sigh. i had my favorite sandwich for lunch, ran 3.74 miles at the gym and worked legs, had leftover mushroom risotto for dinner and a tasty cake for dessert. maintenance? come on man, i wanna see the 180s. i need to stay hungry, no matter what i'm feeling. i don't wanna be fat anymore. i want this process to go quickly. have to stay hungry, keep moving and drink water.

well guess what? you don’t have to. if you really are tired of being the fat one in your society than u shouldn’t eat. just stop making excuses and remember your goal weight, you need to focus on it. you need to focus on the fact that no one ever told u, you had a pretty body, or anything like that. so stop it. stop pretending you don’t care, because you know damn well that you do. you know that at parties you will be the one who can’t be beautiful because of your body, you know guys will never look at you with this body. so stop it, you keep feeling that everyone is above you, and it’s true because u are fat. imagine you have 1000 problems and being skinny will resolve 999 of them. so stop it. loose weight you whale.

Honestly I feel kinda… like I don’t belong with other people who struggle with eating? I don’t even want to be like, skinny skinny. I just… don’t want to be so fat. I want to keep my boobs and my butt and my thighs, and even maybe a little bit of my belly. I just don’t want to be a disgusting blob of fat that’s 10x bigger than everyone else anymore…

hey basically i've been following a new diet and being stricter with myself having a maximum of 500 cals per day n going on a 5 mile walk every evening n doing ab workouts when i can
for the first time i've managed to do a liquid fast (low cal) since sunday at 9:30pm gonan try do till wednesday 9:30 - I'm 42hrs into a 72hr fast and so proud of myself
just weighed in at 53kg - 177lbs
actually proud of myself!! can't talk to my friends or anyone abt this so need to put this somewhere
anyone else doing a fast remember to drink loads of water and reminder to take your vitamins!! good luck guys keep going

could be legit, could be off. i stay hungry now. i'm used to the feeling. it's normal not to eat dinner. i went to the gym and walked on the treadmill for an hour even though my foot still hurts and i can't run. i worked my arms and came home to no dinner. i'm meeting a girlfriend tomorrow for drinks and snacks so i'll stay hungry the rest of the day and try to get to the gym, even for just a walk. sometimes i like to do crazy math, where i imagine that every single day i wake up to a 1.8 lb loss. like, figuring out how long it would take to get to my gw if i lost 1.8 pounds a day (33 days lol - yes please) stay hungry. move your body. drink water.
