Started the day studying and working through an online module about the veterinary profession itself, then followed some lectures and finished the day in the gym! Finding it hard to keep up the motivation for going to the gym after a long day, but literally getting dragged there by the boyfriend helps
Today was the day I set at the start of this year for some big physical progress goals! Sadly I came nowhere near those and have struggled to just get back to even being able to workout at 100%. Injury sucks and has gotten me really down at times trying to bounce back.
But today I’m choosing not to dwell on the negative and focus on the positive. I’m recovering well and nearly back to pre injury capabilities. Im healthy, haven’t lost too much of where I was AND I’m able to get out to explore and see some beautiful sights and enjoy an amazing day with the love of my life. Today is a GOOD DAY!! ☀️
Oh yeh 🙌🏼 My streak almost could go back to August tbh, but on Thanksgiving week I was recovering from a cold and then Thanksgiving shenanigans, so that was a streak-breaker. But it is what it is, especially if you get sick.
Also I had been at 70lbs on the bench press for so long but I could finally go up this time!

Lovely day at uni! Found a new protein drink with cafeïne that I absolutely love 🫶🏻 spent the afternoon studying antibiotics and went to the gym after!
Update: Started weight training again and started doing weekly instead of daily weigh ins and my mental is so much better because of it. Anyways today was leg day but tomorrow will probably be back or biceps. I’ve been training back aggressively because I want a v-taper.
