Makes me wonder if ALL Demons represent or have an animal counterpart. Which makes me question what kind of animal Barbatos/Diavolo/ Mephistopheles represent?

I was thinking Diavolo = Dragon and Mephistopheles = Horse. But i'm unsure about Barbatos! He gives me either Owl and/or Bat vibes but also lizard/reptile vibes because of his Tail? But then again, he could also be Snake like Leviathan. I swear Barbatos is a complete mystery. What do you think?

Hi there, Angsty Anon!

Okay, so I've thought about this and like... way back in this blog's infancy, I had a few people tell me what they think for Dia and Barb, which was enlightening. Because I was also like... do they have animals??? I really thought they didn't!

But Dragon did seem to be the choice for Diavolo. Someone suggested Salamander for Barbatos which I can now not unsee. It's the tail, right? Like it's not quite like a snake's because it doesn't seem to have scales? But his horns are very clearly meant to be skeletal bat wings, so???

I dunno, I kinda think Diavolo could also be a Lion just because that fits his demeanor in my opinion! But if we're going by demonic appendages, then definitely he's got the Dragon vibes with those wings and horns.

I can't decide about Barb, either. I kinda like that he doesn't have one, he represents himself lol.

As for Mephisto, Horse would indeed be a good choice. We haven't seen his actual demon form yet, but I think he likely has a tail. I doubt they'd make it look like a horse's tail because how would they even do that? I also thought it might be cool if he was a Panther, especially if Dia was a Lion, you know? Like big cats for the royals/nobles.

I also thought about this a lot when it came down to my OCs. Because I was like, do I need to work out their demonic appendages based on an animal? What if I don't want to huh???

In the end, I decided that in my personal au it's only fallen angels that have an animal associated with them. I don't know why, but that's how it worked out lol. Because only one of my demon OCs is a fallen angel and before I decided this particular thing, I had given him animal appendages. Obviously the horns are kind of whatever they have to be, as with the bros.

Anyway, this is indeed a fascinating subject, especially the discussion about what Satan's tail is made out of. If he's a unicorn, why does he have a metal scaley looking tail right? Someone suggested it's bone, which I love. Especially since technically, a unicorn's horn would also be bone (I mean it can be whatever you want since they aren't real but it makes sense to me for it to be bone).

Imagine one day MC discovers, whoops, Im pregnant. Trying to figure out the father, MC tells no one for the time being. Who was the last to try and seduce mc? Finally, discovering that the father is... Mephisto. Que picture of Mephisto running away from angry demons and angels. Wait until Barb gets a hold of him P.S almost slipped in the shower from how hard I laughed at the idea

P.S.S. MC pregnancy is a false alarm in the end, but Mephisto is not to be heard from again

Whoops indeed!

Poor Mephisto, didn't even get MC pregnant in the end, but still having to deal with the wrath of everybody else lol.

Honestly, I think Mephisto would be really happy to find out he's going to be a father. He obviously loves kids and is really good with them, so I just think it'd mean a lot to him to have one of his own.

If MC was pregnant for real, I have no doubt that Mephisto would absolutely dote upon them the whole time.

I kinda like the idea of Diavolo and Barbatos being all protective, too. You know, because they clearly know Mephisto fairly well.

Diavolo is just thrilled to pieces. Meanwhile Barbatos is like step aside Mephisto I will do a much better job of caring for MC than you would.

LOL.

But yeah, before all that he's gonna hafta try really hard not to get killed by Lucifer and Mammon... I just feel like those two especially don't like Mephisto.

His power holds such an important role for Diavolo

He's such a powerful "demon"

It would actually be quite nice if you were just a little more closer to him

He's willing to use this oh so important power for you like it's just a mere toy

But Barbatos knows you

The sense of nervousness won't leave him whenever Diavolo came to visit him

And the mixed feelings when the other exchange students decided to drop by

But when you enter his room

The light started to get a little darker

And the atmosphere turned into something heavier yet more comforting feeling

To be honest

It'll be better for him to know that you cast a love spell on him

Instead of going to the dark alley you decided to take some nap in the cafeteria and even on empty classrooms

The Brothers will not found you two scattered all over the academy sleeping on each other

And before he even noticed

Whenever the slightest danger occurs he's already jumping in front of you and pushing you back as he shield your fragile body

THIRTEEN

She's such a trouble maker

And you're an expert in keeping trouble makers in line

And Thirteen will make sure she don't follow that line!

She keeps on pulling pranks

It feels like she'll start crying if she says anything more so you just denied everything and said that your schedule have been fully packed

Even saying that you're a new member of the council so you became more busy

She felt so embarrassed after that

But she started to treasure your relationship more

Had a sad thought, and now everyone must suffer with me -
