10. Favorite piece of clothing to draw

i'm terribly neglectful of my clothing drawing skills. it's something ive been meaning to practice but i just don't get around to it. i love the IDEA of drawing silly long medieval-style hoods on creatures. i rarely do them justice though. i really just want to get good at drawing silly historically accurate medieval clothes to be honest with you.

11. Do you listen to anything while drawing? If so, what

ok i just answered this but ill expose myself and go into detail RE: tunes. lately it's been a lot of fish in a birdcage and crane waves, for whatever reason. i also have been kinda getting into oingo boingo and bjork... dabbling in them really, both are hit or miss for me. but as always when i need to get pumped up slayyyter or kim petras (turn off the light... album of all time tbh)(and stupid boy is the SONG OF ALL TIME!!! IMO). and cosmo sheldrake (especially his instrumental stuff) if i need a more chill background noise. (my music taste is. all over the place.)

12. Easiest part of body to draw

ooh possibly insane to say but i think my fav/most comfortable thing to draw lately has been faces! i'm not sure about EASIEST, i feel like that always depends on pose and stylization. if we want to get technical i think probably the torso is the easiest thing to draw. just kind of stylize it into a tube. that's definitely not what this question was asking though. ANWAY!

most of my sketchbooking is done at my kitchen table or sometimes in class. my digital art setup is a big gaming laptop + a screened tablet so she stays at my desk, not very portable at all. the sculpture painting situation is EVEN LESS portable so that's pretty much exclusive to ~My Basement~

16. Something you are good at but don't really have fun doing

ohh inchresting question. i feel like the things i'm good at i've gotten good at because they're enjoyable, and i don't do the unenjoyable things enough to know if i'm good at them or not? honestly though, i don't like underglazing very much. i like the results i can get with it, but it's pretty tedious. glazing on the other hand i dislike and am also bad at maybe picking color schemes as well. people say i'm good at colors and it's true but the amount of trial and error that goes into it is such a pain!

17. Do you eat/drink when drawing? if so, what

usually i'm too absorbed with what i'm doing to. and when i'm working on sculpture it's hard to eat or drink anything without getting clay dust/paper mache glue/paint on and in my food! although when i really need a push to work on something i'll make myself a cup of earl gray to keep me company. 50% chance if it gets drank or if it gets cold tho.

29. Media you love, but doesn't inspire you artistically

this is hard because i think everything i like sneaks into my art one way or another! maybe the uncanny/spookier art i like. it's not strictly MEDIA, but i have some niche macabre interests like historical burial customs and ancient mummies (natural and man-made), anatomy and physiology, taxidermy, pathology, etc. that i don't think pop up that much in my work.

OH..... hmmm..... as a libra i should have realised this would be a difficult little game lolol i think i have a deeper emotional attachment to kyungsoo and his music as i've been with him for longer but i have a more..... big sisterly protective attachment to somi as i've seen her grow up all the way from p101!!!! stream fast forward!!!

3. If you were to spend the day with either 3 or 1, who would you choose and what would you do?

realistically speaking key would probably think i'm a loser but in an ideal world where i wasn't we would go vintage shopping and style each other goofy as hell and then do one of those wine aunt paint and sips but instead of canvases we'd be painting designer handbags.

wooyo is sooooooo fun so i think i'd want to go do something like zorbing in those big hamster balls or paint balling or laser tag.... something that will bring out that huge bright laugh of his u know??? i think we're both very similar in the way we get LOUD and FAST when we're excited... it'd be a mess lmao

taemin...... idk man.... probably smth so corny and overplayed like it's been a gift to be able to watch him grow into the artist he's become and to see myself grow with him even if he doesn't know the impact he's had on my life.

first of all A PONYTAIL. not just a little apple sprout i'm talking full jeonghan-style. also bring back the heavy eyeliner!!!!!! fashion wise i think he always looks great so idk.... maybe seeing him incorporating more bright colours?? he does favour darker colours and tbh i think that suits him sooooo well.

Alzur:

First impression - long before cdpr did anything with him, in my head he was this mysterious, legendary, cool figure. I knew of the guy and of his accomplishments - from the double cross mentioned in Road With No Return through the zap card in gwent to the little there was on wiki/in educated videos about the creation of witchers. I remember thinking he wouldn't test the mutations on girls before i learned about the first batch of kids brought to Rissberg. Oh how naive i was :D.

Impression now - scrunkly motherfucker. I enjoy him thoroughly. The journey story is imo one of the absolute top pieces of lore writing to come out of gwent. They could've gone with the shallow notion i myself had of Alzur before really thinking critically (or to be honest, cynically, given the nature of this universe), but instead they presented two clashing points of view, both valid given their context, that helped paint the man at the center as the very much imperfect person he is. For once, genuinely decent picture of this genre of character. Also,

Favourite moment - when i unleashed the "Alzur really was a bug fucker huh" discord message onto tumblr in one of the shitpost collections and then our resident spy saw it and had it canonized in Rogue Mage 😌. Ok conspiracies aside, i think the circumstances of his death are just too fucking funny.

Idea for a story - [REDACTED] xd. Actually, i guess i can type out a peek to the level of derangement i reach sometimes: So i'm quite a fan of the album Mezzanine by Massive Attack, right. Teardrop, probably the most famous song from it, is one of those that i believe have rearranged my soul. So one day i'm listening to it, staring at the album cover, and it hits me; the bug on it looks like Viy's gwent portrait. So then my brain makes a few lightning fast connections, and the result is the idea of a short album in the style of Mezzanine, from the point of view of Galanthea as a sort of "return" into music without the Snowdrop pseudonym, with a few songs dealing with the things she learns about Alzur from Madoc, the rampage of Maribor, and Madoc's subsequent death. I consider myself musically illiterate, in that i just don't understand music theory, how songs are made, any of that stuff, but it's one of those things that i keep returning to like "it's extremely cool...to me." I guess i can always write a fic about it, but we know how """good""" i am with finishing those, too xd. Brain, why you gotta be like that.

Unpopular opinion - I love Lorenzo to bits but i think the key art for Alzur's journey is a little bit goofy 🙈. On the other hand, the atmosphere is kinda neat, so i dunno. I feel like we can all agree that Lily deserved better and that Rogue Mage is underdeveloped. I guess here's a tinfoil hat thing, i think the ice dragon might be a future tie-in for the lynx game. Smth about dragons and far north and unexplored areas and so on. But i should probably not dwell on basic imagery so much.

Favourite relationship - I think it's kinda fucked up to say that how he affected Madoc's life and caused him immense trauma is my favourite bit, because more so, like i said, i just find the entire dynamic between Alzur, Madoc and Galanthea compelling to read. Ship wise though, it's [redacted], of course. The thing is just that i wouldn't want to impose Alzur on anyone xd.

Favourite headcanon - that the Golden Nekker was like his little buddy. I kinda got that from the scrapped Rogue Mage art (because i decided to take it literally, because i have brainrot, because i need help) and i thought it was silly in an endearing way.

Idarran of Ulivo:

First impression - because i haven't read Season of Storms yet, my first exposure to Idarran was, i'm pretty sure, when his card came out. I might've heard Ortolan's monologue in a video before, but because my memory is shit, it largely escaped me. When i saw his card and read the flavor text and sort of pieced most of it together, Idarran seemed like this weird kid who's weird mostly because of the circumstances. Whose interests wouldn't be a little fucked up if they grew up in the sewers.

Impression now - that's still more or less the case. He's smart, capable, and off-putting. But i find the way of it - no pathos, not even much of edginess or self-absorption - actually quite endearing, too, he seems to me like someone who just wants to be left alone. Relatable. Granted, the accounts - at least those that i'm familiar with so far (is there something significant about his personality in any of the trpg books?) - are limited.

Favourite moment - how old fuck Malaspina did only the bare minimum on witcher mutation research and Alzur and Idarran are responsible for most of it. Though I feel like Idarran also peaced out of it quite early on, which seems to be supported by Rogue Mage and also by the fact he really just looks like he's way more into his fucked up monsters than anything else.

Idea for a story - i am quite intrigued by the beef Maxii has with the entire Rissberg group and where it went. Now i just leaked that i've barely played Rogue Mage...

Unpopular opinion - you know how there are characters that do really good in side arcs in a story but wouldn't work as the main focus? I think that's Idarran in the bigger picture of the Rissberg group, witcher experiment and Maxii's shit list. So i feel like there should be more about him, but not too much, if that makes sense.

Favourite relationship - we took Alzur's (and eventually many others') bugfucking to a literal level but i actually find the idea of "Bug" being Idarran's nickname around Rissberg equally cursed-yet-enjoyable.

Favourite headcanon - that the bald spot in his hair is a result of an experiment gone sideways or being around something gross in the sewers. Again, favourite with these characters mostly means "it's awful but it particularly captivates me" :D.

It’s Nico’s birthday! So here are some Headcanons about him

* He wears dresses cause they’re pretty and make his aesthetic pop even more

* He’s royalty. I think his grandma was related to the Savoia’s (Italian royal family) so he grew up royal and shit

* He’s Rromani

* He’s a classics nerd, especially with literature and art

* He has a huge family after the Giants War, most of them adopted. Reyna, Meg, Rachel, Annabeth, Percy, Jason, Piper, Castor, Mr. D, Hazel, Frank, Leo, Gwen, Will, Austin, Kayla, Chiron, Hestia, Bob, Damasen, Hades, Persephone, Zagreus, Mesperian, Melinoe, Hermes, Castor, Apollo/Lester, Thalia, the troglodytes, Estelle, Sally, Paul, Drew, Mitchell, Clarisse, etc.

* He loves his sisters more than anything cause he’s Italian at heart. Rachel, Drew, Meg, Hazel, Reyna, Estelle and Annabeth are the luckiest people out there

* Contrary to popular belief, Nico is more interested in a career in medicine than Will. Will has a lot of trauma from being a combat medic for years, while Nico wants to learn more about biology and medicine cause it’s come a long way since he was a kid. Will ends up becoming a guidance counsellor

* As I said, Nico’s more likely to do something in medicine, but he doesn’t. He gets a degree in art history and ends up as a museum curator

* Nico has hundreds of books on his shelves and there’s sticky notes with writing on all of them. Little notes, observations, connections, ideas of what something could mean in a deeper way, notes about how Character A was 100% queer and in a loving relationship with characters B and C

* He can’t stand country music. There are a total of two good country songs and he hates the rest of them

* Other than that he listens to pretty much any music. His favourite band is the Ramones cause it’s canon and they’re amazing

* His favourite song is actually My Heart is Buries in Venice tho, not smth by the Ramones

* He’s shockingly good with kids. He’s very entertaining for them to hang out with, he listens to them rant, he plays games with them. Nico’s just great with kids and everyone at CHB loves him

* There is a total of three (3) animals that Nico can stand. They are cats, dogs, and snakes. Anything else and he will despise it forever

* His full name is Domenico Ade Uriele di Angelo. Ade is the italian form of Hades, and Uriele is the Aquarian Angel so I kinda thought it was a good fit lol. Plus Domenico is fun to say

* He’s never told anyone, but he’s actually open to the idea of a poly relationship and has always had a tiny crush on Leo (don’t mind me throwing in a hint of soldezangelo to appease my soul)

* He lives cuddles! If he doesn’t know you well, he won’t touch you with a ten foot pole. But once he gets to know you and he is comfortable around you... he’s s o f t. He falls asleep on ppl all the time

* Percy gave him his address and phone number after the Battle of the Labyrinth (which is how Nico knew where Percy lived at the end of the book)

* I’ve got so many ideas about Percy and Nico being like siblings and you can find a post about that whole deal here

* When Nico was still living on the streets b/w BotL and tlo, he spent some time at both Percy and Rachel’s homes. He and Rachel bonded over painting

* He’s really good at photography

* He can play like 9 instruments

* He doesn’t really get or understand Halloween and Thanksgiving, but he participates

Traumatized besties!!

Tbh this song made me think of the platonic relationship these two characters in my wip have

Then it made me think of the fanon Kamala and Alastair friendship

So same basis of traumatized friendships!!

Ok yes about Venus!!! It is the perfect nd love song!

I am so tempted to start rambling about foils and shadows selves and what not but I'm trying to restrain myself.

Basically Kit and Ash to me feel similar on multiple levels. They both have faerie and shadowhunter blood, they both are descendants of royalty, they both grew up in abusive and toxic environments. They both are extremely traumatized and have pretty terrible perceptions of love and family.

I think what makes them interesting is also that they are very similar but still different from one another and could potentially work as foils to one another. Ash has demon blood but Kit does not. Ash is currently under the care of Janus and previously Sebastian where as Kit is now with Jem and Tessa living in a loving environment. CC could easily write Ash as Kit's "dark shadow" where his power his rooted in darkness and evil whereas Kit's is rooted in light and goodness. But there are parts of Kit that are like Ash and there are parts of Ash that are like Kit.

Then have them put in contact with one another and they start rubbing off on each other. They connect and then they "merge" helling each other become the best fully realized versions of themselves. Ash ends up betraying Janus and the Seelie queen for Kit and then they become Parabatai.

CC would probably never do this but you could even invoke mirror imagery with the two of them to symbolically show their bond right from the very beginning. For example a show I love, one of my Special interests Buffy the vampire slayer had two characters that were always connected and to show that they had on screen mirror imagery like one of them would get a scratch in their cheek, and then the other one would have a smear of red paint on their cheek.

One scene even shows them dressed alike wearing similarly toned clothes and the same leather combat boots, sitting side by side and breathing in perfect synchronization.

I go crazy for that kind of stuff. It could even be super simple like for example, Ash gets dunked in a pool of water like a lake or something and he gets his hair wet. The next scene shows Kit coming out of the shower and drying his own wet hair. Stuff like that.

I think theres a lot of cool stuff CC could do with their connection. Will she though?? Probably not.

Anyways I have this headcannon that maybe Ash goes undercover to sus out who the first heir is for Janus and he ends up at the LA institute with the gang and he and Kit just sort if have this inexplicable connection. They end up fighting a lot because they read each other way too well and they're not really to be known like that.

Ash certainly isn't. But they keep coming back and talking and then they start bonding over music and video games and when they fight together, somehow everything just kind of falls into place and they move together as one single unit.

Ash finds himself opening up to Kit and Kit does the same. Ash breaks down and cries in Kit's arms, burying his face into his neck and gripping onto Kit's shirt. Ash feels whole.

Then he finds out that Kit is the first heir and he has a choice to make of essentially who to betray.

But he chooses Kit because he doesn't want to loose this, this feeling. This thing they have.

I also have a theory that Kit and Ash can magnify or amplify each others powers.

danny phantom 14-20 thoughts!! I finished up s1 :D these last few eps were actually really really good!!!

-did. did tucker really just say esperanto was a dead language only spoken as a secret code between geeks. google says around 100,000 people actively speak it. oh my god...it being an auxiliary language doesn't mean its 'just for geeks to speak in code' ...it helps bridge gaps between people who don't have a language in common...

-danny really isn't pulling punches when it comes to fighting the ghost-cop possessed people huh. like he SLAMMED KWAN INTO THE CONCRETE SO HARD. HE THREW PAULINA INTO A BILLBOARD. will that...I mean it WOULD carry over to their bodies non-possessed, right? like if the ghost piloting their bodies gets hurt?? itd be so upsetting to be possessed, lose time, then wake up covered in bruises (and possibly, broken bones??) real horror movie stuff im sure wont be addressed in any way

-tuckers parents seem nice! I like them :)

-WULF IS CUTE AND I FEEL BAD. im so glad the gang realized he was only causing trouble bc of the shock collar walker put on him and helped. also, him wearing that big hoodie with the hood on, and thinking its subtle. we can tell youre still a giant wolfie :) THEN GETTING SUCKED INTO THE PORTAL AAAAH :( anxiously waiting to see Him Again....

WHAT THE FUCK MAN. TUCKER WAS SO RIGHT ITS FUCKING WEIRD TO CARRY THOSE AROUND EWWW. THIS KID IS UNWELL. lancer was right, his animatronic setup was SUPER IMPRESSIVE?? hes actually pretty creative. danny meanwhile is stealing the fright knight's design...I hope dash is taking art classes or smth with his sports

I am biased towards knights, and characters with swords, but he fucks so severely. and should sue danny for copyright infringement for stealing his design for his haunted house. if some 14 yr old broke into MY house and stole MY sword, id also be pissed. his evil winged unicorn rules too with its FANGS. and he just CAN SHOVE THE PORTAL OPEN WITH HIS HANDS??? is he the strongest ghost weve seen so far? idk but hes my fav. SOUL SHREDDER IS SUCH A COOL SWORD NAME TOO. ANY NAMED SWORD ALSO FUCKS. 'flaming bedsheets of DEATH' funny king. ALSO he was polite to dash and tucker when just asking for directions and telling tucker 'oh maybe, just a suggestion, maybe be nicer to me and be more respectful :)' I LOOOVE HIM.

-I noticed this in the Ember ep, but jazz has an electric guitar in her room!! talent musical queen!! its cool to see hobbies just in the bg.

-fright knight's murder castle reminds me of the booby trapped murder castle in zexal!! another supposedly 'for kids' show with murder/trap castles! we love that. if you are a dp fan reading this, give yugioh zexal a try. its also got 13-14 year old protags and involves (alien) ghosts. the cardgame is just a vessel for the plot, which is really good. (I just want more people to watch my fav yugioh, man)

-danny. with a SWORD.

-danny doesnt NEED TO WIN this contest, dash didnt STEAL HIS DESIGNS AND STEAL A SWORD. he also got excited to hear lancer got sent to a dimension with his worst fears too just so he could win the contest? DANNY WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU!!! BRO MAYBE YOURE 14 AND HAVENT FULLY DEVOLPED YOUR WHOLE BRAIN YET, BUT...THATS FUCKED. this kid casually says the most deranged things, I do worry for my spooky son. once again, therapy needed. that judo toss was great tho. -johnny and danny bein friends and staging a fake fight (which danny takes too seriously, once again this child has aggression he NEEDS TO WORK OUT) I hope these three stay friends, I said it before but danny needs more friendly ghosts to hang with.

-at this point, Danny's ghost enemies are a lot like, I dunno, batman's rouge gallery is the first thing that comes to mind. they all have their own gimmick and unique designs, but most of them are easy to beat after learning the Moral Lesson. I still get excited when any of them show up again, though. 18 is another valerie episode!!!! :D skulker really said you two will get along if I have to handcuff you together <3 and the gym teacher really said, youre married now, have a flour baby! ngl, I'm not really watching this show for the shipping stuff (which I am very scared to look at the fandom for after I finish this watch through- I feel like there's probably discourse/arguing about ships...) but. I'm gonna put my opinion out there. valerie/danny > sam/danny. maybe I just really love the enemies to lovers trope. And the secret identity stuff adds Extra Flavor.

-SKULKER JUST HAVING THE BOX GHOST AND DANGLING HIM BY A STRING. HILARIOUS. and him watching them with binoculars and making his silly little commentary. AND MAKING THE SACK BABY CRY. LMAO. THIS DUDE IS A BABY KIDNAPPER. skulker is super fun

-danny, you just...collapsed the water tower. and then attacked the nasty burger machine...mascot thingy...out of anger..I KEEP SAYING HE'S GOT ANGER ISSUES BUT. HE REALLY NEEDS A LESSON IN MANAGING COLLATERAL DAMAGE!!! So does valerie!! They're both pretty focused on each other. I mean it's good of Danny to say he's trying to make sure PEOPLE don't get hurt, but... (I mean I guess it's not something 14 year olds WOULD worry about, but as an adult im like, who's going to fix that? how much money will that take??)

-TUCKER MAKING BANK. and sam and tucker being super emotionally attached to their flour baby and being pretty good parents. that's cute...also him just straight kissing her and being like. WAIT. O_O JDSKAFHD. his mom baking them into cookies was the funniest possible result. tbh I dont feel like this is on tucker, if anything the other kid's shouldve been more responsible! He was just taking an opportunity to get that $$ which I respect

-Danny being more understanding of Valerie's situation in the end (helping her at her job, too, and trying to keep that a secret for her!!!) And seeing them work together this ep, and also her letting phantom get her out of the ghost zone...was very sweet. LOVE that. more valerie eps pls

-me when I realize vlad's big stupid house exploded because of his own carelessness with changing the ghost portal ectofiltrator or whatever: *pointing and laughing*

I hate it here. But I'm glad Jack is more chill about danny while he's a ghost, and willing to work with him for this ep. AND. I DID ENJOY JACK PUNCHING VLAD IN THE FACE. AND GENERALLY JUST OWNING HIM. the ghost punchy fists are actually amazing. like yeah, just punch a ghost in the face. that rules.

-ep 20 opens with the coolest fucking ghost lady design. her tattoos can come off and fight. MA'AM. I like ur nose ring and your cape maam hello 👉👈😳

-sam's grandma is hilarious and the most valid member of her family and I love her. thats my grandma now. and tucker covering for sam by dressing as her. thats true friendship <3 also skipping school to go to a goth circus. just bestie things! sam's parents are haters but for all the wrong reasons.

-'my family has controlled ghosts with this for generations!' WAIT. WAIT FREAKSHOW /ISNT/ A GHOST? I didn't expect that...he's just a fucked up guy controlling ghosts? anyway watching danny shoot at police cars and rob banks while mind controlled. its like, the most stereotypical 'bad' things lmao. (tbh an evil ghost circus troupe is a sick concept)

What was supposed to be a night of drinking for Kaeya and his troops ended up becoming a tipsy surprise mission when the main dancer steps down from the stage— and ignores him?! How scandalous! a voltron au? in 2020? it’s more likely than you think

look. LOOK. i know that voltron is stupid and we hate it but lets be honest: everything up until season 3 was pretty good and had lots of potential !!

today i was rewatching voltron and a thought struck me: what if, instead of shiro being cloned, he was chipped and turned to the side of the galra?

so here it is, i did not blink since i thought of this

(warning, i have not seen voltron in a while and this is just knowledge i have stored in my moss brain and stuff i know from rewatching the first season)

au where shiro goes evil bc of what happens @ end of season one instead of the clone thing bc 1) haggar rly could not have made thousands of shiros after bumping into team voltron like what twice? its hella improbable and 2) just… weird

so instead they insert a chip in him that helps them spy and control him just like kuron (the clone) did minus the unlikely storytelling

eventually after the convo with sendak when he was in the pod trying to temp shirp, he does have thoughts about helping zarkon

(“im already infiltrated with the arm, i could just speed up the process by leaving now. save the team the trouble of investing in a leader that’s doomed to fail from the strart.”)

shiro ends up leaving team voltron in season 2 after zarkon goes crazy w the black lion n stuff

^^ this adds to Keith’s reasoning of joining the Blade of Marmora (shiro is his main stability and one of the main reasons he even stuck around with team voltron, so with shiro gone and keith questioning his place as the leader and paladin of the black lion, he decides the BoM is just.. what’s best for him)

obviously lance isn’t happy with this (“you just told me that i’m a valuable member, now you don’t think YOU are? what logic is that?”)

ofc keith goes anyways

lance becomes paladin of the black lion

allura takes on the red lion

who has blue lion? ...idk this isn’t that thought out (maybe matt after pidge finds her family) (which will happen earlier in the plot since we can forget about the miniplot of black no longer responding to shiro)

enter lotor only this time he has a sidekick and what omg its shiro wow

shiro has that bigger version of his arm that was once offered to him

he’s stronger and scary, but his eyes aren’t the same, he has the strength of a galra but lacks the passion

in the fight between lotor and zarkon, (and after, of course lots of self doubt and questioning) shiro comes between them and convinces lotor NOT to kill zarkon

then zarkon kills lotor

everyones like oh shit bc surely someone who’s life was just spared wouldn’t kill the person who seems to have the most power

but he did. bc he’s zarkon. and he’s fckn crazy.

shiro doesn’t go back to team voltron bc its too much too easily

instead he takes the place of lotor in the group of gals

he convinces them all to rebel against the galra

eventually they teach him all about quintessence and all the shit lotor had planned that they can’t do anymore

(lotor wasn’t harvesting alteans in this universe bc what the heck even was that subplot that had little to no relevance to the main storyline?

instead he was trying to find a way to technologically bring back alteans (kinda like how allure’s dad was originally preserved in s1)

i know nothing about How Stuff Works and i dont remember much about quintessence n shit but the basic idea is that when tying in some of a persons artifacts with technology stuff and some quintessence then boom. a weird route from astral projection land to the team is created and ppl can come back or smth idfk

but lotor was never able to get the comet so shiro decides he and the gals will get that comet and try to bring back as many alteans as they can

^ all this while infiltrating as many galra fleets as possible + saving planets under galra empire

they are able to bring back an altean (its romelle) and she talks abt her friend who lives on the balmera and they go to the balmera and its revealed that it was shay’s great grandmother so romelle asks where shay is and shay’s family is like with team voltron of course

they take her

obviously team voltron, the BoM and the Rebels r very hesitant to make contact but they decide to try it out

keith refuses to meet, instead he’s on the team that stands guard

reunions !!

romelle and shay hit it off and hunk makes a dinner much like roselle’s past (allura and coran also hang out and they all vibe)

lance talks to shiro abt everything to do with keith and shiro is like dude do u??? like him?

they end up being like hey since we’re all here and we hate zarkon what if we make a plan to end the galra’s reign Right Now

except something is going wrong and in the middle of an attack zarkon is able to get the upper hand

due to haggar’s magic and lance’s mental and emotional instability, zarkon is able to get in his head

everyone is trying to talk him down but they’re all under a lot of pressure

allura is also conflicted bc she wanted to be black lion bc she wanted to rub it in to zarkon’s face that she was stronger than he and that she could beat him at his own game

but the negativity and instability feeds into zarkon’s power and makes him and haggar stronger as they pull in voltron to finally take over the team and regain their status as the most powerful alien race

hunk realizes this and is like okay can y’all stop being negative? its clearly affecting them in a good way and it makes us an easier target

and pidge is like im literally a child pls i don’t wanna die i just got my family back it can’t end like this

shiro realizes what’s going on and he goes to save them

he uses all his energy, pulling in the positive memories (everything: first learning about space, becoming a teacher, meeting adam, meeting keith, first making team voltron, his friends and family--all of it) to push back zarkon and haggar’s powers and battle once more in the astral realm

in defeating zarkon, shiro loses his life

afterwards keith enters the ship in a hurry and is like where the fuck is shiro where’s my brother what did you do what happened

and team voltron is like hey man.. we are so so sorry

and keith cries because the last thing he ever said to shiro was mean

lance feels like its all his fault since he was supposed to be a good leader

they talk about separately while hunk pidge and allura discuss

krolia is like keith we, ur family, are here for u

and axca is there and shes like um?? hey?? sry for trying to kill u bro

and he’s like i absolutely do not wanna talk i just lost my closest friend

they talk about it later

romelle and the other alteans as well as some galra babes hang in earth

romelle and shay r in an apartment together and have a garden

allura realizes she may not have been the strongest leader for voltron, and couldn’t stop zarkon on her own but that physical strength doesn’t define her as a whole

her heart is strong enough to care for everyone, so thats what she does

allura starts running an inn for alteans filled with painted sceneries like altea in case anyone ever needs a reminder of home

when lance reunites with his family its a real tearjerker

rachel finally gets her jacket back and veronica is like So.. Axca 👀

the McClain’s host a huge party for everyone and it’s filled with lots of hugs and loud music and even tho lance was way too tired, he danced all night

he wouldn’t trade his family for the world—genetic and chosen

when hunk reunites with his parents they don’t let him out the house for hours, he tells them all about his new best friend shay as well as hundreds of his favorites stories from space

they are so, so proud of him

hunk spends the next days playing minecraft and animal crossing with pidge, giving their brains a rest from being on hyperdrive for 3 yrs straight

when pidge gets home she finally gets grounded by her mom, only being allowed to leave the house to see her old teammates

(same for matt and her dad)

(her mother cries so hard when they opened the door to the home)

the holt family holds movie nights filled with popcorn, cuddles, and tears

keith moves in with the holt family, and finally accepts that he has a home as well as a family

he often goes on trips with the BoM but mostly just stays on earth

after a Team Voltron sleepover in the altea inn keith and lance decide to get an apartment together and live their lives in love and in peace

everyone gets together once a year in celebration of shiro and the sacrifice he made for them

they use the ship to visit Astral Shiro and once they even met adam

everyone laughs and catches up and just... live their lives

everyone is happy

Maybe like allowing him to hop behind the wheel and deciding to go shop for some rly specific small thing in the city so we can just sit in the car and I can paint and we can listen to music and constantly turn it down to ramble about some lyrical/soundscape stuff that we like..... and try to egg him on to go on rants about his music tastes just so I can watch his eyes go wild and mouth waggle like a jawtrap and grin wildly........... stop multiple times just to sit on the side of the road bc we saw cows & its sunny and why not lay down for a moment, because theres no hurry to go anywhere and he's a bit tired from not sleeping and he can take a nice nap in the sun and I can keep close and just listen to his breathing & make sure I can rub his face gently when it seems like hes having a nightmare...... just no hurry no worry in the world and the sun (╥﹏╥)

I guess in a more movie kinda date way uhh :0 neither of us seem the type..... tho if he wanted i would TRY to take him for like rly nice dates!!!!!!! People & restaurants r kinda anxiety inducing for me, but id bare taht for him!!! Id put on whatever cute 70s clothes he likes me in, ask him out AS A SURPRISE/ON IMPULSE, i think thats important for him, just pull him away on a whim & w flowers, go to the first nice restaurant we see and buy him a nice meal...... maybe some super filling soup/curry bowls so I can get him all warm and happy and full so we can just go watch a movie or smth, chill and lean against eachother.......

Your writing is SO amazing- I don’t know how I’m just coming across your blog now. Could I please get a MCU and a marauders era ship(if that wouldn’t be too much). Any gender works! I’m a bisexual female in slytherin. An Aquarius and an INFP if you’re into that sort of thing! if appearance matters, I’m 5’5, with short hair (that is almost always bleached/dyed/ or being impulsively cut in some way). Request: Could you write smth about giles daughter being in a relationship with badboy "William" knowing nothing about vampires and the scoobies and her boyfriend being one? And when everything comes out they have a huge fight and spike spills his love for her

A/N: I loved this request!! Set in season 5. This is a longish one, I got carried away again

You had moved to Sunnydale half a year ago, coming to college at UC Sunnydale because you knew your father lived there, moving in with him to spend more time with him. You had made a few friends in college but honestly, not as many as you thought you would. There was a group of people your age that were always round your house, but they were never here for you. They were usually there to see your father, Giles. You had tried to talk to them at first but they were kind of boring, never really holding conversation with you. If anything, they appeared to avoid you as much as possible.

Your dad told you it was because they worked for him at the Magic Box, they were meeting for work not to socialise, but you weren’t convinced. You weren’t stupid, there was something weird about the group. But you didn’t care enough to ask recently though - you were distracted. You had fallen in love. You didn’t know, but they avoided you because Giles had made them swear never to tell you about the horrors the rest of them had to deal with. You weren’t aware of vampires, demons or anything like that.

You were excited. You were going to the Bronze tonight, meeting your boyfriend. Usually he didn’t like to go to the Bronze, but he had finally relented when you had pleaded for a solid week. Usually he took you anywhere except the bar saying it was too mainstream for his taste. You liked mainstream however, if mainstream meant decent music and the chance to show off your boyfriend to people you knew, that was okay with you.

“Dad, I’m leaving now! I’ll be back when the sun rises!” You teased, kissing him on the cheek to say goodbye.

“You do have a curfew, y/n. It is there for a reason”

“Yes, Dad, and I understand but I’m not twelve, I can handle the dark”

“Tell that to the night-light you still have in your, ah, bedroom that you think I didn’t notice” he muttered, wiping his glasses.

“You said we wouldn’t speak of that!”

“Before midnight!” he shouted as you rolled your eyes shouting goodbye over your shoulder. His strict attitude was the reason he wasn’t aware you had a boyfriend. Not only did he not want you near anyone before you finished all of your studies, he also wouldn’t like the type of guy you liked. William looked and acted like a bad boy, but you could tell he was soft at heart. You really liked being around him.

You had met late one night when you had found yourself locked out of the Bronze, it had closed for refurbishment and you didn’t know anywhere else in the town. You were new. He had struck up a conversation, offering you a cigarette. He had made you laugh and your smile made his chest rise as you told him about how you ended up there. Ever since then you had seen each other almost every other night, he had told you he had full time work, so he couldn’t see you in the day.

When you arrived it was dark outside and William was waiting for you, leaning against a wall. He threw his cigarette away as soon as he saw you, a trademark smirk as he slid his hands either side of your waist and kissing you so hard it almost knocked the breath from your body.

“Missed you, pet”

“You saw me last night!” You smiled, his arm slung over your shoulder as you walked towards the entrance of the Bronze. He liked doing this, because it showed everyone around that you were with him.

“Will you order? It’s killing me not being able to drink legally over here” you muttered when you found a table and he nodded, knowing your usual order. He kissed your forehead before leaving to go to the bar.

Buffy and the others came up to you, saying an awkward hello before shuffling off and leaving you sat on your own. You really didn’t need them here. If you were honest, you didn’t like the relationship Buffy had with your dad, it was almost as if he saw her as a daughter even though he had a very real, very blood-related kid right here.

William came back with drinks, setting them on the table. He couldn’t help slipping a hand behind the base of your skull and pulling you in to kiss him. The kiss was fiery, almost forceful, something that shouldn’t be allowed to be viewed in public. But he wanted you, he liked the way your lips tugged into a smile whenever you saw him so he had to kiss you. He just had to.

Spike hadn’t noticed that Buffy and the others were sitting across from you, staring open-mouthed at the way Spike was kissing you. When you eventually broke from the kiss, Spike’s face went white. Well, whiter than usual, as he noticed the group staring. He had wanted this to be his. Yours. He didn’t want the slayer finding out he was falling for a human, he would get staked onsite and you would have to find out about the nastier side of the Hellmouth.

Spike wasn’t aware that you were already acquainted with the group. He liked being with you because you didn’t know about all of that. You were kind and enthusiastic and you always smiled at him. It made him feel human again and he was addicted to it. Addicted to you.

Buffy and the others got up and started shouting at Spike, saying he needed to be staked. It made you frown and Spike, being desperate to keep the horrors of Sunnydale from you tried to get them to take this outside. When Buffy realised you weren’t supposed to know anything she agreed.

“Love, stay here… I’ll sort it out. Just… please” He set you in place and walked out with the group. You frowned. No way were you just sitting and waiting. You followed them, seeing Buffy punch him in the face made you scream and run in front of him. You knew he had gotten into a lot of fights, you had patched him up more than once. You just hadn’t realised that Buffy was mostly the one beating him up.

“What are you doing you evil little witch!?” You cried, grabbing her fist before it connected with William’s face again, “Fuck, you’re strong” You muttered, moving your wrist around to check if she had broken it. William moved you behind him, trying to protect what he had with you before everything went wrong.

“Um, that’s a stereotype… witches, although historically seen as ‘evil’, are not a-actually-” Willow started but was quickly cut off.

“Not the time, Will” Buffy muttered, grabbing William by his leather duster ready to throw him to the ground.

“What are you doing, he’s not done anything to you!” You shouted as Buffy landed a solid blow to Spike’s jaw. He turned around at your words, trying to come up with some excuse. But it was too late for any of that, his face had shifted. You were staring back into piercing yellow eyes, fangs jutting out of his mouth and a very bumpy forehead.

“Shit, what the-” Your mouth dropped, a look of horror painted on your face as you backed away from everyone.

“He’s a vampire. He’s doing this to hurt us, hurt your Dad. He doesn’t really like you” Buffy said bluntly, hitting William again over the back of his head.

“Oh we-we’re telling them now?” Willow asked sheepishly, as Spike frowned at their familiarity with you.

“Giles is gonna flip” Buffy muttered as she realised she had gotten a little carried away with telling you how unlovable you clearly were on top of telling you about demons and pretty much everything she could to make your head spin.

“W-William?” You asked, confused, looking for him to say something.

“Oh my God, did you tell them anything real about yourself? He calls himself Spike, not William” Buffy rolled her eyes at you. Spike was for once in his un-life, speechless. He wanted to salvage this. Keep you with him, but he was at a loss.

“I’m gonna-” You gestured vaguely in the opposite direction, biting back tears, “Bye” you muttered as you ran off. Spike tried to follow you, but Buffy grabbed him by the leather duster and pulled him away. Perhaps missing the attention of Spike’s affection a little more than she would care to admit.

When you got home, Giles was pleasantly surprised that you were back so early. But you didn’t say anything to him, just running to your room and slamming the door behind you. This was strange, you weren’t the type to do this anymore but these were unprecedented circumstances and he had been lying to you. Also, vampires are apparently real and you had been kissing one for the last few months. Not to mention all of those nights of-

No, you stop yourself. It was too much to wrap your brain around. I mean, a vampire? Really?

After that night, your father sat down and explained it all to you but you wouldn’t speak to anyone after this. It was hard to get used to. Vampires, demons, all that. It made sense, but you weren’t pleased everyone had been lying through their teeth for their own reasons. Giles to try to ‘protect’ you whilst simultaneously putting you in danger by you being so oblivious and William, or Spike as he was more widely known, lying about his entire identity to get one over on the group. These were Giles and Buffy’s words about why Spike had been interested in you, in fact he wasn’t aware that Giles was your father. You had never said your Dad’s name to him.

You were walking through Sunnydale after dark, needing some fresh air. You had now been gifted a stake by Buffy, not that you were grateful. Something about her annoyed you and it wasn’t just the way she had smugly torn down your entire life. She was kind of self-righteous and appeared to think she was in charge despite you not being in her group.

“Y/n, pet? Please, hear me out?” A familiar British accent asked. You knew it so intimately, but you didn’t turn.

“Fuck off, Spike! You told me you liked me but you were… you were doing it to hurt my Dad! Is that what you thought about when we kissed? My fucking Dad? Or was it Buffy?” You rounded to face him as you spat their names, clearly upset.

“Bloody hell, love, I would never-” He started, pausing before confirming, “I never even knew he was your father!”

“Oh yeah? Then why didn’t you say anything? Am I… Am I your snack?”

“Not that you aren’t the most lunchable thing in the room at any given time, but no. I was with you ‘cause I, uh, enjoy being with you” When you looked unconvinced he continued, “I couldn’t help myself around you. It was so normal. You’re all I’ve ever wanted…”

“B-but Buffy said-”

“Buffy’s sore that I’m not trailing after her, hoping she’ll give me a crumb of attention. It’s you, y/n, only you” he confirmed, before making sure you knew how he felt, “You made me feel like a man, not a monster” You start to turn away, unsure what your feelings were. This was a lot to spring on a person. Vampires, Slayers, your father being a Watcher. The way spike looked at you, though. His eyes telling stories of love and promise that you couldn’t help become entranced by. He moved to cup his hands either side of your cheeks. The desperation in his eyes confirmed by the way his voice almost trembled with feeling as he pleaded with you to understand, “Please love, this- this thing that we have, I swear when I’m around you I can feel my heart in my chest”

“But you can’t, can you? You-you’re a-” You started, tailing off. You were starting to soften as he cut in.

“Vampire, yes. But we can love and we can definitely hurt…” His eyes shone as they bore into yours.

“But you… lied” he could see you softening now, you really did like him. He had been so much kinder than any other man you had been with, he just hadn’t been kind to anyone else. Which, you now find ironic seeing as he’s actually a vampire.

“Never lied, I just couldn’t sodding bear to break that sort of thing to you. It can corrupt a person, you always see the good… It’s one of the reasons I love you”

“You love me?” he nodded, eyes cast to the floor between you, your bodies so close you almost felt the feeling radiating from him. You leaned in, closing your eyes as he smiled, knowing this meant you wanted him. You weren’t turning your back on him. Your lips met passionately, his hands tangling in your hair, trying to bring you ever closer, as if his un-life depended on it.

You didn’t think of any of the negatives, the way your father and the others would react. Spike loved you and you knew you loved him, so you would figure the rest out. Together.

Adam + Diana bonding over photography:

ohhh my gosh that would be adorable!!! I feel like it takes a little while for Lawrence to feel comfortable with having Adam and Diana interact - not bc he doesn't trust Adam or think he'd be a bad influence, but just bc he wanted to be sure things were going to work out between them; he didn't want to put Diana through that, have her get attached to someone who might end up not sticking around (again, not bc he thought he and Adam would split! he just wanted to make sure they were established for a while is all). but the moment he does? ohhhh these two melt his heart on the regular.

I kind of have this belief that Adam is good with kids, but not even he knows why? he has a heart fr kids, he can't help it, but he certainly didn't see himself becoming involved w someone who already had children,, that being said he loves Diana, and she loves him just as much!! it's kind of similar to the Daniel situation but leaning more toward the parental side of things; she just thinks he's about the coolest adult she knows and it's very evident. so they get along really well and god does it make Lawrence happy - honestly, it only serves to make him fall harder. Adam lets Diana paint his nails and will paint hers, he builds pillow forts for them to hide in, he'll read to her before bed, things like that; it's honestly not a surprise that she's interested in his photography!

the very first time she asks him about it, it starts with her being like "this is really cool!! how did you get so good at doing that??" and Adam's just sort of like. You Think That's Cool?? and that's kind of when he starts to become aware of how highly Diana thinks of him,, he needs a whole moment later where he just hides his face in Lawrence's chest and breathes through it bc Holy Shit. this is also where it kinda starts to set in for him that like, this is his family. (the next time he has a moment like that is when she calls him dad for the first time, but that's later down the line!)

hdkjsaf anyway. I feel like he wld be really excited to share this with Diana!! knowing that she's genuinely interested in it helps a lot and the fact that she's such a visual/hands-on learner like himself also helps things along!! I really like the idea that he gets her one of those disposable cameras to kind of give her a chance to explore it herself, so like the three of them will be at the park, Adam and Lawrence sat on one of the benches (when Adam isn't chasing her around the playground), while Diana runs around (within their line of sight, of course) and takes pictures of everything she finds interesting + worth capturing and Lawrence just sort of sighs and says "she's having so much fun. I love you." and Adam's just. "I love you too,,, 🥺🥺" it's so overwhelmingly domestic that Adam just needs a second to sit w it,,

Diana's also a quick learner so it's really cool when they compare her pictures to ones she takes later on!! it's definitely something that serves to strengthen their bond and kind of the catalyst for Adam to realize Hey, Diana Loves Me Too (ESP bc I feel like Adam would be super nervous around her at first, due to being Lawrence's new partner/not Alison, so her approval actually does mean a lot to him,, I gotta be honest I think abt chainshipping + Diana family dynamics all the time)!!

for Lawrence it's just like. Diana's approval ALSO means the world to him. he Loves seeing his partner and his daughter getting along so well; Lawrence didn't ever really envision himself being divorced prior to their game (even if he and Alison had discussed it/at least a separation of sorts), so he's kind of unsure about navigating dating after something like that, especially where Diana is concerned, so to have her love Adam just as much as he does is so so important. he definitely tears up over it sometimes, he can't help it. these are his two favourite people.

for surprises I think they're relatively lowkey just bc neither of them really like Big surprises,, most times it consists of smth like "I saw this and thought of you!" or "I thought you'd like this so I picked it up!" and that's more than enough for them. occasionally though they Do like the spoil each other in their own special ways, so sometimes Lawrence will come home from work and the entire apartment is clean, there's music playing from that little stereo they have, and there's Adam in the kitchen with flour and brownie batter on his cheek and his shirt and in his hair bc maybe he's not the best cook, but he can bake (at least. brownies.) and Lawrence will just stand in the threshold of the kitchen fr a little bit after dropping off his coat and briefcase and lining up his shoes in the hallway, just watching Adam with this lovesick grin on his face until Adam finally turns around and sees him (he's not shocked, Lawrence always announces himself) and smiles back and it's so. <333

other times Adam will come home from a shoot to see Lawrence on the couch with Adam's favourite takeout, already in his pajamas and with their comfiest blanket next to him on the couch, and he's got a movie ready (usually The Princess Bride, as I've mentioned b4,,) and is just like "hey, I know you haven't eaten yet so I ordered in. wanna sit w me?" and of course Adam is always like of course I do!!! it's definitely one of those things where he's just smiling the whole time because this is a level of bliss he never saw himself reaching b4 Lawrence. he never imagined having someone to come home to, someone who loves him like this, and it's as simple as Lawrence making sure he eats + just wanting to take the time to relax w him while watching smth they both enjoy to make Adam realize this is love.

as for little things they do fr each other when they're having rough days? for Adam, I like the idea that Lawrence tosses one of his sweaters into the dryer for a little while so that it's warm when he takes it out, and then he brings it to wherever Adam has holed up while he rides out a shitty day and is just like "here, I know you're not having a good day so I brought you this. it's warm :)" and Adam is always just. "thank you" bc verbalizing things is hard on his bad days if he's not completely nonverbal (he does know the sign fr thank you + teaches it to Larry so he knows), but on the inside he's definitely just like 🥺🥺 ohhh my god I love you so much?? the other is that he'll make one of Adam's favourites for dinner because he firmly believes in the concept of comfort food serving to make things a little bit better. then they'll just sort of curl up on the couch or in bed and Adam will hide for a little while (like u've mentioned b4) until he feels good enough to at least lay his head on Lawrence's shoulder and watch him read/fill out crosswords (my fave hc concerning Lawrence is that. he likes them. he gets books of 'em Adam is so endeared by it).

for Lawrence, since he's the kind of person that throws himself into performing tasks (stress cleaning, paperwork, tending to things around the apartment, etc.) to keep his mind off of how upset he's feeling, I think the biggest thing Adam does is after a little while of Lawrence doing his thing, he'll come up behind him wherever he is and just kind of lead him away like "why don't you rest for a minute." and at first he wasn't rlly receptive to it, preferring to just sort of shake Adam off and be like "I'm okay, thank you for asking," even if he was very obviously Not Okay. eventually, though, all Adam has to do is put his hands on his shoulders and knead for a little bit before Lawrence just sighs and melts into it. he tenses up a lot, so his muscles are often really sore as a result, so when Adam does that it's a reminder to kind of sit back before that happens. the other, like you've also mentioned b4, is that Adam just holds Lawrence when he needs it, which is something he hadn't ever really experienced b4 but comes to appreciate very much. this is usually when Lawrence feels safest/the most seen + heard, so it's often where he cries it out, too.

otherwise it's just those little things; Lawrence will make Adam his cup of coffee in the morning, Adam will do Lawrence's tie for him b4 he heads off to work (his one weird ability, he supposes), holding the door open for each other when they're out and about, getting each other smth to drink + little snacks, stuff like that!! (one of my other favourites: sometimes when they go out for dates, Lawrence will pull Adam's chair out for him. Adam used to think smth like that wld be very stupid. when it's Lawrence, he comes to realize what was so endearing about it - not that he'd say that out loud tho)

I've actually thought abt this b4!! I feel like Adam wld be very very nervous abt it at first, just bc he knows it's something that a lot of ppl still consider to be unconventional + impossible, but he would definitely want to have that talk w Lawrence bc 1. that's his partner, and 2. of course he wants Lawrence to be aware of that/wants to hear what his feelings are. like u said though, he doesn't reject it entirely or anything like that - he just sort of needs time to understand it + see how it works, as it's absolutely smth he would have no prior familiarity with (esp being w Alison in a monogamous marriage).

the important thing here is Lawrence is comfortable asking questions. he might word things a little funny and might make Adam laugh a couple times, not unkindly, but he's genuinely so curious abt it and unafraid to ask (which is better than coming up with some false assumption)!! it's both delicate and not, which I think Adam wld prefer rather than it being too serious or bc of disapproval obviously. he always feels more comfortable in convos where they can still contain serious subject matter, but they can still laugh a little bit.

so it does take Lawrence a while to warm up to it, but not out of a place of ignorance/ridicule; he just needs to familiarize himself w it is all! and that makes Adam feel sooo much better abt it. of course there was never the intention not to tell Lawrence, but to have him accept it and maybe even consider it down the line does wonders to relax Adam.

I've actually thought abt who the first other member Lawrence kinda fell for wld be and I think it wld be Eric! it can definitely be partially attributed to the fact that bc Adam spends a lot of time around him (they ARE dating), Lawrence does too as a result, but there's more to their relationship than just being. boyfriend adjacent. they have things in common that they don't really w anyone else (i.e. being a parent that has been through a trap + had their kid directly endangered by Jigsaw and are helping them cope) and they kind of have very similar feelings (guilt/thinking things were their fault, feeling like they failed their kids, feeling like they're bad ppl like Jigsaw thought, things like that) so they bond through those things - and, of course, over both of them dating Adam.

u've mentioned this b4 + I agree w it so: I feel like Eric might kinda be the first person other than Adam to realize Lawrence's tendency to overwork himself to avoid having to confront his upset feelings. a big thing Eric does for him is he'll bring a little snack w him and maybe something to drink and he'll hand them off and be like "I know you're busy but you gotta remember to eat, I'm just gonna go chill over here," and then he'll just set himself up in a corner in the same room so that Lawrence isn't alone. he doesn't try to get him to stop, doesn't ask him what's wrong though it's clear he'd listen if Lawrence wanted to share, just makes sure he's taking care of himself + reminding him that ppl are there for him. and fr Lawrence that's kinda like. Oh. bc it's that silent type of understanding where they don't even have to announce it out loud. Lawrence doesn't feel the need to explain himself. having that not only w Adam, but Eric too, is definitely smth that sort of leads into that realization of "I think I love him too."

and there are moments where Lawrence will come to spend the night at Adam + Art?(it's up to you)/Eric's apartment when Eric falls asleep facing Lawrence while Adam is pressed up against his back and knowing the issues Eric has w his chronic insomnia + feeling safe enough to drift off to sleep easily, seeing the way being around Adam helps him relax and that being held leads him to sleep quicker than anything else, it just kinda makes Lawrence wanna hold him and not let go. he knows Eric wasn't shown that kind of tenderness often, that physical contact was something he was denied for so long, and it just. makes Lawrence Seethe that someone would ever do that to him, in this protective way that Lawrence can't deny feels a lot like love. it only ever increases when Eric wakes up screaming later and ends up with his face against Lawrence's neck once the tension fades away and he just sags against him, crying. Lawrence allows himself to hold Eric then, and he still feels like he never wants to let go. this man is so compassionate, so protective himself of the ones he loves and wld do anything to keep them safe. he is a big dog of a man that makes ppl feel held + understood and Lawrence loves him a little bit, he can't help it.

I think Lawrence finally fully realizes it when Eric stumbles across him having a panic attack bc he'd forgotten to turn the ringer off and it just so happened to go off at that moment. he's trembling and it's hard for him to breathe but Eric just kind of crouches down in front of him and is like "focus on me for a moment. can you do that?" and he rests his hands on Lawrence's upper arms. when Lawrence nods Eric takes one of his hands and places it on his chest n says "can you breathe with me?" and somehow, Lawrence steadily finds himself relaxing and able to draw more air in until he's not shaking as hard and he doesn't feel like he's sucking in air through a straw, and by then he's so exhausted by it all that he ends up with his forehead against Eric's sternum, and Eric just holds him, no words. and he says, "it's okay that it still upsets you, it's smth you can't help and that is fine. I just want you to know that." like he knew what Lawrence needed to hear, and it's just. oof. that's when Lawrence is just like Oh I See. I Love Him. I Love Him Too.

Adam is beyond delighted abt it when Lawrence actually tells him, and Lawrence can safely say that he's definitely more open to the idea after that!!

omg mar thank you for enabling me all day today 😭🥺🧡 thenks bestie ily :,)) and thank you too anon ! i should preface that T-T i have not read any other theories or analyses so these are just my opinions / impressions but i hope it’s entertaining to read about haha :p ! (feel free @ anyone to add on or share your thoughts too ! :,))

HYUNJAE - okay so audio cues... if you listen to the beginning there’s a sound of a bomb going off before the music starts ? and that ties into the dystopian / cyborg aesthetics that jump out at me of course, but what i immediately thought of was their no air perfo ? like we know hyunjae in the no air mv got that shot where he’s laying in the bathtub filled with water but also their kingdom performance with it also had those underwater shots ! so i think it ties into that... i feel like we saw in gen z, he’s a very straightforward person he says things on his mind which can come off as blunt but he thinks it’s better than not saying it ? which is interesting bc i think that speaks to his self- determined personality, he’s much more inclined to do whatever it takes to get something done, which i think falls perfectly in line with the “make your own air” phrase that he gets, if it’s something he needs he makes it himself, in a situational sense methinks u.u

JUYEON - JUYEON’S DJSKHDG i’m waiting for dri’s essay but in essence we see the gen z “juyeon is not such a good boy” shot and these text bubbles that pop up that say “sexy” “you so hot” “such a bad boy” and tbh i like this ‘concept’ ? for him better than his gen z one ? it’s not bc of the concept itself but i like the idea that he can “make your own character” as in he has the capability and power to be whoever he wants to ! you see him throwing white paint at the gen z canvas and i think ?! that’s symbolic of like a fresh canvas ! of remaking himself to whatever he wants bc the canvas is now blank again thanks to the white paint and flowers usually indicate spring ? so renewal and stuff like that ! i really like his, it’s also fun word play on “character” which has been juyeon’s intro in tbz (bc his name sounds like main character in korean) but yea :o ! i really love his the idea he can just repaint / paint over a literal image of him gives it the possibility of becoming smth new and that’s so so cool

CHANGMIN - SCREEEEECH okie um oh boy um *windows shutting down noises* this was so so so very different from his gen z stuff but i actually think BOTH are equally perfect for him ? the way that he set up the sparklers and neon lights on this very obviously trashy and kind of rundown rooftop with the cityline behind him is so ?!?!? LITERALLY making his own stage as his tagline goes, sort of like how the physical stage itself does not matter but rather it’s changmin himself that makes the stage special ! i talked about this in gabi’s set that i rbed ;-;/ but changmin puts a lot A LOT of stake in his position as a dancer it means almost everything to him as a form of expression from what i can see ? so he’s always trying his best to put forward the best performance possible and seeing this segment makes me feel like he’s doing just that ! pouring himself into it to make his stage pls i care him

HAKNYEON - god i’m a jusadan but just u.u rest in peace me, i’ll ... T_T be kind of honest this one confuses me a little ? i have assumptions and i feel like i know ... quite a bit about haknyeon (LMAO) my best guess is it has smth to do with self assurance ...? the way he’s framed and the fact that he’s sitting on a bed in the middle of a church surrounded by candles gives me christ figure symbolism (where my ap english takers at :/) and the light that perfectly frames him in a halo gives me angel vibes too, but the tagline of “make your own romance” paired with him kissing his reflection makes me think it’s about self love ;;;; from what i can tell haknyeon has always been someone who really likes feeling validated and praised for the stuff he does well, which he does for himself a lot of the times too ! but sometimes i think the self assurances he compliments himself with is more for reassuring himself rather than bragging (which i think people misinterpret) so it’s more about becoming the person he wants to fully love and being happie with himself which *tears* i might be reading too much into who knows i just love him ok ... U.U

KEBINNN - i know !!! dri mentioned this in my gifset tags but ! kev on kpop daebak (? was it) or smth mentioned how he strives to keep a childlike wonderment for the world around him, which is a reason why i think he loves drawing and sound / music production, he talked in a fancafe post once about an artist who turned mediocre everyday objects into art and he said he really loves that sense of wonderment so peter pan who “never grows up” is actually perfect for his worldview ahhhh T^T also kev really likes disney lmao, the way he’s doing this outside in this “neverland” garden on a balcony which is a part of this very typical apartment backed by a typical city bg also i believe ties into this turning a mediocre everyday thing into smth wonderful through his sense of childlike wonderment and his tagline of “make your own fantasy” (i also care him a lot this concept >>>>>>) and keeps to his referencing movie plotlines like he did in gen z jddkfj

SUNWOO - i also mentioned this in my tags on sunu’s set but this gives me 100 degrees vibes which i still to this day think is one of the most “sunwoo” vibe things ever, it’s a lot of him having fun and doing his own thing, and mixes both more mature and youthful aspects together in a way that i’d only ever describe as sunwoo vibes LMAO like the roller skating around and all the soap bubbles ! cute and youthful ! the crop top and celine wasitband (don’t laugh at me we all noticed) more mature and a callback to his gen z look methinks U.u, think sunwoo has always been a more go-with-the-flow or do whatever he feels like doing sort of person and so “make your own vibe” fits well with him in that sense to me

SANGYEON - .... *silence* *more windows shutting down noises* *jess.exe has stopped working* OKAY i feel like ! sangyeon’s is also more self explanatory :p i love the juxtaposition of boxing AND the arcade type fighter games ?? like both require very different sets of skills i feel like one is more physical the other is more mental ? but both require adapting to changes whether in the game or the boxing ring which as leader sangyeon would know a lot about, esp being flexible and quick to respond to different situations, and the “make your own glory” i feel is maybe more on the nose, but tbz are this man’s pride and joy you can see it literally anywhere and for him, as leader, to have made it this far with tbz, winning rtk and building their popularity through their hard work and efforts really is building his own glory and i just HHHHHHHHHH

YES EYYSFDHSHF CHANHEE YES - i said it in the tags of my srb before deleting it so i’ll just repeat it here but CHOI CHANHEE !!!!! this detail i didn’t quite process first watch was the continuous flashing of lights in all his scenes, like ... from the shots and the set it looks REALLY empty ?? but the flashing seems to indicate cameras and photos being taken of him despite there being no people we can really see in any of the shots ? WHICH IS SO COOL i think the implication is like “all eyes on him” type which SO TRU i love that idea, like i said the walking past the wedding dresses ? v heavily implies fashion designer which i think you mentioned mar :o ! and i see it in the sense of his tagline “make your own stereotype” bc white wedding dresses are the very traditional / typical choice and obviously feminine in stereotypes, whereas chanhee is wearing a SUIT which is all black in a very clean b/w set with no color which i feel is very stereotypically MASCULINE and the glasses too, it’s such an interesting contrast of his “stereotypically feminine” features (in my view) with very masculine symbols, like glasses we usually associate with more soft hearted / meek stereotypes ? but the geometric shape of the windows and again his suit seems to indicate the very opposite ? it’s a mixing of stereotypes which i think is the point, by putting those together he quite literally makes his own stereotype and puts on the crown while the cameras continue flashing while pointed at him AHHHHHHHHHHHHH

YOUNGHOON - okie might have less to say about this one :o i feel like both hak’s and younghoon’s i don’t see the connections quite as readily but ! i think it’s interesting that his tagline is “make your own classic” but then in the scenes itself he has a flip phone ??? with an antenna (okay boomer /j JDHFKFG JK PLS) and a teddy bear while in PERIOD stylized clothing and setting where those two things are more modern / contemporary in origin (but also not modern enough bc ,,, it’s a flip phone LOL) like 90s kid vibes ? you know but as an emperor in the joseon era haha :p while eating shrimp chips and reading a (comic ?) book, like idk too much of what it means but it’s a cool dichotomy LOL, think it might also tie into actor ! hoon bc it’s make your own classic and i think acting has become a very important aspect to him :o after seeing what he’s capable of in love revolution and his atbz video so it’s interesting u.u (need help w/ this one)

JACOB - think my explanation in han’s set’s tags didn’t really make sense so lemme ... reexplain LOL,,, so ! similar to his gen z video ? like he’s talked about how difficult it is to open up about his own feelings etc. and he said it’s less bc he realizes he needs to but rather just to make other people feel more comfortable when it comes to understanding him, and like the whole breaking the mirror with his reflection in the wanna be angry jacob, it’s about freeing himself to the point he can express the emotions he wants to ! in gen z it was about being able to be angry when he felt that way instead of being tied by his image of being just nice ? and in the video with his pilot uniform not only does he control the ride but he also rides on it himself ! quite literally making his own freedom (symbolically), a sort of realizing he can free himself ? from what’s been tying him down and i think the really big smile he has while riding it just comes to show how he wants to feel :,))) (jacob bae i care you)

ERIC - last one :p AHHH this is one of my favs too, the quite literal “make your own pride” I LOVE IT ! sooo i think the biggest takeaway i got was that of course in this video his “pride” is symbolized by the hot pink car (that he’s going to pick up his christmassy date in of course u.u if he has a license which he does n- his driver’s license in this was literally his aaa / boy version of reveal photo which in no dmv anywhere would a license picture be allowed to look that good-) and LITERALLY when he finished and takes it for a joy ride while sitting on the roof he’s STILL covered in the dirt and grime stains ! from working on it ! which i think is so symbolic ! it’s my favorite detail actually, he literally put sweat into this car which is his pride and now that he’s finally riding around in it, it feels accomplishing ! his pride ! love that, also when he’s grabbing a stub from that flyer i noticed he chose “youth” over the others (which was like .... ca$h, beauty, ice cream, hamburger...) which i think also just indicates that despite all this hard work he put in he still cherishes his youth and still lets that be a huge part of who he is (i mean pink car so of course) so idk i think it’s very neat go bestie mwah

I’m 5’2” and wear dark/alt clothes. I have freckles over my nose and cheeks and wear square clear framed glasses. I have pierced ears that I normally keep black studs in. I wear docs and shoes with a bit of platform very often so I can be just a bit taller. Hobbies: I like to read but very casually, mostly manga, graphic novels and YA novels. I skateboard (i’m very new to it but i can turn and stop, thats about it), draw, and rock climb. I also love to listen to music (mostly indie/alt). I watch lots of anime too!

For Jake it’s kind of the same as Eric

He wouldn’t mind going on meseum dates and doing cute art things as long as you’re happy

He’s the type of guy who’s happy as long as you’re happy and when you’re sad he’s sad :(

Jake is very precious and sweet as we know, he will do anything to make sure you are happy and staying healthy

He will love taking care of you and he likes it the other way around too !!!

He would defiantly want to make covers with you !

You guys probably sound so good together and he would be smiling the whole time

I think he’d also be interested in you teaching him how to draw and play the drums. If you like art, he likes art, if you can play the drums, he will try to play them too

Jake would love to just watch you do your thing

You could be sitting on the couch just doing a quick sketch or smth or doing homeowork and he will sit next to you and pamper you with kisses and if you tell him to stop he will just lay on your lap watching you until he eventually falls asleep

Let’s say you get home one day from a very stressful day at school or work and Jake calls you, he will probably notice that something is up and he will make sure everything is ok

If you’re really upset be ready to see Jake in the next 10 minutes, he will go to ur house ASAP and when he gets there he will just give you the warmest hug and let you rant to him

When you’re having a hard time sleeping just ask him to sing to you and he will 🤷‍♀️

Jake is just such a warm hearted person and always wants you to be in your happiest, most positive moods and he will do anything to see you smile

He’s also one to brag abt you to his members and show them how pretty and talented you are

He likes a little bit of pda, he wouldn’t mind giving you a quick peck on the cheek around others but it’s usually just cute subtle things

And he will only do it if you’re ok with it

Y’all have like the most chill yet fun dates ever, he will set up some cute plan where you guys eat at a really nice restaurant and then go to a ceramic workshop type thing where you can create and paint pottery !!! He thinks it would be something you like a lot

He really does try his best when it comes to dates 🥲
