god, being told that really makes it all worth it. and it had only been about month since she last saw me. i haven't weighed myself for weeks so idk how much i've lost but at least i know i've lost enough for it to be visible. it was so hard not to smile when i heard those words

never forget you are in control of your voluntary movement. you are the one buying the food, opening the packages stuffing it in your face and staying lazily in bed. you could perfectly be the one walking around, not buying stuff you don't trust yourself with, avoiding your trigger foods, not stuffing your face and working. it really is your choice.
