so i found out what i wanna call myself. a demiguy! part agender and part guy. (basically demiboy but i like demiguy better). i was saying in my other post that im agender in a masculine boyish way. like im agender but connected to masculinity. i decided that thats demiguy for me!

im honestly just glad i found out who i am again. i am very comfortable with this label. i know labels arent everything but sometimes its just nice to know what to call myself, you know? thats just me tho. i do think i might still call myself agender only because i still feel very genderless if that makes sense? but anyways i am very comfortable now. so thats all that matters!

tho im still unsure about he/him pronouns on me so im going to be trying them out for a bit.

Currently Having A Little Trans Crisis

So I'm growing my hair out because I began feeling more comfortable with looking stereotypically feminine and also I want an undercut lol (also I wanted the character I'm playing in the fall show to have longer hair)

BUT

I'm feeling a little iffy about it because whenever I feel like I'm being perceived as a girl, I basically remove myself from myself - like I don't feel like I'm actually existing in a way which is weird and not at all a vibe And I'm scared that people will use it to invalidate my identity (I know my parents are hopeful that my random feminine expression- painting my nails, trying on dresses, growing out my hair, doing make up, etc- are signs of me not being trans / they think it's proof that I'm not) and I'm feeling dysphoric but also I still want to grow out my hair

Idk

I'm just feeling kind of alone and freaked out because the whole kind of gender disassociating thing has been happening more and I know that I'm a demidude but sometimes I feel like I'm just not there or things get in my head and I start doubting myself and agh just like also I'm scared of not passing because that makes the feeling like I don't exist within myself thing worse

It's a lot.

Coming out doesn’t start as a conscious decision. To be fair, not a lot of Casey’s decisions start out with messy things like forethought; it’s just easier to think and then do. No problems with self-doubt stopping him if he never gives it the time to sink hooks into him the same way it overwhelms Leo and Donnie.

So coming out is basically: “Oh shit, did you guys get to see the pride parade yesterday? It was bangin’, one of the guys for the hockey team came with to help me with the jock rep.” He flexes, grinning at Raph, and then realises that everyone’s eyes are on him. “What?”

“You were...in the parade?” April asks, squinting at him, and then, her expression clears slightly as an idea occurs to her. “Oh, for a friend or something?”

“Uh, no?” Granted, he’d promised to go to help Randy-from-the-team get over their fright of it, but he’s been going to the parade since before he’d even been in high school. “Babe, I can promise you I was also wearing my flags.”

“Your...flags.”

Casey blinks. "Yeah," he says, and then blinks again. "April, you've seen my room?"

Donnie snorts. "And I'm presuming she was to notice anything in the pigsty you call a living area?"

"They're on the wall!" Casey defends, scowling, and then turns to look at Raph for help. "Dude, we had this discussion. You asked me what all my jacket pins meant?"

Raph looks pinned, flustered, and so Casey goes for the couch and his jacket, pulling the lapels out for demonstration. "See, here's the one I made for y'all, with the shell, and then this one has Dee's symbol for y'all, which he made into a tracker - don't think I didn't notice how heavy it was, Dee - and these two are from my sister - she wanted me to watch the new Sonic - and these are my pride pins!"

All five of his friends peer in closer, their heads pressed together, but Mikey's the first to poke Casey's cluttered collection of pronouns and his 'gay as in [cigarette emoji]' button. (His dad had gotten him that one after Casey'd started using more than just he/him, looking profoundly uncomfortable and a little bit afraid when he said, "I heard you talking about- reclamation. And I like to think I still know you well." and Casey had just beamed.)

"None of them are rainbows?" Mikey says, and Casey rolls his eyes.

"Well yeah. D'you really think a rainbow fits my vibes? At least the enby flag is sorta in my colour scheme."

"The-"

"Purple one," Casey offers, and when they all get even closer, has the sudden realisation that:

He absolutely just came out to his extended family

They, even though he'd thought he'd been pretty clear about it, had no idea

He's about to be asked so many questions

His lips pull at the corners, a slight edge of excitement that comes when the people he loves know him, want to know him so they know how to love him better, but instead of any of that he just says: "So am I also right in guessing that none of you ever noticed that I only wear makeup on days when I don't wear my binder?" and watches them all dissolve into yelling.

He's totally getting them to come to next year's parade.

Demiboy (also known as Demiman, Demimale, Demiguy, Demilad, Demidude, or Demibloke) is a non-binary gender in which one is partially, but not fully, a boy or man. They may or may not identify as another gender in addition to being partially a boy. The other part of one's gender can be any gender or combination of genders, including a lack of gender.

Bxy (pronounced Boy-X) also known as Mxn (pronounced Man-X), can be used in two different ways. The first way is a gender that is both male and agender/greygender or otherwise genderless. There are several ways one can be a bxy, such as:

- Being multigender, with one gender being agender and one being boy.

- Being agender or greygender but being slightly a boy or having a connection to masculinity, similar to demiboy or libramasculine.

- Being genderflux between feeling male and not feeling gender.

- One may also identify as a trans bxy.

Atriboy, also known as atrinboy or atrinaboy, refers to an atrinary boy. This is also abiatrinary. As the definition of atrinary states, it is referring to any genders that are completely unrelated to maleness, masculinity, femaleness, femininity, neutrois-ness, or neutrality, and is nowhere in between those things, while not necessarily feeling genderless. One's gendered part of themselves is a boy. Someone who is a atriboy may feel as if they're a boy while not being related to maleness, masculinity, femaleness, femininity, neutrois-ness, or neutrality, and feel as if they're nowhere in between any of them. This could be due to feeling a connection to boyhood rather than maleness. An atriboy may feel as if they're a boy while also not being a part of the gender trinary.

Blankboy, also known as blankman, blankmale, and blankguy, refers to a boy who cannot explain their manhood any further than being a blank space. It is a subset of genderblank.

Boyish is an umbrella term for any sort of male-aligned, man-aligned, boy-aligned, or masculine-aligned gender. It was made as an easy-to-understand alternative to labels such as mingender, mascgender, and miaspec.
