So I wanted to talk about some of my thoughts on some of the signs Tallulah gave to Pomme as advice/comfort her about the bad situation.
For context, in yesterday's stream, Pomme informs Tallulah about the last time she saw her dad, he was "so sick, the worst he has ever been." That he wrote some letters, bought her a plushie and told her to sleep, that she needed to remind him to tell her something for tomorrow. Even mentioning that she's "still waiting to see him."
Pomme even regrets listening to Bad because now she says "At what cost? Because now, we have no idea where he is. We thought of the worse....I have no idea what happened."
Pomme even mentions what she and Dapper did to try to get clues for Bad's disappearance. However, their attempts haven't worked and they haven't gotten information. Leading Pomme saying that the situation is "just confusing, and... I don't know what to do"
After listening to Pomme explain the situation she's in about Bad, the first thing Tallulah says is, "Not lose hope."
Those choice of words are both interesting and sad to me.
Pomme has been trying to not lose hope, she's been so desperately trying is the thing. Her own dad (Bad) has told her to not lose hope before on situations. So, Pomme tries her best in not losing it. But, during the moment she realized that Bad's sickness to death was inevitable when he spoke to her and Tallulah that one night, of course, she was going to lose hope. Of course, when he's gone "missing", she's gonna wonder whether or not her efforts ever really worked in helping him or if he was just lying to her to make her feel better.
"I tried to help in any way, I used to prepare medicine for him, health potions, in hopes it could help, he told me it did.... did it really..."
She made a whole backpack for him, in case it did help him. She used to hope it did. She's done a ritual with Dapper in hopes to try to bring Bad back or some kind of clue to where he is and it didn't work. She has tried so bad to have hope.
Tallulah telling Pomme to have hope just reminds me of the times that Bad would tell Tallulah to have hope about her papi. Have hope that he's going to come back one day, that it's going to be "soon." "Soon" is a word that Tallulah despises because it's something she's constantly been told and Tallulah has tried to have hope before for her papi.
While their situations are so very different, since her papi hasn't come back for months and Bad's been dead for like around seven days.
The situations are also similar too in that these are kids that are wanting their parents. These are kids that are still waiting for their parents. How a kid feels about time can feel so different to how has time actually been in reality.
(Btw, this is under my assumption that time works realistically in this minecraft game. Rather then it being like cartoon logic in that "Oh, Bad's been death for a month because Bad said it was" when in reality, it's been around 7 days).
For example, a kid waiting for school to end can feel like forever, when in reality it's only two minutes left in class. A kid that's lost in a store can feel like forever when it's only been like thirty seconds before they're found by their parent. Richarlyson yesterday, has even commented, "KKKKKKK get back here already tio, it's been already too long."
Bad being gone around 7 days and it feels long to Richarlyson. If it feels long to him, then you can only wonder how Pomme and Dapper feel when they constantly try to look for him. How it must feel even longer for Dapper considering that he's almost always has had his dad with him.
I'm getting side-tracked because my point is about Tallulah's signs to Pomme.
Tallulah also mentions to Pomme, "You can wait thousand years for the right person, as long as you keep them in your memory and your heart that way, you can feel them close to you."
Now this, I feel like comes from a place of heart from Tallulah considering her situation with her papi. But, I also felt like that advice reminded me of something.
(you read these signs to right to left btw)
So, I decided to go and look back into Bad's vod, "QSMP - The Eggs Might Die, Create is a Nightmare."
Bad: "That's the thing Tallulah, unlike photos, you get to keep your memories forever. So you don't have to worry, you carry those with you ever and ever." (8:24:19 is the start - 8:24:32 is the end of it)
He said that to Tallulah after Tallulah was upset she lost the photos she had with her papi before. She was jumping up and down happily in response. Her signs feel like she listened to her Tio's words about keeping her memories with her papi forever and carrying them around.
In that same vod, Tallulah says "I don't want to lose another person close to me." So keep in mind that she still considers Bad to be close to her, so the idea of her listening to his advice does not feel far-fetched to me.
She has also listened his advice before in the past when he took care of her. She's even mentioned once during a Tallulah time that he "siempre tiene los mejores consejo." (always has the best advice)
You can argue that she said that about him months ago so she might not feel that way anymore.
However, I still think she does feel this way about him. A month before, in January, during a Tallulah time, she said she was feeling depressed, maybe she can talk to her Tio Bad about it.
In a more recent vod, "QSMP - The Eggs Might Die, Create is a Nightmare." She talks to Bad about how she hasn't seen her papi in months, how she is upset she no longer has his letters or his pictures. She feels safe enough to talk to him about her issues and still trusts him for his comfort/advice to her.
But, I didn't only want to bring up Bad's advice to Tallulah and Tallulah listening to it.
I also just wanted to mention it was a bit ironic that she said that advice regarding memories to Pomme. An egg that has suffered memory issues before because of a brick hitting her head from the ending of purgatory. While Pomme isn't suffering memory issues anymore since she had regained them, I just thought it was a bit ironic.
Second thing I wanted to mention is that while she says that to Pomme about Bad, we don't know if that's going to be the same case with Bad to Pomme. Or Bad to Dapper either. We don't know if Bad is going to come back from the dead with his memories in tact about his kids. If he'll have his memories of them while Pomme keeps him in her memories as she waits for him.
And then, these are Tallulah's other signs to Pomme, "I don't think he would leave you two alone on purpose, it does not sound like him at all. I'm pretty sure he will come back :)"
(The signs are meant to be read from right to left btw)
While Tallulah's right in that it doesn't sound in character for Bad to abandon his kids.
Bad used to be Tallulah's main babysitter in the past. He used to take care of her and he would listen to her issues. Which again, also includes her feelings about her papi and how much she misses him. Tallulah has faith in her Tio Bad from him knowing how she has felt when her papi was gone. That he will not cause those same feelings she felt about her papi onto his kids, Pomme and Dapper. That her Tio Bad will know better then to do that.
(To be clear, while Tallulah was not abandoned by her papi - he left her in Philza's care while he was gone. She's mentioned before about how she feels like that. It does not mean that it's true nor does it mean that her papi loves her any less.)
I would apologize for comparing Tallulah's situation to Pomme's situation but Tallulah has also compared it herself in this sign from her own experience. "I know what waiting looks like after all". She understands the pain that Pomme is going through.

What's interesting about burdens, Pomme, is the burdens that we help carry for others feel lighter to us because we're helping them and the burdens others help carry with us, feel lighter to them as well so when two people help carry each other's burdens where they can, it actually makes the weight lighter for both of them and that's what we're trying to do with you and that's what you're doing with us Pomme. You're shouldering a burden which is making it easier on your siblings, it's making it easier on everyone else, you know what that's called, Pomme? It's called love. That's when you love your family so much and you love your friends that you're willing to sacrifice to help them because you love them and you care about them, okay? So, you don't need to worry cuz we love you too, Pomme and we're going to keep you safe and hopefully you can help keep us safe and I just want to let you know we do appreciate it."

Many questioned whether q!Cellbit would notice q!Roier's dark circles under his eyes when he saw him. Today we had the answer: he just needed a second.
He glanced quickly at his husband amid the chaos of the event and quickly noticed something was wrong. He realized that q!Roier was hiding his feelings again and promised that they would talk. He was filled with worry and only became "calm" when he could know what was going through his husband's head. He gave Roier the time he needed, spent time with him and waited for his husband to feel comfortable enough to tell him what was bothering him so much, but he didn't allow himself to be bypassed by the jokes and pranks this time. The two care a lot about each other.
It's one of the most beautiful things in guapoduo, isn't it? They understand each other a lot. They trust and know how the other must be feeling without either of them needing to express themselves in words.
I can say this even from q!Roier's side, he knows when q!Cell starts to get anxious about the riddles and immediately tries to help him, laughing a little, singing or even trying to solve the puzzles.
And, today, during the conversation about how q!Roier felt about the disappearance of his son and sister, q!Cell said:
"I know you are sad. I know you hide your sadness by joking and trying to make others laugh. But I am here for you, always. You know that.”
But then we find a parenthesis. It's not a problem, just something that draws my attention.
Despite trusting each other, both q!Roier and q!Cell end up trying to hide their problems. They are both very traumatized and fear that they will be rejected by doing this, however, we saw that q!Cell got his husband to take a deep breath and open his heart.
However, he doesn't let q!Roier know about his problems. This is not a problem with q!Roier but with q!Cell. He sees himself as responsible. The only one who cannot fall apart and who cannot demonstrate that something is wrong.
Of course! He cries and has already said that he misses Richas and the little eggs, but at no point did he talk about how he felt with the others.
Even q!Forever himself said: "You can't fall! You're the only one I trust to save us if everything goes wrong." He called q!Cell...Wizard doctor or something like that too KKKKKKK.
But, do you understand? This makes me worried. q!Cell repeats to himself over and over again that he doesn't want to be controlled by emotions like he was in the past... That maybe, if he doesn't really open up to someone, he'll close himself off more and more.
And emptiness is a thousand times worse than emotions. Because if there is nothing, there is no reason to avoid the destruction of everthing and himself.
So lastly, this is more of a wish than actually what I think might happen, but I would like there to be a conversation of them on opposite sides. A conversation in which q!Roier knows exactly what q!Cell thinks so much.
How much anger, fear and frustration he feels knowing that everything he does for and against the Federation doesn't bring enough answers. How much pain he really feels after so much psychological and physical torture.
How close he is to falling apart from feeling the weight of the world and the entire island on his shoulders - the people he cares most about and would die for.
And how much he destroys himself every day knowing that Richas won't be there to give him a good morning.

okay, I wrote the basis for this
and this is very banal, but…english isn’t my first language kkkkkkk
Let’s imagine, that the events begin with the death of Mary. Nathaniel knew from childhood that he was a hereditary psychic, which included the abilities of a medium, a tarot reader and clairvoyance. The strength was passed on to him from his late grandmother on his father's side. Even as a child, he began to notice that something prevented him from dying after Nathan's torture. He often saw his grandmother in dreams and then in reality, who told him that he was unusual and, if he began to understand this, he would discover incredible power in himself. Therefore, after another torture by Nathan and his assistants, he listened to the words of the late grandmother and began to study this topic in secret from everyone, as much as possible, with the help of the dead grandmother, with whom they met several times in dreams. But time was short and after a couple of months he and his mother ran away. It was easier to get books, daggers, candles, tarot and many other helpful things on the run than at his parents' house, so Nathaniel continued to delve into the topic of his abilities. He stole books from the library, hid in dark corners to catch at least a moment, but his mother eventually found out. Mary also noticed that something strange was happening to the boy. Even as a child he often talked to someone she did not see, was quickly recovering from his father’s abuse, as if something was preventing him from dying. But she never really attach any importance to it, much less something supernatural, that’s why she was horrified and very frightened, as a result of which she severely beat her son. She had a hard time believing that her son could actually see and do things that other people couldn't. She tried to knock his sick fantasy out of him, but Nathaniel proves his abilities to his mother by summoning her late grandmother. Then Mary comes up with a way to make money out of it. Already at the age of 14, more and more people are starting to turn to Neil, asking for his help. From failure in love to searching for missing people or talking to a dead relative. When Nathaniel masters his powers, his mother dies. Nathaniel is tired of being on the run and living in constant fear, so he calls his uncle. A few days later, he is already sitting on a plane to London and leaving the USA behind. In London, he meets his mother's entire family and their ignorance of Nathaniel's abilities. And also, it is there that he dreams of the date of his death for the first time.

As a tubbling, sorry for the extra neg thrown towards your streamer’s cubito. In case you weren’t aware, long story short, while the permadeath was out of nowhere for the streamers and their viewers, it’s been a long time coming for the tubblings and egg admins. Like we couldn’t make it angstier even if we tried kkkkkkkkk. And when we saw our cubito’s issues be overlooked and joked about again (obvious to tubbo viewers but not to anyone else because god forbid qtubbo communicates), even after his own death, we got so frustrated and lashed out at whoever was loudest and it happened to be phil. Which one makes sense for him to do since they’re literally close irl friends and two is also unfair to him because when he did realize the seriousness of it, he immediately went to help. So yeah honestly sorry again for that, hope what I said sorta makes sense and while it’s more likely to happen to qphil, it can and will happen to every character, tubbo included lmao. Can’t speak for everyone but I’ll try to chill out a bit 🤏 Who knew that the rarest thing on the qsmp would be emotional intelligence wow im so shocked 😮 (<-has watched phil and tubbo for years i am not shocked) KKKKKKK have a good day lol :D

And yeah, I follow enough tubblings either here or on Ao3 that I was aware of what the tubbling perspective is in terms of Tubbo's issues being overlooked, once I thought about it. And like, that's part of the tragedy of tubbo isn't it, that he's has been setting up this angst where other streamers don't see it, but even when he does it where they CAN see it, they take it as bits, because that's how they view Tubbo and because at a certain point of sarcasm, saying "i'm having a terrible day and I kind of want to die" still gets read as a joke because you said it yesterday as a joke. (Ran into that issue in my real life, actually.) He's having a painful time, but everybody goes "oh tubbo" about it.
Thank you for the understanding of my perspective too, cause I was sitting through that stream like "oh man, Phil keeps bringing up to the eggs that it's gonna be okay, we're gonna get him back, hehe the create wrench I wonder if Tubbo will let that bring him back to life, oh that's quite sweet, he does care about Tubbo so much" and then I stepped onto the dash and saw the reaction and went OH NO THE OTHER PERSPECTIVE I FORGOT THAT NOT EVERYBODY PROCESSES EVERYTHING THROUGH JOKES and scrolled in dismay. It's obvious to me that cc!Phil cares a lot about Tubbo and I think q!phil cares a lot too, he just— thought it was a joke at first. Distracted by having many eggs around (you know that man is at max paranoia and minimum emotional processing with three+ eggs in his care).
The good news is we got FASCINATING Creation lore out of it, (picture me showing up in multiple liveblogging channels like "who's this herobrine motherfucker and no he can't have the eggs what the fuck"). Here's to more fascinating lore and qTubbo coming back to life (PLEASE man I don't want this to be your exit from the server, I like qTubbo), and all of us appreciating other perspectives. Emotional intelligence truly rarer than cucurucho cookies in my OWN life, I know, it's so hard. 😭😭
