Kuroo mood boards and headcanons!!
Tumblr media
He loves squeezing your cheeks and whenever you get mad at him for doing so, he just thinks how can someone be so cute even when they're angry.
he surprised you with a date and took you to release lanterns but he failed so many times and ended up burning them accidentally. when he finally did it, he ignored all his failed tries and acted all cool.
he's the biggest science nerd ever and would totally be able to help you with that BUT HE'S DEFINITELY BAD AT LITERATURE AND GRAMMAR so he has to ask for your help cause he's literally borderline failing in those subjects.
when it was snowing, he took you with him to make a snowman army but in the middle of doing that, he started throwing snowballs at you and you got mad at him cause he threw them so hard. in turn, he offered to hold your drink for you as you drink it and now he does it for you often.
he's totally the type of guy to exchange shoes with you if your feet hurt and will offer to carry your handbag as well.
giving him gifts is like initiating a competition with him. if you give him something nice, he'll literally do something with 10x more effort.
he has that bedhead hair and you tried helping him with that but turns out his hair is even more stubborn than you. you seriously wonder how he ended up with that hair
one time he pranked you and drew all over your face. it's safe to say he never tried pranking you again.

⋆。°✩✮⋆˙halloween with kenma kozume. 🎃
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
kenma kozume just wanted to stay cooped up in his room, taking his much needed break after endless practice sessions all week—but here you were, in front of him, in a costume inspired by your favorite character from your favorite movie, game, show, or whatever it was—with a costume that matched your own in your hand that was just his size.
kenma kozume wrinkled his eyebrows and scrunched his nose up in confusion as his golden, cat-like eyes looked up at you, waiting for you to say something. and he was hoping it wasn't what he was thinking of right now.
kenma kozume mumbles out how he didn't feel like going to trick-or-treating this year; what he was dreading to ask you was the right answer after all, and he felt so conflicted; his grumbles and sighs escaped his lips as you fit the costume on his still figure.
kenma kozume wanted to rest up, catch up on some games he planned on playing the second he got some free time, to sleep all afternoon now that he could, and just to catch a break—but of course, you, his sweet, upbeat childhood friend he could never say no to, wanted to continue your tradition of trick-or-treating with him every year, he couldn't catch that break he was hoping for.
kenma kozume was surprisingly cooperative, even if he didn't wanna go out tonight, he couldn't deny that he did kind of miss you during those hectic practice days that all felt like one big blur of a week for him.
kenma kozume looks at you two in the mirror, with you smiling widely and looking as bright and brilliant as ever, not to mention, super cute as always in his eyes—with him looking just neutral, matching your costume really well.
kenma kozume takes your hand as you go out with him to go trick-or-treating, with kuroo teasing you two slyly, much to kenma's embarrassment.
kenma kozume doesn't feel as bothered as he was before when you came by to bring him with you to go trick-or-treating, though he does feel a little self-conscious now that you're going door-to-door with him confidently, trick-or-treating with him as though you two were ten years younger, like you were both still elementary students that have no stresses, no cares in the world except for this magical night together.
kenma kozume is starting to feel more comfortable, more free, after you kept complimenting how adorable he looked in the costume and you giving him his favorite candies from your loot bag.
kenma kozume hasn't felt this way in a long while, and it felt so warm to him, like revisiting every bit of his childhood where you would always drag him to do fun things, and he'd end up liking them, missing doing them after so, so long.
kenma kozume didn't want this night to end, especially now that your hands were wrapped around his own; it was bliss, it was perfect, he felt like this was the rest he needed, to be with you tonight for halloween.
kenma kozume parts his lips to ask you in a soft mumble, "hey, why do you... still make these costumes for me? you know we're... not kids anymore, this... doesn't it feel embarrassing? to keep dragging me out of my room just to go door-to-door for candy?"
kenma kozume feels shame, but also a great deal of curiosity to know why his dearest childhood friend still goes through all this effort to take him out with you to go trick-or-treating; and the answer he hears from you is so simple and so obvious, he was a bit foolish not to realize it—you do this because he's your dearest friend, your best friend of all.
kenma kozume's eyes are widened, and his grumbling lips pursed as your answer sunk into his heart, opening his eyes and mind further that you keep doing this... because you want to spend as much time with him in your youth as you can.
kenma kozume mumbles out an apology for his grumpy behavior earlier, he knows nothing, not any exhaustion or fatigue, can excuse him from acting like a bit of a brat while you were doing everything you could to make tonight as memorable, yet sweet, as you could. you apologize back, telling him you should've considered how he was feeling before dragging him into it, but he assures you that you helped him realize that the rest he needed was being right with you all night tonight.
kenma kozume holds you closer and whispers in your ear: "can we... do this again, next year? a-and, the year after that, and... even when we're old, if we have time, o-or i'll make time for you, and... we'll make every night special, just as special, or even more special than tonight." he asks you, his golden eyes staring into your own, a small pinkish hue forming by his cheeks as he gets a bit more embarrassed at the idea.
kenma kozume smiles when you excitedly agree and hold his hand tighter, promising that you'll make every halloween as magical and fun as you two have always done so—you promise to do it until he's sick of it, which he assures you he won't be, by placing his hands on your cheeks and smiling softly when your eyes are looking into his own. "i'll never get sick of it... because you're always gonna be with me, right? i'll only get sick of it... if you don't wanna do it anymore. because everything suddenly becomes brighter, more fun, and just... perfect with you around."

You were the manager of Nekoma’s volleyball club. For a while the team had remained well and fit without one but Kuroo convinced you entering your second year to become the manager and you finally agreed to do so. You hadn't entered the department with absolutely no knowledge, you knew a lot since your brother was a former player himself.
“Kenma, you're water.” You said, handing the boy his water as you sat next to him, going off the fact that it was the last water you had to deliver.
“Thank you.” Kenma responded, taking the water from your hand and drinking it. Cold and fresh felt so nice on such a warm and sunny day, even though the gym was nice and cold, by all the exercise he had just done, the cold felt almost unapparent.
Kenma was one of your best friends, he was the type of person who you just couldn't help but have a crush on, you both weren't dating but many people said you were on that stage of your relationship. It wasn't very obvious to you but many of your friends claimed that definitely Kenma liked you as more than a friend, and you couldn't really do anything about it except take their word for it.
“What made you decide to become the manager..?” Kenma asked in a low and soft pitch, which seemed like his normal voice but you could tell that he was purposefully lowering his volume.
You sighed, “Kuroo told me you'd be lonely entering your third year. You also continue telling me about this ‘Shoyo’ guy and I'm curious about his volleyball skills since you seem very intrigued by him, and that's not very common for you.” You responded, Kenma visibly became embarrassed as he understood where you were coming from.
After thinking for a moment and suddenly grew curious, “What made you continue volleyball thinking about it..?” you realized that you never knew the exact reason why he continued the activity instead of just dropping it, you knew that he joined because of Kuroo but the more you thought about it the more you realized that it was unlike him to keep going with the sport.
He frowned and thought for a moment, “I continue for Kuroo, if it weren't for him I would've already dropped it.”
Mimicking his expression, you once again entered a deep phase of thought and looked over at him, “So did you plan on continuing next year?” You asked, trying to get a response out of him because you knew that his team technically needed him, he was called the brain of Nekoma for a reason.
He sighed and nodded, “After meeting someone like Shoyo, I have no choice but to continue. I can't just leave without ever getting answers.” He rested his back against the stage wall and closed his eyes, the exhaustion overwhelming him.
“So you're gonna continue after your graduation?”
Kenma shook his head as you both heard coach Nekomata’s voice echo through the gym, making you both stand up and start walking back to your own individual places.
“I will only keep this up until school ends, this is just. a. game after all.”
Questioning his sudden pauses throughout the sentence you looked back at him to find him already facing your direction with a smile and waving at you, finally you snapped out of your trance and ran out of the gym to go find all the fresh and clean towels.
“Looks like someone has a crush-” Kuroo spoke close to Kenma's ear.
“Shut up”

Chapter 13: Kenma
Prompt: Reader tucking Character's hair behind their ear to help them get it out of their face Character: Kenma _______________
The first time it ever happened, you were nine and he was eight. You, Kuroo and Kenma were hanging out in his room, watching Kenma play some game on his console, adding the additional comment every now and then.
It was, in your opinion at least, an extremely difficult level; the precision and accuracy needed was more than you could ever do, but you watched in fascination as Kenma did it flawlessly. To nobody’s surprise, he was on a roll, and even with the added pressure of an audience behind him, he performed to the absolute max.
Until his hair came into his much-needed view.
You watched the unfazed boy slowly get more and more irritated, at the reoccurring hair entering his eyeline. With every quick swish of his neck, it returned. And with every return; a more panicked motion.
“Stupid gravity.” Kenma muttered, to which you and Kuroo just laughed. But soon the movement started to bother you. That couldn’t be comfortable for his neck, and the extra movement was probably distracting him. So, when he did it for the umpteenth time, you groaned in annoyance.
“For God’s sake.” With that, you leaned over the bed you were laying on, took a finger and traced his bangs along his forehead to drag it behind his ear. You could feel his body tightened up, but you didn’t make the connection.
“There.” You say with a sigh before going to original position.
You couldn’t see, nor could you tell at the time, but Kenma’s entire face had heated up. He had stopped playing, as if he was trying to process what had just happened. You tilted your head to the side, confused when the video game character stopped moving. Kuroo however, just watched in thinly veiled amusement, somehow knowing exactly what Kenma’s thought process was.
“Is the level too much for you Kenma? You went all red.” Kuroo had asked, but you didn’t see the shit-eating grin on his face as he questioned his best friend.
“S-shut-up.” Was all Kenma could mutter, before going back into the zone and finishing the level. Soon, it was time for dinner and the event had been forgotten.
By everyone except Kenma.
For nights on end, he remembered the way your fingers felt on his skin, the tingle that came along with them as they traced the path to his ear. He remembered going red whenever he thought of it, and his heart beating a thousand times a minute. While you thought nothing of it, for the longest time, it meant everything to him.
Years and years went by, and he eventually forgot its importance to him. There were new games to conquer, consoles to buy, and though he never truly gave it much thought, it never really left him either.
To his knowledge, you were the only person to make him feel that way.
The second time it happened; years had gone by. You three were no longer in elementary school, but now in high school. With Kenma in his first year and you and Kuroo in your second, your friendship had only grown stronger. You were convinced by Kuroo to join the volleyball club as manager, his reasoning being “Now that Kenma’s here, how else are you going to spend your afternoons?”
It was after another dutiful practice. Like always, Kenma was lagging. You knew that he never really took the training well; being more of an inside cat than outdoor. Still, the fact that he was trying made you want to encourage him and aid him in the best way you could.
As a manager, you felt that was your duty.
(You remember being questioned by the team, well actually Yamamotto, as to why you catered towards Kenma so much. And straight-faced, you replied with “Because this is the only social activity he does; I don’t want one of my best friends to be a hermit.” Which was promptly followed by a certain someone’s hyena laugh.)
“Testsuro, where’s Kenma?” You asked Kuroo, looking around the gym noticing that he wasn’t there. Kuroo gave an annoyed side gaze to the third years, laughing with each other. “They asked him to get some stuff from the closet. They keep picking on him; there’s no way he can carry that stuff on his own.” You feel a sense of worry start to form in your chest, before clicking your tongue.
“I’ll talk to the coach later. Let me go help.” Kuroo gives you a nod, before you make your way to the supply closet in the hallway. Before you can even get there, you see Kenma carrying what looks to be a thousand things; legs slightly trembling with every step, with things stacked so high you couldn’t properly see his face. You were immediately nervous that he might fall.
“Kenma! Why are you carrying all that stuff at once? You’re gonna fall!” Your voice startles him, which makes sense seeing that he couldn’t view his peripheral.
“I didn’t want to make two trips.” His quiet voice wraps around the million items he’s carrying, and it makes you roll your eyes, huffing out a laugh at the ridiculousness.
“Well, at least we know that when it comes to intelligence and efficiency, you choose efficiency. Give me some of those.” You reach for about half of the pile, and place them on the floor, so you can reorganize them better to hold. While doing that, you notice that the movement had swept Kenma’s chin length hair into his face, with him scrunching his nose desperately to move it away.
It was pretty cute actually. You giggled at the sight.
“For God’s sake.” And with a strange sense of Déjà vu, he felt your fingers brush his hair away from his nose, away from his eye, as you so familiarly traced his hairline to the back of his ear, sweeping the hair from his face.
Then just like that, all the feelings that came once before all those years ago, came rushing back in an instant.
And all the balance he had mustered disappeared.
The next few moments were blurred by his rushing thoughts and your shaken rambles of apologies, but he knew one thing for sure.
He wasn’t going to forget anything like that again.
~~
The memories stuck with him hard. A little too hard if you asked Kenma.
The sensation of your hands on him snuck into his mind at any given moment, most of the time fighting to stop himself from turning completely red and a puddle of embarrassment. Kenma’s struggle began to start taking a toll, meaning that people were starting to notice. People like Kuroo was starting to ask questions, like how he didn’t see that obvious solution in the level of the game he was playing, Yamamoto was terrorizing him in why he wasn’t focusing in their practices, and worst of all, you.
You were asking why he was acting so different around you. Why he was so fidgety, quiet and reserved. More so than ever before. He couldn’t formulate an answer.
Yes, it was clear that Kenma was the center of attention.
And if there’s anything that Kenma hated more, it was being the center of attention.
At this point the only logical thing he could do to get himself back in order was to hole out in his room for a couple days, wait for all of his… everything to calm down and restore homeostasis.
So that’s exactly what he did.
He hid in his room, claiming illness and doing nothing but playing video games. Just like when he was a kid. It was refreshing really, having nothing to worry about. Acting as though he wasn’t imploding in on himself like a dying star when he considered the possibility that he crushing on you, one of his best friends since grade school.
But it was pretty hard to act like nothing was wrong when you burst into Kenma’s room, face hot and angry to catch him doing exactly what you thought he was doing.
You had started speculating something being off with the man in question when he stumbled and stuttered threw his sentence after the ‘closet incident’ (You decided to name it). Something he hadn’t done in years around you. Then when he didn’t show up for practice or school, without so much as a text message, you started to realize it.
The bastard was purposefully trying not to see you.
“I get that he’s not a confrontational person, but this is a new low. I’m his best friend.” You grumbled, sitting next to Kuroo on the train as he scrolled on his phone, only looking up when he needed to.
“Uh, I’m pretty sure I’m his best friend.” You whipped to glare at the third year. “Oh, wow thank you that’s very helpful.” He chuckles, clearly amused at your distress and frustration. You sighed, moving your hair out of your face, looking at the lack of calls and messages from him. To be completely honest, you’re surprised at how much it bothered you.
You didn’t seem like the idea of Kenma not caring. It was unlike him, especially when it came to you.
“I mean he texted me.” You can feel the smugness coming off the captain in waves. You groaned in disgust, both at him and at the situation. “You’re an ass you know that?” He laughs, dismissing the comment entirely.
“You don’t know what’s really going on you know. He really could be sick. My suggestion, go to his house and find that, one he’s lying, and you can call him out. Or two, Kenma was actually sick, and you’ll feel like an idiot. Either way, it’s a win-win.” You slap Kuroo’s arm at his teasing, to which he only smiles. God, he could be insufferable sometimes, but you were kind of stuck with him. Kenma too.
You both got off your stop and walked until you parted ways, letting his words bounce around in your mind. Were you the kind of person that hunted someone who was blatantly avoiding you and not wanting to talk to you for your own personal gain?
Apparently, you were, because you found your feet turning onto Kenma’s street instead of your own.
Which brought you to your current situation.
“What is your problem?” You had started, tone already edged towards a yell as you watched Kenma jump off his bed in surprise, no sickness in sight and the universal sound of a death in a game he was playing.
You watched his mouth gap for a second, clearly having too many thoughts flow through his mind. His cheeks begin to tint red as he muttered. “I said I wasn’t feeling well. I told the team.” You scoff.
“Oh bullshit! You’ve been acting weird since last week, and if you have something to tell me, you should say it to my face,” You didn’t realize you had walked towards him, but your legs seemed to have a mind of their own today. Usually when brought with amount of hostility you expected Kenma to shrink into a corner, or maybe melt into a puddle if physically possible. But he didn’t move, didn’t speak.
He kept his eyes locked on you. You were too upset to notice the intensity. Or the growing tension thickening the atmosphere of the room.
“I thought we were close enough for you to be comfortable telling me anything. And I don’t even know if I did anything wrong!” You got closer to him still, your voice getting louder in anger. Because you were truly confused; you had no idea what you could’ve possibly done.
“What happened?” You asked, challenging him. You finally took the time to search his eyes, only to be caught off-guard with the storm behind his eyes. He looks at you, calculated, like he did in his volleyball games. Thinking of every possibility.
You didn’t have any time to think or act or call his name when Kenma, with more confidence you had ever seen in him, pulls your face to his, kissing you passionately.
Surprising yourself, you didn’t realize that you were kissing him back until you were both gasping for breath.
Well… This is happening, I guess.

AHHH I finally finished this after what feels like forever!!
This is fanart for the amazing @greycappedjester ‘s SPECTACULAR fanfic series Haikyuu at Hogwarts! I found the fic a couple years ago and it’s lived in my head rent free ever since. Their writing is incredible and it’s my top favorite fic ever! Please please please go check them out and support them!
(They also have fics for different fandoms or a few more Haikyuu ones that are equally as good, like their Cards series!)
It was super fun to draw this piece. I’ve wanted ti draw fanart for this for a while now but wasn’t sure what scene/part I should do…in the end, I decided on a random Investigator’s Club meeting bc even though Akaashi is my favorite and the reason I started reading the series in the first place, Investigator’s Club has stolen my heart. Also, messy background supremacy!! I spent too long on the characters and had no motivation to try very hard at the background
Thank you so much for your amazing work in this series and your other fics. Your writing is inspiring and I look forward to reading more of your stuff in the future!!
(Also I am kind of clueless when it comes to tumblr (I actually only downloaded to follow greycappedjester) and tagging? In this place?? Is weird? So don’t judge me that…and idk how to put in like a link to the fic, Ik I’m useless but take my art at least)

"Why me?" | Kuroo x Reader Drabble
"Okay, there's one thing I don't get."
"Yeah? Ask away." Kuroo said casually as he tied his shoes.
"There are people in our class that actually know about volleyball so…" You had two hunches and you didn't know which one you preferred. "Why did you choose me specifically?"
Kuroo seemed to be taken aback and he straightened his posture. Completely dumbfounded by the question. "Ah.. well this is awkward… I didn't expect you to catch on."
"Ha, what are you talking about? I'm asking because I wanna know."
"The thing is that — there is no reason. I just thought spending even more time with you would be cool."
"What?" You were as red as a tomato. Someone wanting to spend time with you just because they wanted to?
"Honestly, I thought you wanted to humiliate me in front of everyone," you confessed awkwardly.
"Now why would I do that?" he asked with a hint of a smile in his voice.
"Because some students told me that you had ulterior motives!" You exclaimed, your cheeks reddened. "How was I supposed to know that you just wanted to hang out with me as friends?"
"As friends?" Kuroo grinned at you teasingly. "I never said as friends, y'know."
"Fine. As your genius manager," you retorted.
Kuroo let out a really ugly laugh that you couldn't help but find endearing. Man, of all guys out there, you had to like him?
He patted you on the shoulder and bent down to your level. Your face flushed and you looked away.
"Little miss genius can really be little miss dummy too."
"Hey! No need to tell me something I already know!"

A/N: Kinda nervous about this one cuz this is my first entry to the Haikyuu fandom and I wanted to start it off with the character that introduced me to the series a long time ago lol

Kenma Kozume x GN Reader
Genre(s): Fluff, strangers to friends, crack moments
A/N: Hey guys! This is just a random thing I got inspiration for after reading (half) of a Kuroo fanfic. I hope y'all enjoy!
Tumblr media
Moving out of your parents' house to go live right on campus wasn't an easy thing for you to do, considering you weren't a very social person. You knew you'd need a roommate to help you pay for food and bills, and despite your lack of social skills, you were willing to search for someone to live with.
In your first year, you were paired up with a girl who was rather nice. She didn't have any loud or obnoxious friends over, she didn't stay up late, she wasn't loud, and she just overall respected you... For the most part. She tended to get mad easily, and even if it wasn't at you, she'd yell at you like all hell broke loose. So, as soon as the year was over, you quickly packed your things and left to get another campus dorm.
In your second year, your roommate was a WHOLE lot worse. She had no respect for your privacy, she stayed up late into the night and kept you up as well, laughed as loud as her friends did while they searched through your shared fridge and only took YOUR food, and she always talked badly about you. Half way in your second year, your roommate sat you down and told you that SHE was moving to a new dorm because she could not handle YOUR behavior. You thanked whatever God was out there that she was finally gone until you got a new roommate.
Your new roommate, however, was an angel compared to your last roommate. He always cleaned up after himself and he offered to take you to places because you were nice to him. He was like a house husband of sorts. Too bad he had a girlfriend, cuz you would've definitely married him. He moved out of the dorm to move into a separate apartment with his girlfriend, so you were left alone once again.
That was until Kenma became your new roommate in your third year...
At first, he was extremely quiet, only coming out of his room for food, not even bothering to say a simple "hi" to you. You were a bit put off by it, but you started to get used to it because it meant that you could study in peace, and he'd just be silent in his room, like he was never there.
One day though, you heard a loud banging on your front door, wondering if Kenma had gotten a delivery or something, since he never had friends come over. You opened the door and saw a tall, black haired, bed head man smirking down at you as he talked, with what you assumed was a fake deep voice to seem cool.
"I'm looking for Kenma, but I guess you'll do." He said smoothly with a smirk you wanted to smack off his face, but he either didn't notice your distaste, or he didn't care. You opened the door wider to let him in as you turned back to call Kenma out of his room. Surprisingly, your usually awkward roommate was already out of his room, glaring daggers at the tall male. He kept his voice even and monotone as he spoke insults to the new man in your living room.
"Kuroo, how did you find out where I live? I never gave you my address." The bed head, Kuroo, smiled brightly as he came closer to Kenma.
"You didn't have to give me your address," he patted Kenma's shoulder even after Kenma knocked his arm away, looking him in the eyes as he continued. "Your mom gave me your dorm number and told me to check in on you and make sure you were making friends."
Kenma sighed heavily, but led Kuroo to his room. He closed the door behind him as you continued to stand by the door, wondering what to do next. You didn't have to wonder long because as quickly as he was let into your roommate's room, he was soon kicked out. Kuroo only looked at his friend's door, and walked back towards the living room and made himself at home.
"So, when's dinner?"
Tumblr media
Not only were you dealing with a slightly louder Kenma, you also had to deal with an almost daily visit from Kuroo. You didn't mind that Kenma felt the need to be louder in the dorms, because you could at least talk to him and he wouldn't ignore you. You could actually have a full conversation with the black haired male without him walking off to his room. Although his answers were often short and quiet, you were still having a conversation! And with Kuroo being in y'all's home most of the time, Kenma was a lot more willing to show his true personality, especially when the bed headed male would test his patience.
The extent of your day was just listening to Kenma become increasingly annoyed by Kuroo, who was purposely trying to rile him.
"Kenmaaaa! Kenmaaaa!"
"WHAT DO YOU WANT KUROO!?"
"Can I get a cup of water?"
"..."
And you would watch as Kenma slowly stood up and walked to his room to get something to beat Kuroo up with. The bed head would usually apologize and stop his antics for a measly 20 minutes until he decided to annoy you.
Tumblr media
It was your fourth year of university and you had managed to hold onto a roommate longer than a year. Kenma surprisingly signed up to be roommates with you again and you were happy that he was at least comfortable enough to stay with you. Kuroo had his own life of course (I know, shocker), so he wasn't able to visit you both as often as he had before, which made you nervous about how living with Kenma would be without the bed head being there to provide y'all with entertainment.
You both settled into your new dorm, and continued to have short conversations with each other. When you were hanging out in the living room, Kenma would be nearby playing on his switch, studying for upcoming tests, or he was reading a book.
He was mostly playing on his switch though...
You knew that Kenma was getting comfortable around you when he started sitting on the couch with you, constantly asking you if you wanted to play a new game he had gotten. You would agree and you learned to play all of the quiet guy's games (and you became obsessed with his games). He also recommended books that he had read and you started enjoying his company.
He also became a little more chaotic.
"Can you cook me eggs?"
"Why would I cook eggs for you, Kenma?"
"Because you're a really nice, kind, awesome, spectacular roommate that wouldn't want their roommate to move out."
"... Do you mean that?"
"Oh, heck no."
"Okay, good."
"... You're actually a really stinky and lazy roommate."
"KENMA!"
But you didn't mind having a slightly loud, lazy, messy, lousy... Maybe you did mind having a slightly loud, lazy, messy, lousy roommate like Kenma, but you wouldn't trade him for the world <3
...
*Bonus*
"Hey Kenma."
"What?"
"I'd definitely trade you for a Snickers bar if Kuroo offered."

The Foreigner {Haikyuu Boys x Reader}
Going To Training Camp
~~~~~~~~~~
In the middle of practice, the doors to the gym slide open, and you, along with everyone else, look to the doors to see who entered. You see your guardian walk into the gym. "Here you are, Y/n!"
"Danny...!"
"I've been waiting for you. You couldn't even tell me that you were coming here after school," Danny says as he walks over to you. Once he reaches you, he grabs your arm, and your bag, and pulls you toward the door.
"I'm sorry, I should have at least texted you to let you know. I just got excited and forgot," you tell him as the two of you exit through the door while everyone watches. Sugawara, Ennoshita, Kinoshita, and Nishinoya look at each other before looking back in your direction.
After you and Danny left the gym, you two walked to the car while Danny continued scolding you. "You can't be this reckless, you need to have more common sense. I grew worried when you didn't show up to the car... I thought you were found, I was about to call the big boss."
Your eyes widened after hearing that, "No, please don't call him. He'll make us move again and I want to stay here."
You guys reach the car and he unlocks the doors before opening the back door for you. "As long as there's no danger I won't call him. Just don't go and disappear like that again."
"I won't," you say as you get into the car. He closes the door before walking over to the driver's side and gets in. He starts up the car and drives off.
"What were you doing in that gym anyway?"
"I had lunch with them and when I found out they were all part of the volleyball club I asked if I could watch them practice and they said yes."
"I see." He lets out a sigh before continuing, "Just don't do it again."
"Actually, they asked me to be another manager for the team..."
"No, out of the question!"
"Danny, please. I really want to join them. With everything that's been happening, this is the first time in a while I have a chance of being a regular teenager again. I can do something fun and exciting."
The car grows silent as Danny thinks it over. He really does want to see you happy and enjoying life, especially after everything you've been through. He lets out another sigh, "Alright, you can do it. Just so long as you don't do anything to expose yourself."
"I won't! Thank you! Can I also go to the training camp with them?"
Danny is hesitant, he wants to say no, but looking at you in the rearview mirror and seeing the excitement in your eyes, he can't bring himself to say no. "Yes, you can go. But at the first sign of trouble call me and I'll come get you."
"Danny, relax. I don't think he's gonna find me all the way over here in Japan. Anyway, I have the papers that need to be signed in my bag, we can sign them when we get to the house."
Danny just nods and the car becomes silent once more as you two make your way to the house.
~~~~~~
"Y/n!"
You hear a few people calling your name as you walk toward the entrance of the school. When you look to see who was calling you, you see the volleyball team running toward you. "Hey, guys. Good morning."
"Good morning, Y/n," Sugawara greeted, "Is everything alright?"
"Just fine. Sorry about yesterday, my butler takes his job of keeping me safe way too seriously."
"It's fine, just hope you didn't get into trouble," Ennoshita said with a smile.
"He just gave me a little lecture about doing stuff without telling him first."
"Can you join the club!? Please say you can join the club!" Nishinoya asks enthusiastically. He has high hopes that you can join the club so he can spend more time with you.
"He was against me joining at first but he eventually came around and said that I can join," you respond as you pull the papers out of the bag. You hand them to Kiyoko, "They're both signed so I can join the club and go to the training camp."
"Yay! That's awesome!" Yachi exclaimed excitedly.
"YAY!!" Nishinoya exclaims before jumping on you to hug you. You get knocked down to the ground from the force of him slamming into you, but you laugh because you can't help but find him really cute with how excited he gets. Nishinoya was surprised that you didn't move out of the way like girls usually do, or didn't slap him like Kiyoko did that one time. His heart pounded rapidly as you hugged him back and laughed.
But it was all short-lived since Daichi and Sugawara pulled him off of you so you could get up off the ground. "You gotta be more careful, Nishinoya. You don't want to hurt her," Daichi says as he pulls the boy off you.
Nishinoya was disappointed he was pulled off of you but before he could say anything all of you heard the chime. "We need to get to class," Ennoshita says as he walks over to you. "If you don't mind, we can walk you to class."
"Sure," you said with a smile and everyone went their separate ways to go to class. You walked with the second years to class.
"I like your little choker, that's pretty," Ennoshita says as he points at the choker around your neck. You wear this choker constantly because it's the most precious thing to you. It's a (f/c) silk ribbon with a small metal heart hanging down from the ribbon.
You put a hand on the choker and rub on the metal heart, "Thank you."
"You're welcome."
"Here we are," Kinoshita said as you guys arrived at the classroom, you guys quickly got seated so the class could start.
You noticed how the boys would spend so much time practicing different techniques, each one working on a specific technique that they wanted to get better at. You help out all of them however you can. With all the practicing they've been doing and having so much determination to improve on their skills, you believe that they're gonna make it this year.
~~~~~
It soon came time for you all to leave for the week-long training camp. Danny drives you to the school in the middle of the night so you can meet up with the rest of the team. You watch Yachi as she tries to get Kageyama and Hinata to talk to each other. You see Yamaguchi trying to comfort her as she fails and you can't help but feel bad for her.
A few hours later, you guys finally make it to your destination. You get off the bus and look around in amazement, the place looks beautiful. You look over at Yachi who is being comforted by Yamaguchi and Tsukishima, who is failing to show too much affection. You noticed that Yamaguchi shows way more affection than Tsukishima does, it looks like he does care, he just has trouble showing it.
You laugh when you hear Hinata getting excited about seeing the Tokyo Tower which is actually a radio tower. "What's the deal?" The tall boy with dark spikey hair asks Daichi. "You guys don't have steel towers in Miyagi? Is like, this a real thing I don't know about?"
"Oh well excuse us if we country folk don't know what the Tokyo Tower looks like!"
Judging by that guy's reaction, I'm guessing they've made that mistake before. "I have to ask. Who made the mistake last time?"
"Nishinoya and Tanaka," Sugawara responded with his eyes still closed. He looks so disappointed. You couldn't help but start laughing.
"You can't blame us! We've never been to Tokyo or seen the Tokyo Tower before!"
You were surprised to suddenly see Nishinoya right next to you. "Dude, I swear you move like a cat. By the way, even I can tell that's a radio tower." Right after those words left your mouth you felt yourself hitting something hard. "S-sorry," you say as you back up. You look up to see the tall boy with dark spikey hair standing in front of you. Speaking of moving like a cat. He very swiftly moved from walking next to Daichi to suddenly being in front of me.
"How rude of me to not introduce myself to someone so lovely as yourself. I am Kuroo Tetsuro, captain of the Nekoma team. And you are?"
"Y/n L/n, nice to meet you."
"Baby!!"
You look over to see a guy with a mohawk run toward Kiyoko, you guess he's her boyfriend from the other school you were told about. He runs up to her and hugs her while Tanaka and Asahi stand by and watch. You couldn't help but wonder what it must be like to be in a poly relationship like that. You remove the thought out of your mind, there's no way you will ever be in one.
"Let's head on over to the gym, the rest of the teams are already there," Kuroo says as he turns to walk away.
You follow the boys to the gym where the practice matches will be held. You stood with your team as you listened to Coach Ukai talking. "Alright, we're gonna be swapping players constantly so be prepared for that. Kay?"
"Right!"
As you watched the six guys run out onto the court to start playing you could hear some of the boys talking amongst themselves.
"Who's she? She wasn't with them the last time they were here. Right?"
"No, I would remember someone that beautiful being with them."
You figured they were probably talking about Kiyoko, but she was here with them the last time. You just shrugged it off as you watched the match start.
As the Fukurodani players got into position, their libero, Komi, looked over at you and his eyes widened. "Konoha," he quietly called to his friend who was standing next to him.
Konoha looks over at him, "What?"
"Look over there, Karasuno has a new manager."
Konoha tilts his head slightly to look over to where Komi is looking and he sees you. His eyes widen as a small blush appears on his cheeks, "She's beautiful."
Before Komi could respond the match started and they both had to focus on the game.
You watched your team as they all tried out the different things they had been practicing and working on, and all of them were failing. You felt bad for them but you know that they will get it eventually, just not this match. They lost the match and went outside to run up the hill, which was apparently the punishment for losing at this place.
Bad Hair Day | T. Kuroo
feat ~ tetsurō kuroo x f!reader
content warning ~ pure fluff, that’s it!
Everyday you tell yourself that you love Kuroo. You love him with all your heart but at this very moment you wanna smack him upside his head and ruin his already unruly hair.
“Tetsuro!” you scolded with a small giggle following after as you watch him desperately try to hold in his ugly laugh that you fucking love.
“Okay, okay…,” he sighs but another snort passes through his nose and lips making you groan while biting down your laugh.
You then move your gaze to your little four year old who is sniffing as he tugs down the hem of his shirt in shame (but you’d never actually shame your child like that). You pout as you see how horrible your little dare devil is feeling much like how his father gets when he feels bad.
“My sweet boy,” you sighed while crouching down to his level, “Why would you cut your hair, huh?”
Your son sniffled as you still here your husband’s ugly cackling in the background. “Jus’ wanted to give myself a haircut,” he mumbles with a couple of stray tears.
You softly smile and cup your son’s chubby cheek. “You have beautiful hair already, my love,” you comforted him as you quickly gazed down at the black chunks of hair all over the floor.
“Wanted to look more like daddy,” he said with a hiccups following.
And god, could you practically hear the smug smile from behind you that’s radiating off your husband. You turn around with a tight lip and already scolding him before he could say anything but obviously that didn’t stop the damn walking bed head.
“Oya, oya?” Kuroo perked up as he playfully shoved your face with his giant cyclops of a hand away from your crying son. “Wanted to look like your handsome old man, huh?” he asked with a smirk.
“Tetsurō,” you warned him with a soft smile but he knew that was you telling him that you were about to cut his hair off for being a smug little asshole.
“Alright, alright,” he laughs, “Look buddy, you just needed to wait for a bit to let your hair grow out more! That’s all!” he cheers with a comforting smile. He then picks his son up who happily wraps his arms around Kuroo’s neck.
Your husband then offers you a hand to help you up from the floor. You kiss his cheek and your son’s with a small laugh. “Baby, we’re not mad, okay? Just don’t do it again, we can always take you to daddy’s barber shop.” you said to the toddler.
Your son wipes away his tears with flushed cheeks. “Really, mommy?” he asks with the same smile copied right off his dad but Kuroo thinks he has your smile.
“Of course, little man!” your husband says before blowing raspberries into his son’s cheek making the sweet boy giggle.
“Daddy! That tickles!” he laughs as he pushed his face away.
You take a moment to appreciate the bond Kuroo and your son has. While he’s definitely and most proudly known as a mama’s boy, you obviously feel just as happy seeing your son laugh with his dad.
“Alright, why don’t we give you a bath so your mom can fix up your hair, okay?” Kuroo says he he puts the toddler down.
“M’kay!” your son cheers as runs to the bathroom across the hall.
“And maybe,” Kursk continues as he drags out the word, “I can give you a haircu-“
“Over my dead fucking body,” you interrupt him right away, “I’d chase you with those scissors before you could even grab them.”
Kuroo laughs before drowning your face in his kisses making you laugh. “Ah, you know how much I love that you’re crazy like that?” he sighs happily.
“Good,” you say back before looking up at him. Your eyes locked with his gold ones and it instantly brought you back to when you guys met your third year at Nekoma, “You know I love you, right?” you asked as you wrapped your arms around his neck.
Kuroo smiled, and not his smug one like usual, this smile is soft and more affectionate that he could ever display for someone. “Yeah, I know and I love you too…”
Before he could lean down and kiss you, your son’s voice echoed from across the hallway. “Mommy! Daddy! Can I use mommy’s eye glue to put my hair back?!” he cheered from the bathroom.
Kuroo snorted again hearing his son call your lash glue, eye glue. And you know that from being on he’ll call it that. You sighed and walked away from your husband with a laugh.
Chapter 17: Lev
Prompt: (Character) trying to impress Reader and ends up hurting themselves Character: Lev Haiba ________________________
Being manager of the Boys’ Volleyball team at Nekoma High School was tough.
More specifically, being a female manager of the Boys’ Volleyball at Nekoma High School was tough.
Now, you didn’t want anyone to misunderstand you; you absolutely loved managing this team. It was the only reason you enjoyed going to school at all. The excitement of the game, the passion of the players, and the genuineness of the boys would never fail to make you smile. It was just that often, you forgot that they were boys.
Even worse, teenage boys.
While it seemed like most men never truly grew up, the stage in which they don’t have to, they seemed embraced wholeheartedly. Now, you could comprehend a certain level of foolishness, you yourself are no saint, but it seemed like these boys seemed to try and do stupid things on purpose, expecting some sort of godly result.
Your days were full of reprimands, warnings, and scoldings. No, Yamamoto, you can’t lift that much, Kenma stop with the videogames, Kuroo stop trying to annoy Yaku, Yamamoto you can’t lift that much! These were some of the few that you had shouted in the last week.
You’d never fully understand how they functioned, their thought processes, or their motives but you felt as though it was your main job to avoid them from killing themselves during the season.
But you definitely weren’t perfect at it.
Lev Haiba was a prime example of that.
When the half-Russian had joined the volleyball team, you had immediately had one thought.
He’s a mound of human silly-string with an affinity for accidents.
His lanky form, paired with his endless energy, was bound to cause some sort of natural disaster, you were sure. So sure, in fact, you made sure to tell him the very first time you met him.
“My job is to keep you organized and keep you alive until the next game. Don’t make it too hard for me.” Were the words you chose for your introduction, to which Lev responded with his back immediately snapping up in attention, taking your words so seriously it was laughable.
“I’ll do my best!” He said, looking down at you with such a sincere and determined smile that you felt as if you needed sunglasses to avoid looking at the pure shine of his teeth. You heard a scoff before Kuroo came and slapped the tall first-year on the back to loosen him up.
“You should be saying that to me. And calm down, she’s our manager not our drill sergeant.” You roll your eyes at the captain, seeing right through his feigned cool façade. “With how you all act, I’m more of a glorified babysitter.”
You heard dispersed chuckles from the rest of the team stretching, and you match Kuroo’s playful glare before he chuckles and shrugs before joining Kenma on the ground. You look back to Lev, to find his full attention on you. You open your notebook, detailing every member's extensive game record, and make a page for Lev. He continues to watch as you write his name.
“I’ll be watching you this practice and see where you stand out. From there we can work with the coach and find where you’re best suited. You should start stretching.” You had said calmly, but with so much finality there were better described as commands. Lev simply stares at you, before you look at him, patiently waiting for him to join the team.
“Lev! What are you gawking at her for!” You heard Yaku yell, all the while stretching out his hamstrings. This seems to snap him back into action, with him muttering some apologies and sitting on the ground. You ponder for a moment on what that was, but you have other things to worry about, so you don’t think too deeply.
Watching Lev play was like watching a cartoon cat try to catch a mouse. He was all over the place, missing passes, missing hits and just generally clumsy. Exactly as you predicted. Once you watched him miss Kenma’s toss for the fourth time, you gently whispered to Coach Nekomata. “Are we sure we want to bring him on the team mid-season? Inuoka’s a perfectly fine player.” The coach only chuckles, waving off your worries. “The higher the risk, the higher the reward.” Is all he says back to you, watching is covered in amusement as he watches the practice game.
By the end of the session, while everyone was cleaning up, the coach pulled you and Kenma away.
“We’ll need to train him for the season. I’ll leave it up to you and Kenma.” Coach Nekomata said, looking quite entertained as you and Kenma shared a look of mutual worriedness and future exhaustion. Neither of you says anything to argue, both knowing that it would fall on deaf ears.
“I can’t believe I have to train him.” Kenma had later complained when the coach wasn’t around, listening to Kuroo cackle as you three walked to the train. It just so happened that you all took the same line, so you often road with them to avoid taking it alone at 8 pm.
“This does have major potential. How often do you get to mold your own hitter?” Kuroo, ever the optimist, asks, with you now rolling your eyes. “You’re acting as though he’s made of the perfect material to mold. It’s like building a castle out of dry sand and no water.” Kenma sighed and pointed to you.
“What she said.” Kuroo snorted, leaning against the rail of the train as he watched both of you clearly defeated. “Guess you guys have to find some water.” The captain said all proud-like as if the words being uttered from his mouth were somehow inspirational. Kenma only looked at him in mental exhaustion.
“You’re not helping, you know.” It was your turn to point.
“What he said.”
~~~
Preparing Lev for the next game was akin to wrangling an excited tornado. The guy had a heart of gold, but his enthusiasm often led to mishaps that bordered on calamitous. It wasn't that he lacked talent or determination; it was just that his coordination seemed to take occasional coffee breaks. Or you know, year-long vacations.
You watched for half an hour as Lev fumbled bumps and tosses. Either he was too fast or too slow, or just all around clumsy. With each failed attempt, you could feel the mutual blood raising of both you and Kenma’s.
You both exchanged a glance that spoke volumes. You could no longer stay silent once you saw the tall first-year miss a toss entirely.
“Lev! You need to watch the ball!” You all but shouted across the gym, causing more than one member to flinch at the frustration in your voice. The first year all but stumbled, before turning to you and yelling a quick ‘Right! Sorry!’ before returning his focus to Kenma who looked like he wanted to burn down the world.
You pinch the bridge of your nose, trying to stop the incoming headache from building.
“If you’re having trouble training the rookie, why don’t you take a break and have some one-on-one time with me? Promise I won’t be half the trouble.” You hear Yamamoto try to say smoothly, to which you feel your eye twitch. You turn to give him a look that accurately expresses what you’re feeling.
“Word of advice. You don’t want to try with me when I look like this.” You said calmly, Yamamoto responding with a meek ‘Duly noted’ before slinking off to the other side of the court. You return to Lev and Kenma.
“Okay, so I think we try another skill. Coach said he was a good hitter.” You watch Kenma’s nose wrinkle.
“He can barely hit the ball on the ground, we’re gonna try in the air?” You both hear Lev’s quick ‘Hey!’ in protest, but a stare down from Kenma renders him silent and sad. You sigh, seeing really no other option.
“Let’s just give him a chance. You can do it can’t you?” You ask him, voice only slightly skeptical, but the moment you asked, you saw a fire burn in Lev’s eyes.
“I won’t let you down!” There it was again, that extremely serious tone and expression that you couldn’t quite get. But he was willing to try so you once more didn’t think too deeply about it.
“Fine…” Kenma muttered with a deep sigh, before going back to his place on the court. Lev eagerly followed him, still keeping his eyes on you, however.
You watched for the first ten minutes as Kenma set up perfect tosses, only for Lev to miss them entirely. Kenma tried to adapt, toss them higher, lower, slower, faster, but Lev also seemed to get the opposite message.
You felt the annoyance build up in Kenma and yourself as you began to get impatient. Surely, he could get one?
“Lev. Eyes on the ball.” You heard the setter say tired but sharply. The first year nodded, really trying to head his advice. Kenma tossed the ball, you watched as Lev had his eyes on it entirely, never once straying.
You saw him taking steps only his long legs could take and jumping higher than you’ve ever seen him.
Before making perfect contact with the ball, the satisfying smack of it hitting the gymnasium ground faster than you’ve seen in a while. The whole gym was silent as they watched.
“Yes!” You fist-pumped, even surprised at yourself how much you expressed yourself. You heard the other members also show their surprise, going over to Lev and patting his back in admiration and comradery.
You could only see Lev smiling at you though. You couldn’t help but smile back.
You made your way through the boys, looking at Lev excited at his progress. “That was beautiful! Exactly like that okay?” He nodded furiously, the members leaving the court to watch his second attempt. Kenma, not reacting all that much (not very surprising) went back to his place and tossed the ball exactly the same.
Lev gave you once last glance, a smile wide on his face as he attempted to focus once more. You watched him watch the ball, taking the long strides again, jumping to reach it with much more energy than last time.
It was too late to realize it was too much energy.
Your face morphed into horror as you watched Lev jump past where the ball was in the air. You saw Kenma’s eyes widen.
“Lev! The net!” You tried to stop him, not quite knowing how your words would stop him. The gym fell into a momentary hush as Lev's body collided with the net, hearing the sound of his lanky body hitting the gym floor. Hard.
Your hands covered your mouth in shock, along with everyone else, staring in mortified horror at the way he fell.
"Lev! Are you okay?" Yaku's voice cut through the tension, his normally calm demeanour replaced by genuine concern as he rushed to Lev's side, followed by the rest of the time.
"Ow…" Lev whined, though his slight wince betrayed the pain he was trying to hide as he rubbed his head. You hear Yamamoto’s rambunctious laughter. “He got caught in the net like a fish!” He wheezed. You responded with a rather harsh blow to his head, which shut him up quickly, along with your glare.
Kuroo's brows furrowed in frustration as he approached Lev, his expression a mixture of annoyance and relief. "Damn it, Lev, you scared us."
Kenma, ever the calm and collected one, stepped forward, his gaze assessing Lev's condition with a critical eye. "Maybe we should take it easy for today."
You were unable to hide your concern, evident in the furrow of your brows and the tightness of your lips, and hurried over to Lev's side. You crouched down beside him, your hand hovering over his shoulder in a gesture of reassurance. "Come on, let's get you to the nurse's office just to be safe."
Lev nodded, his eyes reflecting a mix of embarrassment and determination. "I'm really sorry about that. I just wanted to do it right for you."
Your cheeks flushed slightly at his words, a surge of warmth spreading through her chest at his earnestness. You ignored the looks of the team towards you, knowing that it’d be worse if you acknowledged it. You placed a gentle hand on his back, offering him a supportive smile. "It's okay, Lev. Just take it easy, alright? We'll work on it together."
Lev nodded, his resolve firming as he pushed himself up from the ground with a determined grunt. "Yeah, together."
You didn’t notice the looks the team gave each other.
Seemed the drill sergeant had a soft spot.

Your effect on Kozume shouldn’t be as instantaneous as it is.
He sits up against the headboard with a pillow fluffed against his back for comfort. While he’d usually sport a hoodie, the streamer instead wears a loose t-shirt for the occasion, holding the hem by his teeth and revealing his lean torso. His breathing becomes ragged as he hooks his thumbs under the waistband of his sweats and boxers, shutting his eyes as he does so. He only reopens them after exhaling deeply, his gaze focused straight ahead.
At the foot of his bed is you.
That familiar all-knowing smile finds itself on your face, something that has him flushing yet not wanting it to falter. Kozume’s cock twitches under its confinements as you crawl towards his frame, hovering above his legs.
“No need to get all shy on me,” you coo, leaning closer to his face. “Nothing you haven’t done before.”
His lips press into a thin line at your words, and the brunet takes his time pulling his sweats and boxers to his thighs. His cock, half-hard, weeps precum from its slit. Amusement dances across your features as you offer a hum: a sign for Kozume to reach for his nipples and tweak them.
His breathing grows shallow from the treatment, his hips mindlessly bucking while his dick further hardens. The pink from his sensitive buds contrasts beautifully against his pale skin, not that the streamer would notice that specific detail. As observant as he may be, he chooses to keep his focus on your reaction to his position. His body bleeds a rosy hue: his cheeks, his chest, his cock.
You’d tease him; he’s sure of it. Kozume wouldn’t be surprised; you did it when he got a sunburn that one time you and Kuroo dragged him to the beach, you did it when he’d hide behind his video games to avoid human interaction, and you’d do so when he’d complain about the summer’s blistering heat and the winter’s frozen curse. He’d furrow his brows and scoff at your lilting words, but it doesn’t mean they bother him. If anything, the attention you give him stirs a myriad of emotions in his chest, something strange, yet something he continues to search for: your attention is the only one he yearns for.
“You’re so sensitive,” you chuckle breathlessly. “Do you even need my help?”
“Yes,” he pants before his brain registers. His cock is fully stiff, almost in pain from neglect. You know this because, of course, you do; it brings you to smirk.
“If you say so.” With those final words, you lower yourself to face Kozume’s dick, where he lightly grips the shaft’s base to bring it to your lips. He hisses at the first contact, your mouth quick to engulf his tip and suckle on it. Bit by bit, you take more of him, warmth enveloping his cock and chest. He has half a mind to grip your head and take control of your intentionally languid pace, though he knows better than to do that: you know what he likes, after all.
Thoughts hazy with lust, Kozume almost misses how his tip grazes the back of your throat. He shudders as you let out a mix of a groan and a gag, the vibrations travelling through his shaft. Mutters of wanting more slur out from his spit-slicked lips, and you greedily comply by bobbing your head up and down faster.
The streamer feels himself grow warmer from the sensation and embarrassment as he recognizes the feeling of his approaching orgasm. His panting grows louder, battling against the slurping coming from you in an otherwise silent room. His hips match your rhythm, softly thrusting into your mouth and earning more sounds from you.
Your lips are the last thing on Kozume’s mind when he finally releases, his eyes fluttering shut as a high-pitched whine seeps from his throat. You gulp every drop he spurts out, your name falling from his lips repeatedly as you do so. Finishing so quick would embarrass most, but it’s when the brunet cums the hardest. Before you, being touched felt more like something to do out of boredom or as a stress reliever instead of for enjoyment. An already open mind like his expands when you’re involved, coming up with new scenarios and techniques to try. He’d be so out of it that he’d expect a sly comment from you to follow his quick release. It never does, though.
You’re always gone by the time he opens his eyes again.
Kozume sighs, his gaze falling to the mess on his hand and lower stomach. A soft hum fills his ears and replaces the heavy breaths he’d puff out moments ago. His shirt feels sweaty against his torso—when it fell from between his teeth, the streamer doesn’t recall. The feeling of shame is too occupied replacing the adrenaline from his veins for him to figure that out.
You’re his friend, he tells himself as he grabs the tissue box from his nightstand, scowling at the bottle of lotion that stood next to it as he did so.
Do you know that he thinks of you when he touches himself? Every time he avoids eye contact with you, can you tell it’s because of his guilty pleasure and not his usual introverted nature? Not even Kuroo knows the extent of Kozume’s infatuation, and while the former setter would never hear the end of it from his best friend, he’s certain he’d simply pass away should you find out.
The brunet tries to ignore Rooster Head’s voice in his head pushing him to “ask you out already,” and proceeds to throw out the dirty tissues in the bin.
His attention is soon brought to his phone on his desk as it lights up. Kozume takes advantage of the distraction and goes to check the notification.
A message from you. His heart just about stops, and he wonders if the gods are playing with him.
They aren’t, of course; you don’t tell him you know his little secret, but invite him to this new café you recently discovered. The streamer releases a breath he didn’t realize he was holding in. He’ll answer later.
For now, all Kozume can do is drag himself to his bathroom to properly cleanse himself of his previous mess and returning thoughts.
