800 cal a day for a week, let's see the results.
I'm not sure how many calories a day works the best for me, so I'm gonna try different amounts every week, starting with 800.
Weight day 1: 62 kg
Here is how I generally devide the 800 kcal:
Breakfast: ~110
Lunch: ~110
Dinner: ~400
Snacks: ~180
I'll post the results!

hey everyone!!! i’ve been eating normally lately, and it’s really been impacting me negatively. i hate my legs. i hate the size of my thighs. they used to be slimmer but i started eating more. gonna try to water fast until dinner!!! hopefully, i can get back to slimmer thighs by halloween. ☹️☹️☹️

Weightloss
I lost 6 pounds in 4ish days!! I'm proud of myself and it isn't as hard as you'd think. I realized having control over your body and food n seeing the numbers of the scale go down is amazing. It's way better than always looking in the mirror seeing a fat pig and not losing those pounds.

I already have one but I do wish it was more even. Like even though my thighs don't touch there is still a bump at the top where they just out and I hate it. Like my thighs are somehow simultaneously thick and skinny cause they don't touch but each individual thigh is very fatty, has a lot of cellulite and like I said my inner thighs jut out at the top.
