Luffy:

It was a casual and rather peaceful day on the Thousand Sunny. The Straw Hats, including you, had just left a port from a short supply run… already off to find another adventure.

However, it was a rare occasion for it to be this peaceful.. Zoro was napping, Sanji was cooking, Nami drawing her maps, Robin was reading her new books, Franky fixing the ship with Ussop’s help, and Chopper making his medicine.

That just left you and Luffy..

You were just resting on the deck with a chair when you heard one of the Sunny's doors open. To your surprise it was Luffy.

“Ughh.. im hungry and bored and sleepy..” Luffy said, walking sloppy.

Well he was, until he saw you.

“Oh hey y/n!” His eyes and posture snapped into place.

“Hello Luffy..” you raised your glasses and rested them on your head.

“Wanna play a game?” Luffy’s voice also sounded like it got a little happier and excited.

“Sure I guess..” you gave him a smile anyone would fall for.

His gaze was stuck on you. He just blinked a few times before a slight burning sensation on his face struck him.

“U-uhm.. So how about like.. two truths one lie..?

It shocked you that Luffy actually knew that the game existed and let alone how to play it.

“Sure” you gave him a puzzled look.

“Me, Ussop, and Chopper played it once!” Luffy smiled.

Oh, well that explains how he knew.. Ussop always made up fun games for them to pass the time on the ship.

“Ok I’ll go first!” Luffy plopped down next to you on the floor, a look of confidence and blush showed on his face.

“So.. one is I hate meat, two is I want Sanji to cook, and three is I like y/n..”

“W-wait what!?” your eyes were practically popping out of your skull.

“Uhm..” he smiled and then looked down.

He covered this face with this hat slightly and muttered something out..

“Yeah, I like you.. So?” he continued looking down.

“I do too..” you looked away.

Then he looked up immediately after you said those words. His eyes sparkled brightly.

“Really!? You do!?” then he leaned his head on your thigh.

“Yeah..”

You both were a blushing mess but eventually as the days went by you shared a passionate kiss on the deck in front of Nami which made her choke and spit out her water.

It was safe to say you belonged together. ~(˘▾˘~)

~~~ Zoro:

For Zoro it was like any other day on the Thousand Sunny, minus the fighting parts.. Today you decided to get your moss head and play a game. Now what game exactly you ask?

Let’s backtrack really quickly..

You, Nami, and Robin were speaking about Zoro, you simply didn’t know how to get closer to him. It didn't help that he was reserved and always grumpy, as you like to call it. So Robin, being the brightest in the group of girls suggested to you that you should ask or more so “bribe” the moss head into playing a memory game with you. It sounded harmless but it would definitely have the moss head interacting with you. So you thanked Robin and ran off to put this idea to the test.

Eventually, you found Zoro dozing off into a nap. However you’d have to get to him before he slept because waking up a grumpy man isn’t a pretty sight.

“Hey Zoro! Wanna play a game with me?” you smiled and sat down in front of him on the deck of the Sunny.

“Huh..? No, why would I..? That’s for kids like Sanji and I want to rest.”

He looked back down and was about to doze off again.

This is exactly what Robin, you, and Nami anticipated so it was time for plan-b to be put into action.

“Oi, moss head I’ll give you buckets of booze, but only if you play.” You said smiling, sure of your plan bound to work.

Then his eyes popped open immediately.

“What’s the game..?” Zoro’s face slightly changed to a smile.

“It’s a simple memory game.. k?” you prepared the rules in your mind.

“Fine, get this over with… or..”

You could have sworn he muttered “..or…”, but after all it wasn’t your place to ask him what he had said when you randomly intruded on the man’s peaceful napping session.

“Ok so I'm gonna make up three hand signals in a random order and I'll add to it each time, your job is to copy me. Plus if you fail once you lose and we switch places.”

His mind took a second or two to process all of that info but it seemed like he understood, hopefully..

“Alright..” he looked up at you, now he was giving you his undivided attention.

Robin's plan was working.

After a couple of rounds he eventually failed and snickered at you. Now it was his turn to make up the hand signals..

“Watch me, I'll win!” you smiled confidently.

“Yeah, yeah totally.” The look he gave you was mischievous, like he was planning something you couldn’t predict.

And so he did..

His first movement was to grab your collar and pull you in closer, his second was to lift your chin and lean in on your soft lips, and by movement three..? Well let’s just say you and him were a blushing mess. He assumed that you knew what movement three was already supposed to be..

“Repeat that.” He smiled at you with a deep look.

“Fine I wi-” he cut you off..

“And the third movement too. Unless you don't wanna win..”

“Deal, watch me!”

You repeated the steps of grabbing his collar and lifting his chin. You pulled him in closer and looked up at him unsure about this whole situation.

“Do it” he said while looking at you.

You slowly brought him in closer and kissed him. The kiss lasted for a while until you eventually broke apart.

You were a blushing mess, as for Zoro?

“So where’s my booze at..?” (I was literally screaming when I read this over, this is my fav)

Sanji:

Sanji, as being chef of the Straw Hats was usually always in the Thousands Sunny’s kitchen, either he’d be taking orders from Luffy to cook something tasty like meat or be making special drinks for the lady’s around him.

However, today was different, he decided to finally take a break that he needed. He was walking around and wandered into the Sunny's library. There he found you, studying or reading. Either way he found it cute. When you noticed him and smiled, his heart fluttered.

So as bold as Sanji is, he sat in the seat right in front of you, staring you down intently.

“Whatcha reading there y/n?” he gazed at your book.

“Oh.. nothing much, Robin told me if I had any free time to read it because it was really good. I believe it’s alright.. I’m not too crazy over books.”

He loved the sounds of your voice. The way you talked and looked at him while you glanced at your book at the same time. It was all too much and too perfect for him.

And then all of sudden his day dreaming was abruptly ended by a wave. This wave shook the library and luckily only some books fell out of their place.

“Awh man..” you looked disappointed.

“Sanji, if it isn’t too much to ask, could you help me clean this up..? ..I think Robin would really appreciate it.” you smiled softly.

He took no time to accept your offer and helped you clean up.

As you two were busy cleaning and placing all the books back into their spots, Sanji came around a weird box named “Twister”.

“Hey y/n, look at this.” he faced you with the box in his hands.

“Oh, that’s interesting.. That’s a fun game, I wonder what it’s doing in the library though..” you seemed puzzled.

Sanji adored the face you made when you were confused. Then a great idea popped into his mind.

“Would you wanna play?” he smirked at you.

“I suppose it wouldn't hurt to, do you know how to play though?”

“Not really.. But I wouldn’t mind you teaching me~” He chuckled.

After a long 15 mins of reading the rules over to Sanji, he finally grasped the main idea of the game. This was really his kind of game.

“Ahh.. I see, let's start then~!” He began setting out the mat on the wooden floor of the Sunny.

Then you both began to play and spin the spinner, further and further into the game your limbs both got tangled and tangled.

“Right leg on blue, left arm on red…”

Sanji was trying with all this might to not look up at you with your ‘interesting’ position balancing over top of him. Eventually your muscles both gave out at the same time and you landed on top of Sanji.

Since Sanji is the Sanji we all know and love he automatically nose bled and proceeded to pass out.

With Chopper’s help he was just fine, but those newly discovered feelings he had only for you weren't.

Kissing You Awake

I have a lot of Twst little one shots & headcanons i had my friends so I’m happy to share them all with you guys :) there’s only two for this one because I was writing my friends favs. This one is a short quick and sweet one.

Includes : Malleus Draconia | Azul Ashengrotto

Context: You fall trouble to a sleep potion, and only a kiss can wake you up. Who will be the one to kiss you?

Malleus Draconia

The Fae was currently on his daily walks. He was currently walking past the Ramshackle Dorm until he heard sudden commotion coming from inside it.

Curious and concerned to what was happening. He goes to investigate the noise.

Entering the dorm. He follows the noise and sees the rambunctious trio all crowded around your sleeping figure.

Ace, Deuce and Grim are all arguing over each other about what to do.

Apparently Grim was the one who stole a potion from the lab and wanted to see what it was. Not caring about reading the label. He had snuck it into your cup while you were trying to chat with Ace and Deuce about a project.

Taking that sip, you suddenly felt very tired and just feel asleep immediately. Leaving Ace and Deuce confused.

Turns put it was a sleeping potion Grim had placed onto you. The only way to wake you up was with a kiss.

They were all arguing about who gets to kiss you to wake you up.

Malleus found the situation quite humorous. How ironic that you happened to put under sleeping beauty spell.

Now officially making his presence known with a loud “ahem” everyone freezes by his sudden entrance.

He easily walks up to your sleeping figure and softly places a kiss on your lips.

With the interaction, your eyes flutter awake as you rise up with a big yawn and a stretch. You waved to Malleus confused because when did he get here?

Without saying much, he bids farewell to everyone and takes his leave. Leaving the trio speechless on how he was able to kiss you without hesitation.

Oh by the way, Malleus didn’t need to kiss you to wake you up. He could’ve easily you woken you up with his magic. But he wasn’t gonna risk this opportunity to not kiss you.

Just Like in the books huh? But instead does this make him Prince Phillip?

Azul Ashengrotto

Azul was sitting in his office with the twins lounging around.

Until suddenly Grim quickly barges in all panicked causing almost everyone in the room to jump in surprised.

Grim mentions that you have been suddenly put to sleep with a spell and doesn’t know how to wake you up.

It wasn’t too long before all three have marched themselves into the dorm to see your sleeping body on the bed.

How did this happen?? Well the two culprits are right there. Ace and Deuce stood right there worried and scared as the Twins stared down them.

Turns out they were just pulling a little funny joke and it ended up with you having a sleep potion knocked into you.

Snatching the bottle from them. Grim reads the back of the bottle saying that a kiss would wake them up.

Obviously Ace and Deuce wasn’t going to do it. Ace said it was gross and Deuce didn’t have the confidence.

Azul decided on being the one to do it. Despite on the inside he was so nervous and flustered by the idea. Did he really have to kiss you to wake up?

Before he was going to go for it. He ordered everyone to leave the room. Did he get teased by the twins for not wanting them to see him kiss you? Yes, yes he absolutely 100% did.

Sitting there and trying to muster up the courage to kiss you. He decided to count to 5 and closed his eyes as he slowly made his way towards your sleeping face.

“5…. 4…. 3…. 2…. 1…..”

His lips softly fall onto yours. He quickly pulls away with his face redder than a lobster.

After a few seconds, your eyes flutter up as you stretch and yawn. Confused to what is happening you turn over to a flustered Azul.

After this dilemma, it was hard to face you for a few days. You wanted to thank him for waking you up but every chance you had he would quickly turned the other way and sprint with a flustered face.

Omg, anon, I don't know how to tell you this, but this message of yours is so sweet and heartwarming to me!! 💕 And you were so right, I absolutely loved it as well, I was smiling throughout the whole video haha. The last family!! The little girl is so cute and the dad was so real for that reaction. That would have been me lol!

Anyways, here are some thoughts, idk why I stopped doing these.

- These sm marketing teams are getting smarter, because I can't believe I just watched a 7 minute long ad for 3 hotties. I'm no better than a man. :(

- This was such an unexpected, but fun trio! I feel like the three of them are so different? yet their personalities still compliment each other. They kinda remind me of an early 2000s sitcom show, with Ali the responsible oldest child ( I know his not the oldest ok), Virg the chaotic and charismatic middle child with immense main character energy and Domi, the youngest, the mischievous, funny and cute one. Okay, I'm getting sidetracked lol.

- Wait a second, so Domi's switching side thing was a part of a challenge not even a slip of vanity and people were cooking him for that? 😭 Nahh, I was misled, next time I'm doubling down on the Domi love. They don't deserve my gf Domi!!

- Ali is so effortlessly cool. Like it should be annoying, but I can't even do that?? Him just casually playing the guitar so well meanwhile being the best gk in the world? Get out, some people just have everything.

- Virgil has a great singing voice. Again, not fair!! ( But also him saying hangari was very 😭😭)

- " I'm a blue." What happened to shame?

- "I'm Virgil Van Dijk" *mouth drops* Yeah, same. 👍🏼

- I think Virg enjoyed it a bit too much having to touch Domi's hair, but then again, who wouldn't.

Hi, thank you for the ask. Just wanna put a disclaimer that my first venture into the JW fandom was through the fourth film, so my ranking list will be heavily biased on that movie.

John x Caine

It's not even one year since JW4 is out and John/Caine is already on the top ten most written ships on AO3 within the John Wick fandom.

This pairing has just the right amount of bittersweetness and melancholy for me, and putting it on top of the actors' chemistry, the gay divorced vibes, the bickering, friends to reluctant enemies, the parallels, being each other's mirror, their deep trust, understanding and care for one another, you get my number one JW ship on this list.

The friendship between John & Caine is definitely one of the most developed and convincing out of all the friends John Wick had in the series, and in spite of the circumstances forcing them to be pitted against each other, they still managed to find comfort in the other's presence regardless, and I think that in itself is beautiful.

2. Koji x John x Caine

You know what else is better than putting Keanu Reeves and Donnie Yen together in the same movie? Putting Keanu Reeves, Donnie Yen AND Hiroyuki Sanada together in the same movie.

You have already seen the incredible fanart [1, 2, 3] by the wonderful @ibahibut. They are THE old men yaoi of the recent decade of cinema, period.

The dynamics between the three of them are immaculate. Not only you have John & Caine (explanation above), John & Koji are very supportive of each other, and Koji & Caine have both the closeness and the inevitable tragicness that undercurrents their brotherhood.

All in all, I desperately need a prequel series of this trio.

3. John x Helen

It's the only canon romantic relationship in the series so it has to be on the list. Other than the fact that one of them is dead, I think that John/Helen is incredibly sweet, which make the heartaches even more painful.

John's grief for Helen's passing is one of the main driving forces for the character throughout the series. His almost religious love and devotion to his wife is all the more apparent given that Helen is the reason John had fought to stay alive for as long as four movies.

At the end of the day, John only wished to die not as the Baba Yaga but as a loving husband, finally succumbing to his wounds with Helen being his last thought before dying. (TAT)

4. Akira x Mia

Gosh, I love my lesbian rarepair too much. I initially shipped them merely for the shits and giggles (i.e. Akira getting back at Caine by dating his daughter lol), but then I also come to realise their potential as a pairing story-wise.

Outside of the obvious enemies to/and lovers vibes, I could imagine both Akira and Mia inheriting a lot of angst from their respective "father problems" that they must resolve between each other. Will Akira ever tell Mia about her plan to kill Caine? Will Mia ever understand Akira's revenge against her father? Will Mia decide to step into the fold of assassins because of Akira? Will Akira leave the High Table to be with Mia like how John did for Helen?

As a conclusion... Gosh, I love my lesbian rarepair too much.

5. Marquis x Wuxia DJ

The funniest and best crack ship ever made up in the John Wick fandom, and there's just the two of us, hahahaha. They give off high-school exes who are so, so fashionable and serve cunt while talking shit about the other behind each other's backs.

It's number five on my list because it's that good.

Honorable mention: Cassian x Gianna

Before the fourth movie is released, Cassian & Gianna is the only pairing I could see happening in the background. Cassian's loyalty to Gianna even after she died is very touching, and Gianna seemed very appreciative of it from the short interaction they have in JW2.

this house of the dragon set by @lady-arryn is so beautiful. the coloring and sharpening is just so soft and ethereal. and this particular blue/orange combo is wonderful. i am particularly obsessed with the blending of second gif..its just SO pretty.

Tips To Improve Your Oc's!

(Day One/Part One)

Hello there! As someone who has been making oc's for as long as I can remember, I thought that I'd give some pointers on how I make a believable character come to life in a story! And on how you can make the smallest tidbit of info really play into their story!

How literate are they? Can they read/write? Do they enjoy it? Any strange knowledge on linguistics?

Seems like basic-ass questions, but this can go a long way! Makes for great shenanigans when one character cannot read for the life of them (dyslexia?) and the other is like: "Hand that shit over you fuck-ass hermit handed snob." Sounds funny right? It'd also be just as cute if you have something along the lines of Person A, top of their classes and an amazing reader/writer! (The English teacher complements how well they did on comparing items such as weather, color, and settings in a novel from a recent essay.) And Person B, knows and actively makes use of strange punctuation such as the interrobang! They have a talent with an expansive vocabulary from an early obsession of fantasy novels but cannot define a word for the life of them. They also recently took it upon themselves to use the old and forgotten letter thorn when they can! Both are literacy nerds but one focuses on writing style, as in descriptive, etc, and the other has random knowledge on forgotten letters, words, and what not that they use to have fun and confuse the living fuck out of others. They might go enemies to lovers and have some strange writing competitions, or they might become instant friends with the magnitude of the others strange and creative idea flow! (I like opt. 2 personally!) Then, the one I am currently using for my fav. oc's at the moment, is dumb and dumber! One has dyslexia, and dyscalculia. Cannot read well or do math related shit due to it. The other never had an education and with their unmedicated ADHD and unknown dysgraphia, shenanigans ensue! (This duo also makes a trio if they get super secret letters and info from outside sources but can't read shit so friend #3 has to read them classified documents and be like a scribe. They all soon become besties and a three-person army.)
