With four and a half years of working together comes a ton of familiarity. Choi Seungcheol knows it annoyingly well: annoying because he’s greeted by the sight of your coat on his chair again, and well because this is a sight he sees nearly every Monday. Four years ago, he would have tried to explain to you that it’s a Monday morning, he didn’t want to come to take classes this early, and his patience is running thin, so it would be very nice if you could remember which chair was yours every morning when you came and took off your coat. Three years ago, he would have shrieked out, irritation burning through his veins. Two years ago, he would walk up to your desk, and spill your coffee all over the term paper you were currently checking. One year ago, he would purposely ruin your day even if it increased his headache tenfold just thinking about ways to annoy you.

But not any more. Choi Seungcheol has decided you are not worth a penny of his hard earned money, a moment of his precious time, and a nano atom of his genius brain cells. He simply picks your coat and dumps it on the ground, deliciously close to the dustbin. He knows his ears shouldn’t perk up, but they do, and when they hear your reaction, it is so gratifying, it feels like he has won a World War.

“Prof. Choi, if you feel you cannot respect the personal property of others, feel free to accompany me to the Dean’s Office.” You have somehow stomped up to him, standing right before him, as he pulls out the chair to his desk, taking in the endless papers and books that are arranged neatly before him. You’re staring at him above your glasses, which have slipped down to the middle of your nose, and god, Seungcheol finds it hilarious. He wants to burst out laughing, the only thing holding him on is his determination to not break character and push you further.

“And if your routine morning tantrums are over, Seungcheol and Y/N, please settle down in your seats. It seems like I have to send you both to college again.”

Said Dean’s voice booms out behind you, and although his voice is surprisingly firm, there’s a shit-eating grin on his face, and he walks towards the two of you. He picks up the coat, lying on the floor, and hands it to Y/N. Jeon Wonwoo does not miss out on how flustered you both look on getting caught during your little lovers’ quarrel, as Wonwoo likes to call it in his mind, all alone in the Economics Department Staffroom.

“Morning Wonwoo! Enlighten me why no one else is here. Why am I stuck with this lady through this sad Monday morning?”

Seungcheol leans back on his chair, casual now that Wonwoo has calmed down the mood. You walk back to your desk, which unfortunately is right opposite Seungcheol’s, but he’s used to your ugly face to stay unfazed by it now. It’s like a terrible gift from a nosy relative you’ve hung up on the wall for long enough that it doesn’t catch the eye anymore and is just… there. Six classes down, and he’s feeling the Monday blues wear off into a blissful exhaustion. At the end of the day, this is a profession he has not once regretted choosing. He absolutely adores spending time with his students- mostly. There’s always going to be a black sheep, like Lee Chan from his Advanced Game Theory course. Chan isn’t a bad guy, per se. He’s just over-enthusiastic and is always looking to impress: which results in him reading texts beyond his level just to try and make Seungcheol happy and end up confusing the entire concept.

But at least dealing with the well-meaning Chan is better than going to the faculty counselling meeting with you. Well, not just with you. But he knows very well what he’s going to hear at the meeting, and he’s absolutely dreading it. He has nearly the same look on his face as his students do when they get the term results, he’s just better at masking it.

As he walks into the Faculty Coordinator’s office, he sees you’re already sitting in a corner, staring outside the window, while Minhee is chatting with the Coordinator. He notices you glancing his way once, before turning your eyes towards the sky again. “Good Afternoon Prof. Choi! How are you doing?” Ms. Song looks at Seungcheol with warm eyes as he takes a seat. “I’m fine, thank you, and you?” It seems that nervousness has rendered Seungcheol incapable of forming sentences beyond nursery-level, and both Minhee and Ms. Song let out a small laugh at his childish response. “I’m sure you know why you’re here, Prof. Choi, as does Prof. Y/L/N. I’ll spare you the intro.” Minhee asks, “Am I really needed to be here?” Ms. Song says, “Prof. Jeon, unless you seriously want me to be alone with this pair who want to murder each other, I would really prefer if you could be here.” Seungcheol is blushing now, embarrassed to the toe. He can hear you groan, and Minhee somehow finds it all funny enough to smile. “If it's so amusing to you, Minhee, you can leave. “Alright, alright. Calm down, Prof. Y/L/N. Remember, aggression is not the key. We’re here for resolutions.”

“Well then, could we please proceed to the point directly?”

“I have a date today after class.”

“I’ve spoken to the Dean, Dr. Wonwoo, and also to some of the other faculty members you share your classes and university space with. It is, by no means, a new development, and students of several batches have noticed this relationship of yours as well. This kind of banter, which includes quite serious threats at times-” she raises a hand to quieten Seungcheol’s attempt to interrupt, “is not conducive to a healthy academic environment.”

You both sigh, you whisper something along the lines of it’s not that serious, and although Seungcheol hates to say it out loud, he agrees with you.

“I would recommend you both to go to the University Counsellor and take a few… bonding sessions over the next semester. We think this kind of banter is not too serious, we’re extremely hopeful of a resolution. It’s just not happening right now, because you’re not aware of the efforts to be taken. Once you sit with a counsellor, the path will be clearer-”

Seungcheol doesn’t even realise when he’s stood up. It feels stuffy. He had thought he was long past the age of getting reprimanded for fighting with his peers.

“I really have to leave now. Thank you for the talk, Ms. Song. I’ll get back to you with my schedule and we can set up the meetings with the counsellor.”

“Prof. Choi.” The voice is stern, and Seungcheol holds up. He needs a cigarette, or fresh air. Neither is really available right now, so he grips on to the chair to steady himself. “I will mail you the meetings and Plan of Action, and you shall adjust your schedule accordingly. You know the consequences-” Seungcheol nods before the threat gets completed. Wonwoo has explained the consequences several times to him.

“I will do so. Don’t worry, Ms. Song. You shall get nothing but my best efforts.” “I hope so. Really.”

Seungcheol finally steps out of the room, and heaves deep breaths to get his brain working again. His phone rings, as he walks down the stairs to get away from the building. He picks it up while lighting the cigarette between his lips as he leaves the campus-

“Hello Cheollie! Should I come over to your place to pick you up or-”

No- upside down aus, regardless of any other trope in them, often fall flat for me in that aspect, yet always make sure to remind us Steve was a bit of a stuck up dick in highschool (until the beginning of grade 11) and it's tiring to nt see Eddie allowed to be wrong and have that moment of self-betterment.

And yeah, I can maybe see eddie becoming semi-famous session musician (not a musician that is a session musician AND recording/performing artist by themself like Glen Campbell or Marvin Gaye) through a series of events like. Playing one of his hyper specific songs at a small gig, someone in desperate need of a guitarist is there and sees he is incredibly talented as a guitarist, asks him to help as a session musician in like two days, he plays, someone at the studio is like hey. wanna be on-call for us? and eddies like sure. ok. So sometimes he's on hit records but they aren't his. royalties are decent from the amount of work he's done. He's a pinch hitter guitarist, and he's good, so he gets a rep in the industry for that. He doesn't seem like the kind of person that could thrive in the high pressure, has major deadlines, environment that being a famous musician woudl be. I mean a lot of rockstars aren't either and it's not healthy for them? I can see Eddie crashing and burning, which I know a lot of fics cover but I also find it super depressing haha. He would probably be too standoffish and anti-authority and possibly refuse outside input for stuff, so he'd be off putting in the industry. not that musicians are always pleasant to work with but i think you get it.

Child star Steve would be so neat tbh. Look I love famous athlete Steve. but also the allure of him being famous young... Maybe as a little piano prodigy? (I love piano prodigy steve hehe) or an actor? like canon era he could have been a Mousketeer! Maybe he did a couple movies (what if he was in a few cult-classic scifi movies...that the party just so happen to love....but don't pay attention to the name of the child actor in...or maybe he used a stage name?) And then him fading away and living his life a little bit, before he decides to come back into the limelight?

I think that often we forget that Steve's "come-to-jesus" moment happened without the upside down. He talked shit, got hit, and then decided that he owed Jonathan (and Nancy) an apology. No one made him help clean up the grafitti! He had no idea there were monsters he just had a shit 48 hours where he went off the handle and then decided he had been an ass and to fix himself. When he was 16! He'd have made these changes to himself without the Upsidedown. Somehow the party knew his full name, and I love the hc that he won a major game/championship for Hawkins as a junior/sophomore so was a minor town celebrity. These lend to Steve being able to handle the pressure without too major a fallout or a long-term downward spiral of self destruction.

Except (okay operating as like a post-canon thing, because I love canon-divergent aus more than no-upside down aus but could still work?) now he's battle scarred and obviously not the rosy-cheeked boy he was when he was a tween. I'm thinking maybe he goes back in '89? give some time to heal from the upside down and Robin is moving for Uni, he's obviously going with her, so he figures acting would beat dead-end minimum wage jobs. Or at least spice things up in between shifts. Maybe he starts with theatre, and decides to see if there's some screen auditions he could do. Maybe he still has people in the industry who remember working with him (he's a good team player and a natural leader) and they help in slip back in. He does some bit parts, a few semi-recurring characters. Maybe he's even on an episode of Law and Order, and people go hey! That guy who's crying over his dead girlfriend (he's a red herring) is the kid from that 70's scifi movie!

Eventually someone actually offers him a role without him auditioning, and it's a bigger part, a side character but one with lines and even a semi decent arc in a b-list movie. he's a good fit. Charming and handsome, plus there are some intense scenes and on set Steve's proved himself capable of handling most things and supportive of coworkers (actors and crew alike.) Except there's a shirtless scene. While his scarring isn't extensive, it's definitely noticeable and not as easy to cover up as the faint discolouration around his neck. it's hard to explain, and usually movies want flawless skin. He tells them this. They still want him.

So he takes the role. And he has a blast on set. He loves working as a team, and even though days are long, he feels everything sort of...coming together. A feeling that this is what he wants to do. that he was right to get back into acting even though he started so young because of his parents.

He makes lasting friendships with nearly everyone he meets on the set. There's a few child actors, and he tries to give them tips and pointers, and be a role model or support for them. he knows what it's like to be little and surrounded by adults a lot of the time, and feeling pressure to be perfect. (They think he's actually the coolest, even if he's also kinda a doofus.) (there's probably a scene where he picks up on of the kids, and then the rest of them on set want piggy back rides too...)

It's considered his comeback role, despite being a few years after he actually came back. The pressures of fame come back again, but he's older now, and he's killed monsters. He has Robin beside him. A few paps don't scare him. Everything he has to hide (besides his bisexuality...and maybe his shitty relationship with his parents) is covered up by the government anyways. He gets bigger parts, and gets an even bigger rep for being a delightful (if viciously sarcastic) and supportive co-worker, especially if there's kids on set. (child stars of the nineties will look back on working with steve and think he was one of the few adults to get it. to understand how big your emotions are as a kid and how most grown ups [often even/especially their parents] didn't let them actually feel what the were feeling, instead wanting them to be acting all the time, instead of only in front of the camera. How he told them to never let anyone do anything they weren't comfortable with, no matter who it was. How he'd stick up for them, no matter what, and would ask how they were doing throughout shooting. They'll look back on being on set with Steve and remember how even if he called them little shits when they tried to prank him or were goofing off, he said it with a wink and a smile.)

I'd say, (please forgive me) he sort of becomes a (90's era) Tom Cruise kind of actor (before he went on oprah and went viral for jumping on the couch and then only did action movies after that) (also steve doesn't become the face of a cult) Like he does action flicks, but can definitely pull his weight as a dramatic actor. (I realize that I already have a movie star steve au but thats a different era I can have overlapping headcanons for the aus!!) His cute heart-shaped smile and amazing hair entrances audiences. He can make emphatic speeches about justice and also carry at least two children out of a burning building. He has range.

idk steve going from child actor to highschool athlete to monster killer to broke thespian to movie star again entices me!!!

Although! I don't think he'd be down for it all the time. It fully depends on his mood.

On one hand, if he's in a good mood and wants to tease just to see your pretty looking flustered face, he'll be more than happy to indulge in it. He'll thrive off your whines or squirms, some days opting to just sit back and watch you try and get off, laughing at the way you struggle to fully get the right speed or friction without his help, other days keeping a firm grip on your hips as he pushes you over his thigh at a rough pace, bouncing his thigh for further friction just to see how many times he can try to make you cum just from his thigh...

In other words, he'd have a lot of fun and be in quite the mean dom state... Oh my gosh! I love Ceto so much! If you ever have time and if you’re interested, can you write a short interaction with any or all of the Octatrio? It can be a short snippet! aaaa thank you so much for liking her!!! she's the cutest and the creepiest. <3 she fits right in with the eccentric octavinelle trio. the tags you left on your reblog are also very true!! azul would absolutely capitalize on her um, weaponizing it for his own benefit. she likes to tease everyone by opening her mouth and seeming suggestive about it just to gauge reactions hehe. the twins are her favorite two to subject to this teasing. she's a menace through and through.

and her name does indeed mean "sea monster"! i took inspiration from the greek goddess ceto, who is the goddess of the dangers of the sea and sea monsters. essentially, ceto (my oc) is meant to embody that sort of unnerving fear of the deep sea and all of the horrors it can house.

stare into her mouth as much as you would like. she has many fun (scary) things to show you. <3 and she is everyone's girl-friend. ceto proudly proclaims that, by which she means she's everyone's friend who is a girl. aaaa she's silly and annoying just like jade, which is why he makes for such a good specimen to test her um on.

without further ado, please enjoy this small scenario!!! i think the idea of jade and ceto collecting things for their respective hobbies together is a fun prompt. i imagine they have the sort of relationship where they can tolerate one another on polite and friendly levels, but both know to tread lightly as they are deep-sea predators.

ceto steps across a fallen tree as if it's a tightrope placed precariously high, her arms outstretched to retain a graceful sort of balance. though she had initially come to search the forest for interesting insect specimens, she's done no such thing in the thirty or so minutes she's spent walking beside jade, who keeps his stare trained to the ground in hopes of finding a certain mushroom species. it thrives in this part of the forest, or so he had explained, his mismatched eyes alight with an almost child-like wonder.

she hops down from the tree just as the question leaves her lips: "do you know how many teeth make up an adult human's mouth?"

jade turns to view her with a raised brow. "thirty-two," he replies as if it's easy trivia.

she hums her approval and then taps a manicured fingernail against her cheek. "compared to our mouths, that's not a lot of teeth."

"i suppose not, no."

"that's too bad." she twirls slowly, moving as if acting out steps in a one-partner waltz. it's a strange sort of whimsy that pairs well with the bright musicality in her tone. "many teeth make mincing meals easier!"

jade hums his acknowledgement, flipping through a guidebook for visual reference. ceto peers past him, brows furrowed. they've walked deep enough to have come across all kinds of fungi. she wonders what's so special about this specific species. maybe it's like a butterfly: fluttery and difficult to catch. beautifully fragile. although in jade's case, it's likely prized for its use in a terrarium or a dish and not how pretty it will look pinned to a board. maybe it's the poisonous kind. maybe it's the kind that looks poisonous but is really just innocent. an expert mimic. she can never determine which jade will choose to gather next.

"having lots of teeth is nice. if they break or fall out, we can just grow more. humans only get two sets, so they don't have the luxury of endless teeth."

"it's rather unfortunate, isn't it?"

"very much so!" skipping ahead, ceto falls into step beside him. "it's a shame, really."

jade chuckles. "if i may ask, why have teeth left you so fascinated?"

"i was just thinking. when i open my mouth, most recoil in surprise or fear. but human teeth are beautiful and terrifying all in one, yet no one discusses it as often as they do our teeth. i recently learned that the human jaw is powerful enough to bite through fingers." she feigns a shudder, her voice wavering with faux fright. "humans are scary."

"i would hope so, otherwise they wouldn't be very worthy of the title 'predator' now, would they?"

"no, not really." she folds her arms behind her back, humming once more. her feet deliberately carry her further until she stops, pivots, and stands directly in front of jade. his gait halts, and he looks at her quizzically. "for us, the idea of chewing through finger bones is fry's play. it's not very unsettling."

his eyes narrow.

"and so i've been wondering something lately—with all this talk of teeth and fear." a sharp smile tugs at the corners of her lips. "just what is the jade leech afraid of? because you exist in lots of nightmares, but you don't seem to have a nightmare of your own."

she steps towards him, and he allows it. ceto knows he's not a fool. he could draw his magic pen, use brute strength to force her into submission, but he doesn't. he watches carefully, assessing her every movement. a coward waiting for the perfect moment to strike.

"i've considered dozens of phobias and none of them seem to suit you. but i know you're not fearless. no one is. and for someone who can carve the truth from others with a single stare, i'd like to do the same. if you'd be willing to indulge me, that is."

jade smiles thinly, aiming to remain effortlessly composed, but he's looking right into her open maw, right at the alluring luminescence in the back of her throat. and perhaps it's because it delights ceto so that he does it, or perhaps it's simply because he cannot force himself to look away no matter how hard he tries. she's something of a shipwreck: brutal and cruel, yet tragically hypnotic. and were her voice that of a siren's scream or the merry cries of phantom sailors, he would be thoroughly ensorcelled.

"you're too good at masking your anxieties, jade. it's almost unfair."

the forest falls away then, patches of vibrant greenery and beaming sunlight gradually swallowed by an encroaching pitch-black void. ceto's eyes widen with anticipation, flashing a predatory pink.

"so let's find out what your nightmare is together, shall we?"

with a resonating finger snap, darkness descends all at once, leaving jade in a frigid pit of gloom with a lurking horror.

im so excited u dont even get it

so full disclosure i only kind of consider him an oc bc for some reason in my mind tabletop/dnd characters count Less for some reason. but i made him for a curse of strahd game i did with some of my very good friends and it so far has been one of the most satisfying and fun campaigns ive ever been in

(also warning for some mentions of body horror/gore and violence it was in fact a horror game. shocking that i really enjoyed the horror game ik! also some spoilers for curse of strahd HEHE)

to start with here are some visuals, i drew all of these but the heroforged pic

so to start with curse of strahd is a very dracula flavored campaign; the land of barovia is cut off from the rest of the world by a thick suffocating mist by a powerful vampire lord, strahd von zeravich. he has also cursed barovia with eternal night so that he can thrive without having to worry about the sun. he is also a huge bitch. here is a funko pop i bought of him at a convention because i am not immune to capitalism

julian (or his serial code JL-9) is a warforged created by a mad scientist named molostroi. molostroi was worryingly adept in making flesh homonculis. so he murdered a looooot of people to make his creations. that includes julian, who contains the organs and brain of a person that molostroi murdered For Science. he was also created specifically to murder people, with a built in weapon and everything (that shield you see him wearing in the pics earlier is mostly there because he was hiding the armblade embedded in him. he did NOT take it or his armor off willingly ever.) the goal was eventually to replicate julian in many many many more murder machine robots so that molostroi could execute a siege on strahd's castle

however, unfortunately for everyone, due to the fact that julian has a once human brain, he is sentient! and has been picking up some very clear lessons on morality by reading children's books about a divine hero and how to Act Heroically like him. (this sets up in his mind a pretty clear dichotomy between Heroes and Monsters. heroes protect innocent people while monsters attack them without any real care.) so when eventually he gains enough of a conscience to realize he is fully murdering people and that is very very bad, he lets someone that he was assigned to attack leave unscathed. this does NOT go over well with molostroi and he's almost immediately set to be dismantled and reworked over this.

except, uh-ohhhh, julian was made to kill people, so he turns right back around and murders him instead in a fit of panic. whiiiiich immediately makes him break down because he knows that murdering people is very wrong, and he just did it again, and he must really be a monster if he's still capable of doing such a horrible thing while knowing it's wrong. all of this makes him cry out for forgiveness and help (something he picked up from one of his stories about the Divine Hero) and shockingly someone answers.

the morninglord/god/the sun (whose forced absence is what created the endless night across barovia) answers his prayers and knights him as a paladin, because he can sense his passion for good and doing right by others. it's not very clear in those drawings aside from the second-to-last i suppose but his armor is branded with this symbol as proof of his devotion:

after this happens and he leaves the lab he develops some reactions to his trauma, if something happens that reminds him of the things he's done he'll just. go insane for a minute. his head starts spinning around and he sounds like an exceedingly loud tea kettle. (the first time this happened (other player dumped blood on him because they are weird and insane) i asked the dm to play this song on the music bot because i am a giant predictable geek)

also, in case there was any doubts about how horrible molostroi is here's some journals we found when we eventually had to go back and find something in his laboratory (lovingly and expertly written by the dm. ily hal i can't wait to play with u again when you're ready)

so on the academy: molostroi had a colleague named blinksy, who we meet at his toy shop some time after leaving strahd's castle for the first time (it went very poorly we lost three party members. two of them were only gone temporarily but oh baby. rip *sneeze* we miss you you funky little kenku.) while we were there we found a weird little clown robot dude who liked to follow us around, named pidlwick (shown above. he's very different in the source material but plllbbbbtttttt we have our own version and we like him.) we had to very quickly find some manner of engineer because while we were there he got injured and there was. blood! coming out of him. we got blinsky to take a look at him and he veeeerrry quickly recognized molostroi's work. then he took a closer look at julian and was able to recognize that him and pidlwick were made in the same horrible way.

all this to say blinsky became kind of a father figure to julian and pidlwick. after all was said and done and we defeated strahd, allowing the sun to come back, the scene we leave julian on is him fishing with blinsky on the lake.

that's kind of a rough and dirty description of him especially near the end there lol but god its very hard to summarize dnd characters when there's soooo much to cover in entire campaigns. but either way my boy i love my traumatized robot boy so so much

3.11.23 Art and Synesthesia

Hello Greener, I honestly have no idea where to go from this, but I thought it would be nice if we could look into any artist who has the condition "synesthesia." Looking artists have sought to translate the emotions and rhythms of music into captivating visual experiences. Exploring this intersection can not only deepen our appreciation for both art forms but also offer a unique way to connect with the world around us. By examining the works of synesthetic artists, we can gain insight into the different ways in which they perceive and interpret sound. Through their art, these individuals are able to express a depth of emotions and sensations that go beyond typical sensory experiences. Engaging with their creations allows us to explore a realm where colors, shapes, and textures harmoniously coexist with melodies and harmonies, broadening our understanding of the interconnectedness of art and music. In embracing synesthesia as a lens for artistic expression, we can embrace a new perspective that is both enlightening and captivating.

While looking for artist with synesthesia, Wassily Kandinsky artwork is the first to immediately catch my eyes.

Kandinsky is basically already such a cool ass guys. He has a condition called synesthesia, as I mentioned in my last blog, where all the sensory elements in the brain are having a party together. Kandinsky's "Composition" series is a prime example of how he translated music into visual art. These non-representational works are often described as visual symphonies, where color and form replace musical notes and rhythms. Each composition was intended to convey a specific emotional or spiritual message, akin to a musical composition's power to evoke feelings.

Guys, let's be real. I was born 2000s, but my dad has always been a huge psychedelic rock fan. I even shocked myself by how much I knew about these song. but I'm sure my reader are way older than me. hehe sorry

And honestly, it's kind of an "oh sh*t, im an idiot moment for me" here, but the answer to my question is, How can I materialize music into an object? has always been right in front of me all along. The only way I can materialize music is on vinyl, CD, cassette tape, etc.

It was even more of a big nail in my huge forehead when Oli pointed it out in the lecture, but I will talk about that more in the next post.

It's not his style to give up easily, but his mind was set in a frenzy the moment he thinks about you leaving him.

Angering Floyd was not the brightest Idea in the book. His infamous “bad moods” was not something anyone would like to experience. But somehow, he was really pushy and annoying today and you were fed up with it.

Just before you slam the door behind you and escape this fight, a hand grabs your wrist in attempts to stop you. Nonetheless you still make your way out, leaving Malleus standing there alone.

Malleus was deeply hurt and sorry for making you sad and angry. His heart was shattered with the thought of you leaving him, someone who made their way this close to his heart, someone he cherishes deeply.

But this fight wont really last long because Malmal would definitely try and apologize as quickly as possible!(ᓀ˵▾˵ᓂ)

Malleus is the soft type of person and I feel like he’d give up easily if it was you lol.(｡•́︿•̀｡)

Uppast's Cats Tour Comments: Rum Tum Tugger

TUGGER TIME

alright going to say this right off the bat: Zach Bravo is my absolute FAVORITE Tugger. I may do a few comparisons between his Tugger and McGee's Tugger, but that's mainly because they're the two I've seen in person. I'm not bashing McGee's Tugger in ANY way.

First off, every interaction he had with the other cats was perfect. After seeing all the BTS videos that Zach's made on his instagram, tiktok, and other cast members' instagram, it's really obvious that he loves his cast mates a lot, and those relationships translated so well to the stage.

His energy as Tugger was balanced perfectly between "mature, grown-up Tugger" and "little bastard cat man who thrives on chaos". McGee's Tugger was pretty much firmly planted in the "little bastard cat man" category, and while I do love the chaos, having Zach add more of a maturity and seriousness to his Tugger brought another wonderful level to the character.

The way he says "Who will it be?" is less "hi i'm a little shit who wants to cause chaos" and more "hehe teasing big brother time and causing chaos and fun!!"

He was so much fun to watch during his number, purely because of how he interacted with everyone! He was teasing Munkustrap, Jellylorum, and Jennyanydots the entire time, had the cutest little dance with Demeter, and his dance with Cassandra was perfect!

Also just... the chemistry he had with Chelsea during the Tugger/Bomba moments was perfect.

I LOVE HOW MUCH HE USED HIS MANE!!! Literally, he was either shimmying it, touching it, grooming it, or other cats were touching it!!

He probably used the stage the most out of everyone, and was always moving around. He stayed on the scaffolding for pretty much the entirety of "Bustopher Jones", and also used the oven quite a bit!

He and Munkustrap were the ultimate brothers. Tugger teased him so much during his song, but the two of them were so soft during "Old Deuteronomy", standing on either side of Old Deut near the end!!

He also had a really great moment before "Mungojerrie and Rumpleteazer", when everyone scatters, just Munkustrap, Alonzo, Tugger, and Bombalurina were left on stage, and Tugger waited for Munkustrap's signal before going off. I love a good Protector!Tugger moment!

Oh my gosh, he was ALWAYS interacting with someone. He had moments with Mungojerrie and Rumpleteazer, with Tumblebrutus and George, and also with the oldie squad! He had the most with Mistoffelees, Cassandra, Bombalurina, Demeter, and Munkustrap though, and I loved all of them!

The way he reacted to Grizabella the first time broke my heart, she showed up and he moved behind the bars of the scaffolding, as if he was putting a wall between them, and ugh the angst. The second time she showed up after the Ball, he hissed at her, which also meant more angst.

He just had so much fun, and I loved how he clearly had thought through each of his choices, like "okay, I want to do this, but would Tugger do this?" or "if I have this reaction, does it make sense with everything else?"

Okay, I'm putting this separately: Zach's choices during "Mr. Mistoffelees":

This isn't so much Zach's choices, but Devon and Lauren: While he's introducing Mistoffelees, no one's really listening. I got a really wonderful view of Munkustrap and Demeter, and as he's speaking, Demeter just looks away, shaking her head, and she and Munkustrap start to move off the stage. It was a really great "i know what he's trying to do but it's not going to work" moment, and said a lot about the characters!

Tugger seems taken aback by everyone leaving, so the way he says "Don't scoff!" worked SO well. it's almost like he was pleading with the Jellicles, trying to get them to believe that they CAN bring Old Deuteronomy back, that it will work! I really loved that take on the line, and it makes so much more sense.

He was genuinely SO excited when Cassandra's costume lit up, it was adorable.

I said it before, but during the mirror dance moment, he does copy Mistoffelees, but then he did the silliest little dance like "yes!! everyone's excited!!" and i just... love him so much...

Obviously, y'all know how I feel about the shimmy and the nuzzle, it was wonderful

the "ladies and gentlemen" moment was perfect, he was so hyped up and excited!!

in conclusion, i love Zach Bravo with my entire heart, i'm still reeling from him commenting on one of my posts on Instagram, and this tour cast has become one of my favorite Cats Casts
