his power stolen! Todoroki, you finished yet?!”
“Yes but…” Shoto muttered.
“Shut up and grab on!” Bakugo shouted, extending his other hand. “Endeavor, hold off on the fire! I will make sure you get up there! Todoroki, keep Endeavor cooled off as long as possible!!”
“I will use my greatest firepower to bring him down! Leave it to me!” Endeavor responded.
“Take care of our teacher!!” Shoto said to Manual.
And with that Bakugo grabbed both Endeavor and Shoto and blasted off in the air, charging at Shigaraki.
“I’ll aim when the Blackwhip is completely extended away from Deku!!” Endeavor ordered Bakugo and Shoto. “When I hit up there, you two return to the ground or you will get caught up in it!!”
“Midoriya, hold on!” Shoto called out.
And as soon as they reached up to Shigaraki and Midoriya, Endeavor called out.
“Now! Get down!!” Endeavor yelled before he let go of the boys and attacked Shigaraki by wrapping his arms around the villain's body and incinerating him. “Prominence Burn!!!”
Shigaraki screamed out in pain and agony, but later in an instant, he stabbed Endeavor in the chest and stomach with big sharp wires emitting from his back.
“Endeavor!!”
“How come you don’t die?!” Endeavor groaned in pain.
Shigaraki then quickly fired the wires at Midoriya while calling him ‘little brother’. Bakugo dashed forward and pushed Midoriya out of the way to receive the attack for him, but I quickly used my Kakugan and swapped places with Bakugo and thus the wires went right through my stomach and chest regions. Throbbing pain quickly spread across my body as I coughed out blood with my vision started to get blurry.
“NANA!!!” everyone screamed out in horror.
At that moment, there were no thoughts in my head...
But when I noticed Midoriya and Bakugo were about to get stabbed by Shigaraki,
My body just moved on its own...
“You can’t kill me that easily, Shigaraki! I’m a Ghoul quirk user after all!” I smirked before I grabbed the wires, pulled them out of my body, and broke them into pieces.
I landed on the ground and Bakugo and Shoto quickly caught me.
“Nana!!” Shoto called.
“Are you okay?!” Bakugo asked.
“Y-Yeah, I’m fine.” I smiled meekly. “Look, my wounds are already regenerating.”
“It’s my… this fight today…” Shigaraki trailed off. “…Has shed a lot of useless blood… but that just now has to be the most useless of all… Even though her Ghoul quirk is rare and unique… But still useless…”
And this snapped Midoriya. Without even thinking twice, filled with rage, he charged at Shigaraki again.
“Take that back!!!” Midoriya screamed while striking Shigaraki with everything. “You hurt Nana-chan!!! Take that back whatever you’ve just said, you bastard!!!”
But soon after, Shiagaraki grabbed Midoriya’s face as he grinned at him like a maniac.
“Midoriya!!!” we gasped.
“I finally touched you… now be mine One For All!!” Shigaraki yelled.
Then Shigaraki and Midoriya both struck at each other to which a grand explosion went off and both Shigaraki and Midoriya fell away from each other in the sky.
“Midoriya!”
“Izuku!”
“Deku!”
Shoto, Bakugo, and I quickly rushed over and caught the green-haired boy as he landed on the ground.
“Izuku, are you okay?!” I asked, frantically.
“N-N-Nana-chan…” Midoriya mumbled in response.
We noticed that Shigaraki was holding his ground with the wires from his fingers, but then suddenly he was attacked by some wave motion quirk.
“Everyone!”
We all turned around to see Nejire Senpai and Iida finally joining us on the battlefield.
“The giant villain is approaching the vicinity! We have hereby informed the heroes engaging in combat with the Nomu!” Iida stated.
“Iida, great timing! Get the casualties out of here!” Shoto stated.
“God, this is why you have not returned?!” Iida asked, looking around.
“I have to stick to Shigaraki!” Midoriya muttered as he tried to get up from the ground. “He is still after me! Just take Nana-chan and Endeavor!!”
“Just stay still, you idiot!” Bakugo yelled at Midoriya.
“I’m not leaving, Izuku!” I responded. “Besides, my wounds are already healed!”
“His regeneration has slowed, we can take him on!” Shoto announced, looking over at Shigaraki. “Nana, Bakugo, Hado senpai!”
“Maggots swarming by the thousands…” Shigaraki muttered, trying to stand up from the ground.
Shoto, Bakugo, Nejire senpai, Iida, and I all at once charged at Shigaraki before a huge battle broke out. But within a few seconds, it all stopped when the earth beneath us started to shake violently and the sound of buildings crashing down hit our ears from afar. We all turned around and noticed that the behemoth Gigantomachia had finally arrived at the battlefield while carrying the remaining members of the Paranormal Liberation Front on his back as we watched the walking calamity moving towards us in horror.
“There is no way we can handle fighting both that giant and Shigaraki!” Shoto yelled, before charging at Shigaraki again. “I would better take Shigaraki down since he is already on his last legs!!”
“Don’t go and play the hero all by yourself, you half-and-half bastard!” Bakugo growled, charging at Shigaraki as well.
And with that Shoto, Bakugo, and Nejire senpai attacked Shigaraki with their super moves all the same time and the villain finally fell on the ground, unconscious.
“Run!!” Endeavor shouted when Gigantomachi finally stepped into the battlefield and quickly picked unconscious Shigaraki up from the ground.
“Shigaraki, you're not looking so good!!” Spinner asked from the giant's back.
“You okay, Shoto?” Endeavor asked as Shoto landed beside his father.
“Oh, there you are!” a familiar voice suddenly called out.
We all looked up to see Dabi on Gigantomachi’s back, grinning down at us.
“You all look like a bunch of ants from way up here!” Dabi chuckled, waving his hand. “Oh?! Do I spy Shoto too?! That’s perfect!! Long time no see!!”
“Huh?” Shoto asked in annoyance.
“Dabi!!” Endeavor snarled at the ravenette villain.
“Ouch! Is that any way to address me?” Dabi chuckled mockingly as he poured some liquid from a bottle over his head before his hair went from black to white. “Why must you call me by my villain moniker... when I have such a great name… Call me Touya…”
And then for a split second, I felt like the whole world had just stopped moving. My eyes widened in disbelief while my mouth gasped open as I stared at Dabi or should I say Touya in bewilderment. My heart started to beat faster than usual as if it was going to burst out of my chest and now I suddenly started to feel like the whole world was spinning really fast, making me feel all dizzy and sick.
Now that you asked… I think, right now, if Touya suddenly appears and stands in front of me, I’ll definitely jump into his arms like a typical shoujo manga heroine and tell him how much I missed him, how much I felt lonely without him. So yeah… Maybe I still love him…
“You are that dumbstruck?! Really?!” Touya laughed. “I know my face isn’t exactly what it was, but I was sure that my own family would have figured it out. Though there was this one person who speculated that I could be Touya and it was none other than my lovely ex-fiancé; Nana Osaki!!”
It's been a while, hasn’t it Babydoll? I missed you so much.~
“T-Touya…” I mumbled and my breath got caught in my throat, still in shock as my eyes started to get blurry and watery.
“Who are you?” I asked softly. “Do I know you? Have we ever met before? Why did you ask if I recognized you? And why do you keep saying that you missed me?”
“The name is Dabi, Babydoll… Your glorified villain babysitter.” He smirked, standing up, his hands in the pockets of his trench coat.
“Is that actually your real name though?” I looked at him skeptically. “I don’t believe that. What’s your real name? What’s your true identity?”
“Why do you ask, Babydoll?” he asked.
“Because you remind me of someone I knew and love.” I responded.
“Oh really? Who?” he asked, raising an eyebrow.
“Touya Todoroki.” I mumbled softly.
Touya looked at me with an apologetic smile.
“Sorry Babydoll, for hiding this secret from you! Back at Camino Ward, when you asked me if I was Touya or not, at that moment I wanted to do nothing else but to pull you into a tight hug, shower you with love and kisses, and tell you that I was in fact your Touya, but if I did that, my plans would’ve gotten ruined!” Touya stated before he looked back at Shoto and Endeavor with a smirk. “Well, Endeavor, I never forgot a thing. And I had plenty of reason to keep watching you. I’m not saying that everyone has to be pure and selfless. Just you! And guess what? Right now, my prerecorded life story is broadcasting nationwide and on the internet!”
Touya grinned widely as he started to jump down from Gigantomachia’s back and began to dance and twirl around in the madness. Shoto and Endeavor simply stood on the ground with wide eyes and dropped jaws, staring at Touya in disbelief while trying to take in everything that was happening right now at that moment.
“Man, I’m having a blast!!” Touya laughed with a big wild grin on his face. “Sorry, where was I? Oh yeah! How could I make you hurt? How to best stomp all over your life? I have been pondering all this ever since that day! I couldn’t figure out why I even existed and every day I would crawl to Natsu-kun and Nana crying my eyes out… Not that you ever knew, right?! When you finally achieved success with your little puppet Shoto… I thought killing him might do the trick! But then who would have guessed you got bumped up to No. 1! Suddenly, I was rooting for your happiness. My blood ran cold when I thought you might bite the big one in Kyushu! Then I led Starservant and Ending straight to you one after the other and you still survived like the cockroach that you are! You were finally No. 1! It's all you ever wanted! But it must have weighed on you, right?! Or was all the praise and admiration like chicken soup for your soul?! When at long last you could stare your kids in the eye… Did you finally start to feel the warm and fuzzy bonds of the family?! You must have thought ‘as long as I face the future I can be better’! I can tell you are at a loss for words, so here is the answer!!"
Touya then stopped swaying and twirling before he placed his hands on his chest.
"The past never dies! Get it yet?!" Touya yelled out, widely grinning, and that sent shivers down my spine. "You reap what you sow!! Let us fall together, you and me, Enji Todoroki!! Come dance with your son, here in hell!!”
“Touya is dead. This is an unforgivable lie.” Endeavor mumbled in disbelief, still staring at Touya with widened eyes.
“I am alive and kicking! It's an unforgivable truth, Dad!!” Touya responded with a mocking grin, his eyes widening a bit. “So sad that you never bothered to invite me to your fire-quirk-infested agency! Why didn't you notice I was your son? You never suspected because so many had flame-related quirks? Is that the reason? You can swab me or take some blood samples as a souvenir if you don't believe me. Go run a DNA test. Although my own test results are already being publicized as we speak. Endeavor, consider this a homecoming gift from me to you since I dug up something on that good-for-nothing spy Hawks as well. Even coming from a villain, the words that I speak will shake the public to their core. They won't be able to trust any of you after this. The damage has already been done! After seeing something like that, who the hell won't be shaking in their boots?!”
With that, Touya jumped off from Gigantomachia's back and was about to attack Endeavor with Prominence Burn to finish off his father once and for all.
“Thanks for going strong up until now, Endeavor!!” Touya yelled.
“Touya!! Stop, please!! Don’t do this!!” I screamed out, tears rolling down my cheeks.
“Sorry, Nana!! But for the past 8 years, this is what I’ve been waiting for!!” Touya replied back.
“Father, he is coming!!” Shoto yelled at a still-shocked Endeavor, preparing to attack Touya back. “Protect Nana and the others! I will handle this! Please move! Protect them! Hey, please get it together!!”
But then suddenly a plane flew by in the air over the battlefield and before Touya could unleash his attack, he got tied up with wires from that plane. We all looked up and noticed who it was.
“Apologize for being fashionably late!! Best Jeanist will now be returning to work starting today!!” the No. 3 pro hero announced, making Touya frown at the man.
"Bastard! You're supposed to be dead! It was a real corpse! Why are you alive?!" Touya asked in annoyance through his gritted teeth.
"If you're greedy, you'll come apart at the seams like cheap denim!!" Jeanist replied back with confidence and Touya's frown deepened even more.
“Even if you are alive, Jeanist… that doesn't mean the Todoroki family’s past will be brushed under the rug… Right, Shoto?!” Touya smirked, immediately engulfing himself in blue flames as he looked over to see a crying yet enraged Shoto charging toward him with his firepower unleashed.
Best Jeanist unleashed even more wire and wrapped them around Gigantomachia, Spinner, and Mr. Compress as he pinned down the giant on the ground.
“You’re kidding me! He managed to detain Machia?!” Mr. Compress yelled.
“Trying to break free is so painful!!” Spinner shouted. “Doesn’t Machia have immeasurable strength?! Shigaraki, wake up!! You are alive, aren’t you?! Machia needs your orders!! Shigaraki!!”
Nejire senpai meanwhile, tried to strike Shigaraki again, but unfortunately got blasted by Touya's flames, much to everyone’s horror.
"Hado Senpai!!" Shoto screamed out in shock while trying to fight off Touya with his flames.
“Senpai!” I shouted in horror as I ran up and caught her in my arms before looking back at Touya with rage. “What the fuck, Touya?!”
“What a mess, huh Endeavor!!” Touya laughed maniacally as he broke free from Jeanist’s restraints using his blue flames. “Look! Another starry-eyed kid with a bright future burned to ashes!! By your flames!!”
"Stop it!!" Shoto yelled out at Touya as the latter's fire power pushed the former back.
Then, at that moment, suddenly Shigaraki slowly started to regain consciousness and ordered Gigantomachia to break free from the restraints. And right one cue, the giant let out an earth-shaking roar and started to tear down the wires around him, but Jeanist again shot more wires around it.
“Quit it, Touya-Nii!!” Shoto yelled as he charged at Touya again. “So you send that villain?! Natsu-Nii was nearly killed!! The brother you said you crawled and cried to! That Natsu-Nii!!”
“Then that would mean Endeavor would suffer!!” Touya grinned at Shoto, leaving the younger brother in shock.
“Have you lost your mind, you bastard?!” Shoto screamed out in rage and disbelief.
“You got it, Shoto!!” Touya laughed again, overpowering Shoto once again with his blue flames. “Your big brother has completely lost any feeling for anything!!”
“Touya!!” Shoto yelled as Touya used his flames on his younger brother.
“Finally, I can kill you!!” Touya laughed.
“Shoto!!” I shouted in horror as I charged at the Todoroki brothers. “Touya, stop!!”
“Hey, Spinner!! Behind you!!” Mr. Compress called.
“Huh?” Spinner asked as he turned around to look. “Looks like luck is in our favor after all!!”
“Those fucking Nomus again!!” Bakugo snarled as he charged at those flying creatures.
I also turned around and gasped when I noticed Nomus flying towards us. I quickly changed my route and flew towards the Nomus unleashing my Rinkaku Kagune and taking out my scythe. One after another, Bakugo and I fought and killed the Nomus when suddenly I felt a similar presence around me.
“Don’t tell me!” I gasped and at that moment a certain individual popped out from the ground.
“PO... WERRR!!!”
At that moment, Mirio senpai arrived, using his quirk to take out the Nomu which was approaching Best Jeanist, leaving everyone shocked.
“Lemillion!!” Midoriya gasped.
“Mirio senpai!” I called with a smile.
“Despite this, it’s not like I have got the power to take out this Nomus in one shot!” Mirio Senpai chuckled. “Nana-chan, Bakugo, back me up!!”
“It’s great to see you again, Bakugo.” Jeanist greeted.
“That was just a placeholder name…” Bakugo smirked as he killed a Nomu with his quirk. “I was saving the real deal for you! From now on call me… God of Explosive Destruction, Dynamight!!!”
“Huh?” I sweat-dropped.
“Another dud…” Jeanist groaned.
“Too long!” Iida yelled.
“Chaotic!” Nejire Senpai commented.
“Tacky!” Mr. Compress deadpanned.
“So lame!” Spinner muttered as well.
“Haha! That's a good hero name! It's pretty funny!” Mirio Senpai laughed.
“It’s not meant to be funny!!” Bakugo snapped at Mirio.
“Without joy and laughter to balance the sorrow the world can never hope to have a bright future…” Mirio Senpai stated. “My bad there! That's just my motto!! As long as the final boss is restricted in the blaze, it’s time to clean up the rest of the mess!!”
And after that, right on cue, Mirio Senpai, Nejire Senpai, Bakugo, Jeanist, and I started to attack and kill all the flying Nomus.
“Aw, your friends are having a blast down there!!” Touya laughed as he and Shoto kept on fighting mid-air. “Poor Shoto... No fun for you, just pain!”
Touya then grabbed Shoto and wrapped his arms around his younger brother before covering his azure flames around themselves as he started to increase his heat.
“But you… your body will burn too!” Shoto stuttered out in pain. "You're burning up as well, Touya!"
“You have grown up to be so considerate, I’m happy for you little bro!” Touya chuckled as his eyes trailed off to Endeavor’s still-shocked face. “I’m fine! In fact, I’m overjoyed right now! Look at that face! Even when his masterpiece, his greatest doll is about to get perished by his failure's flames, he still can't do anything!! Hey, take a look! He is totally broken!! Hahaha!! Shoto, if you burn up in my flames and turn to ashes, I wonder what kind of face dear old dad will be making then?!”
While I was fighting and killing the Nomus, I noticed what Touya was trying to do with Shoto. So without wasting any more time, I used my Kakugan and swapped places with Shoto. And right now, I was in Touya’s arms.
“Nana!!” Shoto gasped in shock.
“Oh, now look at that?” Touya smirked as he tightened his grip around me and pulled me even closer to his chest, immediately extinguishing his flames. “It’s been so long since I held you like this, Nana… I missed this.”
“Touya…” I mumbled lovingly as I reached out and touched his face. “Please, stop this… I beg you… Please…”
“I can’t, Nana…” Touya muttered, softening his gaze at me before reaching out and gently running his fingers on my cheek.
“Hey, let go of Nana-chan!” Midoriya yelled.
“You know it’s rude to interfere in other people’s family matters!” Touya said to the green-haired boy in annoyance.
“I’m interfering because Todoroki-kun is a precious friend and Endeavor is my mentor who made me stronger!!” Midoriya yelled. “The past doesn't disappear! That's why the present Endeavor is making an effort. That’s the Endeavor I’m watching. You’re not Endeavor!!”
“Ha, anybody could figure that out!” Touya responded mockingly. “But don’t you pity the likes of me at least a little?! The consequences of the scenes committed by a supposed apostle of justice… That’s what I am! Evil will no longer prosper! Justice will crumble! All I have done is showed all those susceptible people where to put the blame! Now the future that awaits is clear! All the lip service and ego-stroking will vanish and it will be chaos!!”
Then all of a sudden, Gigantomachia started to go all wild and tear up Jeanist’s restraints.
“Big trouble!” Mirio Senpai yelled.
“He has restored!” Jeanist shouted.
At the moment, Endeavor used every bit of strength he had to fly up and knock the giant back before knocking himself out as a result.
“Enji-san?!” I gasped in shock.
“Macchia?!” Spinner yelled.
“My strength!!” Gigantomachia groaned in pain as he started to slow down a bit.
“There was a message from the mountain team! They said they didn’t notice any effect but… the anesthetic worked!!” Jeanist stated.
“Looks like we’ve to go now…” Touya muttered with a sigh. “But before I go, I want to do something that I’ve always wanted to do since forever…”
“What-“
But before I could say anything more, Touya quickly leaned forward and pressed his lips against mine, pulling me into a passionate searing kiss as the cold metal of his piercings sent pleasant shudders up my spine. My eyes widened in shock and I went completely rigid on my spot. I mean, after all, it was my first kiss and it got stolen by the man I had been in love with for so many years now. I didn't know how to respond to it at first. The kiss was like a beautiful sweet dream; a dream that I didn't want to wake up from.
I’m in love with you, Nana Osaki. You may not understand what it means to be in love with someone because you're still too young. But always remember… I love you and I always will love you, Nana-chan...
My brain stopped functioning and the next thing I knew, I slowly and unconsciously closed my eyes and started to kiss back Touya. In response, Touya smirked into the kiss before he pressed his tongue to the seam of my lips and at my grant of access, delved the tongue inside my mouth. As our tongues intertwined with one another, the kiss got rough, sloppy, and even more demanding. Euphoric warmth began to blossom within me and the whole feeling was utterly blissful, making the kiss feel like fireworks, tingles, and desires. It felt as if nothing mattered at that moment, as if nothing existed in this universe; it was just only me and him. Touya then slowly pulled away from the kiss as soon as we were out of breath and chuckled softly at my tomato-red face.
“DID HE JUST KISS HER?!?!” Bakugo roared in rage.
“Looks like I’m your first kiss, huh?” Touya muttered with a smirk, panting slightly from the kiss. “Lucky me!”
Touya quickly let go of me and started to climb back onto Gigantomachia while I kept on floating in mid-air like an idiot, trying to process everything that just happened now.
“Touya!!” Shoto yelled, charging at his older brother to attack him with Flashfire Fist.
“Sorry, Shoto! The situation has changed!” Touya responded before attacking Shoto with his Flashfire Fist Jetburn.
“Shoto!” I gasped, rushing forward to save him.
But it was too late as Shoto had already taken the attack and was now knocked out cold. I quickly caught him in my arms and slowly landed on the ground. I looked over to see that Mr. Compress caught Touya in his marbles before safely handing it over to Spinner.
And after that, whatever happened on the battlefield was all blurry to me. I remembered Shoto slowly regained his consciousness and I quickly went back to fight Shigaraki and the Nomus. Mirio Senpai was finally able to catch Mr. Compress and easily took him down. Bakugo, Nejire senpai, Iida, Jeanist, and I all desperately tried to fight and chase after Shigaraki with our fatigued injured bodies while also fighting against other Nomus as Shigaraki, Spinner, and Skeptic started to escape away by riding on the back of a flying Nomu. Shoto, Endeavor, and Midoriya were all barely able to stay conscious at that moment. Midoriya also tried to catch Shigaraki with his Blackwhip but failed in the process. In the end, Shigaraki successfully escaped away with his comrades, bringing the Paranormal Liberation War to a conclusion.

It had been a long day.
You sigh and let your bag fall to the entry floor as you toe off your shoes. As the only quirkless member of the Todoroki family you never had a shot at hero work, but that never meant you had no interest in the hero industry. You finally made it into your preferred field a few months ago, a new hire at your stepmother’s ex’s agency in their crisis management department. Whenever a hero or sidekick makes a mistake or a villain causes too much damage before they’re apprehended, you’re behind the scenes doing as much as you can to fix the lives of those affected.
All in all… paperwork is a bitch.
An irritated puff expels through your nose as you nearly trip over an extra pair of shoes in the foyer, but your irritation dispels when you lay eyes on a worn pair of charcoal converse. You sigh.
“Touya?” you call out as you pad down the hall.
“Living room.” His voice is tired, a sleep laden rasp in his throat.
You sweep through the open kitchen, drop your keys on the counter, and make your way to the living room. You lean in the doorway when you catch sight of him sprawled out on your couch, half under one of the softer throws your stepmom got you for Christmas a couple years ago. The light from the tv bathes him in a silver sheen, highlighting his jet-black hair and glinting off the triple helix on his ear, the gift you’d gotten him for his last birthday.
Touya shifts a little more upright as you come into his line of sight and reaches for the lamp on the side table. The soft yellow light helps, makes him look warmer. The picturesque tattoos of burning hemlock dancing up his forearms and disappearing under his shirt look more lively, and you can see the smile on his face as he looks at you.
But he still looks tired.
“Long day?”
You scoff and then laugh a little, your shoulders sagging as you slouch over to the couch. He opens the blanket in invitation and you crawl in beside him, sighing as he wraps an arm around you, your head dropping onto his shoulder.
“Yeah,” you mumble softly, sighing again as he kisses the top of your head. You return the kiss with one to the side of his neck, your lips pressing to the inky vines winding down his throat. “You?”
“Yeah,” he mutters. His voice is a comfortable rumble against your back. “Somethin’ like that.”
Touya uses your apartment as a personal hideout, ever since you leased the place. At his age he's expected to be living on his own by now, but Rei has a soft spot for her eldest son and won't push him out of the nest. Since he promised you he wouldn't argue with your father, he ends up at your place more often than not. Your dad is the type to be optimistic, encouraging, and stern, and Touya doesn't have the best track record with nurturing authority types—or authority figures in general really—given how strict Endeavor was when it came to raising his children.
He squints at the screen as if just noticing it was on. "Movie's comin' on. Wanna watch it with me?"
"Sure. I think I wanted to see this one, but let me change first."
A short trip to your room is enough to shed your office clothes and slip into a tank top and sleep shorts before you're back in his arms, wiggling until you're comfortable and he’s grumbling at you to settle the fuck down.
It may seem odd from the outside looking in to be this close, but it's always been this way with your step-siblings. Natuso and Fuyumi were the middle children, working hard on their futures when your parents hit it off, so it made sense that the eldest and youngest were the ones who latched onto you the hardest.
Shoto was polite in the beginning—earnest, really—and before long he was looking to you for approval even after he graduated from Yuuei. Touya saw you as another little sibling to look after, in his own way. From the moment you’d moved in, it felt like he was doing his best to make sure there was a place in their family where you fit. You always got the sense it was because he felt like an outlier himself. You were just happy to be accepted, and you adored them both, all of them of course.
Barely halfway through the movie, Touya shifts and his hand slides around to your stomach to hold you more comfortably. It makes you warm, dangerously so.
You’d be lying to yourself if you said you didn’t enjoy how touchy-feely Touya always is, and he always seems to be seeking physical comfort from you. He holds your hand when he walks you to the store, always needs a hug before he leaves, and if he doesn't get a kiss on his cheek before he’s out the door, he will pout at you (aka lots of snark and rolled eyes) until you give in.
“You’re shifting a lot tonight, doll. You good?” Touya hums behind you, sounding distracted and you realize you’d been rubbing yourself back against his—
“Sorry!” you whisper, face flaming.
“Don’t worry about it.” After a minute he mutters under his breath about how warm you are. “Don’t tell me you’re my real sister after all, 's like you're on fire.”
“We can take the blanket off—”
“Nah, ‘m fuckin’ freezing, feels good. My hands are cold, can I?”
“You fucker!” you yelp as he pushes his palms under your shirt, his hands like ice on your skin. His smirk is almost tangible behind you as he reprimands you for squirming when he’s doing his best to battle the sudden chill.
“Keep still, would ya?”
You try to kick his shins but he outmaneuvers you, pinning your legs under his own. He chuckles under his breath as the two of you scuffle for a couple moments, tugging you closer until you give up with an exaggerated huff.
“You good now? You’re missing the movie.”
You grumble as you settle, but your heart still races.
During your half-hearted wrestling attempt it had been easy to miss, but now that you’re relaxed into him again you’re becoming aware of the way Touya is heating up behind you. His palm is nearly searing the skin on your navel now, but you’re too distracted by what’s unmistakably digging into your back at the moment.
You know you’re not supposed to get a flutter of anticipation, but it shudders up your spine anyways. Every now and then his hips rock forward like he can’t help himself, and every time they do, that telltale heat building hot and impatient beneath your skin grows.
His fingers are playing with your waistband like they have so many times before. You’re holding your breath as he dips a little lower than usual and you find yourself wondering, telling yourself you’re not hoping for it…but is this the night he’s finally going to cross the line he’s spent so much time dancing around?
You’ve always known. This dance has been happening for a while. You’ve noticed the way he looks at you, and holds you too close, and you feel guilty knowing just how much you enjoy the attention. He always seems to hold himself back though, neither one of you truly acknowledging the heightening desire that builds in the dark.
Your gasp feels loud when his hand firmly slides into your panties—long fingers toying with the apex of your mound, a breath away from the bundle of nerves that feels like a live current desperate for a trigger—but it’s barely more than a tense inhale.
Touya’s lips are almost on your ear, his breath hot as his words push both of you towards an uncharted precipice.
“This okay?”
You know that this is the moment to turn back. If you say something now, he’ll remove his hand and go back to watching the movie.
Your heart pounds rapidly as you think, but something heated and needy coils tight in you. If you deny him now, would he ever have the courage to come after you again? Displeasure rises bitterly at the thought of him distancing himself from you. You want him. Maybe you’ve always wanted him.
“Mhm,” you manage, breathing just a little too hard to be casual, and you feel his grin against your neck.
“That’s my girl.”
Hot pleasure sparks beneath your skin at his words, but it’s nothing compared to the electric shock as his fingers slip between your embarrassingly wet folds.
“That’s my slut,” Touya groans sharply, his tone low and laced with thinly veiled desire. “Do you know how wet you are? I always knew you were a needy little thing.”
You whine as he parts your folds, tracing over your hole and up to your clit. It’s almost twitching with the desire to be touched, white hot and wanting. “Touya, please.”
“Can’t tell you how long I’ve wanted to hear that,” he mumbles, tongue pressing to your neck, kissing and biting at the sensitive skin there as he obliges you. You moan breathily and uncontrolled as he circles the bud delicately, again and again. “You sound so good sayin’ my name like that, doll.”
He’s rocking his hips into you steadily now, grinding against your back.
Heat and frustration is building steadily as your step-sibling continues to play with you, and you realize that he is quite literally playing with you—switching between the way he touches your clit, moving from circling it gently to tapping it, rolling it between his fingers.
Touya knows to be thorough, to find out exactly what you like, to make this unforgettable. He’s listening and paying close attention to the way you react to his every touch. Every now and then slender fingers slide down and he presses a digit or two into your soaked cunt, now dripping obscenely, curling them lazily as he searches for what makes your body sing.
Even with his lazy movements, you can feel something coiling tight inside you. Whatever this is between you, it's been too long coming, your hips jerking as pleasure threatens to undo you. But before you can be taken apart, Touya slips his fingers from your waistband.
You whine at the loss, whipping your head towards him only for him to grasp your chin and pull you closer, his tongue prying your lips apart and delving inside. His fingers are still slick from your juices, gripping your chin tighter as he shifts you under him, supporting his weight on one arm as he kisses you like this is his last chance to.
You don’t have the coherency to tell him it’s not, dizzy with want by the time he pulls back. His sapphire eyes darken when you wrap a leg around his hips to instinctively keep him close, his lips glistening in the flickering light of the tv.
“Tell me you want this.” He stares down at you intently, holding your gaze as he waits for your admission.
There’s no point in denying it anymore. Of course you do.
“I want you.”
Touya grabs at your thigh curled around him and pushes it off, smirking at your pout as he sits back on the couch. “‘S cute, but don’t make that face. Strip all that off, and c’mere.”
You all but scramble as he pats his lap, pulling your shirt over your head and bra following quickly, equal parts pleased and embarrassed when you see the way his gaze is locked on you, trailing down your exposed skin. As you slip the last of your clothing down your legs and step out of it you look at him, confused when he just sits there watching you.
“Aren’t you gonna…” you trail off, eyebrows furrowing.
Touya perks an eyebrow at you. “Didn’t I say c’mere? We were watchin’ a movie, weren’t we?”
His voice is too light, and you know that tone. He’s up to something, but big brother Touya is always up to something. And he always gets his way. So instead of questioning him again, you do what he wants and you settle into his lap, only making a small noise of complaint when he faces you away from him.
He clicks his teeth. “Don’t be a brat now, you were being such a good girl earlier.”
“You’re not being fair,” you mumble, squirming. “Why’m I the only one naked?”
“Cause you’re prettier than me.” He’s teasing and you know it.
Your protest is cut off as he yanks you back against his chest and cups your breasts, slender fingers pulling at your nipples and rolling them.
“Fuck!”
“My cute little whore has such a dirty mouth,” Touya purrs in your ear. “Just sit still. Lemme touch.”
You try, you really do. He kneads at your breasts, smoothes his hands down your body, exploring you languidly. It’s impossible.
“Touya—” you break off with a squeak as he bites your shoulder in reprimand. “Hey!”
Touya laves his tongue over the stinging mark and coos. “Aw did that hurt?”
“A little…”
“Want my cock to make it better?”
You suck in a breath. It comes out of his mouth like a sweet invitation, but there’s just enough insecurity in his cocky tone for you to hear (that only you could hear) that you know he’s uncertain of your answer. His heart is pounding against your back, further betraying his underlying anxiety.
Not one to torture your loved ones, you squirm back on him. “Make it better, Touya. Make me feel better.”
“Say it,” he demands, turning your head to look at him.
Blue eyes glare down at you desperately, searching for any hint that you’re playing him. You’re quick to douse the flames of doubt.
“Fuck me,” you whine. “I want your cock.”
“Shit,” Touya breathes, flopping back against the couch, hiking you further up his lap so he can reach the button of his jeans and pop it open.
You moan at the feeling of something warm and hard sliding between your thighs as he shifts you back into place, before spreading your legs over his own.
"Eyes on the movie, doll," Touya rasps, teasing your slit with the head of his cock. "You wanted to watch it, remember?"
You wanted the chance to see him, the disappointment welling in your chest evaporating as quickly as it appears at the feel of him pushing the head in and out of your soaking heat.
"What about you?" Your last word cuts off in a gasp as he pushes into you fully, his girth spreading you open.
"Was never watchin’ the movie," he breathes, a groan hitching in his throat as the walls of your cunt squeezes him in a vice grip.
It feels different, and not just taboo different.
"Touya, what's that?" You moan as something—several cool to the touch somethings—rub against the front wall of your pussy, making your toes curl as pleasure bolts from nerve to nerve.
“I’ll show you later,” he groans impatiently, his hands fumbling on your hips to hold you still. “J-just, fuck— Lay back, would you?”
You comply, and Touya sinks lower on the couch, his feet on the floor to give him the leverage to fuck into you, each stroke slow and languid. Pleasure courses through your veins, hot and sticky, your eyes pinching closed as you focus on the feel of him.
He’s so long and wonderfully girthy—just enough to feel stretched, the fat head of his cock touching deep every time he sinks into you—but you can’t get over the scrape of those…god, what are those?
You can’t think, your moans splitting the thick air of the living room, legs quivering under his touch as he smooths his palms along your spread thighs. You’re both lost in a loop of exhilaration and long awaited satisfaction, your hips jerking into his every time he sinks in deep and grinds.
His teeth meet your shoulder again, digging into the same grooves he left behind before. Your thoughts are sluggish beyond the haze of pleasure but it feels like he’s marking you, leaving something of himself behind. The thought chases away the sharp sting, winds a sudden coil in your gut, and you suck in a breath as something white flashes behind your eyelids.
“Touya!”
“Yeah, I feel it,” Touya moans behind you—moans, and the sound of it has you clenching around him hard, forcing a choked groan from his lips. “Fuck yeah, doll. Keep squeezin’ my cock like that. Perfect little slut, touch yourself for me.”
With shaky hands you begin to circle your own clit, lightly, the added stimulation threatening to unravel you right now, but you don’t want this to end. Not yet. It feels so good; whines and broken iterations of his name are all you feel capable of.
“Tell me how it feels.” There’s a desperate edge in his voice now, tight with desire and something else, something that sets you alight from head to toe.
“It feels so good! So warm, ‘m gonna—” It’s a borderline sob now, with you feeling as if you’re dangling on the edge of something dangerous. You’re almost scared of the blooming sparks in your belly, but you wretchedly race towards them anyways.
Touya’s thrusts grow a little frenzied, the wet sounds of his cock sliding in and out of you loud in your ears. He’s panting, his groans ragged, barely holding on himself.
“Tell me you love me.”
His voice is rough, but so impossibly tender—needy. Your mind short circuits at the sound, pleasure igniting in your belly and your hand reaches back to tangle in his hair as you fall apart.
Touya groans, one hand tight on your hip as you spasm around his cock, his other reaching around to replace yours, gently circling your clit to help you ride out your orgasm.
“Touya! I love you, Touya—oh, god!”
Touya stiffens and shudders as pleasure melts the base of his spine, zipping up along it, pressing his forehead to your shoulder as he spills inside you with a low whimper. “F-fuck—”
You both sag into the couch, chests heaving as you wind down from your respective highs. You squirm at the feeling of him softening in you before he grumbles something unintelligible and pulls you down onto your side with him.
His heart races against your back as he pushes a pillow into place—letting you use his arm as one yourself—and you wonder if he can feel the way yours is threatening to beat out of your chest.
He’s still pressed stubbornly close to you, the rough edge of his jeans pressing into the back of your thighs as he tries to stay buried in your pussy for as long as he can, but he still remains silent behind you, his breath hot on your neck.
“I love you, Touya.”
You say it again, softly this time. You want him to hear it when you’re not swimming in pleasure; you want him to hear just how much you mean it.
Touya hums, a low contented sound. “Always knew ya did.”
He sounds like he always does, snarky, but there’s a warmth in his voice that betrays his happiness.
“So what now?”
“Now we finish your damn movie, and then you need a shower. You’re kinda a mess right now,” he purrs devilishly in your ear, making you shiver even as a new bolt of heat strikes down your spine.
“And then?” You moan as he finally slips out of you, cheeks heating at the feel of his cum spilling out between your thighs.
Touya reaches a hand between your legs, lazily sliding his fingers through the mess. “And then I fuck you the way I really wanted to. I need to see the face you make when I make you cum. Hope you know I’m not usually this sweet ‘nd gentle, right? Think you can take it?”
“So you were just being nice to me?” you tease gently, pushing your ass back towards him. “Do you think I’m that delicate?”
“You better not be.”
“Try me.”
A low groan pulls from his throat and Touya bundles you off the couch. You scramble to your feet before you can fall, and turn to look at him.
Your breath catches in your throat at the sight of him, sapphire eyes dark and blown, desire etched into the hard lines on his face. His jeans are low on his hips and he tugs his shirt over his head and tosses it onto the couch.
Your eyes trace over the garden of ink on his torso, a swirling mass of flames and flowers that you’ve spent plenty of time admiring in the past. It’s nothing you haven’t seen before, used to Touya lounging around the house in the warmer months in nothing but a pair of shorts, but with the darky, needy look in his eyes as he prowls towards you… It’s different now. He’s not stripping to get comfortable.
Anticipation thrills up your spine.
“Shower, now,” Touya rasps, herding you down the hallways towards your room. “And I better not catch you whinin’ cause I ain’t stoppin’ ‘til I’m through with you.”
Tumblr media
Sunlight pours through the small gap of your bedroom blinds, but that’s not what wakes you. You’re far too used to it for that. You’re not sure what it is exactly that has you blinking awake.
Maybe it has something to do with the arm wrapped around your waist, or the thigh curled over your own. It could be the mild soreness between your legs, or possibly the stinging sensation of multiple bite marks across your body, courtesy of the perpetrator currently lightly snoring into your shoulder.
You gently turn over, detangling yourself from his limbs as quietly as possible. Touya has always been a somewhat heavy sleeper, so it’s not like it’s hard; but he really isn't a good morning person, so the last thing you want to do is wake him.
He mumbles something and flips onto his stomach, not waking for a moment.
You gaze at him for a moment, eyes soft. His hair is a mess, inky strands sprawled across the section of his face not buried in the pillow. After smoothing the wayward tresses covering his eyes, you sit up slowly, your gaze drawn to the ink twisting up his back. Your fingers trace the lines with quiet reverence.
It really is beautiful; you know it took Touya a long time to get it all done. The hemlock on his forearms drooping and smoking from the surrounding flame turn to vines as they spread out up his biceps, shoulders, and throat. You know on his front the vines swirl throughout a meadow of baby’s breath and gladioli down his collarbone and chest, but on his back they weave around a breathtaking lotus that’s shedding its petals one by one, the ones that fall gathering in a pile at the dip of his spine.
“Ya done starin’?”
You jump as he rolls onto his side to smirk at you, eyes droopy and tired. Touya chuckles at your expression and tugs you to his chest, giving a low groan as he tries to get comfortable again.
“Touya, wait—”
“Just go back to sleep, alright? It’s still fuckin’ early,” he mumbles gruffly, closing his eyes.
But your eyes are wide open, filled with panic. “I said wait, Touya!” you hiss desperately, struggling in his hold to sit back up.
You can feel the heat of mortification storming across your body as you maintain eye contact with the youngest Todoroki, who’s standing silently in the doorway of your bedroom.
His two-tone eyes are unreadable, but you know your younger brother well enough by now to know that the slight pull of his eyebrows means he’s shocked, that the miniscule purse of his lips means he’s upset.
Not that you can blame him. Walking in on your step-sister naked in bed with your older brother is not exactly prime model behavior.
“S-shoto,” you whisper, pitched and panicked. “I, uh…”
Oh, god, there’s no good way to explain this. You’re frozen, too petrified to even shield your body from his hard stare. You’re covered in bites and bruises, hair a mess and you can almost feel your relationship with Shoto shattering to dust when Touya groans dramatically and shoves his face in the pillow.
“Seriously, Shoto, your timing is fuckin’ awful. It’s too goddamn early for this. Try again later.”
Shoto glares at his brother and you can only gape at him as he drops his bag in the doorway and sits on the edge of your bed, right by your side. “You’re too impatient, nii-san. We agreed that we were going to wait.”
“Plans change.” Touya’s words are still muffled into the pillow, resiliently clinging to the notion that sleep is not yet lost. “Snooze ‘nd you lose.”
“Wait, what?”
Shoto doesn’t answer your question, a pout forming on his lips as he traces the teeth marks on your shoulder with a gentle touch. He doesn’t miss the slight wince of your expression; Touya had marked that same spot several times over last night.
“He was so rough with you,” Shoto says softly. “I would have been gentle.”
Touya snorts and raises his head. “Fuck off, I was gentle. …the first time.”
Shoto rolls his eyes. “Kinda hard to believe when she’s covered in teeth marks.”
You’re too busy reeling to take much notice of their bickering.
It’s Shoto; straight-laced, kind, upstanding Shoto. The Todoroki family’s shining star. Why isn’t he telling you how sick this is, and demanding to know what you were thinking crossing the bounds of family in such a forbidden manner?
Shoto notices your rising agitation and murmurs something soothing, trying to catch your attention by cradling your face in his palms. His eyebrows furrow gently at the sight of your quickly welling tears.
“We love you.” He says it simply, like that’s all there is to know.
Touya sits up swiftly since he obviously isn’t going to get to go back to sleep, and croons at you as he kisses the back of your neck, “Want us to prove it, doll?”
Shoto glares at his brother over your shoulder, unimpressed. “You already got to be with her.”
“And I’m gonna have her again. If you want her at all you’re gonna learn how to fuckin’ share, little brother.”
Why didn’t you see it all before?
Shoto has always clung to you. He was almost as desperate for your attention as Touya right from the start. He always insisted you help him study, even when you were certain he knew the material already; he would ask you to cook dinner with him on his nights.
When he graduated he insisted you visit him every weekend so you wouldn’t drift apart; it was him who suggested his father’s agency for your internship, where he debuted as a hero a few years ago. He even wrote your recommendation letter. He would always swing by in the morning with your coffee order, and without fail walked you to your car every night.
His love just wasn’t as obvious, at least not to you. His hugs were quick, like he didn’t want to be touched; his kisses might as well have been ghostlike, like he couldn’t handle being that close. You always thought he was just copying his big brother, but out of obligation, not desire.
“You love me?” You whisper the words looking at Shoto, but the question is for both of them.
"Of course—"
“Don’t be stupid, doll,” Touya mumbles, cutting him off and sucking another bruise into a miraculously unmarked portion of your neck. “‘Course we do.”
Shoto quietly brushes a stray tear from the apple of your cheeks, his lips following soon after. They’re warm, soft against your skin.
He smiles.
“You weren’t around when we were growing up, so it’s not obvious to you how much we’ve changed for the better since you joined our family. I can’t imagine the person I’d be right now if it weren’t for the way I feel about you.”
“Shoto…”
Shoto pulls back, his smile still warming his face, but smaller, calmer. “Especially Touya. I think if it weren’t for you, he would have left us a long time ago. Our father wasn’t…well, you brought him back.”
You stiffen in surprise, and Touya grumbles under his breath, trying to cover his embarrassment with coarseness. “Brat. Don’t go spoutin’ that shit now.”
Shoto makes a low huff of amusement before tugging you out of the eldest’s arms, ignoring Touya’s growl of protest.
“Let me have you to myself for just a minute,” Shoto breathes.
And then he’s kissing you. His touch is so sweet and he’s so warm that you can’t help but melt into him. No part of him is shying away from you now as he pushes himself between your legs, strong arms guiding you back down to the bed.
He’s unyielding as his tongue traces the seam of your lips, a heady desperation fueling him that you can’t help but get swept up in, parting your lips for him with a breathy moan. Shoto hums, his tongue meeting yours tentatively until your fingers curl into the collar of his shirt and tug him closer, and he crumbles. The kiss grows wet, fervent, your head swimming as he refuses to relent, content to taste you even as your legs curl around his waist, spelling your impatience.
“Calm down,” he mumbles against your lips, giving you a small break as he nips gently at your neck, his tongue soothing the bite marks decorating your throat. “There’s no need to rush any of this.”
“I don’t want to wait.” You gasp as his lips move lower, sucking and kissing at your collarbone, down the valley of your breasts, down your navel. Sparks follow the trail he’s making, down to where he stops, his eyes staring in disapproval of more bites scattered across the insides of your thighs.
His eyes are sharp as they look to you then Touya when your head falls back onto your pillows, covering your face in embarrassment.
“Is there no part of her you left untouched?”
Shoto glares at him, but Touya stares back, both smug and aroused.
“Nope.”
“You’re an animal.”
“She liked it.”
“Oh my god, stop talking!” you whine, forearms still covering your face. Excitement and arousal is making your body hot and you’re desperate for Shoto to keep going, but you know they could bicker forever. You’ve seen it plenty of times.
His mismatched eyes soften as they flash back to you, and he leans to pull your arms down. When he’s satisfied you’re watching him he continues, pressing his lips to the juncture where your thighs meet your mound.
Your chest feels tight with anticipation as his fingers grope at your thighs, kneading the plush flesh before sliding around to cup your ass. You moan when he inhales the scent of your growing arousal before his tongue peeks out to part your folds, flattening and dragging up through your slit. As he reaches the bundle of nerves at the top, he retreats, blowing on the nub lightly. Shoto’s head swims at the sound of your whine, so he does it again, desperate to hear you make that sound again.
Shoto’s fingers dig into the swell of your ass as he groans and pulls you closer, his tongue delving into your dripping cunt and lapping at your juices. You’re propped on your forearms, watching him with hazy eyes as he tastes you, your chest heaving at the assault of sensations.
He’s gentler than Touya, but that doesn’t make it any less intense. Your fingers grip the sheets tightly as he slurps at your cunt, his tongue blistering on your slit as he draws it up to flick over your swollen clit. You keen when he seals his lips around it and sucks, the touch hot and wet.
The sloppy sounds of him savoring you make your body ignite, your arousal spilling onto the sheets even though you haven’t cum. You’re desperate to, but Shoto’s movements are slow and deliberate—you can tell he’s nowhere near finished.
Teal and brown eyes are not quite closed but far-seeing, as if he’s lost in something—in you. The sight of it tightens something in you, has your shaking fingers reaching for him until they tangle in the crimson strands of his left side. Shoto’s groan devolves into a whine as you tug him closer, the vibrations of his noises making your eyes roll back. The younger Todoroki doesn’t resist your grasp, he leans into it, his tongue moving deeper, more desperate.
You make a noise of approval, your hips jumping when his fingers slip into you, prodding at your walls until your legs snap closed around his cheeks. He looks drunk cushioned between your thighs, the wet sounds and his moans melding together and making your mind melt.
“Fuckin’ shit,” Touya rasps beside you, on his knees now as his fingers form a tight ring around the head of his cock.
Your head turns to him, moaning when he shuffles towards you and presses the head of his cock against your lips.
“Open up, doll. You’re killin’ me, sound so good like that.”
With a soft whimper, you part your lips and he feeds his cock into your mouth with a relieved sigh. As he pushes deeper you drag your tongue over each metal bar on the underside of his cock, gentle with the balled ends, counting five as they push deeper.
Last night in the shower Touya finally let you have a look, grinning at your wide eyed expression as you carefully brushed your fingers along his Jacob's ladder. He’d hissed under his breath as you nudged the last set, the lorum at the base of his shaft.
“Easy, that one’s new.”
That’s what you’re reaching for now as his fingers thread through your hair, his groans rough as he pulls you deeper onto his cock, your tongue swirling at the furthermost metal beads. You preen as he curses at the wet touch of your tongue ghosting the edge of his balls.
Touya pulls out slowly before thrusting back into your mouth; you’re trying your best not to gag, swallowing rapidly as his head touches the back of your throat.
“That’s a good slut,” Touya hisses, holding your head flush to his pelvis. His cock throbs at the feel of your throat closing around him, his head tossing back. “Pay attention to me.”
You whimper around Touya’s cock as Shoto gives a harsh suck on your clit, uncharacteristic of his attentions so far, and your watery gaze flicks downward to see Shoto leveling a heated stare at his brother again.
Touya takes notice, a lopsided grin spreading across his face as leers back at his little brother. “What, don’t like me calling it like it is? She really is a good little whore for me, you know. You should’ve heard the way she screamed for me last night.”
You moan around his length as one of Touya’s hands closes around your neglected breasts, his fingers pulling at the hardened nubs to hear the desperate sounds you make as he rocks in and out of your mouth.
“You shouldn’t call her that,” Shoto mumbles, his eyes glazed as he watches you writhe under his brother’s touch. His chin and cheeks are smeared with your arousal. The beginning beads of sweat have his hair sticking to his forehead.
Touya shrugs.
“She seems fine with it. Hasn’t complained.” He eases out of your throat and watches you inhale sharply, taking in the much needed oxygen.
“Still.”
The younger one sits up and slides off the bed, a smile tugging at his lips at your whine of protest. Shoto pulls his shirt over his head, ruffling his hair and dropping it to your floor before popping the button of his jeans, hooking his thumbs in the waistband to push them off.
“Don’t worry, sweetheart. I’ve only just started,” Shoto breathes, returning to the bed with a new fire in his eyes.
You inhale shakily at the sight of him exposed, the rippling muscle a sharp contrast to Touya’s lean figure. The eldest is healthy, and in no way out of shape, but Shoto’s strict training regimen has his body in peak physical condition.
There’s clean white and pink scars littering his chest from his escapades as a hero, but it does nothing to take away from his beauty. As he steps closer to you, your eyes trail downward to his pelvis where his cock bobs between his legs looking painfully hard, the pretty pink tip drooling. Your eyes widen; it looks heavy, thick, unable to bear its own weight and leaning to the left. At the base is a well-kept patch of hair that matches his split coloration just like the rest of his body hair.
As if sensing your trepidation at his brother’s size, Touya narrows his eyes and rests back on his haunches so you can take a moment to get adjusted. Shoto pulls you to the edge of the bed, spreading your thighs and standing between them as his hungry stare roves over your glistening cunt before snapping up to meet your gaze. He slides his length between your dripping folds and takes in a harsh breath at the feel of you.
His voice is soft, a light tremble to it the only tell of his nerves. “Do you want me to use a—”
“No,” you mumble shyly, fighting the urge to cover your face as his cheeks pinken at your immediate denial. “I wanna feel you, Sho’.”
“Okay,” he returns, sounding dazed. “Okay.”
Shoto drags the thick head of his cock through your juices again, lubricating himself fully before pressing himself against your fluttering hole, completely focused on the way you respond as he eases himself into your warmth.
You moan loudly at the immediate stretch, head thrown back as he slowly enters you. His eyebrows furrow at your tight heat, and he groans lowly in his chest as he coaches himself internally not to just hilt himself in you.
A strangled sound works its way up both your throats as he drags his hips back and pushes in again, trying to work himself deeper.
“Sho,” you gasp, fingers digging into the sheets as he sinks another inch into you, your eyes screwing shut. He’s so thick you don’t understand it. It doesn’t hurt, but it’s overwhelming, fighting the urge to let your eyes roll back into your head.
“You’re so beautiful,” Shoto chokes out, gripping your thighs tightly to ground himself. “So tight, so perfect. Feels like you’re made for me.”
“Holy fuck.” The words come from Touya, and you barely register the slick sound as the eldest slowly works his fist over his cock. Sapphire eyes lock on to where your drooling cunt is struggling to accommodate even two thirds of his younger brother’s cock.
You can feel yourself getting more desperate, wanting to ground yourself to something, but there’s nothing to hold onto.
Touya eyes the way your chest heaves, goosebumps rising on his skin at the hiccuping mewls you keep making. With an amused huff, he drops his cock and shifts closer until he’s sitting at your side. Shoto glares at him as he gets closer gripping your thighs possessively, but the heat falls short, the feeling of your slick walls too much.
“Just keep going,” Touya mutters gruffly, staring down at your trembling figure as opposed to making eye contact with his little brother. “You should be doin’ this yourself, but as much as I like watchin’ her squirm, she likes it when I touch her.”
His slender fingers trace over your mound before his thumb presses into your throbbing clit.
“F-fuck!” you warble out as heat strikes low in your belly, and Shoto echoes you with a groan as your cunt flutters around him as if trying to suck him deeper.
“There’s that dirty mouth,” Touya coos, voice dripping with playful condescension. He rubs slow, soothing circles around your clit, his eyes almost predatory with hunger. “That feel better? Bet you’re soaking now. Want him to just shove it in you, hmm?”
“Y-yes, yes!” you whine, teary eyes flickering from Touya to Shoto, desperate, pleading. “Want more, Shoto, please. Deeper!”
Shoto shakes at the pure need in your tone, his thighs tensing as his cock throbs. “Shit, sweetheart. Are you sure?”
“Please!”
“You heard her.” Touya retracts his hand, sucking the traces of your arousal off his fingers as he retreats further onto the bed.
Shoto barely hears him, adjusting his grip so that he’s holding your hips as he firmly fucks himself deeper. The gape of your lips, the tears clinging to your lashes: that’s all he can see as he’s finally seated in your pussy. It feels like the heat of you is going to melt him. He groans as you wrap your thighs around his waist and leans down to capture your lips.
You’re taking him like it’s nothing now, your tits pressed against his chest as you arch into him, hips bucking into his as he fucks you slow. His kiss is hot, quick, desperate, but he has to fuck you slow or he’s going to lose it. His body tingles with pleasure as your moans spill into his throat, your nails raking down his back as you ground yourself.
Shoto’s mind swims as you mewl his name against his lips over and over. His head feels full of cotton as his thrusts begin to get a little sharper, jostling the bed. His grip on your hips tightens as he pulls you steadily back into each thrust, pupils blowing out at the way your cries get more desperate, your back arching as your walls clamp and spasm around him. There’s a gush of slick coating his pelvis and the tops of his thighs now, but Shoto doesn’t stop; his hands slip under your back, grasping you tightly as he pulls you up off the bed completely.
You sink deeper onto his cock with a high squeal, and Shoto cups your ass to hold you up a little, widening his stance so he can fuck into you steadily. You whimper at the overstimulation, your teeth finding his collarbone as Shoto mumbles breathlessly.
"A little more, sweetheart. Just a little more, you're doing so good."
Touya snorts. "Now who's an animal?"
Shoto whines and turns, sitting back onto the bed and laying back, raising your hips so he can watch his length pumping into you. Your release is shining between your thighs, everywhere really, sticking to his thighs and matting the red and white of his pubic hair.
When your moans cut off, Shoto looks up to see your lips pressed to Touya's. The elder brother has his fingers between your legs again, rubbing on your clit as he curls your fist around his cock, guiding your hand to stroke it with his own.
The tension in Shoto's gut stretches thin when he picks up Touya's low rasp, biting out between the gaps of his rough kisses.
"C'mon doll, squeeze him for me— You want a break, you gotta make him cum. You wanna make him cum, don't'cha?"
"Yeah, wanna feel him cum," you whimper, tearing your lips from Touya's to stare down at Shoto with pleading eyes. "Want your cum Sho', please."
"S-shit, sweetheart."
Shoto half sits up in his aim to reach for you, his finger’s curling around the back of your neck and pulling you back down with him as he licks into your mouth. His other arm wraps around your hips, holding you down onto him as he grinds his cock into you, moaning shamelessly down your throat at the way your walls are milking him.
“Oh fuck, oh shit—” Shoto breaks from your lips with a low cry, clutching you to his chest; white dots his vision as he gives in, his cock jerking as he unravels, several spurts of hot cum shooting deep into your pussy. “Oh god, you feel so good. You did so good.”
A jolt runs up his spine when Shoto realizes your hips are moving, grinding down on his slowly softening cock.
“So close,” you slur into his chest. “‘M so close, Sho’. ‘M right there.”
“Keep going, sweetheart,” Shoto breathes, trying not to moan at the jolt of overstimulation on his spent cock.
It’s sensitive, but it’s bearable, especially when it’s rewarded as your fluttering walls clamp down hard, your thighs quaking around his own. Your whine is loud even as it muffles into his shoulder, your nails digging into his chest as ride out your orgasm with little jerks of your hips. Shoto can barely comprehend the feeling swelling up inside him as you babble about how good his cock feels, how good he’s making you feel; amazement, pride, and no short amount of giddiness sits warm in his chest.
Shoto rubs a soothing palm up and down your back, mumbling sweet nothings as you relax into his chest, only to groan softly as your hips raise enough for his cock to slip out with a wet sound. His head pops up at the feel of something brushing between his legs, only to see Touya standing above you both, his hands on your hips.
Goosebumps rise on Shoto’s skin as he feels Touya’s hand brush over the tops of his thighs as his elder brother angles his cock towards your quivering, spent pussy.
You moan weakly, but don’t shy away from his touch.
“She looks so worn out, poor thing,” Touya coos, his voice filled with a sympathy that doesn’t match the wicked gleam in his eyes. “But this slutty pussy should be able to take more than this. Don't worry, doll. You'll get used to it soon."
