% . . . JUNGKOOK ENERGY CHECK – APRIL

GENERAL: april tends to be a month of reorganization in jungkook's life. he has been neglectful of himself and perhaps even others, failing and allowing others to fail him, ignoring all warning signs that he has received from his own intuition and rationality or even from other people. pretending that things are okay doesn't make them magically fix themselves, it only leads to hurt and discontent. accepting defeat, tough times, and negative feelings are also part of the maturation process – this could be the valuable lesson april will bring to jungkook, even though he might not be so happy about it at the moment.

LOVE: jungkook is very closed off about his love life at the moment, perhaps reflecting having his trust broken by someone. there's no relationship, at least not anymore, but the ghost of discomfort and disillusionment about love has been accompanying him like a shadow and also like a lingering issue that clings to him, preventing him from moving forward. jungkook doesn't deal with his feelings, doesn't overcome his hurts and he deals with it by ignoring his wounds and putting effort into another field. this may be a process he's been going through for a long time but now it's not working anymore...

MENTAL HEALTH: it's no use trying to cover the sun with a sieve. ignoring his feelings in favor of boosting his productivity is starting to show increasingly severe consequences. i feel like jungkook isn't always honest with himself when he has a problem; sometimes he downplays it and brushes it aside, which leaves room for a significant buildup of resentment that sooner or later will inevitably explode upon him. this is the scenario in which his mental health currently finds itself; he is mentally and emotionally overwhelmed.

PHYSICAL HEALTH: jungkook remains very careful regarding his physical health, even more so than before. he is in good condition and may be feeling more energetic, having found something to "spend" his energy on and occupy his mind while also taking care of his health. he is pleased with his progress in whatever he is investing in regarding his own body and i must say he might be kinda proud of his physique in general.

PROFESSIONAL: jungkook is ambitious regarding his goals, whatever they may be; there's a certain sense of being unable to be content with what he has and always wanting to strive for more, which means that his victories and achievements are almost not celebrated as they should be. he has been in this dilemma in his professional life: always seeking more and more, making plans, and putting a lot of pressure on himself to achieve good results. while this is what has given him the drive to continue, it could also be his downfall if he bets all his chips on professional return without a solid foundation in other areas of his life (which he is neglecting!). still, he is committed and has audacious goals in mind, eager to put everything into practice but perhaps having to begrudgingly hear that this is not the right time.
