habits to pick up that'll help u lose weight ♡
・using smaller plates and teaspoons : helps u eat less bc it changes how u see portion sizes . small cutlery helps u savor ur food for longer .
・drinking green tea : green tea suppresses hunger & appetite + contains fat burning compounds . "these compounds are believed to suppress appetite by regulating hunger hormones and increasing the feeling of fullness" .
・walk in lunch break / taking the stairs / getting off the bus a few stops earlier : increase output, gets heartrate up + boosts step count , burns more calories / fat burn in gen .
・ eating berries and greens as much as possible : very filling plus low in calories , expands tummy , tricks brain into thinking ur full . berries are packed with antioxidants , are high in fiber , and can satisfy a sweet tooth with very few calories . not only are blueberries considered a superfood but they may also reduce abdominal fat . greens ;  stave off hunger and help you feel full longer, thanks to digestive enzymes .

My own place to vent.
I've been going on 200-500 calories for a week, I've lost a lot of weight - however, I want even more. I've been knocking everything down with zero cola or lots of smoking disposables. I want to lose weight, I want to be beautiful, I want to be perfect.

Dear ED blogs,
♥️Don't crosstag. Even if your vent edit has something from Sanrio (hello kitty, kuromi, my melody, etc), dont tag it as Sanrio, or tags about characters involved. People who are searching for Sanrio content do not necessarily want to see negative things. Very general trigger tags are always ok (such as #food, #sarcasm, etc.,).
♣️Do not use your ED as an excuse to be an asshole. Just because you have an ED doesnt mean you can shame other people's bodies without consequences. This includes fatspo and bullying fat people.
♦️Don't send people meanspo, even if they directly ask for it. Its just bullying. You're not helping.
♠️Giving "tips" about fasting longer, purging, etc. is not as helpful as you think. You are actively hurting another person. See point above.
♥️Don't invalidate other people's experience with ED's. Maybe you personally can fast for 48 hours (i do not recommend this), but if someone else can't/doesn't want to, you do not have the right to be holier-than-thou about it. Everyone is different. Mental disorder/illnesses affect people in different ways. We all are suffering, so don't drag others down.
♣️Practice harm reduction. I understand that most of us can't "just eat," but its important to take care of yourself in other ways. Give others tips about harm reduction, and encourage it.

Go-to quick salad
Ingredients
200g lettuce/rocket/spinach (whatever) = 28 kcal 75g Carrot (i shred it into ribbons) = 31 kcal 75g cucumber = 9 kcal 75g onion (of any kind) = 24 kcal 75g tomato = 14 kcal 75g apple (i like it = 39 kcal 1 tbsp lime juice = 4 kcal 0 kcal sweetener to taster = 0 kcal tsp garlic powder = 10 kcal tsp onion powder = 8 kcal pepper and salt to taste = 0 kcal what ever herbs im feeling
Recipe 
put together in a salad like manner. i mean come on, 
Nutrition 
167 kcal for all of it 
this is just the base like sometimes i add different veggies or extra things to season but like it makes a pretty decent salad and its interesting enough. Add some nuts if you want some health and crunch and experiment with different fruits, it tastes bomb.

Thoughts
Coming back to college feels more like home than where I grew up. I can control myself more in a healthy way.
I want to journal more as I realized my thoughts are more disorganized at home, while also hyper focused on food, eating, my body, etc. I feel like I am super self aware but can't control myself at home.

I have one month to lose 10kg so that I can get re-signed to an agency $$$. Over the past two months my weight has been yo-yoing as I go back and forth between binging and restricting. I am making this account to hold myself accountable as what these two months have taught me is that I have had ZERO SELF CONTROL lol. I am going to achieve my goal in a (relatively) healthy way. I would really appreciate the support so pls follow me on this journey if u want - I’ll try my best to post updates every day. This is me today (31st of July) at 57kg and I am about 5.8.  <3
