Always keep in mind that you are a complete and valuable individual, deserving of genuine and wholehearted love, unwavering attention, and sincere effort in all aspects of life. Settling for anything less than you deserve is a disservice to your self-worth and well- being. Embrace the empowerment that comes from recognizing your inherent value and prioritize your emotional and mental health by establishing healthy boundaries. Surround yourself with people who appreciate and respect you fully, and let go of those who offer only half-hearted affections or minimal efforts. Remember, you are too whole to accept anything less than the genuine and fulfilling experiences that life has to offer.

This is very good. Life at times can be truly overwhelming. It’s one thing to want to implement improvements in your life, but a totally different thing to give yourself a hard time for not improving at an unrealistic pace. Give yourself some time. Go easy on yourself. It isn’t a race.

Spiritual respect.
Having spiritual respect for someone means to regard a person with light, with a spiritual orientation.
It means to see a person in their spiritual dimension.
It is to see that this person like a guidance, a prayer, a gift given by the sky, a divine act.
To spiritually respect someone means to give a sparkly attention to them as if we are observing a shining star in the sky.
It is to see the other person as a divine and celestial manifestation.
It is to recognize that they are a part of the Universe. They are a star that is part of the whole sky.
A wish. A wish from the Universe. Each one of us is a wish from the Universe.
Our existence is wished for, for a special and unique reason. A divine wish.
Even if we don't know someone's personal qualities, we can see their divine qualities that we all share.
That is what I think is a glimpse of what we call having divine respect, divine self-respect, spiritual respect.

In Ambedkar’s framework, landholding is not simply about individual asset-ownership but is constitutive of economic freedom and social dignity. Landholding determines who is recognised as a kisan and their access to village commons. Therefore, its fair distribution opens the doors to an inclusive village “public” and equal citizenship. But landownership without self-respect is undesirable as is evident in Ambedkar’s early legislative interventions for the abolition of Maharwatan land tenures that kept Mahars tied to compulsory village services. Similarly, not many people know of his sustained opposition to land reforms because it reinforced existing land inequality through the creation of peasant proprietors, but without much support to make these smallholdings sustainable. He advocated the nationalization of land and collectivization of agriculture along with modern industrialisation. In the early 1950s, he led and inspired land movements in Maharashtra, as also Punjab, Uttar Pradesh, and Andhra Pradesh.

Honoring and enforcing your boundaries always takes precedence over being polite. Naturally, this does not mean that you need to go into situations being intentionally rude or disrespectful, but you don’t need to see yourself as being an inconvenience just by establishing the groundwork for others when it comes to how you want and deserve to be treated.

"Can't you treat yourself with a bit more consideration?" "Why should I?" Mordion said, hugging the duvet round himself. "Because you're a person, of course!" Ann snapped at him. "One person ought to treat another person properly even if the person's himself!"

Wholeness means integrating balance between the feminine aspects and masculine aspects within us. When merging feminine qualities (our state of being) with masculine qualities (our state of doing), we create balance (our state of living) that is aligned with divine harmony and wholeness.
For example: Lets merge those two opposing forces together. The divine feminine aspect of: love and the divine masculine aspect of: confidence.
Love helps us to develop our self-worth and self-respect. Confidence helps us develop our sense of competency.
When we merge all those elements together which come from those two opposing forces, they form self-esteem!
Self-esteem is a state of living of harmony and balance. It demands that our divine feminine and masculine co-work together. It is also a state of wholeness.
