I wondered if I should post this for the longest time but...
The whole plot of One Piece but they're all in an asylum (with zosan and a bit frobin bc i love them)
(Disclaimer: consider all the CW that could come with a mental institution (e.g. self harm, mental illnesses, death, violence etc.))
Listen, listen I have it all planned out!
They call the wing they're in "East Blue" because it's the most east part of the facility and it's painted in blue. They keep the patients in small groups at first so that they don't act out or feel threatened. They call this group "the straw hats" after they let one of the patients propose it (the patients all agreed on it).
Luffy is taken in because he can't discern the difference between reality and fiction and thinks there's a pirate treasure he needs to find. It started after his second adopted brother's death - his brain refuses to believe it, so it creates an alternative reality in which his death was heroic and grand.
Both Nami and Sanji are taken in for self-harm and suicidal tendencies (they both failed to commit suicide, main difference was Nami did it during a depressive episode, while Sanji had tried multiple times but stopped himself every time until he almost succeed but was found by his boss- Zeff).
Zoro is highly delusional, has violent tendencies and has paranoia - he thinks anyone who looks strong is challenging him to a fight.
Brook has cotard delusion (also known as corpse syndrome), where he thinks that his body is dead/dying or doesn't exist.
Usopp is a pathological liar with severe depression. He admitted himself with the encouragement of his girlfriend, who had tried helping him after his mother's death.
Franky is a volunteer, who the patients absolutely love. He helps with renovations as well, since his day job is in construction.
Robin and Chopper are doctors. Robin started working at the institution because she used to struggle with suicidal thoughts and self worth and wishes to help those like her. Chopper is a man with dwarfism and has a nice short beard, so some of the patients with a rich imagination think he's a raccoon dog or baby rairdeer.
Jinbe is the owner of the establishment. Everyone loves him and he does his best to provide his patients with what they need. His favorite food is fish and he often orders or takes it from home to eat in his lunch break, so the other employees call him a fish man or First Son of the Sea. he thinks it's funny.
In group sessions, they all share their experiences and progress. It starts off with just Luffy telling stories of him fighting bad guys and monsters in the sea. His stories slowly started including the rest of the east wing. First it was Koby who was an intern nurse and then it was Zoro - he's selectively mute but nodded in agreement on a couple of the stories that he told.
Then he started including Nami, to which she objected at first but slowly stopped, it was nice to feel included. Usopp joined in with his own overexaggerated stories. Then it was Sanji, Luffy called him the cook of his crew, which was oddly fitting but still ironic. Yes, he was a cook before coming in but he also had a severe eating disorder. He didn't tell anyone about it. Until one day he told Luffy, Zoro, Usopp, and Nami. Luffy made it into a grand heroic story about him surviving starvation on a big rock. Sanji liked it more than having an eating disorder so he accepted it - even added his own spark to it, saying it was Zeff who helped him. (He knew it wasn't true, but he wanted to pretend that he knew Zeff long enough for him to have become the healthy father figure he was deprived of as a child.)
While on the subject of Sanji - he refused to eat. Most times he wouldn't even sit at the table. In the beginning it was so bad that the nurses had to hold him down and force feed him. Slowly he started obeying. It was mainly because they called in either Zeff or Reiju (though he got scared that she would tell the rest of the family where he was, she didn't). The doctors figured he needed a support system but he didn't trust anyone in a white coat and they couldn't ask other patients. Luffy had a thing for freedom and anyone choosing whether or not they did anything... do he was no help. Although on a couple of occasions they would see Zoro taking Sanji's plate and sitting in the corner with him. He would take two bites and feed Sanji one. He refused at first but Zoro told him that "If you don't eat, I won't either." which was one of the few times anyone had heard him talk. Though they had heard him laugh once with Luffy and he responded a few times when Usopp kept asking him questions.
Eventually, Robin came back from her honeymoon with Franky and started bonding with the patients. She became a part of Luffy's "crew" as well. Not long after Franky was welcomed as well.
When Brook came in, he was so skinny that he looked like a skeleton, so when he told Luffy he was, he believed him immediately. Brook is the only one who is allowed to use the musical instruments since he's the only one who can play. Musical therapy turns out to be quite effective, if not for anything else, for calming the patients.
There were a few "incidents" in the courtyard - first with Arlong a few other guards that got moved to another wing, then with some of the other patients. Luffy seemed aggressive on visitation day as well, not recognizing his parent after he went through top surgery, he just called him Crocodile and made up a story about Nami's visitor - her girlfriend Vivi. He would talk about how if she looked pretty like a princess, she must be one and how she was fighting for her country and he would help her.
One of the bigger fights was when he fought Enel - a patient who thought he was a god and had tried starting a cult.
Every once in a while, he'd start a fight and Zoro (and sometimes Sanji) joined in to help their friend. It happened a couple more times until one of the upper-ranked doctors (Dr Kuma) decided to separate them for a while to see if their attitude changed. It was only a few months but it seemed like they got worse. Luffy and Zoro would get all silent and non-responsive for hours sometimes days. Sanji would lose all the progress he made with his eating disorder and would try to find sharp objects to self-harm again. Nami and Usopp's emotional state would worsen as well, having full-blown panic attacks, Usopp developed paranoia and an eating disorder (but he started handling it little before getting released back with the rest of the east wing).

as an autistic person please do not message me asking to discuss dnp legitimately being autistic. there are behaviours and traits that i relate to from my experience and i don’t think there is a problem with talking about that in a lighthearted way (ie saying ‘me coded’ etc) but i think it’s wildly inappropriate to try and legitimately diagnose people when 1. their medical status is none of my fucking business and 2. i don’t know them!! i watch what they choose to put out and am a big fan of their content but i don’t know them and their day to day lives let alone their experiences and perceptions of things (ie sensory experiences etc)
sorry to rant but this has just made me feel super uncomfortable. it’s not fair on them and it’s not fair to come forward to people who haven’t consented to your contact asking to be that intrusive in their lives. like just enjoy the content, enjoy the relatability, and it’s okay for that to be enough without making it uncomfortable for everyone involved

At the dinner table
Mc: *barely touching their food*
Beel: *notices it* mc, what's wrong? You barely touched your food
Mc: ah, no I'm fine, the food is just not to my taste
Beel: ?
Mc: I don't like the food, but I still have to eat it
Beel: ? Why didn't you like the food?
Mc: i just don't like it beel, haha it sounds really ridiculous
Beel: oh, well you can eat the burger from yesterday, or maybe there's a cake in the fridge- just remember to left some for me
Mc: I thought you're going to told me to just eat this?
Beel: but you didn't like ilthose right? Why would I forced you to eat it?
Mc: .... *tearing up*
Beel: *panicks* eh mc?!
Mc: *wiping their tears* haha.... It's fine beel, it's just that most of the time when I'm being picky with my food my parents would most of the time forced me to eat, including my friends too, so this is quite something new to me..
Mc: you're like the rare person that actually told me not to force to eat things I don't like
Beel: *frowning* why would they forced you if they know you didn't like it?
Mc: because in that dining table all of the people likes it, and well I'm the only one that doesn't, tbh in those situations I'd rather not eat
Mc: they didn't want me to ruin the "vibe" Because I'm the only one that's not eating
Mc: and they also didn't want to make a new dish that I like, so most of the times they would just make me eat the foods
Beel: *frown deeper*
Mc: thanks though beel, I'll make sure to buy you many other foods from madam's scream *kissed his cheeks*
Beel: *the frown in his face dissapear* oh sure *smiles* thank you mc
Mc: *already went off to the kitchen*

I Couldn't Kill You If I Tried
I'm so excited for this prompt. I had a blast writing it and I hope you guys like it. This one features a flayed Nancy. Thanks again to the anonymous prompter who left this in my asks.
You can read my previous prompts or send me some new ones.
“And I think that’s kind of special, you know?” Robin had been rambling for about ten minutes now. There was something about being close to Nancy to caused her to lose the ability to shut up. She just talked and talked and talked. And she knew why, she knew it was because Nancy made her nervous, she knew that it was because she had a crush on Nancy, but it didn’t change the fact that she constantly felt like a nuisance.
Especially now. Because Nancy wasn’t reacting. She wasn’t nodding her head with a tight-lipped smile. She wasn’t giggling at the ridiculous bullshit Robin shared. She wasn’t recognizing Robin’s existence in the slightest.
It felt like one of the many nightmares Robin had. The ones where she ran her mouth and shared too much, and Nancy found out the truth about her. They never ended well.
“Nance?” Robin hated herself for the way her voice quivered.
There was no reaction.
Robin rushed forward on clumsy feet and walked backwards, simply to be able to get a better look at Nancy. If the girl hadn’t been walking, Robin would have assumed this was all Vecna.
“Nance?” Robin asked again. But as she looked into Nancy’s eyes, she missed the blue. Instead, her eyes were black, as if those irises had been poisoned by a drop of ink. “Nance? Are you alright?”
Maybe it was stupid that she reached her hands towards the other girl. The girl that was still walking. But what else was Robin supposed to do?
The second her fingertip grazed Nancy’s arm, the girl tackled Robin to the ground. There were hands around her neck, squeezing almost as tight as the vines had back in the Upside Down.
“Nance, Nancy, please.” The words were barely audible. Nothing more than shallow breaths. “Please, let go.” Robin’s hands reached for Nancy’s wrists.
Blue returned to Nancy’s eyes as she threw herself off Robin’s body. Robin sat up, her hand stroking over her neck. She had already opened her mouth to comfort Nancy, to tell her everything would be okay, even if she didn’t understand what had just happened. But Nancy muttered a soft sorry before rushing away.
-
“Something is wrong. I think she might be… flayed,” El said, her eyes closed tightly and a drop of blood dripping out her nose.
Robin was sitting in front of her, silently tapping her finger against her knee. She had been beyond agitated when she reached Hopper’s cabin. It still was a bit of a dump despite the work they all had done on it. Robin was pretty sure Joyce was actively looking for another place to stay. Something that shouldn’t be this hard with people moving away left and right.
“She’s fighting though. She’s fighting, but she seems… she seems tired.” El opened her eyes and wiped her nose with the back of her hand. “I tried to reach for her, but she pushed me out.”
“Fuck! Fuck, fuck, fuck!” Robin yelled. She jumped up and started pacing the floor. “Flayed? That means she is like Billy. We all know how that ended. I can’t— She can’t die.”
“Will was flayed at one point and we got it out of him,” Jonathan offered.
“How?” Robin stopped pacing and instead opted to stare at the boy on the couch, Nancy Wheeler’s ex-boyfriend.
“Me and Nancy burned it out of him.”
Robin thought about pushing a hot poker into Nancy’s flesh and a shiver ran down her spine. She couldn’t. She could never hurt Nancy like that.
A knock at the door prohibited Robin from saying anything else. Robin followed Jonathan’s lazy steps toward the cabin door.
“You know it’s not polite to poke into someone’s head without permission.” Nancy looked different. She was wearing tight leather pants and a black shirt. Robin hated to admit that it looked hot on her.
“Nancy?” Robin asked.
“Robin?” Nancy’s face twisted into a sweet smile. It was almost easy enough to pretend it was real.
“What are you doing here?” The words felt bitter in Robin’s mouth. A few days ago, she would have been delighted to see Nancy at her doorstep.
“I’m here for you, of course.” Nancy took a step forward. “I want to finish our little get together from earlier. Aren’t you in the mood?”
Jonathan tried to grab for Nancy’s arm, but she escaped his grasp. It was shocking that Nancy seemed to be moving with even more elegance than she usually did. It somehow made Robin feel even smaller, more inadequate, than she usually did. Because even in her current stance she portrayed a lack of elegance that she had never seen on another girl.
“I’m not sure I am in the mood,” Robin responded, a soft breath escaping her mouth without consent. She had barely registered the way she had been holding her breath.
“Oh, poor Robin. Can’t you make some time for your dear friend. I really would love to speak to you.” Nancy’s voice sounded off. Like she was playing a character.
In the back of her mind Robin heard El’s voice. I think she might be… flayed. So, maybe she was playing a character. Or rather, maybe Vecna was playing a character. Was it Vecna? Or was the Mind Flayer its own boss? Robin wasn’t sure anymore. Maybe she had missed too much of the beginning.
“Nancy.” She felt almost stupid saying that name. Because every step Nancy took toward her made her look less like Nancy.
“Robin, Robin, Robin.” Each time Nancy’s voice uttered her name, she took a step closer. “I’m really going to enjoy ripping your heart out.”
When Jonathan tried to grab Nancy’s arm again, he succeeded. His hand tight around the limb. Robin worried it was hurting Nancy. But the girl simply turned towards the boy she used to love with a smirk on her face. All it took was one push for him to go flying through the room. Robin wanted to scream. But not a single sound escaped her.
Maybe she had gotten lucky that Nancy seemed to be distracted. It would have been the perfect moment for Robin to run, as Nancy walked over to Jonathan’s limp body and El jumped into action to defend her brother. This was how Robin could get out. But she was locked into place, simply destined to watch. So, she did.
She watched as Nancy straddled Jonathan’s body. She watched as those slender fingers gripped for Jonathan’s throat. She watched as Jonathan defended himself and Nancy pushed him in the face. She watched as El threw Nancy off her brother without so much as taking one step closer.
And then Nancy laughed. She laughed as she crawled up. There was blood on her knuckles and a grin on her face and yet she still looked beautiful. Robin was well aware she shouldn’t be thinking about that now.
She continued watching and yet she didn’t see what happened. All she knew was that in the blink of an eye El lay unconscious on the floor and fear gripped at Robin’s heart.
Nancy released a long breath. “Finally, just you and me.”
Robin felt the hairs on her arm stand upright. She wanted to crawl into the corner of the room. She stayed standing where she stood. “Why do you want me?”
Nancy rolled her eyes dramatically. “I don’t, she does.”
“Alright, well what does she want from me?”
“It’s hard to say. But it’s a distraction. You, Robin, are a distraction. And I can’t have any distractions.”
One hand squeezed Robin’s throat. Just like before. She tried to find a sign on Nancy’s face, an indicator of what she was meant to do. Nancy was the one who came up with plans. Nancy was the one who took charge. And now Nancy was gone, and Robin was struggling to breathe in more ways than one.
She thought about dying. She thought about whether or not there would be a heaven and hell and where she’d end up. If the religious were right, she’d be burning for all eternity. But Robin was certain it wouldn’t hurt as much as this very moment. Nothing could ever hurt that much.
Her eyes fell to Nancy’s lips. They weren’t smiling anymore. They weren’t doing anything. Robin wasn’t sure what came over her. She pushed against Nancy’s hand to get closer, to close that damned space between them and then she connected their lips. It was shocking how nice it felt. Or maybe it wasn’t shocking at all because it was still Nancy. These were Nancy’s lips and no matter who had poisoned her brain, that fact would never change.
It took a few moments before Nancy’s lips started moving against her own, even before Robin’s lips moved. But as Nancy started kissing her, her hand slacked and fell off Robin’s neck only to get a hold of Robin’s shirt, pulling. Pulling Robin closer.
The kiss didn’t last long. Perhaps half a minute, and then Nancy pulled away. Her blue eyes were wet with unshed tears, one of her hands was gripping the fabric at Robin’s shoulder while the other dangled next to her body. Her lips were wet, and Robin vaguely realized that it was because of her own saliva.
“Robin?” It was barely audible.
“Nance, are you alright?”
“I— How do you know it’s me?” Nancy sounded like she wanted to cry and perhaps she did.
“Your eyes. You have blue eyes. But when you were flayed, they were dark and… your eyes.”
“You kissed me,” Nancy whispered. Almost as if she spoke too loudly it would cease to be true.
“I did. You kissed back.”
“I did.” Nancy’s hand let go of Robin’s shirt. She missed it.
“I would— do you— I—” Robin couldn’t seem to speak.
“Why did you kiss me?” Nancy interrupted.
Robin sighed. “I was about to die and— I guess I didn’t care about consequences because I had nothing to lose.”
“Would you like— does that mean— I think that—” Nancy stumbled over her words. “Would you like there to be consequences?”
Robin blinked a few times. “What do you mean?”
“I want to kiss you again,” Nancy answered.
“Oh, those kinds of consequences?”
Nancy nodded, eyes locked in on their target.
“I would like there to be those kinds of consequences.”
“Thank God.” Nancy leaned in, and Robin was certain God had nothing to do with this. This was all Nancy.

We all know the pain of being in small fandoms where you sometimes quite literally read every single fic available with your favourite character. But no one talks about the struggle of the big fandom with loads of fics but you don't like how a huge part of them portray the character and the relationships. Because you sift through pages upon pages trying to find one of the fic writers that have at least a similar opinion about the characters to yours. And it's impossible to filter! Maybe a bit easier if you're looking for something specific but if you're just looking for anything how do you exclude dodgy characterisation?!

heyyy im aware ur the #no1jamieoburnehater but ive run into some folks on twt hoping that the boys leave DH when their contract is up. and ... idk how i feel about this suggestion, like DH isn't great,.. at anything really but their positions r really safe there cause im pretty sure they all have partial ownership. and im pretty sure this makes its safer for matty to get into shenanigans with relatively little repercussions from the label, and im pretty sure they have a larger say on what they release, and how and when they release things. but on the other hand DH doesn't exactly come to their defence and DH dont seem to be particularly organised either
idk idk im just running my mouth here
heres a pic of matty for ur time
Tumblr media
hiii!!!!! very good matty pic xx 💋
i totally hate jamie, we know this. HOWEVER. i don’t want the boys to leave dirty hit. like you said, i think their position there definitely softens a lot of the shit matty gets up to on an executive level, and that’s really the best you could hope for with that. you know, DH as a name, i guess, don’t really get involved, and things are able to sort of ‘smooth over’ (i know they don’t really, but with the clear lack of action over that stuff showed that time and a little vague statement from matty was really all it took for stuff to die down). i also don’t really know what label they would go to???? like i think while DH practically does practically nothing PR wise, the branding and feeling of it as a company does protect that organic artist/band feeling. idk maybe it’s just me that just prefers artists singed to independent labels?? whatevs. ultimately, if DH got stuff around PR and important stuff like that to change, and actually started to employ managers that did stuff apart from sitting around looking ugly, then things would definitely be different. but that being said, ugly is founder and CEO so what can we do!!!!

Wait In The Fire
Tumblr media
It all started when Richie came in fussing about a new restaurant that had opened up a few blocks away, how their lines were almost down the damn street and how it'd fuck them over. All day, he wouldn't shut up about it, how the days were getting slower and slower because of the piece of shit who decided to open up near them, even threatening to go down there and kick the owner's ass.
"He's probably some gentrifyin' hipster shithead who's gonna bring more hipster shitheads here to force us out !" Richie yelled, before going out back to have a smoke after Carmy yelled at him to take a walk and calm down.
Soon, Carmy's curiosity got the better of him and he decided to check out the new place. He had found out that it actually was not a piece of shit hipster den serving oatmilk lattes and avocado on toast like Richie thought, but a soul food joint.
The place was called simply called "Grace" and Carmy had stopped by during dinner. When he was seated, he was immediately serviced by a young woman, who took his order. Having never cooked soul food before and never really getting the chance to taste it, he pondered over the menu for a while before finally deciding.
He ordered the mac and cheese, collard greens, ox tails, banana cream pie and sweet tea. He didn't know what to expect and kept his expectations low, but when he took a bite out of those greens, he felt like he had be slapped in the face with flavor.
They were salty but not too salty but had a nice bit of spice to them, he thought he tasted chilli pepper but wasn't sure. The mac and cheese was creamy and tasted like it had at least three or four different cheeses in it, as he swore he tasted gouda mixed with cheddar and something else he couldn't put his finger on. The ox tails were rich, silky, earthy and tender and the sauce they were cooked in was just divine, they tasted nothing like the gourmet and extra expensive ox tails he's had at fancier restaurants. The banana cream pie was rich, creamy and sweet. The sweet tea was refreshing and the blend was unique.
He didn't even finish his meal after the first few bites. For a moment, he just sat there with his head in his hands, analyzing the flavors, the textures, the overall tastes, how the food made him feel.
Maybe that was the reason it was called Soul Food. It touched your soul when you ate it.
Carny had lost track of time and didn't realize how long he had been there, but when he had finally looked up, the restaurant was cleared out and the staff was cleaning up.
He suddenly jumped when someone put a hand on his shoulder. He looked up to see a tall, well built man with dark skin and even darker eyes looking down at him. He had his hair in braids and was wearing a black apron over a white shirt and gray sweatpants. He looked at Carmy with such a gentle look in his eyes that it made his breath hitch.
"You okay, man ?" The man asked in a deep yet soft voice. "If the food wasn't to your liking, I could send it back and personally make you another or something else."
"N-No-" Carmy started off, clearing his throat, pulling himself together. "No, you don't gotta do it the meal was- the meal was perfect it's just-"
"First time having Soul Food ?" The man asked with a smile. Carmy noticed that he had a slight gap between his two front teeth. Carmy instinctively gave a small smile.
"That obvious huh ?" Carmy asked, running a hand through his hair. The man pulled another chair to his table and sat across from him.
"I can always tell." The man said, scooting the chair closer to the table. "The name is Beau, Beau Agustin, owner and head chef of this place." He reached a hand over the table to shake Carmy's hand. Carmy clasped hands with him, noting how Beau had a firm hand shake and made eye contact.
"Carmen, Carmen Berzatto but people call me Carmy or Carm, it's up to you really." Carmy said, before pulling his hand away from Beau's firm grip. Beau rested his hand on the table and gave Carmy an astonished look.
"You're Carmen Berzatto ?" Beau asked, leaning in a bit. "I thought you'd still be up in New York ?"
"You've heard of me." Carmy stated, clasping his hands together and leaning in a bit too.
"Anyone who's anyone in this business has heard of you, just never expected you to stumble into my joint, ever." Beau said, shaking his head.
"Well, your place is actually only a few blocks away from mine, so I decided to check it out." Carmy stated. "And it blew my expectations out of the water."
"Did you come here having low expectations ?" Beau asked, tilting his head a little, looking a bit offended.
"It's not that it's just-" Carmy was interrupted when Beau laughed.
"I'm just busting your balls, I'm not really mad if you did." Beau said. "Most people don't know what to expect when they try soul food for the first time, most people expect it to be absolutely disgusting because of the ingredients we use but leave pleasantly surprised and satisfied."
"I admit, my expectations were low but I'm just like that in general." Carmy said, looking away from Beau. He sighed. "The food was perfect."
"Well thank you, Carmy." Beau said, unknowingly making Carmy shudder when he said 'Carmy'. "I'll have someone bring you a to-go plate and hey, an extra slice of banana cream pie on the house." Beau then stood up. "I hope we get to talk again."
"Yeah..." was all Carmy said, watching Beau walk away.
-
The next time Carmy saw Beau, was when Beau came to The Beef. No one had a clue who he was, he just looked like a regular customer, and the only reason Carmy caught a glimpse of him, was to come up front to grab a sharpie.
That and because Beau was the only one there.
"Hey." Carmy said, glancing over at Beau. "You here to scope my place like I scooped yours ?"
"Maybe." Beau said, crossing his arms. "Maybe I just came for a sandwich because I was hungry."
"Yeah, well, sorry my place ain't as shiny and new as yours." Carmy said, with a bit of edge in his voice.
"I don't care what the place looks like, I've been in the shittiest holes that served the tastiest meals, and half of those places didn't even have a sign and they were out of half of the menu and I waited two hours for the food but, best meals I ever had." Beau laughed. "I don't give a fuck if you guys gave stained walls and a semi dirty floor."
"Alright then." Carmy said, nodding. "What'd you order ?"
"The classic Italian Beef, I wasn't feeling too daring today." Beau said with a shrug. "But I have faith it'll be delicious." Beau shot a wink at him.
Carmy felt as if his heart skipped a beat when he saw Beau smile at him and felt the need to bring Beau his food personally and watch him take a bite.
He quickly intercepted Richie bringing the food over to the counter, ignoring the "What the fuck, cousin ?!?" He was given and quickly dropped Beau's food off with an "enjoy" before disappearing back into the kitchen, although he couldn't stop his eyes from wandering and glancing at Beau, watching him take a bite, then another.
Eventually, he got caught up with another order coming through and couldn't focus on Beau or analyze his reaction to the food and didn't even get to see Beau leave. He didn't know when he'd see that man or why he looked forward to seeing him again.
-
The third time Carmy met Beau was by pure coincidence, a few weeks after Beau had visited The Beef. The man had stumbled into the same corner store where Carmy bought his cigarettes.
"Hey, Carm." Beau greeted, standing beside Carmy in line.
"Oh, hey." Carmy said, looking up from his phone, that he was using as a distraction to ignore his surroundings. "Funny seein' you here."
"Yeah, I had to pick up a lighter and some wrapping papers." Beau said, dapping Carmy up. "You ?"
"Cigarettes." Carmy answered plainly. "I was just heading home from The Beef and had to make a stop."
"Same with me and my place." Beau said, nodding. "Hey, I hope this ain't too weird but I've been experimenting with some new desserts to add on the menu at my place, would you like to come over and perhaps, I dunno, give me some input ?"
Carmy was speechless for a moment, pondering on what to do but decided to say fuck it. He had nothing better to do and he didn't really want to go home at the moment.
-
Carmy had no idea how he ended up here. One moment he was taste testing cheesecakes and cobblers, the next, he was being hoisted up against a counter, swapping saliva with a man he barely knew.
He guessed it made sense. He never had girlfriends and he never actively pursued women or had any interest in them and he never had girlfriends. But then again, it didn't make sense, because he never actively pursued men or had any boyfriends, Beau was the only man or person he'd ever shown interest in.
He gasped as Beau pulled away from their kiss to nip at his neck, Carmy panting loudly as he tried to stifle his moans, but was utterly failing, gripping onto Beau's shirt with one hand, and Beau's braids with the other, as he cried out in ecstasy, wanting more.
What would Richie think if he saw him like this ? What would Sugar think ? What would his mother think ? What would Mikey think ?
Even though it was 2022, being a man and fucking another man was still considered absolutely taboo in their community. Would he be considered 'not right' ? 'An absolute disgrace ?' Probably.
He'd figure it out later.
