you were bummed, to say the least when you got called into work on your birthday, and there was no way to call out.

chris insisted you go and said it was fine to watch the little one by himself for a few hours.

the little one in question is strapped into the baby carrier on chris’ front as he reads the box in his hand. he neatly has bowls and measuring cups out on the counter, all he needs now is the ingredients. both of them are in matching pajamas with dinosaurs on them. chris established these matching sets when atticus was born five months ago, and you loved the idea.

that’s when you knew he’d be a great dad.

“half a cup oil, one cup water, and three eggs. think we can handle it, buddy?” chris looks at your son and kisses him on the head. he purposely bounces to the cabinet and refrigerator to grab the supplies as atticus giggles at his movements.

he then grabs one of the measuring cups and fills it with water, placing it back with the other ingredients. “set the oven to 350°.” chris reads aloud, turning to face the stove.

“no touch,” he says, holding your son’s hands with one of his and using the other to press the buttons to the right temperature.

this results in atticus gripping onto chris’ pointer finger and not letting go. he doesn’t mind though, and continues reading off of the box. “beat cake mix, water, oil, and eggs in bowl… blah blah blah.”

he grabs the kitchen scissors, making sure he’s cutting far away from the child and cutting open the cake mix powder. he grabs the bowl, inching it closer. “want to put it in, buddy?” he asks, holding the bottom of the bag as atticus grabs the top of it.

all is going well until they drop the bag into the bowl, the mix that was already in making a mess on chris’s hands and atticus’ face. the baby laughs as chris picks up the pouch and finishes pouring it in. “oh, man.” chris sighs, taking his hand and rubbing the powder off of the child’s face.

“water—” he starts, but then a little hand accidentally knocks it over and spills it on the counter. he slowly looks at his father with no emotion, but chris smiles. “that’s okay. let’s clean up our mess!”

as in “our”, it’s chris using a paper towel while the little rascal just throws the piece he gave him onto the liquid to seem like he’s helping.

luckily the rest goes without a mess, and then the oven dings. chris wants atticus to be involved, so he helps him pour the batter into the circle-shaped pan (half of it ends up on the counter.)

he eventually takes the baby carrier off to not get him so close to the oven, atticus is now on his hip as he closes the oven and puts on a thirty-four-minute timer.

once the cake is cooled, chris puts the infant into his high chair with the cake in front of him. instead of bowls and measuring cups, icing, and sprinkles are on the counter. he knew what he was going to say next was a bad idea, but it was for a special occasion.

chris opens the icing and bottles. “make it pretty for mommy.” he says, giving your son free will to decorate the cake.

his attention span only lasted about ten minutes, but he got a few gallops of icing and sprinkles on. chris did help him write a message, but the rest was all from your little boy. atticus claps as chris looks at the cake, but then sighs when he looks at the messy counter of powder, batter, icing, and sprinkles. “your mother is going kill me.”

rubbing your eyes, you enter the front door of your house, pausing in place as you look at the kitchen. there was an attempt to clean up, but it was a mediocre job. “chris?” you call out, but there’s no answer. a certain object catches your eye and you walk over to it, smiling softly at the source that made the kitchen a disaster.

there was barely any icing on it, but you didn’t care. there were spots where there were a ton of sprinkles and no sprinkles at all. sloppy pink handwriting was written in the center of the cake, but you understood the message.

happy birthday mommy!

we love you ♡

you wipe the tears threatening to spill out of your eyes as you speed walk to the living room, seeing the two boys lying on the couch. the smaller one is asleep on your boyfriend’s chest, and the other is staring at the TV that’s muted. chris’s hand rubs on atticus’ back.

you walk in front of him, and he lazily smiles at you. you can tell he’s tired, but he’s fighting it. “he made you a cake.” chris mumbles, fluttering his eyes closed. you pick up your son gently as to not wake him, and start swaying from side to side when he squirms for a moment. “do you like it?” chris asks.

“i love it.” you say, a tear spilling from your eye. “it’s my favorite cake in the whole wide world.”

you kiss chris on the forehead and atticus on the cheek, thinking about how lucky you are. these are your two boys, and you never loved anything more in your life.

Imagine jace and his young wife, both already married to each other for a while now and they've only just come of age. Volume III Chapter IV/V of the original 1818 text of Frankenstein lives in my brain rent free. I need to rant about Clerval’s death or I’ll loose it. (It’s late and I’m exhausted rn so my ass is NOT as coherent and structured as it could be but fuck it we ball)

“He appeared to be a handsome young man, about five and twenty years of age.” MY PRECIOUS BOY

“(…) having brought the body into her house; it was not cold. They put it into a bed, and rubbed it; and Daniel went to the town for an apothecary, but life was quite gone.” HE MIGHTN’T HAVE BEEN DEAD WHEN THEY FOUND HIM BUT IT WAS TOO LATE

“I saw the lifeless form of Henry Clerval stretched before me. I gasped for breath; and, throwing myself on the body, I exclaimed, “Have my murderous machinations deprived you also, my dearest Henry, of life? Two I have already destroyed; other victims await their destiny: but you, Clerval, my friend, my benefactor”——

The human frame could no longer support the agonizing suffering that I endured, and I was carried out of the room in strong convulsions.

A fever succeeded to this. I lay for two months on the point of death (…)” THE WAY VICTOR REACTS TO AND SPIRALS FROM CLERVAL’S DEATH IS SO MUCH MORE SEVERE THAN ANYTHING ELSE THAT HAPPENS TO HIM and it’s also an extremely interesting character study to see what happens when the only person he ever really seemed to have a mutual loving and healthy relationship with gets cut out of the picture – Victor’s had his fevers, he’s wallowed, but he always had Clerval to draw him from his wallowing and to nurse him back to health. So what happens when Clerval’s death is the cause of that anguish? THE DRAMA THE ANGST I love these silly little gothic losers to death but watching Frankenstein grieve over the passing of who was pretty much essentially his lover is fascinating to me and it SHOWS how much Frankenstein adores Clerval through the latter’s death. THE MAGNITUDE OF HIS GRIEF IS A TESTAMENT TO THEIR LOVE oml i can’t rn frfr THEYRE SO GAY AND SO GOTHIC I CAN NOT

“Why did I not die? More miserable than man ever was before, why did I not sink into forgetfulness and rest?” “I thank you; but all that you mention is nothing to me: on the whole earth there is no comfort which I am capable of receiving.” “(…)surely I should have died on the coffin of Henry.” AGAIN Victor’s absolute grief tearing himself up over it

“As my sickness quitted me, I was absorbed by a gloomy and black melancholy, that nothing could dissipate. The image of Clerval was for ever before me, ghastly and murdered.” “Sometimes they were the expressive eyes of Henry, languishing in death, the dark orbs nearly covered by the lids, and the long black lashes that fringed them.” Again what I said about his grief being a testament to their love bro, REMINISCING ABOUT HIS DEAD LOVER AND HIS BEAUTY EVEN IN DEATH WHILE GRIEVING HIM I CANT BRO

“Ah! my father, do not remain in this wretched country; take me where I may forget myself, my existence, and all the world.” HERE’S THE START OF HIM PUSHING AWAY THE MEMORY AND TRYING TO SUPPRESS IT BECAUSE THE GRIEF IS TOO SEVERE and that is SO interesting for how he shifts his tone with Elizabeth and puts up that fake demeanour of wanting to marry her because he thinks it’ll make HER happy even though both of them describe dreading the wedding, also possibly another argument for the legitimacy of reading Clerval and Frankenstein’s relationship as romantic – in order to forget him, he assigns himself to the role given to him as a child by marrying Elizabeth and gives up whatever he hope he had (possibly discouraged from Clerval being murdered as a response to Victor refusing to finish the Bride and subject her to the same fate as him and Elizabeth to the Creature, a pact made without her knowledge or consent, an arranged marriage. Where has spiting that tradition led him? Where has him standing up to the shroud of his mother’s dying wishes, hanging over him the entire novel thus far, led him, by refusing to force the Bride into an arranged marriage with the Creature, as he was with Elizabeth? To the death of the one man he truly loved. So fuck it, right? He can at least “make his dear cousin happy” and not die spiting the one thing he was meant to do – make his mother proud from beyond the grave by marrying Elizabeth.)

“the wind that blew me from the detested shore of Ireland(…)” sorry my country traumatised you bro (I mentioned to one of my teachers while explaining the plot of Frankenstein to them, as you do, that this chapter takes place in Ireland and the “god damn ok” face was priceless)

“I was deceived by no vision, and that Clerval, my friend and dearest companion, had fallen a victim to me and the monster of my creation. I repassed, in my memory, my whole life; my quiet happiness while residing with my family in Geneva, the death of my mother, and my departure for Ingolstadt. I remembered shuddering at the mad enthusiasm that hurried me on to the creation of my hideous enemy, and I called to mind the night during which he first lived. I was unable to pursue the train of thought; a thousand feelings pressed upon me, and I wept bitterly.” HE’S TRYING SO DESPERATELY TO LEAVE IT BEHIND AND TO REPRESS IT but now he’s left Ireland and he’s no longer feverish, the clarity washes over him and he can’t do anything except just lie there and cry over everything that’s happened AND MY POOR LAD HE CANT EVEN CONTINUE BEYOND THE POINT OF THE CREATURES REANIMATION BECAUSE THOSE FEELINGS PRESS DOWN ON HIM AND CROWD HIM AND OVERWHELM HIM AND HE JUST BREAKS INTO SOBS

And what happens after “the night during which he first lived”?

He’s saved from his own downward spiral by Clerval.

What’s he doing now?

Going on a downward spiral.

Where’s Clerval?

Dead.

“Ever since my recovery from the fever I had been in the custom of taking every night a small quantity of laudanum; for it was by means of this drug only that I was enabled to gain the rest necessary for the preservation of life. Oppressed by the recollection of my various misfortunes, I now took a double dose, and soon slept profoundly. But sleep did not afford me respite from thought and misery; my dreams presented a thousand objects that scared me.” And Christ above THIS LINE, not only can he now physically not sleep at night after what happened, but he’s gotten into the habit of drug use over it – which wouldn’t have been too bizarre by Victorian standards, but in the 18th century, laudanum wasn’t administered nearly as liberally and was mostly used for surgery, from what I can find, anyway. Not to mention that fact that he starts double dosing on it as the memories come back to him – his grief starts getting to the point where he’s using drug use in order to cope, but it hardly matters as his torment follows him to sleep.

“We had resolved not to go to London, but to cross the country to Portsmouth, and thence to embark for Havre. I preferred this plan principally because I dreaded to see again those places in which I had enjoyed a few moments of tranquillity with my beloved Clerval. I thought with horror of seeing again those persons whom we had been accustomed to visit together, and who might make inquiries concerning an event, the very remembrance of which made me again feel the pang I endured when I gazed on his lifeless form in the inn at ——.” THIS LINE LIVES IN MY BRAIN. RENT FREE. HOW COULD SHELLEY HAVE CUT THIS OUT OF THE 1831 PUBLICATION THIS IS SO GOLDEN DEAR LORD I ADORE THEM.

“MY BELOVED CLERVAL”

BUT ALSO AGAIN we’ve got Frankenstein trying SO desperately to forget everything, and he knows that he can’t face the people who knew Clerval or he’d break down. And I love the way this version continues on his grief to the next chapter – it’s not done and dropped, its ongoing and it plagues him, and it will plague him as long as he lives. I wonder what would happen if he did go through London, if he did meet those people again. Would things have turned out differently? Would he finally have been given a sense of comfort and clarity through mutual grief, as nobody so far since Henry’s death and for the rest of the book, except the creature, ironically, has grieved for Clerval except for Frankenstein. If he met people who took as fondly to Clerval as he did, at least on meeting him briefly, who would have sympathy towards Victor – would he finally have that space to grieve for him in a healthy way, to be comforted by people who at least vaguely understand a fraction of his anguish?

The way Victor Frankenstein BREAKS after the death of Henry Clerval is one of the most fascinating and endearing parts of the novel that completely lives in my head rent free. He spirals, he becomes ill, he becomes deeply suicidal and depressed, he begins drug misuse – and adaptations have the sheer balls to cut Clerval out of the story altogether.

so you choose aaron but make it clear you're marrying out of duty to your family and not for love so he shouldnt expect anything from you and he just agrees and youre shook because he doesnt even seem surprised?? and hes like "i already have a son for an heir so you dont have to bear me children or even consummate the marriage if you dont want to" and youre like ??? why are you here you really dont seem like you even want to get married?? so he tells you that his advisors have been pushing him to remarry since the year his wife died and that he knows he cant run his city alone anymore plus his son deserves to have a mother figure and you guys make an agreement to marry and that youll do your duty to the throne and care for his son and in return he leaves you to youre own devices and doesnt control youre every move like your parents do.

so you go back to his city with him to stay with him during your "courting period" and you bond so quickly with jack because hes so sweet and precious and you fall in love frfr with that kid and aaron is soooo relieved because he didnt think any woman would want to marry someone so much older than them and have to raise another womans child. and you learn quickly about how the city is run and the ins and outs of what your responsibilities as the dutchess of the city will be. and as you slowly spend more time with aaron the two of you start to fall in love organically.

and its funny because by the time your wedding actually takes place you kind of cant wait to be married and to be able to have aaron and jack by your side forever. and you definitely do end up consummating the marriage. very passionately. (perks of marrying an experienced man is that he knows how to make a lady scream) and your parents are still shocked that you're actually willingly marrying a man. but they stop complaining about your choice in marriage when you welcome yours and aarons precious baby girl 💖

ok so i really like the concept of the whole Bill of Life thing, unwinding especially.

like holy smokes was it good.

OK SO IK ITS NOT THE MOST POPULAR NOVEL I DONT THINK SO FOR MY MOOTS WHO R SEEING THIS THIS IS THE GENERAL CONCEPT: since abortions r banned pretty much, ppl either “stork” unwanted children or “unwind” children when they became unwanted. like the story starts off abt three unwinds, being unwound for completely different reasons. Connor was like, a troublesome kid and his parents just didn’t want that so they signed the orders to get him unwound. i missed why Risa was unwound but im pretty sure the state house just didn’t have much room for her anymore(she got storked there i think. she really didn’t grab my attention at the beginning sadly). OK SO the concept of storking is that, the mother delivers a child, doesn’t want it, leaves it at some person’s doorstep and then it’s “finders keepers.” however if they are caught they have to take the kid back and legally obliged to keep it. same with the finders keepers situation, got storked and ain’t no one at ur doorstep? legally obliged to keep it like it or not. however Connor’s parents once got storked and passed it into the neighbors house, and the baby rotated for a week and back to their house, but already sick and dying. Connor then gets traumatized and further on in the book he’s so overridden with the memory that when a bitch got storked she yell at them (Connor abd Risa) to take it back even tho the kid wasn’t theirs.

the concept of unwinding is that legally between 13-18 your guardians can send you to a harvest camp where you’re taken apart and given these parts to those who need it. like for example: you got unwound, taken to a harvest camp, they take your hands and give it to a guy who lost his across the fucking continent. ppl literally stopped trying to cure things, just replaced faulty organs with healthy ones. and no one really knows what’s going on in those harvest camps. do they kill you off immediately or do they wait and wait for weeks on weeks to get to you while you never know when’s your last day.

SO ANYWAY

I really like Connor’s relationship with Hayden, and tbh if they would make them canonically in love i’d be the happiest person on this planet. but again that would cause even further complications w the plot so i get it ig. but at the same time i don’t. Connor never really struck me as a cishet dude even from the beginning of the story, and though him abd Risa r a very good pair i’d just kinda like it more if they paired him up with Hayden. cuz first of all it would add on to tge reason he got unwound in the first place. abd like, i want a gay protagonist in a horror book is that really too much to ask?

same thing with Lev and CyTy, tho i see them more as moirails. yk, homestuck. heheh. no bc they’re so caring for eachother it’s crazy. but again i don’t see them in a romantic relationship, i just rlly like their dynamic. live laugh love how Lev was willing to go through with CyTy’s shit and vice versa.

Hayden and CyTy gotta b my fab characters frfr. anyway so CyTy’s name is actually Cyrus, but he has an eighth of a brain of a kid who got unwound and his name was Tyler. so like, he sometimes does things that Tyler would do but himself won’t, leading them to Tyler’s parents’ house and it actually made me tear up.

Okay… so I was thinking of a tmnt crossover and Encanto songs. The Mikey’s (I’m thinking 87, 12, 07, Bay, 03, and Rise for sure… I can’t speculate the best on the others…) would absolutely make up their own lyrics to “The Family Madrigal.” They agreed on using the last name “Hamato”

They would force everyone to watch their performance of it. 12 Leo is a proud mother watching this and several of the siblings get a mix of insulted and “wow, that’s me frfr” throughout the performance.

I love hearing that it resonated with you! I try and use fic to remind everyone that Billy was/is a child who should not have been treated the way he was by adults.

I feel like it’s often brushed over (in canon) and especially with Karen they seemed to be trying to push the narrative of - look how bad billy is trying to get Karen to have an affair - rather than the obvious (or at least it should be) - why the fuck is someone old enough to be his mother preying on and entertaining this behaviour - any non-predatory adult would not be indulging it but worrying about where the behaviour came from (what I make Jim do often in my fics haha) - it just really felt like an injustice that there was no character looking out for Billy so the need to write him being seen/heard/looked after is very strong (a feeling I think many Billy fans have).

Anyway I’ve gone on a mini rant haha thank you again your words really boosted me!

Apparently yes, Tsukasa has kind of become a "container" since he has the creature in his body and it has no form. I even talked about a theory that crossed my mind, about him wanting to build a new body for that thing, if you're interested I'll explain it better here

Anyway, Tsukasa is helping the creature, and as we saw that he is the one who welcomes people (as in the case of Kou and Nene) people must have associated their wishes with him. It's easier to trust another human to fulfill your wishes (especially a child) than a formless creature (apparently).

Projecting onto my favs-Depression Edition

Toki-MDD, very rarely struggles with depressive episodes since his teen years but has been dealing with them more since Magnus. Has to be closely monitored after requiem for multiple reasons, this included. it was very mild when he was a child but got progressively worse in his early to mid teens as he drifted from his parents. “Whats if I sacrificed myself for de lords, maybes den dey would loves me.” In his mid to late teens he was battling in it near daily, espcially after moving in with the band and adjusting to his new life. Major life changes are a huge trigger for his depression, as well as, you know, depressing events. For sure fell into a depression after the passing of his dad as well and self medicated with alcohol. Hides it very badly and its very easy for the band to tell when hes spiraling.

Pickles-Persistent Depressive disorder. Has been struggling with it since childhood. Also ties into his drug and alcohol addiction. He self medicates with both. Has definitely attempted multiple times via overdose, never works each time and actually makes him more and more immune to overdosing because of how often he does it, and just does drugs and alcohol in general. Hides it very well and those close to him normally mistake it as regular old alcoholism. Nathan and Skwisgaar are more aware of it though, especially Nathan, and try their best to pull him out of it when they notice him spiraling. Has to be kept away from Toki when either of them are depressed because they make each other worse. Like mother like daughter lol.

William Murderface-MDD, was spiraling heavily in Requiem and Army, actually most of the show in general. He copes by threatening to kill himself to people around him but they arent just threats. Gets triggered easily and has definently attempted multiple times, but because of his…lack of smartness…has been very uncessfull. Has also made a pact with Toki before and attempted with Toki before but thankfully there combined incompetency saved them. Im talking trying to drown himself by dunking his face in a bathtub, slitting his wrist with a plastic knife, overdosing on laxatives with Toki, jumping off of a school bus. His grandma also struggled with it and he had to grow up watching her attempts and trying to convince her to stay alive. Is passively suicidal for most of the series but sometimes actively, the band unfortunately doesn’t notice his depression until Army and think its just Murderface being dramatic.

Skwisgaar-Doesnt have any depressive disorder but would definently get mildly depressed when Toki is depressed. He an empath frfr.

𓂃𓈒➛ Vill-V- who is 24/7 always on your side, even though she's always busy. she'll get infos about someone or something you want to know about. a mother-fucking smartass. has few multiple personalities. (canonically she does have like 8 i believe so?)

𓂃𓈒➛ Hua- who stops every fight that's happening. a lifesaver to everyone! everybody calls her grandma because she's the oldest + her hair. make the best food other than mei(2), mostly her dumplings. can be cold sometimes, but eventually will get along.

𓂃𓈒➛ Sakura- gives alot big sister figure vibes. another best chef (3), she teaches people how to cook. she's good at giving people advice, but not with the delivery for sure. let's say she's another example of perfection (5).

𓂃𓈒➛ Griseo- the quietest one. a little sister figure. really talented in painting, sometimes you're even jealous how good she is. she likes colours alot, she'll even describe the colours. (the perfect child.)

𓂃𓈒➛ Kevin Kaslana- a big bro figure. he's sometimes cold and quiet, but sometimes not apparently. he's 100% dating su, he would say "not interested in dating", but would be in su's side no matter what. a mother-fucking smartass (2).

𓂃𓈒➛ Sus- another big bro figure(2). the quietest person (2), but sometimes also not. helps alot on projects/works. people thinks he is fuhua's cousin😭. yeah 100% dating kevin kaslana aka cold mf. and again a mother-fucking smartass (3).

𓂃𓈒➛ Kalpass- a wrecked overprotective big bro figure (3). he likes bullying kids for some reasons, that's why aponia sometimes dislike him. fights alot with Pardofelis and Mobius. no shit he screams alot like loosing his sanity (he is actually).

𓂃𓈒➛ Kosma- another quiet person (3), he rarely talks like srs. even in chat, he'll just chat "...", he never really say anything because he overthinks a lot and sometimes can't figure out what to say. he seems to be self-conscious. kosma could have a whole conversation with himself in his head before he figures out the right words. (kosma is like us frfr)

3. What is your favorite childhood memory?

RIN When she was ~4/5, her mom took her for ice cream as a treat. Rin’s honestly not sure why. She just knows that it happened. And it wasn’t like just ice cream. Her mom was super nice the entire time. She’d pet Rin, coo at her, praise her, and generally gave her free reign all day. It was so unexpected from her mother! Not just the praise/general love but also that it stayed constant all day. Starla tended to switch between loving and hating Rin pretty fluidly but that day was amazing. If you ask Rin, she’d say she dreamt it.

FIONA During peak Fiona Stoicism, way back in middle school, he dressed up for character day. Specifically he dressed up as the Fox in Socks. He went all out: red jeans, red shirt, a painted on nose, painted whiskers, blue shoes, and blue gloves. Most importantly, Fiona was fully expecting ridicule because well… look at him! But he got praise and compliments instead. Frankly, he hadn’t been praised like that in years.

4. What is your least favorite childhood memory?

RIN The day her mom abandoned her with the police. They’d been lured into the the Children of Starlight cult (the one from Laws of Attraction) and when it eventually went downhill. Starla had run away and left Rin alone. Rin was thirteen. Keep in mind, prior to this Rin was a very clingy child. There was honestly nothing scarier to Rin than being alone and, well, Starla made that nightmare a reality that day.

FIONA Tough one. There isn’t One Big Thing that stays with him forever but a lot of mini things that made his childhood, ultimately, a series of dull disappointments. Though, when he was in eighth grade his father made a bet with him: Fiona gets high As for the entire school year (ie 96+) in Math and his dad would let him apply for a performance art school. Obviously, that was a very high bar to keep up (he was a high B, low A math student) but Fiona worked like hell and by next summer had successfully kept his math grades above a 96 –even peaking at a 99! His dad didn’t uphold his end of the deal though so… all for nothing.

11. What is your favorite type of media (TV, movie, books, etc)? Name some specific favorites (which shows, movies, books, etc do you like)!

RIN Books. Call her a nerd, fine. She is. I think she gets very into solarpunk lit. But also loves sillier books like The Thea Stilton, Geronimo Stilton, and Goddess Girls series. Goddess Girls is a guilty pleasure.

FIONA Podcasts frfr. I do think he listens to story-telling podcasts (think Nightvale). But, more often than not, he’s just listening to Nigerian entertainment news. It’s hard to keep up language fluency without Igbo speakers around. He must make do (；′⌒`)

18. What’s the best way to cheer you up?

RIN Path 1: Leave her alone. Come back in a couple hours. Give her time to understand how she feels in a space where she can’t lash out. (Rin will often distance herself when she needs it. What you do is stay away until she reaches out again.)

Path 2: Stay but listen. Just lend her a listening ear. She doesn’t want solutions or critiques right now, okay?

FIONA Fiona likes to be distracted. He’s the sort that likes to push off processing how he feels until forever-and-amen. In the long run is it helpful? No, not really. But Fiona likes it that way, at least for now.

jkhdsakjhsdkfh it's okay i don't know which name i want to go by bc all my DR selves have different names (here is where i would put a skull emoji if i wasnt on my laptop). i literally cannot wait to post about my crossover DR so ty for asking i need to rant about all the scripting i did today instead of schoolwork:

my name in the mega-DR is riley (edit: no it's not it's hale)! i'm the adoptive child of the dupain-chengs (mlb) and the emilys (fnaf). i scripted that tom and henry are cousins, and henry's family moved in with us after his first wife died. the aftons live (and the emilys used to live) in london.

the dupain-chengs have two biological kids- marinette (of course) and nicolas. nicolas is about a year older than marinette and three years older than me. henry (who i also call dad lmao) has two kids- the daughter he had with his first wife, charlie, and the son he has with his current wife, who is also my OR mother (who i also call mom), sammy. charlie is about eight, and sammy is still drinking out of a bottle, he's like one-and-a-half. i'll list out all the DR ages at the end bc i already know this is about to get confusing as hell.

biologically, i'm the child of phoenix delvaux (half witch from the boiling isles, half human) and valentine morgenstern (tmi). this is because i wanted a loving father figure but also didn't want to script out my daddy issues. anyways, this makes me a quarter witch, a quarter human, and half shadowhunter (i'm the main character frfr). bio mom and sabine were cousins (sabine is fully human, they are related on the human side).

but wait! that's not all- valentine had connections in the human world (pre-being evil ofc) and who are these connections but tony stark and bruce wayne (bruce is my godfather and tony is kinda like his brother or family friend). consequently i see peter (who has been tony's sort-of apprentice, sort-of child for most of his life in this DR) quite a bit growing up (i call him my brother even though he's like... my paternal godcousin at best?) as well as all of the batkids, who i also refer to as my siblings. this confuses every single one of my friends in paris to no end, because they have literally no idea who i'm talking about. in addition, talia (dc) is my godmother through sabine.

so anyways, i grew up with my biological father (valentine) in southern canada (i know he's not from there, but he's on the run-ish, and that's where i'm from in my OR). my maternal godfather darius (toh) eventually figured out that my mom had a kid and came to find me when i was about seven. he wanted to take me back to the demon realm and raise me as a witch, but also told me that my mom had living family (sabine). i of course wanted to meet them, and i ended up staying in the human realm with them. darius visits often, and the whole family visits him in the demon realm over summer holiday. this is how i meet my friends in the boiling isles.

anyways my mum (OR mom) connects me to the rest of my OR family that i scripted into this DR, but i won't talk too much about them here. i will however mention auncle raine and uncle eber, who live with my dad (darius), and who we live with while we're in-realm.

during the summer i sit in on some of the nearby magic school classes to get a sense of what's going on. the schools nearby to dad's (darius') place are hexside, where i meet my boiling isles friends, and hogwarts, where i meet my hogwarts friends. i'm going to have to make more posts about this DR soon because this one is already so long, but i literally cannot wait to keep talking about this.

Time decided with his beloved wife malon that they'll adopt/take in the wild little girl. Twilight, wild now have a little wilder sibling but once they all return home with the feral little girl.

Time and malon first to notice that the little girl to hissing at the cuccos then ran away when one of the cuccos look at her, the little girl ran under malon dress and whimpering but malon gently take the girl from her hiding spot to give her breakfast but the little girl star at malon with pure fear so time have to take the little girl to clam her down believe that the little girl mother must have traumatized her to fear women. Malon wants to beat the biological mother to death and hide the bitch body.

Twilight with the wild little girl is interesting since Twilight find her on Epona back just napping or on/with the goats which is dangerous but if it's with wild.....all that little wild girl have to do is scream and the animals chase after wild the three wonder if the little girl train the animals to attack whoever the little girl scream at which is impressive yet terrifying.
